Absolutely Now from the city that changes the world, peers
Rose with three things you need.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
To know for your Wednesday.

Speaker 3 (00:07):
Rose thatch you got for us.

Speaker 1 (00:08):
So, the Federal Reserve is widely expected to cut interest
rates today, which will be at a little bit of
a relief.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
So the Fed kicked it off.

Speaker 1 (00:15):
It's a two day meeting in DC yesterday and the
group had indicated it will announce the cut following a
string of you know, labor market reports, news that inflation
has to load, that that is expected to approve a
second consecutive quarter percentage point for twenty twenty five, and
that trickles down to consumers lowering mortgages, credit cards, autoload.

Speaker 2 (00:39):
Interest rate, stuff like that. So we should feel the
effects of that in a positive way.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
Mountgomery County leaders are going to spend nearly eight million
dollars to help residents affected by the ongoing federal shutdowns.
The County Council announced yesterday that local nonprofits will receive
money to provide food assistants and other programs in the community.

Speaker 2 (00:56):
The county will use reserve.

Speaker 1 (00:57):
Funding to cover the cost of the Assistantsckage and the
plant will be introduced early next month with a vote
expected on November eighteenth, and Japan is said to get
two hundred and fifty cherry trees to the United States
in honor of its.

Speaker 2 (01:11):
Two hundred and fiftieth birthday.

Speaker 1 (01:12):
So Japan's Prime minister made the announcement during a meeting
with President Trump in Tokyo. The Prime minister also shared
that fireworks from Japan will be shown in DC on
July fourth.

Speaker 2 (01:24):
Next year, which is pretty cool.

Speaker 1 (01:25):
So Japan first donated two thousand cherry trees to the
US during the tap administration. Of those trees are the
ones that were placed along the title bas end near
the National Ball, which obviously is a huge, huge part
of DC. I.

Speaker 2 (01:38):
Rose, those are the three things you need to know
for to day.

Speaker 3 (01:40):
Thank you, Rose. You're welcome some textan. I have so
many questions about the hind House. Did you guys go
in as non believers but lee believing in ghosts? Were
you skeptical of any of it that was fake manipulated
or was it legit? You believe more sauce? Did you
go in there as a believer and non believer in ghosts?

Speaker 4 (01:55):
I believe that their ghosts there. I was never scared
to go though, I wasn't worried about it. I knew
they maybe we'd see something, maybe we wouldn't, but I didn't.
I wasn't scared that I would experience anything.

Speaker 3 (02:08):
Were you skeptical of any of it? I think it
was manipulated or fake.

Speaker 4 (02:12):
I don't think I knew enough right, Like, I mean,
because the house I already knew had so much history,
because I had looked a lot of it up when
we started talking about it. So I knew that there's
a lot of history on the property. So I imagine
that there will probably be a lot of you know,
spirits there and everything. But I do think that, uh,
sometimes things can get twisted. So I you know how
I feel about ed Lorraine. Yes, so I'll.

Speaker 3 (02:34):
Say that I'd done ghost saying before, so I went
in like I believed in that kind of stuff. I
don't think there's anything fake or manipulated there at all. Absolutely,
I think, especially because like when what seemed genuinely surprised
by some of the stuff that we were getting. Yes,
and like absolutely the saucege points like the house, like
there's the Revolutionary War like cemetery nearby. But then yeah,
there was a doctor in the Civil wars. They find

(02:55):
they keep like digging stuff up and they find like
relics from like the Civil War. They think it might
be like an infirmary in the Civil War, which is
also kind of crazy. And he talked, but they found
like a dead horse buried out back and they said
they can't get people to come dig out the back
yard because they.

Speaker 4 (03:10):
Want they don't want to. And he's like, maybe it's
cause like funding and everything. Yes, that shuld that makes sense.
But I think there's so much history on that plot,
for sure land that I would expect there to be
something going on. But no, I think everything that we
experienced last night, I don't think that that was fake
at all.

Speaker 3 (03:26):
No. And then even when we talked to Win yesterday
about when he bought the house, he's like, the really
refused to go inside, so she didn't do dust or ghosts,
which is like crazy.

Speaker 2 (03:35):
Yeah, se tour.

Speaker 3 (03:36):
The pool ball video is up right now on our Instagram.
So that was in the most haunted room where you
set the ball down and the ball will roll away
And the answer to your question is yes, the ball
rolls back. And that's why I asked, is there more
than one ghost in here? And it rolled away, stopped,
came back to me, stocked and started shaking back and forth.
And then you see sauce, that's a question about like

(03:58):
did shear mind? The ghost of anybody knew? And the
bald Ish shoots to the wall and.

Speaker 2 (04:02):
He was like did you did you hit that?

Speaker 4 (04:04):
I was like no, I just took my hand off
of it.

Speaker 3 (04:06):
So again, Linville manor last night. We are exhausted today.
But you can see the video of the poll ball.
It is scary. It's up on the Instagram at YMS radio.
It's internshown your morning show.

Speaker 2 (04:18):
