A Montgomery County judge has declared Catherine Hoggle competent to
stand trial for murderer. So yesterday's decision comes after a
two day competency hearing to determine whether she could assist
with her own defense. The Hoggle's two children disappeared in
twenty fourteen, and their bodies have never been found. She
was arrested after the disappearance, but charges were dismissed after

she was found incompetent to stand trial.

July after she was released from a psychiatric treatment facility
of ppsdated on that so. The National Park Service says
a product to strengthen the Title Basin Seawall is now complete.

eight months early and thirty million dollars under budget. Official
say the ground around the seawall has sunk more than
