The CDC is announcing an overhaul of the childhood vaccine schedule.
So the updated schedules expected to resemble denmarks, which recommends
all children get vaccines for eleven diseases rather than eighteen so.
Senior Health and Human Service officials say that the changes
are meant to restore trust in public health, but public
health experts and major medical organizations warn't against the change.

You have to talk to your child's provider, obviously. With
parents who want their child to receive all of these
vaccines that were previously recommended, you'll be able to do it.
Insurance will still cover those shots as well. A winter
shelter in Laurel is looking for more volunteers. The Laurel
Multi Service Center operates the shelter from January until the

end of March, and officials say they have enough volunteers
to get to the end of this month, but they
want to make sure that they have people in place
for February and March. So the shelter houses about twenty
five people a night, with volunteers working across two ships
to keep everyone safe and comfortable. If you're interested in

And DC runners who want to take part in a

their entries. So the fifty third Annual Credit Union Cherry
Blossom ten mile race will be held on April twelfth.
Organizers will also hold a five k race on April eleventh.
