Speaker 1 (00:00):
From the city that changes the world, Peers Rose with
three things you need to know for your Monday Rose. So,
the DC Council appears ready to move forward with a
deal to build a new stadium for the Washington Commander.
So the council made its first vote on the stadium
proposal on Friday and they approved the package in nine
to three. So the city will contribute about a billion

(00:22):
dollars to the construction of the new stadium, mainly two
fun infrastructure needs for the project. There will be a
second vote and that is going to be held next month.
So there's a huge update in a case that people
have been following for years. Catherine Hoggle is in custody
after a Montgomery County grand jury indicted the thirty eight
year old on two counts of murder in connection with

(00:43):
the disappearents of her two children. So Sarah Hoggle was
three and Jacob Hoggle was two. They were reported missing
in September twenty fourteen, and their mother was reportedly the
last person to be seen with them. Hoggle was initially
arrested after her two children disappeared again into twenty fourteen.
She faced multiple charges, but a judge ruled that she
was incompetent to stand trial, so Montgomery County Grand Jury

(01:06):
reinstated the murder charges after she was released from the
hospital in July, and she is expected to appear in
court later today for a bond hearing. I will keep
you updated once we know more information, but I know
a lot of people are following that. And the Great
American Farmer's Market is underway on the National Mall through Friday.
You the market beet just more than fifty booths offering

(01:28):
farm products, educational displays, merchandise, and other activities. Probably, I mean,
I will double check to see if if there's like
a lust of the it's a farmer's I feel like
I feel like there would be kettle corn so good.
I mean, they have to make it right there, don't
They don't. Usually anytime I've ever gone kettle corn, they're

(01:50):
literally making it as they're there.

Speaker 2 (01:52):
So Eric has told me.

Speaker 3 (01:54):
Is a farmer's market. They don't have that stuff. Every
farmer's market market kettle corn.

Speaker 4 (01:58):
I feel it's like hair miss there's one next in
my apartment every Thursday. And they used to like soap
and like they do beer. The first and fantastic I
don't think I have corn that's missing.

Speaker 2 (02:10):
Brother.

Speaker 1 (02:10):
The Creative American Farmer's Market is part of the event
because it is National Farmer's Market Week, which is what
wows are the three things you.

Speaker 4 (02:18):
Need to.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
It's pretty neyt. Thanks Ros, You're welcome.

Speaker 3 (02:28):
I didn't even say anything. You are a little silly. Yeah,
real quick, you have one of our dear friends and apology.
So yes. So a couple of weeks ago, we were
in Orlando went to Universal, which is fantastic. We all
went down there, stayed a lovely hotel. Our good friend Shane,
who I've known based as long as I've been here. Shane,

(02:50):
he's a planner, very nice guy, very funny guy.

Speaker 2 (02:53):
What does this have to do with what I made?

Speaker 3 (02:55):
We brought down for because it's a water park at
the hotel. Brought down water shoes. Yeah, and they look
like the water shoes you wear when you're four years old, socks,
and he was wearing them, and she was wearing them.

Speaker 2 (03:05):
He was wearing them everywhere, like he was wearing them
in public, like it's the resort, like to go to
the pool.

Speaker 4 (03:10):
He's like a man in his dirties wearing these like
like he's gonna go play in the sand.

Speaker 3 (03:14):
So Sauce made fun of them. He probably would.

Speaker 2 (03:19):
You're out like like that your words.

Speaker 3 (03:22):
Young lady. You sent me this story. Yeah, quote suddenly
water shoes are summer's most controversial fashion trend.

Speaker 2 (03:30):
Yeah, keep those for the kids.

Speaker 3 (03:32):
So around a shike hopefully, I'm saying there, right, I
think that's Bradley Cooper's actually shirt. Yeah, so she, I
guess over the weekend for casual Day New York, wore
a black shirt, black skirt with a blazer and then
the shoes water shoes.

Speaker 4 (03:47):
No, there's no reason for that, girl. Yeah, she worem
out and about like I understand why you wearing them
in some circumstances. And I did make fun of him
because he's like walking around like the lobby wearing these
water shoes, and I was like, shade.

Speaker 3 (03:58):
Yeah, but also like sometimes you get torn up the
water parks. I think it makes sense there.

Speaker 2 (04:04):
We're going to be next to the pool. We weren't
getting in the water.

Speaker 3 (04:07):
We got in the water. And she also did when
she had her mez bag too. It's a Greek company.

Speaker 2 (04:16):
Because we won't.

Speaker 3 (04:17):
But they're saying that this is the new hotness. It's august.

Speaker 2 (04:21):
I don't think so. I hope not.

Speaker 3 (04:24):
I mean, it probably depends on She's obviously like a
supermodel and gorgeous, and so so is Shane. We're wrong,
But you know what this is.

Speaker 1 (04:31):
Giving, because I'm looking at the picture right now, it's giving.
She ran out of her house without shoes on and
didn't realize it and just grabs whatever shoes was in
her car, and it happened to be water shoes.

Speaker 2 (04:40):
That's what's giving.

Speaker 4 (04:41):
It's like, it's like mom taking the kids to the
pool and then she's like, you have to go get something.

Speaker 2 (04:46):
She throws those on.

Speaker 3 (04:47):
Maybe she was gonna walk to the local watering hole,
maybe the Central Park pool.

Speaker 2 (04:51):
Yeah, I don't believe. I don't love it.

Speaker 3 (04:54):
Well, no she does.

Speaker 2 (04:56):
She's a supermodel. Do you know she loves it or
she's just wearing it someone told her to you don't
even know. I mean, I was saying, that's mess up.
