So, the man who killed four University of Idaho students
has been sentenced to four consecutive life terms for their
twenty twenty two murders. The victims' families, along with two

he changed his plea to guilty on four counts of
first agree murder and burglary and exchange. Prosecutors agreed not
to pursue the death penalty, and he did waive his.

He declined to speak at the sentencing. There was a
gag order that was in the case that had been
lifted last week, and the judge is now deciding which
documents may be unsealed, potentially revealing new evidence in the

The DC Council has reportedly reached a stadium deal with
the Washington Commanders. Multiple reports yesterday indicate that DC Council
Chair Phil Mendelssohn had approved or has approved the deal
after negotiating some changes with team officials. Now no details
about the reported changes have been released, but reports also
indicate the Council should be able to finalize and vote
on this deal soon. And the Council scheduled to hold

public hearings on the stadium proposal next week. And Miller
Lte is offering free beer. They are celebrating their fiftieth
anniversary next week and they're going to do it by
giving away fifty thousand free beers at four hundred and
fifty bars across the US. So the giveaway is taking
place on Friday, August first, which is also International Beer Day.
