thirty year mortgage fell again this week to its lowest
levels since October, which is really nice to hear. So
the rate dropped to six point six nine percent. Last
year at the same time, the average was a seven
point zero three percent, so we're moving in the right direction.

dropped to five point ninety six percent this week. So
there's a new report that it's crediting an increase in
working from home for a recent improvement in DC area
air quality and carbon emissions. So this is pretty cool.
According to available data, this was between twenty nineteen and
twenty twenty two, obviously high pandemic everybody was working from home.
It found that work from home in the DC area

increased by two hundred and seventy nine percent, which makes sense,
and the area's carbon footprint fell by more than twenty
