Speaker 1 (00:00):
And your Morning show, and welcome to your Tuesday's intern
Johnny Morning Show, SA, Hello, Hello, Hi, Eric's here, hoodie.
Severa sas just offended me by saying I sound like
I have to cough today, and that means it means.

Speaker 2 (00:18):
Why is that offensive? If I'm telling you I could
have just like held on to it and then taxtically
like cough already.

Speaker 1 (00:22):
That's like telling a great, a great pianist that the
piano sounds out of tune. You know what I'm saying,
Well they should know. Yeah, you say my voice sounds
out of tune my instrument. Yeah, to me, it sounds fine.
You hear weird?

Speaker 2 (00:38):
Your voice sounds right, It always sounds weird. I know.

Speaker 1 (00:40):
I'm make sure you heard it.

Speaker 2 (00:41):
I'm not.

Speaker 1 (00:41):
Let me get through this for your Tuesday. Kind of surprising.
Almost a quarter Gen Z millennials plan to quit their
jobs this year.

Speaker 2 (00:49):
I do believe that because I do feel like a
lot of my friends recently have been talking about changing
careers or jobs in general.

Speaker 1 (00:56):
By this thought is I've heard how bad the job
market is, and obviously, like we're halfway through the year,
if you quit now, like I don't know, man, like, yeah,
can you find something quick enough if you can by
all means, I get I get it. Seventy percent of
all working generations are interested in leaving their jobs to
start their own business, and that'd be very nice. Twenty
five percent Gen Z millennials plan quit their job in

(01:17):
the next twelve months. Thirteen percent of gen Z so
they plan quit their jobs in the next year. Eleven
percent millennials say the same, So why we're quitting. More
than half say they want high income. Sure, I think
that's yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:30):
Starting ms business, that's that's tough, that's stressful.

Speaker 1 (01:33):
And that's many years not getting paid.

Speaker 2 (01:35):
Yeah, everybody else has paid first.

Speaker 1 (01:38):
Forty six percent say they want more purpose, Okay, autonomy,
which is okay, I understand that that's a good one. Yeah,
I mean expert saying like it is a risk. Certainly,
they say it's easier to take if you're young, child free,
have some cushion, whether it's savings or partner's income or
just fewer bills. They say it's not the option for everyone.
They say, when we see this trend, it's not about ambition.

(02:00):
It's about who can afford to opt out of a
broken system, who gets trapped in it. Oh wow, okay,
what I love? Your thoughts of her text nine nine
