In Turns and your Morning shows.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
A Happy Thursday friend, Welcome to the show. My name
is intern John Sauce. Hello, hello Rose, Howdy my hire.
We I got Eric here, Hoodie savera as well. What
can we do you for? On this Thursday nine ninety three,
three eighth a text DM's rap At WYMSS Radio. They
showed on TV the cookies, those pean butter cookies with
the Hershe's kiss that's my favorite cookies. Yes, oh my god,

(00:24):
my mom makes those same fantastic sauce. Are you afraid
of the dark now? Okay, Rose, are you afraid of
the dark? Um?

Speaker 1 (00:31):
No, not really.

Speaker 2 (00:33):
A new study shows that, according to this, thirty percent
of American adults still afraid of the dark. That's big,
which means probably more probably yeah.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
Maybe if you're living in a city so it's not
that dark.

Speaker 2 (00:47):
Maybe maybe. They say twenty four percent of adults say
they sleep with a night light. Okkay, ten percent before
sleep with the lights on? Oh wow. They say men
are most likely to admit this over women.

Speaker 1 (00:59):
Sure. I mean I was surprising I hadn't.

Speaker 2 (01:02):
Actually like to sleep with the TV on. I was like, no,
that's gonna be that's too much like it'd be different
if it's one light. But the TV flickering, to me
is not conducive to sleep.

Speaker 1 (01:11):
Yeah. I mean I used to need to need it
to be pitch black, but I don't feel like I
really need that anymore.

Speaker 2 (01:16):
They say. On the flip side, twenty eight percent of
people say they love watching horror movies. Okay, okay, I
like watching the ones that plots. I think the ones
are just gore for the sake of Gore, not necessarily
a fan of I don't.

Speaker 1 (01:27):
Like Gore at all. Yeah, but I'll like watch other stuff.

Speaker 2 (01:30):
That's the wird thing about saus because you're the like
the Halloween girly, but you do like Halloween movies.

Speaker 1 (01:33):
I hate Gore. I like hallowe I like scary like
I like suspenseful movies. Right, that's better.

Speaker 2 (01:38):
I think we're kind of the same boat. It's not
like gallons of blood for the sake of gallons.

Speaker 1 (01:42):
Yeah, I don't want to see any blood.

Speaker 2 (01:43):
Yeah, I think that's fair. Twenty eight percent people say
they're like most likely to wake up in the middle
of the night after watching a horror movie. Sure, okay,
twenty percent today of worse.

Speaker 1 (01:51):
Sleep, Oh well, Yeah, that makes sense.

Speaker 2 (01:53):
Yeah, I do think like the scariest horror character of
all time Freddy Krueger, the idea of like he gets
who you're sleeping. Imagine watching that when it came out
and being a kid and then like being afraid to
go a slay. Oh yeah, that problem was disastrous. The intern,
John in your Morning Show, Intern.
