I tried to pick a word that I like, try
to focus on what was What was the word for

I can't remember where it was for this year though,
all right, I know that's not helpful, but I like
this year, I was like, oh, I'm gonna pick and

wasn't traveling off, you know, or resilience.

According to the report, only eighteen percent of American adults
made years of resolution for twenty twenty five, okay, down
from thirty eight percent in twenty twenty four.

Speaker 3 (01:10):
I do feel like everyone doing dry January the last
few years has actually not been happening.

Speaker 1 (01:15):
Yeah, And as a borrowner, thanks soon do it.

Speaker 3 (01:17):
Yeah, But I remember, like in twenty twenty three, I
believe it was like everyone I knew was doing drigrey anywhere,
which I don't care if you do or not.

Speaker 2 (01:25):
But well, did they say fifty percent of people say
they failed the resolutions? Okay, okay, forty seven percent couldn't
make it six months yeah, and thirty four percent say
those who failed say they simply lost steam, which is fair.

Speaker 1 (01:38):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:39):
I mean sometimes like it just doesn't work for you,
like you said, the resolution that just doesn't fit into
your lifestyle.

Speaker 1 (01:44):
Yeah, they're seeing. Lifestyle is the biggest issue.

Speaker 2 (01:46):
Many people seem to find it that you're only trying
to make a change doesn't fit with your personal values
A lot from goals.

Speaker 1 (01:51):
It's hard commit your.

Speaker 3 (01:51):
Absolutely, especially when it comes to fitness. I know that
that's like a big one for the beginning of the year,
And I just I think that a lot of people
just really like out pick their coverage that.

Use that right yeah, or like the galls a little
bit too high. We're in seven We're a marathon buty
just trying to get more steps is like a yeah,
