Speaker 1 (00:00):
Interns John, and you're a morning show. Happy Tuesday, friends,
Welcome to the show. Internshown, it's my name Saw, Hello,
good morning Rose, Hi, Hello hoo. Do you hear Eric
severas well? Love to hear from you. Nine ninety three
three eight to text dms are up an ant y
miss radio. This is put out and I guess I
would exercise caution. But the rules of the hometown holiday hookup.

(00:21):
You're going home for the holidays, yeah, you say, ooh,
like you.

Speaker 2 (00:25):
No, Because I like saw something about this a few
weeks ago and I was like, telling one of my
friends is going home that hasn't been home. I was like, yeah,
I just like, don't do any of that. Yeah, I
think that's my rules are probably pretty negative, not maybe
the same as well.

Speaker 1 (00:36):
They talked to the idea if you're going back for
the soul, like I'm gonna get me some Okay, they're
expecting like hooking up with the acts. Yes, So first
rule they say is pick the right one. Yes.

Speaker 2 (00:48):
I talked about this a lot, like on like my
own show about like how like you should you just
take mercuries and retrogrades so whatever you do doesn't count
when you hook up with your ax during that time.
I think that's Thanksgiving. At least send it though, so
we can't take that forward.

Speaker 1 (01:02):
They say, pick the right one, not the one that
made that list. It's a gut punch when you pass
by at their house. Not the one that makes you
feel anxiety. Still like the one you're still like okay.

Speaker 2 (01:09):
And I'm delusional and I like will convince myself that, oh,
once like the holidays are over and I go home,
it's kind of like Dorothy like leaving the Wizard of Oz,
Like I'm like, none of that happened.

Speaker 1 (01:18):
That's fair. I think whatever, keep it contained, Okay. They say,
no week long love affairs and no, we should do
this again next time you're home. No Instagram DMS is
spirally constant content just being.

Speaker 2 (01:31):
Able to just make it like cute like Newyear's Eve,
like we'll like like text them eleven love and like
thinking of you make them commercial and the ball drops.

Speaker 1 (01:38):
Absolutely. My last one is, uh, don't confuse nostalgia with compatibility.

Speaker 2 (01:42):
That's important though, because then you're like you start falling
into old habits. Because when I was in college and
I went home for the holidays, I ended up seeing
my high school boyfriend the first uh like for it
ended up actually being on Newyear's Eve, and I was like,
oh my god, like it's like old times. I date
him throughout high school.

Speaker 1 (01:56):
And then I was like no, Yeah, they say, at
one point your feelings this person felt real, but no
longer you're.

Speaker 2 (02:00):
Present, it's like you don't even live there anymore.

Speaker 1 (02:03):
Yeah, if you want to ask them. Tips nine ninety

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
