adults should be sleeping with stuffed animals. They say, we
tend to think of as a kid's thing. Yeah, but
they say growing up some benefit from the same reason.
Hugging something soft is just comforting. Yeah. I think it's
like nostalgic bch just nice having something there. I mean,
that was a that'st part about Chewi was he'd sleep

in bed every night and Skittles will jump on the
bed for thirty seconds and then he sees a sound

get that. They say it can help if you tend
to lie in bed feeling stress at night. Sure it
can help you sleep, especially if you start associating it

with sleep, so your brain knows like, oh, I'm with this, yeah,

Like then like your brain goes, okay, it's time to
start whining. Yeah, which kind of makes sense. One expert
says a lot better than lying sleeping pills or a
glass of wine before bad makes sense. Sleep the sleeping pills,
like yeah, I think because then your body becomes dependent

on it and then like they need the actual pills. Yeah,
I guess it kind of makes sense. I know people
still have like their like they're blanky and their Do
