They did a poll to see what Americans think life
will be like in twenty sixty five, which is only
forty years away, which is kind of crazy. I always
find it's funny when it's like people in like the sixties,
like this is what life like in twenty twenty five,
and we're nowhere close.

Speaker 1 (00:32):
It's like flying cars because.

Speaker 3 (00:34):
We're the first generation that's had things changed since, you know,
like yeah, because we were like well, because like there's
an industrial revolution. Now we're in like the tech revolution.
But before that, what was it pistilla?

Speaker 1 (00:47):
What was it like to say, the American revolution? Brother,
I was trying to think the word for farm. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (00:53):
So I think there's going to be a digital alternative
to help meet the needs of those struggling to afford
care in their golden year. So I guess digital healthcare, Okay,
half a gend zy doesn't think retirement will be an
option in twenty sixty five.

Thirty five percent of those who don't own a home
now believe they ever will, twenty five percent expect they'll
have to rent the rest of their lives.

Responders think the average cost of a home will be
six hundred and eighty two thousand dollars in twenty sixty five.

Speaker 3 (01:25):
Brother, not here, but like the average cost is like nationwide,
which is insane because right now it's like what I'm
going to google it?

Speaker 2 (01:32):
You just care well they say it's that's two hundred
and seventy two hundred and seventy two thousand dollars more
than the average cost is today.

Speaker 3 (01:37):
Okay, yeah, cause I was gonna say, I feel like
the average cost is like late three hundred thousands.

Speaker 2 (01:41):
But think of this area though, Like I feel like
the average cost for a house like in Moco, Fairfax, Arlington, wherever,
is like six hundred thousand dollars.

Speaker 3 (01:48):
I'm googling it, okay, Google, Google, Google, Good, it's within
the range of six hundred and seven hundred thousand.

Speaker 2 (01:54):
So if they're saying this, that stuff for us will
be like nine hundred thousand dollars basically.

Speaker 1 (01:58):
Yeah, yeah, yes, that's exciting.

Speaker 2 (02:01):
They also say the average work week will be thirty
hours and currency will be one hundred percent digital.

Yeah.

I can see those last two things. Yeah, that'd be
nice though, a thirty hour work week, I'd be pretty sick. Yeah,
