this week. Happy second day. Yeah, look at that you
nine three eight number text DM's but at why miss Radium.
We've talked a lot on this here show about how
traveling not great. There's a new lawsuit potentially coming to airlines,

(00:25):
okay over windowless window seats. So when you get the
window seat ballid but because of where the row is,
there's no window.

Speaker 2 (00:33):
I have I have had that happen on a flight before,
and when I didn't have like control the window, I
was getting more sick on the plane.

Speaker 1 (00:41):
I'm sure.

Speaker 2 (00:42):
So that's why I know that Rose mentioned that before too,
But that's why I picked that specific seat. Yeah, I
look out the window.

Speaker 1 (00:48):
There's no window. So this law firm California says Delta
in United can face federal class actual lawsuits. Yeah, over
allegations they sold quote window seats without a window.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
Because sometimes the way did they add up, it's like
you're you're just round the cusp where you don't have one.

Speaker 1 (01:01):
Yes, and it's only because the airline trisqueeze our people.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
Uh yeah, yeah, yeah, that's yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:07):
So they're saying like the Boeing seven thirty seven. Uh,
that's one of the big perpetuaries. Ok. Yeah, So airlines
sometimes use aisle window to generally describe where a seat is.
Uh huh. But it could be extra problems because many
charge extra four window seats. What you've been doing that?
Yeah you don't have a window seat, ye, lion.

Speaker 2 (01:24):
Yeah, I don't know, Like that's happened to me, Like
it hasn't happened a lot, but it happened enough that
was like, this is ridiculous. I should have said something,
but I never done.

Speaker 1 (01:31):
They do say America, I guess does alert customers some
seats have quote no window view. I have not seen that.

Speaker 2 (01:37):
I don't think. I don't think I have either. Yeah,
I no, no, I mean I can't. I don't fly
American that often though. Yeah, but yeah, usually they charge
extract like that kind of stuff. But it's great, it's interesting.
I know no comments in the airlines. Well, I think
it makes sense if you're going to be paying for
something and you want that or spell sabittising. It is
most sabtrizing.

Speaker 1 (01:55):
