Bayley and Jake are technically not dating, but Bayley is pretty convinced that she was the “other woman” with Jake with a one night stand. Bayley met Jake during one of his friend’s bachelor party and she eventually spent the night with Jake at his hotel, however, Bayley noticed that while Jake was taking a shower that he had hickeys on his neck. She assumes Jake is seeing somebody else, but she is feeling guilty that she slept with someone else’s boyfriend so she asks for our help to figure out what’s going on.

We call Jake pretending to send him a free bouquet of flowers and when we ask him who he wants them sent to, Jake asks if he can send them to his girlfriend of three months. Find out what’s really going on in this week’s War Of The Roses!

Speaker 1 (00:04):
It's four of the roses on interned John in your
morning show. You think you're in a happy, healthy relationship,
but then something starts not add up. We track figure
out what's going on, Bailey, Good morning, Good morning. This
is unique because you willingly admit you and Jake are
not in a relationship. Correct, Okay, However, in the past week,

(00:31):
you had an adult sleepover, So let's kind of get
into this.

Speaker 2 (00:34):
You and Jake met where. So we met at the bar.

Speaker 3 (00:39):
We were like, like I was hanging out and like
he he was with this group of likes, you know,
like a bachelor party, and like they were hanging up
with He wasn't you know, like you can always tell
bachelor parties they get rowdy, but it wasn't like.

Speaker 4 (00:58):
He was with them doing that.

Speaker 3 (01:00):
He was just kind of like sitting sitting in the cut,
kind of chill, just observing. So you know, I kind of,
you know, I went over there and struggle a conversation
and we just like.

Speaker 1 (01:12):
We hit it off, Okay, And so the night night
goes well, there's a vibe, we're all good to go.
You end up leaving with him to his hotel room. Correct, right, Okay,
I guess just to kind of paint the picture. I
want to say where we were exactly. You were in
the district obviously. Uh, and he lives and he lives

(01:34):
in Frederick, so that would make sense that he would
not be driving.

Speaker 2 (01:37):
Back to front.

Speaker 5 (01:38):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:38):
Okay, So we go back to his room and what
happens without me give as much as you.

Speaker 2 (01:45):
I mean, obviously you know what happens.

Speaker 5 (01:46):
But paint of watercolor picture.

Speaker 2 (01:49):
Yeah, there we go.

Speaker 3 (01:51):
I mean, you know, we did some things. We did
some things, he did some things.

Speaker 1 (01:56):
I did somethings. Yeah, gotcha. Yeah, can you explain to me?
I mean, let's just scare it without I had to ask.
So you said, you guys took a shower together and
you found what you thought were hickeys on him.

Speaker 3 (02:12):
Yeah, Like when we were and you know, he was
watching my back, I watched.

Speaker 1 (02:20):
Like like on his chest and neck.

Speaker 3 (02:25):
As I saw like it looked like a whole bunch
of hickeys, And I was like, you know, oh, gross,
I'm not twelve. I don't do hickey So they weren't
from me.

Speaker 5 (02:34):
Was like maybe picckleball or something.

Speaker 2 (02:36):
Well, he said it was medical, correct.

Speaker 3 (02:40):
Yeah, he said he was doing something I've never heard
of it. He says he's a natural path and yeah,
they cupping, yeah, which those are perfect circles because it's
uh so, I don't think that's what this is.

Speaker 1 (02:52):
They were not circle, yes, And so let's jump forward.
We try to find him on Instagram profiles private. There
is another female in his profile photo, right, yeah, okay,
And so I guess to kind of sum it up.
And just from our conversation off the air too, it's
not so much that you feel like you were slighted.

(03:15):
It's more so you would hate to be have hooked
up with somebody else.

Speaker 3 (03:20):
A mad I don't want to, like, you know, I'm
not out here trying to get somebody else's man.

Speaker 4 (03:25):
I want my own.

Speaker 3 (03:26):
If I get that, but and it is, it is
what it was, that makes sense. But I just I
don't want to be out here breaking up happy home.

Speaker 1 (03:38):
Sure, so let's do this. Weve sauce call from the
flower company, off from the flowers. If he sends somebody particular,
we'll have an answer for you.

Speaker 2 (03:47):
Okay, okay, all wore the roses an intern John your
morning show.

Speaker 1 (03:51):
It's war the Roses on intern John in your morning show, Bailey,
let me recap this. You and Jake are willingly admitted
we're not dating. You were out in the district last weekend.
He was in town for a bachelor party. You said
that he kind of stood out because he didn't act
like a typical i'll say doucher. Bachelor party was an
able hold, a conversation was fun, was friendly. He is

(04:15):
from the Frederick area, had a hotel downtown, so you
went back to this hotel, had some fun time in
the hotel, a little bit of a shower. You notice
marks on them that looked like Hickey's. He says it
was cupping, which that leads perfect circle on the Giant Marx.

Speaker 2 (04:31):
Yeah, and then we try to find him on Instagram.

Speaker 1 (04:34):
His profile is private and it looks like there's a
female in his profile photo. That's kind of where we're at, right, right,
And just to kind of radiate, reiterate there it is.
That's that word you aren't from your mind like this
is a one night stand and that's okay with you, right,
that's no no harm, no foul. You're more so concerned,

(04:57):
like if there is another woman, if he's in a
committed relationship, you don't want to be I guess neccessory
to cheating is if that makes sense?

Speaker 3 (05:08):
Yeah, yeah, Like I.

Speaker 4 (05:10):
Just want to clear my conscious of what I.

Speaker 3 (05:13):
Think I know.

Speaker 1 (05:14):
Okay, and so let me ask you this because we're down.
But let's just say, hypothetically speaking, we call him, we
offer the flowers, and he sends to somebody that maybe
he's just going on date with, like what you would
constitute cheating like because in theory, he could be seeing
other people and it's not cheating. Becau's not a relationship.

(05:36):
What to you is like that is the black and white,
just so we know what to look for. Because if
it's yeah, well.

Speaker 3 (05:42):
If it's like a girlfriend like that will be that
that means that you were cheating when we hooked up.
But like it's it's like some rando.

Speaker 4 (05:53):
I mean, I guess it's whatever.

Speaker 2 (05:56):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (05:58):
So if he sends it to a and we're just
gonna hang up the phone, okay, and that way it's over.
If he sends to somebody that we deems the relationship with,
well we'll get some more answers for you, okay, Okay.
On second, I think that makes let's see what we
get on.

Speaker 5 (06:24):
Hi is this Jake?

Speaker 6 (06:28):
Hi, My name is Diana I'm just calling you from
this new local flower shop. We're offering up a free
bouquet of roses, trying out some new marketing.

Speaker 5 (06:35):
They're totally free. We don't need your credit card info.

Speaker 6 (06:37):
Is that something you'd be interested in number. We're just
trying out new marketing since we're new to the community
and we're trying to get our product actually out there
so you see it, then you just come back for
future occasions.

Speaker 5 (06:52):
That's why they're free, just so you can try it.

Speaker 6 (06:57):
You can send them anywhere in the country anywhere.

Speaker 4 (07:01):
Yeah, so you're a flower company that set it out
Sleep three Flowers, that's what you're telling me.

Speaker 6 (07:10):
We're a local flower shop, so we're trying out new marketing.
Instead of just having people advertise on Instagram just random ads,
we're trying to send them out locally so that you know,
let's say you send them to somebody in an office
and then you know, people that worn't there see them
and then you come back.

Speaker 5 (07:27):
So we're trying to keep it within the.

Speaker 6 (07:29):
Community instead of just trying out you know, like ads
on Instagram or Facebook.

Speaker 4 (07:35):
That's interesting, get outen it anywhere in the country.

Speaker 5 (07:39):
UKs. We do have an online shop as well.

Speaker 4 (07:43):
Yeah, I don't know about this because that's the sound suspect.

Speaker 5 (07:47):
I mean, I get it.

Speaker 6 (07:49):
We're just like I came up with the idea a
few months ago, and it's working okay so far. We're
just trying to get more foot traffic. We didn't have
the best you know, holiday season, and that's going to
be here again before you know it. So uh, so far,
so good. We're just trying to keep it up, keep
up that energy.

Speaker 4 (08:05):
Okay, I hear you. But how many people have you
sent these flowers up to? Way? How many people do
you call it day?

Speaker 6 (08:09):
I only try to call five a day because again
we're local and we're sending out usually roses or like,
you know, whatever their favorite flowered flower is.

Speaker 5 (08:18):
So okay, it's trying to make my mom's dream come true.
You know.

Speaker 4 (08:25):
I definitely hear you. It sounds really nice.

Speaker 6 (08:27):
And you're helping out the community, you're helping out a family.
My mom will love me a little more.

Speaker 5 (08:34):
I'm just kidding.

Speaker 4 (08:36):
Yeah, No, I definitely hear you, But I don't know,
I really don't know. That's that's who I send it to.

Speaker 6 (08:43):
They can't I mean, do you have anyone in your life.
You can send them to anyone you want. They are roses, though,
unless you wanted a different kind of flowers. So they're
red roses, so romantic. So if you have, you know,
like a wife or girlfriend or something, he's something there.
Or if you're a mama's boy, send them to your mom.

Speaker 4 (09:03):
Well I'm not a mama's boy. Okay, sorry, keep finding
that in. I'm not a mama boy. But I don't
know that's you said you're a local.

Speaker 5 (09:16):
Company again, yeah, right downtown. I mean.

Speaker 6 (09:22):
I don't know.

Speaker 5 (09:22):
I'll tell you.

Speaker 6 (09:23):
I give you my entire speech I have right out here,
so no, I definitely.

Speaker 4 (09:28):
Hear you on that though, Like you gotta understand, you're
just calling me out of nowhere.

Speaker 6 (09:32):
Yeah, it's just it's called gorilla marketing. I mean literally,
this is the kind of marketing has been around for years.

Speaker 4 (09:38):
So okay, all right, all right, Hey you located downtown
and you said your name? What you know? All right?
All right, let me see.

Speaker 6 (09:52):
Yeah, my mom named me up for her hometown, Pasadena, Maryland.

Speaker 4 (09:57):
That's cool, it'll be nice.

Speaker 1 (10:05):
Sorry, Well, you don't.

Speaker 5 (10:06):
Want them, I can try somebody else, So I don't
want to hang up on you.

Speaker 4 (10:11):
I just I think I got somebody in a mine.
I'll wait to send it to them.

Speaker 6 (10:15):
Okay, can I get their name?

Speaker 5 (10:20):
Yeah, madd Maddie. Is that like M A D D
I E yes? Oh cool?

Speaker 6 (10:27):
And then I am just like keeping this all in
file just in case you do decide to come back
and send Maddie flowers again.

Speaker 5 (10:33):
So what is she?

Speaker 3 (10:33):
Do you like?

Speaker 5 (10:34):
Wife? Fyance? Girlfriend? Friend? She's like some girlfriend recent? Oh cool?
Is it like maybe like an anniversary gift?

Speaker 4 (10:47):
I mean I just like we just been together for
a couple of months, so it would be like a
thinking of you type of thing.

Speaker 6 (10:55):
Oh that's nice. No, she'll like that for sure. And
then what do you want the card to say? It's
just like your typical little card.

Speaker 4 (11:02):
Oh baby, I can't wait to see you this weekend?

Speaker 5 (11:06):
Do you say, baby, I can't wait to see see.

Speaker 4 (11:11):
Weekend? So really, so you're.

Speaker 3 (11:15):
Gonna sit there and send it to another woman and
you will just with me the other week here?

Speaker 5 (11:20):
That's about us?

Speaker 2 (11:21):
Like, are you serious? I can't say?

Speaker 1 (11:22):
Wait, Jake, real quick, First of all, thank you for
giving us the longest conversation that went in circles for
I'll know how long that was.

Speaker 2 (11:31):
My god, my name is John. That is sauce.

Speaker 1 (11:35):
Uh that woman who obvious I'm gonna play this game
with you, Jake, who is the woman he slept with
last weekend at the bachelor party?

Speaker 4 (11:45):
Oh so, how do you smell that?

Speaker 3 (11:52):

Speaker 4 (11:52):
We latelli late h a, I No, that's wrong.

Speaker 1 (11:56):

you have a girlfriend, but you hooked up with somebody
at a bachelor party?

Speaker 4 (12:08):
Yes, yes, yes, yes yes.

Speaker 2 (12:13):
So do you see why that be? Well, do you
see why that's probably not a good thing?

Speaker 4 (12:20):
Is that a good thing?

Speaker 2 (12:21):
For that you cheat on your girlfriend with somebody you
may have a bachelor party?

Speaker 3 (12:25):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (12:26):
Poor Mannie, I mean, uh, don't even know my name?

Speaker 2 (12:33):
That's fair? Really Bailey with a B Bailey.

Speaker 4 (12:41):
I'm sorry, Billy, Billy, I mean Billy was cool. We well,
do you have.

Speaker 2 (12:49):
A girl friend? You have a girlfriend.

Speaker 1 (12:52):
How does she not put her head through the wall
talking to you?

Speaker 2 (12:55):
My god?

Speaker 4 (12:57):
Hopefully Ellie never really me, Belly never asked me if
I had you're sleeping around? That is such a bull face?

Speaker 2 (13:09):
Why I did?

Speaker 5 (13:11):
But not only that, like, why does she have to
You shouldn't be hooking up with people. If you have
a girlfriend, how about that?

Speaker 4 (13:17):
Why why not question to me? What would I did?

Speaker 6 (13:19):
Like?

Speaker 4 (13:19):
Why don'd your question her about sleeping with me?

Speaker 3 (13:24):
No?

Speaker 2 (13:25):
So Jake does Maddie? Now you sleep with other women?

Speaker 4 (13:29):
