so it had to be out before it's music released
before August. Every first Herds came out October third. That's
just the way it is, like remember tape the Gray
she by one day.

Speaker 2 (00:43):
It's crazy like wild though.

Anyway, it's his life, so please don't complain. Oprah dropped
her annual Favorite Things Holiday Gift Guy, which is Oprah.

Speaker 2 (00:52):
It's like Curley, you used to be like us.

Speaker 3 (00:54):
Anyway, there's a seven hundred dollars pizza even pizza ovens
they're expensive dollars expressed on with you machine. I get
that they're expensive, but a lot of people are like
wondering why she has anti fog reading glasses for the
shower that are sixty dollars. They are specifically reading the
specifically for the shower, and it's for when you read
with deep conditioner in your hair.

Speaker 2 (01:15):
Is like what the direction say? Okay specifically? So sure?

Speaker 3 (01:19):
Yeah, So I don't know, like there's that's like the
one that really stuck.

Speaker 2 (01:22):
Out for me the most.

Speaker 1 (01:23):
But two thousand dollars especially the machine is weird because
I'm sure it's for like a home and not for
a business. That's crazy.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
Yeah, you must really like espresso here, kid, I hope
so doing that.

Speaker 3 (01:32):
The pizzas the pizza oven though everybody's complaining about. But
I'm like, every time I see it on a gift guide,
like for a baby or not being a shower for
like a bridal shower.

Speaker 2 (01:41):
Or something, they're always like nine hundred dollars.

Speaker 3 (01:44):
I feel like, I'm sure if only three hundred depends,
I'm not a real adult.

Speaker 2 (01:48):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (01:48):
Uh So, remember how we talked about the Miss Universe
pageant and how you know there was a whole thing.
So there was a mini revolt among Miss Universe contestants
on Monday after an official insulted the intelligence of one them.
So this happened in Thailand where the pathageant will take
place basically November twenty first. So the patent director, who
is also from Thailand, felt that Miss Mexico, who as

(02:09):
Fatima Bosh, wasn't doing her best to promote the host country,
so he basically dressed her down in front of the
other contestants and called her a dummy. Oh so she
studied ground of course, told the guy that he was
being disrespectful.

Speaker 2 (02:22):
He called security.

Speaker 3 (02:23):
So all the contestants actually rush left the room because
in her honor, they're like on her side. So everybody
who did like a walkout and then they the guy
actually had to apologize because why are we calling people dummies?

Speaker 2 (02:33):
I don't disagree God, because she's.

Speaker 3 (02:36):
A woman, right, Oh all right, anyway, Yeah, it really
were something to watch today. We got the Broncos playing
The Raiders. That's on Prime Love a Broncos Raiders game.
The Grays and it's the Grays of Anatomy, Crazy Anatomy.
It's on ABC. The Real Housewives of Orange Counties on Bravo,
Wicked One Wonderful Night, that's tonight on NBC at eight,
So it's Ariana Grande, Cynthia Orribo and they're doing their

(02:56):
two hour special for you know, Wicked, and then All
Her Fall is Outsaye on Peacock. It's about a missing
child and basically she gets adapted from a playlist plate
Playlist A point eight, Michael Penas in it and Sarah's note.

Speaker 1 (03:09):
Thanks Austin, welcome if it needs someone to listen to. Hoo,
he's got your crisis podcast out. Given their reviews a
pair of their bad lands you can check at why
miss radio dot com. Real quick. I have been coaching
high school hockey for nine years. I was also once
a teenage boy.

Speaker 2 (03:23):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (03:24):
The thing about teenagers and boys in general is kind
of like kids in general. If it he's something you
don't like, you can't let them know it's funny or
give them the reaction. Give them the reaction, they're gonna
keep doing it. When we first started coaching, there is
a guy we coached with named Matt, a very nice kid,
and he was like the kids. He called me frat Matt.
I told him not to call me because it makes

(03:45):
me angry. I was like, Matt, they're gonna call you that, yeah,
for the forever forever, and you getting angry about it
made it worse. Even Georgia's like this, she's one and
a half and like, you tell her not to do
something and she gets a smirk on her face like, Oh,
I'm gonna do it again, and I'm going to do
it harder. So this fifty five year woman in New
Jersey try to suit an amusement park because kids at

(04:07):
the park called her a Karen ma'am man. So she
claims she's attending birthday party their two minor children three
years ago when employee incorrectly told her she not meet
the minimum height requirement to ride the go cards.

Speaker 2 (04:20):
The wait the woman yes, oh wow.

Speaker 1 (04:23):
Yes this yes, she was so yeah. So the woman
told the worker that and his supervisor, which means she
asked the supervisor that she had previously been giving access
to ride the golf the go cards several times that
issue okay. While the employee and the manager were speaking
with the plane of children waiting in the line behind
her became upset and started to shouting call her a Karen.

Speaker 4 (04:41):
Okay, yeah, their kids trying to do a golf card, dude.

Speaker 3 (04:44):
But honestly, if I as someone who's sure, if I
have been allowed to ride a goat because their go cart, yes,
if I have been allowed to ride before and then
all of a sudden it was an issue, I'd.

Speaker 2 (04:52):
Be like, I'm sorry.

Speaker 1 (04:52):
What but also said a children's birthday party, in which case,
for sure.

Speaker 3 (04:56):
I'm just saying, I'd be like, but I'm trying to
take my kids and you let me go before.

Speaker 1 (05:00):
The woman was quote terribly embarrassed and humiliated by the events. Well, yeah,
I felt discriminated against.

Speaker 2 (05:05):
I see both.

Speaker 1 (05:06):
Yeah, they say her being called a Karen, called causer,
feel terribly embarrassed and humiliated.

Speaker 3 (05:11):
Yeah, I mean if everybody saysn't yelling at you and
you're just trying to get to the bottom of it,
and then if the people aren't even listening to you
when they had let you do it before, then yes,
I would be upset.

Speaker 1 (05:19):
But if you're that sugar by being called a Karen,
you've probably been called it before.

Speaker 4 (05:23):
Because you are possibly we don't know it's little children.
I'm just saying, maybe she wanted her kids to go
with her. That's what I'm assuming here is what happened.

Speaker 2 (05:34):
Maybe I understand that. But if I were in the
situation they're like, oh, you're not tall enough.

Speaker 1 (05:39):
I would take the situation out of the line to not.

Speaker 2 (05:42):
Let like hold up the for sure, a kid's birthday party.
But we've all been there when like we were.

Speaker 3 (05:48):
We were once at an amusement park and they were
only letting like the non fast passers go and I
almost became a Karen, yes you are okay, yeah.

Speaker 1 (05:57):
Remember by that later. So she tried to sue in
twenty twenty three, got you dropped. She went to the
state appeal Court and they also said.

Speaker 2 (06:06):
Look, I would not be suing.

Speaker 3 (06:07):
I'm just saying I feel for her if the people
weren't even trying to listen to her, because we've all
seen that happen.

Speaker 1 (06:12):
Well, when she's suing the park because the kids called
her like the kids call her names, and so the
court's like, hey, the park responsibilities for it to be
safe physically. If somebody calls you a bad name, that's
not really under.

Speaker 2 (06:24):
There or no, I don't disagree.

Speaker 3 (06:25):
I wouldn't be suing because people that don't have anything
to do with the park.

Speaker 2 (06:28):
Or call you a name.

Speaker 1 (06:29):
But do you also want to sue for being called
the Karen again? I like that's a very Karen thing
to do.

Speaker 2 (06:34):
I don't disagree, you know what.

Speaker 1 (06:36):
I love your thoughts over text nine to ninety three
three eight. Let me get to this for your Thursday.
The ways were being rude at a wedding without even realizing.

Speaker 2 (06:43):
Intern John in your Mornay show.
