Speaker 1 (00:02):
But your Monday Everything celebrity sauce has or entertaining a port,
which you got right.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
So Cassie Ventura plans to testify against Ditty during his
upcoming trial and won't be anonymous. So TMZ actually broke
this news saying that victim one is prepared to testify
under her own name and that's during the upcoming trial.
So in his upcoming trial, Diddy is going to be
defending himself against the charges of racketeering, conspiracy, sex trafficking,
transportation to engage with prostitution, and Cassie is the person

(00:27):
known to be victim number one. So the trial said
to begin mafith and basically Ditty has pleaded not guilty,
denying all allegations of wrongdoing against him. Of course, you
know it's a little less than a month away, so
I'll keep you updated while that's going on.

Speaker 3 (00:39):
So I've never been to Kachella. I don't. You haven't either,
I have nots I.

Speaker 4 (00:44):
Don't think you have any sounds miserable.

Speaker 2 (00:45):
Okay, Well, if you are going to Kachellah got good,
good news and values for you. So, uh, the first
bad news is FKA Twiggs has had to stop and
drop out of the music festival because they are facing
visa issues. So Anita and Jall have also canceled her sets.
But as for the good news, Ed Sheeron and Weezer
have now joined the set list, which is pretty cool

(01:06):
because I mean they're iconic. That's suff Yeah. So it
is going to be taking place over two weekends. It's
going to be running April eleventh and thirteenth, April eighteenth
and twentieth, and then the newly an announced acts will
perform at three prem on different weekends, and then Weezer
scheduled for Saturday of weekend one and Ed Cheeran is
for Saturday weekend two.

Speaker 3 (01:26):
So very cool. And I just thought this story was wild.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
And I actually just saw this on TikTok and then
looked into it because I just thought, what, so, Tina
Turner she passed away, you know, two years ago, Rik,
But some fans in London, it looks like, don't know
that because there is Tina the Tina Turner musical, which
my friend in Atlanta was just in the one in
the United States for like the beginning of at the
end of the last year. Ye. So, and she was Tina,

(01:50):
which she was iconic, but basically they're now doing that
in Europe and currently running over there. There's a disclaimer
on our website to for warrant fans that Tina is
not appearing in this production because you know.

Speaker 4 (02:01):
She passedulates.

Speaker 2 (02:03):
Yeah, she passed away, but it really says, quote, the
producers cannot guarantee the appearance of any particular artists at
any performance, as this is subject to a variety of factors,
including illness, holidays, or events beyond the control the producer's control.
So the musical first premiere in twenty eighteen, and Tina
was involved with creating the show, so it's possible that
this disclaimer is in response to a lawsuit that Tina

(02:24):
was involved with before she passed away.

Speaker 3 (02:26):
So she was sued.

Speaker 2 (02:28):
She was sued a trip, She sued a tribute act
in Germany for impersoning her. So well that confused fans,
so they're thinking maybe that's why, but don't band.

Speaker 4 (02:38):
Though, yes, hey we're so good. We got sued.

Speaker 3 (02:41):
Dude, I don't know.

Speaker 2 (02:42):
So yeah, but my friend Mona she looks exactly like
her when she impersonated her, So I was like, I
don't know, I guess so anyway, uh. The court ruled
in favor of the Tribute Act in twenty twenty two.
I feeling for something to watch to night. American Aisles
on ABC, The Voice on NBC. Trending right now is
what the White Lotus on HBO and Love on the
Spectrum on Netflix.

(03:21):
store brands, yeah, makes sense, switching from name brand to
store brand products and save an average of twenty five
to thirty percent on grocery bills.

Speaker 4 (03:27):
Oh sure, yeah, most of it comes from the same place.

Speaker 2 (03:30):
If you look like I remember at BJ's. My mom
would always look at the ingredients. They'd be exactly the same.

Speaker 1 (03:35):
Oh really, yeah, yeah, pause before buying. Okay, yeah, So
implement a twenty four hour waiting period for making non
essential purchases to reduce impulse spending.

Speaker 2 (03:44):
That's what I have been trying to do because I
used to just be like, oh I want it. I'm like,
can you just wait?

Speaker 4 (03:48):
Why?

Speaker 1 (03:49):
I try to do it with Amazon, like I try
to fill the cart instead of like oh I need razors, Yes,
buy the razors, and then it's like, oh I need.

Speaker 2 (03:55):
Shavy grip, like because that's why I do is my
Airfrar's mind was like falling apart and I waited and they.

Yeah?

Speaker 3 (04:02):
I love it.

Speaker 4 (04:03):
Limit social media use.

Speaker 2 (04:05):
Yeah, because I'm easily influenced on social media, I will
say that.

Speaker 1 (04:08):
But they make it so damn hard now too, where
it's like it's on your face. The ads pop up,
it's like, oh it looks really cool.

Speaker 3 (04:13):
Literally, they make it so easy to buy a straight
from Instagram.

Speaker 4 (04:16):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (04:17):
They say limiting time can decrease exposure to advertisements. Yeah,
and temptation for impulse bies.

Speaker 2 (04:22):
Like Saturday, I saw the tank top and say cowboy pillows,
so I decided to buy them for Kate and I.

Speaker 1 (04:30):
Yeah, oh, because so cowboys can sleep on you? Is
that what it's supposed to be? Okay, because you're going
to Texas this weekend.

Speaker 3 (04:35):
Yeah, they won't be here in time, but whatever.

Speaker 4 (04:36):
Well, next time, cook more at home. Obviously I use
cash for non essentials.

Speaker 3 (04:42):
Oh my god, yeah, cash out?

Speaker 4 (04:45):
Will they stay?

Speaker 1 (04:46):
Pain with cash not essentials can make you more aware
of your spending their expenses. Yeah, but to your point though,
so I want to carrying cash? Sorry am I review

Speaker 1 (05:05):
They assass and cancel any unused or necessary subscription services
to avoid your curran charges. Yes, I think it would
be surprised to find stuff that word subscribe to.

Speaker 4 (05:13):
Literally they used to free about. Yeah, that's why they
say a Planet fitness.

Speaker 1 (05:16):
They make it like six dollars a month because you
probably won't notice the big charge, and then they get
such a pain in the ass to cancel that, Like

avoid lifestyle inflation, they say, as your income increases, shouldy
to maintain your current standard living.
