Speaker 1 (00:00):
Turns on and your Morning show.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
Happy Thursday, friends, welcome to the show. Big day today,
it's Global work from Home Day. Oh, miss Ross, National
Bookmobile Day. Very exciting yourself an eraser, Yeah, in the
caring books.

Speaker 3 (00:16):
I'm cool with that. The Masters starts today at the
golf term.

Speaker 4 (00:20):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (00:20):
I saw some tiktoks of these kids calling Augusta National,
which is the course, asking if there was tea times
open for today.

Speaker 3 (00:26):
Funny stuff. Also a National Hug your.

Speaker 5 (00:30):
Dog Day, which is every day. That is an everyday holiday.

Speaker 3 (00:33):
Yes, yes, it's a.

Speaker 2 (00:34):
Nine ninety three three eighth attacks call eight seven seven
nine four six A one your tickets see the weekend
come up at seven thirty five. War of the Roses
just after eight sauce. Yeah, your last twenty four hours?

Speaker 3 (00:46):
How are they?

Speaker 4 (00:47):
It was good except I thought all day Asterday was Thursday.

Speaker 3 (00:50):
You silly goose.

Speaker 6 (00:51):
Totally No, I don't know.

Speaker 4 (00:53):
No matter what I did, I was like, I know,
it's Wednesday, and I kept thinking it was Thursday.

Speaker 6 (00:56):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (00:57):
It was good.

Speaker 6 (00:57):
I was very productive.

Speaker 4 (00:58):
I actually started packing to Aw'm going to Dallas with
my best friend Kate.

Speaker 6 (01:01):
We're going to our first rodeo. Hell yeah, yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:05):
Go my we were talking about yesterday by all my stuff.
But I started packing a lot and organizing all my
like toiletries and stuff. And then I did a little
phone called my friend Anna, my girl. We did a
nice little catchup. Yeah that's not her Instagram name. I
don't know why I still call her that.

Speaker 3 (01:22):
It was.

Speaker 4 (01:22):
It was for a very short time. Yes, my friend Anna,
get to catch up with her. She lives in Atlanta.
Miss her. And then what else I do?

Speaker 6 (01:31):
Oh?

Speaker 4 (01:32):
I resigned my lease form my apartment because I renegotiated
my lease because they were trying to up it a
ton of money. And then you know, I just had
to bring them back down to earth because I was like, oh, well,
I'm not going to pay that because that's actually insane,
and because they also up the technology charge.

Speaker 6 (01:49):
And here's the thing.

Speaker 4 (01:50):
When I moved in the week I moved into my building,
they put all the smart locks on all the doors.
So when they told me about the apartment, they knew
they were getting they smart locks. And I never went
to like physically see this apartment because I went to
other apartments and that was kind of like the last
one on my list, and it was like affordable did.
I already knew what the apartment looked like. My friend
lived in the building in a similar one, so I
was like, I don't need to go look at it anyway.

(02:11):
My whole point is they told me that it came
with smart locks, and the lease that I signed, yes,
so they up the technology charge for everybody that had
already moved that moved in with these smart locks. But
I didn't have that on my lease. Sure I had
the old technology charge. So I said, why would I
move into a building and you are telling me that
it's X amount of money and now you're upping it

(02:32):
to ninety dollars and you told me And then I
sent them the emails where they explained this to me, so.

Speaker 6 (02:36):
Like, oh, you're right.

Speaker 4 (02:37):
So they decided to just pay me, like charge me
when I was originally paying for the technology.

Speaker 3 (02:41):
Okaychnology, that's good.

Speaker 4 (02:42):
So that was cool, and I was like, but also,
my air conditioning went out last year six times and
it's not like they can't see it, like I put
in all the tickets for it, you know, and then
like maintenance right, wrote little notes. So they came back
to me and they said that they would lower my
rent if I signed a fourteen or fifteen month lease.
And I said, Taylor, see you see, I'm like a
lovely girl. Don't like the name that much, but you

(03:03):
sound lovely. Tell no, Yeah, I was like, you sound lovely.
I know that you're not the one that came up
with up with this deal, but why would I if
my air conditioning went out and I'm resigning for June
twenty twenty five to September twenty twenty five or twenty
twenty six, potentially, why would I resign for potentially two
summers and no air conditioning.

Speaker 3 (03:20):
It's a good point.

Speaker 6 (03:20):
Riddle me that.

Speaker 4 (03:21):
Yeah, so they lowered a little bit more. That's good,
And I said, you know what, I was like, I
don't want to go back and forth. It was this
all happened on Tuesday. It's a Tuesday. I have stuff
to do. And I was like, I'll just go on
air tomorrow and ask a listener to help me find
a more affordable apartment that can prove that the HVAC
unit has been maintenance before summer comes. Because DMV summer's
very hot, very humane, pretty disgusting. Honestly, even when I

(03:41):
came up from Georgia, everybody's like, oh, Georgia summers. No,
when I came up for Georgia, I would get physically
heatsick every time because I didn't acclimate it to it.
So anyway, my whole point is I was like, I'll
just go ask because there's just no way that there's
an apartment that's probably even bigger and nicer, because this
is supposed to be luxury and Xyz is not working
and she's she came back to like, totally understand what
you're saying.

Speaker 6 (03:58):
You know what, We're not going to up your rent.

Speaker 2 (04:00):
Look at that, thanks girl, look at that snaps for Shelby.

Speaker 7 (04:03):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (04:03):
I was like and I felt so adult that I
text my family. I texted Don. I was like, hey,
I did it. I renegotiate my rints. Okay, I'm paying
right now.

Speaker 8 (04:12):
Good.

Speaker 4 (04:13):
So that was pretty cool and it was very exciting.
I fell on top of the world because I was like,
why would I pay a fit? Why would I sign
a fifteen? Because I first I considered it, I was like,
why would I sign a fifteen monthly? So if I
don't know that the HVAC unit has been serviced, like
right now, we don't even have a working trash compactor
because it's not great, like and it's supposed to be
a luxury building.

Speaker 3 (04:32):
Yeah that's not great. Yeah, no, that's not great.

Speaker 4 (04:34):
They literally have put these uh like glade plug ins
in the hallways because of the trash.

Speaker 3 (04:39):
That's foul.

Speaker 6 (04:40):
It's not safe.

Speaker 4 (04:41):
But it doesn't I'm listening to throw it out there.
It doesn't smell like trash. It does like I'm I'm
just it does not, and it never has.

Speaker 6 (04:47):
But it's weird.

Speaker 3 (04:48):
Yeah that's not great.

Speaker 4 (04:48):
I'm like, that's that's how you know this this is
a problem. Yes, so all right, anyway, that's that's all
I did give you stops for me.

Speaker 3 (04:56):
How is that baby g.

Speaker 9 (04:59):
She's better ish.

Speaker 3 (05:01):
I think what.

Speaker 9 (05:02):
Has happened is Charlie goes to school kids are sick
all the time.

Speaker 5 (05:06):
I think that was brought home because Charlie is also
dealing with the ick and gave it to baby sister
because she loves her baby sister and wants to kiss
her and hug her all the time, which love.

Speaker 9 (05:18):
However, I am calling the doctor today to take Georgia
to the doctor because her fever did break. However, still
not sleeping, so not great. She was clawing at her
ears last night, so I gave her some motrin because I.

Speaker 5 (05:31):
Think she's just in some pain.

Speaker 9 (05:34):
So gonna go see if she has an ear infection
or something else.

Speaker 3 (05:38):
I don't know.

Speaker 9 (05:39):
She once I gave her like medicine, she like completely
relaxed and was able to fall asleep and slept the
rest of the night.

Speaker 5 (05:46):
But it was like for a couple hours there, I
was like, what is happening?

Speaker 3 (05:50):
Why are we what?

Speaker 5 (05:52):
She's very congested, she's just uncomfortable.

Speaker 9 (05:55):
It's I don't think this is what Lady Gaga meant
when she was talking about no sleep, because it's not
the fun kind.

Speaker 5 (06:01):
But kids are doing great.

Speaker 9 (06:03):
Yesterday Charlie had a little school program.

Speaker 3 (06:07):
She was phenomenal. She was a star.

Speaker 9 (06:11):
I swear this little girl is so cute. They had
her front and center. It was her class, and at
one point she needed to act scared and she had
her hands up to her face, and I was like,
this girl, she's got it.

Speaker 5 (06:24):
She's so cute, got it. It was so cute.

Speaker 9 (06:26):
She was looking for me and she couldn't find me
because I was kind of in a spot that was
like almost behind her teacher and her little friend who's
also one of our neighbors.

Speaker 5 (06:37):
Like tapped her was like, there's your mommy.

Speaker 9 (06:39):
And when she saw me, her face lit up and
she was like hi.

Speaker 5 (06:45):
She blew kisses.

Speaker 9 (06:46):
She was so excited because like she whenever she started school, it's.

Speaker 5 (06:50):
Like nine o'clock in the morning.

Speaker 3 (06:51):
So I'm working.

Speaker 5 (06:52):
I don't I don't go to many like school things
because they're like tiny, it's like ten minutes. But I
was like, I am not missing this. This is your
big break.

Speaker 3 (06:59):
And it was amazing. It's amazing sweet, it was very
very cute. I am leaving tomorrow for Nolins.

Speaker 6 (07:08):
Uh can you say New Orleans? You don't have to
say Noline.

Speaker 2 (07:10):
I see how they say you don't say Baltimore. Said
Baltimore people, Hell, yeah no. They did trust me, but
donor twice and based on.

Speaker 3 (07:18):
Vocals, I had not packed, which is very exciting.

Speaker 5 (07:20):
Do you ever though early.

Speaker 2 (07:22):
Package I did for for Lovo I did. I have
not unpacked from Louisbell, which is the other problem. So
it's gonna be teased me a bit, the little stressy
because I got to go to the gym and then
I bring skeet todaycare and I'm going to the Caps
game with our good friend chuck so hard.

Speaker 3 (07:39):
Yeah, it's a busy it's a busy life. Yeah, I
got packed.

Speaker 4 (07:43):
But John, when you pack, you just throw stuff in
your suitcase.

Speaker 6 (07:46):
You on even fold it. That's not true, Okay, I
don't believe you.

Speaker 3 (07:48):
Yeah, you don't even know that accusations. I know that
I rolled.

Speaker 2 (07:52):
I roll them up so that more things can fit.
I step certain things in my shoes so they don't crinkle.

Speaker 3 (07:58):
Your shoes don't crink.

Speaker 2 (08:00):
Yeah, you don't get creatis. You can put like put
like undies in your shoes and that way.

Speaker 6 (08:04):
They're like you put them in you put them in
a plastic bags.

Speaker 3 (08:08):
What they were talking about? What was that? The because
you're putting your underwear in your shoes.

Speaker 4 (08:16):
Bro, it's you know what I do.

Speaker 6 (08:20):
Though, I do your feet.

Speaker 4 (08:21):
I take those gallon bags and I'll put my bathing
seats in them and then I'll put them in my boots.
There you go, because I don't want my feet touching
my underwear or like my feet.

Speaker 3 (08:31):
Are different, dude, you have tobit feet, bro, don't shut up.

Speaker 5 (08:34):
No, I don't have you seen your feet.

Speaker 3 (08:37):
They're pretty sick to.

Speaker 9 (08:40):
Yea, So please wrap up your underwear and let a
Walmart bag around before you just shove them in your shoes.

Speaker 6 (08:47):
So are you meeting your dad and brother at the
airport or yes?

Speaker 3 (08:50):
But apparently my dad wants change his flight. My mom
texted my brother and I last.

Speaker 2 (08:53):
Night because he's flying there's no direct flights from Nashville
to New Orleans unless you fly Southwest, and my dad's
in the big Southwest.

Speaker 3 (09:04):
Guy.

Speaker 2 (09:04):
Okay, so he had to fly as Charlotte. Then from
Charlotte to New Orleans. It's not great. It's not great.
So now he assigned last night. Apparently he wants a
fly trafflight direct, which it's always gonna my tickets twenty
four hours beforehand.

Speaker 4 (09:15):
I'm glad though, that he's going to fly direct because
that I don't think Charlotte is such a big airport.

Speaker 2 (09:19):
But it's also like he's in the middle of the country. Yeah,
he's gonna fly the East coast to fly back to
Milk Country.

Speaker 6 (09:25):
Like Charlotte isn't that far from Nashville.

Speaker 2 (09:27):
It's so like it's you're flying from the mil the
Country to the East coast to go back to.

Speaker 4 (09:32):
The middle like okay, but it's a five hour drive.

Speaker 3 (09:34):
Yeah, well, I'm saying that a's annoying as hell though.

Speaker 9 (09:37):
And with a Charlotte airport that is the one airport
where I have missed almost every single connecting flight because.

Speaker 5 (09:42):
You land in one side and you have to sprint exactly.

Speaker 4 (09:46):
That's the only time I've ever picked up my carry
on and I was in a dress, because this is
when I traveled like an idiot and I sprinted holding
my suitcase like like a child.

Speaker 6 (09:55):
Almost.

Speaker 9 (09:56):
Well, I've missed every literally connecting flight that went to Charlotte.

Speaker 2 (10:00):
I help my dad's listing right now to the podcast
because he'll be not thrilled to be and change his flight.

Speaker 4 (10:05):
So well, you know what, you take that Southwest flight
before they're going to charge you for checking it up.

Speaker 2 (10:10):
I already looked his five hundred dollars one way for
Southwest because it's twenty when we were twenty four hours away, Like,
it's not ideal time.

Speaker 4 (10:17):
I don't love Southwest. And I still have some points
if you want me to send them to you.

Speaker 3 (10:22):
Oh, can you get that?

Speaker 6 (10:24):
You can give points so I could do.

Speaker 3 (10:25):
That nex text my mother.

Speaker 5 (10:26):
Okay, is this for the cigar?

Speaker 2 (10:29):
It is indeed SNAr Convention Flare exciting down there, just
kind of hang out boys weekend, get crazy.

Speaker 6 (10:35):
It's gonna be fun.

Speaker 2 (10:36):
It's gonna be fun because I think my dad and
brother get there beforehand so they can hang with each other, yeah,
and do their thing, and then I'll be the fun one.

Speaker 4 (10:44):
I think it'll be like a nice little banding, bonding
family trip, especially since your brother's having a baby in
a few months and to.

Speaker 2 (10:49):
Say, the last trip before he is a baby. When's
it do July something. It's kind of like his birthday
weekend because his birthday was Monday. It's kind of like
birthday weekend.

Speaker 6 (10:58):
So you guys will have a good time.

Speaker 2 (11:01):
Yes, Rose has the three things you need to know
for your Thursday. Come much you have for us?

Speaker 5 (11:04):
We're going to talk about Maryland being one of the
greenest states this year.

Speaker 3 (11:08):
Give me just over three minutes on intern January show
from the City that Changes the World. Peers Rose with
three things you need to know for your Thursday. Rose,
what you got for us?

Speaker 9 (11:19):
Well, there are some growing concerns about Metro's automatic train system,
so the Washington Metrorail Safety Commission, which oversees Metro, said
that the Red Line trains have been blowing past where
they're supposed to stop.

Speaker 3 (11:30):
Perfect.

Speaker 9 (11:33):
Yeah, So Metro got approval to use the automatic train
operation on the Red Line starting in December of last year,
and it's supposed to be safer and more reliable.

Speaker 5 (11:41):
But since then, there, like I said, have been that issue.
Since December fifteenth, there have been two hundred and seventeen
overruns metro trains that are supposed to automat past the
station platform.

Speaker 9 (11:54):
Metro Rail has attributed these occurrences to an electromagnetic interference
and they continue to maintain there is no evidence of
a safety concern. But that doesn't sound great, and it
also sounds very inconvenient, Like what if you're.

Speaker 5 (12:06):
In one of the first trains that's blone thousand, you
can't get off.

Speaker 3 (12:08):
Like you gotta figure that out.

Speaker 5 (12:10):
Not great.

Speaker 9 (12:10):
So the roof of an iconic nightclub in the capital
of the Dominican Republic collapse nearly an hour after a
merangue concert began.

Speaker 5 (12:18):
So this is so sad, so scary. It was at
jet Set in Santo Domingo.

Speaker 9 (12:24):
And there are at least one hundred and twenty four
people that have died, more than one hundred and fifty
that have been injured. From what I'm reading, they're still
searching in the rubble for survivals. But the club, the
capacity ranges between like five hundred and one thousand people
like that.

Speaker 5 (12:41):
It's a really popular venue now.

Speaker 9 (12:44):
Former Washington National player Tony Blanco was among those killed,
as well as another MLB player, Octavio Dotel. According to
Professional Baseball League of the Dominican Republic, Tony was actually
credited with saving a form teammate and friend, Esteban Herman,
before dying. So Esteban told a reporter that he had

(13:06):
just returned from the bathroom and sat down at their
table when Tony noticed the stealings starting to come down
and pushed him out of.

Speaker 5 (13:13):
The way, saving his life. So sad, seriously, what a hero.

Speaker 9 (13:18):
I'll keep the updated on this because there's still so
much that's coming out from this.

Speaker 4 (13:23):
So.

Speaker 9 (13:23):
Yes, And according to a new study, Maryland is the
fourth greenest state in the.

Speaker 3 (13:28):
Country list yes, which is very cool.

Speaker 9 (13:30):
Virginia came in a number nineteen, but Maryland overall fourth.

Speaker 5 (13:34):
It came thirteenth in air.

Speaker 9 (13:35):
Quality, twentieth in soil quality, eighteenth in water quality, but
first in lead certified buildings per capita.

Speaker 3 (13:42):
Eighth and energy consumption per.

Speaker 5 (13:44):
Capita and tenth gasoline consumption in gallons.

Speaker 3 (13:47):
Now and I'll look.

Speaker 5 (13:48):
Marylyn looking love it. I'm Roz. Those are the three
things you need to.

Speaker 3 (13:52):
Know for the day. Thank you, ros You're welcome.

Speaker 2 (13:54):
Also, last night I started watching this doc dropped on
Netflix called Bad Influence, The Dark Side of Him a
kid fluencing.

Speaker 3 (14:01):
Right, it's a must watch.

Speaker 5 (14:03):
Yeah, I watched the preview for it because there's been
a lot of like influencer stuff that's coming to light
now and it is absolute. That trailer gave me so
much anxiety.

Speaker 4 (14:14):
It was all I've watched an episode and a half.
It was awful. Yeah, and it still is awful. So
I'm not obviously done.

Speaker 2 (14:20):
Yeah, I'm not gonna spoil anything, but it's about this, like,
you know, these content houses quote unquote started popping up
around the pandemic where you get lunch influencers who tend
to let together make content.

Speaker 3 (14:30):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (14:31):
This was one lady who had her kid who had
kind of a massive following on YouTube and then kind
of convince other parents like have your kids come over here, yeah,
and we'll just make content. Yeah, it's like the kid
influencing thing. Like I think that the Costco Guys video
that we bring the boom. I've always said from the jump,
it's weird. It is weird here that's a grown man. Yeah,

(14:52):
who's pimping out his twelve year old kid.

Speaker 4 (14:54):
But that's what a lot of parents on social media do,
and it's like kids can't consent to that, especially the
baby influencer.

Speaker 6 (15:00):
One, Yeah, that's just so weird.

Speaker 9 (15:02):
This is part of the reason why I stopped sharing
the girls' faces.

Speaker 5 (15:06):
And one people are so weird.

Speaker 9 (15:07):
And two I know I would hate if my parents
had shared something, especially if it was something embarrassing that
I did as a kid and that was on the Internet.

Speaker 5 (15:16):
Forever, Like I don't I don't want to subject.

Speaker 6 (15:19):
My kids to that.

Speaker 2 (15:20):
Yeah, I don't want to spoil anything because there are
there's many jaw dropping moments. But I'll give you this nugget.
I guess there's some website I'm not going to say
the name of it where it's like an OnlyFans, but
it's not nuity. You need to be thirteen years old
to put content down the site, but you need to
be eighteen to have a subscription to the site. You
have people above eighteen years old paying money to subscribe

(15:43):
to people as young as thirteen, which is hard as
towards the end because the girl was the whole thing. Yeah,
because the girl who's the subject of it, her mom
made her an account so she don't thinks she's even
eighteen yet.

Speaker 6 (15:54):
No, she's not, she's sixteen.

Speaker 4 (15:55):
She still has she's still on social media, she still
has six point one million followers, which I think is insane,
the people because she's sixteen. And I understand when I
was sixteen, I was an idiot. This girl has a
ton of tattoos, which her mom obviously has a sign
for unless she's like white trashly guy, I am getting
tattoos and kitchens, which sure, but like and she acts.

Speaker 6 (16:13):
Like she's twenty one.

Speaker 4 (16:15):
Yeah, she's it's very sexualized and it just really but
I know I'm not a parent. It just I was
looking at her Instagram last night and I was like,
this is insane.

Speaker 2 (16:22):
Yeah, it's uh, if you get a chance to watch it,
Bad Influence, dark side, kid fluencing, I think it's with
all we know about yeah child, sorry, and.

Speaker 6 (16:29):
There's so many gross people out there that's really all.

Speaker 2 (16:33):
Yeah, So it's it's scary watched it would love your
thoughts of her text nine nine three three eight.

Speaker 3 (16:38):

last ball. She previously hosted the Awards back in twenty fifteen,
and that's performed on the show ten times. So, like

(17:33):
I said, it's going to be on Memorial Day, and
producers say that the program will pay special tribute to
our US troops and veterans through authentic performances and unforgettable.

Speaker 6 (17:42):
Moments and the white lotus.

Speaker 4 (17:44):
We know it's wrap season three, the drama is still
flowing off screen, so fans are buzzing because co stars
Walton Goggins and Amy leu Wood, who played lovers Rick
and Chelsea, suddenly and followed each other on Instagram.

Speaker 6 (17:57):
I know, so some.

Speaker 4 (17:58):
People on social media have your eyes that maybe even
Walton has blocked Amy Lou since her old comments vanished
from his post, but they but his are still visible
on hers, so adding field if I are both actors
shared some mental posts about their act their characters without
tagging each other. So uh, Walton wrote, thank you Amy
Lou for being my partner a journey I will never forget.

(18:21):
Then Amy Lou shared, uh the Perfect Storm. And then
like I said a few days ago, uh, there's that
drama with the composer in like way the show the
show creator too.

Speaker 2 (18:31):
So I got to say something quickly because we often
have had stories of people unfollowing people. Yeah, I would
hope there's like a software program that's given people these hints,
not people going through it. I wonder who Katie harry
On follow.

Speaker 3 (18:42):
Today, Yeah and discuss it. Just seems it is odd odd, Yeah,
much work.

Speaker 4 (18:47):
May someone just noticed that her comments disappeared on his
post and locked.

Speaker 3 (18:51):
I don't know. I just somebody's invested.

Speaker 6 (18:53):
I don't know. And this is kind of cool if
you like Twilight.

Speaker 4 (18:56):
I know Eric is probably like freaking out right now
because a Twilight concert series is gonna hit sixty stop
lapping sixty.

Speaker 6 (19:05):
Cities this summer.

Speaker 4 (19:05):
So the novel Twilight is celebrating its twentieth anniversary, and
the live to film experience features the original movie accompanied
by a twelve piece ensemble of rock and orchestral musicians
on stage while while audiences to take in the romantic story.
God Son's great. Yeah, So the concert bawl kick off.
Guess where Washington?

Speaker 10 (19:26):
No?

Speaker 6 (19:26):
Non forks Washington?

Speaker 3 (19:28):
What in DC?

Speaker 6 (19:29):
No Washington state?

Speaker 4 (19:31):
Sorry at all that it starts in Spokane September twelfth,
and then it's gonna go to Seattle and then it'll
be here in DC for two nights.

Speaker 3 (19:40):
Wait, hody here, how do you lived in Washington? I
think Howdy went to FOURK we did.

Speaker 4 (19:44):
Go to Fork, yes, but it'll be here in DC
on October twenty fourth and twenty fifth at the National Theater.
Pre sale is currently going on right now, but tickets
go on sale tomorrow morning at ten am. It's actually
really easy to get pre sale tickets, so just I
consider buying them this morning.

Speaker 6 (19:57):
I'll be for real.

Speaker 3 (19:58):
How do you live in Seattle for a year or so?
Did you went to yeah where they filmed?

Speaker 11 (20:05):
There is a Fork Washington, but where they filmed uh
twilet was actually an organ which is really yeah, So
when you go to Forks, Washington, do they have anything?
It's just like memorability, but it's not like this is
where he filmed.

Speaker 4 (20:17):
It, because it's like all twilighty.

Speaker 3 (20:22):
I didn't visit the one cvs. Did you go to
the place in Yeah?

Speaker 11 (20:27):
So it's the same town they filmed a Halloween Town,
so that's fun. So we passed by the bookstore Wherebella
gets saved by ed Edward at the yeah yeah sorry.
And then their house is actually like the top of
the hill. It's near like uh Aggie's house from Halloween Town.
It's kind of like a breaking bad thing because they

(20:49):
don't want people taking photos.

Speaker 4 (20:50):
Imagine Wait the house that Black Bear just posted that
he was at and he said that was really an organ.

Speaker 6 (20:58):
Black Bear is the.

Speaker 3 (20:59):
I I just wonder, I know, Thanks soome, Nypty.

Speaker 4 (21:03):
I feel like for something watching night, We Got the
castleeen The Hurricanes on Money, Metal on ESPN Plus. Black
Mirror is back for season seven on Netflix. Pop the Balloon.
It's a new series on Netflix. But you used to
be able to watch it on what YouTube?

Speaker 3 (21:15):
A that's sorry, do you have a YouTube show?

Speaker 4 (21:17):
But it starts tonight at eight pm. Grays Anabmes on ABC.
Hacks is the season premiere on HBO a season four premiere,
and then The Pit is on Max It's the season finale.

Speaker 6 (21:26):
And then we talked about this earlier.

Speaker 4 (21:28):
But bout influenced the Dark sided kid Influence, kid Fluencing.

Speaker 3 (21:31):
It's dark.

Speaker 6 (21:32):
I don't like it, but I'm gonna keep watching.

Speaker 3 (21:34):
I do think all parents should probably watch that. Oh
for sure, for sure? Thank you, Sausin.

Speaker 6 (21:38):
You're welcome.

Speaker 2 (21:39):
If you need someone to listen to, Hoodies got Crisis
podcasts out talking about season two of the Last of Us.
You can listen y miss radio dot com. I thought
this was hilarious. We're doing our first ever dog adoptation
in event April twenty six, a Saturday, two thirty to
four thirty, Hi social in Arlington. A cat missing for
four months? Pops up country. Okay, so this woman's name

(22:02):
is Sophie. Her worst nightmare came true. Her cat Luna
went missing. As any pet parent would do, she spent
many trying hours searching for Luna, with no luck.

Speaker 3 (22:11):
According to local newspaper.

Speaker 2 (22:13):
After several months, the twenty five year old was convinced
she would never be reunited with her cat ever again.
Oh then she got a call from the chip people.
Like she got to the micro chip people. Turned out,
Luna survived living on her own all those months. The
enfortunate part was she was found the gardens of a
hotel in Scotland.

Speaker 6 (22:33):
Oh where was she?

Speaker 3 (22:35):
England? Okay?

Speaker 2 (22:36):
Yeah, the two year old Luna Man's travel over three
hundred miles from home in England.

Speaker 6 (22:40):
Oh my god, to Scotland. How did she get there?

Speaker 3 (22:42):
Walked? Also?

Speaker 2 (22:44):
I don't think I think you need if I'm not
an idiot, I don't think the connected by Land.

Speaker 3 (22:48):
I think it's England's island.

Speaker 2 (22:50):
I don't I think Scotland also is an island, not
mistaken or maybe it's part Maybe I'm wrong, but I
don't think you can get there with a boat from England.

Speaker 3 (22:59):
Perhaps some wrong though connected Okay.

Speaker 2 (23:01):
She said she was an inconsolable asked where she was
that when the vet told her she was in Scotland,
she couldn't believe it. It's kind of like that we
talked about this last week. There's a family in Australia
who lost their miniature dashound who's been running aund this
island in Australia for a year and a half. Yea, literally,
no one at least like the dog will probably be
happy to see you the cat.

Speaker 3 (23:19):
I think it would be more like I have to
be in the car for two hours.

Speaker 5 (23:22):
Now on my own, I walked up that highway or
took a train. Like cats are sneaky, you know they
could easily.

Speaker 2 (23:32):
So there you go. I want to get to this
next for your Thursday, Sauce, send this to me. If
you want the perfect vacation, you need to have some
Jomo give me four minutes.

Speaker 3 (23:41):
An intern Johnny Marty Show.

Speaker 2 (23:43):
I thought this is kind of interesting, especially coming from you, Sauce,
because I don't think you are very good at practicing this, Okay,
they're saying, if you want to have a good vacation,
you need Jomo. So we've never fomo is the fear
of missing out. We've talked about Joe Moo being the
joy missing out where it's turning down plans to go out,
like staying in and how like.

Speaker 3 (24:01):
That can be fun. Yes, to be honest, it can
be fun.

Speaker 6 (24:04):
It can.

Speaker 2 (24:05):
It's also very very cheap, you know what I mean.
So the idea of JEMO, they say, it's mentally all
about protecting your peace and personal needs rather than staying
super busy and compelled to always be doing something.

Speaker 6 (24:16):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (24:17):
I say this because I don't think you, Sauce are
good at staying still. I'm not especially I think on
vacation stuff you pull a lot of pressure on yourselffication.

Speaker 4 (24:26):
I know, but also especially well, No, that's not always
true because when I went to Key Wes last year,
I didn't do that. I was play more chill okay,
But when I go police, I know people I try
to pack it all in Like Dallas this weekend, I'm
going to be packing. I like tell my friends that
I know that live in Dallas. I told my radio
friends I know live in Dallas. I'm like, hey, Friday night,

(24:46):
let's go out. And then I realized that the rodeo
is pretty early the next day, Yes, so we could
also go out.

Speaker 2 (24:52):
I was gonna say Land Friday, Yeah, yes, what's what's
your schedule?

Speaker 4 (24:56):
So we're gonna Land, go to the hotel, starting ready
for We're going to at dinner and then we're gonna
go meet up with our radio friends and then we're
just gonna go out with them.

Speaker 6 (25:04):
And I guess the whole show is wrong.

Speaker 3 (25:06):
Called Billy.

Speaker 2 (25:07):
I know he's working right now, but friendly kid, we'll
just let him know that you are his responsibility. He's
gonna think something's wrong, which is exciting. Hey Billy, you're
on the air. Hey Billy the kid, and how have
you on the show? Hey, just say we're on the
same page. You are where that you are responsible for

(25:28):
sauce this weekend.

Speaker 8 (25:31):
That's a big responsibility.

Speaker 2 (25:33):
Yeah, well she is. She is micro chip, so we'll
give you the information in that way.

Speaker 3 (25:37):
Okay, Okay, good, good, she's chipped and we're good.

Speaker 8 (25:39):
Yeah, we'll make sure she's safe.

Speaker 3 (25:41):
Okay, and thank you. He get it to ride a pony, John, Yeah,
of course, whatever horse bro.

Speaker 2 (25:49):
All right, sick all right, Bill, love me, dude, I'll
talk to you so many.

Speaker 3 (25:54):
Yeah. I love Billy. He's one of the greatest human beings.
It really is.

Speaker 2 (25:57):
When it was like a baby DJ, I sent my
like highlight tape out to a bunch of DJs. Company
two people responded, I was, I was heartbroken. Nobody else's
spinded both Jojo right in La and Billy the Kid
and Billy wrote this really long, thoughtful email and like
didn't have to do that because I was I was nobody.
I was literally like seventeen to shrine out and the
audio is.

Speaker 4 (26:17):
Trash okay it Yeah, it's very cool anyway, so uh
back to the task of hand.

Speaker 3 (26:23):
Yes, also, Billy the Kids Show checked them out at.

Speaker 6 (26:25):
Radio Fantastic Dallas makes Dallas.

Speaker 2 (26:28):
The idea for Jomo as far as traveling, is giving
yourself permission to dish a pack that tererary and just
experience a place more naturally. Uh so, like instead of
having like everything scheduled out a little bit different because
with a bunch of radio friends in Dallas, but the
idea of like maybe have like one or two things.
I think that the biggest enemy of Jomo is always
like bacherette party and bachelor party weekends.

Speaker 3 (26:50):
Oh for sure, every minute.

Speaker 4 (26:52):
Isa, Yeah, So for me since I've never been to Dallas,
I do like Obviously Saturday, the rodeo starts at eleven,
so we're gonna have to check in around ten eleven am.
So we're gonna have to be checked in by like
ten am because we have media passes. So it's gonna
take a little bit because you have to be escorts.

Speaker 6 (27:11):
But the livestock, I'm so excited. I'm alsto just like
not dressed suit for livestock. But it's fine. This is
my outfits.

Speaker 3 (27:18):
You're gonna be yuppie country instead of real country.

Speaker 4 (27:20):
I mean, I got these Montana boots I'm gonna be wearing.
I got my cowgirl hat.

Speaker 2 (27:24):
Yeah, and they're gonna be like all this stuff is
brand new. This girl is not made for the road.

Speaker 6 (27:29):
I want to go scuff up my boot. We don't
wear about my boots on Friday.

Speaker 5 (27:32):
You should break them in.

Speaker 4 (27:33):
I know I need to break them in and then
I'm obviously in a Google good place to eat and
try to hit them up. There's also go to try
to find some influencers. I like to live there, you
want to be friends for the weekend, and like, hey Caroline,
I love your hair. We also kind of look like
let's be friends.

Speaker 2 (27:50):
Okay, that's a good idea. Yeah, that's all I do.
You know, well, they say the base basically the Jomo.
The joy of that is you can connect deeply the
places you visit and feel less burnt out.

Speaker 6 (28:01):
Yeah, so this is how I prefer to travel.

Speaker 5 (28:04):
Like Clint is kind of the planner, and I'm like,
let's just see where the day takes us.

Speaker 3 (28:08):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (28:09):
Well, I think like there's nothing worse in taking a
vacation and then getting back and needing a vacation from
vacation and not.

Speaker 5 (28:16):
Being able to do it burnt out from traveling.

Speaker 2 (28:18):
And Sauces asked, I always try to on my flight
back from New Orleans this weekend, I land at like
one on Sunday, so I can still I have like
other stuff with the Sunday for hockey, so I have
the day, Sauces asked, take like the last flight out
well like eleven thirty pm, and then be like, I
don't know why I'm so tired of Monday.

Speaker 6 (28:34):
Ten o'clock on Sundays.

Speaker 4 (28:37):
Because Kate is a Marriott Rewards member, so we get
a late checkout.

Speaker 6 (28:41):
That's great, so we can have fun.

Speaker 3 (28:44):
Okay, yeah, Kate to start working at four thirty a
m On Monday.

Speaker 4 (28:48):
No, I literally text her at four o'clock this morning.
She hasn't texted me back, so she's probably still sleeping.

Speaker 6 (28:52):
Lucky.

Speaker 3 (28:53):
So you say next Monday is gonna be a fun show?

Speaker 6 (28:56):
Yes, yes, yes, if l fourteenth.

Speaker 2 (28:59):
If you have Rick mandations for sauce in Dallas nine
nine three three eight at texts in turn January.

Speaker 3 (29:05):
How soon is too soon to move in? Hang on,
We're just weeks away.

Speaker 2 (29:09):
Intern John Second Chance prom the Philmore Silver Spring, give
me a lot of fun. It's say stacked stacked line
of Chris Korpatrick IV and sync BB mac O Town LFO,
Ryan Cabrera m or grab your tickets hot inety nine
and five dot com slash prom. I'm also nervous too,
because Ryan Cabrera we're gonna see him, I think the
following week, because we're gonna be Orlando. He wants go golfing.

(29:32):
I have to get better at golf. I'm more of
like a leisurely, have fun type of I'm bad than
you are.

Speaker 4 (29:39):
I have I ever sat here inside I played golf?

Speaker 3 (29:42):
I ever did did you take lessons? Uh?

Speaker 6 (29:45):
By accident?

Speaker 3 (29:47):
Wasn't it?

Speaker 8 (29:47):
Was?

Speaker 3 (29:48):
She do better at top golf than you? Though? How
did you take golf by accident?

Speaker 4 (29:52):
Because I thought that I was getting a golf lesson,
and then the guy thought it was a date.

Speaker 3 (29:56):
Okay.

Speaker 6 (29:56):
So I showed up.

Speaker 4 (29:57):
In like a a you know, like a sporty little
dress with the shorts built in outfit.

Speaker 3 (30:03):
Yeah, of course.

Speaker 4 (30:03):
And he's there and like a button up in khakis
with a bottle of wine at top golf. But he
used to be a professional golfer, and he did teach
me how to like stand and stuff.

Speaker 3 (30:12):
Okay, So going golf next week if you want to come?

Speaker 6 (30:15):
What day?

Speaker 3 (30:16):
Wednesday?

Speaker 6 (30:17):
Wednesday's my only busy day next week?

Speaker 8 (30:21):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (30:23):
Today?

Speaker 2 (30:23):
First of all, a good friend DJ rise me the reservations.
So Andre days going our friend Corey to you welcome
to come to be our fifth day? Well, and then
we made it for is our schedules are all busy.
That's just now that works.

Speaker 6 (30:35):
I'm thinking of Thursday.

Speaker 3 (30:36):
Shoot, sorry bugd well next timeday, I.

Speaker 6 (30:38):
Have a busy weekness.

Speaker 2 (30:40):
By the way, you never like I beat you in
a mini golf challenge last year, and the prize was
I take of your Instagram.

Speaker 4 (30:46):
You've never brought up again, So what am I supposed
to remind you of your own prize?

Speaker 6 (30:49):
That's kind of silly.

Speaker 5 (30:51):
Isn't there a deadline on those things?

Speaker 3 (30:52):
Only only if it's reversed its mind?

Speaker 6 (30:54):
Also, that day, it was one hundred one degrees outside.

Speaker 3 (30:57):
Okay, sounds like next yuse.

Speaker 4 (30:59):
I literally had like one drink and I felt like
I was drunk because that's how hot it was outside.

Speaker 3 (31:04):
Yeah, because I was on fire.

Speaker 6 (31:05):
Bro, No, it was really fun. What was that place
called again?

Speaker 3 (31:09):
Was that rooftop of the hotel and by Tyson's?

Speaker 4 (31:12):
Yeah, that's Star Hill Brewery. Yeah, No, that place was awesome.
Well I can beat you again there probably should, I'm
not scared. Got your tickets to see the Weekend seven
thirty five. Rose has the three Things you need to Know?
Como what you got for us?

Speaker 3 (31:25):

Speaker 3 (31:39):
Let's do this from the City that changes the world.
Piers Rose with three Things you need to Know forty Thursday, Rose,
What you got for us?

Speaker 9 (31:48):
So, the Japanese Street Festival is happening this weekend in DC.
Be prepared for multiple streets to be closed at is.

Speaker 5 (31:55):
The sixty third annual festival. It's going to be held
Saturday and Sunday in Pennsylvania Avenue between Third and Seventh Streets,
and the Street Festival is built as the largest celebration
of Japanese culture in the US and includes live performances,
Japanese food and drinks, crafts, and other activities.

Speaker 3 (32:10):
It's gonna be a lot of fun.

Speaker 9 (32:12):
But if you are driving and not going to the festival,
just avoid that area because traffic is not.

Speaker 5 (32:16):
Gonna be fun. But yeah, should be a really good.

Speaker 3 (32:19):
Time if you gouy So.

Speaker 9 (32:20):
The roof of an iconic nightclub in the capital of
the Dominican Republic collapsed nearly an hour after a merangue
concert began.

Speaker 5 (32:27):
This was like Monday night Tuesday morning.

Speaker 9 (32:32):
At least one hundred and twenty four people died and
more than one hundred and fifty were injured in the incident.

Speaker 5 (32:37):
Politicians and athletes were among.

Speaker 9 (32:39):
Those at jet Set in Santo Domingo when disaster is struck.
Now it's not clear how many people exactly were inside
this venue, but estimates range between five hundred and one thousand.
They're still searching the rubble for survivors, but one of
the victims was former Washington Nationals player Tony Blanco. He

(33:00):
actually saved one of his friends and former teammate Esteban Herman,
who actually told a reporter that he had just returned
from the bathroom and sat down on their table when
Tony decided like he noticed the ceiling was falling and
pushed him out of the way, saving his life.

Speaker 12 (33:14):
Wow.

Speaker 3 (33:15):
Crazy, amazing, absolutely wild.

Speaker 9 (33:16):
But yeah, so Tony Blanco was among those killed, as
well as former Major League Baseball pitcher Octavio Hotel. Just
absolutely heartbreaking. I'm going to keep you updated because they're
still searching. From what I'm reading, and as excitement builds
for the one hundred and fiftieth Preakness Stakes, Guinness Open
Gate Brewery in Baltimore has unveiled a limited edition beer.

(33:38):
It's the Preakness one fifty Lagger and Guinness and Preakness
stave partner for.

Speaker 5 (33:43):
Like three consecutive years.

Speaker 9 (33:44):
But the brewery is rolling out just three hundred cases
of this exclusive logger, so it is extremely limited. So
if you see it, grab it because it's not going
to be around for very long. But the beer itself
is a special take on their fan favorite Rice Lagger.
This logger will be available at a few pods and
bars around the city, Guinness Open Gate Brewery and Pimlico

(34:06):
Race Course starting the week before Preakness, so keep an
eye out for it.

Speaker 3 (34:10):
I'm Rose.

Speaker 5 (34:11):
Those are the three things you need to know.

Speaker 3 (34:12):
For the day.

Speaker 2 (34:12):
Thank you, Rose, You're welcome. How soon is too soon
to move in with somebody? Eight seven seven, nine, nine
five four six state one to call, nine ninety three
three eight to text? Let me kind of set the
stage we have as a showing, but we all came
to the studio and watched the Royal Rumble a month
or so ago. We're talking to a coworker who has

(34:33):
given permission. By the way, UH been with her man
for I guess now that was like a month ago.
It's been together probably like three months. It wants to
move in and she's wondering if it's too soon. I
think the reason she is saying that her friends and
family aren't necessarily as on board with it as she is.
I don't know, the guy seems fine, seems like she's happy.
I know, like she has not had like the best

(34:55):
experiences dating in the past. So my own only concern was,
I think we've all been there when you're in a
bad spot for a while and then just something even
a little bit better seems like that's the person you
get very excited.

Speaker 4 (35:11):
I mean, I think that a lot of people want
to rush things when they're in the honeymoon phase of relationships,
because I mean I moved in with my ex boyfriend
after two and a half months and we were together
two and a half years, and he stole my car
and had a lot of other relationships by my back.
So you know my stands on that in the first half, yeah, half.

Speaker 6 (35:27):
You know my stands on this.

Speaker 4 (35:28):
Uh, if it seems great, I just think that if
you love someone, but but you always heard the stories
about people who they they meet and they like they're
connecting and everything, and like maybe they got married after
a week or they moved in after a week and
they're still together.

Speaker 6 (35:42):
Twenty years later.

Speaker 4 (35:43):
Yeah, so I think that's those like you know, Yeah,
I think like those outliers are what give people hope
that they're going to be that story because I know
with my ex boyfriend, when we rushed into moving things,
he and it's like they live in the same town
or city. They live in the same area. And my
ex lived in Texas, I lived here in Maryland. So

(36:04):
I think that's why we rushed it so much. And
I always thought that we could, you know, make it work.
Obviously it did not work. But I just think you
don't really know a person until you live with them,
especially why sign a lease if you are still getting
to know them?

Speaker 2 (36:17):
Right, So, I guess you're staying with our coworker because
her and her man's live in the same general area.
There's no need for like that extras as opposed to
you and your boyfriend were a long distance so this
way we actually like see each.

Speaker 3 (36:28):
Other and be around each other.

Speaker 4 (36:29):
And I understand life's expensive. You'd save money on bills
by combining and everything.

Speaker 6 (36:34):
I don't I don't disagree.

Speaker 4 (36:36):
It sounds great, but it's also going to be very
expensive if you're only halfway through that lease and you
too break up because you realize how fast you moved in,
and that's going to be very expensive to either get
a lease or you're going to it's going to be
mentally draining to live with your ex. Because when my
ex and I broke up, we still lived together for
a little bit and that was awful.

Speaker 3 (36:53):
Yeah, I bet so, good nightmare.

Speaker 4 (36:55):
I don't recommend it, I have done it. I learned
from my mistake, So learn from my mistake.

Speaker 2 (37:01):
Yeahse, how long were you and Clinton moved in together?

Speaker 9 (37:05):
I we were engaged, Okay, Like he came over and
like would stay the weekend because we were long distance
at the time. But like, one of the things I
think I had said was I do not want to
move in unless we are engaged, because I had done
that previously and got very burned. Sure, yeah, and he
knew that, and so the day he officially.

Speaker 5 (37:26):
Moved in was the day he proposed to me.

Speaker 3 (37:29):
Okay, that makes sense, So for.

Speaker 9 (37:30):
Us, that's that was just I just had bad experience
from it, so I personally wouldn't rush something like that
one In the first three months you barely know the person,
to be honest, They're they're showing their best self, you
haven't probably haven't gotten into a fight.

Speaker 13 (37:43):
You don't know how they fight. I mean I would
want a little bit more time. Yeah, yeah, I think
that's kind of like I never lived with anybody. I
don't like to have people over begin with.

Speaker 2 (37:54):
But like if you get married, you're gonna be with
each other forever in theory, like enjoy that time kind
of alone.

Speaker 3 (38:00):
That's my kind of thought.

Speaker 8 (38:01):
I know.

Speaker 2 (38:01):
Again, she had said that her friends and family aren't
the biggest fans. To me, it sounds like for me, Yeah,
it's not just like even him. I think it's just
more so it's too.

Speaker 4 (38:10):
Soon, That's what I was going to say. I think
that it's more so that they're just worried. That they're
just thinking not with their heart, their heads, but their hearts,
which is understandable. Again, I've been there, And I also
just think the world is a lot different because a
lot of the people that you know had thoughts on
it also like they had gotten with their exes like
ten years ago, and the world is so different. It's fair,

(38:32):
that's I mean, I don't know my ex and I
literally got toge other ten years ago. Uh, next week
will be our anniversary.

Speaker 3 (38:38):
Look, at that very exciting we need to celebrate.

Speaker 4 (38:41):
I was gonna say, what not your actual nooyfriend that
had like the thirty relationships with women all around Mary
well the DMV because one lived in Virginia.

Speaker 6 (38:49):
He's still in my car? Has he your fance?

Speaker 3 (38:51):
Loved it? For sure?

Speaker 2 (38:52):
But yeah, let me ask you how soon is too
soon to move in? And if he did move in quickly,
how did it work out? Seven seven nine ninety five
for six eight one to call, nine.

Speaker 3 (39:03):
Nine three three eight to text?

Speaker 2 (39:06):
First requested Gracie and he turned Johnny Maary, how soon
is too soon to move in? Eight seven seven nine
ninety five for six state one to call, nine ninety
three three eight the text, we have a coworker in
a different department who, by the way, gave us the
green light to bring us up on the show, but
with her man for a little bit over three months?
Is it too soon for them to move in? Would
love your thoughts. Let me go Amber, good.

Speaker 3 (39:27):
Morning, good morning. You and your man's moved in after
how long? Girl?

Speaker 14 (39:32):
Two weeks?

Speaker 3 (39:34):
Two weeks? Whose idea was it? It was kind of
a very weird situation.

Speaker 14 (39:40):
So he lived with his son's.

Speaker 15 (39:44):
Mother for a very long time, and they were kind
of just co parenting together but living separate lives. And
when he actually decided that he was going to date
somebody else, she kind of went crazy. And it was
either he went to live with his mother or came
to stay with me, and he kind of stayed a
couple of nights and never left.

Speaker 3 (40:03):
Okay, So yeah, how long has it been?

Speaker 12 (40:07):
Two years?

Speaker 3 (40:08):
Look at that?

Speaker 2 (40:09):
Okay, Amber, thank you for listening to the great day
you too, by we hold that you need the voice
change here in Alexandria, fake named to call good.

Speaker 7 (40:18):
Morning, Good Morning.

Speaker 3 (40:21):
It says you got married before you lived together.

Speaker 16 (40:25):
Yes, that's correct. Okay, So when we were there, so.

Speaker 7 (40:30):
We lived in different states and I was on a
contract for work and that didn't end until two months
after we got married, and so we had never lived
together before. We knew each other a very long time.
But it definitely was a learning curve for sure.

Speaker 3 (40:46):
Do you wish you had had the chance to live
with each other before you got married or or no?

Speaker 7 (40:52):
Honestly, I don't think I would change anything. I'm not
sure that we would be married if we lived together before.
But be Mary, it forced us to work through things
and not just run and work through the hard part.

Speaker 2 (41:05):
What was what was the biggest surprise about their habits
at home once you moved in together?

Speaker 7 (41:09):
Faith in the call, Oh my god, weird quirks, just like,
oh god, I don't know very very he puts things
in certain areas.

Speaker 16 (41:24):
And sometimes it doesn't.

Speaker 7 (41:26):
Make sense at all. But if the thing is not
in that area, he'll be like, where is my so
and so? And it's like, I don't know, it wasn't
supposed to be there. To begin myself, I just learned
very quickly to just like leave his thing where they
where they lie and work around it.

Speaker 3 (41:42):
Nicole. Even the voice change and I can feel the frustration.

Speaker 5 (41:44):
It's hilarious.

Speaker 3 (41:45):
So thank you have a great day.

Speaker 4 (41:48):
That Oh yeah, I really put yourself away.

Speaker 2 (41:53):
There is that let me go, so many of these
let me go, christ and good morning, good morning.

Speaker 3 (42:01):
You met your man's on tender? How long to take
us and move in?

Speaker 17 (42:06):
So?

Speaker 18 (42:06):
I met him on tender. We talked for about about
a week, We texted for and instilling pretty much felt
a connection, and then we had a date night, our
first date, and then a few days later I stayed
at his house and I basically never left and we've
been together now for two and a half years.

Speaker 3 (42:23):
Oh yeah, my man's got game.

Speaker 18 (42:25):
Huh, yes, you know, definitely. Yeah, we both just got
out of relationships. I wasn't really looking for anything. I
had a roster, if that's what you want to call it,
and he basically knocked all of them out of the park,
and we've been together an out for two and.

Speaker 5 (42:43):
A half years and we're very happy.

Speaker 2 (42:44):
So crazy did you tell like your friends and family
after two weeks you're moving in or July and make
it seem like it was further down the line.

Speaker 18 (42:52):
So it's actually funny because one of my girlfriends actually
got out of relationship and we were ready to have
that quote hot girl summer. We had it apart, been together,
and that I was only at that apartment probably for
two weeks, and we had just gotten it.

Speaker 3 (43:07):
So everybody knew.

Speaker 18 (43:08):
Everyone was a little skeptical, but I knew in my
heart it was right, and here we are two and.

Speaker 3 (43:13):
A half later, years later. So all right, Risen, thank
you for listening. I have a great day.

Speaker 18 (43:19):
Thank you too.

Speaker 2 (43:20):
Is it wrong that when she said that he knocked
off the guys and the roster I thought was he
slept with them.

Speaker 3 (43:28):
Is that wrong?

Speaker 6 (43:29):
She said, yeah. She said he knocked them out of
the park like he was just.

Speaker 2 (43:33):
She said, he knocked him off, almost like he went
to each one of his life.

Speaker 6 (43:36):
And she said, he knocked him out.

Speaker 3 (43:38):
Kind of power move.

Speaker 5 (43:40):
This is what's gonna happenxactly what she meant.

Speaker 3 (43:42):
Yeah, no doubt.

Speaker 6 (43:42):
He was just a very gentleman, all right.

Speaker 2 (43:46):
Okay, different ideas. Sure, we'll never know who's right. Sadly,
I mean I.

Speaker 6 (43:50):
Think we all we could. They could text him be
like John, you're wrong.

Speaker 3 (43:54):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (43:55):
If anybody else thought the way I did, he is
text Yester nine ninety three three eight. Because when she
said she had roster, he knocked him off one by one,
it sounds like he went and took him out like
he or just like established dominance.

Speaker 3 (44:08):
Okay, perhaps what.

Speaker 2 (44:15):
Okay, Well hold on real quick and Perry Hall, Rachel,
good morning, Hi, good morning.

Speaker 3 (44:21):
Rachel.

Speaker 2 (44:22):
Did not sound like she was saying her man knocked
off all the other guys.

Speaker 14 (44:27):
Yeah, I agree, it was definitely a power move.

Speaker 2 (44:29):
Thank you, Thank you so, Rachel. You moved in after
how long.

Speaker 19 (44:34):
Like a week?

Speaker 14 (44:35):
It was kind of the same situation.

Speaker 20 (44:37):
I just never left.

Speaker 3 (44:38):
Okay, indeed you.

Speaker 1 (44:40):
Didn't invite it, but it worked out.

Speaker 2 (44:42):
Sure, did you tell friends of family and you can't
play close to the best.

Speaker 21 (44:47):
I After like three months, I was still living at
home with my mom and she was like, had an ultimatum,
and she was like, you either need to take all your.

Speaker 2 (44:54):
Stuff or you can move back home.

Speaker 20 (44:56):
And I just moved in with him.

Speaker 3 (44:58):
Look at and we've been together, holl.

Speaker 1 (45:01):
We just celebrated our ten year wedding anniversary.

Speaker 3 (45:06):
Rachel, thank you for listening to have a great day.

Speaker 19 (45:09):
Thank you too.

Speaker 3 (45:10):
Bye.

Speaker 2 (45:11):
Everything Celebrity Sauce has or entertainment apart coming next, what
you got for us?

Speaker 4 (45:15):
This artist said that they're probably never going to perform
during the Super Bowl.

Speaker 2 (45:18):
I'm going to tell you who pull us your tickets
for the weekend. Hang on the weekend, Come in Northwest Stadium.
We want to get you in the show. Thanks to
Live Nation. In a second, but first, everything Celebrity Sauce
has or entertainment apart what you.

Speaker 3 (45:34):
Got for us?

Speaker 4 (45:34):
So paparazzi greed Justin Bieber before apparently his first cup
of coffee this morning. He was not in the mood
for their Shenanigan so basically one of the photo agencies
actually posted this on YouTube, and it's a video of
Justin confronting him. He yelled at them, quote money, money, money, money.

Speaker 3 (45:50):
John, you throw them me. I'm not talking about money.

Speaker 4 (45:54):
Money, money, money, money, Get out of your bro Money
that's all you want.

Speaker 6 (45:57):
You don't care about human beings, only money.

Speaker 3 (45:59):
Unquote.

Speaker 4 (46:00):
They called Justin in a few friends as they arrived
at the Vintage Coffee Shop, And basically, this shop is
only five minutes from the grounds Coachella, you know, the
music festival. It starts tomorrow, and I'm sure he's gonna
be going. But he also didn't have to get the car.
I'm sure his friends would have gotten from coffee, the
whole thing. Yeah, but he's probably just sick of paparazzi too.
So he's been famous forever.

Speaker 3 (46:18):
So I get it.

Speaker 4 (46:19):
I mean I don't get it, but I have empathy.
So Roger Nore is a friend of late Liam Payne,
has voluntarily withdrawn a defamation lawsuit against Payne's father, Jeff Payin.
The suits stemmed from a sworn statement by Jeff claiming
that basically Roger had full responsibility for William's care, which

(46:43):
Roger has denied, stating quote, I never agreed to be
and never was the caretaker of lamp And basically Roger
originally saw it over ten million dollars in damages, pledging
to donate any award to LIAMB.

Speaker 6 (46:54):
Payne Sunbar.

Speaker 4 (46:55):
He has now dismissed the case without prejudice, meaning that
he can be they can be refiled later. But Roger,
who was exonerated of charges related to Liam Paine's death
alongside to hotel staff members, previously reflected on you know
Liam's struggle, saying you do what you can, but the
end of the day, it's her decision. Meanwhile, the two
other individuals remain in jail, so keep you update on that.

(47:17):
And Ed Charon was recently doing an interview and he
doesn't believe that he has the pizzazz needed to headline
a Super Bowl halftime show. He revealed that he was
once the approach about joining another artist's performance.

Speaker 6 (47:29):
But hasn't been offered a solo.

Speaker 4 (47:30):
He said, well, I don't think English artists are like
I mean, there are some that have the pazzaz in
the super Bowl, but me going up there and being like,
here's a team and here's perfect no one wants to
see that, and he also added that he might consider
a guest appearance thing if it was a Beyonce show
and there was a moment where we sung perfect together.

Speaker 6 (47:49):
That makes sense to me.

Speaker 4 (47:50):
He express doubt about bidding into the show's format as well,
saying that the catalog that I have doesn't really lund itself.

Speaker 6 (47:55):
I can't picture myself doing it.

Speaker 4 (47:56):
He also talked about, however, year for his birthday, he
collects movie memorabilia. He has Ron Williams costume from a Hook.
He also has Tinkerballs costume from it and hook sword.
So John, I know you're.

Speaker 3 (48:06):
Pretty jaous right now. That's pretty sick.

Speaker 4 (48:09):
If you look for something to watch today, we got
The cab Flan in the Hurricanes. That's on Monumental or
ESPM plud. I'll be there, Yes you will. Black Mirror
is back for season seven on Netflix. Pop the Balloon.

Speaker 6 (48:32):
You should watch it, especially.

Speaker 4 (48:33):
If you're a parent, because it's, yeah, it's dark.

Speaker 2 (48:37):
If you ever think about getting your kid into like
the limelight, this, well, yeah, hopefully persuade you otherwise.

Speaker 6 (48:43):
Yeah. Thanks, OS, You're welcome.

Speaker 2 (48:44):
If you need something to listen to, uh Hoodie has

Speaker 18 (51:26):
So not only did I have to work that day
and it was Thanksgiving, but when I went out.

Speaker 19 (51:31):
In the morning to get to my car to go
to work, my car had been stolen.

Speaker 8 (51:35):
Damn.

Speaker 3 (51:35):
Oh, No, that sucks. That sucks.

Speaker 6 (51:38):

Speaker 3 (51:40):
But yeah, I missed.

Speaker 19 (51:42):
I missed today I worked with miss meant I missed
time and a half because I had volunteered to work
that morning. Damn oh no, and I had to report
my car stolen.

Speaker 3 (51:53):
That's off. Did they find your car?

Speaker 19 (51:57):
They found it four days later and it was total Oh.

Speaker 2 (52:00):
My god, I'm sorry. Yeah, I mean at least only
get better from there, I suppose. But was your car unlocked?
Did they like break in like hot wire?

Speaker 19 (52:09):
And they broke in through the back window?

Speaker 2 (52:14):
And okay, all right, Katie, one second, you're in the running.
Its yeah, let me go go. There's so many of
these in Pentagon City. Jacob, good morning, good morning. All right,
what happened my friend?

Speaker 23 (52:30):
It's about two and a half years ago. My boyfriend
came out and visited meet from Utah for my birthday
and he ended up breaking up with me the day
after because I didn't give him my roommate's orange juice.
What that was like the catalyst for it?

Speaker 3 (52:49):
Okay?

Speaker 23 (52:50):
He told me that I was prioritizing her needs over his,
and yeah, he flew back home and called me and broke.

Speaker 3 (52:58):
Up with me.

Speaker 2 (52:59):
Okay, are we talking like a giant jug about j
Jacob or an individual thing about it wasn't his orange?

Speaker 3 (53:07):
Yeah?

Speaker 23 (53:08):
Right, yeah, so it was an individual like small one
And I said, no, it's not mine. I can't give
it to you, you know, and yeah, and then he
had a meltdown. He started crying, and then he went
home the next day and had a melt down on
the phone and broke up.

Speaker 7 (53:28):
Me.

Speaker 4 (53:28):
Yeah, it sounds like, yeah, you're so much better on
your birth Someone is going to freak out about orange juice.
It's literally not yours or there's his wild without yeah,
crush an orange crush. Let me get speaking of orange
in Pasadena sky. Good morning, Good morning, my girl, bad birthday,

(53:51):
poke girl.

Speaker 3 (53:51):
What happened?

Speaker 19 (53:53):
So we were doing a little bar hopping and we
were walking up to this one bar and bar and
I had a few drinks and I'm just focused on
this really hot police officer, security officer whoever he was
seeing right there. And so I swing open the door
and I go to yell, it's my birthday, like trying

(54:16):
to be cute. Well they upstairs going down to that
where and I did not see them, and I sprained
both of my ankles and fell and he had to
like catch me, and my friends were behind me. They
had to like he helped me inside, had to put
me on a chair.

Speaker 14 (54:37):
They got me ice, and.

Speaker 22 (54:39):
Everyone said that I like fell.

Speaker 3 (54:41):
In slow motion oh, I'm sure, but also I just
did work.

Speaker 6 (54:46):
Out with you to.

Speaker 19 (54:48):
Oh no, no, I didn't see that man the rest
of the night. So tried to be cute and sprained
my ankles for absolutely no reason.

Speaker 2 (55:00):
Guy, real quick, Yeah, no, I was gonna say, you've
heard talking about Pasadena. Is my description of Pasadena and
the surrounding areas pretty spot on.

Speaker 14 (55:13):
What's your description?

Speaker 8 (55:14):
Well?

Speaker 2 (55:15):
I always say Glenn Bernie is the cousin that like
you want to see a family events but not watch
your child. Pasadena is a little more responsible, the same
blood line, you know what I mean?

Speaker 16 (55:25):
Okay, yeah, that's pretty I feel like that.

Speaker 4 (55:28):
Like it depends on like what's smarter passing it, like,
like you know, like rivera Beach Park is way different
than Lake.

Speaker 2 (55:35):
Shore, while I'm a mountain road girly and you know that.
Let me go, Oh my god in the district Alison, good.

Speaker 3 (55:41):
Morning, Oh hi.

Speaker 19 (55:47):
You hey.

Speaker 21 (55:49):
So I'm here with my daughter and I So we're
just driving to work.

Speaker 24 (55:54):
She was an infant.

Speaker 21 (55:56):
I love my birthday. My birthday is a big deal.
My husband knows this and I always build it up
the day and my birthday it was like a normal
workday and.

Speaker 5 (56:06):
He totally forgot about it.

Speaker 21 (56:08):
I went to work and was just like angry the
whole day, thinking like, oh, he's gonna send flowers, He's
going to do something really thoughtful. And finally, like at
the end of the day, I just was like pretty angry,
called him, let him know how he was feeling. He
had totally forgotten and we were all pretty sleep deprived
at that point, but he had he had a food

(56:32):
business at the time. He went and got one of
his like giant signs and like changed the sign to
Happy Birthday, Alison, and then he deposited like right in
the middle of Rock Creek Park so I could see it.

Speaker 20 (56:43):
On my commute home and kind of redeemed the whole thing.
It was super sweet.

Speaker 2 (56:48):
It was sweet in the fact that you forgot your
birthday because we all know you're born what month, Shelby, Alison,
yea month.

Speaker 6 (56:55):
Yeah, I'm going to go with August.

Speaker 3 (56:59):
August.

Speaker 6 (57:00):
I meant to say July.

Speaker 21 (57:01):
Actually April, I'm an April birthday.

Speaker 6 (57:04):
Oh yeah, it is your birthday coming up?

Speaker 3 (57:06):
Or are you happy it already happened? Obviously?

Speaker 14 (57:09):
April twenty seven, that's coming up.

Speaker 6 (57:11):
Your your your guitars, Yeah, right, look at that.

Speaker 2 (57:15):
Also one second you were in the running once. I
I think.

Speaker 6 (57:19):
I'm psyched about birthdays.

Speaker 3 (57:21):
Because for the we knew.

Speaker 4 (57:23):
Oh yeah, okay, sorry, I need you to get my
head in Your head was really difficult.

Speaker 3 (57:28):
You get my head in bad ways.

Speaker 6 (57:29):
So many so many walls them down.

Speaker 3 (57:32):
I have walls. You're the reason I have walls.

Speaker 6 (57:36):
Okay, I think you had olds when I met you.

Speaker 2 (57:38):
No kids, kind real quick, dear listener. Sauce been getting
my nerves recently because she makes these stickers on her
phone of photos of me and then just sends them
without context.

Speaker 6 (57:49):
Yeah, I don't care.

Speaker 2 (57:50):
Like yesterday it was me and you at the Rassance festival. Yeah,
and like I'm I think I'm holding a turkey stick,
but you took the turkey stick out, so I must
hold my fist up.

Speaker 6 (57:59):

Speaker 16 (58:20):
Bedroom, seize my Facebook messager.

Speaker 17 (58:22):
Open, goes in it sees the message between me and
a co worker. I picked up my coworker, gave her
a ride to work, like a month prior.

Speaker 16 (58:31):
So my girl flitched the wig, flitch her wig as
soon as I.

Speaker 8 (58:34):
Cheated on her and summer she slips.

Speaker 17 (58:37):
Out, she hurts out. So I called my cousin. I'm like, hey,
it's my birthday. My girl is tripping. I want to
just go out and have a good time. He comes
to pick me up, gets into a car accident in
my parking lot. Okay, right, Bill. With the car accident,
we ended up catching the uber down a Fellas point.
We get down Fellas Point, get waistick. He of movies

Speaker 2 (59:23):
Okay, Yeah, faken, Mike, I'm not saying it was dumb
to be messaging a co worker on Facebook Messenger and
then not taking picking around, but you being voice changed
kind of speaks volumes.

Speaker 4 (59:34):
Like yeah, yeah, not to touch animals like that, like
we hadn't I know, don't stock horse and do anything
to you.

Speaker 16 (59:47):

Speaker 2 (59:58):
Yeah yeah, faith, Mike betwet on stuff. Uh this coworker attractive.

Speaker 8 (01:00:03):
Absolutely, yeah. I think that's what the problem was.

Speaker 3 (01:00:08):
You should to her and.

Speaker 17 (01:00:09):
That no, so take this book. I didn't tell her because, okay,
give me ten seconds. I picked the girl up because
my supervisor, I was trying to surprise my girl.

Speaker 8 (01:00:24):
I brought her vanity.

Speaker 17 (01:00:26):
I had to go pick the bandy up all the
way down in Frederick, Maryland, but I needed to get
off of work.

Speaker 16 (01:00:31):
My supervisor was like, hey, i'll.

Speaker 17 (01:00:33):
Give you off that you can get coverage. I can
get coverage, but I have to go pick her up.
So that would be That's the only thing.

Speaker 8 (01:00:39):
I didn't tell her because I was kind of surprise her.

Speaker 5 (01:00:43):
I wouldn't care.

Speaker 3 (01:00:46):
I believe you.

Speaker 2 (01:00:47):
But you know, if this conversation was happening with trying
to offer you flowers to somebody, yeah.

Speaker 8 (01:00:58):
Definitely said ten times we would have ended up room.

Speaker 2 (01:01:03):
Yeah, cause because you're almost saying the way faked and Mike,
it's almost your girl's fault. You had to pick up
his coworker because you're good.

Speaker 6 (01:01:10):
If you're trying to gift or something.

Speaker 8 (01:01:11):
No, it wasn't her fault. It wasn't me in my plan. Yeah,
I do stuff very whimsical. Live on a button.

Speaker 25 (01:01:24):
Yeah button, amen, brother, No, that's that's what guys.

Speaker 6 (01:01:37):
I'm dead.

Speaker 3 (01:01:40):
Ah man vanity.

Speaker 2 (01:01:42):
I mean, but there is nothing worse than when you're
a dude and you get busted in a situation that
looks horrendous, like you can the optics are horrendous, but
your intentions are good in those situations.

Speaker 3 (01:01:53):
I laugh.

Speaker 2 (01:01:54):
I just like, this is hilarious that the Lord's put
me in the spot, and that makes it seem far worse.
I'm like, I'm not even doing anything like this looks bad. Yeah,
it looks bad, but I'm doing the most innocent thing possible.
It just looks horrendous.

Speaker 6 (01:02:07):
Maybe just like communicate.

Speaker 3 (01:02:09):
Not as a surprise, bruh.

Speaker 4 (01:02:11):
I would have just like been like, sorry, I'm ruining
a surprise. I'm taking this girl. I don't want you to,
you know, slap a horse. Then let's go to jail.

Speaker 3 (01:02:17):
My birthday.

Speaker 2 (01:02:17):
That's not good. That part's not good. Yeah, talk about love.
Driving from Baltimore to Frederick and back, Yeah, that's a
long drive.

Speaker 6 (01:02:24):
I've done it. It's like an hour.

Speaker 2 (01:02:26):
Yeah, but back and forth though. It picks them up
and then go back. That's okay, saying that's love dude.

Speaker 6 (01:02:31):
Yeah, Galla City Air when it was down, pick.

Speaker 2 (01:02:34):
Of Vandy, nice, come back, do the whole thing. Yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:02:45):

Speaker 2 (01:02:47):

Speaker 2 (01:02:56):
You want to get a puppy, they have puppies. You
want a middle aged dog, they have that. You want

I'm very excited. I've been people are asking like, do
you plan getting a dog? I'm gonna go in saying
I'm not looking for a dog, but if one presents itself,

(01:03:18):
I'm like Okay, this will work with.

Speaker 6 (01:03:19):
Skittles and beginning one like picks you.

Speaker 3 (01:03:21):
Yeah, then then that makes sense. But the problem is
the puppies that they a'll pick you.

Speaker 2 (01:03:24):
No, not really, don't we hang We were hanging with
the Canine Connection like a month ago, which is like
they trained puppies to be service dogs and I want
all of them.

Speaker 3 (01:03:32):
I know they're Okay, your puppies are dangerous.

Speaker 2 (01:03:34):
Man. Yeah, the votes coming in, uh, fake named Mike,
you and the tickets and then real quick, you got
a dozen red roses.

Speaker 3 (01:03:43):
Who do you want to send them to?

Speaker 24 (01:03:51):
No?

Speaker 7 (01:03:52):
All right, fake?

Speaker 3 (01:03:53):
They might well one second.

Speaker 6 (01:03:54):
Man, well get like, hey, love love gain that vanity
with you?

Speaker 3 (01:03:58):
Okay, love love the ride.

Speaker 2 (01:04:00):
Yeah, speaking of roses, it comes in just over five minutes.
An intern Johnny Morning Show first Hayman rights.

Speaker 5 (01:04:07):
From the City that Changes the World, peers Rose with
three things you need.

Speaker 3 (01:04:13):
To know for your Thursday.

Speaker 9 (01:04:14):
Rose you got for us, Well, there are growing concerns
about Metro's automatic train system.

Speaker 5 (01:04:19):
Not great. The Washington Metrorail Safety Commission, which oversees Metro,
said the Red Line trains have been blowing past where
they're supposed to stop.

Speaker 3 (01:04:27):
Perfect really inconvenience.

Speaker 9 (01:04:29):
So metroc got approval to use automatic train operation on
the Red Line starting in December of twenty twenty four,
and since December fifteenth, there have been two hundred and
seventeen overruns. It's supposed to be safer and more reliable,
but since then there have been some issues. Metro Rail
has attributed these occurrences to an electromagnetic interference, wondering I

(01:04:52):
mean by that, and metro Rail continues to maintain there
is no evidence of a safety concern. Seems maybe like
it's more of an inconvenient especially with like a try
to pack train and you're trying to get off of
it and.

Speaker 5 (01:05:03):
It was so yes, just I'll keep you updated. So
this tragic story just keeps getting even more sad.

Speaker 9 (01:05:10):
So the roof of an iconic nightclub in the capitol
of the Dominican Republic collapsed nearly an hour after Merangue
concert began.

Speaker 3 (01:05:17):
This was Monday night Tuesday morning.

Speaker 9 (01:05:20):
At least one hundred and twenty four people have died,
more than one hundred and fifty were injured, and they're
still looking for survivals now. It's not clear how many
people were inside this venue, but estimates range between five
hundred and one thousand people and it was the jet
set in Santo Domingo. Former Washington Nationals player Tony Blanco

(01:05:43):
was among those killed in this accident, as well as
former Major League Baseball pitcher Octavio Deltel.

Speaker 5 (01:05:49):
This is according to some sources, Tony was.

Speaker 9 (01:05:54):
Credited with having saved a friend and former teammate Steban
and Herman before so. Estebon actually told a reporter that
he had just returned from the bathroom and sat down
at their table.

Speaker 3 (01:06:05):
That's when Tony.

Speaker 9 (01:06:06):
Noticed the ceilings starting to come down and push Esteban
out of the way, saving his life. Yeah, but unfortunately
he did not make it.

Speaker 5 (01:06:17):
Yeah. So I it's just so tragic.

Speaker 9 (01:06:20):
And according to a new study, Maryland is the fourth
greenest state this year in.

Speaker 5 (01:06:25):
The country, which is very cool. Virginia came in at nineteen.

Speaker 9 (01:06:28):
So overall, Maryland, like I said, fourth, but they kind
of broke it down different categories.

Speaker 5 (01:06:33):
Maryland was first in lead certified.

Speaker 9 (01:06:35):
Building per capita eighth and energy consumption per capita tenth,
and gasoline consumption and gallons per capita, and then like
thirteenth in air quality.

Speaker 3 (01:06:43):
So I mean, like pretty good up pretty good. Less
there I wrote, those are the three things you need
to know for the day. Thank you, Rose, You're welcome
and let's go Alyssa, good morning, good morning. Hey, I
have your email.

Speaker 2 (01:06:54):
We'll do this next Okay, okay, I wore the roses
just under three minutes an intern John in your Morning Show.
More of the roses on Interns John and Your Morning Show.
You think the love of your life is stepping out?
We try to figure out exactly what is going on. Alyza,

(01:07:16):
good morning, good morning. There's a lot to take in here.
First of all, thank you for being a nurse. That's
number one off off the topic. You and Jason have
been together?

Speaker 3 (01:07:27):
How long?

Speaker 1 (01:07:29):
We've been together for about three years. We've lived together
for about a year or so, so like we're really serious.

Speaker 3 (01:07:36):
Yeah, okay, And how'd you guys meet?

Speaker 14 (01:07:40):
We met at an engagement party.

Speaker 1 (01:07:43):
We have like yeah, from mutual friends that you know,
and then that brought us together.

Speaker 3 (01:07:48):
How long from the engagement party to you guys being
officially dating on.

Speaker 1 (01:07:54):
I want to say, maybe like a month or two.
Like we were like knowing, you know, flirty tack, you know,
kind of castdating, and then we were like.

Speaker 14 (01:08:05):
All right, we're sure.

Speaker 3 (01:08:06):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:08:06):
And the reason I bring up you being a nurse,
you have a kind of typical nurse schedule where you
do overnight, so from seven to seven, seven pm to
seven am is your usual shift, right, yeah, yeah, right,
and Jason does nine to five. So there's like maybe
some days where you guys don't see each other conscious

(01:08:28):
like you may see him yeah, yeah, basically yeah, Okay,
so let's yeah, and that's kind of while we're here though,
So why are we doing War of the roses? Like
why do you think something's going on.

Speaker 1 (01:08:45):
So lately like the past couple, because we obviously, like
I said, I'm.

Speaker 14 (01:08:52):
Coming, he's already left. Yeah, when I'm coming home, he's
already basically on his way away.

Speaker 1 (01:08:57):
Sure, there's been a couple of times I've come home
and like the bed hasn't even been made, not not
to a point where like Jason's kind of messy, he
doesn't always do it, but.

Speaker 14 (01:09:13):
It doesn't even seem like the bed has been slept in, Like.

Speaker 2 (01:09:16):
Oh wait, okay, wait wait, so I make you understand
the bed is made, it's it's like nobody slept in it.

Speaker 6 (01:09:22):
Yeah, gotcha, gotcha?

Speaker 3 (01:09:26):
Check in the hotel room and the bed's already made, Okay,
got you.

Speaker 14 (01:09:30):
Yeah, So it's like where is he? Like he's he's
he's not really somebody who likes to make the bet.

Speaker 3 (01:09:39):
So like, yeah, I.

Speaker 14 (01:09:43):
Like what is going on?

Speaker 2 (01:09:45):
I want to speed up a little bit, because you've
even gone so far as to put like post it
notes in the bed as almost like test to see
he's actually sleeping there.

Speaker 1 (01:09:56):
Right, Yeah, So the last time I'm I have to
post a note in the bed, like because I made
the bed and I put the post a note like
under the covers, so when.

Speaker 14 (01:10:06):
He would like lift the covers up, he would see.

Speaker 1 (01:10:08):
It and it was still there, like it wasn't even
like it was like it was ruffled or anything.

Speaker 14 (01:10:16):
It looks pristine.

Speaker 2 (01:10:19):
And I guess the And this is kind of of
the essence time wise, because you're supposed to be at
work right now. You're supposed to work last night seven
to seven o'clock this morning, you took the day off.
He doesn't know that, right, so he you from what
I'm gathering, you left the house as if you go
into work, came back an hour later, and he's not
been back home since last night?

Speaker 3 (01:10:40):
Is that fair?

Speaker 14 (01:10:42):
That's exactly correct.

Speaker 3 (01:10:44):
Which that's bizarre. So let's let's do this.

Speaker 2 (01:10:48):
Alyssa saus a call from the flower company, off from
the roses.

Speaker 3 (01:10:52):
They should go to you girlfriend three years and nurse.
Of course. Yeah, if they do, we hang up and
didn't happen.

Speaker 2 (01:10:57):
If they give somebody else, lease some answers for you, oy,
I wore the roses just over three minutes on in
Turn John Your Morning wore the roses on interns John
in Your Morning Show.

Speaker 3 (01:11:08):
Alyssa, let me recap this.

Speaker 2 (01:11:10):
You and Jason met three years ago at a engagement party,
started dating by a month later, been day for three months,
living together for a year. You work as a nurse.
You have usually the seven pm to seven am shift.
Jason works nine to five, so there's some days where
you guys don't see each other when you're awake. The
reason you wanted to do war the Roses is there

(01:11:31):
have been some days where you'd come back to y'all's
place and you know, as the bed was perfectly made.
Jason never made a bed in his life, so you
kind of got the idea, is he even sleeping here?
You put some posting notes underneath the sheets. Those didn't
move and the reason we're here today specifically is you're
supposed to be at work or were you're supposed to
work last night seven pm to seven am today, you

(01:11:53):
took it off.

Speaker 3 (01:11:54):
Didn't tell Jason.

Speaker 2 (01:11:55):
So last night when you left your place for about
an hour, he thought you're going to work.

Speaker 3 (01:11:59):
You came back. He is not at the house, hasn't
been there all night. Is that fair?

Speaker 14 (01:12:05):
That is correct?

Speaker 2 (01:12:06):
This is a stupid question that my mind goes to.
You met at an engagement party. Is there a reason
that nobody there thought to set you guys up before
or is it just like a maybe never crossed the
mind or anything like that.

Speaker 20 (01:12:21):
Well, the person.

Speaker 26 (01:12:23):
It was my girlfriend who was getting who got engaged,
and this was one.

Speaker 1 (01:12:30):
Of her husbands, Like like Jason him had big friends.

Speaker 14 (01:12:35):
But they actually have recently reconnected. Okay, falling out, sure,
but you know, like just didn't.

Speaker 2 (01:12:46):
So when when they found out you guys were together,
were they in favor?

Speaker 8 (01:12:52):
Oh?

Speaker 14 (01:12:52):
Yeah absolutely?

Speaker 1 (01:12:53):
She was Like, my girlfriend's also not one of those
girls who like wants to set people.

Speaker 14 (01:12:59):
Up because it's off.

Speaker 3 (01:13:01):
Yeah, absolutely want to push people on.

Speaker 14 (01:13:06):
To get a date.

Speaker 15 (01:13:07):
I got you.

Speaker 2 (01:13:07):
So let's say this saus a call from the flower
company offer Jason the roses. They should go to you
nurse call for a three years. If they do, we
put them on hold. So as you want to do
they go to somebody else. We'll find out what's going on.

Speaker 3 (01:13:18):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (01:13:21):
One second, Also, I would never go to an engagement
party run the same page.

Speaker 6 (01:13:33):
I did not ask.

Speaker 23 (01:13:43):
Hi.

Speaker 6 (01:13:43):
I'm calling for Jason.

Speaker 4 (01:13:48):
Hi.

Speaker 6 (01:13:48):
My name is Maria.

Speaker 4 (01:13:49):

called wy Mass Flowers and we're actually doing some new
marketing where we're offering people in the community a free

a lucky person that we picked and we just don't
need your credit card info. And I.

Speaker 7 (01:14:07):

You know, we can't send the flowers anywhere. We don't
need your credit card info. And you do get a
free Bokay, it's like a Google list that they send out.

Speaker 7 (01:14:22):
Is it any way you can take me off that.

Speaker 4 (01:14:24):
I'll take you off our list if you say yes.
And I'm just kidding you don't. You don't have to
see us. But there's a lot of other people on
this list that can go through, but it is a
free bouquet of roses that you can send anywhere in
the country. We're just trying to get our product out
there so that people come back to us since we
are a new shop. The holidays are over and you know,
summer's coming. We just are trying to keep the business going,
to make my mom's streams come true and out all
that good stuff. So if you're not interested, totally cool.

(01:14:46):
But it is free and I would help make someone's
day and then you'd also in turn make my mom's day.

Speaker 3 (01:14:51):
So how about that?

Speaker 4 (01:14:53):
Oh, I know, helping helping the local economy. I hate
to see it. I know you're gonna love, okay that
my mom was together and you're just gonna come back.

Speaker 3 (01:15:04):
I'm sure there's someone who are like anywhere.

Speaker 4 (01:15:06):
You can send even today. If it's local, my brother
will take it out. I'll have them out of here
within like ten minutes.

Speaker 7 (01:15:14):
All right, what the heck?

Speaker 3 (01:15:16):
Okay?

Speaker 6 (01:15:16):
Cool?

Speaker 4 (01:15:17):
Yeah, okay, awesome. Can I get the name of the
person that you're gonna send them to. I'm just gonna
make a little file on case you come back and
I'm like, oh, so and so.

Speaker 6 (01:15:25):
Your girlfriend wife whatever, Charlotte. Charlotte like like the city
and us. You're like, okay, cool, cool cool, And then what.

Speaker 5 (01:15:34):
Does she do?

Speaker 23 (01:15:37):
Uh? It does that really matter?

Speaker 4 (01:15:40):
Okay, just a friend they are. I just like was
asking case you come back and get her flowers again.
And then all of a sudden, Charlie goes from being
your girlfriend to your your fiance.

Speaker 6 (01:15:48):
And I'm like, oh, crass.

Speaker 4 (01:15:49):
You know, we're just trying to be like part We're
trying to be your friends, like we see you.

Speaker 3 (01:15:53):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (01:15:53):
McDonald's were like, hey, what's up. Okay, so she's your friend.

Speaker 23 (01:15:58):
Be a good friend, you know.

Speaker 4 (01:16:00):
And then the flower cars like your typical little flower car.

Speaker 6 (01:16:03):
What do you want to say?

Speaker 4 (01:16:06):
Wow?

Speaker 23 (01:16:07):
I get a message?

Speaker 3 (01:16:08):
Yeah that's great.

Speaker 7 (01:16:11):
How about this?

Speaker 3 (01:16:13):
How about this for a romantic.

Speaker 4 (01:16:21):
Hello?

Speaker 7 (01:16:23):
Can you say something?

Speaker 14 (01:16:25):
Yeah? I said something? The hell is Starlett?

Speaker 3 (01:16:30):
Who's the answer?

Speaker 7 (01:16:54):
I don't show like it's eight people on this call?
What is going on?

Speaker 6 (01:16:58):
Sorry?

Speaker 16 (01:16:59):
Okay, talking to a young lady about some free flowers?

Speaker 3 (01:17:03):
See your girlfriend's point, Jason, who is Charlotte?

Speaker 8 (01:17:06):

Speaker 14 (01:17:12):

Speaker 3 (01:17:17):
What do you mean?

Speaker 14 (01:17:19):

Speaker 1 (01:17:21):
Who is Charlotte? Why are you sending her flowers? Why

Speaker 27 (01:17:25):

Speaker 8 (01:17:27):
Anybody?

Speaker 11 (01:17:29):
I'm not sending it For one, I didn't call anybody.

Speaker 3 (01:17:34):
Also, are you a sleeper?

Speaker 8 (01:17:35):
Now? Bro?

Speaker 6 (01:17:36):
Yeah?

Speaker 7 (01:17:38):
I was probably resting, but I don't even know. You
guys are asking me too many questions.

Speaker 6 (01:17:44):
Where are you?

Speaker 11 (01:17:45):
Okay?

Speaker 5 (01:17:45):
All right?

Speaker 1 (01:17:45):
All right?

Speaker 14 (01:17:46):
Well then here's an easy question.

Speaker 1 (01:17:48):
If you're right now?

Speaker 14 (01:17:50):
Where are you right now?

Speaker 6 (01:17:51):
Where are you resting?

Speaker 8 (01:17:53):
What do you what do you mean?

Speaker 14 (01:17:55):
Where do you mean?

Speaker 3 (01:17:56):
What do you mean?

Speaker 1 (01:17:56):
You're in the house, You're in the house. Where are
you in our house?

Speaker 3 (01:18:01):
I don't look you don't know where you are.

Speaker 7 (01:18:03):
You guys are throwing me off.

Speaker 8 (01:18:05):
You don't.

Speaker 14 (01:18:07):
Do you want to know why?

Speaker 1 (01:18:08):
You don't know where you are in the house because
you're not.

Speaker 14 (01:18:10):
In the.

Speaker 7 (01:18:13):
I am in the moron, I don't know what two
guys are talking about.

Speaker 3 (01:18:18):
I'm are you okay? No, Jason, Jason, Jason. Let me
break it down for you real quick.

Speaker 2 (01:18:23):
Alyssa didn't go to work last night, so she knows
you've been away from the house from probably eight pm
too through now. So where have you been for the
last thirteen hours?

Speaker 8 (01:18:32):
I'm in the bed, but.

Speaker 14 (01:18:35):
You're not in bed in our bedroom. You're an idiot?

Speaker 1 (01:18:38):
What is not comprehended?

Speaker 14 (01:18:40):
Are you high?

Speaker 23 (01:18:41):
I don't know what to tell you, but I'm about
to hang out.

Speaker 11 (01:18:45):
You guys are you can go back to your fund.

Speaker 8 (01:18:48):
I don't know what you're.

Speaker 3 (01:18:49):
Doing, Okay.

Speaker 2 (01:18:50):
I would imagine by tilling me get back the lost,
you're probably gonna.

Speaker 6 (01:18:53):
Change my guy, Alsa, If you need help, I'm a girl.

Speaker 3 (01:18:55):
I got you.

Speaker 1 (01:18:57):
Yeah, I don't worry.

Speaker 7 (01:19:00):
Won't be here.

Speaker 23 (01:19:01):
We'll talk or The Roses is creticked and possibly edited
broadcasts with permission granted from all participants.

Speaker 5 (01:19:06):
One more roses go to ymsradio dot com.

Speaker 8 (01:19:10):
Let's do this.

Speaker 2 (01:19:14):
Everything celebrity Sauce has her entertainment apart.

Speaker 3 (01:19:16):
What you Got for Us.

Speaker 4 (01:19:17):
Jennifer Lopedz will return as host of the American Music Awards.
So the show will air live on CBS and Pairmount
Plus from Las Vegas on May twenty six, which is
Memorial Day Monday. So j Loo tise a role on
the show during the AMA fiftieth anniversary special which aired
last ball. She previously hosted the Awards in twenty fifteen.
She has actually performed on the show as well ten times.

(01:19:37):
So the show, like I said, it's gonna be Memorial
Day night, and producer says the program will pay special
tribute to the US r US Troops veterans through authentic
performances and unforgettable moments, which that's pretty cool, and the
white lotus. It has rap season three, which we know,
but the drama is still flowing off the screen. So
fans are basically saying that when co stars Wonggoggins and

(01:19:58):
Amy lou Wood they played Rick and Chelsea their lovers
on the show, they suddenly and follow each other on Instagram.
Some people on social media theorize that Walton may have
even blocked Wood since her old comments advantaged from his
post while his are still visible on hers, so adding
fuel that fire, both actors shared sentimental posts about their
characters without tagging each other. So Walton said quote, thank

(01:20:21):
you Amy Lou for being my partner a journey I
will never forget, while Amy Lou shared a picture with
the caption the perfect storm. So this follows the series creators,
which we've already talked about this, but series creator Mike
White and that composer they were having a little little
feud as well, so uh wild. And I know Eric
is very excited about this because a Twilight concert series
is set to hit sixty cities this summer. Yes, so

(01:20:44):
as the novel Twilight celebrates its twentieth anniversary, the live
to film experience features the original movie and it's going
to be accompanied by a twelve piece ensemble of rock
and orchestral music musicians on stage well on stage, and
they're going to take audiences into the heart of that
romantic stories. So it does sound pretty cool. I've never
done anything like that. I know that The Nightmare Before

(01:21:05):
Christmas has done stuff like this, but very dope.

Speaker 6 (01:21:08):
So the concert series will.

Speaker 4 (01:21:09):
Kick off in Spokane, Washington September twelfth, and it will
be in DC. It's not gonna hit Baltimore, but be
in DC for two nights. So it'll be October twenty
fourth and twenty fifth at National Theater. So the pre
sale is currently going on, which, like I was checking
out this morning, signs ball tickets. You can just pretty
much get tickets, it looks like, and then the tickets
do go on sale tomorrow at ten A. Yeah, pretty

(01:21:29):
sick if you're looking for something to watch to night.
The Caps are playing the Hurricanes. That's on Monumental and
ESPN plus. John, I know that you will be there.
Black Mirror is back for season seven on Netflix. Pop
the Balloon is now on Netflix. It's their new series
I know originally from YouTube. It's gonna start tonight at
eight pm. Gray's Anatomy's on ABC. Hack Season four premiere
on HBO, The Pit It's on Max.

Speaker 6 (01:21:50):
It's the season finale.

Speaker 4 (01:21:51):
And then we were talking about this earlier, but Bad
influenced The Dark Sided Kids Fluencing. You should watch it,
especially if you're a parent, because it's sturbing.

Speaker 2 (01:22:00):
Well, it's about kind of it's a true story about
how the idea of fame for your child you can
overlook some glaring red flags. Yeah, it's it's crazy. It's
kind of a gree Thank you, Saus. If you need
something to listen to, Hody has a crisis podcast out
breaking down what they think will happen season two of
the Last of Us. You can check at ymsradio dot com.

(01:22:20):
We love getting you into shows. Big Time Rush coming
to Jiffy Lube, getting you into that, plus your headline
of the day comes next. Hang on, Big Time Rush,
come in Jaffy Lube. You want to see them live?
Be caller nine right now eight seven seven nine ninety
five four six A one. Good luck. Your headline of

(01:22:41):
the day comes next. How Sabrina Carpenter has ruined this major,
major video game for players? Give me just over three
minutes Sunday Turn Johnny Morning Show, Big Time Rush, Jeffy
Lube getting you in thanks to Live Nation.

Speaker 3 (01:22:54):
Let's go in Ashburn Caitlin, good morning.

Speaker 19 (01:22:59):
Hi.

Speaker 2 (01:23:00):
I know it's only Thursday, but big plans for this weekend.
No just okay, fair enough, but good news You're gonna
see a big time rush.

Speaker 8 (01:23:08):
Okay, awesome, Thank you so much.

Speaker 2 (01:23:12):
One second, get your info more big Time Rush tomorrow
your headline to day. I actually have two today. I'm
very excited about it. The craziest headline the last twenty
four hours. So Fortnite pretty popular. Game, really took off
during the pandemic, so they're exciting. I think before that,
but during the pandemic, I think it really took off.

Speaker 3 (01:23:29):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:23:29):
Yeah, And they will do this thing right now and
then they launch skins, which is basically like, if you
hit your Fortnite character could be dressed as a SpongeBob
or dressed as whomever they launched. When this past week
for Subrian Carpenter, Okay, they're excited. She's headlined in one
of their concerts, Verrey exciting. There's controversy among the Fortnite
community because players are breaking the rules by refusing to

(01:23:52):
shoot opponents who are addressed as Subride Carpenter, which.

Speaker 3 (01:23:55):
Is kind of funny.

Speaker 6 (01:23:57):
I think that's nice.

Speaker 2 (01:23:58):
Yeah, I mean the idea of the game is you
take out everybody who's not on your team, and that's yeah,
that's the point, and then last team standing wins. But
there's all these videos online because you can be dressed
like Sabrina with the pink outfit and doing the thing.
People were into each other and they both dresses, Sabrina.
Instead of fighting, they're doing the dance.

Speaker 3 (01:24:14):
Offs and that's been taking over, like yeah, funny.

Speaker 2 (01:24:20):
And because it's the airnet, the Internet, suit internet things,
which is about what you expect. So people are saying
that they're not following the roles. It's very, very problematic.

Speaker 6 (01:24:30):
Because it's like, oh, you hate women.

Speaker 3 (01:24:32):
It's just you're not taking somebody out, so you can't
have fun and have a dance off. Yes, it's a
video game.

Speaker 2 (01:24:40):
Also, Sabrina apparently ever played Fortnite prior to this, so
that's probably an idea.

Speaker 6 (01:24:44):
But they have like billion there.

Speaker 3 (01:24:47):
Did one.

Speaker 6 (01:24:48):
Yeah, has everyone played the game? Probably not.

Speaker 2 (01:24:50):
But it's funny because there's clips of like a guy
busting your room dressed the supring carpenter, know the spring
Carpenter when they stop and they start off.

Speaker 5 (01:24:57):
Yeah, I think that's so much.

Speaker 3 (01:24:59):
I think that takes the game a little more fun.

Speaker 2 (01:25:01):
It's got I mean again, it's like it's not I
like it this relax here, we'll put some of those
videos up by the way on our socials at YMS Radio.
Now a second one first, of all, let me say
we love our emergency personnel, especially our dispatchers. Yes, God
knows deal with a lot. Uh in is it? Chatham County, Georgia?
Not too sure what city is from a george resident

(01:25:21):
sauce a dispatcher was caught ordering breakfast during nine to
one one call. So Man Georgia called nine on one
earlier this year after his wife called him at work
saying that someone was snooping around their house and banging
on doors and windows. A little bit scary. It was
somebody they knew. So initially he called the county's non
emergency line. Okay, that's more for a thinking I'd have yeah, sure,

(01:25:46):
but no one answered, so he called nine one one.
It took three calls in six minutes before somebody answered.
This is I'm gonna play you audio of the call
so you can hear the guy calling, and then you
can hear the dispatcher.

Speaker 3 (01:25:57):
I'll give me one.

Speaker 6 (01:25:58):
Everyone wants a dispatcher.

Speaker 4 (01:26:00):
Listen to too many podcasts about how like rude so
of these people are.

Speaker 27 (01:26:03):
My wife called me while I was at work at
about nine thirty and said, someone when you know, was
snooping around the house, knocking on the doors, banging on
the windows and stuff. I was panicking because, you know,
my wife is home alone with my five month old daughter,
and I was, you know, coming home not knowing what
I was going to come home to.

Speaker 3 (01:26:22):
Sorry, what that should never happen? Your order, that should
never happen.

Speaker 12 (01:26:32):
Your orders should be different from your answer the call,
and the two should never intertwined.

Speaker 3 (01:26:38):
That's a good point, sir.

Speaker 4 (01:26:39):
Yes, why are you ordering breakfast if you're an emergency
dispatcher and.

Speaker 3 (01:26:42):
Out loud too?

Speaker 2 (01:26:43):
Yeah, I don't quite know, but thank god the county
clarified that shouldn't happen.

Speaker 3 (01:26:47):
Oh, I was, Oh, thank you.

Speaker 4 (01:26:48):
They use our job because I listened to so many
podcasts and like so much murder happens in Washington State.
And let me tell you the dispatch is they're awful.

Speaker 3 (01:26:56):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (01:26:57):
So the cops shut the house, that the visitor was gone,
The yeah man got the audio of the call, which
is fair. So I guess like this area in general
isn't doing the.

Speaker 3 (01:27:06):
Bestest for Savannahs.

Speaker 8 (01:27:08):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:27:08):
County data shows last year twenty four percent nine one
calls and marked as abandoned, which is one of four
I feel like.

Speaker 4 (01:27:13):
Georgia's has an issue because like when I lived in
Georgia in Atlanta, it was really difficult sometimes, like they
really asked you a call through in one because nine
one one was either always down or backed up. They
didn't have enough dispatchers or ordering breakfast. Well, just so
many people move there during the pandemic. They don't have
enough people.

Speaker 3 (01:27:28):
But also there it's more so than mcgriddle is so good?
I get yes, yeah, you give.

Speaker 2 (01:27:33):
A bacon cheeseburger two here they had two great dates.

Speaker 3 (01:27:37):
Why hasn't he heard from her second date?

Speaker 8 (01:27:39):
Up?

Speaker 2 (01:27:39):
Day comes next hand? I think Thursday bun Thanks hanging out?
Intern John in your morning show, Saws fair Thing, Today's.

Speaker 3 (01:27:46):

Speaker 4 (01:27:47):

Oh hilarious. The guy who's girlfriend all was sheeting and
they like a little crazy, the nice and Nantyrose.

Speaker 3 (01:27:59):
How about you?

Speaker 5 (01:28:00):
How soon did you move in with someone and did.

Speaker 3 (01:28:02):
It work out?

Speaker 2 (01:28:03):
Oh yeah those stories were actually like kind of positive.

Speaker 3 (01:28:07):
Yeah we really were. Yeah. Then new War of the
Roses as well.

Speaker 2 (01:28:11):
You miss anything, get the podcast, just search Intern John
in your morning's show wherever it gets. Your podcast got
seconded up day coming in minutes.

Speaker 3 (01:28:19):
But first from the City.

Speaker 4 (01:28:21):
That changes the world, Piers Rose with three things you need.

Speaker 3 (01:28:25):
To know for your Thursday Rose which you got for?

Speaker 5 (01:28:28):
Do you want to say Friday?

Speaker 3 (01:28:29):
I wish? All right?

Speaker 9 (01:28:31):
So multiple streets are going to be closed in Northwest
DC this weekend for the Japanese Street Festival.

Speaker 5 (01:28:36):
It is the sixty thirty.

Speaker 9 (01:28:37):
Annual festival that's being held on Saturday and Sunday on
Pennsylvania Avenue between thirty and seven streets.

Speaker 3 (01:28:41):
If you want to go now.

Speaker 9 (01:28:42):
The Street Festival is built as the largest celebration of
Japanese culture in the US. It includes live performances, Japanese
food and drinks, cross other activities. So it's going to
be a lot of fun if you were headed down there. However,
if you are not going to the festival, just avoid
that area and the streets surrounding it because traffic is
gonna be a nightmare.

Speaker 5 (01:29:00):
Damn give me heads up.

Speaker 9 (01:29:02):
So the roof of an iconic nightclub in the Capitol
that the Dominican Republic collapse nearly an hour after Merangue
concert began. This was like Friday night Tuesday or Friday
night Monday night Tuesday morning, and it's not clear how
many people exactly were inside the venue, but estimates ranged
between five hundred and one thousand people. At least one

(01:29:22):
hundred and twenty four people died and more than one
hundred and fifty were injured in the incident.

Speaker 5 (01:29:26):
It was at jet Set in Santo Domingo.

Speaker 9 (01:29:29):
Former Washington Nationals player Tony Blanco was among those killed,
as well as Major League Baseball pitcher Octavio Dotel. Tony
was credited with saving his friend and former teammates so
Esteban Hermont told a reporter that he had just returned
from the bathroom, sat down at the table, and Tony
noticed the ceilings starting to come down, and he pushed

(01:29:51):
Estebon out of the way.

Speaker 3 (01:29:52):
Saving his life.

Speaker 5 (01:29:53):
Yeah, it is just such a sad, tragic story. But
I'll keep you updated with more information as that comes out.
And obviously Preakness people are getting excited.

Speaker 9 (01:30:05):
About it's the one hundred and fiftieth Preakness Steaks. Guinness
Open Gate Brewery in Baltimore has unveiled a limited dish
edition beer. It is called the Pregnance one fifty Logger.

Speaker 3 (01:30:15):
It is a.

Speaker 9 (01:30:17):
Special take on their fan favorite rice lagger, but it
sounds really good. It's extremely limited, so if you see it,
grab it because.

Speaker 5 (01:30:25):
You probably won't find it again.

Speaker 3 (01:30:27):
It's already around for very long.

Speaker 9 (01:30:28):
But the Pregnant one fifty lagger will be available at
a few pubs and bars around the city, obviously the
Brewery and then Pimlicoat Racecourse.

Speaker 5 (01:30:35):
This is going to be starting about a week before Freakness,
So just letting you know. Guinness and Pregnans are partnering
for the third consecutive year and the brewery is rolling
out only.

Speaker 3 (01:30:44):
Three hundred cases.

Speaker 8 (01:30:46):
Wow.

Speaker 5 (01:30:46):
So, like I said, very very very limited.

Speaker 3 (01:30:48):
No name Rose. Those are the three things you need
to know for the day. Thank you, Ros, You're welcome.
Two things real quick.

Speaker 2 (01:30:53):
If you go on the Cabs game tonight, say hello,
You're going to be out there a lot of fun,
can be crazy toomuch, the the ob celebrations. And then
I also want to say huge things. Isaac's Poultry market
coming in today.

Speaker 6 (01:31:04):
The best.

Speaker 3 (01:31:05):
I mean, that's not even so good. That's enough.

Speaker 4 (01:31:08):
Like I literally ate so much, i feel like I'm
gonna throw up and I don't care.

Speaker 2 (01:31:12):
What as Like, hey, can they bring you the grilled
chicken and they did. Of course they get that. But
they brought the wings and I can't not have but
also like.

Speaker 4 (01:31:18):
The plotter size that they bring of everything's just like
we love you. The food is so good, the honey
is so good. But they also win the best sandwich.
It's their number one for the best sandwich of Maryland
and number two for best chicken sandwich in the country,
which is crazy.

Speaker 2 (01:31:35):
Yes, yes, they're in Gaithisburg. Awesome Burtonsville as well. Isaac's
Poultry Market. It's one of our favorite places. Yes, I
er from them all the time.

Speaker 6 (01:31:42):
We can't describe how much we love them or not.

Speaker 3 (01:31:44):
God Yes, and like I'm full, but I want more.

Speaker 4 (01:31:47):
I literally have dinner with my my nana in an
hour and a half, I mean lunch with my nana.

Speaker 6 (01:31:52):
And don't care.

Speaker 3 (01:31:55):
I don't care.

Speaker 6 (01:31:55):
I am so far right now.

Speaker 2 (01:31:57):
He thinks Isaac's Poultry Market. Second data date in last
and three minutes on Intern Johnny Marny Show. Second date
update on Intern Johnny yourd Morning Show. You out with somebody,
you think there's a vibe, then they stopped talking to you.

Speaker 3 (01:32:10):
We try to get to the bottom of it. Jakeob Morning, Hey, Hey,
you guys and man.

Speaker 2 (01:32:16):
So walk us through this. You and Grace matched where
on what app.

Speaker 8 (01:32:22):
Yeah?

Speaker 14 (01:32:22):
So we met on bumble.

Speaker 10 (01:32:25):
And started chatting on there and then we ended up
going out.

Speaker 14 (01:32:28):
We actually had two dates.

Speaker 10 (01:32:31):
The first date we went to dinner that went great.
You know, I paid, It was a good conversation, and
then we kind of just left the dinner and I
went home. She got back in an uber and she
went home, you know, and that was totally fine. But
we had set up a second date that night. And
the second date we went Minnie golfing and it was

(01:32:51):
more of a loose, kind of a casual vibe and
again went great, conversation, was was was fun and it's
kind of had a lot of fun for.

Speaker 2 (01:33:00):
A second real quick. So you you mentioned that dinner
she uber there. Did you offer to pick her up
and she chose that or did you never make the offers?
I think that's an important part of this.

Speaker 19 (01:33:12):
Yeah.

Speaker 10 (01:33:12):
No, I did offer that, but she said, you feel
more comfortable taking.

Speaker 3 (01:33:17):
That you did the right thing.

Speaker 2 (01:33:19):
Then okay, okay, sure, So we had dinner, great, minigaulf great.

Speaker 3 (01:33:22):
Who won?

Speaker 10 (01:33:24):
Yeah I won, no big deal, but I can't imagine
that was it, but.

Speaker 2 (01:33:30):
No, So, and that was about a week and a
half ago, right, yes, okay, And the one thing I
wanted to bring up we're just talking about this off
the air, is that you mentioned Jathie, you're you're very confused,
and you even asked your sister for dating advice, which
you never do, and she's on your side totally.

Speaker 3 (01:33:48):
Yeah.

Speaker 10 (01:33:48):
My sister has a lot of self awareness and I
kind of lean on her for like real, like adult
you know, situations, And so I thought to her and
she gave her opinion and she's like, yeah, that's I'm
on your phone. I don't I don't understand what happened. So,
and this is why I'm calling you guys. So I
really did just dumbfond is I have no idea?

Speaker 2 (01:34:05):
Yeah, so we did many golf week and a half ago,
you guys left it at I'll see you this coming week,
which had been last week, and since then, no calls.
You've tried, texting, calling, facetiming, dming, just completely gone cold.

Speaker 8 (01:34:20):
Yeah, cold, exactly.

Speaker 2 (01:34:23):
The last question I like to ask to kind of
like paint a picture. How long have you been single?

Speaker 5 (01:34:27):
For Jake, I've been single for seven.

Speaker 3 (01:34:31):
Months, Okay, and how long has Grace been single for?

Speaker 14 (01:34:35):
I believe she just got single, so I.

Speaker 2 (01:34:38):
Think a month and see a big question do we
know if because I mean dating is a little bit
odd nowadays because you can be talking to more than
one person.

Speaker 3 (01:34:47):
Do we know is she talking to other people? And
maybe like, yeah.

Speaker 10 (01:34:51):
You know she she set out with sort of her
first official date ter her last relationship, so I don't
think so.

Speaker 3 (01:34:58):
All right, so let's do this.

Speaker 2 (01:34:59):
We'll Grace, we'll try and get her on get her side,
Uh one seconds.

Speaker 3 (01:35:04):
I'd be curious, especially if your sister's on your side.

Speaker 24 (01:35:08):
Yeah, hello, I calling for Grace please, alright, this is great,
Hey girl, it's intern John.

Speaker 2 (01:35:21):
I got soas and Rose here as well. Can we
talk to you on the show real quick? Just needs
like two minutes of your time, nothing bad? Uh sure, okay, beautiful,
we're doing a second date.

Speaker 3 (01:35:32):
Update.

Speaker 2 (01:35:32):
I have somebody on the other line here, Jake, if
you want to say hello, Hey, nailed it and so Grace.
Jake reached out to us. He told us yell mashed
on bumble. A few weeks back. We had a dinner date,
we had a mini golf date, but that for the
last week and a half or so he cannot get
a hold of you, and so we're just trying to
see where your head's at if you want to pursue this,

(01:35:54):
if something happened, or I guess what's going on your mind.

Speaker 22 (01:35:58):
Okay, this is kind of ridiculous, but I guess I'll
just be totally transparent. We I had a lovely date
with Jake. We had a great time. Frankly, I just
I think he has his priorities kind of mixed up,
and that's why I didn't see it going any first

(01:36:18):
with what because two dates? Okay, Well, on the day,
he mentioned that he took off work for.

Speaker 7 (01:36:25):
Opening Day last week.

Speaker 3 (01:36:27):
Okay, okay, I just.

Speaker 22 (01:36:30):
Frankly I thought that was incredibly childish. He said, he's
a huge O's fan, and he took off work for
Opening Day, and we live in d C, so he
clearly had to drive there and that's like a long commute.

Speaker 8 (01:36:41):
He goes to games all the time.

Speaker 22 (01:36:43):
I just feel like it's not a sign of a
mature adult.

Speaker 2 (01:36:47):
But like, who may offer this though? If he took
off work, that's better than just not showing up for work.

Speaker 3 (01:36:53):
Yeah, right, respon.

Speaker 22 (01:36:56):
I mean, I guess it's slightly better, but it still
feels like you're missing work for a baseball game.

Speaker 7 (01:37:02):
How old are you?

Speaker 8 (01:37:03):
Okay?

Speaker 2 (01:37:03):
I guess my my fault question would be, then again,
if he took the work off, does it matter where
he lives in regards to the stadium, because it's like.

Speaker 22 (01:37:11):
Of course it does, Okay, but he had to drive
over an hour to get there instead of going to
work and being a productive member of society.

Speaker 3 (01:37:19):
Of course that matters, Okay.

Speaker 4 (01:37:21):
I mean just Opening Day in Baltimore is the biggest
day of the year.

Speaker 3 (01:37:24):
It's it's lily, your biggest holiday.

Speaker 4 (01:37:26):
I'd say, as long as your work anybody takes off wards, Okay,
I used to take off.

Speaker 2 (01:37:30):
I'm gonna do this. I'm gonna put you guys in hold.
Are you a team Jake or team Grace? Eight seven seven,
nine nine five four six State one to call nine
ninety three three eight attacks It's second date update an
intern Johny Morning Show. Second date updates on intern Johny
Morning Show. We just talked to Jake and Grace. They
first matched on Bumble about two months ago, being going

(01:37:52):
on dates, all that good stuff. She shopped talking to him,
not to sure why, according to Hurst, because he took
off for Opening Day. He lives in DC, took off
work to get to Camden Yards. That was enough for
her to think he's not mature enough for relationship. Your
thoughts eight seven seven, nine ninety five four six s
eight one to call, nine ninety three three eight to text,
so I get you and hold sauce your thoughts.

Speaker 4 (01:38:14):
Uh, someone who has taken off work for Opening day
a ton in my life. I think that's wild that
she's going to be that judgmental about him. Also, we're
always in a rush to grow up and get older.
Why when he's an adult and actually has a job
and uses his time off like his PTO to go
do something fun and be a kid. Not that he's

(01:38:34):
being a kid, but you know he's drinking half fun whenever,
celebrating Opening Day with all of Baltimore. Why would you
not want to like embody that or like embrace that.
I guess I should say embrace that, like you should
be like glad that he like does stuff that's fun,
Like it's not sitting home playing video games, which is like, sure,
that's fun too, But he has like a a he
loves baseball.

Speaker 3 (01:38:51):
That's okay. I think it's Martin, okay.

Speaker 4 (01:38:53):
And it's also when you love a spory, become part
of that fan base. And I think that Baltimore has
a very fun fan base. And I no done bias
saying that, so I think that she just sounds very judgmental.
And also if she doesn't like sports, she could just
say that, like it's the only sports. It's not immature,
like he's by taking off It's not like you can
just not show.

Speaker 6 (01:39:10):
Up to work.

Speaker 4 (01:39:11):
Yeah, he literally took off work to go do something fun,
which he deserves. If you take off work, you can
still go do something fun if you're you know, using
your paid time off.

Speaker 3 (01:39:20):
I would offer on as behalf of dudes.

Speaker 2 (01:39:24):
For a lot of dudes, sports is how you bonded
with your dad and your grandpa. So I sometimes see
videos like people shaming dudes for crying when their sports
team wins, and it's probably not the fact the team won,
it's more still like memories of like all my memories
watching the games with your dad, watching Dames with your grandpa,
going to the games with your dad, like that kind

(01:39:44):
of thing, and then just see like your team win,
then like those people aren't there anymore.

Speaker 3 (01:39:48):
It's a pretty powerful thing.

Speaker 2 (01:39:49):
So for me, like, like my I said in the here,
my dad would bring us out of school to go
to like a baseball game of year. I'm sure going
to do that one day. Is that responsible? I don't
really quite care if it's responsible. It's like good for
the soul, if that makes sense.

Speaker 4 (01:40:01):
You know, let me have sick days for a reason.
I'm just going to throw that out there. Go do
something that you love and have fun and it brings
you joy. And that's what he's doing. And he communicated
that to her. That's why I'm like, I don't understand
why you're acting so judges.

Speaker 2 (01:40:14):
Especially if work gave you the day off. Yeah, you know,
let me get out and pass Dina Nina, good morning,
Good morning. What do you want to say of this girl?

Speaker 20 (01:40:23):
I am absolutely on the same page as the last person.

Speaker 18 (01:40:27):
I just I just can't wrap my head around why
you would get angry that.

Speaker 14 (01:40:32):
He went to watch a baseball game.

Speaker 6 (01:40:35):
Yeah yeah, and it was opening Day, like it's a holiday.

Speaker 3 (01:40:40):
Yeah yeah.

Speaker 14 (01:40:41):
And I live in the Baltimore area and it is
a huge deal.

Speaker 2 (01:40:44):
Oh yeah, it's the basket there this year. It's fantastic.
Thank you for listening. I have a great day.

Speaker 22 (01:40:50):
You two, thank you.

Speaker 3 (01:40:51):
I go in Arlington Shannon, good.

Speaker 7 (01:40:53):
Morning, Hey, how are you doing well?

Speaker 3 (01:40:56):
Thank you? What do you want to say with this?

Speaker 14 (01:40:59):
You know the church vic is two people the outside.

Speaker 4 (01:41:03):
Yes, that's the people they're talking about. Literally, so your
team Jack, he.

Speaker 1 (01:41:13):
Doesn't have friends.

Speaker 19 (01:41:15):
She has a ridiculous amount of ppo she has never
used and nobody likes it.

Speaker 4 (01:41:21):
She does sound like a bit robotic, like it's like girls,
so you just go to work in the hall, like
what do you what do you do for fun?

Speaker 3 (01:41:26):
Yeah that's fair, but thank you for listening. Have a
great day.

Speaker 2 (01:41:30):
By In fact, we were talking about this, I think
today you and I before the show about if you
don't have like responsibilities financially. Yeah, I mean as long
as nobody relives in him. And it's like, yeah, you're
not gonna food the table tonight because he's not working.
It doesn't but he.

Speaker 4 (01:41:44):
Literally like requested it off. It was approved. He didn't
go to work. He went to Baltimore and had fun
with open Day, which we all did. Mean day fantastic.

Speaker 2 (01:41:53):
Let me go in Dumbfree's Chelsea, good morning, good morning.
What do you want to say with a second day? Update, Chelsea.

Speaker 20 (01:42:00):
Okay, Normally when I listen to these, I feel like
I see both sides, but I am totally team Jake.
I feel like maybe she's not over her ex or something,
so she was looking for an excuse maybe, But for
him to have passions like that's supposed to be.

Speaker 14 (01:42:14):
A turn on, I don't know why that's a big
deal for her.

Speaker 8 (01:42:17):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:42:17):
I mean there's a lot worse places he could have
been on Monday in April than that. Cammon Yards really right, Literally,
this is a great Chelsea. Thank you for listening. I
have a great day you too. By Let's go eam
Bristow Ruby, good.

Speaker 26 (01:42:30):
Morning, Hi, good morning, love your show, guys. I am
team You're welcome. I am team Jake. She's really boring
the fact that he's doing like fun activities, taking time
off and getting paid for it. Yeah, he's my kind
of guy. So I don't know what she's talking about.
And I agree with all the callers, So thank you
for having me on your show.

Speaker 2 (01:42:50):
That's a good point because it's a good chance, like
if it's a vacation that he is getting paid for it.

Speaker 6 (01:42:53):
Literally, it sounds like he uses PTO to go do that, like.

Speaker 14 (01:42:57):
Yeah, exactly.

Speaker 26 (01:42:58):
He's taking time off being responsible. He's getting paid for
having fun. I mean, yeah, that's what jobs are supposed
to do.

Speaker 3 (01:43:04):
So enjoy it. Like, Hello, have a life, Hell you uys, Ruben,
thank you for listening, have a great day.

Speaker 1 (01:43:09):
Thanks for having me.

Speaker 3 (01:43:10):
Bye bye bye. Real quick?

Speaker 2 (01:43:11):
Do you think if I then cruise only miswork for it? Well,
I guess there's no games during the show, so I
couldn't like to miss work for a game.

Speaker 4 (01:43:18):
But if we were to like take off the Monday
after Super Bowl, that would be cool? You suggesting that
for like in general, it could be it could be cool?

Speaker 8 (01:43:29):
Could it be?

Speaker 3 (01:43:29):
You think it could be?

Speaker 2 (01:43:30):
Maybe one day everything is celebrity Sauce has or entertainment
port coming next.

Speaker 3 (01:43:34):
What you got for us?

Speaker 4 (01:43:35):
This artist says that he probably won't do Super Bowl.
I'm going to tell you who it is.

Speaker 2 (01:43:38):
Hey, if you are looking to possibly add a furry
friend to your family, we want to help you. Our
first ever Tuesday Dog adoption goes down Saturday, April twenty six,
two thirty to four thirty pm. We teamed up with
the Lost Dog and Cat Rescue. They have some amazing
animals looking for homes. If you aren't looking for a pet,

(01:43:59):
but maybe one to help out. They also take donations
as well. All the info ymssradio dot com.

Speaker 3 (01:44:05):
Let's do this.

Speaker 2 (01:44:09):
Everything celebrity sauce, hats or entertainment the part what.

Speaker 3 (01:44:12):
You have for us.

Speaker 4 (01:44:12):
So reports are saying that Justin Bieber was greeted paparazzi
or paparazzi greed Justin Bieber before he had his first
cup of coffee in the morning because he was basically
just not in the mood, and one of the photo
agencies posted a YouTube video of Justin confirming them he
also done, saying quote money, money, money, money, money, get
out of here, bro. Money, that's all you want. You
don't care about human beings, only money, unquote. They called

(01:44:35):
Justin a few friends as they arrived at the Vintage
Coffee shop, and they advertised as only being five minutes
from the grounds of Coachella's music US Fool, which you.

Speaker 6 (01:44:42):
Know it starts tomorrow, so.

Speaker 4 (01:44:44):
That's maybe why he was there, but I mean it
would probably get old being followed, but also late. Sure, Justin,
you're very famous unfortunately.

Speaker 3 (01:44:51):
So also you don't have to be in la brother,
You actually don't.

Speaker 6 (01:44:54):
You don't you don't do it.

Speaker 4 (01:44:55):
You probably didn't even have to get the cars, honestly,
but whatever, he's just trying to be normal. It's fine,
and Roger Nors it's a friend of late Liam Payne,
has voluntarily withdrawn a defamation lawsuit suit against Liam Payne's father,
Jeff pain So. The suits stem from a sworn statement
by Jeff claiming that basically Norris had a quote full

(01:45:16):
responsibility for Liam's care unquote, which you know, basically Roger
Norris denied, stating, quote I never agreed to be and
was never the caretaker of Liam unquote. So basically Roger
saw over ten million dollars in damages, pledging to donate
any award to Liam Payn's son Bear. He's now dismissed
the case without prejudice me. It can be refiled later.
But Roger was who was exonerated of charges related to

(01:45:40):
Liam Payne's death alongside to hotel staph previously reflected on.
You know, just Liam Payne struggles with addiction and everything,
so that's why he did it because you know, they
were saying that he was supposed to be take care
of him, but he took him back. So and then
the two other individuals they still are in jail, the
ones they are accused of supplying Liam with the drugs.
So in a re appearance, as Sharon was in an

(01:46:02):
interview and he said they doesn't believe in that he
has the pizzads needed to headline a super Bowl halftime show,
which I'm sure we all disagree with. He revealed that
he was once approach about joining another artist's performance, but
he has been offered a solo shot. He said, quote,
I don't think English artists are like I mean, there
are some that have the pizzazz of super Bowl, but
me going up there and being like, here's the A

(01:46:24):
team and here's perfect, No one wants to see that,
he said.

Speaker 3 (01:46:26):
So.

Speaker 4 (01:46:27):
Sharon also added that he might consider a guest appearance,
saying if it was Beyonce's show and then there was
a moment where we sung perfect.

Speaker 6 (01:46:33):
Together, if that makes sense to me.

Speaker 4 (01:46:35):
He expressed doubt about fitting to the show's format and
just saying the catalog I have doesn't really lend itself.
I can't picture myself doing it. He also mentioned and
John Hugh love this. He collects movie props, so he
has Rob Williams costume from Hook Takerballs costume and then
also hook Sword so pretty sick. If you're like for
something to watch the night we got the Cats playing
the Hurricanes, you can watch that Monumental or ESPN plus

(01:46:56):
Black Mirror. It's back for season seven on Netflix today
Popular Also, it's out today on Netflix.

Speaker 3 (01:47:02):
It is at a.

Speaker 4 (01:47:02):

every week. And it's the series premiere on Netflix and
then graz Now I'm He's on ABC. It's a Hacks
season premiere on HBO, and then the pit is on Max.
Is the season finale.

Speaker 2 (01:47:14):
Thanksh Austin, Welcome. I wonder who had asked had to perform. Yeah,
that's got me curious. Maybe Beyonce because I think she did.

Speaker 6 (01:47:22):
He just said that he would have done it.

Speaker 3 (01:47:24):
About that. Wonder who else?

Speaker 8 (01:47:25):
Like me?

Speaker 3 (01:47:27):
Gaga? I don't think they have anything together justin Timberlake. Curious.

Speaker 4 (01:47:31):
I mean maybe they would have sung his song though
they did ye together.

Speaker 6 (01:47:35):
Sir.

Speaker 3 (01:47:36):
