Speaker 1 (00:00):
In turn John and your morning show. Kiss Happy Wednesday, friends,
Welcome to the show. Ain'ttern John? Is my name? Shelby Sauce. Hello,
Hello new lipstick color?
Speaker 2 (00:10):
No really yeah, I just put on too much.
Speaker 1 (00:12):
Oh well what's true?
Speaker 2 (00:14):
Thank you?
Speaker 1 (00:14):
Ay starbust me or nope? All right, Rose, Good morning,
Good morning to Eric Hoodie severa here nine ninety three
three eight to text DM's at YMS Radio. Got big
showdack at jingle Ball tickets seven thirty five the playlist
playoff just after seven second day up day on the
way as well. You can always call us eight seven
seven nine ninety five four six a one shallby Sauce
(00:37):
to you the last twenty four hours, Well.
Speaker 2 (00:38):
Yes, she was very busy.
Speaker 3 (00:40):
I just ran a bunch of errands and took care
of stuff, and I feel like I was like running
around until probably like eight o'clock last night, which was
just a lot.
Speaker 2 (00:47):
But this morning.
Speaker 3 (00:49):
So when I got home yesterday, I parked where I
don't usually park the way my parking garage is set up.
When you get out off the elevator, there's two different
doors that will take you. If you go out one door,
you're gonna have to go all the way around, so
you might as well just like walk through the lobby.
And so today I like, you know, go down to
the floor that I know I parked on, and I
drive a Jeep, so everyone and their mom drives the
(01:12):
same car that I have. So I get off the
elevator and I'm like, oh, maybe I went out the
wrong side. And then I was like no, that side
is like too far up. There's no way, so I
can't find my car. And then I go back down
to like where I usually park, and I'm going around.
I'm like, oh my god, where's my car? And I
know that my parking garage will toe people like pretty
easily if they don't have the right credentials, but I do.
(01:34):
I obviously do have the right credentials as I live there.
So I started freaking out, and my key fob is
like deep in my book bag. So I'm just like
sitting in the middle of my nasty parking garage looking
for my key. I was like I literally had like
a panic attack, Like I was like freaking out. So
then I keep like hitting the unlocked butt I mean
the lock button, and I can't find it, so and
(01:55):
it's not making a sound because my parking garage is
so big. Then I have to go back into the elevator,
which you have to use your phone to get back
in the thing, and so that takes forever to open it,
and I'm just like freaking out the whole time. I'd
wait for the elevator come back, go upstairs, and then
I finally found it.
Speaker 2 (02:12):
It was where I went out the first time.
Speaker 1 (02:14):
Son of a guy.
Speaker 2 (02:15):
It was like literally right.
Speaker 3 (02:16):
In front of my face too, which was just awful.
That was my morning, And yeah, it was. It was
really stressful.
Speaker 1 (02:24):
We had a buddy in Cincinnati named Delo who once
was leaving work and his car was stolen, so he
called the police. Police came down the radio station. They
asked a bunch of questions. Able to pull security footage,
Dela forgot that he gotten a haircut in mid day
he moved his car.
Speaker 4 (02:41):
Yeah, yeah, I forgot about that story.
Speaker 1 (02:46):
That guy's got a great haircut. That guy's me Oh
my god, that makes sense.
Speaker 3 (02:52):
It is the worst because like when and they have
these like fans in the garage. So even when I
hit on lock, I'm sure if if there weren't these
fans on I could have heard it. But it was
just really stressful and I was like, oh my god,
why would they toe in my car? And everything was
going through my head. I was like did something like
I don't know. So I was just spiraling this morning.
And then you know, it's raining, it's foggy outside, everybody's
(03:13):
just breaking for no reason, and.
Speaker 2 (03:14):
It just was a whole morning. But you know what,
I'm happy to be here with you guys.
Speaker 1 (03:18):
When I was in Des Moines doing radio, I was parked.
I parked in the front of the building for one
day for some reason. When to get my car, it
was gone. I was stolen. I steal this honk of junk.
I realized literally a couple of years ago that my
coworker took my car and moved it as a prank
and just never say anything and to him props, yeah,
keeping that he's been waiting for ten years, like, hey, dude,
(03:42):
that was a good bit. That was really good.
Speaker 3 (03:44):
I'm not telling you now.
Speaker 1 (03:47):
I want to tell him.
Speaker 4 (03:48):
That's probably like this guy I just never remembered when
he parked his car, didn't even notice that I moved
it ten years ago. That probably is still plaguing him,
Like the one prank that he thought would go over
really well, just never it.
Speaker 5 (04:00):
Now.
Speaker 1 (04:01):
I hope he's listening today.
Speaker 2 (04:02):
He's like, what's wrong with this guy? Not ever bringing up.
Speaker 6 (04:04):
This car.
Speaker 1 (04:08):
You're talking about? Right? Hey, there it is?
Speaker 2 (04:09):
Where'd you find your car?
Speaker 1 (04:11):
Roses with you the last twenty four hours.
Speaker 4 (04:13):
I feel like I'm dealing with the most millennial problem
this morning because my socks are the nose show socks
with the shoes that I'm wearing, and one single sock
is slouchy, so like every time I take a step,
it just slips right underneath my heel. And it is
the most minuscule problem, but it is absolutely driving me
(04:36):
wild today. So I'm like debating do I go sockless?
But I don't want to because that's honestly, that's not
my vibe.
Speaker 1 (04:46):
That's kind of gross to me.
Speaker 4 (04:48):
So yeah, it's just one of those things where I'm like,
I just keep having to pull it up, and I'm
hoping that's not foreshadowing the rest of my day.
Speaker 1 (04:53):
I'm I'm gonna say it's not your socks, yep, may
well flout today? Yes, yes, I'm excited that my parents
come in town. So that's uh, girl, John Peg, there
be your friend. They that's a great question. Okay, I
think it's too How do you not know you're not
picking them up? Are you not picking them up?
Speaker 4 (05:14):
Well, you are terrible. You're picking up your own parents
from there? Are they at least getting a car?
Speaker 6 (05:19):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (05:19):
Yeah, it's all set up. Okay, I have a set up.
But they landed like two thirty. I think they don't
move fast, so they'll probably they'll probably be out and
ready about like three. Hockey starts at five thirty, going
to go straight to the rink, I think so or
or my house, depending on which. So, yeah, they have
a we have a jam packed schedule. Yeah. And by
the way, so we yesterday had pause.
Speaker 2 (05:43):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (05:44):
I have not told me not to my father how
long jingle Ball days can be yet. So that's me
very exciting because it is a long a day. So
I we all different schedules. I got either a two.
I think ish my parents it's the first time going
to jingle Ball. Now the show start till seven? All right,
doors are at like six, got be there at two.
The show is it's a late show. It's over eleven thirty.
(06:07):
I tell my mom, like, hey, just so don't like,
don't tell dad, but there's a great chance I'm gonna
be up twenty four hours. Yeah. On that time, my
parents are doing Yeah, it's gonna be it's gonna be high,
but a rough day. We have a jam Pack week,
so we're doing hopefully nothing tonight. Got a game on
Friday against Eric's nephew's team, so parents come from that. Yeah, Saturday,
they coming to the Christmas party.
Speaker 7 (06:27):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (06:28):
I was telling my mom. I'm like, I think, Mom,
you'll have a great time with the white elf and gifts.
It's my father that I'm worried about. Yeah, like if
my dad opens up an adult toy, he's not gonna
know what it is. Yeah, and then having it's either
do you explain what it is you forget about it. Yeah,
that type of vibe. So that's on Saturday. On Sunday,
I think we're gonna get brunch at the restaurant because yeah,
(06:48):
my parents have been there and we were just opening.
Oh not we like two weeks of openings. They saw
it like with the sawdust still, so they're gonna do
that and then go jingle Ball. So that's jam Pack
week with John and Pegg. My dad said, you want
to come in one day. I don't know if that's
gonna happen. I think you should let up. It's gonna
be like a marathon. Also, my parents are worried about
(07:09):
my overall health. I do too much. This next seven
days is not a great example of me controlling my life.
Speaker 8 (07:14):
We're okay a while, Okay, I'm not on trial here, Okay,
but you brought it up?
Speaker 3 (07:25):
Why not after it? They were all concerned? And who
is most discerned Daddy Eric over there?
Speaker 1 (07:32):
Really yeah, he doesn't tell me anything. He ever, He's
never said he's concerned. Yes, okay, Okay, Well I'm trying
to like I'm trying to do a bad job down back.
So then I'm going to be going to after jingle Ball,
going to New York for to day, and like do
I tell people I'm going or just stay to myself
because that's like the trying to figure that out. I
(07:54):
feel guilty not saying I'm there, but also like.
Speaker 2 (07:57):
I feel like you kind of should.
Speaker 1 (07:59):
Say I'm there. Yeah, but then it's like, okay, so
you land at the airport, it's like an hour and
a half to get to like Manhattan. That's adding time.
That's gonna be like almost a forty hour day. So anyway,
don't say came on me then say need to be social.
Speaker 3 (08:12):
I literally say like, I think you're doing too much,
and you're like, yeah, I know, I've been trying to
dial back. So anyway, the day after I'm up for
twenty four hours, I'm gonna go to you know, New
York City chill and.
Speaker 1 (08:21):
The city that never sleeps.
Speaker 2 (08:23):
Might be up for forty eight hours.
Speaker 4 (08:26):
Yeah, John's motto is I'll sleep when I'm dead.
Speaker 1 (08:30):
Right now, Beck to go see Andre Bochelli is gonna
be at Madden's Forere Gardens. So you're gonna go see
Ye might as well right well there, or as well
go see Annie. You're not gonna go to Annie by yourself.
Might be me and my buddy Evan go see Annie.
Speaker 4 (08:46):
It's two bros, two bros going to Annie if you like.
Speaker 3 (08:50):
If you ask him, though, I'm gonna be like, oh yeah, dude,
I'm down, let's go.
Speaker 1 (08:54):
Yeah he will because like, actually I think because he's uh.
I think because his wife Sarah's on jingle ball to her,
so I think he'll be like, yeah, might as well.
Speaker 3 (09:02):
Yeah, But I just feel like that's his vibe anyway,
oh oh yeah.
Speaker 1 (09:05):
Listen, Yeah, how about this. Annie starts at seven and
but Charlle starts eight. I mean, there's just no talent guys.
Speaker 2 (09:12):
I think Annie's gonna be a little bit longer than
an hour.
Speaker 1 (09:15):
Yeah, I would say, but Charlley some openers, right, he
probably shows eight, probably on TIKE nine. It's New York.
How quickly beat mean it's gotta close to each other? Yeah,
traffic in New York. Oh wait, it's the theater Madisons
for Garden then actually garden itself. Whoa, Oh so you
just like walk right next door?
Speaker 3 (09:32):
Oh yeah, guys, I'm said, you know what, I know
that she's gonna she's gonna go home tomorrow. Annie, Wait,
what was this come out? I know the sun will
come come out tomorrow.
Speaker 2 (09:40):
I should have known that. Say that's for the talent show.
Speaker 1 (09:42):
I think time is relative. Torono never comes, Bo Burnham,
thank you. Rose has three things you need to know
for your Wednesday. Come watch you have for us.
Speaker 4 (09:50):
We're talking about Metro getting new green light to go automatic.
Speaker 1 (09:54):
First, Mariah from the City that changes the world.
Speaker 9 (09:58):
Peers Rose with three things you need to know for
your Wednesday.
Speaker 1 (10:02):
Rose dich you got for us.
Speaker 4 (10:03):
For the first time in fifteen years, a computer instead
of a human will be the primary controller of riders
and Metro trains. So the Washington Metrorail Safety Commission, which
overseas and enforces safety practices on the Metro rail system,
gave Metro the final approval to switch to an automamatic
train operation system ATO. That happened at a meeting yesterday.
(10:24):
We've been talking about the lead up to this and
how it would need that approval. So train operators will
still remain in the cab, but the train will essentially
run on cruise control and ATO could mean more on
time trains, quicker speeds, and an overall smoother ride. Metro's
redline will be the first to get ATO, and the
agencies that it hopes to have that line up and
running by the end of the year, and then they're
(10:45):
going to roll it out to the other lines next year.
So the Washington Nationals will have the number one overall
pick in the amateur draft for the first time since
selecting a seventeen year old then seventeen year old of
Bryce Harper in twenty ten.
Speaker 1 (11:00):
So Washington got the.
Speaker 4 (11:01):
Top overall pick, which is very exciting. And then I
think it was a Los Angeles that got the second pick,
Los Angeles Angels, followed by Seattle, Colorado, and Saint Louis.
And Natural Light is giving away a two sided fridge,
which sounds very cool. Yeah, it's called a neighborator.
Speaker 1 (11:23):
I guess what they're called.
Speaker 4 (11:25):
So basically, it's a double sided fridge built right into
your fence so you and your neighbor could share drinks.
Speaker 1 (11:33):
That's cute. I'm like, I'm.
Speaker 4 (11:35):
Kind of down with especially if you like your neighbors,
if you like hang out with them. It probably will
be a very popular product. But they're only making one.
So if you want to become the lucky owner of
this neighborrator, you have to post on social media with
the hashtag naborator and hashtag contest before December twentieth, and
(11:57):
I'm gonna put the information up for you if you
want to get on this, because I like, there are
certain people, like there are certain friends where we're always
like we need to build like a compound together on
the same lotch share of backyard, let our dogs play,
let our kids play.
Speaker 1 (12:11):
And this is like I'm not mad at this. I'm
a result in three things you need to know for
the day. Thank you Roses. You're welcome real quick too.
There's this dude in Japan who he had bus a
couple of weeks ago, a thirty seven year old dude
on suspicion of trespassing onto a couple's property. Little did
the police know, this has hardly been isolated incident. The
(12:32):
man was a serial truspasser who had done it countless
times for his personal enjoyment. Okay. During questioning, the man
not only made the trespassing under the couple's property when
he thought they were away, but casually told investigators this
is a hobby of his. He had done this on
other people's properties over one thousand times. What he was
(12:53):
apprehended by the victims of his latest trespassing attempt to
some on their land chase him off. When he ran,
the man managed to take him to the ground. Obviously,
he said he goes quote, breaking into other people's homes
hobby of mine. I've done it more than a thousand times.
I've only entered the properties, never the houses.
Speaker 3 (13:13):
Okay, good, don walking dog paint, do anything else.
Speaker 1 (13:19):
Yet the quay everything is celebrity. Shelby Sauce has her
entertainment apart coming next, What you Got for Us?
Speaker 3 (13:25):
Hollywood is trying to get these ex'es door together again.
I'm gonna tell you who hang.
Speaker 1 (13:29):

Speaker 3 (14:00):
Argentina has charged two more hotel employees in the death
of Liam Payne.
Speaker 2 (14:04):
So the cas sistor.
Speaker 3 (14:06):
Palermo Hotel, I'm so sorry, the manager and the lobby
receptionist who called nine one one. They will be questioned
along with the three individuals already facing the charges. So
the judge ruled this week quote since there is sufficient
reason to suspect that they have participated in Liam Payne's death,
we asked that the following people give a statement. So
the pair of drug dealers will be interrogated. Next Tuesday.
(14:28):
Then a week from today, Liam's friend charged with abandonment
will also be questioned, and Thursday, December nineteenth, the newly
charged hotel employees will get you know, third questioning as well.
And I think this is pretty wild because I've been
keeping updated on their divorce.
Speaker 2 (14:44):
But basically, a producer has ny.
Speaker 3 (14:47):
A producer named Danny Rossner wants to get Brad Pitt
and Angelia Jolie back on three together, and he's offering
them a lot of money to do it, like a ton.
Speaker 2 (14:57):
Yeah, they totally do.
Speaker 3 (14:58):
The movie is called Hotel mar Tinas and it tells
the true story of a hotel owner and his mistress
in France during World War Two. So this guy, Danny
said that Brad makes around twenty million to twenty five
million per movie and Angelina's in the fifteen million range.
He's offering them fifty percent more, which for Brad that
would be thirty seven point five million dollars and then
(15:18):
for Angelina that would be twenty two million dollars.
Speaker 2 (15:22):
So yeah, and.
Speaker 3 (15:24):
There's gonna be like, there's gonna be some some love scenes.
He says, it's not fallacious, but it's very heavy love.
Speaker 1 (15:31):
So I don't know what that means. Listen, they're millionaires already. Yeah,
we all know you could pay me that much and
would certain exces, Oh I would. I'm like, there's alty
seven million dollars.
Speaker 3 (15:43):
Okay, fact I have a fake love scene with my
ex already, faith loving them?
Speaker 1 (15:51):
Do it one more time? Like, what's another go around?
Speaker 3 (15:55):
Six more months for thirty seven million simon. So we
all know Halsey is a songwriter, but they might be
a TV writer too. I think this is so cool
because I absolutely love Halsey. So Halsey is reportedly set
to write a dark comedy series for Amazon Prime, and
they're gonna be wearing multiple HAPs hats like. Halsey will
(16:15):
be creator, writer, and executive producer of the show.
Speaker 2 (16:18):
It's called Buzz Bloodlust.
Speaker 3 (16:20):
Apparently, she will not be starring in the show, but
t I West is said to be attached to direct.
Tuy's background clues directing movies in the twenty twenty fours
like Maxine, which Halsey did appear in, and then the
plot details for Bloodlust are under raps for now. But
I think that's really cool because you know Halsey. I
really think Halsey can do it all like Halsey's Makeup Spectacular.
(16:43):
If you look for something to watch tonight, They's a
Survivor on CBS. The Mass Singer is on Fox. It
is the Semifinals, and then Queer Eye is back for
season nine on Netflix.
Speaker 1 (16:51):
Thanks Sasin, Welcome. Everything to watch is up. If you
need someone to listen to, New Thoughts Share podcast is
out talking about the types of friends to ditch. In
twenty twenty four More and five you can now listen
YMS radio dot com, Real Quick, Apole, Shelby Sauce, Crumble
Cookies your thoughts.
Speaker 3 (17:07):
M They're fine, Okay, I've never bought them for myself, Okay, Rose.
Speaker 1 (17:12):
There are certain cookies that I would fight for. Okay. Well,
remember it was a couple of weeks ago. There's a
story about how they this like knockoff Krumbel cookie pop
up in Australia. Yeah, these dudes bought cookies in America,
flew with them. They were selling like five hundred dollars
a box.
Speaker 3 (17:27):
I just like the boxes themselves are already so expensive,
and like, I just like you don't really. They have
the flavor of the week, which is fun because you
can look it up and stuff, and I get the appeal.
Speaker 2 (17:38):
I just I think it's a little overhight.
Speaker 1 (17:40):
Well, they're limited edition candycane brownie has gone viral, okay
because well, first of all, it's smothered in chocolate treat
smother and peppermint buttered cream, topped with candycane bits. Okay,
rings in it just over twelve hundred calories.
Speaker 4 (17:57):
Oh my god, Jimmy Fallon collaboration.
Speaker 1 (18:01):
Yeah, so according to the nutritial information, each serving, in
case you don't eat the whole thing, it's only one
hundred and eighty calories.
Speaker 2 (18:10):
Oh my gosh.
Speaker 4 (18:12):
Because if you think about it, like the Crumble cookies itself,
they sell a like a device where you can cut
it into forests because the cookies are.
Speaker 1 (18:20):
So big you can't see. They're saying, they're I mean, yeah,
in this theory, there's more than six servings per treat, which.
Speaker 2 (18:28):
But they are big cookies for sure.
Speaker 1 (18:31):
Yeah. Yeah. They say it's a partner with with Jimmy Fallon.
They say that this he says, the best brownie's ever had,
but that that is twelve hundred that's the same.
Speaker 4 (18:43):
I don't think I could eat a whole brownie or
I think it's just like too much, so like I
would have to break that up into four six However
many pieces I like to.
Speaker 1 (18:53):
Eat over the course of a week. Say that's too much.
Speaker 3 (18:56):
People kept Like two years ago for my birthday, people
kept sending me cookies, which was really nice, but like
I can't even need a whole one myself, or like
in half of one. So I just had all these
boxes that I just started bringing to work.
Speaker 1 (19:08):
I think they're cool.
Speaker 3 (19:09):
Yeah, No, they are cool. I just think they're a
little over hypes. They're very expensive cookies.
Speaker 1 (19:13):
Yes, like a certain cupcake place in the area where
it's like whoa, I'm saying, not saying where, I'm just saying,
it's the one rock Fell Pike. That's what I'm talking about.
Let me get to this next two for your Wednesday.
The reasons men and women just don't understand each other First, Sabrina,
I was going through these and I was like, oh,
(19:35):
oh oh, corus psychologists, the most common reasons men and
women just don't get each other. There is a little
bit disconnect. I think as we go through life, starting
with men are more likely to ask, women more likely
to hint. Okay, oh yeah, that makes sense. Yeah, They
say men are socialized and makes rec requests, while women
(19:57):
are socialized but others needs above their own. Yeah can't.
They say If women can ease and ask for what
they want and stay of leaving their guy to guess,
they'll get much more out of it with no mind
reading necessary. I think I would do this please.
Speaker 3 (20:10):
I think because we've always been raised to like not
be too much in the room, you know, like like
because like you know, back in the day, like women
were just like kind of like arm candy and then
have to like add a lot and they weren't like
taken seriously. So now it's like I think we're still
like conditioning, like conditioned that way. So it's like hard
for us to be so forced. We're like, we don't
want to be an inconvenience to you. Sure, as a dude,
(20:33):
I would rather just know.
Speaker 10 (20:34):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (20:34):
I feel like it'd be like if I was the
waiter and I was like, what do you what do
you want to eat? Like food? And I'm like, all right,
well this is the great chance and didn't get this wrong, No,
I get it. So I think that, yeah, that makes
a sense. They say women are usually more interested in details. Yeah, Okay,
they say, I studies tell us women often have an
amazing memory for details. They're usually more sentimental than men. Yeah,
(20:58):
they say, Uh, keep in mind that men don't remember
the details as well because differences in how they process information,
not because they don't care. Okay, I say, Shelby Sauce
members every detail I do. They're thing my mother the
same way. Look at us if there is like if
I asked her who bullied me in kindergarten, she could
tell me who that kid was, what they said, and
probably what I was wearing that day. Probably that's the
way she Yeah, the way she goes. Men and women
(21:20):
have different understandings of listening versus solving.
Speaker 2 (21:25):
Okay, I don't know.
Speaker 3 (21:27):
I think it depends on also, like the person though,
because I have dated guys that just like I'll be
just venting and they're They're just like giving me unsolicited
advice all the time, and I'm like, just shut up.
Speaker 1 (21:37):
That's what they're saying. They say, when women has the problem,
a man typically offers solutions. Yeah. Yeah, Often she's looking
for understanding, validation.
Speaker 3 (21:45):
Yeah, I'm like, hey, like, who saw are you on here?
So it'll be like, well, you know, you always are
saying this. Yeah, I'm like not doing it to be
a broken record, Like I'm just like upset and you're
not really validating my feelings.
Speaker 1 (21:55):
When they say and a woman tends to give men
what she'd want a shoulder to cry on, which is
from the last thing he wants. Well, yeah, yeah, because
dudes solve. But there's been like some you do his
brains from my back in the caveman days, always tried
to like focus on the next problem that was coming
because like if we have a bad day where there's
still like sabor too tigers out there, yeah, they're still
like so that's like a dude's brains, Like, let's fix
(22:17):
this now because there's another problem that's gonna be coming
on the horizon. Yeah, got unwire that a little bit.
They say men tend to compartmentalize, while women tend to
think big picture.
Speaker 2 (22:26):
Yeah okay, I guess so.
Speaker 1 (22:28):
They say, a men car cart my good it is
mentally and emotionally separating work relationships and everything else. Yeah,
women think of the big picture, connecting all the aspects
of their lives.
Speaker 3 (22:39):
It is true because I've had friends you like how
can you do this and this and this because like
I feel like I compartmentalize a lot of stuff and
then and I've gotten like really good as i've gotten older,
but a lot of my friends are like I just
go into like situations that make me uncomfortable thinking of
every little piece of it.
Speaker 1 (22:57):
What do you mean?
Speaker 3 (22:57):
Like, my one friend was really stress about like seeing
an ax or something, and it was going to be
in a wedding so they wouldn't really even see each other,
so it was a giant wedding, And I was like, Yeah,
you don't need to like bring up your whole history,
like just be around them, Like, I don't think he's
gonna be thinking about that.
Speaker 1 (23:13):
Well, And what they say for this is for women,
when he seamlessly switches gears from your serious conversation to
the football game, remind yourself, that's not that he doesn't
care about the conversation. Okay, just like we just we
can do that. Yeah, that's yeah. They say for men,
it's going to remember that they're brooding over things, and
bring up the past doesn't mean she's trying to nag.
It's just the way her mind works. Yeah, connecting one
(23:33):
event to another, that's huge. And do you think sometimes
do you're like, God, you just have like a tally
of everything.
Speaker 2 (23:39):
No, it's just like that's just how our brain works.
Speaker 1 (23:42):
I'm saying that's a huge like because I do think
a lot of guys like, oh my gosh, she remember
it's all my mistakes. It's like, no, it's just connecting
the behaviors together. Everything is a circle. Everything's connected. Yeah,
this is their words, not mine. Women often say too much,
men often say too little.
Speaker 2 (23:59):
I mean, I guess that's true.
Speaker 3 (24:00):
Yeah, because sometimes I don't feel like I've like I've
did guys where I don't feel like I'm getting enough
like from them.
Speaker 1 (24:07):
And the doc says that when a woman feels stressed
she wants and needs to venty, she'll often will verbally
recall every single horrific detail about her job or overwhelming
schedule her family. She often uses dramatic words and phrases
like he always does this, we never do this, how
could you? How could she? How could they do this?
YadA yoda. They say, when women reacts like this, it's
(24:29):
best remember it's just like a valve on a pressure cooker. Yeah, okay,
they say. With a man's feeling stress, he often stops
talking all together for a period of time.
Speaker 3 (24:37):
Yeah, and then that's like also weird u OUs for like,
why isn't he talking?
Speaker 2 (24:41):
Is he mad at me?
Speaker 6 (24:42):
Noah?
Speaker 1 (24:42):
They say he wants to chill on TV, computer play
video games, hang along the man cave, just forgive by
his problems.
Speaker 2 (24:49):
That's fair.
Speaker 1 (24:49):
I had a friend, a radio friend yesterday who asked me, like,
what do I do to unplug and my play video games?
She goes, so I shouldn't hang my boyfriend. I go, no,
you need to not do anything, just like, yeah, just
don't don't do it. They say. Women often like reassurance
and men may not understand why. Yeah, we do.
Speaker 3 (25:06):
We need to feel like validated and reassured and supported.
Speaker 1 (25:10):
Yeah. I think that's just because dudes are also raised
to not look for that validation.
Speaker 2 (25:15):
Yeah, he used to be a man.
Speaker 1 (25:17):
If you're a fan, but be a man about it. Yeah,
they say, he thinks, quote, I'm committed to her. She
knows I love her. She thinks what has he done
to show me he loves me? Today?
Speaker 3 (25:27):
Oh yeah, I've like the last like few like relationship,
but relationships I've had I've thought like that. I'm like,
why am I not? I don't even know how they
feel about me.
Speaker 1 (25:36):
And meanwhile the dudes like, well, we're in a relationship.
Yeah she knows that. Yeah, I text her now and
then I send her memes. Not enough I touch her butt,
you know. They say that Another problem is women sometimes
forget men are emotional too. They say woman should never
assume her man doesn't feel things like hurt or rejection.
(25:56):
He feels more than you know. Don't assume you know
how he feel. I think that's true. Okay, I think
again it's because dudess aren't really trained to be emotional. Yeah,
but it's also I think that phrase happy wife, happy life.
I know it's like a funny thing, but most dudes like, yeah,
they don't do bothers them. They don't say anything. Yeah,
they just kind of keep it down because I don't
think anybody cares. Okay, and that's that's like a real
I feel like your partner should care though. Yeah, but
(26:18):
I think this dude is just don't feel like this,
don't feeling about cares about their feelings.
Speaker 4 (26:21):
Okay, it should be happy spouse, happy house.
Speaker 1 (26:25):
I agree, no, no doubt, hundred percent. I agree.
Speaker 10 (26:27):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (26:28):
The last one they say women may think there they
aren't being heard, when in truth, they just don't consider
the timing. Okay, cow, So she says, you never listen
to me. He thinks she talks all the time. All
I do is listen, okay, okay, they say, all he
asks do is give verbal cues to indicate he's paying attention,
such as really, I didn't realize that, yeah, okay, or
(26:49):
ask contents about what she's talking about, like questions so
know you're listening.
Speaker 3 (26:54):
But also I think that a lot of the times,
like when we do vent, it's because it's like been
building up that makes sense, so that it's like everything
at once.
Speaker 1 (27:01):
Sometimes they say it's also okay, teller when he's focused
on something else, like I want to hear what you're
saying because I wait until I finish, YadA YadA, or
like I'm wiped out, let's just stay and relax. She
thinks he'd rather stay at the TV than be with me.
I don't think it's I don't think I feel like, yeah,
I also like that, Shane shoot, because I feel like
watching shows what somebody has become like almost like a date. Yeah,
(27:22):
give me, It's all bit different. If you want to
add your thoughts. Nine ninety three three eight detects er
Johnny Marshall. I thought this is interesting. Sauce sent this
to me. A new trend people are trying to do
the land jobs is putting their fitness qualifications on applications. Yeah,
kind of like does he's shoot in the office where
he's like number chuck skills and woodworking skills. Yeah, it's interesting.
(27:45):
So they're talking to recruiters in New York City with
the Wall Street Journal. This one gather re called on
an engineer would be a lock to put in for
his skill set, but he ran fifteen marathons.
Speaker 3 (27:55):
I mean, I think that is a skill set because
it's showing that you're dedicated for sure, and that you're driven. Yeah,
like it's also you have to be really organized to
train for marathons.
Speaker 1 (28:06):
Why else is thinking it makes you stand out? Because
all I think resumes can be so stupid when it's
like purpose to get the job.
Speaker 3 (28:13):
I know, but for me and one of my majors,
like you had to take this I don't even remember
what was called. It's basically a life skills class where
you learned how to like put together your resume blah
blah blah, and so like some of that stuff. Like you,
they told us that we just had to have it
on there it makes sense, which, like, I don't disagree,
it's pretty dumb.
Speaker 1 (28:32):
There's They also talk this part time public public relations
person New Jersey, who include her six marathon finished she
has and other fitness feeds. When applying for a current job,
she says she want to show a bit about her
character and personality to show she's hard working, ambitious.
Speaker 3 (28:45):
Yeah, okay, I mean sense think it's fair. I don't disagree.
Speaker 1 (28:49):
I mean I really don't think it would hurt you
for a job here or something put up there be like,
oh they they around marathons.
Speaker 2 (28:54):
I'd be like, that's cool.
Speaker 1 (28:56):
It would never be like as long as you don't
ask me to do it. Yeah, do you know what
I mean?
Speaker 6 (28:59):
I don't.
Speaker 2 (29:00):
I think I would do it.
Speaker 1 (29:01):
I think it makes you stand out. I need something different.

Speaker 4 (56:53):
I feel like ninety percent of the time when we
say no judgment, in the back of my head, I
am judging.
Speaker 1 (56:58):
Yeah, it becomes observation. Yeah, I want you to feel bad.
We're confiding in us, but we're still judging it a
little bit.
Speaker 3 (57:05):
And it's like the end of the year, it's like
the same story, like, you know, your friends are cheating
and I'm tired.
Speaker 1 (57:11):

All the info wymssradio dot com. Let's do this from
(58:35):
the city that.
Speaker 9 (58:36):
Changes the world. Peers Rose with three things you need to.
Speaker 1 (58:40):
Know for your Wednesday, Rose, What you got for us?
Speaker 4 (58:43):
So it's official, the Metro will be going automatic for
the first time in fifteen years. A computer instead of
a human will be the primary controller of writers Metro trains.
Speaker 1 (58:52):
So the Washington Metro Real Safety.
Speaker 4 (58:53):
Commission, which overseas and enforces safety practices, they gave the
Metro the final approval to which to an automatic train
operating system or ATO. This was a meeting that happened yesterday,
so train operators will still remain in the cab, but
the train will run essentially on cruise control. ATO could
mean more on time trains, quicker speeds, and an overall
(59:16):
smoother ride. This is according to the Metro's website. Now
the Red line will be the first line to get
the ATO and then agency said that it's hoping to
have that up and running by the end of the
year and then the other lines would roll out ATO
next year. The Washington Nationals have the number one overall
pick in the amateur Draft for the first time since
(59:37):
twenty ten, when they selected a then seventeen year old
Bryce Harper, which is very cool, and unlike last year,
the Nationals were ineligible after initially coming out with the
top spot. So the first pick for the draft is
in July in Atlanta, which we're very excited about. So
the Los Angeles Angels they have the second pick for
(59:57):
the summer, and then Seattle, Colorado, Saint Louis in.
Speaker 1 (01:00:00):
Pittsburgh around out the top six.
Speaker 4 (01:00:02):
And your backyard hangouts are gonna be a little different
if you get your hands on what they're calling a
neighbor rator. So Natural Light is introducing this neighborator, and
basically it's a double sided fridge built into your fence,
so you could essentially share a beer with your neighbor.
Speaker 2 (01:00:19):
That's so sweet.
Speaker 4 (01:00:20):
I think it's like such a cool concept. I've seen
a bunch of videos of like people who mend their
fence so they can pull it down and it's like
a bar between the two yards.
Speaker 2 (01:00:31):
That's so I'm like, that's really cool.
Speaker 1 (01:00:33):
Like if I I.
Speaker 4 (01:00:35):
Like my neighbors, I probably do that with east one
of them.
Speaker 1 (01:00:38):
Now here's the thing.
Speaker 4 (01:00:39):
Natural light is only making one. So if you want
to be the lucky winner, you have to post on
social media, and they have like certain rules and everything.
I'm gonna put it up threewymssradio dot com. But I
was like, that's kind of cool, I Rose, those are
the three things you need to know for the day.
Speaker 1 (01:00:53):
Thank you, Rose, You're welcome, LESCo. Alex, good morning, Hey,
good man, I got everything here. We'll do this next.
All right, Yeah, I'm good. I second date update on
interns on your morning show. Date update on interns on
in your morning show. You're dating somebody, you think there's
a vibe, you think there's a connection. Then they stopped
(01:01:14):
talking you. We tried to figure out exactly what's going on. Alex,
good morning, Hello, Hello, Hey, happy to be here. Hey man,
So walk us through this. You and Brook first met
Howe we.
Speaker 7 (01:01:27):
Mashed them bumble okay, and uh.
Speaker 1 (01:01:30):
Yeah, okay, I was gonna ask the web about Brooks
profile made her stand out to you.
Speaker 7 (01:01:36):
I was just funny and self deprecating and you know,
just hit on a couple of things that I looked
for in these profiles. Sure, and uh, then we started.
Then we took it to text messages and that was
fun too, And then went on a few dates okay,
and yeah it was great. A couple of dinners. The
second dinner we were making out. It was heavy again,
(01:02:00):
but more importantly, the vibes were great and we were
getting along. And then all you know, that was more
than a week ago.
Speaker 1 (01:02:07):
I haven't heard from there, okay, And so uh it's
hopefully if I if I can't say this, tell me.
But she also stayed to your place after dinner, right
the last time you saw her.
Speaker 7 (01:02:18):
Yeah, yeah, I didn't want to throw her on the bus,
but yeah, we had a good time.
Speaker 13 (01:02:22):
Definitely got it.
Speaker 1 (01:02:24):
Okay. And so here we are a month ago, we matched,
We've had two days and she's just gone silent. Nothing
at her end. Have you reached out specifically for like, hey,
you free on Friday?
Speaker 6 (01:02:38):
Yeah?
Speaker 7 (01:02:38):
And nothing?
Speaker 1 (01:02:40):
Okay, that's a little bit odd. The last time you
saw her, How did you guys leave it?
Speaker 7 (01:02:46):
It was was when she left the next morning and
we were viving out and then we texted back and
forth a little bit and we insinuated plans go, we're
gonna get together again.
Speaker 1 (01:02:58):
The when you guys say bye, was there a kiss
then like that morning? A kissing the cheek? You're like, oh, okay,
all right, like you goodbye? Yes, it was. It was
a good experience, but fun was had at both parties.
Speaker 7 (01:03:12):
Yeah, that's why this is so surprising.
Speaker 1 (01:03:14):
And now let me ask you this. How long have
you been single for?
Speaker 7 (01:03:19):
Oh, I've been single for like seven eight months?
Speaker 1 (01:03:21):
Okay, and how about uh, how about Brooke?
Speaker 7 (01:03:25):
She said four months? But you know, thanks girl talk.
Speaker 1 (01:03:29):
So who knows heard that? Brother? All right, so let's
see this. We'll call Brooke. We'll try to get her
signed your own with us. Okay, yeah, oh, one second,
we do uh that? I think with the i'd be
confused after the kiss goodbye.
Speaker 2 (01:03:47):
That means you're probably going to see each other again.
Speaker 17 (01:03:48):
Yeah, hello, well hello, not you, Alex.
Speaker 1 (01:04:02):
I worry wait this is Brook? Oh yeah, Brook, Okay,
don't worry about this. All makes sense to the second Brook.
My name's inter John. I got Sauce and Rose here
as well. Brooke, we talked to you on the show
real quick about something nothing bad, just need like thirty
seconds of your time. Uh yeah, I guess perfect. So
that was Alex and the other line who wants to
Hello again? Alex Hello, nailed it all right. So Brooke,
(01:04:26):
the reason we're here, we're doing a second date update.
Alex three shot to us he had told us you
guys mash on Bumble a month ago, you guys had
some texting a little bit of dating, but that he's
not heard from you in a little over a week.
So we are here in the honor of the holidays,
and I guess love trying to see what your side
of things is and if there's a future for you too,
(01:04:48):
And I guess kind of wear're at overall.
Speaker 12 (01:04:52):
Well, I think it's funny that this is in honor
of the holidays. I mean, you bring this up, but yeah, Alex,
I know had a good time on our dates, and
I thought things were going to go somewhere between us.
Speaker 1 (01:05:08):
But I'm a little upset, okay, And.
Speaker 12 (01:05:13):
Basically I thought we were headed on one track.
Speaker 1 (01:05:17):
And it's obvious that we're not. I that's what happened.
Speaker 12 (01:05:22):
Yeah, the night that I spent over by the way,
we didn't sleep together.
Speaker 1 (01:05:27):
I don't know if he mentioned that.
Speaker 2 (01:05:29):
Yeah, I want to.
Speaker 12 (01:05:32):
Throw that out there, that that didn't happen. But we
had had a really great conversation and he told me
about his company a holiday party coming up, and then
how he needed a plus.
Speaker 1 (01:05:45):
One and he didn't.
Speaker 12 (01:05:46):
Invite me and that hurt my feelings. And then was
telling me that his family's coming in town for the
holidays and didn't want to.
Speaker 1 (01:05:55):
Invite me or introduce.
Speaker 12 (01:05:57):
Me to his family, and that we were headed on
one direction.
Speaker 1 (01:06:01):
But we're not. Let me ask you out, because did
you mention a plus one for a company party and
then not invite.
Speaker 7 (01:06:10):
I did, and and this is my bad, and I'm
I'll take I'll take full responsibility for this. In the
heat of the moment, I did mention it. But in
my defense, you know, I feel the same way. But
I'm like, okay, do I introduce this person I've only
been on two dates with to like my folks, to
my coworkers, my boss.
Speaker 12 (01:06:30):
I that okay, heard of it too, though, like you say,
it is two dates. But we've been talking every single day, sure,
multiple times a day, hours a day for a month.
Speaker 1 (01:06:42):
Well as this real quick if your mind, did you
bring somebody else there or do you just go solo?
I just went okay? And then with the parents, then
is it just because they, I mean me and the
parents is a pretty big I mean only dates.
Speaker 2 (01:06:57):
I wouldn't yeah, that's when meet my parents.
Speaker 1 (01:06:59):
No, I wouldn't let me. Yeah, you let me say this.
Speaker 7 (01:07:03):
My mom is pretty hard, harsh, and it's a tough critic.
So I also wanted to save you from that early.
I'm afraid that you would judge me based on my
mom's like harshness.
Speaker 1 (01:07:16):
Okay, that's fair.
Speaker 3 (01:07:18):
Also like your mom's gonna be judging based on you
bring someone that you just.
Speaker 1 (01:07:21):
Met as fair.
Speaker 2 (01:07:22):
Also fair, mom would be like, don't waste my time.
You're not go what are you doing?
Speaker 1 (01:07:25):
Yeah, let me get this. I'm gonna put you guys
in hold. Are you a team Alex or Team Brook?
Eight seven seven for six State one to call nine
ninety three three eight A text and second date updates
on Intern John and your Morning Show. Second date update
on Intern John, Your Morning Show. We just talked to
Alex in Brook they had met, been on a couple
of dates, had the sleepover. She's talking to him, she says,
(01:07:48):
because I guess he had a work Christmas party that
he did not invite her to and that family was
coming in town as well. Whose side are you on?
Eight seven seven, nine nine five for six state one
to call, nine three eight to text so I get
you on hold shelby sauce your thoughts. Wait, hold on, sorry,
there it is Wait, hold on this there he is there,
We go.
Speaker 2 (01:08:08):
I think that I'm on team Alex.
Speaker 3 (01:08:10):
I just think that it's way too soon to be
getting upset that you weren't invited to his work Christmas
party or you're not meeting his family and everything. Yeah,
you guys just met, And I think that's just really
rushing things. And like I said earlier, like my mom
would not want to meet someone I just met.
Speaker 2 (01:08:27):
She would be like, why are you wasting my time?
Speaker 1 (01:08:29):
Yeah. I think that it just be kind of awkward.
I think in general, and.
Speaker 3 (01:08:33):
It's already the holidays, everybody stressed out. Why add more
stress to it?
Speaker 1 (01:08:37):
Yeah, unless you work for a cool company, would you
really want to go to somebody else's work party? Unless
it was somewhere dope.
Speaker 3 (01:08:43):
I think that it seems like she wants to be
that plus one because then it will more so mean
like how he feels about her in her mind. Maybe
mm yeah, okay, but that's just not how like I
wouldn't invite someone I just started dating to a work
holiday event or a work event in general.
Speaker 1 (01:08:58):
You're saying sauce like if she invite you to this
stepthing like solidifies if the.
Speaker 2 (01:09:02):
Irish series must be really into her.
Speaker 1 (01:09:03):
That makes sense. Okay, maybe you thought.
Speaker 4 (01:09:06):
I could understand him not wanting her to meet the family,
Yet I do think that's a little soon. I think
the work Christmas party is a little more of a
relaxed environment to like bring around and see.
Speaker 1 (01:09:17):
How she meshes with like your cowork friends. So I
don't think. And plus he brought up that he had
a plus.
Speaker 4 (01:09:24):
One, I feel like that's a little bit like I
think you could invite her to that and still it
not be like that big of a deal, because it's
not like this is my girlfriend and you're not like
meeting the family.
Speaker 1 (01:09:36):
Meeting the family thing way too soon like work stuff.
Speaker 4 (01:09:38):
I think he could have invited her and then maybe
that would have been like the compromise that she would
have been okay with.
Speaker 1 (01:09:44):
Yeah, I think it is. It is weird to bring
up you have I could bring you.
Speaker 4 (01:09:47):
I'm it could bring you, but I'm not because in
my mind, like if I was in that situation, let's
say it was Clint, because pretty early on, I was like,
this is my guy. If he had said, oh, I
have a plus one for my work Christmas party and
then he didn't invite me, I'd be like, oh, well
he must not be like that serious about you.
Speaker 1 (01:10:02):
Yes, no, that's fair, I'll disagree. Let me go in
falls church. Abby, good morning, good morning, how are you
doing well? Thank you? What do you want to say
with this?
Speaker 14 (01:10:12):
They both sound.
Speaker 18 (01:10:12):
Super sweet, and I think everybody's situation is different.
Speaker 1 (01:10:15):
Mine is the opposite. I would not.
Speaker 18 (01:10:16):
Bring a two date bumble person.
Speaker 7 (01:10:18):
To work event, but I might bring them.
Speaker 18 (01:10:20):
To like my Thanksgiving for my house, for my family,
just because I think everybody's situation is different. But in
this particular situation, they both seem super sweet and they
just need to communicate with each other. I think she's
stepping over. She definitely is expecting too much right now,
but they just need to talk to each other.
Speaker 1 (01:10:38):
Honestly, that's fair. That's fair, Abby, thank you for listening
to have a great day, you two. By Eric's putting
the screen or that he's bringing his girlfriend Lindsay to
my party on Saturday, it's a little bit different though
they've been together for we've met her much.
Speaker 2 (01:10:52):
Yeah, yeah, but they've been together for a while, and
she's lovely.
Speaker 6 (01:10:54):
By the way.
Speaker 1 (01:10:55):
I really like Lindsay and I talk some sense.
Speaker 6 (01:10:56):
In that girl.
Speaker 2 (01:10:57):
She's gorgeous. Eric, great job, Zoe, good morning.
Speaker 1 (01:11:10):
You want to say that.
Speaker 13 (01:11:12):
I'm team Alex.
Speaker 19 (01:11:14):
I feel like, you know, she should just be mature
enough to know that just because you've talked on and
off for a month and had two wonderful, amazing gates
that you would think you would be invited to either
a Christmas party or a family gathering for the holidays.
I just think that that's a little bit too soon.
(01:11:35):
You don't want to have to, you know, take the
criticism if it didn't work out, or have to give
anybody an explanation as to why it, you know, fell
apart after she came to the you know, Christmas party
or family gathering. So I just stand with, you know,
about six months before you introduced them to coworkers or
(01:11:59):
family members. Yeah, that's another story. Friends is another story.
But family members and co workers, because that.
Speaker 1 (01:12:09):
Is your life for sure.
Speaker 19 (01:12:11):
Oh yeah, escape that you can't escape, and it's it's important,
so you don't know who you're bringing in.
Speaker 1 (01:12:17):
Yeah, you know environment No, I agree, So thank you
for listening. I have a great day you too. I
best believe if I ever start dating a girl again,
you mofos, I wouldn't bring that part go around to
a long time en why, I mean that's what you
usually do anyways. Yeah, because I always have to like
warn people about Eric. I'm like, he's gonna say something
(01:12:38):
that's probably offensive and then like Shelby has no filter,
she'll just say it. They're gonna come to get used
to the people that are in your life. Yeah, me, yes, me, yes,
people you warn people about me? Ye, because you need
to be warned, you little naive.
Speaker 3 (01:12:55):
Yeah, I understand warning new people about everyone, like hey,
just like so they get a vibe for everyone. Yeah,
Like when Maggie came to Orlando with us, it was
like Rose is very sweet. You're gonna love her, you know,
like like Maggie's used to you. But before she met John.
I was like, yeah, he like just he's kind of.
Speaker 1 (01:13:13):
Like does he talk. It's awkward, he used to you,
he observes, he stands there awkward for people. He's very
he's not like going to welcome you with open arms
right off of that. Absolutely, I do got to work
for it. It does, Yeah, I do. I would say
he does.
Speaker 4 (01:13:31):
He can make uncomfort, like make some situations a little comfort.
Speaker 1 (01:13:35):
Yes, yeah, I make it.
Speaker 3 (01:13:37):
Guess you forget that people aren't used to. You're just
like saying stuff and everybody's like.
Speaker 1 (01:13:41):
What, so don't don't don't don't filter what don't see me.
I'm excited to watch your home videos on Saturday. That's
all you said. We weren't doing it. That was sarcasm.
We're not doing okay, Yes, I got him ready, he
was like he exited.
Speaker 6 (01:13:55):
You had to go. All right.
Speaker 1 (01:13:56):
If you want to do a second day update, The
d ms are open at to Yamos Radio. Everything Celebrity
Shall Be Sauce has or Entertainment Report coming next with
you Have for Us.
Speaker 3 (01:14:04):
Hollywood is actually trying to get these two actors to
work together again.
Speaker 1 (01:14:11):
Everything Celebrity Shall Be Sauce has or entertainment report, what
you got for us?
Speaker 3 (01:14:15):
A judge in Argentina charge two more hotel employees and
the death of Liam Payne.
Speaker 2 (01:14:19):
So the Casa ser.
Speaker 3 (01:14:20):
Paller paler Mo hotel manager and the lobby receptionist called
nine one one will be questioned, along with the three
individuals already facing charges. The judge ruled this week quote
since there is sufficient reason to suspect that they have
participated in Liam Payne's death, we asked if the following
people give a statement, So the pair of drug dealers,
they will be interrogated next Tuesday. Then a week from today,
(01:14:42):
Liam's friend charged with abandonment will be questioned, and Thursday,
the nineteenth, the newly charged hotel employees will then be interrogated.
And this is wild to me because I've been keeping
y'all updated on their divorce proceedings are still going on.
And basically a producer name Danny Rossner wants to get
Brad Pitt and Angelia and Jolie back on screen together
(01:15:04):
and he's offering them a lot of money to do so.
So this movie is called Hotel Martinez and it's a
true story of a hotel owner and his mistress in
France during World War Two. So Danny notes that Brad
makes about twenty million to twenty five million dollars per movie,
and Angelina is around the fifteen million dollar range, so
he's offering them fifty percent more. So that'll mean thirty
(01:15:27):
seven point five million dollars for Brad and twenty two
million for Angelina. And there will be some scenes, like
he says that they're not salacious, but very heavy love scenes.
Speaker 1 (01:15:38):
Okay, so I mean we'll see.
Speaker 3 (01:15:41):
Let's see what happens. And Halsey, you know, she's a songwriter,
but maybe a TV writer as well. Because Halsey is
re poorly set to write a dark comedy series for
Amazon Prime Video. They'll actually be wearing multiple hats, so
at working as creator, writer, and executive producer of the show,
which will be called Bloodlust.
Speaker 2 (01:16:00):
Halsey will not be starring in the show.
Speaker 3 (01:16:02):
Ti West is said to direct the show, and basically
Ti Wes has been directing movies like twenty twenty four
is Maxine and Halsey is actually in that and plot.
These details for Bloodlust are being kept under wraps for now,
but I think that's pretty cool.
Speaker 2 (01:16:16):
I love Halsey. I feel like for something to watch tonight.
Speaker 3 (01:16:19):
We got Survivor on CVS, The Mass Singer is on
Fox It's the semifinals, and then Queer Eye Season nine

things you need to know? Kamma, what you got for us?
(01:22:21):
People are still not stopping for school buses and I'm
so mad. Then with asking for a friend? Can you
date your best dies sibling? First Subria from the City
that Changes the World.
Speaker 9 (01:22:33):
Pierce Rose with three things.
Speaker 1 (01:22:35):
You need to know for you Wednesday, Rose giat FORRAS.
Speaker 4 (01:22:39):
Students attending Arlington Community High School maybe spending the twenty
six twenty seven school year on Amazon's HQ two campus,
which is pretty cool.
Speaker 3 (01:22:47):
So.
Speaker 4 (01:22:47):
Amazon had promised to provide a permanent home for the
school in its pen Place building, but the second phase
of the HQ two project has been placed on Holden definitely,
So instead Amazon is offering the school space in one
of its two towers at met Park and it's willing
to cover the build out, which is really cool. So
the school is competency based school that offers day and
(01:23:07):
night classes to students who have full time jobs or
other commitments that require a flexible schedule. So Baltimore County
Police said new lands On cameras continue to catch drivers
failing to stop for school buses that are picking up
and dropping off students, which is wild that this is
not the first time I've talked about it or the
second time I've talked about it too many times. So
(01:23:28):
since citations began being issued on November fourth, the school
bus cameras have caught more than seventy four hundred drivers
failing to stop.
Speaker 1 (01:23:36):
That's why, Oh my god, this.
Speaker 4 (01:23:39):
Is students safety. We're till like safety we're talking about.
So Marylyn law requires drivers to stop at least twenty
feet from a stop school bus that has activated its
flashing red lights and unless unless they're traveling in the
opposite direction of a divided highway, otherwise stop for school
bus if the arm is out and the lights are on,
that's just do it. Drivers who fail stop our subject
(01:24:00):
to a fine of two hundred and fifty dollars. Honestly,
if this doesn't stop, I feel like they should make
it more of a penalty for them, because that's so crazy.
So Marylyn, Governor Wes Moore will join Baltimore Mayor Brandon
Scott and Oriels owner David Rubinstein at Cammon Yards today
to announce the Preakness Festival one fifty initiative. So the
announcement will quote preview future plans and quote transformative initiatives
(01:24:23):
for the one hundred and fiftieth Preakness, which one hundred
and fiftieth dam That announcement.
Speaker 1 (01:24:27):

there's the chicken and steak skewers, there's the wings. Everything
they have is fantastic. They make special stuff. Shouts Serronnie
for sauce. There's sauces sauce. But if you looking to
wash the game, look and just get out. They do
like parties and the upstairs too. Yeah, it is serious
on my favorite places I know. And their peanut sauce
(01:26:34):
is to die for.
Speaker 2 (01:26:35):
Slops.
Speaker 1 (01:26:36):
I have a whole plate just of that. So huge things.
Caddies on Cordel say, Ronnie at the front door, free napkins,
which these days cannot afford not to. Asking for a
friend comes next in the show. You're going through something
you want to talk to the people in life about
it because maybe it involves them. Can you date your
friend's sibling first, says a centern Johnny Marshall, let's go
(01:26:57):
fake name Chrissy, good morning, Good morning. This is a
little sticky girl. Your question of asking for a friend
involves your bestie and her brother. What's going on?
Speaker 15 (01:27:09):
Yeah, so me and my best friend's brother have been
hanging out recently.
Speaker 1 (01:27:15):
Nice, I kind of.
Speaker 13 (01:27:16):
Developed a little cross on him, you know how it goes.
Speaker 1 (01:27:19):
Yeah, so let's get some specifics quick though. So you've
been friends with your bestie for how long?
Speaker 15 (01:27:25):
Roughly, we've been bus friends since middle school and we're
both like halfway through college now, so a long time.
Speaker 1 (01:27:34):
And brother is older, younger, and what's the age difference.
Speaker 15 (01:27:39):
He's like two years younger than her.
Speaker 6 (01:27:42):
She means he's only two years younger than me. That's
a normal age.
Speaker 1 (01:27:45):
Guy, no, for sure. And so when you growing up,
would he was? He always kind of around, but he's
kind of saw him as like the little silly brother.
Now he's a grown man.
Speaker 15 (01:27:56):
Yeah, I mean I hadn't seen him since I left
for college, sure, so I was like used to seeing
this like rowdy little boy, and then now I just
saw him a few weeks ago.
Speaker 1 (01:28:08):
And oh my god, Okay, so hot now, got you?
And so you haven't been hanging out. I'm assuming your
friend doesn't know. No, she doesn't know yet, Okay, And
so you're wondering how I guess to bring it up
to a friend that you and brother are potentially gonna
be a thing. Is that fair?
Speaker 14 (01:28:27):
Yeah?
Speaker 6 (01:28:27):
Like I want to make sure she's okay with it.
She theres so much more to me. Got you?
Speaker 1 (01:28:32):
And so do you think she'd be down? I mean,
let me ask you a little self reflection. Are you
a good girlfriend? Egg in the past?
Speaker 15 (01:28:41):
I mean, every girl has their fault. I've definitely had
my fault, but I don't think I'm the worst girlfriend.
Speaker 1 (01:28:48):
Okay, So she should, in theory be cool with it.
Speaker 6 (01:28:52):
Yeah. I think she'll be fine with it.
Speaker 13 (01:28:54):
It's just like it's such a weird thing to bring up.
Speaker 1 (01:28:57):
Gotcha? Okay?
Speaker 14 (01:28:58):
All right?
Speaker 1 (01:28:58):
Can I put you in hold one second?
Speaker 6 (01:29:01):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (01:29:01):
So what do you do? Your fake name Chrissie eight
seven seven nine ninety five four six eight one to
call nine ninety three three eight to text asking for
a friend an intern John in your morning show? Asking
for a friend on intern John in your morning show?
We has talked a fake name Chrissie. She's known her
bestie since middle school. Bessie's had a younger brother two
(01:29:23):
years younger. Recently, her and Bessie started hanging out, feelings developing.
Can she make a move? I guess officially and date
Bestie's brother eight seven seven, nine ninety five four six
eight one to call, nine ninety three three eight to text.
So it gets you on hold shelby sauce your thoughts.
But it's like the brother does a brother like her
back if they're hanging out one on one I would assume, so, oh.
Speaker 3 (01:29:45):
Okay, maybe I just like put them back my mind.
I was gonna say that before she does anything, she
should talk to her front.
Speaker 2 (01:29:50):
Yeah, Like she should do that.
Speaker 3 (01:29:52):
And then even if she goes in there and you know,
ask for you know, how she would feel about it,
maybe come in with like certain boundary is that they
could set up if they did dating. I also urge
her to just consider the fact that dating any anyone's
brother probably not the best idea. Sure, just in case
it doesn't work out and that's your best friend. Sure,
but that's I wouldn't personally do it. But if she
(01:30:14):
really really likes him and she thinks that there's it
could go somewhere. I would go in there with like
boundaries and like, hey, like this is not gonna affect
our friendship even though it will no matter what, sir,
Ye rose your thoughts.
Speaker 1 (01:30:24):
I definitely think you need to talk to your friend
before you make a move.
Speaker 2 (01:30:28):
Yeah, yeah, just like.
Speaker 4 (01:30:30):
Get because they're gonna find out eventually, and I think
they're going to be more mad about.
Speaker 1 (01:30:35):
It if you don't talk to them first.
Speaker 12 (01:30:38):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:30:38):
Yeah, I was in this situation where I dated a
friend's sister, and I'll say this, I think there were
benefits of it. I think the fact that he's one
of my really good friends still to this day, that
him and I hung out, we're both single for years,
to him seeing how I am with girls, I think
made it easier because he's like, at least he's not
(01:31:00):
a giant pos Yeah. However, I think that, yeah, the
conversation should have had a little bit earlier. However, I
assume that his sisters gonna have that conversation because that's
what she said she wanted to do.
Speaker 2 (01:31:12):
That's the problem with assuming.
Speaker 1 (01:31:14):
Yeah, So I do think that overall what did cause conflict.
I don't really think so, but we have pretty open
lines communication after that started. Yeah, and now it's not
weird at all. He's one of the investors in the bar, Like,
we're still good to go. But I do think I yet,
it is like nobody plans for life after the breakoup.
(01:31:35):
But if it happens, are you gonna still be cool?
Speaker 2 (01:31:38):
You definitely still have a conversation before anything happened, So
just in case.
Speaker 1 (01:31:42):
Oh yeah, no, absolutely, let me go a car leg
good morning, Hi, good morning, how are you today? You're
doing well? Thank you? What do you want to say
with this? I agree, I say absolutely not.
Speaker 11 (01:31:53):
I think it puts the best friend in an awkward
position because obviously, if there's a trouble in the relationship,
if you're going to want to go to your best friend,
and it kind of puts her in the middle. And
then I also think about who you know, if if
the guy has some weird habits or something, who's the
first person you're going to talk to about your best friend?
Speaker 2 (01:32:12):
Sure there's certain things she doesn't want to know about
her brother.
Speaker 1 (01:32:16):
Yeah, yeah, I understand, Carla, Thank you for listening. Have
a great day. By bright. Luckily, in my situation, he
knows that I make no mistakes ever, and so I'm
never wrong and he knows her sister, so he's.
Speaker 4 (01:32:28):
I also think it's different when it's a guy best
friends because I don't necessarily think guys are telling everything
about their relationship to their guy best friend.
Speaker 1 (01:32:35):
Yeah, like if it's a girl best friend, like I'm
gonna complain or you know, talk about it more. Yeah,
no doubt, I think. I think again, that's why I
think I got the blessings because he knew how I
treat people. But yeah, we also don't talk about that stuff. Yeah,
so there we go. Let me go, Megan, good morning,
(01:32:56):
Good morning. What'd you want to say of this girl?
Speaker 16 (01:32:59):
Well, well, I yeah, I agree with everybody else. But
I really think it depends on how shown the relationships.
Speaker 11 (01:33:05):
I'm the friendship.
Speaker 16 (01:33:07):
It's awkward because like I when I told my friend
like is it okay? And I want to prioritize our
friendship and then she was like, oh yeah, that's totally fine.
She was so casual about it, but then when we
did it just went all downhill. So but it also depends,
like I don't know how much our best friend they are, Like.
Speaker 1 (01:33:30):
Maybe how long did you date the brother for Oh
we are married. Okay, sorry guys, you and the friend
like still talk though? It's so cool?
Speaker 13 (01:33:38):
Or is it like your in laws it's a well,
a lot of stuff happened.
Speaker 17 (01:33:46):
Yeah, so's it's not.
Speaker 1 (01:33:47):
I mean we are cordial, but okay, we're not like the.
Speaker 17 (01:33:50):
Way we were.
Speaker 1 (01:33:51):
Got you Yeah, Megan, thank you for listening. To have
a great day. Yeah, if you want to continua ever
tax you can nine ninety three three eight if you
want to, you and asking for a friend. DMS are

Megan Thoughts and Machine Gun Kelly split only four weeks
after revealing that they were having a baby that is
due in March. My sources to confirmed that things ended
over Thanksgiving weekend. They were in Bail, Colorado together at
the time. They have not been seen since, and Megan
reportedly discovered quote upsetting material unquote on his phone. She
abroughly caught off the relationship. Friends are worried that this
(01:35:11):
that this time it is for good. Another source revealed
that this isn't the first break up this fall. They said, quote,
Megan and MGK have broken up several times since the
pregnancy was announced. This was just one of the bigger ones.
They're both too hot headed and fell back into their
constant fighting.
Speaker 1 (01:35:26):
So not great.
Speaker 2 (01:35:28):
Not great.
Speaker 3 (01:35:29):
And rumors have been debunked that Beyonce might cancel her
Christmas Day performance during the halftime show when the Ravens
lay the Texans. So my sources said, quote, she has
no intention of canceling. Rehearsals have been continued to be underway.
They also said that Beyonce has no intention of leaving
jay Z that so if you don't know, I mean
(01:35:50):
I talked about yesterday. But he's caught in a legal
battle with that Texas lawyer Tony Busby, who is doing
the lawsuits against Sean di Dacombs. They thensire also said
quote she's sticking by Jay as evidence by the family
outing on the red carpet for the Mofasa the Lion
King premiere. The cars are a dream our team, and
we'll face the situation together.
Speaker 2 (01:36:09):
Unquote.
Speaker 3 (01:36:10):
Jay Z has denied allegations and I will again continue
to keep you updated. And the circle of trust is
continuing because there's a new Meets the Parents film in
the works, so it will also have the major players
like Robert Niro, Ben Stiller, and they are already in talks.
John Hamberg, who co wrote all three prior films in
(01:36:30):
the franchise, is said to write the screenplay. There is
no word who is directing, as it's in its earliest
development stages. There's no plot points or anything, but I
will keep you up dated. Maybe he'pfully like a grandfather
or something.
Speaker 1 (01:36:42):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (01:36:44):

Try to make things right first, Miles Smith, it's Intern
John your morning show. So many late entries for Criminal
of the Year. It's Intern Jehan and your morning show
to the Lovely City of San Francisco. Everything is positive.
Nothing bag was on there and McDonald's worker called nine
one one after a lady threatened them with a gun
(01:37:30):
over their fries. She stopped in to pick up her food,
which that's number one going inside, then sat down and
was claiming the fries she ordered warrant in the bag.
An employee told her to bring the receipt they would
make it right, but she came in hot threatened. Several
employees told them she had a gun in her purse.
(01:37:51):
What now, Here's the thing. She was still there when
the cops showed up. I mean they called the police.
She goes, well, to what, I'm so in the right
right now, all wait here, and they'll be on my side.
That's what happened, so that they police showed up. She
did have a loaded handgun in a purse. Oh my god,
don't worry though, Her nine year old daughter was holding
the bank for safe keeping. Her words, Oh my gosh.
Speaker 2 (01:38:13):
So what is wrong with people?
Speaker 1 (01:38:15):
And I guess the purse, if it's real, it's a
giant Mark Jacob's purse. Assuming it's real, it's four hundred dollars. Okay,
So is that worth going to jail for? I don't
think so. So there we go, facing several charges. I'm
gonna assume you probably have a bad day, and that
was like the.
Speaker 3 (01:38:34):
One thing that push you over the edge, rounding somebody
with a gun over front, like over anything.
Speaker 1 (01:38:39):
But then why staying there again? You were so delusional
you think the police will surely be on my side
for this, for her right there? Yeah, well there you go.
It's uh, it is what it is. Don't be that person.
