Kelly and Jason first met at work six months ago and have actually started dating one another two months ago. Kelly tells us that they both work in separate departments, but nobody at work really knows about their relationship. Recently Kelly took a new coworker named Becca out for drinks to welcome her to her department and she revealed that she has a work crush on Jason. At the same time, Becca showed Kelly messages Jason had sent her and some of the photos were the same things Jason had sent Kelly.

We call Jason pretending to send him a free bouquet of flowers and when we ask him who he wants them sent to, Jason asks to send them to Becks. Find out what’s really going on in this week’s War Of The Roses!

Speaker 1 (00:05):
War and the Rosies on Internshohn in your morning show.
We want you to be in a healthy, happy relationship.
That means if you think your partner's chooting, we help
rip off that band aid Kelly, Good.

Speaker 2 (00:17):
Morning, Good morning.

Speaker 1 (00:20):
So let's get into this. You and Jason kind of
living in sin You guys first met six months ago
where we.

Speaker 3 (00:28):
Met at work. We work in different departments though, so
we don't really see each other during the day or
anything like that. We met a happy hour.

Speaker 1 (00:36):
Okay, okay, and so met six months ago, officially dating
for four months, right, Yeah, but nobody at work knows.
Is that because office policy is because we just want
to keep you know, people of our.

Speaker 3 (00:49):
Business, or we just yeah, we just don't want to,
you know, put it out there like we're just kind of,
you know, just being like fun and sneaky and we
just don't want everyone to our business.

Speaker 4 (01:01):
You're enjoying it right now before everyone starts to the
office gossip.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
Sure, but exactly.

Speaker 1 (01:06):
I do want to clarify though, and just so we know,
this isn't just I'm hooking up with a coworker. This
is I'm in a committed romantic relationship with somebody happen
to work with.

Speaker 3 (01:18):
Yes, we yeah, we are. We're just seeing each other
and like we made that very official four months ago.
So yeah, no one, Yeah, okay, this is not we're
just hooking up.

Speaker 2 (01:28):
Gosh, you do any friends of family?

Speaker 3 (01:30):
No, I mean my sister knows. Okay, it's like four
months and you know, we're just we're just starting to
like plan and might go to his cousin's wedding. Like
it's still the beginning.

Speaker 1 (01:44):
So explain to me how a new coworker is making
you think perhaps something's up.

Speaker 3 (01:51):
Well, this new girl in my department just got hired.
Her names Becca, and I took her out for some
drinks and just trying to get to know her, making
sure that she's, you know, comfortable in her department. We
kind of have this thing that we do and stuff.
And basically she was like, oh, yeah, I have an
office crush. Oh my gosh. And I mean she's only

(02:11):
been there a couple of weeks, but she has an
office crush. And she said that it's mutual.

Speaker 2 (02:16):
Sure, oh it's mutual.

Speaker 3 (02:17):
And yeah she was like yeah, I know that, like
this person feels the same. And I was like, oh okay,
and then you know, well, sorry say it again.

Speaker 5 (02:27):
I was gonna say, did you ask how if she knew?

Speaker 2 (02:30):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (02:30):
Yeah. She basically was like, we've been texting and stuff
a lot, like we text all night and I was like,
oh okay, and I asked to see some text us.
There's like, oh, let me see, like and there are
photos of his dog and he sent me those same
photos before and okay.

Speaker 2 (02:51):
So like on the couch just so work clear.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
So your boyfriend Jason, who also worked with has been
taxing a new coworker a lot to her. She's shown
you the text and he's sent the same photos that
he sent to you to her, almost like I mean
copy and paste in the conversation if you will.

Speaker 2 (03:09):
Yes, it's weird.

Speaker 3 (03:11):
Yeah, yeah, I don't know. I mean he has a
really cute dog. But yeah, there's the exact same for it.

Speaker 4 (03:17):
But why would you send someone you just met your
dog because you're flirting? I understand that, but I'm like,
did we're really definitely flirting?

Speaker 1 (03:24):
I would assume that's what he was doing. At least
I would think, let's do this, Kelly. We'll have sauce
call from the flower shop, off from the roses. They
should go to you girlfriend of four months. If they do,
we can hang up. Do whatever. If they don't, we'll
get some answers for you.

Speaker 2 (03:41):
Okay, okay, I appreciate it, no problem.

Speaker 1 (03:45):
War the rosies in about three minutes on Intern John
in Your Morning Shops. Wore the rosies on Intern John
in Your Morning Show, Kelly, let me recap this. You
and Jason are co workers, began working together about six
months ago, met at a work happy hour, sorry, dating
officially about four months ago. The reason you want to
do one of the roses is there's a new girl

(04:06):
work named a Becca that you kind of took under
your wing, took her out for drinks. She had mentioned
she has an office crush, and she's pretty sure the
office crush feels the same way, and they text apparently
all the time. Office crush happens to be your boyfriend.
And she showed you photos of his dog that he
sent her. That's kind of where we're at, right.

Speaker 3 (04:26):
Yeah, that's yeah, that's where we're at.

Speaker 1 (04:28):
Do you know, because you mentioned you guys work in
different departments, you and Jason, do you know how he
and Becca got in contact with each other? Are they
in the similar department? Does she have more reason to
talk to that side of the building.

Speaker 3 (04:41):
I mean what happens is like there's like common areas,
and so I don't know they could have met in
a common area, you know, getting coffee or getting water
or sure grabbing their lunch from like a fridge. There's
common areas, so I guess you knew that there.

Speaker 1 (04:56):
Okay, So they I'm not trying to imply anything, but
when you guys first met you and in Jason, did
he make the first move as far as talking or
did you make the first move?

Speaker 3 (05:08):
Well, we were a happy hour, so it's kind of
like we both were just sitting in the same area
and we just started talking to one another.

Speaker 2 (05:16):
Okay, okay, all right, so let's do this.

Speaker 1 (05:19):
And I guess the other kind of thing to this
too is that nobody at work knows about you two,
So it makes sense then that she would be like, oh,
this is great.

Speaker 2 (05:27):
There's this guy, YadA YadA.

Speaker 1 (05:29):
So let's have Sauce call from the flower company offer
Jason the dozen red roses. They should go to you
girlfriend of four months. If they do, we'll put them
on hold, see what you want to do. If they don't,
we'll get some answers for you.

Speaker 2 (05:41):
Okay, okay, thank you. One second, should I get a mom?

Speaker 5 (05:56):
Hello, Hi, I'm calling for Jason.

Speaker 6 (06:00):
Jason.

Speaker 5 (06:01):
Hi, my name is Livy.

Speaker 4 (06:02):
I'm actually calling you from this new local flower shop.
We're called Whymus Flowers. We just opened, so we're trying
out some new marketing where we're offering locals once a
week of free bouquet of a dozen red roses and
you actually.

Speaker 6 (06:14):
Oh sorry, I'm sorry. Good, I'm good, I'm good. I
just signed up for anything. I'm sorry.

Speaker 5 (06:18):
No you no, no, you didn't.

Speaker 4 (06:19):
We're just trying to get back to the community so
that you actually decide to use us as your go
to flower shop after you get a free bouquet of flowers.

Speaker 5 (06:27):
Just so we're not like an Instagram ad.

Speaker 4 (06:28):
We just want you to enjoy the flowers and then
I promise we're gonna love them. We're just trying to
make my parents' dreams come true, my brother and I.

Speaker 5 (06:34):
So, uh, it's totally free.

Speaker 4 (06:36):
We don't need your credit card and phone, none of
that if you don't want to. Totally cool. But again,
I'm just talking too much at this point. I hate
talking on the phone. I'm sorry, Jason, you.

Speaker 7 (06:44):
Get it, but it sounds like it always comes with
something like you guys want my email, or you won't
make itive a review, stuff like that.

Speaker 6 (06:52):
That's why I don't. I don't bother with just kind
of calls.

Speaker 5 (06:54):
I'm sorry, I went thousand percent and get that. No,
I don't. I don't need anything like that.

Speaker 4 (06:58):
All I would need is like where you're sending them
to the name of the person address, and then I'm
going to make you a little file so that if
you come back then I can be like, oh, you're
giving so and so these flowers.

Speaker 5 (07:05):
Oh are you still together? I don't know, something like that.

Speaker 4 (07:08):
We're trying to keep it very local instead of like
those nationwide things.

Speaker 6 (07:12):
So I don't have to give you anything.

Speaker 4 (07:13):
Nope, We're just I like, literally, we do this like
the marketing company gives us just locals info for the
zip code and you are lucky winner this week.

Speaker 6 (07:23):
Oh okay, I'll play ball.

Speaker 5 (07:25):
Yeah, okay.

Speaker 4 (07:26):
They are red roses, though we have an abundance since
you now Valentine's Day was forever ago. I mean, they're
not from Valentine's Day, but you get it. Uh, okay,
get a name of who you're up sending them.

Speaker 5 (07:35):
To the way we did.

Speaker 4 (07:41):
So sorry, the name of who you're going to send
the flowers to? They are red roses or beautiful My
mom just makes the prettiest bouquets.

Speaker 6 (07:49):
Okay, let's put the name down as.

Speaker 4 (07:53):
Becks Okay, Bex like b E c K or yeah
eg oh backs okay sorry?

Speaker 5 (08:03):
And then what is beck to you?

Speaker 4 (08:05):
She like your friend, girlfriend, sister, sister, run of roses.
That's weird, your wife.

Speaker 6 (08:12):
Good friend?

Speaker 5 (08:14):
Yeah, yeah, you're you're a good guy.

Speaker 1 (08:16):
Uh.

Speaker 4 (08:17):
And then what do you want the car to say?
It's it's just like your nor typical little flower card.

Speaker 6 (08:22):
Let's put let me let me take you out.

Speaker 5 (08:25):
Let me take you out.

Speaker 3 (08:27):
Are you worker?

Speaker 1 (08:28):
Really well?

Speaker 2 (08:30):
We can't can't say those words. Are you Are you
trying to fornerk with a coworker? Jason?

Speaker 6 (08:36):
What's going on?

Speaker 2 (08:37):
Real quick? Jason?

Speaker 1 (08:37):
My name is intern John. I have a sauce and
rose here with doing a ward of the roses on
the show. And he let you know that. Do you
know who that voice is?

Speaker 5 (08:47):
Sounds like it's like.

Speaker 3 (08:51):
Who's the other voice?

Speaker 2 (08:54):
Jason?

Speaker 3 (08:57):
Are you king?

Speaker 5 (08:58):
What's your girlfriend? Four months?

Speaker 2 (09:02):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (09:02):
Jason, Yes, it's Kelly, my God, I hate people's homework.

Speaker 6 (09:09):
I'm not understanding what's happening here.

Speaker 2 (09:11):
Jason, Jason, Jason.

Speaker 1 (09:13):
The reason we're here Kelly wanted to do war the
roses because she had talked to your new cowork Rebecca,
who had told her that you guys text a lot,
you send photos, and now here we are, you're sending
her red roses, asking and take her out.

Speaker 2 (09:27):
That's why she's upset and rightfully.

Speaker 3 (09:30):
So, Yeah, what the hell, Jason, What the hell you're saying?

Speaker 6 (09:35):
Right you guys saying rightly? So?

Speaker 7 (09:37):
I don't see the issue, like you say, texting pictures
and you let.

Speaker 5 (09:42):
Me take you out.

Speaker 1 (09:43):
You don't see the issue with sending romantic red roses
to a coworker and asking her out when you have
a girlfriend who also works at the same job.

Speaker 7 (09:50):
Literally no, but you guys, you guys say it's romantic.
I just got off of flowers and I'm just gonna
send her flower.

Speaker 5 (09:57):
Send you flowers. He is the one that should begin.

Speaker 1 (10:02):
The flowers, even Mars, Jason, Jason, doesn't matter for sending
you hot dogs.

Speaker 2 (10:06):
You still asked her out.

Speaker 5 (10:08):
Also, Bes has been there long enough she has any flowers.

Speaker 1 (10:10):
But hold on, though you still asked out another woman
when you have a girlfriend.

Speaker 7 (10:15):
Correct, I said I'll take her out. I didn't say
it was going to be romantically. You got you, you know.

Speaker 1 (10:19):
Said that's let me take you out. What other way
does that imply out to where.

Speaker 6 (10:26):
You take friends out all the time is out?

Speaker 5 (10:29):
That's fine.

Speaker 6 (10:32):
Make him feel welcome, make him feel welcome to the company.
I don't understand.

Speaker 4 (10:36):
I'm gonna throw at work happy hour. Hey, welcome, Let's
go to a happy hour.

Speaker 6 (10:42):
Che of course, I'm gonna go to a happy hour
to drink the cheap.

Speaker 5 (10:45):
I'm giving you suggestions. I'm trying to help you.

Speaker 2 (10:48):
I don't think you really know what's going on.

Speaker 7 (10:52):
Again, it's not it's not an issue or a big
deal to me.

Speaker 6 (10:56):
Again.

Speaker 1 (10:57):
Okay, but here's here's the thing that if it's a
big deal to your girlfriend, then this should be a
big deal, right.

Speaker 7 (11:03):
Yeah, yeah, my girlfriend should be more understanding in our relationship.

Speaker 5 (11:09):
You should bring it up, like, hey, let's be welcoming
the best. We should all go out. That's weird, especially
since you.

Speaker 6 (11:15):
Guys all.

Speaker 7 (11:17):
Exactly, But that goes to that point too, like nobody
knows that we're that we're seeing each other or whatever.
That's even more of.

Speaker 6 (11:27):
Jason.

Speaker 1 (11:27):
If we had like a whiteboard of things you said
and things you agree to on this call, I think
the whole thing will be black because.

Speaker 4 (11:34):
I am so far, so different everywhere You've given me, Kelly.

Speaker 6 (11:41):
Or the roses cret tape and possibly edited to broadcast.

Speaker 5 (11:43):
It's permission granted from all participants.
