Hannah and Drew first matched on Tinder about six months ago when Drew was in town for work. Hannah tells us that Drew lives in North Carolina, but ever since they first met they have been in a long-distanced relationship. Hannah says Drew is in town about once a month, but she has never been able to visit Drew in North Carolina. Hannah knows things were a little unconventional, but the last time she spent the night with Drew at his hotel she found out that Drew shared his hotel key access with three other people. At the same time, Hannah saw that Drew wiped his text messages recently. At the same time, Sos actually looked Drew up and learned he doesn’t live in North Carolina at all.

We call Drew pretending to work for the front desk at Drew’s hotel and ask why he has so many keys for his room. Find out what’s really going on in this week’s War Of The Roses!

Speaker 1 (00:05):
War are the roses on? He turns down in your
morning show.

Speaker 2 (00:08):
You're with somebody, you think they're the one, then something
starts to not add up.

Speaker 1 (00:13):
We try to see what's going on, Hannah.

Speaker 3 (00:16):
Good morning, say good morning.

Speaker 2 (00:19):
So walk us through this. You and Drew matched on Tinder?
How long ago?

Speaker 3 (00:26):
About six months ago?

Speaker 1 (00:27):
Okay?

Speaker 2 (00:28):
And so at that time he was in town for
a work trip, right, Yeah, he was.

Speaker 3 (00:35):
In town for a work trip that he lived in
North Carolina.

Speaker 2 (00:39):
Okay, but so when you first matched, did you know
he was just in town for like the weekend or
did do you find that out afterwards?

Speaker 3 (00:49):
He was upfront about it, Okay, Okay, So yep, we
had a weekend of fun.

Speaker 2 (00:55):
Everything's good. But it didn't stop there. You guys kind
of kept communication.

Speaker 3 (01:01):
Yeah. Well, it turns out he's in town for work
fairly frequently, like like once a month or every other month,
and we we like just talk all the time. So
it's it's been like pretty good, not not super difficult.

Speaker 2 (01:18):
Is not that far sure? And so we've been officially
dating for about five months.

Speaker 1 (01:23):
Correct. We had the boyfriend girlfriend talk. We're committed to
each other.

Speaker 3 (01:27):
Yes, boyfriend girlfriend talking.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
All Okay, and but there's a couple of things that
I thought were different. Number One, you've you've not visited
his place. Is it because he hasn't invited you? Is
it because scheduling hasn't worked out for you go down there?
Or why because to me five months seems like a
long time.

Speaker 3 (01:46):
That is a long time. I guess a little bit
of both, like I haven't been invited there, but also
it's I mean, it'd be a little inconvenient. And he
he is always coming here.

Speaker 2 (01:58):
So yeah, okay, And so let's go through this past weekend.
So when he's in town, he stays at the hotel downtown.

Speaker 3 (02:07):
Yeah, he always gets a hotel.

Speaker 1 (02:09):
Have you offered to have him stay at your place?

Speaker 3 (02:13):
I have, But I mean he likes his hotel. I guess.

Speaker 2 (02:18):
Okay, that's fine, okay, And so explain to us what
happened with his phone at the hotel.

Speaker 3 (02:24):
Yeah, so he has this hotel does like a room
key on your phone kind of thing?

Speaker 1 (02:33):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (02:34):
Yeah, yeah, and he I was looking at his phone.
Don't come for me.

Speaker 1 (02:42):
You felt like somebody's off You're just.

Speaker 3 (02:44):
Like, yeah, I don't know, I don't know why I
did it, but anyways, I looked at the room key
and it it said that he shared it with three
other people, and I was like, this is who's room?

Speaker 2 (03:00):
Yeah, yeah, no, I know for a certain hotel chain.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
I've said that before.

Speaker 2 (03:06):
It's like you can share it with people, so that yeah,
so if you have like friends and family wherever, they
can all use the key. So we found that you
share the key with three of the people and you
weren't one of those people.

Speaker 1 (03:17):
Correct, No, I was not, okay, and then.

Speaker 2 (03:20):
Explain to because the thing that I found was most
odd was you said the phone's basically white, like there's
no messages call log.

Speaker 3 (03:30):
Yeah, you know, after I saw the three people saying
I you know, I wanted to do a little investigating
because that was really weird and there are like no
messages to anyone but me.

Speaker 1 (03:44):
That's okay.

Speaker 2 (03:45):
Does he have a work phone maybe that you know
of if he's traveling a lot.

Speaker 3 (03:51):
I mean, not that I know of, but I guess maybe.

Speaker 2 (03:55):
Okay, So let's do this because it was this past weekend.
All I'll call from the front desk and just see
if I can get him this spill the beans on
who got the keys?

Speaker 1 (04:05):
Does that make sense?

Speaker 3 (04:07):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (04:07):
Okay, we'll do that in about three minutes. War the
Roses on intern John in your morning show, War the
Roses on Internsjohn in your morning show. Hand On, let
me recap this and actually, well I have something to
drop here a second. But you and Drew matched on
Tinder about six months ago. He was in town for
a work trip. You guys had a weekend of fun.

(04:28):
They kind of progressed to now we've been officially dating
for five months. He lives in North Carolina but comes
here for work about once a month. You guys talk
doing the long distance thing. You have not been down there,
and he's never been to your place. You guys always
stay at a hotel. And what happened this past weekend
was he went through his phone, realized on the app

(04:49):
for the hotel excuse me, he had his digital key
that he has shared with about three other people, not
including yourself, and they just more digging and realized most
of his phone appears to be wipe like, there's no texts,
there's no calls, And that's kind of why you want
to do War the Roses.

Speaker 1 (05:05):
Is that fair?

Speaker 3 (05:07):
Yeah, that's fair.

Speaker 1 (05:08):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (05:09):
So the one thing about Sauce is that she is
a sleuth and can find basically anything. So you found
that Drew lives here.

Speaker 4 (05:18):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (05:19):
I looked up his phone number because I thought it
was odd if they've been together for five months, why
is he still getting a hotel unless it was like
near where the work thing is and her place is
too far? But why so I was like, that's weird
that she hasn't even gone down there.

Speaker 1 (05:31):
Yeah, so it looks like right outside of BC.

Speaker 2 (05:35):
Yes, it's based on the street view, Hannah, he's got
a townhouse situation by Alexandria.

Speaker 1 (05:40):
So yeah, you cat. I was going to say the city,
but if you.

Speaker 2 (05:43):
Want so, let's see this, Hannah. Let me call from
the hotel and uh, I'll try to I'll ask about
the room keys and try to get information that way,
and we'll see what's going on.

Speaker 1 (05:53):
Okay, I mean no.

Speaker 2 (05:58):
But listen, I know, like it's a lot to find
out that you're Yeah, and maybe it's this a rental property.

Speaker 1 (06:05):
Could be it's still not agreed.

Speaker 5 (06:09):
Let's find out Moready, that's right.

Speaker 2 (06:15):
One second were trying to do get him on. Hello,
I calling for Drew. Please Drew. This is Nico calling

(06:35):
from Heilton customer service.

Speaker 1 (06:36):
How are you.

Speaker 4 (06:38):
I'm all right, I'm all right. What's going on?

Speaker 1 (06:40):
Is now a good time? He said? A little tie tie.

Speaker 4 (06:45):
I mean for sure, a little time, but yeah it's fine.

Speaker 1 (06:48):
Long nighter fine, yeah.

Speaker 4 (06:50):
Of course, yeah, I mean isn't always twenty four hours?

Speaker 2 (06:55):
Absolutely? Hey, listen, I said a couple of quick questions.
I see you are a Rewards member. First, well, thank
you for that. On a scale of one to two,
two being the highest, how would you rate your satisfaction
with the program?

Speaker 4 (07:07):
I mean, honestly, I like it. You know, I haven't
quite achieved diamond status yet, but you know, gold is cool.
I like getting the bottles of water when I come in.

Speaker 2 (07:16):
The reason I'm reaching out is we've had some issues
not with you necessarily, but with you know, graduations coming
in summer, parties of people hosting parties inside the rooms,
and your account was flag because I noticed your last
stay you had a single bedroom room.

Speaker 4 (07:32):
Correct, Yeah, I didn't get as sweet as time.

Speaker 1 (07:38):
Okay, understood.

Speaker 2 (07:40):
But so the reason I bring it up is it
looks like you share the digital Keith with three other people.
So we're just trying to make sure that none of
the party policies were broken.

Speaker 4 (07:52):
I mean I don't know what your party policies are,
but you know it's I'm allowed to share the digital.

Speaker 1 (07:58):
Key and let's do it to The issue is, well,
it's it's not my issue. Listen.

Speaker 2 (08:03):
I'm a party guy, big, big party guy. But there
are rules. And again, it's not my hotel. You know,
I'm not mister Hilton, sadly, but we can't have more
than four people to a room. I just wanted to
make sure that there wasn't four people staying in the
in the room with you.

Speaker 4 (08:18):
I mean I wasn't. I mean people didn't stay.

Speaker 6 (08:21):
You know, they came for a little bit and you know,
we chilled and then they left.

Speaker 4 (08:26):
Uh so there were there you know, there weren't four
people spending.

Speaker 1 (08:29):
The ninth Okay, so what it was the party? It
was all session.

Speaker 6 (08:33):
I mean, I mean there's only something who we could
sit on the king size bed, you know what I mean.

Speaker 4 (08:37):
So, I mean it's it's.

Speaker 1 (08:38):
Fine, you know, like you guys taking naps or like.

Speaker 6 (08:45):
I mean there's there wasn't much sleeping, you know, but
that brother, Yeah, yeah, it's not my problem. You know,
that's why you leave a little tip for the ouse keeper.

Speaker 2 (08:59):
Just the so Listen, I appreciate clearing that up, and
we appreciate your using us. And we teened up the
local flower shop, YMS Flowers, and I would like to
offer you, for your service and for your service scene

them and how we're thinking of you. Always uh, completely free,

the first name of the person you hasten the flowers
to or a minder. They are romantic long stem of
red roses. We even take the thorns off too.

Speaker 4 (09:38):

Speaker 1 (09:40):

Speaker 2 (09:42):
We don want to be a thorn your side, all right?

Speaker 4 (09:49):

Speaker 2 (09:51):
The Chelsea Chelsea beautiful name some mother's name and uh
Chelsea to you is wife's sister, mother, other other other
beautiful and in the car to Chelsea, it's gotta be
about foreigner characters the size of a tweet. What do
you want the car to say?

Speaker 4 (10:12):
I would say that this last week has been absolutely amazing.

Speaker 1 (10:17):
This last week has been absolutely amazing. Yeah, was she
She'll know? Sure, was she at the hotel? Was she
one of the guests?

Speaker 4 (10:28):
Yeah, yeah, she she came by it for a little bit.

Speaker 2 (10:31):
I want to make sure to understand that these are
romantic though, So whoever Chelsea is, if it's like a
colleague or a non romantic person, that might throw her
off a little bit.

Speaker 4 (10:42):
I mean I'm cool with that. I'm fine with.

Speaker 1 (10:45):
That, but thrown her off? Or was what lady did?

Speaker 4 (10:50):

Speaker 1 (10:52):

Speaker 5 (11:34):

Speaker 4 (11:43):
Well, well, I mean we just it's not like we've got.

Speaker 5 (11:47):
Guys like crocheting together on the king bed. Hello party
or four.

Speaker 7 (11:50):

stupid enough to be like Florida?

Speaker 1 (12:48):

Speaker 3 (13:02):
Are you kidding?

Speaker 4 (13:04):
It's cooler?

Speaker 2 (13:05):
You just talked, Yeah, so I guess my well my
question is you Hannah, Yes, but I don't like so
Hannah like forgot, I'm gonna put my head and blundered, Hannah,
were you with them? The entire weekend because if Chelsea
was seemingly at the hotel or I guess Chelsea could
