am so appreciative. It is early, early, early, early in the
morning, and after really, really, really deep prayer, I've decided that

am scared to death. Yeah,I'm scared to death. And what's crazy
is I'm scared, but I'm excitedat the same time because I know that

we are now entering into a newchapter and here I am have past one
hundred. Yeah, totally changing thetrajectory of your life in your fifties.

Wow, that's crazy, right,Maybe not, because some of you are
probably out there feeling the same way, Like this next phase of this thing's
got to look different, is goingto look different because we're different and change

and growth is hard. It ishard. Anybody who tells you that evolving,
growing, stretching, If anybody bodytells you that those things are easy,

they are lying. So yeah,I'm willing to admit how frightened I
am. But I'm also willing togo for it. Finally put myself all
the way out there, and ifit'll just help one person, then we

to just, you know, goon and get it out there. Number
one, number two give you someidea of some of the things we're going
to be talking about. Empowerment,our health and wellness, and where we

stand in society right now, andhow we're making our mark and how we're
building, and how we're taking ourcommunities back, and how we're loving on
ourselves and loving on each other ina different way, how we're walking out
here healed and hole, and howwe're just grabbing the mic and doing our
