Yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:20):
Well, there's going to be a reunion special that's coming
next month. It's been twenty years since Everybody Loves Raymond
went off the air.

Speaker 1 (01:28):
Twenty years.

Speaker 6 (01:29):
Yeah, so they're calling it the thirtieth anniversary special, and
the show premiered September nineteen ninety six, so it's only
twenty nine years old. But we don't need to count
all the years.

Speaker 1 (01:39):
They're saying.

Speaker 6 (01:40):
It'll be a ninety minute long basically reunion special on.

Oh?

Speaker 1 (02:07):
Really? Okay? Yeah, it was a long time. Yeah.

Speaker 6 (02:10):
A special will include a tribute to Doris Roberts and
Peter Boyle. So yeah, that's pretty cool for the fans.

Speaker 1 (02:17):
Yeah, yeah, I love it.

Speaker 6 (02:18):
I like when they do the specials like that.

Speaker 9 (02:20):
Ray Ramono is cool because he didn't get successful until
in his forties, Like he was basically ready to hang
it up.

Speaker 1 (02:26):
Yeah, and then he got his sitcom and it blew up.

Speaker 6 (02:29):
Yeah. So it is October and we've had a lot
of horror movies that have been out already, talk.

Speaker 1 (02:35):
About that's the thing of the year is horror movie. Yeeah.

Speaker 6 (02:37):
So they came up with the top ten horror movies
that are already out for twenty twenty five so so
far this year. If you want to watch some of them,
they ranked them. Bring Her Back is number one, We're Sinners.
Sinners is number three. I like that movie.

Speaker 1 (02:55):
I think it was a horror movie, but I guess
it is. I mean it's like a yeah, it's a thriller,
is Glory, So.

Speaker 6 (03:01):
Bring Her Back, Weapons, Cinner's Companion, Final Destination, Bloodline, those
are like the top.

Speaker 1 (03:08):
The only one I saw is Sinner.

Speaker 9 (03:09):
I haven't seen any I do want to see the
Strangers Chapter two.

Speaker 6 (03:14):

Speaker 1 (03:15):
It just came out. You tell me all about it.

Speaker 9 (03:18):
Well, I got to watch chapter one now because I've
watched the O G one. But it's the same principle.
But I want to make sure I'm ready to go
the O G Shuck me up, I don't want it.
The cool thing about chapter two is it's about her
leaving town after she gets out of the house. Oh really,
thinking that everyone around her could be one of the people.

(03:39):
This is really cool. So if it's more suspense than horror,
I watch. That's why. That's why I want to see it.

Speaker 6 (03:44):
The one I want to see is heart Eyes. Hard
Eyes is on the list too. Really the previous look
good for that trailer for it, Wilder growth, wellness hacks
shared by celebrities. You know, I love our girl, Gweneth
pal Drew.

Speaker 1 (03:57):
I love sharing her Goops. Yeah somebody told you you
like our two. Yeah, well, I know.

cause you got to keep it in there. Yeah. Well
they got sued over it, So I wouldn't you get
that big P energy. Yeah, sure, we have the big
D energy. I think that would be a good slogan. Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 6 (04:40):
Beyonce said that she dropped twenty pounds in two weeks
for dream Girls by giving up all solid foods.

Speaker 1 (04:45):
Oh, I thought you're saying because of that. No, these
are like the celebrity hats.

Speaker 6 (04:49):
We're moving on from one. Yeah, Megan Fox that claim
that drinking apple cider vinegar before meals keeps you slim.

Speaker 10 (04:58):
A lot of.

Speaker 1 (04:58):
People talk about that. Try that once is nasty. They
say you should do it every morning when you get up.
It balances all.

Speaker 6 (05:04):
Well, they make those pills now instead of like having
to drink it, they have like the apples makes you funny,
it does. Tom Brady said that drinking large amounts of
water will help prevent sunburns.

Speaker 1 (05:14):
Duh, logic, amounts of water helps everything, literally, but that
was his wellness hacked the sun. Yeah, don't mean that
would be the easiest way.

Speaker 6 (05:26):
I think it just would keep you hydrated.

Speaker 1 (12:07):
Van Orlando's number one hit me station, the s X
one on six seven Johnny's House Weather mostly Sonny. There
is a sixty percent chance of rain today. Eighty four
is a high to seventy four. Right now, we are
back at a little technical problem. As we mentioned, radio
is twenty four hours a day. Ghost in the machine, Yep,
we're just sitting there talking. Is amazing. It was right
in the middle of a commercial and it just died.

(12:27):
I'm like, your hands are ready and on and I'm like, okay,
did I do something? You gotta wink, Frank, if you're listening,
appreciate you. Bruh our engineer, Frank the tank had to
log in from home and reboot some things. Going to
Park High School football. That's a Frank, Thanks for getting
employ a year. Frank. Yes, absolutely, he's always there. If not,
we'd be sitting here going. I tried all my fixes
and they didn't work.

Speaker 9 (12:46):
I said, this is actually the most serious it's been
since we've had problems.

Speaker 1 (12:50):
Usually we could fix it in the studio, but now
not this time. Gray, Sam'm going to shoot a video
real quick. Let me know. I made some graphics for
football Friday. Are we just chilling we're back now. But
radio is twenty four hours a day, and sometimes it breaks,
and it just happened to break when we're on the
air of some sad news. If you are a fan
of the Post Time Lounge and Cafe in Longwood, they

(13:13):
made a post the other say the general manager posted
on social media. Due to circumstances beyond my control and
with a heavy heart, I unfortunately have to inform you
that the Post Time Lounge, Cafe and Patio will be
closing November two. We appreciate your continued support during this
difficult time. So, if you're one of those and it's

(13:34):
been around for a long time. When I first moved
to town, they took me two places to the dog
Track and then right down the street to the Post
Town Lounge. And the thing is, if you know about
the Post Time Lounge, everything around it has changed except
the Post Time Lounge. Yeah, and now it is going
in Brown. You were there on a couple weeks ago,
about a month and a half ago. Yeah.

Speaker 9 (13:56):
We it's kind of in between our house in Sanford first,
so we meet friends there.

Speaker 1 (14:01):
Yeah.

Speaker 9 (14:01):
And I grew up going to my grandma's house in Longwood,
which was in the neighborhood right behind Post Time Lounge.
So I've seen it since I was a kid. I
always wanted to hang out there because my aunt and
uncle used to hang out there. Yes, and then I
finally got to and here's I liked it.

Speaker 1 (14:14):
When you have an establishment like that that's been around
for years and people hearing this, some people are smiling, going, oh,
I remember, because it's gonna take you back to some
good times. In some cases some bad times, yes, but
in most times, something happens in your life that you
just can't hang out there all the time. So what
we want to do is this morning reminisce of some
places of old. If you've been in Central Florida for

(14:35):
a while, that used to be your hangout that are
not here anymore. Time Lounge opened in the sixties. In
the sixties, yeah wow, and it's closing first one I
can remember. And some of you talk to your moms
if they're in the late forties JJ West, Oh yeah.
If your mother's in late forties, say hey, mom, you

(14:55):
used to party with Johnny Matge back in the day
ten dollars are you going?

Speaker 6 (14:59):
So many people that say that that was.

Speaker 1 (15:01):
My first ever nightclub experience whispers ten dollars all you
can drink ten dollars through the door. Hey, no more,
it was eighteen enough. I just couldn't drink drink.

Speaker 9 (15:13):
I used to see Johnny Magic on stage hosting them
Excel Throwdown.

Speaker 1 (15:18):
And then by one o'clock is thrown out. A good time.

Speaker 9 (15:24):
I remember every they would do the hot body contest, Yes,
and the same guy and girl won every week like
it was their shop.

Speaker 1 (15:31):
I mean they were attracted people. Oh yeah, back in
the day, the uh the swim suit competition was a
circuit and you could really make a living yeah out
of doing those. Another one, This one brings a t
my eye. Spent many years up in there Kleios, not
the strip club, but the other bar in downtown. That
one brings a tin in my eye. And this one
hurts really hard. All of Church Street entertainment, Yes, yeah, yeah,

(15:55):
starting with latitude chillers big, but antigue and well I
love and he was good, yeah from back in the day.
So JJ whispers.

Speaker 9 (16:09):
Obviously the Lee Road version of it, Yes, back when
they trying to bring it back over in the Kirk
mccnroy that was cool, but the Lee Road area was
the Ojes it was. So that was definitely one of
them for me. U Firestone Firestone when it was the
O G. Firestone when it was open all night long,
So we used to get there at two am. Good
just making me crazy. Yeah, we got every big DJ

(16:33):
came through Firestone. It was the line was so far
around the corner One Eyed Jacks. It was my wife
and I's spot when we first started dating. Really we
hung out One Eye Jackson. It was it's where CANTEENA
and everything is. Yeah, yeah, yeah, it turned out it
turned into like what became like that circus whatever.

Speaker 1 (16:52):
It was a carnival type bar. I don't even know what.
It was, right on the edge corner Orange. Yeah. So
One Eyed Jacks is one of them that we used
to hang out all the time.

Speaker 6 (17:01):
Yeah, right, well, I would have to say the flea
market in Sanford.

Speaker 1 (17:09):
World and then fun World.

Speaker 6 (17:12):
They went over there.

Speaker 1 (17:13):
It was sad when they tried to put that little
little in there.

Speaker 6 (17:17):
Used to spray painte pigeons.

Speaker 1 (17:19):
Got my first tattoo in the Gold Building, I got
my belly but piercer all right. And the Gold Building, yes,
they see that. They finally building that because they tore
it down because they were supposed to build some I
think it's still like a land. They land, y'all don't
know what flee world.

Speaker 6 (17:36):
I mean like they had every everything tinted windows.

Speaker 1 (17:40):
We got movies this out next week they got remember
the big giant box of pennies. Guess the pennies and
you can and nobody ever guessed that.

Speaker 9 (17:49):
We used to buy concert photos there because there was
no Internet obviously, so no social media. So there was
a guy who had a booth and he had a
photography pass. He would go to Orlando Arena and just
shoot photos and then he would sell you the little
three by five photos of your favorite artists.

Speaker 1 (18:05):
That's awesome about big luggage, big luggage there. Yeah, I
went to London, it fell apart. I ended up coming
back to Orlando. The DUC taped it. I got my
first puppy there.

Speaker 6 (18:18):
I swear Ray wins and then I would also say
one wild I love it did get a little yeah,
a little grungey.

Speaker 1 (18:26):
At that while summer nights. Ex was there every Friday
night broadcasting live. How many times I probably saw you
when I was in high school. Yeah, we've talked about
this sometime in our studio. How our paths have crossed.
Brian was in the parking lot while I was there.
He was at UH and Ray was a You were
the host of a restaurant that I went to, and
I know you were the other day that I went

(18:47):
there because it was a Thanksgiving Yeah. I was like
sixteen seventeen, Yes, and I was like, boy, she's rude.
We were probably both.

Speaker 9 (18:54):
We were probably both at MTV summer nights, but I
was older, so she was hanging out like the kids.

Speaker 1 (18:58):
Yeah, and I was in the olders. I've Beenjohnny was house.
Would it be weird? You see a picture at one
point that Brian was here, you were there, I was there,
and it was like, this is the future morning show.
Get up out of here. We want to find out
for you. What are some places from the past right
here in Central Florida. They're gone, but they bring back
very very good memories. Post Town Lounge is leaving four

(19:21):
oh seven now one nine one o six seven eight
seven seven nine one nine one on six seven x
el mobile four one o six seven Live street social media.
If you're up and you remember back in the day,
this was your place, this was your childhood. This is
when you're growing up. This is when you started to
hang out, but it's gone four oh seven now one
nine one o six seven eight seven seven now one
nine one o six seven. Tell us about it. Let's
remember this on Johnny's House A seventy four right now

(19:43):
getting up to about eighty four. Post Time Lounge and
Cafe is closing as of November the second. So if
you're a fan of that place, make sure you get
back in and showing some love leaving and so it's
taking you back today. What are some places that used
to love that are no longer here year from back
in the day. Let's talk to Nadine for Win of Springs. Nadine,

(20:03):
good morning, Good morning, everybody. Happy Thursday, Hay Thursday girl.
What's your spot used to hang out there and is known?

Speaker 12 (20:11):
I mean you named so many places, Johnny, So I used.

Speaker 1 (20:15):
To go to Cairo all the time.

Speaker 12 (20:17):
Yeah, you had your three different levels, like what you
wanted to listen to reggae on the rooftop, the middle
was I don't even know what the middle was because
I didn't spend much time or like downstairs you could
get you know, your DC music or like even at
some depending on the night you could get like reggae
and all that kind of stuff. So yeah, that's where
I went.

Speaker 1 (20:37):
That middle floor. I had a little private area in
the back. Yes, And it was like weird. It was
a weird. It was weird my first promo game because I.

Speaker 14 (20:45):
Didn't ever really go there.

Speaker 12 (20:46):
I think I like stepped in there because it wanted
to have like a country maybe vibe to it. But
then I was like, nope, I don't. I don't know
what's going on in here.

Speaker 9 (20:55):
My first promo games out with Excel work Cairo and
Pete de Graft with us, Oh my goodness on Friday
night man Cairo.

Speaker 1 (21:04):
And so now I don't even know what it is now,
Like Selene Selene, Selene, Hey Nadine, you're a Cairo girl.
I'm I'm not gonna judge you.

Speaker 9 (21:17):
Before I met my wife, she got thrown out of
Cairo because she got drunk on her twenty first birthday.

Speaker 1 (21:22):
Had to carry her out.

Speaker 12 (21:23):
Girl too, was right there with her with the Carol.

Speaker 1 (21:27):
Yeah, they had to carry before I knew her, like
three years before. You got to be really drunk to
be thrown out of Cairo to carry out.

Speaker 12 (21:35):
Yeah, I mean that line to get in always crazy
all the time, all the time.

Speaker 1 (21:41):
You know, they slow rolled it so it looked like
that there was a lot of people inside, because you
get inside, you're like, damn, yeah, nobody in here.

Speaker 12 (21:48):
Yeah, it was so big downstairs.

Speaker 1 (21:50):
Oh yeah, well yeah, but I used to do a
radio on the rooftop. That was my favorite. All right,
thank you, thank you, Dan.

Speaker 14 (21:56):
Yes, have a great day, guy.

Speaker 4 (21:58):
You too.

Speaker 1 (21:58):
She took us back from Orlando. Sign your good morning,
Good morning everybody. How are you good? Dude? What was
your spot? It's no longer here. In eighty nine, when
I moved here from New York, there was I don't
know what they call them all now, they've named it
so many times, but it used to be called Ifield,
a square mall that used to be a spot, that

(22:21):
used to be the spot.

Speaker 10 (22:22):
Yeah, they had they had the two movie theaters, movie theater,
a movie theater, and then they had that.

Speaker 16 (22:28):
Little what looked like fun spot but a smaller version
sitting at the sign.

Speaker 1 (22:34):
And that's where.

Speaker 7 (22:35):
Everybody went on the weekend.

Speaker 1 (22:37):
Was Osciola Square mall Man All right, ray takers there
what they said about?

Speaker 6 (22:43):
Right, So we've got so many The Dixie Crossroads off
International Drive.

Speaker 1 (22:49):
Okay, that was that they made that at the festival
Bay Mall.

Speaker 17 (22:52):
Yeah.

Speaker 19 (22:53):
Yeah, yeah, the O G Yeah, the O G one
is over in Titusville. You have a nice day Cafe.

Speaker 1 (22:59):
Oh yeah, that's when you had those fish bowls.

Speaker 9 (23:03):
Everything was everything was neon and I played disco groovy
like seventy.

Speaker 1 (23:07):
Yeah, it was a disco club.

Speaker 6 (23:08):
Pleasure Island, Quincy is in Boardwalk, Boardwalk and baseball. The
legendary mister Michael Piner and his family Pincher.

Speaker 1 (23:21):
That's the guy that owned. Yeah, that's who owns post.

Speaker 6 (23:24):
Time and unfortunately, okay, so that's why they're mentioning him.
But yeah, there's a lot of home on social media.

Speaker 9 (23:31):
There's a ton on the XL mobile powered by Attorney
Dan Newland in the wreck need to check called tourney
Dan Newland. So one said one thousand percent PRS Mexican
Restaurant in winter parked by the railroad train shots. The
train would go by a bunch of Roxy. I think
the fights at Roxy Monday night. Young from Orlando. He
called in and said Roxy. Also zooma beach Zoma b

(23:54):
back in the day, Hey, zoom a Beach stayed open
two years longer than this show, they got real man,
throw all the napkins into the air. And if you
went of on stage with a skirt on, they take
Aaron Blue. Well, women did that, they had thongs all.

Speaker 12 (24:10):
That.

Speaker 1 (24:10):
Don't do that. All right, if you're a fan of
Post Town Lounge, you have until November second to go
by and send them some love.

Speaker 5 (24:17):
Now the Johnny's House Entertainment News.

Speaker 6 (24:20):
That's ray all right, you guys, we say this a lot, Okay,
an n SYNC reunion, yes, we hear rumors and speculation
all the time, Okay the people saying, but exclusively TMZ
was coming out and talking about how four out of
the five members of n SYNC are in serious talks

(24:41):
about giving fans the reunion that they've been waiting for
for the thirtieth anniversary. They're talking arena tour possibilities.

Speaker 1 (24:48):
Wow, I know that is huge.

Speaker 6 (24:52):
I just like, I mean, now, we're never boys. I'm
just kidding.

Speaker 1 (24:57):
They said that, they said that years ago when they
did the Award show and got back together every time
to get back together, Let's do it, That's what I'm saying.

Speaker 6 (25:02):
Or if they're like, you know, somehow like the two of.

Speaker 1 (25:05):
Them or two four, what did they say which one
wasn't Justine Justin?

Speaker 9 (25:09):
Yeah, so aeg in Live Nation, according to the sources,
throughout the major stadium thing without with all of them, Yeah,
and then it didn't happen. And then so now they're saying, Okay,
well if Justin ain't down, you know, we can do State.
We can not do stadiums, and we can do Arenas
Center and they're like, we can still sell those out
with four y'all, let's do it.

Speaker 6 (25:29):
And so, I mean, I saw Joey at the Red
Bull thing. He looks really good. I'm not saying anything,
but he does look like he's just, you know, getting
in shape for something. We were talking about it in.

Speaker 1 (25:39):
Here, so I know he's been working Broadway.

Speaker 6 (25:41):
So yeah, So anyways, the drama yesterday with Cardi B
and Nicki Min.

Speaker 1 (25:48):
When I went to bed last night, Cardi B said,
you know what, I'm gonna stop saying this because he's
messing with my endorsement money, but pretty much said you
need to get some help.

Speaker 9 (25:57):
And your daddy did this Basically, she said, get your
house in order because your man's stealing your money and
you drugged out.

Speaker 1 (26:03):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (26:04):
So there was like that one final post which was
supposed to be a final post of Carti B. But yeah,
but it was a very long, long one post, so
that she was just saying all those things, and she
was also talking about you know, I could tell you're
doing drugs or something like that.

Speaker 1 (26:17):
So she called out the people you know the song
and so you had working in your house. Yeah, well
they telling your business.

Speaker 6 (26:21):
Yeah like that. So, I mean, as of right now,
it looks like the drama has ended.

Speaker 1 (26:26):
But it got low. It got there were low blows.

Speaker 6 (26:29):
When it was like Nicki Minaj was dragging Cardi B's
kid into their online fight, and the Cardi B was going.

Speaker 1 (26:35):
On, I just think the kids, and that's just me.
I just think the kids. I mean, when you're in
a battle, you got you going to win, you go
all in. I just think the kids off off gold.

Speaker 6 (26:43):
That's what I'm saying. Party B fights, Yes, and that's
why it got low.

Speaker 1 (26:49):
Yeah, I said, look, she used to have to defend
herself in that stripper room. Yeah, those are the hardest
ones in the world. I'm for it.

Speaker 9 (26:55):
I was giggling the entire time because it it ain't me,
it's somebody else's train wreck.

Speaker 1 (27:00):
I'll watch it to go in and let's a little deep.

Speaker 6 (27:02):
Oh yeah. So also tomorrow is the big day Diddy
is going to be getting his sentencing, So before his
sentence is handed down, what they're saying is Sean Dittycombe's
plans to speak directly to the judge. So that's going
to be pretty big. This is gonna be the first
time since his trial. According to the court documents, his
lawyer stated the sentencing preceding holds significant importance for mister Crombs.

(27:25):
He wishes to appear before the court, address your honor
and allocate or allocute the most dignified respect in fashion possible.
So like he literally wants to speak directly to the
judge before this sentencing.

Speaker 1 (27:38):
I say, let's go around the room and give your
prediction on what he's going to get, right, What.

Speaker 6 (27:41):
Do you right now?

Speaker 1 (27:42):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (27:42):
Yeah, I say five years?

Speaker 1 (27:46):
Bright, I think two. I think, uh, they're gonna give
him a fourteen months and he'll be out in a month,
you think, so, thank you.

Speaker 7 (27:53):
Yeah.

Speaker 9 (27:53):
I don't think he'll serve the full too, because you
never do, and he's already done a year. But I
think they're going to sentence him to two years and
then he'll probably be. I think it's say bye by summer.

Speaker 1 (28:02):
I think it'd be allt before Christmas.

Speaker 6 (28:05):
So prosecutors obviously are recommending, like I said yesterday, over
eleven years and maximum could be twenty years, which obviously
he won't get that fus.

Speaker 9 (28:13):
I hope they do it early so I ain't got
to do a whole bunch extra work. If y'all could
do it a while I'm still here, i'd appreciate it,
Say what up on my radio show.

Speaker 1 (28:21):
At least it's in New York, Sin. It's not in
like California, so I don't get away wait yeah, to
the time zone. But if y'all could knock that out
by like nine thirty ten am, I appreciate mister jege
Brian's gonna send a letter to the judge. I implore you, sir.
I know you're a busy man because you cause you
hooked me up on this one, all right, trying to
keep you up to day. What's trending is on the
way on trouble Day, sixty percent chance today was raining.
We were coming in this morning. It's gonna otherwise it's

(28:42):
gonna be mostly sunny. In eighty four seventy four right now, Brian,
what's trend in.

Speaker 9 (28:46):
Well, the government shut down continues saying we don't do
a whole lot of politics. But here's the basics from yesterday.
The Office of Management and Budget Director Russell Vaught told
everybody yesterday that the administration might start firing FELL employees
in the next one or two.

Speaker 1 (29:03):
The thing I understand is why they haven't done anything
is this is a game that's being played over our
lives and in Congress. But now people are gonna So.

Speaker 9 (29:11):
From what I read, there are programs that won't be funded.
Those people work in those programs, So if the funding
is gone for those programs, then obviously there's no need
for you to be there. The funding won't come back,
oh once the government reopens. These are programs that are
gonna get cut anyway, right, So, well, not necessarily anyway.
If they were to work a deal before this happened

(29:32):
that kept the government running, and those programs were included
in that deal, they would have kept going. But these
are things that one side wants to cut the other
side doesn't want to cut. But now that the government
shut down, they can cut. When they do that, there
will be no need for you to be there anymore.
It'd be like if they fire Johnny's house, why we
keep coming in? You know, if they ended the show,
we can't keep coming to work. But what if they
cut a deal and the people they cut are in

(29:52):
the new deal. Well, that's the thing. They're gonna cut
these programs before the deal is cut. There'll be no
deal before tomorrow, guarantee, because they're not even talking. So
these programs are going to be cut now, and so
when the does open back up, they'll be gone, and
they therefore your job will be gone. And the Vice
President did confirm that layoffs would probably happen soon unless
the government reopens.

Speaker 1 (30:11):
Like hate that word now, leon.

Speaker 9 (30:14):
So they said agencies should consider reduction in force notices
for employees and programs consistent with the priorities who's funding
dried up on October first, so those programs won't come
back and come back.

Speaker 1 (30:24):
So that's why one.

Speaker 9 (30:25):
Of the big reasons they're like, let's just keep it
running and argue this out because if we don't like
drastic things could happen.

Speaker 1 (30:33):
And that's where we are now. You know what's funny
is I remember years ago they changed the wording back
in the day it used to be firing, yeah, mass firings,
but now it's laid off, Like this is pleasant term
that you're laid off, but maybe you'll come back. No,
laid off is firing, right, you know, but it's just
less harsh, right. Yeah, I got laid off. Now I
got fired, so there could be a lot of jobs.

(30:53):
Come on, y'all, get it together.

Speaker 9 (30:55):
And I read yesterday that the I R S is
going to work for the first five days through the shutdown,
but after that they don't know what the IRS is
going to do.

Speaker 1 (31:02):
But that don't mean you don't know, Texes. Just keep
that in mind when you said that. Some people wait, yes, no, no, no,
you still all I got one of white envelopes. Yes, now,
I don't like this.

Speaker 9 (31:11):
Meta announced yesterday it's going to start using your conversations
with AI to targets personalized ads your way. Oh come on, yeah,
at least they're telling us. I will say that they
already do that. They don't do it with your AI
conversations as of now. They're going to start, uh pretty soon.
So as of now, they obviously do it based on

(31:32):
what you click on, so they do that. But now
conversations with the AI chatbot are going to go directly
to them, so they see what you're asking your chatbot
and they can cater what they send to you based
on what you talk to your chatbot about.

Speaker 1 (31:46):
So if the cruise, I ain't saying I did, But
let's say, if I asked AI, how do I solve it?
My toenails? Next thing, you know, I got toenail cream. Yes,
oh my god.

Speaker 9 (31:57):
When you think about it, people are starting to use
and we heard it this week. They're starting to use
AI and like a friend. So now it's basically listening
to the conversation you have with your AI friend and
then sending you ads based on that. They're also gonna
feed targeted content that way as well. So if you
talk about Tonel softling, you'll start seeing videos about Tonel softman.

Speaker 1 (32:17):
That's up to you.

Speaker 9 (32:19):
The example they use was hiking, but if you want
to use Tonal softening as your example, that's fine by me.

Speaker 1 (32:24):
Who am I listen? I understand the algorithms of I
was telling Ray, I was on TikTok and I looked
at one Chris Brown video in every so I understand
see I went to that, And they say, but if
I'm having a private conversation with my AI right about
my personal hygiene.

Speaker 9 (32:39):
Yes, and my heart nailed on my big toe. That's
what should be between me and my AI. And it
was up until now. Now Meta's gonna use it. And
I didn't think I used Meta AI because I generally
don't use Meta AI. My meta glasses are Meta AI.
And I asked my glasses stuff all the time because
whatever I see, I ask it and it answers in
my ear. So now it's going to start listening to

(33:01):
what I asked my glasses and then send me ads.
Meta ai has a billion monthly users who Meta earned
forty six point five billion from advertising revenue last quarter alone.

Speaker 1 (33:12):
But you and I get it from understanding it takes
a lot of a lot of electricity to run an
AI to the point where the governments say, okay, build
your own power plans. To do that, you have to
monetize it, you have to make money from it. Well,
now you careful what you talk to your AI chat
about about, just so you know. But what if I
said to my AI this ain't for me. I really
don't want to know. But what if I had a friend?

Speaker 6 (33:34):
Did they take Yeah, maybe take that into consideration.

Speaker 1 (33:37):
They're gonna send it to you so you can tell
your friends.

Speaker 6 (33:39):
Or what if you tell Ai, Hey, I don't want
to hear anything after this conversation about monails.

Speaker 1 (33:47):
I just need help right now.

Speaker 6 (33:48):
And that's it.

Speaker 1 (33:48):
It doesn't care what you want. To be real direct
with it, negotiate with me right and AI is going
to do just like you do when someone calls here
and says, and ain't me, it's my friend.

Speaker 9 (34:01):
It's gonna say raw, ru now here's this soften the cry.
Go ahead and click on it, click on.

Speaker 1 (34:08):
It, and I probably would click on it, probably would,
all right, this time for the throwback game. That's when
we ask you questions from back in the day and
all you have to do is get the most right. Today,
you're planning to experience the Petrified far As with Johnny's House.
Was gonna take you through tomorrow night three all new
terrifying trails, live entertainment and two all new attractions. It's
a night you won't forget. We will take you through.

(34:30):
I will one day with the others. I'm I'm only
going through one. I just want to tell you all that.
So when you get there, say playing Johnny going I'm not.
I don't gonna get scared easily. It didn't need a uh.
If you like to play, you gotta call four oh
seven now one nine one on six seven eight seven
seven now one nine one on six seven. You played
before this first time players, call right now. We'll see
you gonna win the throwback game on Johnny's house, and

(34:51):
we appreciate that, y'all. Eighty four is a high today
and mostly sunny, sixty percent chance of rain ray. What's
that current? It is seventy five seventy five woman up
rank now all right? Forty three percent of young people
saying what be.

Speaker 9 (35:03):
They said they're going on fewer dates now, and thirty
three percent say they're cutting out dating altogether because it
is just getting too expensive.

Speaker 1 (35:10):
It's too expensive to date, they said.

Speaker 9 (35:11):
To can date no more. It's just too expensive. Really,
everything costs more money. I can't do it.

Speaker 6 (35:17):
I could see it.

Speaker 1 (35:18):
You can't cut out dating, That's what I'm thinking, Like
what do you do instead? Like, Okay, I'm not gonna
date no more. I can't afford it. Ok So I'm
just gonna be a recluse. I've watched the trend happen
before dating was guys, you ask somebody out, or ladies,
you watch somebody out. The person that asked paid for you,
had dinner you obligated for about two or three hours.
Then I watched it move to just let's have coffee,

(35:40):
and then I watched it move so let's just meet somewhere.
And now they're saying, just let's not do anything. Yeah,
pretty much.

Speaker 9 (35:46):
They're even saying to the point that it's like, Okay,
we're actually fast tracking our relationship because we can't afford
to date. We don't want to break up, so let's
just go ahead and get serious faster, so we can
move in faster, so we can share a mortgage faster,
because we can't afford to live by ourselves.

Speaker 1 (36:00):
Get totally see that as well, can you really?

Speaker 12 (36:02):
Yes?

Speaker 6 (36:03):
It is so right now, if I put my rent
and my girlfriend's rent together, we're spending almost six thousand
dollars in rent. Goodness, Yeah, I mean that's how insane
it is.

Speaker 9 (36:14):
So you guys, they were on the cruise, Cores and
Corey and Krista. They were dating right, and everything was cool,
but they had separate places and they were doing the same.
They're like, we're paying five six thousand dollars a month
on respend each other spending so much time in each
other's house. So they moved in together. Then they looked
at it and said, we're paying so much in rent.
Let's just get a mortgage together. And that's what they did.
Now they got married and they and they'd been together
for a few years. But I mean, it's just when

(36:36):
you look at the lot of logistics behind it.

Speaker 1 (36:39):
It just makes sense.

Speaker 9 (36:40):
So it's more it's more of a financial thing, financial
thing with these people, because they're like, look, I can't
date anymore, Like I don't have to. I don't have
the money to shop around with these girls or guys
that aren't going to turn into something. Yeah, so let's
fast track a serious relationship. Wow, man, I remember being
broke back in the day. I used to go to Ladies'
Night because I knew they were drinking free and I

(37:01):
drink one drinking supp on it all night, right, I
used to do if I have any.

Speaker 1 (37:06):
Money, right, you know. But they would drinking for free,
of course, you know, ladies Night. And once I got
real comfortable with them, hey tell me you want to go, right,
they would give me that. And then a couple of
minutes later, go get this right, or you know all
my days gonna be happy hour, Yes, but you better
order off the happy hour menu. Now they'll be trying
to go outside that. So I mean, what else? If?

Speaker 15 (37:25):
What else?

Speaker 1 (37:25):
Can what else? I don't know how could there be?
And I'm a creative person. What else do you do?

Speaker 6 (37:30):
I mean you have to be creative?

Speaker 9 (37:31):
Do you just talk online socially like so letdy or whatever?
Like I mean, I don't know, Like I mean I've
been I've been in it for so long, so for me,
I don't have to worry about it.

Speaker 6 (37:42):
You have to have that conversation like hey, listen, like obviously,
like things are expensive, I'm gonna pay for myself. Like
are you okay with paying for yourself until we get
to know each other? Then we could start buying. You
know what I'm saying, Like maybe you have a conversation
like that.

Speaker 1 (37:54):
I couldn't even imagine having that conversation. But you gotta say,
I'm old school. I'm real old school. I believe in
this word courting. Yeah, yes, that means I'm gonna have
to go and dip, right, But it's like you.

Speaker 6 (38:04):
Really can't be ashamed or else you're gonna put yourself.

Speaker 9 (38:08):
It's funny because my son is dating right and I
see his bank account because we share bank accounts and everything,
but not together, but you know, we're in the same
so he's twenty and so I had to tell him
early on, hey, look, you got to stop paying for
everything every time you go out.

Speaker 1 (38:23):
I know you're trying to keep because he saw me
do it, so that's what he knows.

Speaker 9 (38:27):
And I'm like, you're breaking yourself, like seriously, And then
he started going, well, let's see, I get paid on Thursday,
so then I can't go out until I after Tuesday,
I got no more going out, so I get paid
on Thursday. And I'm like, you gotta just be honest
and say, hey, look, you know we got to hang
at the house or something because I can't keep paying
for everything.

Speaker 1 (38:44):
Wow.

Speaker 6 (38:45):
And I feel like you guys, like if you're listening
and you're dating, like, don't be too hard on people
if they're like trying to cut some corners in there.

Speaker 1 (38:52):
Yeah, I feel like.

Speaker 14 (38:53):
You shouldn't be.

Speaker 1 (38:54):
I think when you really are attracted to someone, they'll
make you feel real comfortable, like, don't worry about it,
you got last time I get this time. Because but
if they're like, listen, I'm in for the bag, you
know right, you ain't trying to take me to you
know whatever, then I ain't trying to go. Those are
the ones you got to cut off. But if there's
one it's like she I like you. When you can
tell she like, yeah, you know what, I don't get

(39:16):
paid to next week, and they go, you know what,
let me, I got some money, let me, Then that's
somebody I can say, all right, all right. But if
they say, hey, I can't go out till Friday because
I don't get paid to go. Okay, I guess we'll
go out Friday, you might want to look at that.

Speaker 6 (39:27):
Yeah, complain that you're single, like yeah.

Speaker 1 (39:30):
Wow, especially if people are saying, look, I'm just stop
dating altogether. How about that? See, I couldn't use that
as an option. I couldn't.

Speaker 6 (39:38):
I got to.

Speaker 1 (39:38):
I want to find out from you. They said thirty
eight percent of young people in there the United States
are going on a fewer dates, and some are cutting back,
and some say they have stopped dating because it's too expensive.
If this is you, please talk to us. We have
questions for you, and what's an alternative If it's not dating,
how are you meeting people? Or are you just saying,
you know what, I'm not gonna date until I got

Two forty three percent of young people say they can't
date because it's too expensive. If you're one of those
explained it's too expensive, But what else do you do
to date? How is it happening? Four oh seven now

(40:19):

(40:41):
that's going on, because we want to make sure we
give them to those fans. That'll be happening around eight
twenty this morning, if you can hold on right now.
Forty three percent of young people in the United States
said that they're going on fewer dates because it's too expensive.
So we want to find out from you. Is this
something you're doing and if you stopped why, and what
else are you doing if you're not dating? Let's talk
Corey from Orlando. Hey Corey, what's going on?

Speaker 2 (41:03):
Not much?

Speaker 7 (41:04):
Man?

Speaker 1 (41:04):
All work? All right? So Corey, Uh, you think it's
too expensive to date?

Speaker 12 (41:10):
Nah?

Speaker 1 (41:10):
Not really.

Speaker 2 (41:11):
I think it all depends on you and who you.

Speaker 1 (41:13):
Trying to date. Okay, explain.

Speaker 2 (41:17):
Uh so, pretty much like if you work at a
nine to five and you go date someone who's used
to they dating folks to have their own business. Yeah,
it's gonna be kind of expensive because she's used to
other stuff that you might not be able to provide for.

Speaker 1 (41:35):
Uh huh. Yeah. So you say, are you saying pretty
much day in your lane, date your wage? I've heard
that much.

Speaker 2 (41:42):
Well, you'll you'll be able to know as soon as
you know, you guys start talking and stuff like that. Well,
what you be able to I mean, what she'll like,
uh like if she's pretty much ready to go to
some upscale restaurant and you ain't never been there before. Well, yeah,
it's gonna.

Speaker 1 (41:58):
Be an expensive I see what you're saying, date your age.
I saw this, I saw this TikTok with this beautiful woman.
She said, I hate it when guys come over to
me and say, wow, you look high maintenance, And she goes,
if you could tell from across the room, I'm high
maintenance and you ain't ready to help me maintain this highness,
then don't come over here and talk to me, which
is true. Yeah, She's like, hey, exactly, how are we

(42:21):
supposed to know? You expect us to maintain you?

Speaker 6 (42:24):
Like, I mean, nobody should be maintaining you.

Speaker 7 (42:28):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (42:28):
Well, see what happens is what happens, Corey. There's some
knuckle heads out there that's trying to overdo it and
they start paying for things, so now they think it's
the norm. So when it goes out with you, like, hey,
so I'm we're going to date Friday. Need to get
my hair and nails done so I can go out
on the date with you. Well that ain't my problem,
right if you if you're.

Speaker 2 (42:46):
Able to do it, yes, you know, yes, because I
don't pay for the hair and there before take.

Speaker 16 (42:51):
A couple of hundred dollars.

Speaker 1 (42:52):
You know, that's nothing.

Speaker 2 (42:53):
But when it gets to the point where she's boy
that every every time, well then it's like, all right,
I ain't got it like that.

Speaker 1 (43:02):
Yeah, so I appreciate love, but I gotta go. I
gotta go. Thank you core right what Yeah?

Speaker 6 (43:08):
Somebody said people expecting sane amounts on the first date
instead of a simple date to get to know each other.
And then she yeah, no, I can't read the rest
of it.

Speaker 1 (43:20):
That you miss. You're mismanaging something. When ladies do that
and they don't expect a bag or expensive dinner, then
you're mismanaging.

Speaker 6 (43:28):
Yeah. Yeah, well this person was basically saying also that
like if no one, if you're not spending one hundred
bucks on a first date, then like the person's going
to ghost you. Basically the next time.

Speaker 9 (43:38):
I'll be let's see XL level power by Attorney Dan Newland.
Interact need to check it's a no brainer, Call Attorney
Dan Newland. Someone said, my boyfriend of five years moved
in with me after three months of dating, but they
lived in a neighborhood by teak. They said they would
walk to teak, have appetizers and that that was their date. Yeah,
it's fairly cheap. Then someone said, walks in the park,
you know, making dinner at home, stuff like that. That's

(43:59):
how we date. Let's go for a walk in the park.
That does sound Roman.

Speaker 1 (44:04):
It sounds Roman. And you can get to know each
other if the person wants to get to know you.
But if they wont stakes and stuff, what every damn Friday?
We in the park every Friday?

Speaker 7 (44:11):
Damn?

Speaker 14 (44:12):
Can we do?

Speaker 1 (44:12):
Someone walk in the park now.

Speaker 5 (44:15):
Now the Johnny's House Entertainment News with three.

Speaker 6 (44:19):
All right, I'm gonna be real upset if this is
just to get people to watch season seven of the Kardashian.

Speaker 1 (44:27):
You upset right now?

Speaker 2 (44:29):
So you.

Speaker 4 (44:31):
So.

Speaker 1 (44:31):
The trailer for season.

Speaker 6 (44:32):
Seven of the Kardashians dropped yesterday and it includes Kim Kardashian.
She says that she got a call from investigators who
told her that someone who is extremely close to her
put a hit friend. An investigator said, somebody that's extremely
close to you.

Speaker 1 (44:52):
So that would be her friend, either her friend or
maybe Kanye West.

Speaker 6 (44:56):
I don't want to assume, but somebody that is extremely
close to your people to your inner circle, put a
hit on you if you don't know what that means.
They hired somebody to go and kill her. But yeah,
so the trailer doesn't really reveal when this happened or
who wanted Kim Kardashian to die, But it's worth noting
that in twenty twenty two, Kim's relatively unhinge ex husband.

(45:20):
This article says that Kanye tweeted that Kim had accused
him of putting a hit on her. So that's where
they're like circling back and they're like, Okay, the only
thing that seems relevant to what she's saying is back
in twenty twenty two when he posted that. So also
on the trailer, there's a return of Rob Kardashian, which
nobody has seen in a very long time. Caitlin Jenner

(45:43):
is in it, so obviously this is like what Hulu Hulu.

Speaker 19 (45:47):
Yeah, so it is still called Keeping Up with a Kardashian,
it's called the Kardas because they don't know that name. Yeah, yeah,
probably I won who's still watching that?

Speaker 5 (45:56):
I don't know.

Speaker 6 (45:56):
I would be curious to see what their ratings have been,
you know, the past, because this is season seven of
the Kardashians.

Speaker 1 (46:01):
See, there's no ratings involved when it comes to streaming.
People watch it. Yeah, the views.

Speaker 6 (46:07):
Speaking of the Kardashians, remember when rayge a mister Ragel
last week. Yeah, he came out and he was talking
about how there is a reco case against Kim and
her mom Chris Jenner, and it was quote worse than Diddy. Yeah,
and he said he's helping, yes, or that he's involved
in the investigation. Well, Kim Kardashian and Chris Jenner, of
course are not okay with this, and they're suing rag A.

(46:29):
They're suing RAYJ for defamation, accusing him of spreading a
lie by claiming they're under a federal rocketeering investigation. So
their lawyer says that ray J is unable to accept
the end of his fleeting relationship with miss.

Speaker 1 (46:42):
Kardashian over twenty years ago.

Speaker 7 (46:45):
Done.

Speaker 6 (46:46):
That's what That's what their lawyer is saying, is that
he is still not accepting the fact that they broke
up twenty years ago. So the lawsuit also points out
his comments to TMZ during the two B documentary and
so so that they said that if you told me
that the Kardashians were being charged for rocketeering that he
might believe it. So like they have a ton of

(47:07):
things that he has said and been reported on saying
that they're going after him.

Speaker 1 (47:11):
I know why he's mad is that he was in
the tape too, and she's a billionaire. Yeah, and he's
doing well the headphones. But you think that's what it
is and they're living large. Yeah, I mean I don't.
I think he's probably accepted that at this point because
they have that money has nothing to do with him
at this point. He hasn't he hasn't made the big dollars.

Speaker 9 (47:30):
Well, no, I mean he's done when he's what he's
he's capped out. Yeah, I don't understand how you can
see someone for going I wouldn't be surprised if that happened. Yeah,
it's like we say that all the time, Like, you know,
if some and got in trouble for this, I wouldn't
be surprised. Like that's not a defamation statement.

Speaker 1 (47:44):
That's me saying. Yeah, from what I know, not shocked to.

Speaker 6 (47:47):
What they're saying is that the FEDS or what they're
saying during the live stream is that he declared that
the FEDS is coming. There's nothing I could do about it.
It's worse than Diddy. So he said that the FEDS
are common and that there is an investigation on Chris
and Ken.

Speaker 1 (48:00):
Now I've never been asked by the FIDS to get
my information on anybody, but if if I was, I
would as soon as say, after we talked, they said
I would appreciate it if you kept this on the loan, right,
I think I think that was going somewhere.

Speaker 9 (48:12):
Yeah, I mean I guess if he would have said
I think the FEDS is coming, yeah, right, because there is,
because you talk how you talk when you're doing your
things coming, I.

Speaker 1 (48:22):
Say, like I say that all the time about people.

Speaker 6 (48:23):
Yeah, so Kim and Chris, Yeah, they're arguing that his
comments were designed to damage their reputations and they seek
compensation and damages.

Speaker 1 (48:34):
But I can see if you if you're trying to
go into an another one of those big dollar deals
with the Kardashian and like, well, I want to hold
off because I heard the fans are coming after you, right,
and it's like, look who said it.

Speaker 9 (48:42):
You just had to prove that, like if they're soon
and they have to go, hey, look this company was
about to give us a bunch of money, and they
said they can't because the FEDS is coming.

Speaker 1 (48:49):
Yeah, but I was still if I had to talk
to somebody, talk to the FINS. I ain't telling nobody.
I never talked to the FEDS before, you know me either,
But if I did, I wouldn't. I wouldn't social media
coming out to brin y'all. Hey, I just talked to them.
It's gonna be bigger than Diddy. I wouldn't say that.

Speaker 6 (49:09):
I'm also gonna put out there I've never talked to
the FEDS because I know everybody else in this room
said it. So I'm just gonna I'm gonna show out
that to him.

Speaker 1 (49:15):
She only gets in trouble locally. Yeah, yeah, that federally.

Speaker 9 (49:20):
Right, it's called DOT. People are already saying that I
don't send that robot to my house. So they say
it's gonna deliver right now and the test run in
Timpi and Mesa, Arizona. It's gonna go up to twenty
miles per hour, all electric. They said it's gonna help
local businesses and result in fewer cars on the road,
which is good.

Speaker 1 (49:38):
But as soon as they announce it online. Everyone started joking.
They said, please don't send that robot to my house.
They said.

Speaker 9 (49:44):
Restaurant workers have already said we won't go outside and
put food into a robot.

Speaker 1 (49:49):
We're not doing it.

Speaker 14 (49:49):
Huh.

Speaker 9 (49:50):
One worker said there's no way I'm doing that, and
then other people are threatening violence against the robot.

Speaker 1 (49:56):
The first robot that tries to liver food to me
is getting wrecked. Dude, you know think they tied that
robot self defense. You're gonna be a medium get your
butt kicked by robot. It's a little box. I've seen it.
They got. They have the Uber Eats robot down in
Miami Beach. It's literally looks like the box that roll
up on you. That's all a big picture. They already
have the self driving cars. So if you haven't actually

(50:17):
like humanoid type of robot, that humanoid yeah, like self
driving car takes it, picks up the food, takes it
to the person's house.

Speaker 9 (50:24):
I mean long term, we're talking I robot. We're exactly
extremely fast. Yeah, no, this is all it's a cooler
wheels right. Yeah, So they said they're gonna wreck it
if it comes to their house. Now, door dash was
like a big they spent like millions of dollars fighting
like increasing minimum wage. So people are like, y'all just
trying to get rid of humans and not pay them anyway.

(50:45):
So bring that robot to my house. See what happened?
What happened to the drones that was supposed to send
food to your house?

Speaker 1 (50:49):
Yeah yeah, I don't know.

Speaker 9 (50:50):
They tested it and didn't work, and that will not
work in the South because people will shoot them.

Speaker 1 (50:56):
So I don't know. I guess got to be regional.
This is crazy. Georgia.

Speaker 9 (51:00):
A woman found a kind of a unique way to
keep the chores balanced at her house. She invoices her
husband up to six hundred dollars a month for stuff
he doesn't do.

Speaker 1 (51:08):
Okay. Her name is Jess, his name is DJ. She
tracks all this stuff on a spreadsheet. She charges them
five dollars for small slip ups like leaving toothpaste out,
and fifty dollars like forgetting, you know, to take out
the trash r car seats. So she says it could
go up to about six hundred dollars a month. That's
what she invoices him for.

Speaker 9 (51:28):
He says that it really it reduces arguments because I
just pay the fine, and she says, if he just
does what he's supposed to do, I won't have.

Speaker 1 (51:38):
To find him. Let me tell you what you have
right there. That is a broken man. Yes, I'm gonna
tell you why. He just wants peace in the house.
And that means that I'm gonna have to pay you
six hundred dollars so that we don't argue about things.
To keep my piece. He has six hundred dollars.

Speaker 9 (51:52):
Exactually what it says to keep the piece. She's not yelling,
I just pay it. He's broken, broken, three kids, I've
been married seven years. He's probably done the math. He's like,
I'm not going anywhere.

Speaker 1 (52:05):
I ain't going nowhere, not in this economy. I ain't
going nowhere. You didn't take the trash out, baby, I'm sorry.
Fifty dollars okay, then it's.

Speaker 6 (52:12):
Going anywhere in this economy because he's paying her all
his money.

Speaker 1 (52:15):
But see if he didn't pay one hundred, it's cheaper
than rick. We just went over there. When he says
I forgot, he doesn't have to listen.

Speaker 7 (52:23):
What is it?

Speaker 1 (52:23):
He goes sixty dollars. He goes, okay, fine, that's it right, peace?
You know I wouldn't think it's a bad idea. I'm
sitting on the couch, Okay, I'm watching something I really
want to watch on the trash needs to go out. Yes,
I know.

Speaker 9 (52:35):
If I don't take it out, it's gonna cost me
twenty five dollars. I got twenty five laying around, you
know what. I ain't taking the trash out. I'm gonna
watch this football game, okay, and pay the twenty five hours. Right,
and they say twenty five dollars, cool, go ahead and
give me an invoice.

Speaker 1 (52:46):
It's on the table. I ain't getting up. I'm sorry.
I still got some fight in me. Yeah, I got
just a little bit of fighting me.

Speaker 9 (52:54):
Or you could just get your ass up.

Speaker 1 (52:56):
See that's what the twenty five dollars for, right, Because
now I'm gonna hear that I paid twenty five is
for your silence. I'm basically paying you to shut up
pretty much.

Speaker 6 (53:07):
Wow, sounds like like a healthy relationship.

Speaker 1 (53:10):
But you know it doesn't at all. Listen, I want
long time ago, I realized I can't judge what works
in other people's houses. That man right there seems okay
with it. She's happy with the six hundred dollars. They
got a happy house. I think he's crunched the numbers. Yeah,
he's decided. Okay, I got three kids remembered seven years. Yeah,
getting now it's gonna cost too much. This right here
is a much better alternative. You didn't put gas in

(53:30):
the car here fifty dollars all right, instead of going
get up now and do it. You never do that
anything you want to do around the house. I can't
understand why now he goes fifty dollars silence. Yeah, hey,
if it works in his house, I still got a
little bit of fighting me. Hey, let me get a bonus.
I'll leave three hundred dollars on the counter and not
take the trash out for a damn month, just to
make a point. How about that? Put it on the

(53:51):
refrigerator on a magnet. How about that? I think if
you do that, you'd go up the price, because that's
not motivating you anymore. All right, listen, we have these
these exclusive tickets we need to give away, and they're
exclusive tickets to see the Taylor Swift movie Life of
a Show Girl's gonna be Saturday at the AMC Disney Spring.
We want to give them to fans How excited are

(54:11):

(55:09):
is going on. Let's check in with Karen from the Land.

Speaker 12 (55:13):
Hey Karen, Hey, good morning, Johnny.

Speaker 1 (55:15):
All right, we want to make sure that you're a
Taylor Swift. So how excited? What have you done to
show that you're excited about all this?

Speaker 12 (55:21):
Oh, I'm very excited. So I've never seen her live
in the almost twenty years.

Speaker 14 (55:27):
I've been a fan.

Speaker 12 (55:28):
But when I heard this was going to happen, my
daughter and I immediately started planning our outfits. And so
she's wearing the red snake suit from the Arras tour,
from the Reputation set.

Speaker 14 (55:41):
You got a little a little.

Speaker 1 (55:42):
Mini out there, and how old is she? And she's
eight eight years old? Okay, okay.

Speaker 12 (55:48):
And then and then I've gone from the You Belong
with Me music video In the beginning, she's wearing like
a PJ set that says Junior Jewels, but instead I'm
making the shirt say Taylor's show Girl. Okay, And I'm
going to have other girls at the movie sign it
with all these different colors sharpies I'm bringing.

Speaker 1 (56:05):
That's cute. And you ain't got tickets yet, so you're
planning on winning these tickets so you can do all that.
Oh heck, yeah, it's seen.

Speaker 12 (56:15):
You know.

Speaker 1 (56:15):
I don't believe in that stuff you got. Wow. Okay,
all right, you hold on a second. Let's go to
mount door and talk to Amelia. Amelia, good morning, good morning,
good morning. And how old are you, ma'am? Eight years old?
And how big are you excited about all the tailor
swip stuff that's going on?

Speaker 19 (56:34):
What sad?

Speaker 1 (56:37):
No, that's that sounded like your mama, Amelia? How excited?
Are you?

Speaker 12 (56:45):
Very?

Speaker 1 (56:48):
Very very there you go? Okay, okay, all right, all right,
all right, all right, and let's go to a cala
and talk to Elizabeth. Elizabeth, good morning, all right, you
know what's going on? What have you done? You can
be prepared for her?

Speaker 7 (57:05):
Taylor's Well, I think I think I've pre.

Speaker 20 (57:07):
Ordered almost everything off of the website. I probably have
about nine packages coming this weekend and off the Orange
mail's done. We got our office ready. It's my sister's
eteen's birthday, so we're super excited for that.

Speaker 1 (57:19):
And how old are you? I'm twenty three, twenty three.
And how much money have you spent on the pre
Taylor Swift stuff?

Speaker 20 (57:25):
Oh a little bit too much. My bank accounts hurting
a little bit.

Speaker 1 (57:30):
Hurting a little bit. All right, but we're gonna do
a wildcard. Oh okay, a wild card and let's find out.
So we need to the wheel on four. Okay, x all,
good morning? Who says? This is Ashley? And where are
you calling us from? Ashley?

Speaker 20 (57:44):
I'm calling from Saint Clouds order.

Speaker 1 (57:46):
Saint cloud And how old are you?

Speaker 20 (57:49):
Okay?

Speaker 21 (57:50):
So I am thirty four, but I'm calling from my daughter,
who is twelve.

Speaker 14 (57:54):
And like most amazing Taylor's fever, you can.

Speaker 1 (57:58):
Pass with twelve. You have a very young sound.

Speaker 14 (58:00):
Boy, Thank you, I appreciate that.

Speaker 18 (58:02):
But no, yeah, I'm actually thirty four.

Speaker 7 (58:05):
Wow?

Speaker 1 (58:06):
And how big a fan is your? Is your daughter?
How is she into all of this? What have you done?

Speaker 12 (58:10):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (58:10):
My god?

Speaker 18 (58:10):
My daughter is the most most mega fan.

Speaker 20 (58:14):
She is so prepared.

Speaker 14 (58:16):
We we ordered the album, the vinyl everything. She is
so ready.

Speaker 1 (58:21):
She this is all she wants, all she wants in life.

Speaker 18 (58:26):
Yes, yes, yes, yes, Johnny, this is everything for her.

Speaker 1 (58:29):
Now listen, I don't have a vote in this. We're
gonna spend the wheel and if you listen to Johnny's house,
you know I hate the wheel. Will has never been
a friend of mine. I need today, I understand, so
you hold on a second. Number one is Caring, Number
two Amelia, Number three Elizabeth, and number four is Ashley
spend the way. I know who I picked, but I

(58:52):
don't get to pay till I know who I would pick.
That's right, yeah, Number three, Number three is Elizabeth. Elizabeth.

Speaker 20 (59:08):
I don't believe it.

Speaker 12 (59:09):
Can you hear me?

Speaker 1 (59:09):
I can hear you.

Speaker 20 (59:11):
Oh my gosh, I'm so excited. I cannot believe that
I got work right.

Speaker 2 (59:15):
Now, so I can't.

Speaker 1 (59:16):
I got you, I got you. You don't want to
lose your job, but you still your job. You got
your self. Four tickets and the Excel exclusive screening of
Life of a Show Girl Saturday at the AMC Desert.
Who are you gonna take with you? You got four tickets.

Speaker 14 (59:28):
I'm gonna take my.

Speaker 20 (59:30):
Two little sisters and my mom obviously, Okay, we are
also excited.

Speaker 1 (59:35):
All right, make sure you take some photos because we
need to hear it and see it. Okay, she wants
to scream so badly. Are you crying? If you want
to hear some crime, let me pick up the phone
an eight year old right now? That damn wheel, all right,
it is the wheel. I hate the wheel. All right. Listen,

(59:55):
when we come back, we're gonna have another opportunity to
win some exclusive screening of Life of show Girl. But
this one's gonna take a little work. We'll tell you, hey,
you're O could win this one. She could win this
wood Ali coming up next on Johnny's. I don't know
if you know that's illegal, but Chris Brown, it's eight
thirty nine, Ray, what's the current temp?

Speaker 6 (01:00:13):
Mayam is currently seventy six.

Speaker 1 (01:00:16):
Seventy six, eighty four of a high, mostly sunny, and
a sixty percent chance of rain. Got four tickets to
the exclusive screening of Life of show Girl. But you
gotta hit his intergant stat this is gonna be funny
and it's gonna make you feel old as dirt. What
happened to me? So they did this survey and they
asked a thousand kids.

Speaker 9 (01:00:33):
So between seven and sixteen, they asked what age someone
officially becomes old? Okay, uh so the consensus was forty nine.
That's to a kid, to a kid, when you're forty
nine year old now fifteen percent said thirty thirty. And
then they asked of the activities that these old people love,
and according to these kids, the top three activities talking
about the good old days.

Speaker 1 (01:00:53):
I do that, gardening, I do that, and drinking tea. Wow,
drink tea. But I got two out of the three.
Why it's funny. So what we want to do right
now is we want to talk to kids between the
ages of seven and sixteen, and we're just gonna ask
them a simple couple simple questions about what they think
is old and what do they think old people do,

(01:01:16):
And then out of that we'll just have to pick
a winner who's going to go to the four tickets
see the Life of Showgirls. So if you are between
the ages of seven and sixteen and can talk on
the radio, now, parents, a lot of you want your
kid to talk on the radio, But that's you on
the back prompting them. They have to be able to
hold a conversation with us, and I all have to
do is just speak their minds with very simple questions

(01:01:38):
on what they think is old and what do old
people like to do? All right? Four O seven NW
one nine one O six seven, eight, seven, seven nine
one nine one on six seven. It's the only way
to win. If you are a child between the age
of seven and sixteen, we have some questions for you,
and one of you randomly are gonna get those tickets
four O seven now one nine one O six seven
eight seven seven nine one nine on six seventy The

(01:02:00):
only way to win. You got a call, so we
were looking forward to hear what you got to say
next on Johnny's House, Sonny seventy six right now, looking
for a high of eighty four. All right, we got
these tickets the exclusive screening of the Life of a Showgirl,
that Taylor Swiss movie that is coming out, and we
got a special showing at the AMC Disney Springs. You
know that's a good place to watch movies. And all
we want to do is ask you kids about old

(01:02:21):
people and what they think is old and then one
of them will put the wheel out again and see
if we can find a winner. Let's start off with

Speaker 18 (01:02:34):

play bingo and watch movies, probably black and white movies. Yeah. Really,
What do old people like to eat?

Speaker 14 (01:03:28):

to the show. How old do you think Ray is?

Speaker 6 (01:03:39):

Speaker 1 (01:03:40):
Is the female that's right right there? Howl? Do you
think she is? Vincent?

Speaker 12 (01:03:44):

Speaker 1 (01:04:23):
Oh, try to be cool. I got you.

Speaker 6 (01:04:25):
It's like the Daily Mission.

Speaker 21 (01:04:27):
It's like what my mom does.

Speaker 1 (01:04:28):
Yeah, and how old is your mom, Scarlet?

Speaker 21 (01:04:34):
She's like forty four.

Speaker 1 (01:04:36):
And that's real old to you, isn't it. It's not
that bad, not that bad, okay. And yeah it's older, Yeah,
it's on the older side. And what do old people
like to eat?

Speaker 21 (01:04:49):
Well, my parents eat food that I eat.

Speaker 1 (01:04:52):
Yeah, they don't eat anything like you know, soft foods
and stuff like that.

Speaker 21 (01:04:57):
Well, my grandparents eat like, uh, like a lot of chicken,
and they like to go out.

Speaker 1 (01:05:04):
And I don't know how old are your grandparents?

Speaker 21 (01:05:08):
I like seventy?

Speaker 1 (01:05:09):
Oh? Okay, okay, all right, y'all got tony okay. And
by listening to the show, how old do you think
Brian is?

Speaker 14 (01:05:19):
Forty?

Speaker 1 (01:05:20):
Brian's forty? Okay, okay, all right, you hold.

Speaker 9 (01:05:22):
On, I'm not quite old compare by her standard. Yesty, Okay,
I'm close.

Speaker 7 (01:05:27):
Here we go.

Speaker 1 (01:05:28):
I'm asking an eleven year old, Lord, help me all
right from all to my springs? Abby? Hey, Abby, and
how old are you? I'm eleven, eleven years old? And
what is old to you? What age?

Speaker 12 (01:05:41):
I'm going to be honest.

Speaker 1 (01:05:42):
Yeh fifty fifty? Okay, yeah, fifty? And what do you
think old people like to do? People that are fifty?
What do you like to do?

Speaker 12 (01:05:51):
Oh?

Speaker 21 (01:05:51):
It's only just like this ship.

Speaker 19 (01:05:53):
Around and just like washed this shes absolutely around, wash
this shit down, go.

Speaker 1 (01:06:01):
Ahead, like plant stuff?

Speaker 12 (01:06:04):
Yeah, road outside sometimes.

Speaker 1 (01:06:07):
And probably sleep because this makes them tired. Yeah old? Yeah?
Did they like the old people like to stay indoors
or outdoors? Oh?

Speaker 21 (01:06:14):
Probably like half and half sometimes because my grandpa is
pretty spry, so cute.

Speaker 1 (01:06:24):
And what do old people wear? Abby?

Speaker 21 (01:06:27):
Probably like polos from like the nineteen.

Speaker 1 (01:06:29):
Hundred, holds from the nineteen hundreds. Yo, that's you, Johnny,
polos from the nineteen hundred and by the way, Ray
twenty two okay, like dang, okay, Abby, this is Johnny.
How old do you think I am? H?

Speaker 6 (01:06:46):
Like fifty two?

Speaker 1 (01:06:49):
Oh, I'll take that. Get that girl cooked. You just
passed the threshold on her by her standards.

Speaker 5 (01:06:56):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (01:06:57):
Anything else you want to say about old people, Abby.

Speaker 12 (01:07:00):
I think they're very nice.

Speaker 1 (01:07:02):
People are very I think so really. Okay, all right,
that's some good stuff. Anybody any more questions? Were happy?
All right? Okay, We're gonna take a wild card here.
I don't want to say what I'm normally saying because
we got a kid on the phone. Okay, Hey, what's
your name?

Speaker 21 (01:07:21):
Madison?

Speaker 1 (01:07:22):
Hey? Madison? And how old are you?

Speaker 16 (01:07:25):
Twelve?

Speaker 1 (01:07:26):
Your twelve years old? Twelve years old? Madison? And what
is old to you? Madison? How old is old to you?
Fifty fifty years old? And what do you think old
people like to do? Don't listen to the radio. Listen
to your phone. Okay, turn down your radio, please, Mom,

(01:07:52):
turn down your radio please. We're glitching. Yeah, well you
got your radio on in and me talking is confusing. Okay,
there you go. All right? So what is what does
old people like to do? Madison? Okay, they just might

(01:08:13):
be listening to the app and I'm talking on the
phone series delay All right, man, let's put them on
the wheel alright.

Speaker 9 (01:08:19):
Well, on average, forty four forty four forty four in
a quarter, and what do we like to do?

Speaker 1 (01:08:24):
People like to do?

Speaker 9 (01:08:25):
For forty four and a quarter on average. If you
is old, if you are forty four in a quarter,
you like to play bingo. I'll eat sandwiches, try to
be cool in front of people younger than you, wash
dishes and plant stuff. And you're probably wearing polos from
the nineteen hundreds.

Speaker 1 (01:08:41):
The nineteen hundred cells so old, the nineteen hundreds. Wow,
all right, wow, okay, all right, let's see, all right,
let's be the whet's beIN in the wheel. All right,
here we go. Yeah, you got Vincent one, Madison, will Madison?
Hung up? You have Vincent one, Charlotte two and Abby
three three three? All right, Charlotte, congratulations, Oh wow, you

(01:09:10):
got him? Ok, you did. You were very honest what
you thought about old people. The old people smell funny.

Speaker 12 (01:09:21):
Some of them.

Speaker 1 (01:09:23):
They can't help it. They old. Yeah, you just gotta
feel bad for him.

Speaker 6 (01:09:28):
You can bring your spry grandpa.

Speaker 1 (01:09:30):
Yeahry, I like that. I've never used that word before,
except for Mike. You've had an engineer. His last name
was Fry. All right, Charlie got four tickets exclusive screening
of Life of a show Girl Saturday, Octoberfore you are
going get your three friend three friends together and have
a great time on us. Okay, okay, all right, you
hold on, get your mom on the phone so we
can get some information. All right, Race liber news was

(01:09:52):
going on.

Speaker 6 (01:09:53):
We have a body cam footage from Morgan Walling getting arrested.

Speaker 19 (01:09:57):
Okay, coming up on Johnny's House now Johnny's House Entertainment
News with three Celebrity News is sponsored by Fairwin's Credit Union.

Speaker 6 (01:10:06):
So we all know that Morgan Wallen had his chair
throwing incident. You know, it was arrested and everything. Well,
was a chair just tossed it over the wall, yeah,
which could have seriously somebody.

Speaker 1 (01:10:18):
It landed like five stories down by a cop car.

Speaker 6 (01:10:21):
Yes, So well it's back in the spotlight because there
is now newly released body cam footage from the Metro
Nashville Police. It happened last year on the rooftop of
Eric Church's bar, and it ended with morganwall And getting arrested,
like I said, on three counts of felony, reckless endangerment
and one count of disorderly contact. He eventually pled guilty

(01:10:42):
to a misdemeanor reckless endangerment. He was sent into probation
and obviously served seven days in the DUI. So the
video shows Morgan repeatedly denying he threw the chair, and
then Morgan even called Eric and put the officer on
the phone with him.

Speaker 1 (01:10:59):
Really but like Eric wasn't there, so like how are
you gonna call Eric?

Speaker 7 (01:11:02):
And then.

Speaker 6 (01:11:04):
Yeah, so it was almost like Morgan thought Eric could
like get him out of it.

Speaker 1 (01:11:09):
But there we go.

Speaker 6 (01:11:10):
So we'll play a little bit of this sound though,
because in the end there's footage of him sitting in
the back of the cop car and then this is
kind of what happened.

Speaker 1 (01:11:20):
Maybe not trying to cars, No problem, man, I don't
know what they're I don't know how.

Speaker 20 (01:11:25):
Well your camp playing off the roof and lane is
right next to my sole car.

Speaker 2 (01:11:30):
We're just trying to figure out what happened, as you should.

Speaker 14 (01:11:35):
I do nothing wrong.

Speaker 1 (01:11:36):
This is in the car now, this is me and
Thomas Ritt.

Speaker 20 (01:11:41):
Turn it up.

Speaker 1 (01:11:42):
That's me and tr that's me right there.

Speaker 7 (01:11:46):
Oh know me.

Speaker 2 (01:11:47):
Tr Tr is one.

Speaker 14 (01:11:49):
Of the best.

Speaker 1 (01:11:50):
He's one of the best there's in the world. He
would definitely not be getting arrested.

Speaker 6 (01:11:53):
Oh so he got in the cop car and his
song was playing on the freaking radio.

Speaker 1 (01:12:00):
Jevins definitely wouldn't be getting the rest. Wow, So what
I mean that is kind of funny y.

Speaker 6 (01:12:07):
So on the radio obviously everything, but the cop turned
out to like be like singing along basically and like
was a fan your job?

Speaker 1 (01:12:17):
I mean, yeah, I got to take you in. You
almost hit my car, just like, oh my god, I
love the beginning. I'm just doing my job as you should,
knowing that he did it.

Speaker 6 (01:12:26):
Yeah yeah, and he like, you know, the cop was
saying like, we we saw you on surveillance video, even
though they I don't think they did.

Speaker 1 (01:12:32):
It's in their body can video. They went upstairs, they
watched the video. They see him fling the chair and
then they're like, dude, I gotta take you.

Speaker 5 (01:12:41):
It's here.

Speaker 6 (01:12:42):
Yeah, So this is crazy.

Speaker 10 (01:12:44):
I know.

Speaker 6 (01:12:44):
Brian always talks about AI and you know, chat GYBT
and all that stuff. Well, Universal Music Warner Music is
in advanced talks to license songs to AI startups. Okay,
so like now we've got big like companies. Universal Music
Group and Warner Music. They're in discussion to secure landmark

(01:13:06):
licensing agreements with AI firms. So if it materializes, the deal,
it could set like the framework of how music industry
manages AI generated content.

Speaker 1 (01:13:19):
This is fast.

Speaker 6 (01:13:20):
So it's happening, is happening Universal and Warner they represent
you know, Taylor Swifts, Kendrick Lamar, Charlie Xx. Like there's
just like multiple you know, big artists, but there are
in negotiations as of right now to actually have it happen.

Speaker 1 (01:13:35):
In the record industry, there's a lot of jealousy, and
you know that they get jealous when they promote one
living artist over another. How you think they're gonna feel
when they're not promoting your album but they're promoting the
one from the from the AI. It's gonna get real ugly.
It's cheaper for them. It is the AI. Yes, yes,
they don't need to pay.

Speaker 6 (01:13:54):
Yes, So the record labels are asking AI platforms for
a payment structure similar to music streaming, where each play
of a song generates a micro payment.

Speaker 1 (01:14:03):
Yeah, and the record industry is like, listen, this is
the future we got to jump on. If we don't
jump on, it's gonna go right past us. So let's
go ahead and get some payment set up for an
industry that hadn't even been established yet. Yeah, that's crazy.

Speaker 6 (01:14:15):
Also, if you're a big K pop demon Hunter fan,
they're bringing it to Fortnite, So now they are crossing
over to the gaming world. So there's like a big
Fortnite K Pop Demon Hunters. How it's done undone fighting
thing that you can play. So it runs through November
first limited time mode.

Speaker 1 (01:14:35):
So that's huge. It's gonna bring a lot of people
to the game. And it's never played it.

Speaker 6 (01:14:38):
Yeah, I was gonna say so, if you have kids
that play Fortnite or like K Pop Demon Hunters, there's
now a crossover.

Speaker 1 (01:14:43):
And let me tell you, y'all, if your kid has
never played Fortnite, keep them off as long as you can.
It's addicting. Really, it's banned. It's still banned from my house.
He doesn't play it. Yeah, now he plays at his
mom and grandma's house. But you don't play the month.
It's crazy. All right, we come back. We'll update you
for the second time to day. Al what's trending on
Johnny side, Well, we are watching two more things now.

Speaker 9 (01:15:03):
The National Hurricane Center started looking at new potential tropical
systems that are targeting the state. One of them has
the potential deforming to actual tropic depression or eventually storm
at some point. They say, if it develops it's going
to be slow as it moves across the state of
Florida and into the Gulf. So if one of them develops,
it's so close already, it wouldn't be until it goes

(01:15:24):
out the other side by Tampa.

Speaker 1 (01:15:25):
Okay.

Speaker 9 (01:15:25):
So that's probably what we're going to get this weekend,
those storms that even though it's not tropical yet. And
then there's another one that's farther off in the Atlantic.
It's just a bunch of storms right now, but they
have a little path where it may turn into something
over the next couple days. About a thirty percent chance
they said, in the next few days.

Speaker 1 (01:15:40):
Wow.

Speaker 9 (01:15:40):
And then Amelda, which is actually a hurricane now, did
cross Bermuda and it's now.

Speaker 1 (01:15:45):
Just kind of go doing its own time. If we
can get through October, things start cooling down a little
bit because wild November twenty ninth is the end of
I mean, November is the end of hurricane Yeah, we've
had them past that before recently, but I mean it
is starting to cool off a little bit, and that
I'll probably help a little bit.

Speaker 9 (01:15:59):
So if you are getting your Halloween candy because it
is October and by can by early because it's expensive. Uh,
you got to go back school, old school. They call
it Grandma core, which is you know, doing old people things.
So vintage candies are making a comeback for Halloween this year.
The black, black and orange taffies. Know the baby bottle pops. Yeah,

(01:16:19):
strawberry hard candies that your grandma always used to lemon heads.

Speaker 1 (01:16:23):
I love themon head biit old honey, bit of honey.
I just love those two. It's kind of a chewy
peanut butter. It's like peanut buttery, but with like a
little touch of honey. It's like it's chewy candy.

Speaker 2 (01:16:37):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:16:38):
Very warheads. I don't like for me.

Speaker 9 (01:16:41):
Uh, you can't go wrong with dumb dumbs. Yeah, And
I don't know who would want this. But they said
Necho wafers are big again this year. Well, I love
Necker wafers because it made by the same the same company.

Speaker 1 (01:16:52):
I love those things. They lied to me though, said
they was going out a business thing business. Now buy
up the old inventory. Let me buy five.

Speaker 6 (01:17:00):
I might have told you about that.

Speaker 9 (01:17:01):
That's what he announced it. Yeah, and then got they
wanted to sell off all their old inventories. So I
had twenty pounds of us they're like, yes, good birth
in the party.

Speaker 1 (01:17:12):
We got one.

Speaker 9 (01:17:13):
And if you missed the iHeart Radio Music Festival, it
is joining you Hulu today. So starting today you can
stream all the highlights from the iHeart Radio Music Festival. Okay,
there's a big special that's going on, so it starts
for twenty one days. It features performances from Tate McCrae,
Ed Sheer and Jelly Roll, Ello, Cool Jay, Mariah Carey,
Maroon Five, Glorilla, and then some of the other stuff

(01:17:34):
that you didn't see at the behind the scenes stuff,
the interview stuff, all that stuff's going to be on
there too, So starting today exclusively.

Speaker 1 (01:17:40):
On Hula on Hulu. So if you didn't go and
you want to see it today's day you can you
can check it all out. Nice. Speaking of Halloween, we'd
come back. How much are you spending? Chance of rain?
It's seventy seven looking for high eighty four and it's
gonna be mostly sun. Looks a little overcast today, So
where are you going out and you're looking for your
kids costumes?

Speaker 6 (01:17:55):
Yeah, so I'm either gonna go out and have them
pick something out or go online and have them scroll
through whatever and pick up pictures, but they're sat on
of course K Pop Demon Hunters, which, by the way,
every single neighborhood is gonna have five hundred thousand of that.

Speaker 1 (01:18:11):
You try to determin from that or you say, okay, kids,
everybody's gonna have one of you.

Speaker 6 (01:18:15):
No, I just let them know. I'm like, hey, you're
probably gonna have a lot of kids. We're in the
same thing. They're like, okay, you know, like they're only seven,
so it's whatever to them.

Speaker 1 (01:18:23):
They don't care. They probably love that. Yeah, you look
just like me. Yeah, you know, it's funny when you
said that, it brought back memories. We didn't know what
the costume was till they came home with it. Oh yeah,
we had no idea we're gonna get the alligaen costume.
I have it today and it was usually the day
of Halloween and it's like here you oh you are
a robot. Yeah. There was no input.

Speaker 16 (01:18:44):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:18:44):
I always asked the kids what they want.

Speaker 6 (01:18:46):
But growing up, I feel like, yeah, I feel like
my parents came home a couple of like the first
couple of times, or just.

Speaker 1 (01:18:53):
Like oh whatever, okay, you're gonna be a clown today. Yeah,
put it on and go get some get some candy.

Speaker 12 (01:18:58):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:18:58):
But I was already looking at like the prices and stuff,
and it's like sixty bucks.

Speaker 1 (01:19:02):
And U like, you're sixty bucks up? Yeah, and this
is the one shot deal. We don't wear it one time?

Speaker 6 (01:19:08):
Yes, So I'm like, do you I even attempt to
create one? No, because I don't have the time, and
I'm gonna end up still spending a lot of money
trying to create something that's true.

Speaker 1 (01:19:19):
Fifty sixty bucks yeah wow, and you got a buy too,
yeah wow. So we want to find out how much
are you spending for Halloween?

Speaker 7 (01:19:28):
Now?

Speaker 1 (01:19:28):
You know me, I'll recycle the costume with a heartbeat.
I might be I'm thinking about this year. I might
just be eighties.

Speaker 5 (01:19:34):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:19:35):
Actually, it's funny, that's what I'm being We only want
for two hours.

Speaker 9 (01:19:40):
Well, we're not going anywhere, and so we're doing like
we always did the neighborhood. The neighborhood, like the driveway parties,
and our house is going to be themed eighties.

Speaker 1 (01:19:47):
Yeah yeah yeah, boom man, there you go, there you go.
I'm not I'm not spending anymore. Well, Morphius, I tell you,
Morphus is gone. I lost the coke somewhere. Oh that's unfortunately.

Speaker 9 (01:19:57):
Well that also means Nick Fury's gone too, man too.
Two costumes gone at once.

Speaker 6 (01:20:03):
That was the universe taking that jacket away from you.

Speaker 1 (01:20:06):
Yeah, geez it ain't over yet. That's one box I
gotta look into. Man, that's a sad day when you
lose two costumes in one day. You know me, Man,
I'll recycle the hell out of the I do not care.
So we want to find out how much are you
going to be spending on Halloween costumes, not only for
yourself or for your kid? Are you doing anything for yourself?
I don't know yet. Up when you go out with

(01:20:27):
the kids A lot of times.

Speaker 6 (01:20:28):
I do, Yeah, sometimes I do. I might just have
like a Halloween shirt on or something.

Speaker 1 (01:20:32):
That's it. Yeah. And you're just going around trying to
get beverages yeah yeah. And Brian you said you're gonna
wear ag.

Speaker 21 (01:20:37):
Yeah.

Speaker 9 (01:20:37):
I'm doing the eighties thing. And I don't have a
kid to buy four anymore. I don't spend anything, which
is nice. That's glorious.

Speaker 1 (01:20:44):
Again, as I mentioned before, there will be no trigger
treats at my house. Yeah, I mean, I'm I'm I'm
unplugging light bulbs. I'm putting all curtains clothes. So you
look at my house, you want to know if anybody
lives there, that's gonna board up the house hanted house.
That's fine. Don't come by my house because there's no
there's no candy for you. There's nothing in my house
for you. It's not that you're like, are you against Halloween? No,

(01:21:04):
I just had a bad experience with it in my neighborhood.

Speaker 9 (01:21:06):
They're gonna start telling stories about the household man magic.
He doesn't give he doesn't give out care that house
is haunted.

Speaker 1 (01:21:11):

Speaker 21 (01:22:25):
What tag is the cheap tag day, It's yellow tag,
green day, whatever day it is, and then you tell
them this is what you came buy.

Speaker 1 (01:22:34):
Okay. One year we actually spent under ten dollars because
we did ninety grunge. Okay, okay, I did.

Speaker 21 (01:22:40):
That is because my swand hair blue whyes looks back
like a mini Kurt Kobe eight.

Speaker 1 (01:22:45):
Yeah, yeah, Okay, we did that.

Speaker 12 (01:22:49):
We're probably gonna do it again because I already have
my closet full of grunge clothes.

Speaker 6 (01:22:56):
I never go down to the grunge thing from the nineties.

Speaker 1 (01:22:59):
So you like me your mind recycling costume? Mama, we
just did grind No, mommy, what is ground?

Speaker 14 (01:23:06):
All different errors?

Speaker 18 (01:23:07):
My fifties error?

Speaker 12 (01:23:09):
I have nineties grun Okay, all right, I hear you,
I hear you.

Speaker 1 (01:23:14):
Let's go to Eustas and talk to Cynthia. Good morning, Cynthia,
Good morning? All right? And how much are you gonna
spend on Halloween? Who are you buying Halloween costumes?

Speaker 18 (01:23:21):
For me, my husband, my four kids, and my daughter's boyfriend.
So we're probably gonna be doing about Brian.

Speaker 1 (01:23:28):
You go ahead and ask that question. I was gonna
ask you when you go ahead, and I mean, I'm
afraid to ask because it usually this turns out poorly.
But why are you buying your daughter's boyfriend's costume?

Speaker 12 (01:23:36):
Oh?

Speaker 18 (01:23:37):
So we wanted to do the Disney Princess team. You know,
me and my husband are going to Beauty and the Beast.
They're gonna go as Chiana and Levien.

Speaker 1 (01:23:44):
And how old are they? How old are they?

Speaker 18 (01:23:46):
They're sixteen and seventeen, sixteen, seventeen.

Speaker 9 (01:23:48):
Okay, So because you're forcing them into your theme, you're like,
all right, I'll take care of it.

Speaker 7 (01:23:52):
I gotcha the Halloween costumes.

Speaker 6 (01:23:54):
It's nice of you.

Speaker 1 (01:23:55):
And you're gonna do all this for how much?

Speaker 18 (01:23:58):
We're gonna honestly going to be about five hundred five hundred?

Speaker 6 (01:24:03):
Are you entering a contest?

Speaker 18 (01:24:04):
What pictures to come out this year?

Speaker 12 (01:24:06):
Too?

Speaker 14 (01:24:07):
Now?

Speaker 18 (01:24:07):
Want good family pictures?

Speaker 1 (01:24:09):
Now, Cynthia, when you called, you didn't say five hundred?
How much did you say?

Speaker 2 (01:24:13):
You know?

Speaker 14 (01:24:14):
I said a thousand?

Speaker 2 (01:24:18):
Five hundred I was, but you.

Speaker 1 (01:24:21):
Were prepared to pay a thousand?

Speaker 2 (01:24:23):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:24:24):
Oh my lord? Oh yeah right, Well you mean you
are getting family pictures out of it?

Speaker 16 (01:24:30):
Yeah?

Speaker 14 (01:24:31):
Good memories, you know.

Speaker 1 (01:24:32):
Okay, okay. When you take those family photos, will you
take one with the boyfriend in and one with him
out of the photo?

Speaker 14 (01:24:38):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (01:24:41):
And you know what, I think you should put them
right in the middle. That's how sure you are of it.

Speaker 14 (01:24:45):
Put them the luxury of both pictures.

Speaker 18 (01:24:46):
You know what's that he doesn't get the luxury of
being in both pictures because like ten years from now,
if he's not in the picture anymore, at least we
have good pictures from him.

Speaker 1 (01:24:55):
Put him right in the middle that way, you know
the last because you erase them, then it just shows, right,
you're just making you're saying the bad you jew on it.
Ashley from Orlando, Hi, all right, how much you planning it? First?
How many of you costume do you plan on buying?

Speaker 12 (01:25:13):

Think it's closer to four hundred.

Speaker 1 (01:26:02):

in the day, uh huh. Your mom buys you a
thirty eight dollar Superman costume and you say you don't
want to wear. What does your mom say to you, Well,
don't go down. Mine's saying, oh no, you're wearing it.
Oh my mama returned it. Fine, wa, we ain't going there.

(01:26:52):

Cardiac Cowboys

Cardiac Cowboys

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
