Speaker 1 (00:00):
Now the Johnny's House Entertainment News with three.
Speaker 2 (00:04):
So I've yet to see Sinners, but I know I
need to. But the small Mississippi town where the Sinners
sect takes place, they're saying doesn't have a movie theater.
So the people that actually live in this small town town, yeah,
it's called Clarksdale. It's a town about fifteen with fifteen
(00:28):
thousand people. That's how fifteen thousand people, and they don't
have a movie theater. They haven't had a movie theater
for years, and so people have to travel to the
closest big city, which is Memphis, Tennessee. And they're saying
that it's kind of a chore for the residents to
actually do that because they don't have the time, the money,
and they don't want to bother to travel to see
the movie that takes place in their town.
Speaker 3 (00:49):
Memphis is dangerous since the New Chicago Wow.
Speaker 2 (00:52):
So the cool thing is is that the Clarksdale mayor
is talking with Warner Mayor. Yees, they have a mayor.
They're taught with Warner Bros. And they're going to host
especial event that's going to take place. So everyone who
wants to see the film on the big screen. It
finally will have a chance.
Speaker 3 (01:08):
There's nothing impressive about that town.
Speaker 4 (01:10):
I know.
Speaker 5 (01:11):
Well, I would have thought it was filmed like in
some place in Arizona.
Speaker 2 (01:14):
Yeah, Nope, it's in Clarksdale, Tennessee. So they're going to
set up a whole thing where they're going to make
a screening happen for the fifteen thousand people that live there.
Speaker 3 (01:25):
Just miles of cotton fields.
Speaker 6 (01:27):
Wow is that crazy?
Speaker 7 (01:28):
Wow?
Speaker 8 (01:29):
That's I mean, fifteen thousand small, right, Yeah, but Longwood
is fifteen thousand people and you can go to the
movies in Longwood, realizy.
Speaker 3 (01:36):
Yeah yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:37):
But I mean, like, I don't know how far clarks
Sale is to Memphis.
Speaker 4 (01:41):
Yeah, like in North Carolina, it's a hike in local line.
You got a small town, but ain't none around it.
Speaker 2 (01:45):
Yeah yeah, yeah, And that's what I'm saying. So to
travel from Clarkstale in Memphis, I don't know how long
that takes.
Speaker 8 (01:50):
I don't either, but I think, to me, I just
think fifteen thousands a little big to yourself, a little
two screen theater or something.
Speaker 2 (01:56):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (01:56):
Like I say anything to the people of Clarkdale, move Yeah.
Speaker 6 (02:01):
Well, now the mayor is going to make a happen
for them.
Speaker 3 (02:03):
They have a mayor.
Speaker 2 (02:04):
Yeah, there's a stunt woman for Final Destination Bloodlines, and
she just became the oldest person ever on fire on camera.
So the stunt woman, they brought her out of retirement
to set the new world record for the oldest person
ever on fire on camera. Her name is Yvette Ferguson.
She's seventy one years old. She is seventy one, and
(02:28):
so I guess she plays Miss Fuller who burned to
death along with others as part of the opening scene.
Speaker 8 (02:34):
So someone in the show was also seventy one and
they needed someone seventy one to catch on fire.
Speaker 2 (02:39):
Yes, so they were like, you know what, We're bringing
her out of retirement, and now she just broke the record.
Some of Vet's Vet's most recent stunt work was Child's
play in Midnight Mass So she is now.
Speaker 3 (02:53):
In the eighties.
Speaker 6 (02:55):
I know, well she's seventy one.
Speaker 2 (02:57):
So Final Destination Blood Lines hits theaters May sixteen.
Speaker 3 (03:00):
I saw the trailer for that. I want no part
of that movie.
Speaker 9 (03:02):
Really.
Speaker 4 (03:03):
This is like one scene somebody breaks the glass and
it's an ice, and then that ice is on the road,
and then there's yes, all these things that's gonna hap
uh huh.
Speaker 3 (03:12):
Yeah, it's too creepy.
Speaker 6 (03:13):
I know, So I'm I actually want to see it.
Speaker 2 (03:16):
But obviously the Metala was last night, so we'll talk
more about it later on. But the most famous couple
in the world was not at the met gala.
Speaker 3 (03:24):
Lebron James j He had mentioned it. He hurt his
knee of something. Yeah, that's why Lebron wouldn't.
Speaker 6 (03:31):
But Taylor Swift and Charvis Kelsey.
Speaker 2 (03:33):
So, Taylor Swift has made it to a lot of mecala's,
but on Monday, the Metala in New York City, she
couldn't make it, and they couldn't make it as a
couple because they had conflict like scheduling.
Speaker 3 (03:44):
Complact they could have made if they wanted to make it, but.
Speaker 8 (03:46):
They're too busy doing nothing right, And that's that's what
their people said. Look, they're busy.
Speaker 2 (03:52):
Yeah. So the last time they've been spotted together March fourteenth,
So it's been a hot minute and I'm like, good
for them laying low.
Speaker 6 (03:59):
Because obviously we are both very very busy.
Speaker 8 (04:02):
She's gonna come out of a hook pregnant. They've been
out separately Chelsea was in Vegas with Justin. She was
in New York for her friends. They've been doing separate stuff.
It's just not they just didn't do it. They'd been
laying low together.
Speaker 6 (04:14):
So she wasn't there. But we'll talk about it later on.
Speaker 3 (04:17):
We talk about the met gallup. Brian and I both
have our favorite and we ain't know it was our favorite.
Speaker 7 (04:22):
Man.
Speaker 4 (04:23):
We talk about it next. Okay, we talked about it.
We talk about we'll let you know. But I was like, yeah,
I saw them all right, up dates. What do we
do yesterday? We'll tell you next time. Johnny about six
seven miles away from me. Yeah, he got rain. I
got none. Yeah, I heard it though. Yeah, I got
big thunder rain all today. They said slight chances of showers,
(04:44):
thunder storms, otherwise going to be mostly sunny, fifty percent
chance of rain.
Speaker 3 (04:48):
Eighty nine is to high. It is sixty eight right now.
Speaker 4 (04:50):
Left the broadcast and I'm like, I got home early,
and I'm like, now, I took her nap.
Speaker 3 (04:55):
I slept until it was time to get in the
car line. I'm like, wait a minute, what did that.
Speaker 6 (04:58):
Come abou to go to MYO food, That's what it
was uh.
Speaker 10 (05:03):
And I didn't.
Speaker 3 (05:03):
I didn't because I drank coffee yesterday there and they
have the strongest coffee in the world.
Speaker 6 (05:06):
Good lord, Oh, your body's getting used to it.
Speaker 3 (05:09):
No, it's better not.
Speaker 4 (05:10):
Uh. Then after that, got to the car line again,
came home. Uh, let's see kid had leftovers from uh
from rock. Hey, that's a good leftover packages just so, yes, sir,
you can present it.
Speaker 3 (05:26):
Uh. And that was pretty pretty much it ray, how
about you?
Speaker 6 (05:29):
It was good. I saw TJ Max was right around
the corner, so I went and hit hit up that one.
Speaker 3 (05:34):
Nice to see if anything different.
Speaker 2 (05:35):
Yeah, because whenever I go to a new location, I'm like,
well I haven't tried out that one, so the same.
Speaker 6 (05:40):
I mean every TJ Max is different. So I did that.
Speaker 4 (05:43):
I just don't understand how at TJ Max they can
put in a three hundred pair of exclusive Nikes.
Speaker 2 (05:51):
Yeah that's usually ross.
Speaker 3 (05:55):
Understand that usually like size thirteen.
Speaker 6 (05:58):
Yeah yeah, outsdated and not cool.
Speaker 4 (06:03):
So so does people go there and they make a
living out going to those stores and finding those.
Speaker 5 (06:06):
Flipping I just bought a pair there was like thirty
five bucks, and I looked it up.
Speaker 3 (06:10):
It was like I could I could sell it for
eighty if I wanted to do. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (06:13):
So after TJ Maxo, I went and I got the
kids and they had to finish up their teacher appreciation shopping.
Speaker 6 (06:20):
So we did that and.
Speaker 2 (06:21):
That's pretty much it played outside for a little bit.
Speaker 3 (06:24):
I'll tell you once stay in high school. They they
don't do that now.
Speaker 2 (06:27):
They don't appreciate the teaching, which is sad because I
feel like they do deserve love it.
Speaker 4 (06:31):
No, middle school was a beast man. Now they tell
you here's the list of what they like.
Speaker 2 (06:36):
Oh yeah, yesterday we got like crazy pens and flowers
and like you know, they had a little list of
what they liked.
Speaker 3 (06:43):
B how about you mine? It was cool. We have
telling John.
Speaker 8 (06:45):
I got home earlier than I ever get home because
I came in early and did all my work here
before the sinkle to my broadcast. So I assumed we
were gonna hang for lunch. Then nobody did. I'm like,
what they brought?
Speaker 6 (06:55):
All that food I would have invited wasn't so full.
Speaker 8 (06:58):
And then kJ the GM's like you sure you don't
want to shout, Kayla. I'm like, I really do, but
there's nobody here. Now I'm just drinking a loan. It's
a bad look. So I went home and then I
was gonna take a nap, but then I had to
do some stuff here, and then I started answering emails,
and then my son came back here and he's working
on some stuff where he's working on a new podcast,
so he had some tech questions he's texted me. So
(07:19):
I finally got to lay down, like at two thirty
in the afternoon for like thirty minutes or so, which
was nice. And then I ate my Rockos tacos left
over show. They were delicious. Their mushroom tacos are so good.
Speaker 6 (07:27):
Mush got the mushroom ones really, Oh my.
Speaker 3 (07:30):
God, so good. Listen, I'm like this, you got you
got an option between meeting and mushrooms. I'm going with meat. Yeah,
I had them both. I don't do that about you, ma'am.
Speaker 6 (07:40):
It was pretty good. I laid low so after the
show last night, No, I didn't.
Speaker 3 (07:46):
Right before.
Speaker 5 (07:47):
Well, I'm not feeling too well, so I kind of
just like laid low. So I went home, I took
a nap, I woke up, I did the whole adulting thing,
the bills, and I caught up with a lot of
friends and family actually, uh, and then yeah, just to
kind of wrap up and cele a recent because I
really was thinking about it. There's a Mexican restaurant down
the street in uh, what is it the hour last district. Yeah,
so there's like a Mexican restaurant there. But instead of
(08:08):
like pulling up, I was like, let.
Speaker 6 (08:09):
Me just what's left?
Speaker 4 (08:11):
Right, Well, you know what's what's what's you're not feeling
what's going on now? I knew something was up because
you usually every morning I gotta tell the wreath, damn,
And this morning you just walked in said good morning.
Speaker 8 (08:23):
See I thought you were running late because you were
out celebrating. I thought you were out celebrating your people
last night.
Speaker 6 (08:28):
Just you know, sometimes girls don't feel good. Once a month.
Speaker 4 (08:31):
Oh obviously you don't feel good because BRID just hit
you twice. You ain't said a word, you know, damn,
Well you ain't Mexican and you ain't say nothing. But
some month I guess, I guess I stopped. Today is
not going to be any time now. It's just gonna
be the lion eating. I'm glad you told this first
thing in the water.
Speaker 8 (08:51):
If you need anything, let me know craskyling all let me,
I'll get you hot water bottle. You let me know
you need something like me know, rub your feet or
something like that.
Speaker 3 (09:02):
She didn't. I said it twice because okay, she talked
to him and she didn't hear it your Mexican.
Speaker 11 (09:08):
No.
Speaker 4 (09:09):
She was like, no, I'm just not feeling all right.
Oh okay, alright, hands off today. She's fighting with no
hands today. It's all good, make it fun.
Speaker 3 (09:21):
No, not at all. Well, I guess we gotta pay
attention to rain. Well, right, you're on deck right, like,
just bring it right like whatever. Some sleep last night.
Speaker 6 (09:28):
Drap on, drap in.
Speaker 3 (09:31):
I prefer not to, thank you very much, stapp right,
strap in.
Speaker 6 (09:36):
Yes, Oh there's that.
Speaker 4 (09:44):
Okay, Hey, we're gonna talk about how didn't go for
you last night. Johnny'sup on a shower possible thunderstorm. They say,
we are entering rain season where it's gonna rain every day,
otherwise it's gonna be mostly sunny.
Speaker 3 (09:57):
Did eighty nine.
Speaker 4 (09:58):
It is sixty eight, so it's the day after there
sink good and we and Brian, you mentioned this, uh
a couple of days ago about what people were doing
the average of this.
Speaker 8 (10:11):
Yeah, the average American was supposed to knock down three
point five drinks yesterday, okay, on average, So I mean
obviously I was way under at zero.
Speaker 3 (10:18):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, I wanted to drive. You know, it's it.
Speaker 4 (10:21):
It got dark and it sounded like it was going
to rain, and they were having weather alerts on television
the entire time, but I didn't see and it was
you know, the sun was out. Yeah, so I wanted to.
I always like to drive by just to see the crowd.
I like seeing crowds, not necessarily want to be in them. Yes, yeah,
but I didn't do that. But I looked. I saw
some of the photos from last night, and it did.
I mean, it stood up to what they do every
single year. Yeah, but I am definitely zero. I had
(10:45):
a crystal light nice, that's what Yeah last night, right,
I had none? None too? Wow?
Speaker 6 (10:54):
Did we all have none?
Speaker 8 (10:56):
We didn't have any that we usually have a little
something at the There was one year I did different
tequila every hour right now.
Speaker 3 (11:02):
It was awesome.
Speaker 6 (11:03):
I mean I had a sip of that margarita that
was made yesterday.
Speaker 10 (11:06):
That was it.
Speaker 8 (11:06):
That's the best we got in the group of us.
I could have stuck around and drank. But I would
have been by myself.
Speaker 3 (11:12):
I didn't want to do that. It's fine sometimes, goodness,
drink by yourself.
Speaker 8 (11:17):
Now, because it's around four o'clock in the afternoon, I've
been sitting there telling people about everything.
Speaker 3 (11:21):
Let me tell you about that.
Speaker 4 (11:24):
I saw as an old school wrestler by the name
of Andrea Giant, and I saw him in a bar
of the airport. It was an airport bar, and he
was sitting there. He had no joke, twelve cans of
beer lined up, but he was sitting there, And this
is what I would do if I'm drinking by myself.
His mannerism, his posture, his look, let you know, don't
(11:45):
bother me. Yeah, don't approach me.
Speaker 3 (11:48):
I ain't trying to talk to you. I just want
to sit here and drink every business.
Speaker 8 (11:52):
He's also seven five and a little scary, like I
don't have that statue.
Speaker 4 (11:57):
I saw somebody say hey, Andre went oh he ground
at them. Oh no, that ground made me not go
over and say hello.
Speaker 12 (12:06):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (12:07):
But yeah, if I was drinking by myself, I kind
of just I just let people know. I give them
that impression I'm waiting on somebody.
Speaker 8 (12:12):
Yeah, Well, some of my friends were considering coming up
for lunch, but then the gap would have been a
few hours and I would have been like, well, I'll
be hammered by the time.
Speaker 3 (12:20):
You get It's like, this is a terrible idea.
Speaker 11 (12:23):
I know.
Speaker 2 (12:23):
My friend messaged me. She works at Eddiev's, and she
was like, I have off today. I'm gonna walk right
over and just you know, drink. She's like, where are you.
I'm like, it's three o'clock. If I was still there,
we would.
Speaker 3 (12:34):
Have his shoes. But he understand.
Speaker 4 (12:36):
We're those friends that when people are off in the
middle of the day they can call. You can't call
anybody at three o'clock. You go to your old decks.
Who can I call? As I know they're out and
they'll go drinking and if I want to, Yeah, man,
what's getting into us? I know if it was a
it was a weekend, if you know, even when it
was on Sunday last year when we did ith, yeah,
(12:57):
we had SIPs.
Speaker 8 (12:58):
Next year, I'll commit to difference to kill every hour again.
I'll make the commitment right now. It'll be on Tuesday,
fine by me.
Speaker 3 (13:05):
And here's a funny thing. All you had to do
was ass is it. I'll get all my work done
so I could uber home when I'm finished.
Speaker 6 (13:11):
I did follow along with Rocco on Instagram.
Speaker 3 (13:14):
Yes, did he make it? Yeah he did.
Speaker 6 (13:16):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (13:16):
The helicopter, well yeah, I didn't see it land over
in Orlando, but I saw him in and out of
his helicopter.
Speaker 3 (13:21):
Boy, that gotta be great, just flying a different place.
Speaker 4 (13:24):
That's my spot. Yeah, let's go to another city. All right,
So we want to check in with you. How did
you do yesterday? They said the average was three point
five drinks? That's what the Americans had yesterday on average?
Were you over or under? I'm assuming if you're over,
you're not up right now? Well, yeah, you gotta go
to work.
Speaker 3 (13:41):
Well, maybe you do. Maybe you're gonna blow it off.
And we already talked about that. All right.
Speaker 4 (13:45):
I got a pair of tickets for you to see
Ali and AJ at the hard Rock Live October. Second,
you just got to call us and let us know
if you went out last night.
Speaker 3 (13:53):
What were you over? Under? Three point five drinks? For sink?
Speaker 4 (13:57):
Go to my own because three drinks at least in
the first one forty five minutes to an Now.
Speaker 3 (14:02):
I mean, yeah, if you're shooting tequila.
Speaker 8 (14:03):
Yeah, if you're drinking margaritas, you could probably stretch out
out over a couple hours.
Speaker 3 (14:07):
Yeah, because they're big and they have, you know, the
sour mix and stuff. I guess I'm thinking the beer.
Yeah to it all.
Speaker 8 (14:12):
Yeah, if you're drinking margarita, you could probably stretch out
three and a half over the course of a few hours.
Speaker 4 (14:15):
Because would have been you want to drink it before
gets warm. Yeah, so even though you won't want to
drink it, you gotta hit it.
Speaker 3 (14:19):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (14:19):
Four O seven now one nine one O six seven

So we went to Cheers over at Alsmont and me
and her had about three margarita's.
Speaker 11 (15:38):
While we were there.
Speaker 4 (15:39):
Now, I'm gonna tell you something. Cheers is a is
a very good Mexican place for celebration.
Speaker 8 (15:44):
Nothing says victory in the battle of like Cheers, neighborhood bar,
y o G dive bar.
Speaker 3 (15:56):
So was it packed last night?
Speaker 11 (15:59):

Speaker 9 (16:02):
Were they serving bar to me so you didn't have

Speaker 6 (16:11):
No, they didn't didn't even serve food at Cheers.
Speaker 11 (16:14):
No.
Speaker 8 (16:14):
But a lot of these restaurants slash bars will like
this time of year, bring in someone to throw down
some chips in case or something.
Speaker 3 (16:21):
Nothing.
Speaker 9 (16:23):
No, we were, we were just there.
Speaker 4 (16:26):
So what's the different between yesterday and last Tuesday? I
mean last Monday?
Speaker 3 (16:32):
Nothing?
Speaker 1 (16:33):
Last they didn't do nothing.
Speaker 3 (16:35):
That's the difference. Last Monday.
Speaker 6 (16:36):
She didn't drink no reason too.
Speaker 10 (16:38):
Were the Mexican friends wore?
Speaker 3 (16:42):

and had some more.
Speaker 4 (16:56):

a beautiful things.
Speaker 11 (17:01):

together to go home.
Speaker 13 (17:05):
To get me ain't out.
Speaker 4 (17:07):
That is awesome. I can tell you as much. I've
never shared a drink with my mom in my life.
In my life, that's funny.
Speaker 3 (17:15):
We have never set out every weekend. Every weekend and man,
let's go to chairs and get drunk.
Speaker 4 (17:20):
What I mean?
Speaker 3 (17:23):
And you know Cheers they throw down MICHAELA. You hold
on and say, I love that that's incredible. Is I
love that? From Maitland Diane. Good morning, Hey, hold on.
Speaker 4 (17:33):
Say, I got a question before I forget. Hey, Michayla, Michayla,
what's the age difference between.
Speaker 3 (17:39):
You and your mom?
Speaker 9 (17:41):
I'm twenty one and.
Speaker 11 (17:44):
Five years, twenty.
Speaker 4 (17:45):
Five years, twenty five, twenty five? Oh, I thought it
was a little bit. I was a little closer than that,
like fourteen. All right, how did you do last night?
Speaker 10 (17:59):
I had geos?
Speaker 11 (18:00):
Actually I managed to.
Speaker 3 (18:04):
Was it crazy?
Speaker 11 (18:04):
I clocked in my store was pretty good?
Speaker 3 (18:08):
Okay.
Speaker 11 (18:10):
I clocked in at four thirty yesterday morning and I
left at six fifty last night.
Speaker 10 (18:13):
Oh my location, we serviced over six hundred people.
Speaker 6 (18:18):
Wow, yeah, I remember those days.
Speaker 3 (18:21):
My goodness. All right, you hold on a second. Read
what to saying over that?
Speaker 2 (18:25):
Somebody said we celebrated quatro demio to avoid all the people.
Speaker 6 (18:29):
I think a lot of people did that the day before.
Speaker 3 (18:31):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (18:32):
Somebody said, drinks took on a different meaning for me
yesterday as we celebrated my mom's life after her passing
and she rests in peace.
Speaker 6 (18:39):
But they did have some drinks yesterday, and what.
Speaker 3 (18:41):
They said xl MO Power by Attorney Dan NEWLN interact.
Need to check. It's a no brainer. Call attorney Dan
new and they said, three and a half drinks before lunch.
Speaker 4 (18:51):
Well, you know, we got to get it to k
of course, of course, but Cala got a pair of digs,
had the hard rid live on October the second. Gonna
take her mom, We can ask her perfect night out
and MICHAELA, congratulations, Are you gonna take your mom? Of course?
Speaker 3 (19:09):
Hit up cheers on the way. Yea, without a doubt. Y'all.
Hold on, we'll get some information, right what's going on.
Speaker 2 (19:17):
We're gonna start talking about the Metala. Everything that happened
last night sounds.
Speaker 3 (19:20):
Good three minutes away on Johnny's House.
Speaker 1 (19:22):
Now, the Johnny's House Entertainment News.
Speaker 6 (19:25):
That's rae all right.
Speaker 2 (19:26):
So the Metcala happened last night, and if you want
to see some of the pictures, videos, all of it
is at XL one oh sixty seven dot com. The
one thing that came out of it, Rihanna and Asap
Rocky are expecting.
Speaker 6 (19:38):
Their third baby.
Speaker 2 (19:40):
She showed her a little baby bump, exposing it while
she was walking in the rain, and then later in
the met Gala, Asap confirmed that they are expecting.
Speaker 3 (19:50):
Their didn't say they don't have a nanny.
Speaker 6 (19:53):
Yeah, they do a lot of it. They're on their
own some thinking.
Speaker 4 (19:55):
I mean, I think of their old school. They probably
got family members. Yeah, probably, Yeah, you can see that.
Speaker 3 (20:01):
Because I'm like, you got three kids, and she's i
mean one of rich women in the world, and you're
y'all both, But I can see somebody having a family member.
Speaker 6 (20:08):
Of the one that I write is that they're very
hands on. They're very hands on with their kids.
Speaker 8 (20:13):
So she's the only person that's allowed to be late
to the met galo Anna Winner gives her the past
to be late, especially like last night because she was
going to steal the show because she's pregnant.
Speaker 3 (20:22):
Yeah, but she's waiting till the end.
Speaker 8 (20:24):
If you're a celebrity and you're like, you ain't get in,
like you're not allowed in, uh huh. But Rihanna's got
a free pass, which is kind of crazy.
Speaker 2 (20:31):
But Asa Brocky looks so happy and he looks so good.
He just had like the biggest smile on his face.
Speaker 4 (20:36):
This woman paid the best lawyers to keep you out
of jail. She loves you, and she wants to have
as many babies, bust smile every day.
Speaker 2 (20:43):
Yeah, he's like, I'm so glad everybody's happy for us,
because we are definitely happy, you know. And he said,
you know, they have two sons, Riza and Riot, which
I love both those names.
Speaker 6 (20:53):
But they don't know if they're having a boy or
girl yet, so we'll see.
Speaker 2 (20:56):
And they're only the age of what their kids. Yeah,
they're all going to be under the age of four.
So they're gonna have three kids under the age of four. Yeah,
it sounds like a lot. So a lot of fans
are a little outraged with Lisa. She's from Black Pink
and so people are like, Okay, what the heck. I
don't know if you saw this, but they're talking about
I hate the word panties, but that's what everybody's saying.
(21:20):
Panties it is, but nothing sexual. So it looks like
she had Rosa Parks's face stitched on her underwear, on
her panties.
Speaker 6 (21:29):
So obviously if you saw what the theme was, it was,
you know, dedicated to.
Speaker 2 (21:38):
So it looks like she had Rosa parks His face
stitch somebody idea, yes, So it looked like there's other faces,
but like the one that they saw. Yeah, so if
you want to see that picture, exel want to sixty
seven dot com. But this was her first met Galat
and obviously a lot of people talking about her.
Speaker 6 (21:55):
I mean put them on your sleeve or something else,
shirt and some pants.
Speaker 2 (22:00):
Ye, people were wondering who showed up in the box.
The box was Dogey because.
Speaker 6 (22:06):
You could see them.
Speaker 3 (22:07):
I thought we were still on the last story, my mad.
I'm sorry, my mad.
Speaker 6 (22:13):
No, she was not in Lisa's box.
Speaker 3 (22:15):
So show up in a box what I'm saying.
Speaker 6 (22:21):
Anyways, So that's who that was.
Speaker 3 (22:25):
But do you know who who I thought was the
best dressed?
Speaker 6 (22:28):
I want that's what I was?
Speaker 3 (22:29):
Who you Andre three thousand? Yeah, yeah, piano strapped.
Speaker 4 (22:35):
Yeah, that was an per you saw everybody else looked
out of sort with what they were wearing.
Speaker 3 (22:42):
He would have wore that last week.
Speaker 6 (22:44):
I love it right now.
Speaker 3 (22:47):
Last week that was my man.
Speaker 2 (22:48):
I'm like, oh yeah, I loved how the suits, like
the women were all in like a lot of them
were in suits.
Speaker 6 (22:54):
Anty Carpenter. Yeah, so she had like no, she had
the leotard looking suit on. She looked incredible.
Speaker 3 (23:01):
And yes it was a quarterback of the Eagles. He
was there with his wife.
Speaker 8 (23:07):
He I liked his suit, Russell Wilson, Jalen Hurts, Jalen Hurts,
I liked his suit. Yeah, yeah, so looked like a fool.
Speaker 1 (23:15):
I don't think I saw.
Speaker 3 (23:16):
Him bringing out his enterprints. He was extra from Hamilton.
Speaker 6 (23:21):
Oh no, speaking of Hamilton.
Speaker 2 (23:23):
So people were like, Okay, Kylie Jenner looks incredible, But
where the heck is Timothy Shallo May?
Speaker 3 (23:27):
So I've seen a video he's probably working with.
Speaker 2 (23:29):
You know, Timothy shallow May didn't go to the MCALA,
which I could see why, you know, like maybe that's
not his thing. It was more of like Kylie Jenner's saying,
But his NBA team was playing in a very important game.
Speaker 6 (23:41):
So he is a big Knicks.
Speaker 2 (23:43):
Fan, So that's why he was like, instead of going
to the MCALA, he was tuning into the Necks.
Speaker 4 (23:47):
Here's a funny thing. If he would have missed that game,
he would have been kicking itself in the butt. They
came back from twenty and one in overtime.
Speaker 2 (23:55):
Yeah, I didn't see why he was like, I'm not
dressing up, I'm gonna go to the nigga.
Speaker 6 (24:00):
You know, I'm gonna watch the Knicks.
Speaker 2 (24:02):
Also, Hailey Bieber was there. She was with Kendall Jenner,
who looked incredible as well. But people were like, where's
Justin Bieber? Justin was watching his hockey team, so that's
why he didn't go. So Haley was spotted around, you know,
looking good. But Justin Bieber posted on social media that
he was too busy watching his Toronto Maple Leafs when
(24:23):
the first game in the NHL, well, that play season,
that thing.
Speaker 4 (24:26):
Is a whole day event. Yeah, I mean I'd say
two day event. Getting the dressed and the met gal. Yeah,
it's not just let's you know, get dressed about five o'clock.
The thing starts at seven.
Speaker 2 (24:37):
People are wondering where the boys were. Where are the
boyfriends and the husbands? Well, they were watching their sports.
Speaker 3 (24:44):
I don't play with that stuff.
Speaker 14 (24:45):
Man.
Speaker 4 (24:45):
It's an all day event, hotels, cameras, all that and
if you ain't in the move for it, yeah, all right,
what's trending? Fifty chance of rain eighty nine? Is our
high sixty eight right now? Or reche what is trending?
Speaker 5 (24:57):
Yeah, So it's become a normal thing to see people
doing these two talk dances.
Speaker 4 (25:00):
Right.
Speaker 5 (25:01):
Well, there's a new travel trend taking off, and I
mean this quite literally. All over social media there are
dancers going through the airport terminals to Celine Dion's song
It's all coming back to Me Now. And it all
started when this dancer, Blake McGrath, he posted a very
dramatic video of him at the airport. He's rolling up
in his suitcase like riding it like a horse, very theatrical.
(25:23):
He takes off one shoe, he starts doing a pirouet,
which is like a ballet move, and then he's just
like flipping around doing all this dance, this dancing all
over the airport like zero zero cares. And the video
actually came out really really nice, to the point where
it gained over six million views and it sparked a
global movement. Yeah, so everyone around the world, you know,
(25:44):
more so ballet dancers. They're doing this dance routine where
it's like you're doing a pair of wet you're riding
the suitcase.
Speaker 6 (25:49):
You're very dramatic, and everybody's copying that.
Speaker 2 (25:53):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (25:53):
So if you come across these dancers, like literally in
the airport or online, like you're gonna see it.
Speaker 4 (25:58):
It's just a dance moment, know, what's funny is when
you watch the videos on your phone and stuff, you're like, Okay,
that's pretty cool, but if you ever see it actually happen,
it's just weird.
Speaker 11 (26:06):
It is.
Speaker 3 (26:07):
It's really weird.
Speaker 6 (26:08):
People in the background are just like still doing their
own thing.
Speaker 5 (26:11):
That's why I'm like, this isn't feeling, it's just yeah,
it's just wow. The funny thing about that is because
he just did it, just to do it for fun.
And then when they were playing back the video, they
were like, okay, well puss it. When we get to
the plane. They got to the terminal, they missed their flight,
so miss around.
Speaker 4 (26:28):
I see women doing it to got the halo rings
on stands, and it's just done by themselves, and I'm like,
I don't have the mental capacity to block everything out. Yeah,
to be silly in front of all those people like that.
Definitely the new generation, it is, for sure.
Speaker 8 (26:41):
Well they have Instagram and influencers in the wild that
just shows people filming them from a distance. Really, it's
pretty funny, and you think it's the youth, but not
usually just the old people that do stuff like that.
Speaker 3 (26:52):
You guys are way smoother with it.
Speaker 8 (26:54):
Is the old folks that look silly getting filmed by
that influencers in the wild.
Speaker 3 (26:58):
Funny.
Speaker 6 (26:59):
There's a crazy story coming out of Bolivia.
Speaker 5 (27:02):
Five people survived a terrifying emergency aircraft landing due to
an engine failure and they ended up landing in the
waters of the Amazon, And to make matters worse, they
were surrounded by alligators and they even sponded they spotted
an anaconda. So the group consisted of three women, a child,
and the twenty nine year old pilot. Thankfully, there was
(27:22):
a fisherman who he discovered the plane just by sheer luck,
contacted officials and after forty eight hours of being stuck,
they were rescued in all good conditions.
Speaker 3 (27:30):
Forty eight hours. Lucky the girl didn't have buns hunt,
because then the ancona would have wanted some.
Speaker 6 (27:39):
Oh that was good, that was good.
Speaker 3 (27:41):
There you go, there you go. That's a thinker, that
is it is some people get it.
Speaker 4 (27:48):
Oh man, When you said that, I was thinking to myself, Okay,
if we're surrounded on a plane and we see an
alligator go by anaconda, we got to make a decision.
Speaker 8 (27:59):
Somebody got to be sacrificed. Well, they were at the
least the slowest swimming. I don't got to be the fastest.
I just gotta not be swim let's start with that.
Oh see I can't swim some negotiating. Hey, no, no, no,
let's not do the swim thing.
Speaker 3 (28:13):
Well, we're in the water. Let's do rock paper says
or something.
Speaker 5 (28:19):
They were actually saying that there was a leak in
the engine which was causing all the predators go away.
Speaker 3 (28:23):
Yeah, okay, good for them.
Speaker 4 (28:25):
Man.
Speaker 3 (28:25):
All right, it's tied to play Smarter than your Hood.
Speaker 4 (28:27):
That's where you will represent your city by answering some
very very simple questions. And Brian, where did you get
your questions?
Speaker 3 (28:33):

in the world. Everyone should know these questions. And today's
gonna be something special. We'll announced it yesterday. Got a
pair of ticket set Bevincent Boone at the Kiath Center
and that's on September the eighteenth. But the first thing
who mus do is meet our contestants of benefits specialists
representing the city of Okobe. Let's say good morning the Dorthy,
(29:39):
Hey Dorothy, good morning, go oh excited love the energy.
How long have you lived in Okoe?
Speaker 3 (29:47):
Eight years? Eight years? And what brought you to Okobe?
Why'd you move there?
Speaker 9 (29:51):
Honestly, we moved here because I wanted to be I
was pregnant, seven months pregnant.
Speaker 12 (29:55):
I wanted to be closer to my father in law.
He lives in the villages.
Speaker 4 (29:58):
Oh, very good, very good. And have you ever a
played the game before? Oh, don't be nervous. But today
today you say, you know, I want to do it?
Is it because of the tickets?
Speaker 11 (30:07):
Oh?
Speaker 3 (30:07):
You just felt the nerve your nerves said let's do
it today.
Speaker 11 (30:11):
Oh no, I.
Speaker 9 (30:12):
Definitely am obsessed with Benson Dinnon.
Speaker 3 (30:14):
So was my son.
Speaker 4 (30:15):
Okay, okay, well let's find let's find out who you're
up against. It is nurses Appreciation Week. This is a
nurse representing the city of Orlando. Let's say good morning
to Patty. Hey, Patty, happy nurse this week to you?
Speaker 3 (30:29):
Thank you very good. How long have you lived in Orlando?
Speaker 13 (30:33):
Born and raised?
Speaker 3 (30:33):
What high school? Middle school? We believe you passed? What
daycare you went to?
Speaker 12 (30:45):
We didn't have.
Speaker 3 (30:47):
The lady down the street. Have you ever played before, Patty?
I have not. Oh this is your first time too.
Speaker 9 (30:55):
Yes?
Speaker 3 (30:56):
And what was it today that said today's day you're
gonna play Benson Bones?
Speaker 11 (30:59):
My daughter said, win these tickets.
Speaker 3 (31:03):
Both of your plan for your kids? All right?
Speaker 4 (31:04):
The way it works is We're gonna ask you a question.
If you know the answer, you yell out the name
of your city, and then will give you an opportunity
to answer. You yell out the answer, we'll take away
a point.
Speaker 3 (31:14):
All right.
Speaker 4 (31:14):
If you get it right, you get a point. You
get it wrong, we take away a point. But it
doesn't matter. The last one is either for a tie
or for the win. Now, we gotta find out what
you sound like on the air. So on the count
of three, I need y'all to shout out your cities.
One two three, Okay, coy a little louder if we can.
Let's try it again, one two three.
Speaker 6 (31:36):
If you're on speaker, get off of it.
Speaker 3 (31:38):
Yeah, I mean they were at the same time. Okay, yeah, yeah,
they're both on speaker. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (31:43):
If you get off speaker, you have a little advantage.
All right, let's try all right, let's try again.
Speaker 3 (31:47):
One two three. Okay, that's a lot better. It're still
close though.
Speaker 4 (31:51):
All right again, if you know the answer, don't yell
out the answer, yell out your city, and we'll give
you an opportunity to answer.
Speaker 3 (31:57):
Here we go. First question, what animal has the long
his tongue?
Speaker 9 (32:01):
Orlando?
Speaker 4 (32:02):
Okay, that would be Patty Gift Giraffes is correct, you
get the point.
Speaker 3 (32:08):
Okay, nurs.
Speaker 6 (32:09):
How many minutes are in a full day, Orlando?
Speaker 3 (32:14):
That would be Patty again, Paddy?
Speaker 6 (32:19):
Pat Wow?
Speaker 3 (32:21):
How many?
Speaker 6 (32:24):
All right?
Speaker 3 (32:25):
Wow, Brian, you gotta look on your face when do
you hear something? Because I'm quite certain she said sixteen
hundred and forty the first time.
Speaker 4 (32:35):
Okay, Okay, now here's the deal. After this break, we're
gonna go back and listen, and if you're wrong, you
cheat it. And if you can live with cheating, then
that's fine, all right, Brion.
Speaker 8 (32:48):
Alright, let's see what is the highest number you can
roll on a single standard pair of.
Speaker 3 (32:54):
Dice, Orlando. That would be Patty twelve?
Speaker 4 (32:58):
Correct? All right, Now this is where it gets very interesting. Okay,
we got one more question, Patty. If you get it right,
you win. If you get it wrong, all your points
go away and it goes into a tie. And that's
the universe saying that you cheated, Dorothy. If you get
it right, it is a tie. But if you get
(33:19):
it wrong, you got blown out of this game.
Speaker 3 (33:22):
I mean, whoam blown out? And you're disappointed?
Speaker 4 (33:26):
Kid?
Speaker 3 (33:26):
That's probably sitting next to you, right now, but we
don't want that to happen. Are you ready? Ray?
Speaker 6 (33:35):
All right?
Speaker 2 (33:36):
What is the scientific theory that explains the origin of
the universe?
Speaker 3 (33:46):
That would be Patty, I need to answer evolution. Oh
my God, didn't need to answer.
Speaker 8 (33:57):
The pressure was on O Koe wow, answer you we
wipe out all of yours.
Speaker 3 (34:04):
Unfortunate.
Speaker 6 (34:04):
The abolition sounded good, but he's actually the big Bang theory.
Speaker 3 (34:08):
All right, here we go. It's in the theme song.
Even it all started with a big bang. I know,
all right.
Speaker 4 (34:14):
Flowers are one of the hottest ticket items for Mother's Day.
How much will Americans spend on flowers alone on Mother's Day?
Speaker 3 (34:22):
We'll start out with Dorothy, how much?
Speaker 12 (34:29):
I'm so sorry, nervous?
Speaker 4 (34:30):
Repeat the question is flowers is the hottest ticket item
for Mother's Day? Americans will spend how much on flowers alone?
How much money would they spend on flowers alone for
Mother's Day? I needn't answer.
Speaker 6 (34:53):
Thousand dollars?
Speaker 3 (34:55):
Okay?
Speaker 11 (34:56):
American?
Speaker 3 (34:57):
Or is it no Americans? I said, American will spend
not American?
Speaker 8 (35:02):
I added the slight A couple of years ago.
Speaker 9 (35:08):
I didn't know it's per one person.
Speaker 12 (35:09):
I thought it was like as a whole.
Speaker 6 (35:11):
I'm sorry, Yeah, everybody as a whole.
Speaker 3 (35:14):
How much total?
Speaker 12 (35:15):
Making a ridiculous answer, I'm sorry, ignore me, Patty.
Speaker 11 (35:22):
One million dollars.
Speaker 3 (35:23):
The answer is three point two billion. I don't even know.
I'll be honest with you, I don't even know.
Speaker 7 (35:31):
Patty.
Speaker 3 (35:31):
Congratulations, I understand your froze.
Speaker 4 (35:37):
That's okay. It does happen. It happens every time. It
sounds a lot easier when you're playing in the car.
When you're on the radio is a whole different ball game,
I know. But that's okay. You get to play again.
But congratulations to uh to Patty. You got yourself pair
of takeing see Vincent Boone at the Kia Center. Okay, awesome,
all right, but next time you won't be nervous when
you play. Okay, okay, Dorothy, Okay, all right, but good try.
(35:59):
You got a whole on So we get some information
we come back. Is teachers appreciation. We're gonna talk about
those teachers. On Johnny's House Thunderstorm. They say rain season
is approaching, starting like today, where it's going to rain
at some point in time every single day, sixty eight
right now, looking for a high of eighty eighty nine.
Now today is not only a teacher's appreciation week, it
is nurses Appreciation Week. So we're going to take care
(36:21):
of the nurses tomorrow. Today we're going to focus in
on the teachers. Today's actually Teachers Appreciation Day. Oh it's
the actual day.
Speaker 8 (36:28):
Oh part of the week focus second two or the
first Tuesday in May as always teacher appreciation.
Speaker 4 (36:32):
Oh perfect, person, I was confused to I'm like, wait, yeah, yeah, perfect.
So it's teachers Appreciation Day. So teachers, what we want
to do is give an opportunity to shout out some
of the most amazing teachers that your kids have or
that you have, that have made an impact on your life.
And I'll say this about those two professions. I've said
it before teachers and also nurses, is that you have
(36:53):
to be born for that. You can't fake it. I mean,
good teachers are amazing. And here's the thing you can
tell when they're faking it. You could tell the teachers
that love their job. And the thing is, we do
football Friday every Friday. We're gonna do that again and
I think starting tomorrow we're gonna start looking for schools
to sign up for Football Friday and that's when we
come in broadcasts from your school on a Friday once
at school season starts and we only have an opportunity
(37:16):
for like maybe five or six schools, so we need
to get those in. But we realize those teachers that
are amazing, that love teaching kids, and the ones that's like, man,
there's all I can do. So what we want to
do is shout out those teachers that have made impacts.
And I was thinking about this, Maybe I could call
my old track coach. He follows me now on social media.
But this is a guy who told me, you know what,
(37:37):
if you really study hard, you can go to college.
You're fast enough to go to college. And I'm like, why, man,
I'm gonna be here. I'm working at the Lands.
Speaker 3 (37:46):
Y'all think I'm joking with that story.
Speaker 1 (37:47):
I am not.
Speaker 11 (37:49):
I am not.
Speaker 4 (37:49):
I was gonna work at the Lands factory. But he
told me, say, you know what, if you really worked
hard and you keep your grades up your senior year,
I'll call some schools and we can possibly get you in.
He did you know, I know I was fast, but
I know no. I don't get me wrong. I got
to college. I got my doors blown, they got a
whole different year in college, man and then from college
(38:10):
to ones who make it to the olymph Yeah, they
got a certain muscle I didn't have, right, but I
had enough to get into radio.
Speaker 3 (38:17):
And here this so coach Richard Prince from Myers Park
High School. Ray, you talk about yours all the time?
Speaker 6 (38:23):
No, you met my other coach. She met my softball coach.
Speaker 2 (38:26):
But the other one that I was talking about that
changed my life was Miss Gaudre and she was also
my softball coach, and she was my English teacher. She
was the pure connector's person and she told you to keep.
Speaker 3 (38:37):
If you keep down going down that road.
Speaker 2 (38:39):
Yes, so I got suspended from school and she's the
one that, like, when I came back, she was like,
you're either gonna end up dead or in jail.
Speaker 6 (38:46):
And she was the one that like literally knocked some
sense into it.
Speaker 4 (38:49):
Why do you think, because I'm sure she sees students
like that, because she was a career teacher, right, YEA.
Why do you think she gave that attention to you?
What was it in you that she saw that she said,
I need to talk to this.
Speaker 2 (38:58):
Young w I don't know, because I think that she
saw that I was just going through like a rough
spot or that I just was hanging out with the
wrong people. And she was just like she saw my potential,
I guess on the field. And then she was just like,
you can't just throw everything away, and so yeah, and
it very it sung it sunk in and.
Speaker 3 (39:19):
Instant thing.
Speaker 2 (39:20):
No, like she used to talk so much junk to me,
like in the nicest way, obviously to knock some sense
into me, like hard love or whatever that I need.
Speaker 3 (39:27):
Now though you get you get thrown out.
Speaker 13 (39:29):
Yeah, yeah, you.
Speaker 2 (39:32):
Say it because it was just like the hard love
that I needed. But yeah, so it took her a
while to get through to me, and then I was like, wow,
she actually does care about me. She's not just doing
this to be hard, you know.
Speaker 4 (39:43):
And so fine, I've got this conversation with you before
is that it's hard. This is in high school? Did
you have to forget your friends? Yeah, and find new
friends in high school.
Speaker 2 (39:55):
It's funny because like my my old friends we were
they were so good. They were cheerleaders, they were soft players,
like they were good kids. And I just started hanging
out with these different kids and so I kind of
like my old friends accepted me back, which was nice. Yeah,
but yeah, so now I go back and like sometimes
I talk to her class or volunteer, so it's nice.
Speaker 4 (40:13):
I always tell you where you got a story to
tell there? At There's a lot of raised in school
right now, me, how about you?
Speaker 3 (40:19):
I have a few.
Speaker 8 (40:20):
But I mean I always talk about Miss Curry. She
was my first gifted teacher and I had her two
periods a day for three years through middle school.
Speaker 3 (40:27):
Because they we didn't do middle school.
Speaker 8 (40:29):
Yeah okay, yeah, but and also in middle school, I
had mister Isisley who was my art teacher, and I
wasn't like I was not supposed to be in his
art class because it was like for the advanced, but
I was really good at it, so I had to
like draw my way into his class. But he was
always cool because he always like he would be the first.
He was the first one to ride me for just
doing just enough to get by, because that's all I
ever did. It's just enough to get by because I
(40:51):
was smart enough to not have to work hard. Unfortunately,
I wish I would have worked harder, but I didn't,
and that's why I ended up here.
Speaker 3 (40:57):
But it was but it was a really good deal.
Speaker 12 (40:59):
Work with.
Speaker 3 (41:00):
Yeah, I could be like President of the United States right.
Speaker 5 (41:05):
Now, but no, I can see it really, So whenever
I think about Teacher Appreciation Week, I think about all
my teachers growing up in the after care program that
I went to in Boca, and specifically one they extended
day after school. I mean, yeah, my teacher, Miss Margaret.
(41:27):
She was my pre K teacher and this is like
down the hall from where my mom's class was. She
was a pre K teacher too, and I had such
a bond with her, like I felt like she was
kind of like that first mother experience I had outside
of my actual mother and growing up. I mean she
literally saw me grow up. To this day, we're still
very much in touch, and I think there's something about
(41:49):
it where I loved making her proud too as I
grew up. And there are so many activities in this
after school program like karate l a. There's a big
brother Big Sister where you would like get match with
a high cooler, yeah, and you would do these kinds
of programs and I'd love being so involved in it.
And I just always remember going back to Miss Margaret
because she's down the hall. Yeah, and I just be
like Miss Margaret, look what I did today?
Speaker 3 (42:09):
Yeah, so you worked hard to impress her?
Speaker 4 (42:12):
Yes, okay, all right, So we want to talk about
a teacher that has impacted your life or one that
just an amazing teacher that you want to give a
shout out to. Now it's time to let us know
and let everybody know about it. Four O seven now
one nine one O six seven eight seven seven now

Speaker 3 (42:28):
The Xcel mobile is available for texting. We will read
it for you. That's for one O sixty seven.
Speaker 14 (42:32):
Uh.
Speaker 4 (42:33):
Social media, you drop it there, we'll read it and
live streamers if you want to talk about it there,
we can do it. We're recognizing all those teachers is
on a teacher appreciation day.
Speaker 3 (42:43):
We want to do it now.
Speaker 4 (42:44):
Four O seven now one nine one O six seven
eight seven seven now one nine one O six seven.
Cause down, we'll appreciate those teachers on the air on
Johnny's House of a shower, possible thunderstorm when the rain season,
y'all is gonna be happening every day. Eighty nine is
the high sixty eight right now. Teacher Appreciation Day a
gi me an opportunity to shout out your teacher is
just as many as we can. Let's talk to Emma. Hey, Emma,
(43:06):
good morning, Hi, good morning, and how old are you?
Speaker 3 (43:09):
Emma?
Speaker 6 (43:10):
Eleven eleven?
Speaker 3 (43:11):
And who would you like? Who would you like to
shout out? Ms?
Speaker 7 (43:14):
Holler? She was my teacher in kindergarten and she's one
of my favorite teachers. She has watched me grown up,
and I just love Miss Hollis with all my heart.
She's like my second grandma and this is one of
my favorite teachers.
Speaker 4 (43:29):
Well, I'm glad that now that you've grown up, you're
able to remember mss Holler. That's awesome. Yes, all right,
we throw it out there. You have a beautiful day, Emma,
thank you for calling. Okay, all right, kill bye bye.
You know she's all grown up now. All right, Natasha, good.
Speaker 11 (43:41):
Morning, good morning guys.
Speaker 3 (43:44):
All right, what teacher you want to shout out on
Teacher Appreciation Day?
Speaker 9 (43:47):
I want to shout up my teachers back from two
thousand and five to two thousand and ninth, Chief Massa,
Sargeant Taylor, and Colonel Brady from my Air Force Junior RTC.
Speaker 3 (43:56):
Program, and what kind of impact they put on you.
Speaker 9 (44:00):
I mean, everybody assumes you joined the RTC program, you're
gonna go to the military. That's the thing they told
me from the beginning was we're here to challenge you
to be a better leader. Whatever you want to, you know,
do with your life, it's up to you. But ultimately
they that in me, and I always want to do better,
try for a better day. So I mean, right now
(44:21):
I'm actually about to clock in because I'm a teacher myself.
They inspired me to be a teacher.
Speaker 4 (44:27):
Well that's beautiful and happy Teacher Appreciation Day. Thank you,
all right, seeing Tasha have a beautiful day.
Speaker 3 (44:33):
Yeah, all right.
Speaker 4 (44:34):
And teacher y'all should be racking up today. Y'all should
be getting this week all over the place. Dorothy, good morning, Hey.
Speaker 3 (44:43):
Good morning, how are you good? Good Teacher Appreciation Day.
Who you want to talk about?
Speaker 11 (44:47):
This is about my daughter Katie. Okay, it's a ESC
teacher at celebration K eight. She's been nominated the last
couple of years for teacher. The year she didn't win.
It's okay, it was an honor for her to be nominated.
What I think most people don't realize about e S
teachers is it's a battle for them. Yeah, they're battling
(45:11):
the district. They're battling other teachers sometimes who don't want
those kids in their class.
Speaker 3 (45:17):
Yeah.
Speaker 11 (45:17):
Sometimes they're battling parents, you know, trying to show them
this is what your child needs, this is what's best
for your child. She is amazing. She loves her job,
the principle and the other teachers love her, and I'm
just so.
Speaker 14 (45:32):
Proud of her.
Speaker 4 (45:33):
Let me tell you if she has that passion as
a gift that she has and we appreciate her too.
Speaker 3 (45:37):
What's her name, Katie Bell? There you go. I well,
thank you, thank you for sharing that.
Speaker 11 (45:43):
Thank you.
Speaker 3 (45:43):
All right, bye bye, all right.
Speaker 4 (45:45):
Shouting out teachers, Amanda, good morning, good morning, how are
you good?
Speaker 3 (45:49):
Who you want to shout out?
Speaker 13 (45:51):
I want to shout out all the Late Mary High teachers.
I'm a teacher there myself and on my way right now,
and I just want to say I'm so thankful to
work with such an amazing group of people, and they
just give all their heart and soul to their kids
and make such a difference. The kids notice it, I
notice it, and I'm just so thankful to work with
some of these people.
Speaker 4 (46:12):
Well, awesome, well, happy you tea appreciation day to all
the teachers at Lake Mayor High School.
Speaker 3 (46:16):
How about that? Thank you so much, thank you for
sharing it. Ray what you got?
Speaker 2 (46:20):
Over to a somebody said miss Miller was my sixth
grade teacher. That yeah, and then she was my son's
teacher and now my grandson.
Speaker 3 (46:29):
That's pretty awesome.
Speaker 1 (46:30):
It's that crazy.
Speaker 2 (46:30):
And she's retiring this year. She's gone through three generations.
Speaker 3 (46:34):
Crazy, I know. Wow.
Speaker 6 (46:36):
Somebody said, I would like to shout at my dad.
His name is Charlie.
Speaker 2 (46:39):
He passed away eleven years ago, but he taught at
Pine Ridge in Daltona.
Speaker 3 (46:43):
I'm Brian. What you got.
Speaker 8 (46:44):
There's a bunch of them on the XLMO. We'll power
by Attorney DANIELN. Interrect need to check. It's a no brainer.
Call Attorney danieln. Mister Storre's fourth grade teacher. He was
the best play at the ukulele. Taught about diversity and
how to be compassionate. Because of him, I'm a teacher
for my twenty fifth year. Now, okay, okay, there's anything
the last trying to find?
Speaker 6 (47:03):
We got a few, yes, some dump in some low.
Speaker 4 (47:06):
Okaya, absolutely, all right, okay, all right, well teachers, is
your day? We want to say we appreciate you on
Teachers Appreciation Day.
Speaker 3 (47:16):
Let's move on now.
Speaker 1 (47:18):
The Johnny's House Entertainment News with.
Speaker 6 (47:20):
Three all right.
Speaker 2 (47:21):
Celebrity News is sponsored by fair Winds Credit Union. So
the first day of jury selection and the Diddy sex
trafficking trial is in the books, and there's some f yeah,
some standouts, including one prospective juror who said Joe Rogan
turned them on to ditty parties, and so that person's
(47:43):
probably gonna be out. But the juror told the judge
that they heard about ditty parties involving sex and drugs
on an episode of Joe's podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience,
so that was one of the highlights. Juror number twenty
was caught shoplifting lifting from a theme part so that
one's probably out. He told the judge that he had
to get a lawyer after busted trying to get a
(48:05):
five finger discount on a wand.
Speaker 6 (48:09):
At a theme park.
Speaker 3 (48:09):
That person didn't want to stay on next trial. They
did not want to say yes, I said that.
Speaker 6 (48:14):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (48:14):
So also one juror that said that they caught the
defense's attention was dury number twenty nine, a woman who
says that She works for HBO, the network behind the documentary.
Speaker 6 (48:25):
The Fall of Diddy. It's very happened to find a
dur or.
Speaker 2 (48:32):
Multiple jurors who don't have a clue on what's going
on or like, you know what I'm saying that, like,
because you have to be you can't be one sided
or leaning a direction or be affiliated with something.
Speaker 8 (48:42):
That has to everyone's heard something about it, Like it's
impossible to say you haven't.
Speaker 4 (48:47):
But if you, if you're sitting up there talking about
you at lawan at the theme park, you don't want
to see.
Speaker 3 (48:50):
It on that trial. I don't want to be on
this trial.
Speaker 2 (48:53):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (48:53):
I would beg to be on this trial.
Speaker 6 (48:55):
I would beg you Oh my goodness.
Speaker 2 (48:57):
There was another one that excluded was exclude because of
her work at Simon and Schuster, the publisher behind the
Do You Believe Me Now? The memoir that includes ties
to Didty and his romance to Kim Porter.
Speaker 3 (49:10):
Okay, well she probably should not be on there.
Speaker 2 (49:13):
Yeah, yeah, so, I mean obviously some of them had
scheduling complex The judge also told the women that she
would have to miss the Spirit Weavers gathering selected as
a juror because she is a Weaver.
Speaker 6 (49:29):
So I don't know.
Speaker 4 (49:31):
Well, I mean, you pull a hand this is out
of New York, right, Yes, you pull a handful of
people out of New York.
Speaker 3 (49:35):
That's what you gonna get.
Speaker 14 (49:36):
Ye.
Speaker 2 (49:36):
Somebody also experienced sexual assault when they're in college, so
they can't be on it.
Speaker 6 (49:41):
But yeah, so there's a lot of people that they're
just blowing through.
Speaker 3 (49:45):
They seen anybody.
Speaker 2 (49:46):
I did see a couple of them, so, but I
don't know any These are only like the issues that
they've encountered.
Speaker 3 (49:51):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (49:52):
So what they're saying is that obviously Ditty is no O. J.
Speaker 2 (49:56):
Simpson though, because what they're saying is that these jurors
won't be questioned, so they won't have to. Yeah, so
as of right now, they won't have to. Basically that's weird, yes.
Speaker 3 (50:07):
Isn't it. That means they're going to go home.
Speaker 4 (50:08):
I mean as much as okay, everybody is closer to
your family, okay, and your family knows that during the
day you're going to sit in on this trial. Yeah,
so when you get home and your your your mate says, oh,
how was it you're supposed to you can't talk about it?
Speaker 3 (50:21):
You know you're going to Yeah, Yeah, you're going to.
Speaker 2 (50:24):
So they're saying that there's no plans to sequester the jury,
which means you'll be able to go home after every
day in court. And it's pretty interesting because, like you said,
the jury is not being you know, withheld to these standards,
and like the oj trial, the jury ended up having
to be sequestered.
Speaker 6 (50:41):
So I don't know. Obviously it's like a big thing
that they're doing.
Speaker 2 (50:45):
But they're saying opening arguments and opening statements will start Monday.
They're going to take a week going through all.
Speaker 3 (50:51):
All these pet if you don't have a jury, and.
Speaker 2 (50:54):
We're spending all day every day this week, they said Monday,
opening statements happen.
Speaker 4 (50:58):
They said that p didy Will addressed to judge and
said he can't he go to the bathroom and he
was a bit nervous.
Speaker 6 (51:04):
Yeah, he told the judge, I he was nervous. He
was really nervous.
Speaker 3 (51:08):
Yeah, I'm nervous walk fighting for my right time body.
Speaker 2 (51:14):
Also, we talked about the Mecala all last hours, So
if you want to go back and listen to the podcast,
you can. But there is something that happens every year
at the met Gala for the past couple of years.
Speaker 6 (51:24):
AI Katy Perry.
Speaker 3 (51:26):
Oh damn yes.
Speaker 2 (51:27):
Last year there was a big Ai Katy Perry and
it looked like she was on the red carpet for
the Mecala, but she wasn't. And again this year another
one came up and Katy Perry posted it and she
was like, listen, y'all, I was not there.
Speaker 6 (51:39):
I was hanging out with my mother.
Speaker 3 (51:41):
But it looks so real that people thought she was there.
Speaker 6 (51:43):
It looks so real. It's got like the theme down
and all of that.
Speaker 4 (51:46):
I bet she was sitting home with the mom. Anytime
Mom's gonna pop up, Yeah, the a I was gonna.
Speaker 3 (51:50):
Say, there it is.
Speaker 6 (51:51):
So if you see Katy Perry at the Mecala, that.
Speaker 11 (51:54):
Was not her.
Speaker 3 (51:55):
All right, weird but true.
Speaker 4 (51:56):
With Brian Grimes next on Johnny's House and positive Thundstorm. Otherwise, Sonny,
it's seventy two. As we speared, Brian Grounds, give me some.
Speaker 8 (52:03):
This is some like real world Jurassic Park type stuff. VML,
the Organoid Company and Lab Grown Leather Limited have teamed
up to make the world's first t rex leather handbag.
So they are using lab grown material. They start with collagen.
It's a protein from an eighty million year old t
Rex file. Then they create synthetic DNA from the collagen,
(52:27):
and then lab grown leather uses it to grow leather
like tissue in a lab without animals are harmful chemicals,
and then they turn it into a t Rex handbag.
Now it doesn't turn into a real t Rex skin,
but it builds materials that look exactly like t Rex
skin because it came from original t Rex.
Speaker 6 (52:44):
What's the price tag on it?
Speaker 8 (52:46):
There is no price tag yet. T Rex leather is
cruelty free, they say, eco friendly, mimics the strength and
feel of real leather. They're gonna launch it later this year,
so obviously they said it's going to be high end.
It's going to have a high price tag. But because
it's a dinosaur and t Rex. Yeah, and next year
at the met Gallas wearing a t Rex handbag. Yes,
(53:09):
oh you got that t Rex. I'm going to get
the Veloci Raptor one.
Speaker 1 (53:13):
What is going on?
Speaker 3 (53:14):
Yes, that's great. I was reading that. I'm like, what
what's wrong with people?
Speaker 1 (53:17):
Man?
Speaker 3 (53:18):
Everything? What's wrong with people?
Speaker 1 (53:20):
Now?
Speaker 8 (53:20):
This video has been going around for a couple of days. Now,
there's a Chinese factory where they're building humanoid robots, and
one of them went wild.
Speaker 3 (53:26):
Did you see it?
Speaker 8 (53:27):
Yes, it went and it started attacking workers. So it
was held by a small crane while they worked on it,
and it just started going crazy like it looked like
you have a puppet and then you just started moving
your hands like wild, and the robots started going nuts,
and it started attacking at one point and even tried
to walk forward and break free from this. So one
(53:49):
worker pulled the crane to stop it all. Obviously, they
said it was a coding error. Yes, it's all a
coding error. Yeah, yes, so everyone obviously is joking about
the robot revolution. But this is from this security camera
inside of the facility. But what would the coding tell
the robot to break free and do what it's perfect?
That's then you must all go.
Speaker 3 (54:08):
I mean, if it's.
Speaker 8 (54:09):
Running on Windows, you don't know. This morning, this computer
randomly muted itself.
Speaker 3 (54:13):
Who knows.
Speaker 6 (54:13):
Yeah that's true, but it.
Speaker 3 (54:14):
Knew enough to break free, but well yeah, because it tried.
Speaker 8 (54:17):
It's like, wow, it seriously looked like you grab one
of those old school hand puppets and you just went
crazy with your hands, shook it all around a little bit.
Speaker 3 (54:26):
It was going wild. I've been people in control like
look at each other like I don't know what to do.
Speaker 8 (54:30):
Yeah, and you've heard Elon Musk's big thing is that
we're not going to have enough people if we don't
start making some babs. Well, the new numbers are in
and they say, actually, it's it's not that good. They said,
to avoid long term extinction, each woman would need to
bear two point seven children. Really, Yeah, and right now
two thirds of the planet has a reproduction rate under two.
(54:51):
So obviously, if you crunch the numbers long term, when
can we doing too good?
Speaker 3 (54:55):
Here in the US? Were one point six already?
Speaker 6 (54:57):
Did my job?
Speaker 3 (54:58):
Yeah, I had twins, I need point seven more?
Speaker 6 (55:02):
Does that even mean?
Speaker 5 (55:03):
I'll speak on the on the Mommy list over here,
It's like, give me a second, Brian, right, he ain't
trying to.
Speaker 1 (55:08):
Have kids right now?
Speaker 3 (55:09):
The point seven Ray where you're at, you're slacking.
Speaker 6 (55:11):
I don't even know what that means.
Speaker 8 (55:12):
I mean, I mean, obviously it's his long term extinction,
so it's not like it's gonna happenrow.
Speaker 3 (55:17):
But if you'll get your stuff together, I look at it.
That's y'all's supposed.
Speaker 6 (55:24):
To slow it down like the boom, the baby boom.
Speaker 4 (55:26):
I don't think Alex gonna have to deal with I
think Alex is Alex, and I think for extinction because
of population.
Speaker 3 (55:33):
We're talking thousands and.
Speaker 8 (55:35):
Oh yeah, I mean we're yeah, we're talking, you know,
generations after generations after generations. Elon Musk is talking about
getting the Mars because the sun eventually is going to explode,
so he's thinking way ahead of everything.
Speaker 3 (55:45):
Now, I did read this.
Speaker 4 (55:46):
Now the streaks ain't talking about this. This is something
I read on my own, okay, that uh Mars at
one point had life, but something happened with the Aliens
and they dropped like an atomic bomb and wipe everything out.
Speaker 6 (55:57):
Where'd you read that?
Speaker 3 (55:59):
Looking at? But I did? Some of them I didn't.
Speaker 4 (56:02):
I didn't get my I didn't write down my notes
when I read that. I remember next time. But that's
not something I sit around to make up though. Ray Okay,
I think a story from the Onion looking up.
Speaker 3 (56:12):
Gartee said it.
Speaker 4 (56:13):
It's a theory that the Martians or somebody Aliens got
upset about something and they dropped the bomb and wiped
everything out.
Speaker 6 (56:19):
Cribs ELB belongs toll. I feel like we do that
already for ourselves.
Speaker 4 (56:22):
Okay, watch you when you look it up. My own apology. Okay,
apology is what I want. Hey, listen, making the stallion
is opening up with a pop o' chicken. Yeah, so
if you could open up your own franchise, this would
be yours. What would it be when I'm talking about
it next? You want to get ahead of it? Four
O seven nine nine one O six seven eight seven
seven nine one nine one O six seven opening your
own franchise?
Speaker 3 (56:42):
What would it be?
Speaker 1 (56:42):
On Johnnyson now the Johnny's House Entertainment News. That's rae
all right.
Speaker 2 (56:47):
So this is pretty wild. There is a guy that
was in his seventies. He crashed his car through the
gates of Jennifer Aniston's home yesterday.
Speaker 3 (56:57):
Jeez.
Speaker 2 (57:00):
So they thought that it was an accident at first,
but police seemed to think it wasn't an accident, although
it's not clear yet, but the police are already coming
out saying, na, this was no accident.
Speaker 6 (57:11):
It happened last night.
Speaker 2 (57:12):
There's no word if the man was even targeting Jennifer Aniston,
but the fact is just very scary. So they booked
him on felony charge of vandalism last night obviously, if
you know, they interview him and they talked to him
and they realized that like, oh, he's got like something
for Jenifer Aniston, then they'll probably tack on more charges.
But she was home at the time, which has got
(57:35):
to be so scary. But the suspect, I know, right,
the suspect had a minor criminal history before that, but
nothing involving Jennifer Aniston.
Speaker 3 (57:45):
So that's crazy, I know.
Speaker 2 (57:46):
But he's in his seventies. We'll see if there was
some sort of intent behind it, but as of right now,
there wasn't.
Speaker 6 (57:52):
She was home. Imagine hearing that and be like, yeah, so.
Speaker 2 (57:56):
Her security, Yeah, her security was there, and they held
the man at gunpoint because they were like, okay, if
he's trying to get in, Like obviously they were making
sure that he wasn't trying to approach Jennifer Anderson because.
Speaker 4 (58:07):
They knew that she was home, So I want security
like Donald Trump's daughter hangs video.
Speaker 3 (58:13):
Yeah, he was playing yeah.
Speaker 6 (58:16):
Neither with her.
Speaker 2 (58:16):
I mean, this is actually the first time I've actually
heard celebrity security actually doing something.
Speaker 4 (58:21):
Oh yeah, you know, because all the time we're like
what the heck what? It snatched him, the car pushed
him outside the gainst me, what are you doing?
Speaker 3 (58:27):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (58:27):
Yeah, so they held him at gunpoint until police came. Obviously,
the mtgala last night, we've been talking about it.
Speaker 6 (58:34):
All morning long.
Speaker 2 (58:35):
But Anna Winner, she's the one that puts it on
and she's the one that was talking about some things
for the night. Obviously it's like a very extravagant night.
But she said she reportedly bans some things at the dinner.
She bans chives, onions and garlic. Yeah, all could be detrimental,
the ones bread, yeah, but she said those are the
(58:56):
three things I'm not fond of.
Speaker 6 (58:59):
So she kind of just eliminates them from the dinner.
Speaker 4 (59:01):
It's just crazy that this woman has that kind of
I won't say power, but she has that kind of
She made an event so important to be there. Yeah,
she tells you we won't have these things. You cannot
bring your camera and I have to personally invite you.
I don't invite you. You can't get in and give
me seventy five thousand dollars that celebrities love the no
camera thing, though, like you what you're inside. It's just
(59:24):
kind of your crew and you get to just do whatever.
Speaker 2 (59:26):
Yeah, so obviously there is that no fun policy, but
they're saying it's to benefit for the dinner and the
event obviously as a whole, to keep guests engaged.
Speaker 6 (59:35):
But it includes like the no.
Speaker 2 (59:37):
Selfie rule that she has and she said it's consistently
getting broken though in the bathroom.
Speaker 3 (59:42):
Yeah, I always see that, always bathroom. But how many
people lie? How many? How many celebrities lied and said
they had something to do because they have an invite.
Speaker 8 (59:51):
Because you can be you're not get an invite, but
she might Actually they may not because she may come
out and say I didn't invite you out because she
has to keep it exclusive. So like if I came
out and said I got invited.
Speaker 3 (01:00:05):
What's worse?
Speaker 8 (01:00:06):
You said I couldn't go, and whenever you're like no,
a little radio boy, you did not that you had
to do me like you could have just let that.
Speaker 3 (01:00:15):
That's how I got the pool.
Speaker 8 (01:00:16):
I got very sad because you know, seedless celebrities that'd
be like, yeah, yeah, I was invited going.
Speaker 2 (01:00:23):
So obviously this year the benefit for the Metropolitan Metropolitan
Museum of Art, the co chair was asap Rocky Coleman, Domingo,
Lewis Hamilton for all, Williams, Lebron James obviously.
Speaker 3 (01:00:36):
Would love to do something like that in Orlando. People
would lose their mind. How did they?
Speaker 4 (01:00:39):
Because you know, the one the ones that want to
be seen in town got to be in places and
for them not to be on that list, how come
I'm not on that list?
Speaker 1 (01:00:46):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (01:00:47):
How much do you have to pay? You can't pay, No,
you can't pay it. We'll invite you. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:00:50):
And then also last night, Doja Kat said that she
is dropping a new album, so that's something that she
promoted while she was talking to some people doing interviews.
She said, I've already teased like four songs and she
can't wait. So with the campaign, they're doing it all
together and the singles and the visuals are being all
put together right now.
Speaker 6 (01:01:07):
But this is going to be the next album, she said,
it's coming soon.
Speaker 3 (01:01:10):
Okay, here's what I understand. When do you get to
do the interviews?
Speaker 4 (01:01:13):
Because all I saw, if you stop at the bottom
of the steps, they make sure that you're you know,
whatever you're wearing is set up, They take the photos
and then they walk you up the stairs.
Speaker 3 (01:01:23):
When our interview.
Speaker 2 (01:01:23):
You know, maybe outside the hotel. You know how they
had that hotel where people are walking in. Yeah, so
maybe some people stopped and talked to them there, or
maybe maybe there's.
Speaker 3 (01:01:33):
Pre parties or something like that, or after parties. I
don't know.
Speaker 4 (01:01:35):
I was telling Brian, it's crazy that you put on
this elaborate outfit that you'll probably never wear again. And
they probably had probably two or three people putting you
in and then they said walk on the stairs, right,
I can't do that without that. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:01:50):
Who was it that was wearing all metal last night
and they had to like basically carry her up the stairs.
Speaker 6 (01:01:54):
I forgot.
Speaker 3 (01:01:56):
Your whole goal has to be every step don't fall,
don't don't fall. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:01:59):
I Ki Kardashian, of course, had an extremely tight skirt on.
Speaker 6 (01:02:02):
Yeah she did. I liked the theme last night. I
thought it looks good.
Speaker 3 (01:02:07):
It was it was crazy.
Speaker 4 (01:02:07):
Some of those like, come on, y'all really seriously, and
that was something I ain't gonna say no name, but
there was something y'all like how you get invited?
Speaker 3 (01:02:16):
Another trending next on.
Speaker 6 (01:02:18):
Cover it is this There's a thirty three year old
dad by the name of Chapman. Hamburg.
Speaker 5 (01:02:23):
He got the police called on him by nighbor for
walking his newborn daughter and being mistaken.
Speaker 6 (01:02:28):
For a homeless man. So he's this tall guy, he's
got a scruffy beard.
Speaker 5 (01:02:34):
He's got like long, semi curly, but like also frizzy hair,
kind of like he's Caucasian, so he's got the blend
of that that texture of hair, and it just so
happened that he looked a little extra scruffy that day.
I'm not gonna lie because I saw the video. His
hair was up in a high, messy bun and like
some loose clothes. But there's like paint stains on it.
And he's a painter, by the way, so you know
clearly that's totally okay there. But the neighbor was following
(01:02:56):
him before she called the cops, thinking that this was
a kidnapping going on. But everything ended super peacefully when
the cops checked his I D. But if you want
to see the incident, like it's on his Instagram at
the Hamburgs.
Speaker 4 (01:03:07):
I love looking at those the videos. They used to
call them cairns. They don't call them anymore. It's kind
of whole turn. But that they are very protective in
the neighborhood. It's like, I need your ID.
Speaker 3 (01:03:17):
Yeah right.
Speaker 6 (01:03:18):
The guy wasn't upset.
Speaker 5 (01:03:19):
He was like, actually, like she's kind of just looking
out for the community, So I can't be mad at that.
Speaker 3 (01:03:23):
Yeah, I get that.
Speaker 6 (01:03:23):
He's like, you know what I do look like a
little bit of So this is really cool.
Speaker 5 (01:03:27):
Seven eleven, they've teamed up with Green Day and their
coffee brand it's called punk Bunny to release a new
cotton candy and grape.
Speaker 3 (01:03:34):
Slurpy flavor Cotton Candy Grape.
Speaker 9 (01:03:37):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (01:03:38):
Yeah, it's supposed to like have that iconic punk rock taste.
I guess that's what it's going to be.
Speaker 8 (01:03:45):
That look, if you're teaming up for a slurpey, it's
really hard to call yourself punk rock. I know Green
Day's trying like crazy to hold on, but like I
like their music and they're cool, but they're not punk rock.
Speaker 4 (01:03:58):
Grape cotton Candy sounds good. No, I don't know at
the punk rock taste, right, couldn't help you with that.
Some pop rocks in.
Speaker 6 (01:04:06):
Pop.
Speaker 5 (01:04:06):
Yeah, it's called the kurpland Candy Grape if you want
to give it a try, and it's inspired by their
nineteen ninety two album Kerblunk. But not only that, fans
can also try their new three Punk Bunny coffee drinks too.
It's all at the participating seven eleven. They last, I
do I love a slurper?
Speaker 13 (01:04:23):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (01:04:23):
Know my favorite? But now oh those are good?
Speaker 11 (01:04:26):
Is it?
Speaker 3 (01:04:27):
Yeah?
Speaker 6 (01:04:27):
Whenever they have it?
Speaker 8 (01:04:28):
Oh yeah, I'll mess around with the Mountain dew Ones.
But if they held me, jack up, dude, you and
Johnny you brought this to my attention this morning. The
people of central Florida should know this.
Speaker 14 (01:04:40):
Y'all.
Speaker 5 (01:04:40):
We got us a kangaroo hopping around Saint Cloud, so
please be careful. He was spotted on Hickory Tree Road
in Saint Cloud before it took off to farmland. The
Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission says that they are aware
of it sighting, but doesn't know where the kangaroo came from,
first of all, or if it's been caught.
Speaker 6 (01:04:55):
So you can tell, you know, he's on the hull.
Speaker 4 (01:04:57):
You can tell a tight knit community Saint Cloud that
be they know whose kangaroo. Everybody in Saint Cloud knows
whose kangaroo that is, but ain't nobody talking.
Speaker 3 (01:05:08):
Everybody knows. They probably said, hey, man, you might get
the kangaroo.
Speaker 6 (01:05:13):
How do you catch a kangaroo?
Speaker 3 (01:05:14):
I guess you the owner? You know, I would hope
sob it'll swell up on you. You better watch out
because kangaroo's don't joke, hoppy happy, Hey what they talk about?
They don't know who it is.
Speaker 4 (01:05:27):
Come on, now, there's a kangaroo in Saint Cloud and
nobody seems to know where it is.
Speaker 6 (01:05:32):
Do you think it's like somebody's past.
Speaker 8 (01:05:33):
Yes, but I think everybody knows because if it was
like a zoo or something, they would have already come
out and said, all right, our kangaroo's missing.
Speaker 4 (01:05:40):
Yes, okay, Ray, just thinking your neighborhood when you moved
in and you're like, oh, that's so and so and
so and so.
Speaker 3 (01:05:44):
Hey they got a kangaroo.
Speaker 6 (01:05:46):
You know what's funny about that. When I was reading
the article, they were saying like in there you need
to have a permit to have.
Speaker 4 (01:05:54):
Listen, this is that thing. There's a lot of questions
to answer. If you get caught with a kangaroo.
Speaker 3 (01:05:59):
There's all that's yo.
Speaker 6 (01:06:02):
Just let them be probably.
Speaker 4 (01:06:04):
A zoo. Have a good life, because if you get
caught with a kangaroo, you got a lot of questions
to answer, and you got probably got some fines to play,
so hoppy, the ain't gonna find you, and you don't
go to a new home, probably send you floid to ZOM.
I mean, yeah, it's right. It's a nice spot. It's
right down the street. All right, we come back, we'll
talk about the coolest event you what was the coolest? Yeah,
I mean that one is pretty exclusive.
Speaker 8 (01:06:24):
All right, fives You gotta get invited just to spend
seventy five grand just to get in. You want a
table though, at three fitty, you know you get a
table three with the table you you still gotta they
have the green light.
Speaker 3 (01:06:37):
Who you invite?
Speaker 4 (01:06:38):
Yeah, I don't think you get to just bring your crew. Yeah,
so I just can't get paid three hundred thousand and
invite Rudy in them.
Speaker 8 (01:06:43):
No, they gotta be Also, I think on the approved list,
it ain't you plus six. That ain't how it works.
So what event have you been to or invited to
that's like the coolest. It doesn't have that said to
be as fancy as that obviously just the coolest that
you've ever done.
Speaker 4 (01:06:57):
Well, I'm gonna have to say run with Hope. Yeah,
I mean that's that's uh. I'll be hosting it this year,
and it's an event where I see a lot of
people get dressed up. It's the event where Brian wears
a new suit every year. Yes, they're why I ever
used to I used to wear a tired, old like
regurgitated suits. Brian goes and gets styled. But it's a
cool event, man, and it's an opportunity for I think
it's one of those things where people like to get
dressed up. It's for an amazing cause. But unlike that one,
(01:07:20):
you can buy tickets. Yeah, and there's some.
Speaker 8 (01:07:22):
Good but it's expensive, so it's kind of exclusive to
that point. But yeah, everybody's invited. Yeah yeaheah, yeah, Ray
what about you?
Speaker 2 (01:07:29):
Yeah, that has to be one of my favorite events
that we've done is Runway to Hope.
Speaker 6 (01:07:34):
But I would say Head Dressed Ball was.
Speaker 3 (01:07:35):
A ball back in the day. Oh that was that
was crazy.
Speaker 2 (01:07:39):
Yeah, and it benefited the LGBTQ, which was like it
was huge. It was such a different type of event.
Speaker 4 (01:07:45):
Who I mean, whoever is in charge, whoever has the
rights to it, I think it's time to bring it back. Yeah,
because that was a very very cool, fun event and
take it back to the original with the head. Yeah,
the OG day. I remember when they had to wheel
that thing in. Yeah yeah, but I mean it was
sold out every year. Every year it was sold out,
you know. So if you have the rights of that, man,
we'll help you if you need to bring that thing
(01:08:07):
back and be yours is still well, went hope.
Speaker 3 (01:08:10):
Is awesome for sure. I think an exclusive one that like,
you know, you had to get invited to.
Speaker 8 (01:08:14):
And I still think it's cool because people are like
shocked when I tell him that I went to Chris
Kirkpatrick's wedding.
Speaker 3 (01:08:18):
Yeah, that was pretty cool.
Speaker 8 (01:08:20):
But the the party we went to at the iHeart
Radio Music Festival that was under the stage that the
record label through, that was probably the cool.
Speaker 4 (01:08:30):
Yeah that was that was really cool because you see
famous people in there and everybody's everybody's cool, and they're
assuming if you're here, you gotta be somebody, right, Yeah,
you know, they got to act right. So I was
going up to people, Hey, im Johnny manche Hey, how
you know it?
Speaker 11 (01:08:44):
You know me?
Speaker 3 (01:08:45):
What's stuck in a land?
Speaker 11 (01:08:46):
Do you know me?
Speaker 3 (01:08:48):
Nice to meet you? Nice?
Speaker 5 (01:08:49):
I mean almost every event that we do here is
just really cool. But obviously the one with your Florida
Broadcasters Hall of Fame, Yeah, that was that.
Speaker 6 (01:08:57):
I'm not gonna lie. I walked in there feeling like
Royal tal was like day, bro, this is awesome.
Speaker 5 (01:09:02):
Everybody shaking your hand, recognizing you, and then just like
others ay of Ward two getting recognized.
Speaker 6 (01:09:08):
It's like there's just so much power in this room.
Speaker 3 (01:09:10):
Let me tell you, it's a lot different when you
got that.
Speaker 6 (01:09:14):
Yeah, I would have never ever had a drink at
that hotel.
Speaker 3 (01:09:18):
It was so it was a breaker, you can say
exactly what it was.
Speaker 8 (01:09:21):
I never find myself in the break. No one drink
was like thirty bucks, Like, hey man, shut it down.
My drink drink was forty five.
Speaker 6 (01:09:30):
Maybe let me get the same one.
Speaker 3 (01:09:35):
Let me get that Michael Jordan, come on. No, that
was that was really a good time. And and you
guys all came in support, and at the end we
were actually stupid. They knew we didn't belong in the hotel.
Speaker 4 (01:09:47):
Doing videos and stuff that Like once the security I
came over, I told him, I saying I just I
just wan the Hall of Fame.
Speaker 3 (01:09:55):
And he was like, you know what, man, enjoy yourself.
I just wanted to make sure that y'all will.
Speaker 6 (01:09:59):
By the way, you with the with the white girl
there with the dirty feet.
Speaker 3 (01:10:02):
Than no, she's with that brother right there. Tell your
friend to put her shoes on. She's she's with him. Yeah,
well that's the default because my wife ain't there, girl
ain't there.
Speaker 5 (01:10:13):
So all of a sudden, no, this is what happens
when you guys don't have your significant others.
Speaker 6 (01:10:17):
You a babysitter.
Speaker 3 (01:10:18):
Yeah, and let's get up and do a show. Good
idea eraced all memory of that.
Speaker 6 (01:10:23):
I told you it was that idea. I said, this
is this is not gonna end well for me, at least.
Speaker 3 (01:10:28):
The boss was calling, going, hey, sounds weird. What you're
gonna do? Now? What you wan mean to do?
Speaker 2 (01:10:32):
It's because we're all hammered Weird'll focus, we gotta do this.
Speaker 4 (01:10:39):
We gotta do this, and we'll see what happens when
we do it again in a couple of weeks. Hey Lundenberg, congratulations.
All right, listen, I want to find out what is
the best or the coolest event that you've ever attended.
Got a four pack of tickets to Manstra Jam at
the Kia Center on August second, four oh seven nine
one nine one O six seven eight seven seven nine
one nine one O six seven XL mobile four one
(01:11:00):
oh sixty seven live stream, social media.
Speaker 3 (01:11:02):
We want to hear from you.
Speaker 4 (01:11:03):
The coolest event, the biggest event you've ever attended. Four
tickets to manstraa jam at the Kia Center August second,
But you got to call us so we can talk
about it right here on Johnny.
Speaker 8 (01:11:11):
It is Johnny's house on a Tuesday morning. It is
going to be kind of weird today, Sonny. Then partly cloudy.
There's a chance of thunderstorms, high around eighty nine and
a fifty percent chance of rain. Right now it is
seventy six. The met Galla just went down talking about
the coolest events that you have ever been to. We
get to do some pretty cool stuff around here. I'm
not quite seventy five thousand dollars ticket met Gala type stuff,
(01:11:33):
but we're working on it.
Speaker 2 (01:11:34):
If we could do that, yeah, right, that would be nice.
We need cool to hope we did get invited to then,
and then we would never be invited back.
Speaker 8 (01:11:40):
No, for sure. Ryan Seacrest doesn't even go and he's
like our ojmyeah guy or Elvis. He's in New York
and he doesn't go. So yeah, we're never getting invited. Tim,
Good morning, Good morning. How's it going good?
Speaker 3 (01:11:55):
All right?
Speaker 14 (01:11:55):
Get it, Johnny.
Speaker 3 (01:11:56):
I'm a follow.
Speaker 14 (01:11:57):
I'm a fellow tar Heel transplant down here.
Speaker 3 (01:11:59):
All right.
Speaker 8 (01:12:00):
Well, Johnny had to step out real quick to take
a call, but I will let him know that you're
a fellow Targia. I love Charlotte. I go to visit
Charlotte sometimes. I love downtown Charlotte. It's pretty cool. Got
a four pack of tickets to Monster Jami at the
Keya Center August. Second, you're gonna hook somebody up. What's
the coolest event you've ever been to?
Speaker 10 (01:12:17):
So?
Speaker 14 (01:12:17):
I travel a lot for work, and I accumulate a
lot of Hilton points, and you can also use those points.
You can redeem it from experiences. And back in twenty fifteen,
I redeemed him for to go to a show in Vegas.
It was a Frank Snoptor tribute concert. And we had
to get there and had to run a tuck dress
up to go there and everything. But Jeremy Runner was
(01:12:39):
the MC and the people that we got to see
performed Frank Sinatra songs for people like Lady Gaga, Tony Bennett,
Semine Dion, Nick Jonas, Alicia Keys, John Legend for sure, Wow, Wow,
chrisy Vereerwood, Adam Levine, Zach Brown, Harry Connick Junior, Harry Underwood.
There the biggest surprise was Seth McFarland saying from family guys, Yeah,
(01:13:04):
and everybody was shucking that guy can say I know that.
Speaker 3 (01:13:08):
Yeah, he's super talented.
Speaker 8 (01:13:10):
That is awesome. Hang on, man, that is a really
cool event. Yeah real, I'll cashing my points for that.
That'd be pretty cool. Audrey, good morning, Good morning. What's
the coolest event you've been to? We're the most exclusive
or just awesome spot you've been to.
Speaker 10 (01:13:24):
Well, I'm a mom, so I don't get to go
to all the crazy events.
Speaker 3 (01:13:28):
Like the last guy.
Speaker 4 (01:13:29):
Right.
Speaker 10 (01:13:30):
Yeah, last month we went to I was invited and
we got free tickets to go to this event called
Fun in the Sun and it's an air show and
I know nothing about planes or anything like that, so
I'm like cool, so we go listen. I'm a forever fan,
like I've never seen I didn't even know what blue
Angels were. I don't know if you know what that is. Yeah,
(01:13:51):
but it's those plans that they just fly really close
to each other and they don't eat each other. They
do all kinds of events. I mean, it's just mind blowing.
And then at night, when after the whole event was over,
they put together like this fireworks show with drones and
planes and everything else in between. It's like Disney on
steroids fireworks with the planes going through the fireworks doing
(01:14:17):
their stuff, with colors coming out of the back of
the place. It was just amazing.
Speaker 11 (01:14:21):
Yeah, I've never seen the show like.
Speaker 10 (01:14:22):
That before, and now I know it comes every year
and I'm a forever fan. It was just awesome.
Speaker 3 (01:14:27):
That is awesome. The Blue Angels, I believe I was
a kid.
Speaker 8 (01:14:30):
I used to play soccer and they would ever now
and then kind of fly over the soccer fields. We
practiced that, so it was always really really cool. That's awesome.
Hang on a second, all right, let's see one more. Valerie,
good morning, Good morning. What's the coolest event that you've
ever been to? Talking about the met Gala last night.
Speaker 13 (01:14:48):
Back in twenty fifteen, I actually.
Speaker 12 (01:14:50):
Got to go to the Indective Games at over in
the Disney area, and that for those that may not
know that Prince Harry's.
Speaker 11 (01:14:57):
Charity and it's basically like the Olympics for wounded.
Speaker 12 (01:15:00):
Veterans and getting to be in the same vicinity as
some of the coolest, strongest, bravest people in the world.
It was just awesome.
Speaker 11 (01:15:10):
But then the one of the nights I.
Speaker 12 (01:15:13):
Went, they had a celebrity rugby tournament and as a
former cast member, we got to sit in like the
cast member area and they after the match, they sat
all the celebrities right in front of us, and one
of them asked somebody to take a picture of all
of them, and there's no way I couldn't be in
the picture, So I photo bombed Sean Johnson's Instagram picture.
Speaker 3 (01:15:39):
That's pretty cool.
Speaker 12 (01:15:39):
And then yeah, and then that same night they were
awarding medals and so Secret Service was actually there and
Biden was a vice president at the time, and he
showed up with Prince Perry and they awarded all the
