And I like, oh, that's really funny.

So like they're like stranded on an island where that
FedEx thing landed and there's one hundred buzz dolls that
are just like lost, And I was like, that's kind

It's too long to achieve and explain? Did that yesterday?
And then it was just a normal day, hanging out
with the kid, let him do some more driving. He's
getting better. He's getting better, because it was at a
point where I'm like, I don't I for his own safety,

But he's gotten a lot better. He's getting to the
point where I'm like, all right, well you pretty much
got this thing. Did that, made some dinner, and watch
some Orlando Magic basketball. They were winning when I went
to sleep and then I woke up and that was

It was good. I went to the gym for a
little bit yesterday and then what did I do?

Oh yeah, So the kids had a Hispanic Heritage Month performance.

Yes, danced well, they had to, well, my daughter had

a bottle of winded House and it didn't hit right,
so I poured it out.

I feel like wine is always hitting right for me,
so it scares me. I'm like, okay, we just got
a bottle and we split it and all good.

them things where you got like fifteen bottles of wine
for like ninety eight bucks straight guard. No, no, it's
straight garbage. But yeah, you can see it. It's I
think I's like a groupon you get fifteen bottles of
wine that ninety nine bucks, but it's straight garbage. Someone

was like, I'd rather just go ahead and kick in
that ninety nine bucks and get three about three bottles
of good wine wine and the hit and miss, you know.
So now that the wine is just decoratives in my house,
I'm like, let me open this.

So I lived in a big.

Hunted house growing up, going to high school, and I
was working and I bought my mom one of those
uh snow recorders they used to have back in the day.

Yeah, yeah, phone answer machines.

Yes, the answer machine. Yes, I bought my mom one Thursday.

And my mom had a cuckoo clock that belonged to
my grandmother that did not work at all. So we recorded,
we rewound, repressed play and then you hear and there

was a woman crying.

And you hear her then me.

And then you hear a man call her the B word,
and you hear my cuckoo, clock, cuckoo, cuckoo, and then
you hear her stream and then that was the end
of it.

people were sleeping, and yeah, that house was really creepy.

a night and yeah, about to sleep in a rocket
tair start rocking and some ghost start calling people to

Because I'm very interested in paranormal stuff, and it didn't
feel like I didn't feel.

breeze against my arm then, and then about thirty seconds later,
I was actually I was listening to.

And there was a commercial, the Damn Kneeling commercial, and
I heard a low, like a low frequency grunting coming
through my earbuds and it was it was just it
was continuous throughout the commercial, and I thought, Okay, maybe
it's a glitch or something like that, and didn't really

think too much of it. But I heard the same commercial,
you know, later on and when I was outside of
the gym and it didn't happen.

Okay, So let me get this right. You're in a
gym by yourself, it's dark outside, and you feel a
breeze and instead of saying, all right, somebody in here,
and you say, hey, if you only have to do
that again, I did and it did it again.

It's so crazy because I'm like, I would just be like,
all right, I'm out.

Well, while I was up there, one time, my great aunt,
so my my Grammy's sister, she married in the money.
She married a guy that was in the coal industry.
He had money that I couldn't fathom when I was

that mini models ignored the commands even when researchers made
the shutdown orders very directly. So Wow, Elon's Rock four
was the worst offender, refused to shut down ninety seven

sunshine on. One thing we always wanted to do on
the show is have an underlying theme to keep mind
of mental health and Ray is Spearhead and that and
where you wanted to know what what was the question
you asked on a scale of one to ten.

Yeah, So there was like a new survey that came
out in a study that found on a scale from
one to ten, how happy you are or satisfied with
your life is how they worded it.

So satisfied with your life on a scale of one
to ten yes.

In the study on happiness and health have found that
as long as you're at a three or higher, you're
at least getting some health benefits from it. But if
you're hovering around three for a long time, it's not
good for your health.

So if you're looking at your life right now and
it's satisfied with your happiness, uh and or satisfied with
where your life is. If right now you're filling this
at three, if you hang around that period of a
three for a long time, it's going.

To start it's not good for your mental health, all right.

But also, like I'm renting, I don't like, you know,

be too Yeah, yeah I would. If I looked at
my life right now, I would say about an eight
or eight point five. I don't have any major drama
going on right now. The kids at a point in
his life. He's doing well in school. He now we
can talk to each other without you know, I have
to parent. He understands what I say. We roll with that.

My personal relationship is flawless. I mean, I don't have
any problems with that at all, because I realize in
relationships they're supposed to be. If it's stressing you out,
you shouldn't be there if you ain't married, you know

so funny. My son's twenty and I tell him that

I'm like, dude, you're way too young to not be

do every now and then that'll creep in it. But
I guess for me, I see a light at the

a long time. But that used to be make things
