Speaker 2 (00:20):
Now The Johnny's House Entertainment News with's Ray.
Speaker 3 (00:24):
Are you guys familiar with Beauty and the Beast?
Speaker 4 (00:27):
Yeah, yeah, you know.
Speaker 5 (00:29):
He's getting his own little movie. Yes, exactly. So Gaston
is getting his own live action spinoff film. Okay, so
the plot actually details where it's kind of like he's
got a sympathetic backstory, is what they're saying. So uh,
there's reports that the film will be somewhat redemptive for
(00:54):
the character, and Disney has done like other villains like
Maleficent obviously when they kind of have that demption story
like Wicked.
Speaker 4 (01:03):
Okay, you thought it was one way, then I'm gonna
tell my story. You see why I'm the way I am.
Speaker 1 (01:07):
Yeah, I like that idea because he always came across
like the kind of I mean, sorry, guest on do
she frat guy exactly of that time period?
Speaker 5 (01:15):
And then if you hear of like a sensitive backstory
and then maybe you know, so they're creating that, which
you know.
Speaker 3 (01:21):
I think it's great.
Speaker 5 (01:22):
Ariana Grande has made some history now she's become just
the third woman ever to chart seven albums at once
on the Billboard two hundred.
Speaker 3 (01:32):
Yeah. So Winnie Houston and Taylor Swift were the other
two women. And so if you look.
Speaker 5 (01:36):
At it all the success with Wicked, obviously those soundtracks
Sweetener and thank You next.
Speaker 3 (01:44):
Uh, those are all all on the top of Billboard.
Speaker 4 (01:47):
I don't think she went on a big tour.
Speaker 3 (01:49):
I think she would do well pretty good. Yeah, I
think you do well.
Speaker 1 (01:53):
It's crazy with streaming now because back in the day
that would never happen. But like now with streaming, when
you listen to Wicked stuff, then automatically, yes, feed you
other are on the ground to keep it going. Yeah,
so you listen to the playlist. So back in the
day you would have had to go out and buy
all of her other stuff because you loved Wicked. But
now it just happens exactly so.
Speaker 5 (02:11):
It's like, if you're listening to Wicked, then dangerous women
could come on, musicians could come on next. So I
mean it's pretty cool that she's got all of this.
So yeah, so a third woman ever to do that
with a whole with three different albums. Christina Aguileras Christmas
Special is going to air on CBS if you want
to check that out to get into the holidays, you're
seeing any.
Speaker 4 (02:30):
Christmas special Christmas shows? No, Charlie Brown, I've seen nothing.
Speaker 1 (02:33):
Tonight you can watch the jingle Ball Special and then
tomorrow on Hulu. Anytime you hit that flot here you go.
Speaker 5 (02:42):
I mean, it's a two hour TV special airing today,
hosts by Ryan Secrets and Elvis Duran.
Speaker 1 (02:47):
And Sharon's going to make up a song on the spot.
Speaker 3 (02:49):
What yeah, so that is happening today.
Speaker 5 (02:53):
But yeah, so Christina aguilera twenty fifth anniversary of her
album My Kind of Christmas, and so the special premieres
Monday at nine pm if you want to check that out.
Speaker 3 (03:02):
So there's gonna be special guests as well.
Speaker 5 (03:04):
But the cool thing is that she's performing her holiday
classics with the Eiffel Tower like styled Christmas tree behind her.
Oh really, so yeah, it's a really cool thing that
she's doing. So if you want to get into the
Christmas spirit, there you go. Monday, Johnny.
Speaker 4 (03:19):
I love watching now on Christmas Day. I love watching
the concerts they have at Disney. Yeah, and everybody in
Charlotte thinks, oh is this happening now, And I'm like, nah,
it was probably ninety degrees. Yeah, yeah, yeah, they were
definitely but it got the sweaters on when.
Speaker 3 (03:33):
They feel most people are just like dying.
Speaker 4 (03:35):
But on Christmas Day, boy, you're like, wow, I got
to get there. I want to be a part of that.
All I update. So what we did yesterday, let's do
it for you next on Johnny's House and then Sprinkles
between one and four and then Partner Sunny, so make
them out, may not. That's what's going down today. Seventy
four is a high fifty five right now, Let's see yesterday.
Yesterday I had to leave here at a doctor's appointment
(03:58):
right around the corner, got there on top and they
checked my blood pressure and it was a bit hot.
And I said, listen, I know it looks high, but
let me tell you what's going on. I said, I
got up late last night and we had a showld
to do today. So I'm packed right now, full of caffeine.
I've had more caffeine than normally, and that's why it's
that way. I mean, that's why my heart is racing.
I didn't run at marathon. I'm just jacked up on
(04:21):
caffeine and it's oh, okay, then we'll check it again later.
But the appointment went well. After the surgery I had
earlier this year, everything's fine, hundredercent, everything back to normal,
and they say, we'll see you in six months. Nice
got home a kid desciuted. He didn't want to go
to tutoring, which means I had to go get in
the car line and you gotta stand. I'm exhausted, but
I'm sitting there and I pick him up. But I
(04:42):
tried to sleep, but I couldn't because I got all
the caffeine. I'm telling her, I got the caffeine in
my system. So I'm in bed like, oh this socks.
So he ran five miles. I'm just kidding, But I
had I had a lot of stuff to do because
the Baby DJ warehouse is opening today and tomorrow, so
I had to like pre cook today last night and
I had to do everything I need. I would spread
(05:04):
out of a couple of days. Had to do it
all last night, and then that caffeine wore off about
six seven fifteen. It was like this, I'm out. I
called my mom. I was like, hey, how you doing.
I'm good? Congratulations, Thanks mom? Are you tired? Exhausted? Go
to bed? Baby? Hi mom?
Speaker 2 (05:21):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (05:22):
That was it and woke up this morning. Here we go, ms. Ray,
how about you, ma'am?
Speaker 6 (05:26):
It was good.
Speaker 5 (05:27):
I did some work around here and I'm glad you
had a great doctor's appointment because my was something.
Speaker 4 (05:35):
Listen.
Speaker 3 (05:35):
I had to go get my blood drawn.
Speaker 4 (05:37):
You can't be mad when you owe people money, Ray, right, If.
Speaker 5 (05:39):
You owe the blood drawn people of money?
Speaker 1 (05:45):
What are they called it?
Speaker 4 (05:46):
That's the question?
Speaker 3 (05:49):
Full bottomss.
Speaker 5 (05:49):
If you owe the full bottoms people some money, Holy mackerel,
they will not.
Speaker 3 (05:53):
Even touch you until you pay.
Speaker 7 (05:55):
And I.
Speaker 5 (05:57):
Didn't know this was from May it goes this is
in collections. I said what and so yeah, So I
had to pay her. Then I got my blood drawn.
Speaker 4 (06:06):
I had to do that. I said that she had.
A guy was like, I says, he you forty six bucks,
turning the little screen around. Yeah, how you want to
pay that?
Speaker 3 (06:13):
Yeah, I'm glad yours just forty six because I was
like six hundred and fifty four?
Speaker 4 (06:16):
What's it really?
Speaker 3 (06:17):
YAYO good? It's yeah, wow?
Speaker 4 (06:22):
Do you want to pay that? I don't. I don't.
Speaker 3 (06:25):
I said, Merry Christmas to me. That's my Christmas gift
to myself. So I hope.
Speaker 5 (06:29):
I was like, I hope there's something wrong with me now,
all right? Yeah, and then I.
Speaker 3 (06:32):
Took that back. So anyways, get your money's worth seriously.
Speaker 4 (06:35):
Wow.
Speaker 3 (06:36):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (06:36):
Then I went and got the twins and I came here.
I recorded some breaks with them. I'm magic one I
seven second I heard it.
Speaker 4 (06:44):
It was very festive and holidays.
Speaker 5 (06:46):
Oh my gosh, trying to get them to communicate properly
into the microphone.
Speaker 4 (06:51):
What is it about kids when as a mic they
go right into it and.
Speaker 3 (06:54):
Go yeah, And then my son is just like grabbing
it and like holding it like it's a singer.
Speaker 5 (06:59):
I'm like, don't touch it, don't touch it. So anyways,
then after that, I went to Pizza Bruno. We collected
some toys for baby DJ. Pizza Bruno is so delicious.
Their food is good.
Speaker 7 (07:11):
Is that?
Speaker 4 (07:11):
Got all the stuff here?
Speaker 1 (07:13):
Yes.
Speaker 5 (07:13):
So she had all these cookies and cupcakes out for
people that were donating, and then she was like, hey,
I have these leftover, I said the boys. Well, so
she packed them up and gave them to me.
Speaker 4 (07:25):
Very good, thank you, mister grind. It was cool. Does
a bunch of work to do around here.
Speaker 1 (07:30):
So I did all that, and then I did take
it like a twenty minute nap because we went and
met some friends last night at my Mangoni's down in
winder Garden.
Speaker 4 (07:39):
They have Downtown Winter Garden. It's like a little bit
place now.
Speaker 1 (07:41):
I mean they've been here before, they've been there a while.
They're right in downtown. They have a cool little patio
where the kids can run outside by.
Speaker 4 (07:47):
The they've been here before, right. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (07:48):
For Halloween they do a pop up, but they do
a Christmas one too, Okay, so everything's Christmas themed. We
had like a pizza that was shaped like Frosty the Snowman.
Speaker 4 (07:56):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (07:56):
All the drinks are themed out so mine was called
the Kevin, which is from and it was so good.
It was like a bourbon drink, but it had like
some cranberry juice and some really like like soda water
in it. And like it was cool. Had a little
army man on top. You couldn't taste the alcohol.
Speaker 4 (08:11):
That's the best. Yeah, it was so good.
Speaker 1 (08:13):
And it had like I guess it was like probably
marshmallow fluff that was around the outside that looked like
snow dripping off. It made it taste really good. So yeah,
so we did that, which was pretty cool. But I
did call it early night because I don't have a
lot of work to do, so we were still home
by eight thirty oh, which was good. But it was fun.
It was a good time. And I listened to rain
Her Kids on the radio. Did you feel festive?
Speaker 4 (08:33):
I did. I'm like, oh, listen to Rainer Kids on
my radio station. All right, listen, Baby DJ program is underway.
We'll come back. We'll tell you how hot wayte that
you can help and see we can help a family
early this morning with our baby DJ program and then
partly Sunny today. Today's a very big day for us
baby DJ programs going on. A lot of families are
coming through today. And I got a note from the
(08:53):
warehouse saying, hey, listen, if you got a if you
signed up to volunteer and you got an email or
text saying, Hey, today's your day and the time to
come in. Please let us know that you are. In
the past, we've had situations where we're expecting seventeen volunteers
and four showed up. But tonight is big because families
are coming in and we want to make sure this
goes as seamless as possible. So if you signed up
(09:14):
the volunteer tonight, Tomorrow, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, we really really
really do need you because families are coming in, toys
are coming in, there's a lot going on, and that's
the only way that we can do it. Understand things happening,
you can't, but just let us know that you can't.
You can't make it, so that way we can. We
have a wait list of people that want to volunteer.
We can just call them up and tell them to
come in later on in a couple of minutes, going
(09:36):
to read a letter to let you know where our
why you are collecting toys, and why we're doing what
we're doing with our Baby DJ program. A lot of
I think there's one hundred and seventy six drop off
locations around central Florida. You got a couple more days
to collect and then we're going to start asking you
to start bringing some in. Want to highlight a few
of them that are doing it. Fantastic Depot, Salon Bon Tempo,

(10:20):

Phillips Boulevard, Doctor Phillips High School.

Speaker 4 (11:19):
Like I said, we have one hundred and seventy six
drop off locations all over central Florida, and if you
want to drop off a toy, check out one of them.
If you go to babydj dot org, it has ways
to help and ways to donate, and we'll always need volunteers.
So if you want to volunteer this weekend, Today, Tomorrow, Saturday,
Sunday and Monday, you have some free time and you
want to help out your community, sort and toys, helping
(11:39):
people to their cars with their toys, helping unload it's
gonna lost. It's a lot to do with toys, So
if you want help, please go to babydj dot org.
Can we come back. We're gonna read a letter from
a young lady who needs some help for her family
and this is what we do it for. For every
letter you hear on the air, there's hundreds that you don't.
But collectively, as a community, we will get together and
help these families in need right here in our community.
(12:02):
So we come back, we read a letter and help
a family with our BABYDJ program. BABYDJ dot org to
find out more information on Excel one oh sixty sevenh
today of seventy four it is fifty five. Baby DJ
program is on right now. If you're a drop off,
locations start getting them together and I think tomorrow Friday
we'll start telling you to bring them all in because
we have families that are coming in and they need
(12:24):
the toys that you have collected. And we got to
say thank you so much for doing so. Got to
thank the Earl of Sandwich in Downtown Disney. They provided
lunch for all the volunteers yesterday. And also if you
are a volunteer and you've signed up to volunteer, please
if you can't make it, let us know because what
happens is that we have people on standby this willing
to help. But if you say I want to be
(12:44):
there to volunteer and you can't make it, then we're
going to be short in the next couple of days.
We're going to have shoppers that are coming through about
three hundred and fifty today, tomorrow, five hundred and so
a day on Saturday and Saturday. So if you're a
volunteer and you've signed up, please, if you can make it,
we want to see you there and you can help
us help the community. If you can't, that's cool too,
but just just let us know so we can get
somebody else to do it. We're gonna read a letter
(13:06):
and let you know this is what we do this for.
The letters that we read are from people right here
in Central Florida, and your donation stay right here in
our community because together we can make things happen. We
can't do it without your help. It takes about seven
hundred and fifty the seven hundred and seventy five volunteers
to make our program work, and you guys are stepping
up to do so. I got a letter from a
young ladies. She said, I'm applying for the Baby DJ program.
(13:27):
I'm a single mom of two baby girls, one's eight
and six, and a sixteen year old son. I've been
a single mom for over five years. Things are extremely
tight just providing for them take my entire paycheck. I
get no help from their father. He actually completely dropped
out of the picture about six months ago. It's probably
best because he's caused so much pain through his addiction.
This last month with government shutdowns, was extremely hard to
(13:50):
keep food in their bellies. A lot of time I
spent waiting at a food bank and missing more time
at work. I know God will always provide, but it's
so hard trying to keep everything afloat by all by myself.
I don't have any family around that is willing to help,
and I've been doing it all on my own, and
i gotta tell you, I'm tired. My babies deserve a
good Christmas. The good kids. They go to school from
(14:10):
seven in the morning and they don't get home until
six thirty, almost twelve hours a day. We would be
so forever grateful for this help. I haven't had the
heart to tell them that Santa might not make it
this year. Well you won't have to tell them that,
because we're gonna help you with our Baby DJ program.
This is what it's all about, y'all. Hello, good morning,
(14:40):
It's Amanda.
Speaker 8 (14:41):
This is Amanda.
Speaker 4 (14:42):

we're gonna take care of your family with our Baby
DJ program.
Speaker 9 (14:53):
You're amazing.
Speaker 6 (14:54):
Thank you so much.
Speaker 4 (14:56):
Wow. The thing that stood out the most in your letters.
You're tired on everything that you can and you're fighting
for make sure those kids are taking care of and
you're just tired.
Speaker 6 (15:05):
Yeah, it's hard, but.
Speaker 4 (15:08):
You know what, We're gonna take care of you this
Christmas with our Baby DJ program. We have so many
people in our community that's gonna stand up and make
sure that this is one word you don't have to
worry about.
Speaker 6 (15:17):
Okay, you are so amazing.
Speaker 10 (15:20):
Thank you so much.
Speaker 6 (15:21):
I needed this phone call right now and you got it.
Speaker 4 (15:24):
Girl, You got it. You got it. Let me tell
you what we got for you.
Speaker 1 (15:26):
Okay, okay, all right.
Speaker 5 (15:28):
We have one hundred dollars cash, one hundred dollars grocery
gift cards. You can get some food in the house,
maybe a nice Christmas dinner and Christmas tree from Ciro's
and Sons Tree Lots. We have four tickets to ice
at Galer Palms. Featuring Root Off the Red Nose Reindeer

Plus make sure you put together a list of what
(15:50):
the kids want and you're gonna take a trip down
through the Baby DJ warehouse.
Speaker 6 (15:55):
Oh my gosh, thank you so much.
Speaker 4 (15:57):
And make sure you don't have to worry about food.
We're gonna make that two hundred dollars worth of grocery
gift certificates.
Speaker 11 (16:02):
Okay, oh my gosh, thank you this.
Speaker 4 (16:05):
Time, maybe you can just take a breath and just rest.
Speaker 7 (16:08):
Man.
Speaker 4 (16:08):
I get where you're coming from, and that's why this
program has been set up.
Speaker 8 (16:12):
This is wonderful.
Speaker 4 (16:14):
You know what. We always say we have a great community,
and Brian tell them about the people that stood up
and say we want to help people like Amanda.
Speaker 1 (16:21):
So we got to think everybody who donated, of course,
and then our title sponsor a Christmas at gay Lord
Palms featuring Ice. We have lived three sixty five Fitness Sutherland, Nissan, Ovito,
mal and Coriola Experience Orlando all helping out this year.
Speaker 2 (16:34):
Wow wow, I.
Speaker 3 (16:37):
Don't even know what to say.
Speaker 6 (16:39):
Thank you so much.
Speaker 4 (16:40):
We just want you to be happy. I want you to.
I want you to sit down with those kids, find
out what they want, and I'm sure we'll have it
in that baby DJ toy warehouse. Okay, Amanda, you're wonderful.
We just want to say Merry Christmas to you.
Speaker 1 (16:51):
Merry Christmas to you guys too.
Speaker 2 (16:54):
Now the Johnny's House Entertainment News, that's.
Speaker 3 (16:57):
Ray all right. So you know at the Golden Globes
they have.
Speaker 12 (16:59):
Those gets bags, yes, those gifts bags, the swag bags
that all the celebrities gets, not all of them, but
the majority of them there level to the game. Yes,
Well they're saying that the Golden Globe gift bag is
valued at one million dollars next year.
Speaker 1 (17:16):
So Tonny Irs got involved. Yeah, like wait a second,
they started taxing those bags.
Speaker 3 (17:21):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (17:22):
So, I mean when it comes to travel and experiences,
there are eighteen different travel experiences on it, from the
Ritz Carlton three nights day in Bali to a Conrad,
Maldives two nights day. Let's see here, the reserve at
Grace Bay Beach Enclave three nights day.
Speaker 4 (17:44):
Well yeah, I mean they want those those those celebrity
scene in their place.
Speaker 5 (17:48):
Yes, and I mean those are just like massive amounts
of money when you look at those trips. But beauty
and wellness, Brad Pitt's skincare routine with serum and cream
is in there. We've got uh the current body skin,
a cutting edge led hair growth helmet. Wow, Johnny, a
hair growth helmet.
Speaker 4 (18:08):
I'm good. I don't think I want if it was.
I heard that there's a Q now that that they
can get rid of ball and this. I'm like, I'm
good at this point in the game. I'm good, idiot.
Speaker 5 (18:18):
They've got so many things that your subscription to a
doctor recommended supplement for healthy aging. Yeah, so exclusive full
club rental experience in a private gym.
Speaker 4 (18:30):
Wow.
Speaker 5 (18:31):
And then there's wine, spirits and cigars. We've got so
many different bottles of alcohol that they're gonna get, and
martini glasses and.
Speaker 3 (18:40):
Two tickets to the Jubilee.
Speaker 5 (18:43):
That's her nine ultra rare bottles of French wine.
Speaker 4 (18:47):
Good. I've been to one of those events and that's
how I know that those bags are in levels and
the aightless celebrities. When you pull your limousine or how
are you traveling up, they take this big bag and
put it in the trunk. It's really huge.
Speaker 5 (19:01):
Well, if you look at it, I mean, there's there's
so many things that they have to put in there.
Six bottles, nine bottles, nine bottles, I mean stuff.
Speaker 4 (19:09):
I'm sure you get it online, but the actual physical
stuff they take a big duffel bag. That's crazy.
Speaker 5 (19:16):
A million dollars, I mean just for being there. That's
did you hear about this? Netflix is expanding into video
podcast I saw that, say who.
Speaker 3 (19:29):
The partnering with iHeart Media.
Speaker 5 (19:32):
iHeart They're bringing video episodes from popular I Heart podcasts
to the platform starting early next year. So on Netflix,
you're gonna be able to get new episodes of The
Breakfast Club, my Favorite Murder, Dear Chelsea, The Bobby Bones Show,
Shoe and Jada.
Speaker 4 (19:53):
We're decent looking people. I don't know Joe and Jada,
but they know Johnny's house.
Speaker 3 (19:57):
Let's see hear we were.
Speaker 4 (19:59):
Invited to the I Heart Festival five years ago. Yeah,
that's true. That's how important we are.
Speaker 3 (20:03):
This is important.
Speaker 5 (20:03):
The psychology of your twenties behind the bastard stuff, that
stuff they don't want you to know. So all of
these are going to be video podcasts now that you
can find on Netflix.
Speaker 4 (20:12):
If I was other streaming service or even regular TV.
I keep my eyes real close on Netflix because they're
making some serious moves. They're trying to buy serious movie studios.
Speaker 1 (20:22):
Yeah, they send a memo out to their employees yesterday saying, hey, look,
this is actually a good thing.
Speaker 4 (20:26):
We're not gonna kill the movie theaters.
Speaker 1 (20:28):
Don't worry, they said, you know, nothing would nothing if
they actually said that, We've had this deal in place
for years and had it have gone through, all of
these movies that hit the theater still would have hit
the theater. So don't be scared. But yeah, I mean
I don't trust them.
Speaker 5 (20:41):
So I mean, check out the first batch of podcasts
coming to Netflix, those the ones that I named, like
the stat I want to say in the beginning of
the next year, of this next year.
Speaker 4 (20:50):
About to watch Netflix everything. Seriously, we will not go away,
all right, we come back. What we'll do is find
out what's trending in the world. Let's do that together.
The next on John goes away after the Sprinkles and
it's gonna be partly sunny, all right, what's going on?
B Here's trending?
Speaker 7 (21:05):
Well?
Speaker 1 (21:06):
The travel season officially gets underway, they say, on Friday afternoon,
So two days from now, because that's when a lot
of people took next week.
Speaker 4 (21:12):
Off, a lot of people here, so they're already heading out.
Speaker 1 (21:14):
So more than eight million people expected to fly starting
on Friday and running through January first. So TSA put
out yesterday some guidelines you need to know when you
go to the TSA checkpoint as far as what you
can bring. You cannot bring wrapped gifts to the TSA checkpoint.
They say, do not do it. They're gonna make you
one wrap it. So they say use gift bags instead,
(21:35):
or just understand you're gonna have to wrap it when
you get They just ain't no way around it. Electronic gifts,
if you're doing that, laptops, gaming systems, even something as
easy as a coffee maker, they say, pack them in
your carry on, but understand that you're gonna have to
place them in a bend to be X rayed and
you might have to take them out for inspection. Wow,
So just keep that in mind, even though it's a
gift they might have to come out to mind. Oh
baits goods are fine, so cakes, pies, fruitcakes, all that
(21:57):
stuff they can go through just fine because they're solids.
Their food items like preserves, maple syrup, champagne, eggnog, all
that checked bags because they're liquids, they're spreadables.
Speaker 4 (22:05):
They can't go.
Speaker 1 (22:06):
How about Mama's college and now that they got juice
like straight on the right, put in your checked bag,
which could get worse because it breaks. O.
Speaker 4 (22:19):
Wow, that's nasty.
Speaker 1 (22:20):
And they say there's some other things too that you
need to think about, like you can't bring snow globes
on if they're too big because they have too much
liquid in. That's so just keep in mind what you
what you can and can't bring. There's actually a list
of what you can and can't bring. It's on ts
A dot org, I mean dot gov and it says
what can I bring? So just click on ts A
dot gov and go to the what can I bring
section and they'll tell you exactly what.
Speaker 4 (22:41):
And if I can have this for TSA. Could you
stop the individual that's yelling at people? Can't you dreak
that line?
Speaker 11 (22:48):
Don't bottle line?
Speaker 4 (22:51):
Stop him?
Speaker 5 (22:52):
But in their defense, nobody freaking listens, Like what would
they get up there in their shoes along?
Speaker 4 (22:59):
Well, you can take it. You leave your shoes on
the most airports.
Speaker 5 (23:01):
I'm just saying like, for example, they're yelling at you,
but while you get up.
Speaker 9 (23:04):
There on your.
Speaker 1 (23:07):
Your coffee and you're drinking and all that stuff, you
can't take that through.
Speaker 3 (23:10):
Oh I forgot I own my phone of my poker.
Speaker 4 (23:12):
I'm right by you, all right here on Maya, right here, right.
Speaker 1 (23:14):
Well, you're the reason we're all jammed up anyway, because
you're over here trying to bring Coler Green Juice through.
Speaker 4 (23:19):
So if you had stop, I appreciate it.
Speaker 1 (23:21):
But as that contained is locked in, you know, one
is locked in, right yeah, and you and the Kyler
Green Juice and the marmor Land leave them at home, please,
thank you very much, or check them. A Girl Scout
cookie season is almost here, So they just dropped the
twenty twenty six lineup for the Girls Scouts. Yes, they
are actually uh doing some new stuff. So the two
big ones that people are kind of sad to see go,
(23:41):
the toast Ers and the s'mores that've been retired for
the twenty ten they're not good twenty six seasons. There's
a brand new Rocky Road inspired cookie Explore Moores.
Speaker 4 (23:52):
They're gonna make a debut this year. Uh.
Speaker 1 (23:54):
And then the fan favorite Thin Mets obviously still here.
The Samoa's tagglelongs there all going to be there as well.
Speaker 4 (24:01):
You know, I don't normally buy a Girl Scout cookies
because there's nobody here pushing the agenda. You said, somebody
here to do that. We used to have it, yeah,
but the last time I did, I noticed the cost
is somewhat the same, but the box is a whole
lot smaller. So cookie season kicks off in January.
Speaker 1 (24:15):
They're gonna be sold locally until April, and you can
order online starting in February. Now you can order online,
so you don't need a Girl Scout necessarily to order
the How do you get the patch in the don't
they get rewards? And yeah, they said that's great. Great
for the locals, but we're trying to reach the people
that ain't got no Girl Scout in the area.
Speaker 3 (24:31):
Yes, how that sucks. So they are going to go
door to door then ordered online.
Speaker 1 (24:36):
Well that's gonna be my line. Yeah, so whatever, And
just the heads up. President Trump is going to deliver
a speech tonight to the nation. They say it's going
to be to promote the success of his first year
back in office and to get ready for twenty twenty six.
They say it's going to be a nine pm Eastern. Basically,
the theme is the best is yet to come, and
(24:56):
it's been a great year so far. They say they're
going to address this historic accomplishments, including the border, inflation
and what's up on deck for twenty twenty six. That's
at nine o'clock to night, so it's probably gonna be
on every channel. Now, this is not he's not in
front of Congress. To a half of them stand another
city believe, I believe.
Speaker 4 (25:12):
This is I believe this is going to be just
doing his thing. I love when they have those presidential things.
One side stands up, the other side doesn't.
Speaker 1 (25:19):
I hate it because we had a clap and then
I gotta wait for you dummies to stop clapping. No,
so yeah, I mean, we'll see how long it is.
But they say nine o'clock to night.
Speaker 4 (25:27):
All right, we come back. We'll talk about Christmas caroling?
Do anybody do that anymore? Is that one of those
traditions that has gone away? Four oh seven now one
nine one o six seven eight seven seven nine one
nine one of six seve we're gonna talk about that.
He gonna get ahead of it. Calls now in Johnny's house.
Last one I had was that little Nanah Little you
didn't know what song was coming on?
Speaker 1 (25:46):
Yeah, See, I thought that zoom player was gonna take
down the IPA, so I went with that zoom but
it didn't work well.
Speaker 4 (25:51):
I had the shuffle. What was that thing? No, no,
it was what was it? No? It didn't take off.
I think it was like Google's what was it?
Speaker 6 (25:59):
I had?
Speaker 4 (26:00):
I forgot what it was? But had I bought that
thing right off the bat because I thought it was
gonna be the next thing?
Speaker 1 (26:05):
No?
Speaker 4 (26:05):
Not, but it still got about twenty six thousand of
my songs on. I can't get out seven twenty six
seventy four is our high today? Fifty five right now,
chance of fog, chance of rain, chants of sun. All
happened in the day. I want to find out. Is
there anyone caroling? I remember years ago they used to
come by the radio station and they would be dressed
up in the Christmas Carol attaia and they would just
go around and walk through the halls smiling and we
(26:26):
wish you Mary. I thought that was pretty cool. We
did it once in the neighborhood in Laura's neighborhood. Who
was on the show?
Speaker 3 (26:35):
Oh my god.
Speaker 1 (26:36):
Yeah, I just walked and watched because that was that
was very hard.
Speaker 4 (26:39):
It was the first time I saw neighbors like, why
are you at my door? It wasn't like they sat
there and smiled. Some lady opened the door, saws turned
the light off. It was like, damn, it's like that
definitely bothering them. So I don't think anybody's doing that.
So I have a list of traditions that are declining
or changing, and number one is Christmas Carol. And number
two they're saying made decorations of gift, the tradition of
(27:02):
making handmade items like remember the strings of popcorn. People
ain't doing that stuff anyway. Ye.
Speaker 3 (27:08):
I feel like that's more like kids crafts from school.
Speaker 1 (27:11):
Yeah, we would us. We used to make those when
we were kids in my neighborhood. Yeah, because one of
the neighbors they would make them for their tree, but
we would make extras and hang them on the trees
in the neighborhood. Did you realize, Yeah, and then the
birds would come by and eat the popcorn.
Speaker 4 (27:23):
Yeah, that's gone away us. So we talked about this
earlier this year, sending physical Christmas cards is a tradition,
they say, that's going on. Oh, just checking these out
using real trees and old fashioned lights, they said, that's
gone on. Official trees are now making up the majority
of the Christmas tree displays the US household, and simple
large light bulbs are giving way to intricate led lights.
(27:45):
My tree has led lights on the yepang, here we go.
Now this is the old one. But I've heard this
in song. But I guess it was a tradition if
it's up to me, is gone cooking the Christmas goose.
But it's now a turkey, so I guess cooking turkey on.
I guess it's from Charles Dickens a Christmas Carol.
Speaker 1 (28:03):
I mean, I think people still cook Turkey's just not
as prevalent as like Thanksgiving, But like you still do
a big Christmas dinner usually.
Speaker 4 (28:09):
Yeah, And how about this one Christmas stockings with nuts
and fruit. It was one standard practice to fill the
toes of the stocking with orange and nuts in their shells.
Uh has faded since then.
Speaker 1 (28:22):
We used to get oranges and like pecans and stuff
in ours. And I thought it was because we were poor. No,
it's cheap and it just filled space.
Speaker 3 (28:31):
What kind of tradition is that?
Speaker 1 (28:32):
I mean, that's what they did way back in the Really, yeah,
that was a big deal, you were.
Speaker 4 (28:38):
You have toys and stuff in there, but then the toes,
I guess the toes and the the of it, because
because the gifts usually wouldn't curve.
Speaker 1 (28:44):
Yeah, ours was all oranges and like nuts, and then
it was like two or three things in it. And
I thought it was because we were poor.
Speaker 4 (28:51):
And the whole thing is tradition, Brian, and this one
is gone, but I do remember it, and I had
to even look it up the Sears Wish books. Now
you don't know if that is. I remember that. It
was that thick catalog, a mass printed catalog that families
once poured over. Gift ideas are mostly gone, they say
they're replaced by online shopping. I remember when that thick
(29:12):
thing would come in and my mom would say, okay,
you know, go circle what you want and you go
past the bedding and all that other crap to the
toys and he's like, yeah, this one. You can't get
this one because I'm gonna get this one, you know,
even though we ain't never get any of those.
Speaker 3 (29:25):
Remember that I do have. Yeah, I do remember that.
We did circle the stuff and then Target came out
with like their little thing and we circled them.
Speaker 12 (29:32):
There.
Speaker 4 (29:32):
It was the big And I know they don't do
this because there's no more, no more newspapers. But it
was the Sunday. It was a Sunday after Thanksgiving that
they had all the sale labs. It would have had to
before then because.
Speaker 3 (29:44):
It was on Thanksgiving. I want to say, I say
things on things.
Speaker 4 (29:48):
It was a thick newspaper.
Speaker 3 (29:50):
My sister still goes out and gets it.
Speaker 5 (29:52):
You it's so hard to find, really, it is so
hard to find.
Speaker 4 (29:56):
Yes, Yeah, so I guess if y'all ain't doing any
Christmas Carol and and uh and fake trees out here,
that those are the trends right now. And read didn't
know anything about putting nuts and Brian's Ods. Was awaken
that it wasn't because you were poor. It was a tradition.
I had no idea.
Speaker 1 (30:12):
Change their lives. I was like, man, look they're just
trying to fill space. They're sticking oranges and nuts in there.
And then my little stupid life saver book.
Speaker 4 (30:20):
We come back. Man. We talked about this earlier in
the week. But it's a This is insane, the number
of packages that are being stolen with porch pirates. We're
gonna talk about the next way. If you are a
volunteer and you said that you're gonna sign up and
you're gonna be there today, we got a lot of
families coming in. If you cannot make it, please email
us and let us know you can't so we can
make sure we have enough people there. Some people will
sign it up for a volunteer and then you don't
(30:41):
show up, So if you can, please do so. I
saw this on the news last night, Brian, I guess
you saw it too, about the number of packages. It's crazy.
Speaker 1 (30:49):
I thought it was what a year, but yeah, no,
two hundred and fifty thousand packages are stolen every day.
Speaker 4 (30:54):
Nationwide, not worldwide, nationwide every day. That's a lot. One
hundred and fifty thousand packages. That's crazy. And they showed up.
This was on the on the night liters because y' know,
I watched it every night. I'm old school. That's just
how it is. And these feel like they're on webcams.
They're on webcams, and uh wow, they're on webcams and
(31:17):
uh and now they don't even know. They don't even
they they don't put a mask on.
Speaker 1 (31:21):
At this point, you know everyone's filming everything, yes, like
I mean, you have to assume every door stat is
being filmed.
Speaker 4 (31:26):
And they don't care. They don't care. They saw a
guy just pull his car up, had on like a
so and so jersey on. I saw a video, ran off,
saw a video of a car pulled up. A lady
got out.
Speaker 1 (31:37):
Now she probably shouldn't have been the one that got out,
if I'm judging on the two, but she did. And
she ran up to the porch, she grabbed the packages
and she started to run off the porch and she fell.
Speaker 4 (31:45):
She fell.
Speaker 1 (31:46):
She actually the story if you find it, she actually
broke her ankle. The other person had to come and
help her back to the car, but she still had
the packages under her arm.
Speaker 4 (31:56):
At this point, I'm too much invested now to drop it.
Speaker 3 (31:58):
That is immediate.
Speaker 4 (32:00):
I am too much invested in this to do so.
So we wanted to find out what is the smallest
and or the largest package that had been stolen undred
and fifty two hundred and fifty thousand, thousand every single day,
every single day that we know that somebody, somebody listening
right now has I'm trying to think. I don't know
at my last in my neighborhood, and I ain't nobody
(32:21):
stealing nothing. I mean that guy had a TV on
his goal for two days.
Speaker 1 (32:25):
Yeah, I've never had a package tan Eitherfore now if
I feel like if you did still for me, you
would be very disappointed. Ninety five percent at least of
my packages are small, meaningless things that I just need.
Speaker 4 (32:37):
Like last minute, yeah, I think I was about to
get hit by a porch pirate and I opened the
front door and he got in his car and drove off.
But that was, like I mentioned, the last time, there
was a delivery truck going down the street and they
dropped something off at my door and I looked at it.
But he only got out of his car enough to
be in the grass. Not that he committed to my
(32:57):
yard that I knew, but I think he was gonna
And I looked at them and they just I'm like, okay,
that's I live on a on a cult of sack.
So you don't have to turn around and come back right.
Where are you going?
Speaker 3 (33:07):
Yeah, we've only had that iPad strolling.
Speaker 4 (33:09):
Wow, And you had it on the camera too. Roll Yeah, really,
Now what happened when you found that it was kids?
Speaker 3 (33:14):
Right?
Speaker 4 (33:15):
And now? Did you take matters in your hands?
Speaker 3 (33:17):
Or oh yeah, and what do they give it back?
Speaker 4 (33:19):
Did you say, hey, get what's our Yeah?
Speaker 5 (33:21):
I said, you know, you could get arrested for a
felony since that's over nine hundred dollars.
Speaker 4 (33:26):
At what point did they confess that they did it?
Speaker 3 (33:29):
We saw it in their hands, so there was no
way for that's like, yeah.
Speaker 4 (33:33):
People shouldn't be criminals. So you just rolled up on
him and said that's ours. Yes, And they didn't even
try to deny it.
Speaker 3 (33:41):
Yeah, because I feel like they're like, oh, gig is up?
Speaker 4 (33:43):
Shut up, old lady.
Speaker 3 (33:44):
Yeah, I don't care.
Speaker 4 (33:46):
You know this is a felony. Oh here you go. Wow,
I wouldn't have found out what's the biggest or the
smallest thing has been stolen from? You got a four
pack of the Creole Experience. Create holiday memories during colorful
Christmas at Creole Experience. Now for the dreamy for deck
the halls with tons of colors and enjoy holiday fund
at the Crayola Way. Four pack of tickets. But you
(34:07):
got to tell us the biggest and the smallest thing
that was ever stolen. Two hundred and fifty thousand packages
a day nationwide are stolen four oh seven now one
nine one on six seven eight seven seven nine one
nine one on six seven XL mobile four one O
sixty seven last stream social media. We want to hear
a comment too. I got a pay four pack of
tickets to the Creole Experience. Just tell us the largest
(34:29):
of the smallest package have been stolen from you? Two
hundred and fifty thousand packages. We want to hear stories
to call some Johnny's house partly sunny today. Roughly two
hundred and fifty thousand packages are stolen nationwide every single day,
and we want to find out from you what is
the biggest or the smallest thing is someone has a
port pirate has stolen from you. And we tell you
(34:49):
this because we want you to be careful. Out there
is your packages, you spend, you spend your money on it,
and it's people driving by to pick them up. Got
a four pack of tickets to the Criola Experience. You
know it's probably be rough Fords in apart. Yeah, oh yeah,
because you just walk back you can kick it. Yeah,
I mean, you're it on video a lot.
Speaker 1 (35:05):
But at the same time, like the office gets annoyed
because they don't want you to have all your packages
down deliver to the office as well, and that's what
everybody does, and they're like, oh, I can't hold your package.
Speaker 4 (35:13):
Next thing, you know, it shows us delivered and it's
not there. Now you're mad at your neighbors because you know,
you know it's that one neighbor. You don't trust it
to your packet four packet tickets Grail Experience, The biggest,
smallest thing someone has stolen Drew from Orlando? What up
Drew Johnny's house?
Speaker 2 (35:28):
Guys?
Speaker 4 (35:29):
How you doing it? All right? Doing great? All right?
Big and smallst What was it?
Speaker 13 (35:34):
I had two forty pounds bags of cat litter in
a box stolen and it was something that that's eighty
pounds that someone came up to my door and took away.
It was the gentleman that took it because we got
on a cam was in okay shape. But when they
lifted that thing up there like oh man, this is heavy.
Speaker 4 (35:51):
So still took off with it.
Speaker 11 (35:52):
I know.
Speaker 4 (35:52):
So once they picked it up, they didn't just say
on to the next one. They took it. Nope, they
took it eighty pounds. Was it mark so they knew
what it was?
Speaker 13 (36:01):
Or no, no it was not. It was not marked.
Speaker 4 (36:04):
Oh so they probably thought, oh, it got me some
good stuff. See it was kind of it was kind
of a solid heavy, So I'm thinking, hot, what what
is solid that head? I mean, any kind of furniture anything? Yeah? Good.
Speaker 13 (36:17):
I had two boxes of them there. So there was
a total of four bags of eight of forty pounds catletter.
Speaker 4 (36:25):
And they only took the one box.
Speaker 3 (36:26):
Well, yeah, yeah, the second one.
Speaker 4 (36:31):
I'm good, good, whatever it is it that, I'll just
I'll just take one. I'm not that bad of a person.
You hold on one second there from Saint Cloud Rawhani.
Speaker 6 (36:40):
What's up, RAHANEI Hey, good morning, tonys.
Speaker 13 (36:44):
Are you guys good?
Speaker 4 (36:44):
You're you're always in a good mood. Why is that?
Speaker 6 (36:48):
I don't know, you told me. I guess because I'm
going to be retiring.
Speaker 4 (36:52):
Soon in two more weeks, two weeks. Not only it's
going to be you're retiring.
Speaker 6 (36:59):
Yes, the thirty eight years at the postal service.
Speaker 13 (37:02):
Wow?
Speaker 4 (37:03):
Yeah, what what are we gonna do without your daily
phone calls?
Speaker 3 (37:07):
Listen?
Speaker 6 (37:08):
I might have to set my alarms tack to get
up a body you guy.
Speaker 1 (37:10):
No, no, no, stay sleep. I mean he can sleep
till like eight thirty, sleeping sleep in.
Speaker 3 (37:17):
I don't do it every day, like every now and
then I will.
Speaker 6 (37:20):
I will do it every day. No, sometimes I get
up early and I'll call you. I like listening to
Brian all his crazy stories.
Speaker 4 (37:26):
Yeah, that's crazy. He's on in the afternoon on Magic.
Call me right wait at three o'clock.
Speaker 1 (37:30):
In the afternoon.
Speaker 3 (37:31):
Hit me.
Speaker 8 (37:31):
I don't I know that I do it.
Speaker 6 (37:34):
You up, but you never picked up the phone.
Speaker 1 (37:36):
I know, I know.
Speaker 4 (37:38):
I'm terrible about answering from damn Brian. And she calls in.
Her number is unknown, she blocks. Why do you block
your number when you call us?
Speaker 1 (37:45):
I don't block my number.
Speaker 6 (37:46):
My number, I never blass.
Speaker 4 (37:48):
My number is block right now. That's why I don't answer,
because I don't answer unknown phone calls. Yes, it is unknown.
Speaker 6 (37:53):
Oh no, have to call you off my other phone
because this is my worst phone, and I have my
personal phone, so leave me. A personal phone will come up.
Speaker 1 (38:00):
I'm trying to avoid boy bill collector. That's why all
the answering the phone.
Speaker 4 (38:03):
How are you gonna?
Speaker 8 (38:04):
What are you gonna no, No, you just you just
don't want to pick up my call.
Speaker 6 (38:08):
You probably said, oh shoots, roney, call it again.
Speaker 4 (38:11):
I would never never. What are you gonna do? What
are you gonna do in your retirement? What are you
gonna do?
Speaker 6 (38:17):
Actually? I had two interviews, one with gay Lord Palms
to work their part time as a keyholder.
Speaker 4 (38:23):
Nice.
Speaker 6 (38:23):
And I have another interview with Holiday in Vacation Club.
Speaker 4 (38:28):
Look at you? So nothing doing nothing is not in
the picture. Not doing anything? You're you've worked with thirty eight?
Speaker 6 (38:33):
Yeah, part time. And then I have I have two
grandsons that I'm gonna have to take care of, you know,
one or two and one is seven? Okay, Yeah, if
I want to win those Crayola Crayola tickets for them, Okay.
Speaker 4 (38:47):
She calls, She calls out of necessity, Yeah, she said,
Oh you know what, I got a story. So, Ronnie Rahane,
what did they try to steal?
Speaker 7 (38:53):
Oh my god?
Speaker 6 (38:54):
I had ordered one of those. It wasn't an iPhone, John,
it was an iPod that media player years ago, the
hottest say yes, and I ordered one for my son
for Christmas and it was delivered. Now, mind you, I
lived in an hoa private gated community and everything. Back
then there was no cameras or nothing. They delivered it,
never got the package. I called and told them that,
(39:16):
and then I said, oh my god, I needed any
time for Christmas. So they ended up credit crediting my
account and then I ended up going to Best Buy
to buy it just to have it in time for
my son for the first place.
Speaker 4 (39:26):
Man, we just think though, before you know, before everything
you can find online. If you missed the package, you
would call them and they had to wait till the
driver came in at the end of the day and
then she will call you back tomorrow. We'll investigate. We'll investigate.
They said, they're gonna call me tomorrow or honey, you
hold on a second, You hold on a second. Daniell
ever want to part?
Speaker 7 (39:42):
Good morning, Good morning.
Speaker 9 (39:44):
How are you guys?
Speaker 4 (39:45):
Good good? What is what does somebody steal from me?
Speaker 9 (39:49):
So my mom, this is at her house. She had
a package delivered that was like some type of like
small kitchen gadget. Okay, but when they came up to
get the package age, they actually stole one of her
garden gnomes.
Speaker 4 (40:07):
They were like, they were like, we weren't coming for that,
but I think I like you.
Speaker 9 (40:11):
Yeah, like they picked Like you could see on the camera,
they picked up the package, looked at it, put it back,
and then took off with one of them. I'm like, well,
I guess they didn't want that certain gadget.
Speaker 4 (40:24):
They left the package. It's like that meme that uh
the names go around with a Denzel washingt I'm gonna
be here with something, right, I'm not gonna leave here
with something tonight. I'm gonna leave here with something. What
they're saying, let's see here.
Speaker 5 (40:37):
Somebody did say that they used the Lyftmaster garage opener
just because they just don't want to risk it anymore
with all these packages that are being stamped are taken.
Speaker 1 (40:46):
What they said, XL Mobile Power by Attorney Dan Newlan
interrect need to check. It's a no brainer, called Attorney
Dan Neula. Someone said someone stole a package of five
dollars USB cables. Oh, I mean it's five bucks. Yeah,
someone else had their kids drums that stole over. But
it was the driver and actually took a picture of
it and then picked it back up like they were leaving,
and they got it. They investigated it and they found
(41:07):
it and then some one said they ordered the sticky boobies.
That's the brawl that sticks to you. Yeah, then someone
stole it.
Speaker 4 (41:16):
Roannie, because you won for your grandkids, We're gonna hook
you up four pack of tickets to the Creola Experience
right now.
Speaker 2 (41:22):
The Johnny's House Entertainment Newsree.
Speaker 5 (41:25):
Entertainment News is fried to you by fair Ones Credit Union.
So obviously the whole Robin Michelle Reiner situation is just
so sad.
Speaker 7 (41:33):
Uh.
Speaker 5 (41:34):
But Nick Reiner, who is this son? He is accused
of killing his parents and has hired a very popular defense.
Speaker 4 (41:42):
Attorney, high profile attorn.
Speaker 3 (41:43):
Alan Jackson.
Speaker 5 (41:45):
So Alan Jackson has represented Kevin Spacey, Harvey Weinstein, and
previously did the acquittal for Karen Reid.
Speaker 3 (41:54):
Really, so he is a big, big attorney.
Speaker 5 (41:57):
So, uh, if you don't recall, what they're saying is
that did you know that the daughter found them? Yea,
The daughter lives across the street and she found them
because there was a massage therapist that was there trying
to go in and do massages for that and yeah,
went in and she's the one that found him. So
(42:17):
Nick was arrested hours after she found them, held without bail,
and they said that Nick Reiner was not in court
yesterday because he had yet been medically cleared. So he
is being charged with two counts of murder, charges that
carry a maximum sentence of.
Speaker 3 (42:35):
Life without parole or the death penalty.
Speaker 5 (42:38):
I know there's a lot of surveillance videos coming out
of him walking down the street and going to like
seven eleven.
Speaker 3 (42:44):
Before or afterwards.
Speaker 4 (42:47):
He seemed very calm, very calm. This is weird that.
I mean, I don't know what he did for a career,
so it appears to me that the money has had
he came from his family.
Speaker 5 (42:55):
But he did do projects with his dad. He was
very creative and what a hot profile lawyer, ain't she.
So he's pretty much spend in his dad's money to
defend him. Yeah, I mean I don't know where he's
getting the money.
Speaker 4 (43:07):
Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Yeah, and who knows. Yeah,
but I mean he did have Hollywood projects. They worked,
but they were like because of who his dad was.
Speaker 3 (43:14):
So I guess romy is the daughter's name.
Speaker 5 (43:16):
Called the police immediately then contacted a long time family friend,
Billy Crystal, at the scene. She told officers her brother
Nick was dangerous and noted that he had been living
at the house but was gone when she arrived.
Speaker 3 (43:31):
So that's like the latest of it.
Speaker 5 (43:34):
I saw some other reports of him arguing with like
other celebrities at Conan O'Brien's thing too.
Speaker 4 (43:39):
Yeah, he got mad at Bill Hayter or something.
Speaker 11 (43:41):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (43:42):
Real, Yeah, they just said he was kind of not
in the right spot.
Speaker 4 (43:45):
That's when you got to go him. You gotta tell
your son to go home.
Speaker 1 (43:47):
Seriously, that might have been what started it all.
Speaker 8 (43:49):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (43:50):
Jerry Seinfeld paid tribute to Rob Reiner and his wife,
writing that next to Larry David, George Shapiro, Rob Reiner
had the biggest influence on Garry Seinfeld's career.
Speaker 3 (44:01):
So, I mean that's huge.
Speaker 5 (44:03):
But he's reflecting in the early days of Seinfeld, and
he kind of emphasized that how crucial Rob Reiner was,
explaining that their show would have never happened without him.
Speaker 4 (44:12):
Really.
Speaker 5 (44:12):
Yeah, he said when nobody at the network likes any
of the early episodes, he saved them from cancelation. Rob
Ryiner saved Seinfeld.
Speaker 3 (44:20):
Yep. He ended up. His message obviously was very somber
and everything, saying that they were just great people. You
know everything You're hearing is that they were just such
great people.
Speaker 4 (44:30):
Planned to date that night with Obamas. Yes, you know,
have dinner with Obamas.
Speaker 3 (44:34):
Yeah, so you could see all those tributes that are
just flowing in right now.
Speaker 4 (44:39):
That's just a horrible story, I know, marble story, weird,
stars of the truth. I wanted to lighten up a
little bit. Next on Johnny, it's fifty eight, fifty eight,
getting up to seventy four, and it's gonna be foggy
then sprinkles and partly sunny, slight chance of rain today.
All right, what's weird but true?
Speaker 1 (44:54):
Well, there could be some serious flooding underway, are on
its way. There's a man who he says he's gonna
be ready for it. His name is Ebo Noah. He's
in Ghana right now. He's a self proclaimed prophet and
he says that there is a massive flood coming and
it's going to come on Christmas December twenty fifth, and
it's gonna last three years.
Speaker 4 (45:14):
The flood's gonna last three years. Yes, so he's already
started building an arc. What's the name again? His name
is Ebo Noah. He's got a pretty good social media following.
I see no Okay.
Speaker 1 (45:25):
He said he's been commanded to build ten arcs, but
it's not clear how you're going to get a ticket
on set arc because there's not enough room for everybody. Obviously,
three years of flood is a lot of flood.
Speaker 4 (45:35):
That's a lot.
Speaker 1 (45:36):
So if you want to find him on social media, ebo, noah,
and see what it's going to take to get on
the arc the flood supposed to happen, it's going to
start on Christmas, going to start the last three years.
Because I'm like, if he has he started building, I'm
assum he's already started building.
Speaker 4 (45:49):
The arcs, okay, because that might be a little problem. Yeah,
I don't know. He's not a very good profit if
he didn't see if that far ahead.
Speaker 1 (45:56):
Yeah, okay, So okay, taking out on social media so
you can get yourself spot on three years of rain
starting December twenty fifth. I've got a whole lot of
details that's always told them. Okay, so you know this
is freaky, and we've been talking about this alien stuff
because of that documentary, and one of the things they
talked about in the documentary is how the ocean. It's
(46:16):
definitely possible that that's like a haven for aliens yep,
Because I mean we've only you know, investigated like maybe
what five percent of the ocean, so we have really
no idea. Well, scientists at Hong Kong Backtist University just
found a new type of what they're calling the jellyfish.
It's got twenty four eyes. This jellyfish, it's very small,
(46:38):
they say, but it's got twenty four eyes are split
into four groups of six. This is the first thing
that they've seen that has a three hundred and sixty
degree view at all times. I can see in every
direction at all times.
Speaker 4 (46:48):
So the the eyes.
Speaker 1 (46:50):
Yes, So the eyes are split into groups. Two of
the eyes in each group they can actually form images.
The rest of them are used to take in light
and dark to try to like just decipher what is
going on. They found it back in twenty twenty and
they've been investigating it ever since. And then now they've
seen more of them pop up, just saying.
Speaker 4 (47:06):
Man, that's nuclear waste. Oh is it has nuclear waste
and run up on some fish or is it aliens.
Speaker 5 (47:13):
I'm telling you, I love the ocean, but I am
petrified because they're down there.
Speaker 4 (47:18):
If I ever went fishing and pulled up a fish
that has three sixty odds. I would never fish again.
Throw the rod everything in the water, let's go back.
I'm never fishing again.
Speaker 1 (47:28):
And you need to watch the documentary because I'm telling you, yep,
that's definitely something that she could be full of aliens.
And we've talked about this guy in celebrity news before
the streamer I Show Speed. He's like a popular streamer. Well,
he's being sued for a million dollars for assaulting a robot.
So there is a robot called Jake, the Risbot. It's
a four foot tall robot. It's famous for walking around
(47:49):
Hollywood and the cowboy hat and dressing in rainbow colors
and going through West Hollywood. So some people have deemed
that the gay robot r Well, during a live stream,
I Show Speed came up to the robot, angry at
the robot, sucker punched it, put it in a choke hold,
put it down on the ground, and started cursing it out. Well,
it damaged the robot pretty bad apparently, so the owner's
Social Robotics they say it's a total loss. They have
(48:11):
to give it a whole new body, and they are
suing for damages now because it's been forced to miss.
Speaker 4 (48:17):
It was gonna be on Mister Beast.
Speaker 1 (48:18):
Okay, Jake the Wrisbot, it was going to be on
the NFL, So like on an NFL show on CBS.
So now Jake the Risbot because I show speed beat
it up can't be on TV. So now they're suing.
So this might be the first case of robot assault. Yeah,
because there's no such thing really, So that would be bad.
Speaker 7 (48:35):
Man.
Speaker 4 (48:35):
That's my money maker, that's my robot, and you beat
it up. Yeah, I'm suing you, right and will sue you.
Speaker 1 (48:40):
I mean, is it just damaging property a robot assault
because it's AI.
Speaker 4 (48:46):
Right now, just say damaging property until they put some
laws in places, That's what I'm saying.
Speaker 1 (48:50):
It might be the first case where somebody is attacked
a robot that's got a personality, you know what I mean.
Speaker 4 (48:57):
And if it's a gay robot, it could be a
hate crime. Oh dang, we're talking about people in in
that that realm. What is he like social media? And
he's a streamer, a streamer and we're talking to some
guys in the streaming world. They talk it. Man, he's
so big, he's like Kim Kardashian level. I'm like, y'all
need to get out more in the streamings very yeah,
the streaming world for sure. Yeah, but outside of that, right, No,
(49:17):
exactly as he walked to buy this right here, I
wouldn't know who he is, Like, oh, I okay, it
looks familiar. But all right, we're talking about shows I
need to watch. We need to find out what are
some shows doing a Christmas break that you plan on watching.
They're in your cues. A're like, you know what, when
I when I find some time, I'm gonna watch these
shows over the next couple of days during the holiday break.
Then somebody that would a pair of tickets to MGK
(49:38):
Lost Americana Tour Benchmark International Arena on the nineteenth. That's
happening here in a couple of days. But you gotta
tell the shows that you're planning on watching during the
break four O seven now one nine one O six
seven eight seven seven now one nine one O six
seven MGK tickets. All you gotta do is tell them
what you're watching on TV or you're planning to watch.
And we'll do that next on Johnny's House seventy four.
I think the fog has burnt out. This means it's
(49:59):
gonna have a few sprinkles and then partly sunny for
the rest of the day. So people got some time
off during the Christmas break and Brian you keres on
what people are gonna have, what they're gonna be watching
doing a break.
Speaker 1 (50:09):
Yeah, cause we've been planning on watching a bunch of shows,
my wife and I because we are done with Amazing
Race now it's over, and Survivor finales tonight, and so
we're gonna need some shows for the holidays, and so
we've been thinking about land Man yep. I heard that's
pretty good and Tulsa King. So those are the two
that we have in qu as soon as we have
some free time. So we should have a couple of
days where we're like we're at home a lot. Yeah,
and we'll probably start. I've seen Tulsa King a year
(50:31):
and a half and I think this is a year three.
I'm not mistaken because Samuel Little Jackson is in this season.
Very good show. So I heard Tulsa King is you
have to think less than you do with Landman. Land
Man is more of Okay, I got I gotta concentrate
on this Tulsa King. It's good. Yeah, but you could
watch it loosely and still be like, all right, cool.
Tulsa King starts Sevester Saloone. He took a hit for
(50:52):
the mob and he was in jail. He didn't talk,
so when he came out, he thought he was gonna
be the man in New York and things had changed
because he had been in jail so long. They said, well,
we can't give you New York, but we'll give you Tulsa.
Speaker 7 (51:02):
Oka.
Speaker 4 (51:02):
Say, look, there's mob and Tulsa. Yeah, so he had
to do the mob thing in Tulsa. Okay, that's what
that one's all about. For me, I got to watch
the Alien documentary. Watch. I will watch that. I'm gonna
go ahead and watch Stranger Things even though I don't care,
but if I got some time, I'll watch that and
the second season of Wednesday. I haven't seen that. Your
list so.
Speaker 3 (51:23):
Coming out soon, as Emily in Paris, So I do
want to watch that.
Speaker 4 (51:28):
I've heard I've heard about that.
Speaker 5 (51:29):
It is, but it's very like Sex and the City
kind of, so I don't know if you would like it,
but that is one that I'm gonna have to watch.
And then I need to rewatch the alien one because
I did fall asleep in Egg.
Speaker 3 (51:42):
And then there's one.
Speaker 1 (51:44):
It's called Don't fall Asleep in Aliens Attacking Us As
it's a lot of information. Yes, that's one that you
really have to take in the information.
Speaker 4 (51:52):
And there's a lot of.
Speaker 5 (51:52):
People that just like literally sit there and talk for like,
you know, it's very important to pay attention. And then
there's one that's called Love and Death and it's like
a series, but it's a true story about this woman
that basically murdered her friend and she was sleeping with
her husband and like all this stuff. So yeah, I
started watching it and then also I fell asleep.
Speaker 4 (52:14):
So that's what happens when you do this kind of work.
Speaker 3 (52:16):
Yes, so I need to finish that all.
Speaker 4 (52:18):
I got a pair of MGK tickets. Want to find
out from you, what are some shows that you're gonna
watch doing the break or you're planning on watching them?
From Saint Cloud? Is Bob again? What's up Bob again?
Is Ralph? Hey? Ralph again? Same thing? Yeay, guys, what's
up round?
Speaker 1 (52:34):
So?
Speaker 11 (52:35):
Uh, I want to recommend you guys watch this show
called from it is Uh It's a show on MGM Plus.
It's another streaming service, okay, but it's starring Harold Paranel,
the lead from the show Lost. Okay, So the show,
it's a it's like a horror sci fi film where
(52:56):
these people get trapped. They come across like a fallen
tree and they get trapped in this town. They try
to leave, but it just loops them back into town
and then they're at odds with these creatures who take
the form of humans at night and try to convince you,
uh to let them into the house because that's the
only way in.
Speaker 4 (53:15):
And you've been watching that, recommend you've been watching that.
Speaker 11 (53:19):
Yeah, I'm three seasons in the fourth season is going
to be released in March. So I'm just trying to spread.
Speaker 4 (53:26):
The word, all right, Ralph, because I mean that description
don't make me want to watch it. I'm just saying
that's just a.
Speaker 1 (53:31):
I did like Lost, so I mean, you got me there,
but I don't know.
Speaker 4 (53:35):
From Orlando and Nicole, good morning, Good morning. How are
you good, Nicole? What do you plan on watching? I
am a Landman fan. Yeah with you, Brian. I love
that show.
Speaker 11 (53:46):
What we bought for Thorn is awesome.
Speaker 6 (53:47):
Ali larder is hilarious, hysterical.
Speaker 8 (53:50):
So it's a great show.
Speaker 4 (53:51):
It's from the it's from the creators of Yellowstone Yellowstone. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (53:56):
It has that same kind of vibe to it as well. Right, yeah,
it tells the king same thing, is it?
Speaker 7 (53:59):
Really?
Speaker 4 (54:01):
He's got everything? That dude?
Speaker 1 (54:02):
All right, you hold on a second. Be what they
saying over that you may have so much dang money.
Let's the xcelment will Power by Attorney Dan Newlan. Interrect
need to check. It's a no brener. Just call Attorney
Dan Newland. Someone said Righteous Gemstones is on their list.
Speaker 4 (54:15):
I've watched that. I haven't watched It's it's it's weird.
Speaker 13 (54:19):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (54:19):
Someone said hunting wife's they yeah, I've heard about it,
but oh yeah, I haven't talked about it.
Speaker 4 (54:26):
Yeah it's uh don't watch it with the kids in
the room. That's all I say.
Speaker 1 (54:29):
And then there's a lot of people that say land Man, Okay,
so yeah, your hunting wife, don't watch with the kids
in the room. So good.
Speaker 4 (54:36):
I'm watching it kid in his room all day. All
of a sudden the scene comes on and he's like, Hey,
what you're watching? Oh man, nothing, nothing, Bob first one
in We're gonna hook you up pair of tickets see
MGK Lost Americana Tour at the Benchmark International Arena coming
up in a couple of days. We'll come back. True
Stories that happened to me Big prize on the way
on Johnny's House and then partly Sonny. Seventy seventy four
(54:59):
is a high. It is fifty seven right now. True
story happened to me. You got some tickets to the
Cheese at Center's Bowl that's coming up on New Year's Eve,
Michigan versus the Texas University of Michigan's University of Texas,
and it's going to be right here in Orlando. But
we got to hear your true story. It happened to
me from Orlando, Olivia. Good morning, Hello, And how old
(55:19):
are you, Olivia? Twelve years old? You already got a
true story. It happened to me already at twelve, Yes, ma'am,
all right, So what happened?
Speaker 8 (55:29):
It happened recently November. We were playing volleyball and someone
did like a really bad serf and I was going
to get the bass we could continue playing, and out
of the blue, kids decided to kick the ball. He
missed the ball. He kicked my ankle and he broke
my ankle and I had to go get surgery done December.
Speaker 4 (55:46):
Are you serious? Wow?
Speaker 8 (55:50):
He left? And he also the thing that also made
me really upset too, because he didn't say sorry, and
he just laughed in my face.
Speaker 4 (55:56):
Yeah, boys are stupid. So did your parents to his
parents to make him pay for your medical bills? Ye? Right,
I would?
Speaker 12 (56:07):
Wow?
Speaker 4 (56:08):
Wow? And how are you? Are you walking with the
olymp now you're just starting to rehab?
Speaker 3 (56:12):
No?
Speaker 8 (56:12):
I got a cast and uh I got crushes and
any singing and any wheeling?
Speaker 4 (56:18):
Now? Were you just watching volleyball? Were you playing? Oh
so it ended your season?
Speaker 5 (56:25):
No, I'm not.
Speaker 8 (56:25):
I'm the volleyball. I didn't make it.
Speaker 4 (56:29):
Oh well you could have left that part, Olivia.
Speaker 1 (56:32):
Because we get a good attorney'll play that up. Crushed
your Olympic dreams. He was on your way to the Olympic. Yes,
Olivia's like, okay, that's these jokes are going. It's going
to derailed your Olympic dreams, which is worth more money
in court.
Speaker 4 (56:46):
I'm not an attorney. I'm just guessing. Steve. Good morning, Hey,
good morning, good morning, Steve. Thank you for the love
all true story happening to.
Speaker 7 (56:55):
Me is awesome. Oh, this is gonna take you back.
So this is from nineteen eighty eight. My mom, nurse,
had just gotten her brand new Osenbiel. Yeah yeah, so
she'd worked for a long time she got and didn't
even have it, not even a year. And I had
just gotten my license, and I begged, hey, can I
(57:16):
buy the car? Can I buy the car? You know
how you get it?
Speaker 4 (57:18):
Yeah, of course you get your license. Yeah.
Speaker 7 (57:20):
And so she's like, boy, don't crash my car. Yo, No, Mom,
I got time.
Speaker 11 (57:25):
I got this.
Speaker 7 (57:26):
So I'm driving and I thought I could beat the
light and I couldn't beat the light and I ended
up keep going in another car. So so my day
is already. I'm like, my life is over. This is horrible.
So they told the car and they take me to
the tow yard and I forgot something in the car,
so I went behind the building to where the car
(57:47):
was to get it out, not realizing, hey, I'm in
a junkyard and what are you having? A junkyard? Junkyard
dog all comes running out of nowhere, and I'm like
scared to death. I'd just start running, not looking and
there's a fence behind me, so I just hurtle the fence,
not realizing they're the twelve foot drop on the other side,
(58:08):
and I go smack into the hood of a car,
into the hood of the windshields. So now I'm not
only respond Now I'm not on the responsible for my
mom's car this other car. My heart is racing. I'm
thinking my legging broke and it was just like in
the movies because I'm a bigger guy. So the hood
and the roof just came in and I come stumbling
(58:33):
out from behind the fence, like limping, and I walked
to the front and here's my mom standing there and
just looking at me. And now I have to tell
you I just wrecked another car too.
Speaker 4 (58:46):
If i's your mama, like you know what, I'm just
gonna leave you here.
Speaker 7 (58:48):
I thought about it.
Speaker 4 (58:51):
I'm thought about it. Wow, good story, all right? Four
O seven now one nine one O six seven eight
seven seven now one nine one o six seven Cheese
at Centric's Bowl New Year's Eve, Michigan versus Texas. You
want to go, We need to hear your true story.
It happened to me. Round two is up today. True story.
It happened to me. We're gonna hook somebody up with
(59:11):
some tickets. Check out the cheese at Centrus Bowl Michigan
versus Texas on New Year's Eve. Were gonna start off
something like we never normally do. We was about to
go rob but they hung it. Oh yeah, hung all right,
let's go talk to uh Chrissy from Castlebury. Hey Chrissy, Hi,
all right, what happened? True story happened to me.
Speaker 14 (59:29):
Okay, so this is from my daughter dies at work
this Saturday. She was graduating from ucup at nine am,
and she called me at seven twenty am hysterically because
she went out to her car and her car was gone.
To get in the car, oh yeah, I ended up
calling nine one one one.
Speaker 4 (59:49):
Okay, and that's what you do, you know, the cars
because someone stole it. Yeah yeah, yeah exactly.
Speaker 14 (59:56):
So anyway, her car got towed and the nine one
operator was able to give us the information. We went
to We were able to get the car from the
toe company and she barely made it, but she was
able to graduate at niney I'm on Saturday.
Speaker 7 (01:00:11):
Wow for work, not for me? Wow?
Speaker 4 (01:00:14):
Talking about stress man. All right, you hold on now,
we're about to go wrong, be about to go and
I like, exceled don't. Who's this, Jennifer, Hannahfer? How are
you doing, Hannahfer?
Speaker 6 (01:00:27):
Jennifer good?
Speaker 7 (01:00:28):
Are you all right?
Speaker 4 (01:00:29):
Jennifer? You sound a little scared? All right, No, I'm good.
You sure you're on the air right now. Everybody's listening
to you.
Speaker 7 (01:00:36):
Yes, okay?
Speaker 4 (01:00:37):
What's it?
Speaker 7 (01:00:37):
You from Orlando?
Speaker 4 (01:00:39):
All right? True story happening? What happened? Jennifer?
Speaker 11 (01:00:42):
So?
Speaker 10 (01:00:43):
I worked for a local scene park and a couple
of weeks ago, we had Lindsay Lohan dining in in
one of the restaurants I work with, and I long
story short, I ended up getting a hug from Lindsay.
Speaker 3 (01:00:57):
Lohan's cool, She's not like.
Speaker 8 (01:01:03):
Pretty good?
Speaker 4 (01:01:05):
Why did she give you a hug? Your service was
just that good?
Speaker 10 (01:01:08):
No, So it's a long story.
Speaker 4 (01:01:10):
Oh right, we got that much time. That's okay, that's okay.
Speaker 9 (01:01:12):
Oh yeah, yeah.
Speaker 10 (01:01:13):
So we just she ended up and going to a
place around there and I bumped into.
Speaker 8 (01:01:19):
Her, so and yeah she had me hugged.
Speaker 4 (01:01:23):
Oh okay, all right, all right, you hold on. We
got to get the wheel out on this car. These
stories were fascinating. We couldn't even pick if we tried to.
We have Steve who crashed his car, then went to
break into the car at the car lot and he
got chased by a dog, jumped the fence and crashed
another car because he's a big dude. We have Olivia
who was in pe Uh some guy kicked in the
(01:01:45):
leg and she just had surgery because she was trying
to get the ball. We have Chrissy, whose daughter was
gonna graduate UCF, a car was told got there in
just a nick of time. And Jennifer number four got hooked.
But from Lindsay Lohan. These are some fascinating stories today.
All right, Brian, if you're gonna tell me which one
it is, let's spend the will. The will is a
friend of mine because I'm gonna need it on Friday.
Speaker 3 (01:02:06):
It's not a friend of yours.
Speaker 4 (01:02:07):
Alighty, it is all right Number one.
Speaker 1 (01:02:15):
Steve, congratulations, Hey, thank your story.
Speaker 4 (01:02:20):
One. You got your self prepair tickets to the twenty
twenty five cheese at Centrist Bowl on New Year's Eve,
Michigan versus Texas. You are going.
Speaker 7 (01:02:29):
Thank you. I appreciate you guys all.
Speaker 4 (01:02:31):
Say thank you for sharing the story and thank you
for listening. Hold on, we'll get some information, miss Ray.
Speaker 3 (01:02:36):
SNL getting in trouble for using.
Speaker 2 (01:02:39):
Now the Johnny's House Entertainment News with Ray.
Speaker 5 (01:02:43):
All right, so SNL, you know the weekend updates that
Man Everybody Loves is getting a lot of attention right
now because viewers think that the show may have used
a I. So that's what's kind of like going around
on the internet to basically make it to use to
illustrate a joke from Colin Jos about Donald Trump. And
(01:03:06):
so what they're saying is that they kind of like
used Deadline actually took a screenshot of it, and I
think that's what the problem is. Deadline took a screenshot
of it and they said that it was AI detected
and it was ninety nine point nine percent the probability
of using AI, and so basically them using that photo
of AI, they think that they should not have been
(01:03:26):
able to do that. So it was posted online and
according to them, they said, it makes it less funny.
Oh and that SNL using rough photoshop styles and all
of that.
Speaker 4 (01:03:38):
But I don't know.
Speaker 5 (01:03:39):
They're saying that AI will spread by slowly degrading the
quality of everything.
Speaker 4 (01:03:44):
Well, it seemed like a lot of people didn't know
until they till somebody screenshot and say this is AI.
Speaker 1 (01:03:50):
Yeah, I'd have to look at it and see because
they used to use photoshop stuff all the time. Yeah,
was actually photoshopping it. So are they just mad because
they didn't pay a person to photoshop it? Because I've
been yelled that for some more. Why didn't you just
have an artist created? I'm like, because I'm on a
time crunch, I got time for all that. Yeah, that
could be where they are because back in the day,
a person would have photoshopped that.
Speaker 3 (01:04:10):
It's because of the context.
Speaker 5 (01:04:12):
Yeah, so it says it's Donald Trump at a rally
at a casino, and so Deadline even ran a screenshot
or whatever of it.
Speaker 2 (01:04:21):
So I don't know.
Speaker 3 (01:04:23):
They want to be mad about anything. Yes. Absolutely.
Speaker 5 (01:04:26):
Jelly Roll sat down with Joe Rogan and if you
see that interview, he cries, He gets very emotional. It's
a good interview.
Speaker 4 (01:04:33):
Is he talking about his life and what he's been
through in that kind of story life?
Speaker 5 (01:04:36):
Yes, but I think that you know, he just got
brought into the what is it, the grandle the Grand
Old Opera. Yes, so, and that whole experience for him
because he said The first thing that he did when
he got out of prison was go to that.
Speaker 3 (01:04:51):
He needs his money to go to that. And now
that he's been inducted to like, you know, be a.
Speaker 1 (01:04:57):
Part of the grandpe I mean, if you're a musician
and you're like in the country at all, Grand Old
like the Holy Grail.
Speaker 9 (01:05:03):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (01:05:04):
So but he sat down and he said that he
feels like he's been colorblind for the past twenty years.
Speaker 3 (01:05:11):
Okay, and he said, no joke.
Speaker 5 (01:05:14):
After losing all his weight and cutting out sugar, he
could see colors again.
Speaker 3 (01:05:19):
Oh, I'm like, imagine that, Oh.
Speaker 4 (01:05:23):
A lot of things losing them out of weight. He's lost, Yes, he's.
Speaker 3 (01:05:25):
Lost like two hundred pounds. Yeah, He's like, I.
Speaker 5 (01:05:28):
Could see shades of colors general concept, but I never
realized that they're like the prettiness and if if he.
Speaker 4 (01:05:36):
Doesn't remember seeing it, so he he didn't know what
was missing. Yeah, until he's like, wait a minute.
Speaker 5 (01:05:40):
Yeah, So he said the moment it hit him is
when he went outside and he spotted a new plant
outside his home and he was like, how long.
Speaker 3 (01:05:47):
Have we had this like pretty purple tulip? And his
wife laughed and said it's been there for like three years,
and so he was like, he feels like losing all
that weight again, there's no I don't know if there's
any like throne to this, but he was like, after
he lost all that, he went from being colorblind to
actually see that size.
Speaker 4 (01:06:05):
I mean, all different things in your body starts up.
Speaker 13 (01:06:09):
You know.
Speaker 3 (01:06:09):
And they say, like sugar is just so bad for
him too in general.
Speaker 1 (01:06:13):
I know.
Speaker 5 (01:06:14):
So the met Gala is right around the corner. It's
not right around the corner, but they announced the theme.
So a lot of people are talking about it right now,
but it's the first weekend of May.
Speaker 3 (01:06:23):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (01:06:23):
So, but the the topic that I bring this up
for is because Kylie Jenner, she's always at the MET
Gala of the Kardashians and the Jenners, and so Timothy Shallamy,
they were like, why weren't you with Kylie at one
of the biggest events seven PM in Brooklyn? He was
talking about like the Knicks were in the playoffs. Yeah,
and so he literally said that he missed the appearance
(01:06:47):
by stepping out, you know, like to step out of
this major event because he wanted to watch the Knicks.
He's like, the Knicks run last year, was the most fun,
not just being a fan. I think that was the
most fun of my life period. So those four months,
He's like, I'm not even kidding. It was just like
it was electric being able to be a part about if.
Speaker 4 (01:07:04):
You're dating someone and you're married to someone and you
know that's their thing and they've gone further than they
having years, it's kind of kind of understood bait, Right,
it's cool.
Speaker 8 (01:07:13):
You know.
Speaker 3 (01:07:14):
Yeah, when people joked about it last year, they're like, oh,
he's probably at the hotel watching the next game, and
he was like, yeah, yes, it was.
Speaker 4 (01:07:21):
I was waiting for to come back.
Speaker 3 (01:07:23):
And that's the thing, like, if you're not a met
Gala fashion fan, you like.
Speaker 4 (01:07:28):
Your thing is my team is in the playoffs and
it's the Knicks, so who knows, it's been a long
time time.
Speaker 1 (01:07:33):
They could be a once in a lifetime thing. A
lot of people don't see their team do that well.
And that thing is all about walking up some steps.
Speaker 4 (01:07:39):
That's it. Yeah, that's it.
Speaker 3 (01:07:42):
May be understanding the bufflebells go to the Super Bowl.
I'm missing everything. Yeah, I'm missing everything understood understood.
Speaker 4 (01:07:48):
That's your team. That's your team. And if the University
of Miami makes it to the national championship. Brown might
be gone over in Miami. That'd be an easy trip.
Speaker 1 (01:07:56):
Yeah, that kind of thing that's going on. All right,
updating you again on what's trending some of the video
podcasts on Netflix. Well, since short videos are such a
big deal, Instagram is getting reels more exposure.
Speaker 4 (01:08:08):
So Meta owns that platform.
Speaker 1 (01:08:11):
They have rolled out an app where you can now
watch your Instagram reels on Amazon fireTV. Oh wow, so
they said the community has been feeding back that they
want to watch reels like more in like a TV setting,
like together with everybody. So they tested this design to
and they say it works best on a TV. Up
to five Instagram accounts per household can be linked to
(01:08:31):
the fire Tv app and now you can watch your
reels on your TV.
Speaker 4 (01:08:35):
And nothing more annoying than your kids saying look at
this video and the angles off and then like put
your phone and look.
Speaker 1 (01:08:44):
Well, we'll find out if there's something more than annoying
in that, because it could be you sitting on the
couch watching you want to be watching something else on
your TV. Got a point, So, yeah, I want to
do five accounts. But yeah, so if you're into watching
your reels and they want to put them on TV.
They've teamed up with Amazon Fire TV, which is uh,
this is of a big deal because it just I
just saw it come across Venturer of Foods. They've recalled
(01:09:04):
thousands of cases of salad dressings and from places that
we shop here, so like Costco and Publics. So they
said they have recalled a total of three thousand, five
hundred and fifty six cases because of black plastic planting
material that is actually in the stuff. So some of
the dressings are Hidden Valley Ranch Monarchs, Cisco and pepper
(01:09:28):
Mill brands. I know everybody be eating hid Hidden Valley.
Speaker 4 (01:09:31):
Yeah, so if you're in the Hidden Valley, you might
want to check it out. And man, there are too
many recalls on food going on. I'm thinking. I was
thinking about this today because there was here's another one
that if you have a product that needs to be recalled,
we should get double our money back because a lot
of times people just throw it away. You already wasted
your money, but they want you to take it back
to the store. You're not going to do that. But
if it was double your money, you would, and then
(01:09:52):
maybe people look closer at the store.
Speaker 1 (01:09:54):
Yeah, they also Costco Deli Caesar and Public's Deli Mustard
barbecue sauce. The FDA website will have the full details.
But yeah, everything's being every day there's something being uh recalled.
I know, I know a lot of us shopping Public's
here so and Costco and of course tonight the Big
Power Bowl drawling estimated jackpot is one point two five
(01:10:14):
billion dollars. It's the sixth largest jackpot after nobody had
match the winning numbers on Monday. It's the second jackpot
this year to hit a billion dollars. It was one
point seventy nine billion back in September and two people
won that Missouri and Texas.
Speaker 4 (01:10:30):
They split that up.
Speaker 1 (01:10:31):
If you take the cash up front, it's five hundred
and seventy two point one million bucks plus in Florida,
you get to pay a bout I think thirty five
percent tax.
Speaker 4 (01:10:38):
Yeah, and then the rest is going.
Speaker 2 (01:10:39):
To be yours.
Speaker 4 (01:10:40):
You know something I haven't heard it used to do
back in the day is companies used to get together.
Somebody would go around and say, hey, if we win this,
where And there was a few companies that want a
lottery pool yeah, say, hey, we'll put all the money
together and if we win, we'll lost puit the money equally.
Speaker 1 (01:10:51):
Right, because we could buy one hundred tickets together. Yeah,
you're only going to buy ten and uh. And then
if you split it up, you know, I don't.
Speaker 4 (01:10:57):
Hear about that anymore. Nobody walking around doing that, and
no people like to look at it. I wouldn't lose,
It'll be mine. I don't want to win with you
losers anything.
Speaker 1 (01:11:07):
You want to be able to quit without you, not
quit with you. I was doing some numbers on it,
because you know, I always feel like I'm going to win.
Speaker 7 (01:11:13):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (01:11:14):
And if you do take the annuity, yes, yes, yes,
you'll end up with about they say about just under
a billion, so you'll you'll gain about four hundred million
dollars if you were to take.
Speaker 4 (01:11:27):
The one the monthly on that, but I haven't done that. Master.
Speaker 1 (01:11:30):
Well, it varies because it increases, Yeah, yeah, it's yeah,
by the end, your last payment is the highest payment,
so it slowly increases. But you're going to get taxed
on every single year, is the way it works. Versus
the lump sum, see the lump I think the lump
song will get you in trouble.
Speaker 4 (01:11:44):
It could.
Speaker 1 (01:11:45):
I mean, I mean, you're gonna get in trouble. With
twenty million, you can get in trouble. Five hundred million,
you can get in trouble with both. See you twenty minute.
I'm broke till next year one hundred million. I'll just
go get some more money. Yeah yeah, I mean. Obviously, win,
the first thing you need to do is hire some
people that know about money.
Speaker 4 (01:12:00):
Please, and then you got to trust them too. Use
if you don't trust them, they're gone with your money. Well,
you know, I went down the rabbit hole.
Speaker 1 (01:12:06):
There are there are high net worth money investors and
lawyers that deal with just this O. There are people
you could trust. Obviously, you wouldn't just go down that
rabbit hole. Yeah, you wouldn't just call a due down
the street. No, call Saul. It's like I usually do
personal injuries. But for you, that's what it said. It
says to hire a lawyer because you just know he's
a lawyer. There are actual like financial lawyers you need
to hire. But the first thing you do if you
(01:12:28):
win is sign the back. They say, make sure you
sign it right. You can sign it wrong. I did
not know that what you sign it wrong. Yes, they
say sign it right. Then you have to take photographs
of everything. Yeah, and then you have to put it
in a fireproof case because if it burns up. I
knew somebody taped it to their chest until they could. Yeah,
because imagine if you lose it or like you're in
your case. Let's say you won the night before your
(01:12:49):
house caught on fire and you didn't I want, yeah, exactly,
That's what I'm saying.
Speaker 3 (01:12:54):
Have you ever seen a little bow Wow's lottery ticket?
Speaker 9 (01:12:57):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (01:12:57):
I saw that.
Speaker 4 (01:12:57):
It's so stupid.
Speaker 1 (01:12:58):
I can't believe you want is one of the dumbest
I never watched what was an ice cube? Like living
in a base that he was the old man bright.
I don't watch I'm not gonna don't. Don't don't watch it, bro,
I don't watch it, please. I just mark myself safe
from watching them. Okay, it is.
Speaker 4 (01:13:14):
It is Wednesday, No conversation Grown folks talking on the
radio next on Johnny's House Tunesday, And this is the
last one we're gonna do for the year. Adult conversation.
That's when we get together, you know, kids in school
and stuff. When we get together and talk about grown
folks stuff on the radio, were talking code, so if
you knew listening, Yeah, you can't be calling here talking
about dirty and stuff. All right, something some of y'all
(01:13:35):
or and some of y'all still understand what's going to
the movies is, But I think you'll figure it out,
all right. Topic today came from Miss Ray. And the
way it works is we throw the topic out, we're
discussing amongst ourselves, and then you will call in and
talk about what you think about it, and again when
that stops, this goes away. All right, Ray?
Speaker 5 (01:13:53):
All right, So since the holidays are here, everybody's doing
some traveling, probably staying.
Speaker 2 (01:13:57):
With some family.
Speaker 3 (01:13:59):
Are you four going to the movies with family in
the house or against it?
Speaker 4 (01:14:05):
Okay? Ray, what's starting with you because you're doing a
little traveling for it? Really?
Speaker 3 (01:14:10):
I don't care.
Speaker 4 (01:14:11):
You don't care in their house or your house either.
Speaker 3 (01:14:15):
I don't care.
Speaker 4 (01:14:17):
You ain't gonna slow her game down?
Speaker 3 (01:14:18):
No, I don't care.
Speaker 9 (01:14:21):
Now.
Speaker 3 (01:14:22):
Am I gonna turn the volume all the way up
and like be disrespectful?
Speaker 13 (01:14:25):
No?
Speaker 5 (01:14:27):
But I think it's disrespectful if I turn my partner
away just because there's family under the same roof.
Speaker 4 (01:14:32):
Okay, see here, where you're coming from. But we're not savages.
Speaker 3 (01:14:36):
Ro No, no, I can't.
Speaker 4 (01:14:38):
Here's not thing. I grew up. My parents live in
the same house I grew up being so the bedrooms
I'll be staying in the same room I shared with
my brothers. My parents wall is next to that room.
It's then I think the only thing is some plasters,
some insulation in another wall. No, absolutely not. Wouldn't even
think about it. I will let you know going in.
(01:15:00):
There is no wanting me right.
Speaker 3 (01:15:01):
But if she's like in the living room or something, no, no.
Speaker 4 (01:15:05):
No, I'll let you know going in. Hey, I hope
you ain't not gonna jump off in here, because it
ain't jumping off. Nothing ain't jumping off. I think mentally,
I'm not even in a movie mindset with my eighty
seven year old mom and her walker coming down the hall.
Speaker 1 (01:15:22):
Im not No, it's not even it's not even. No,
it's just see how that would sour on the idea.
Speaker 7 (01:15:29):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (01:15:30):
No, this is a respect visit. It's not a movie
going visit. It's no.
Speaker 3 (01:15:35):
I mean just like you know, like when you wake
up in the morning, no, no mind down from the day,
look and.
Speaker 4 (01:15:41):
You think about that and then you hit the phone
ring just like you're right there ring nothing girl of sleep. Yeah,
he over there with his girlfriend. He sleep too. You
hear that, just like I'm talking to you right now.
You know what I'm saying. So you can imagine what
right wouldn't do much for your exactly? Yeah, no, And
(01:16:02):
I don't want you doing it in my house. If
you come to my house, sleep, yeah, sleep and you
have fun and sleepine though.
Speaker 6 (01:16:12):
Well.
Speaker 4 (01:16:14):
This weekend ain't r What do you think?
Speaker 11 (01:16:17):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (01:16:17):
No, yeah, I'm not for it. I'm not for it.
Speaker 1 (01:16:20):
I'm not thinking if you want to throw a little
previous my way, perhaps a big difference, right, there's a
huge difference.
Speaker 3 (01:16:27):
I mean you're still doing it.
Speaker 4 (01:16:29):
I don't. I don't even want to previously.
Speaker 13 (01:16:30):
No.
Speaker 1 (01:16:32):
I mean it's like you want to test your your
strength of your perhaps not even that maybe.
Speaker 13 (01:16:39):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (01:16:39):
And I also don't want it in my house, not
not on not on my house.
Speaker 4 (01:16:43):
No, sir, that's disrespecting my house.
Speaker 3 (01:16:47):
Hey.
Speaker 1 (01:16:47):
If you if you want to do things like that,
get yourself a hotel. You can't afford a hotel, then
don't do it.
Speaker 13 (01:16:51):
It is.
Speaker 1 (01:16:56):
Hotels available. This is Orlando, Hotel Capital of the World
hotels a hotel, and Brian, I'm like you when it
comes to this. Now, if we're a bunch of friends
staying in a rented house, hey, you do what you
want to do. But of course, if I'm going to
your house, if I will stay in the hotel the closest,
I will say, hey, man, come to see you be
what's the closest hotel to your house? That said, we
do you know we're hotel people. We ain't trying to
(01:17:17):
step in your house.
Speaker 4 (01:17:18):
Yeah, I'm not trying trying to do that. I'm just
not sucks. And if hey, you know how you can
let people know when you're in your house. If you
stand at my house and something don't sound right, I'm
turning waters on im. I'm I'm I'm banging pots around
like I'm looking for something. I want you to know.
Speaker 1 (01:17:37):
I'm here for my guests. Room would be right by
the front door. So I'm going in and out the
front door, in and out the front door, in out
the front door. That way you know what's going on.
I look, I'm walking by, I'm making my rounds. And
I told her she gets crashed at my house before
I rescind my offer, said, she got needs every night.
Speaker 3 (01:17:55):
I heard I heard you, I heard you.
Speaker 1 (01:17:59):
I'm all an adult. Well cool, then, like I said, home,
there's a hotel right down the street. Nice hotel right
over there. Flamingo crossings or a couple of choices. Actually, hey,
at the fun ends for today. And man, we're about
to go to the hotel. Let's do let's do breakfast
in the morning, you know what I'm saying. And in
the car we're gonna get Bucky Niggy. If you can't
(01:18:20):
page yourself for forty five minutes, then you're gonna pay
two thirty nine at night.
Speaker 3 (01:18:26):
That's all forty five minutes.
Speaker 4 (01:18:28):
Whatever your little routine might be, all right, it's gonna
be a cleaning fee. Don't you worry about that.
Speaker 3 (01:18:36):
So you don't think your son did it while he
was at your home.
Speaker 4 (01:18:38):
Absolutely not, he said that.
Speaker 3 (01:18:41):
Well, you just don't even want to know that.
Speaker 1 (01:18:43):
Absolutely And think about that.
Speaker 4 (01:18:45):

set boundaries for their own home and you should respect.

Speaker 1 (01:20:48):
Up it says a common rule of thumb is if
you are comfortable discussing going to the movies with your,
host then like if you talk about openly about your
lives with each, other then and it's probably acceptable to, actually.

Well if you go to the point of asking, Me

like you're staying at a friend's house and you you
and your friend are so close that you've.

Talked about oh yeah yeah yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:21:15):
Yeah if you are not with each other but like
about your sex lives, before, yeah, yeah then you probably
understand that that's probably gonna go down in my.
Speaker 7 (01:21:21):
Room.
Speaker 4 (01:21:22):
Yeah and if it's my, boys, like, hey, man, bro come, on,
BRU i would be, like, bro come, on, now you
know it's my, house come on. Now this is that
you have to.
Speaker 1 (01:21:29):
Ask Per se just says if you feel if you're
on that comfort level with the person whose house you're staying,
in and then they probably expect you and your significant
other to go ahead and DO i got a.
