To come on in six oh two, Orlando's number one
hit music station at XL one O six seven Johnny's
House on a Monday, weather gonna get crazy today. Some
of y'all got at rain that's gonna burn off to
a very beautiful sunny day with the high of sixty two.
Now here's the deal. It's seventy right now. It's the
highest gonna be right now. Then the temperature's gonna drop
to around fifty eight in the afternoon, fifty eight in
(01:36):
the afternoon, and then the wind's gonna come in gusting
about twenty four twenty five miles an hour. And then tonight, tonight,
about this time tomorrow, the wind chill will be twenty
nine seems is twenty nine twenty nine. So the hot
today is now and then the hot today is sixty two. Right,
Does that make any sense?
Speaker 3 (01:56):
Yes?
Speaker 4 (01:57):
All right, So that's what we're looking at.
Speaker 3 (01:58):
Today, the Johnny's House Entertainment News.
Speaker 1 (02:03):
Right, all right.
Speaker 6 (02:03):
So Nate Bergatsky, he's going to be hosting something. It's
going to be called the Greatest Average American Game Show. Okay, okay,
So it's going to be on ABC It's a competition
that features challenges in trivia as contestants try to guess
how every day Americans think and live. So it kind
(02:24):
of reminds me of like what's the one that Steve
Harvey hosts where it's like you have to think of like, yeah,
like what the average American says or thinks. So, but
one player is going to be crown the greatest average
American and get the chance to win the ultimate grand prize,
the average American salary.
Speaker 4 (02:41):
I think I think he is probably the hottest comedian. Yeah,
his humor is people love him. He sold out here
two nights in a row. To me is like I
watched it.
Speaker 6 (02:52):
Go okay, Yeah, you know what they're saying, The average
American salary is is sixty or sixty seven, So that's
what they're Yes, that's what you're playing for. It's gonna
happen on Wednesdays, kicking off February twenty fifth on ABC.
Good Things are Happening for Yeah, So there is another
or there is a spin off to Hot Ones. This
(03:13):
one's called Winged Pong, Please explain. So it comes out
on Wednesdays as well. So two teams face off with
each team's cup hiding a mystery wing and custom written question.
When a cup is sunk, players must decide whether to
answer a revealing question or take a mystery wing. But
(03:34):
the heat levels ranging from mild to merciless. So I
mean again it's a spin off to hot Ones involving wings,
but this time with like beer poll.
Speaker 4 (03:46):
I understand a little to a wing or something, but
to the point you got to sign a waiver.
Speaker 1 (03:50):
Yeah that's a bit much. Yeah, well, I mean a
company bought hot Ones. You know, they had to find
a way to monetize it. Oh yeah, money.
Speaker 6 (04:00):
I mean hot Ones has been an internet sensation for
ten years, they said, And so now there's a ton
of different spin offs heat Eaters, hot Ones versus pro Moves.
Speaker 1 (04:08):
But now there's wing pong.
Speaker 4 (04:10):
I remember that guy brought those hot wings in here
for us to eat.
Speaker 1 (04:12):
Oh my gosh.
Speaker 4 (04:13):
And I stayed at level too because I just wanted
to eat some way. Yeah one, level.
Speaker 6 (04:17):
Three, a good wing. That's all I'm here for. You
went all we up to what like, I went out
pretty far, I think almost till like the second to
the highest. But Lenning it gets to a point where
it's like it doesn't taste good.
Speaker 4 (04:30):
Was going to get six of those meetings? You don't
want the next level? No, I'm telling you, I can't
eat it. It's all good, It's all good. All right.
It is Monday, six oh five. We'll come back and
give you updates. We had a busy weekend. We'll tell
you about the next on Johnny's.
Speaker 3 (04:44):
House direct from Hollywood.
Speaker 7 (04:46):
But to Ryan Seacrest, from an outside perspective, it might
seem to having a young child would make touring more challenging,
going on the road for so many dates.
Speaker 1 (04:56):
Eve, Let's talk about.
Speaker 7 (04:56):
Eve says bringing her son Wild on the road was
the highlight of the entire experience.
Speaker 8 (05:02):
Yeah, she took her three year old along for the
ride on her joint We're the party at tour with
Nellie and jah Rule. Even though she tells huff Post
she doesn't have to necessarily tour at this point, but she.
Speaker 6 (05:12):
Lives for being on the stage and getting to have
her son there, see him up there in a space
that she loves and thrives in was a really big
thing for her.
Speaker 1 (05:20):
Wild.
Speaker 7 (05:20):
Her son is at that age where soon he'll be
in school right full time, and she doesn't want to
pull them out for extended periods.
Speaker 1 (05:27):
So she realized that this was the perfect.
Speaker 7 (05:28):
Opportunity, the timing, maybe the last one for a long time,
to bring him along.
Speaker 8 (05:32):
Yeah, I mean these are years that you don't get
back three year old like. If he can travel with.
Speaker 7 (05:36):
You, well, power to learn how to spin mix VPNs
and become a DJ, start booking Vegas dates.
Speaker 1 (05:43):
Y'all can come. No everybody along.
Speaker 7 (05:45):
I need a posse to roll into the college. Yahoutee
DJ gigs. Eve's memoir Who's the Girls Out?
Speaker 9 (05:51):
Now?
Speaker 3 (05:52):
That's direct from Hollywood.
Speaker 1 (05:54):
Whow it's you? The Capitol One bank guy, that's what
they call me. Mind if I get a selfie?
Speaker 4 (06:00):
Sure thing?
Speaker 1 (06:00):
Say no fees or minimums on your Capital one checking account. Wow,
that's a keeper. So where are you heading?
Speaker 4 (06:07):
I'm off to spread the good news.
Speaker 1 (06:09):
The Capitol one helps people keep more money in their
wallet with no overdrivet fees. You're the best Capital one
bank guy.
Speaker 4 (06:15):
Hey, Mind, if I get a selfie, sure say Capital One?
Speaker 1 (06:19):
What's in your wallet? Terms of fly see Capitol one
dot com slash bank for details. Capital one and a
member fdice.
Speaker 4 (06:24):
Now and it's seventy and it's gonna be sunny, and
then they say the temper chicken's gonna start to drop
to around fifty eight degrees by this afternoon, than gusty winds,
and then tonight rent wind chills of twenty nine. So
the hot today is now and it's gonna get up
to sixty two today. That's what's going down this weekend.
We're out. We were very busy Friday night when me
and my son went to the Magic Game and check
(06:47):
that out and we rode through. I wanted to go
down to OBT because he didn't know about EDC. I said,
you got to see this. I don't know what people think.
They didn't read the brochure to make you think you
can walk from downtown to the Camping World Stadium, which
you ass Booty out booty. I was asking Brown, what
is about EDC to say, don't put no pants.
Speaker 1 (07:09):
On everyone I saw, and even on the way to
work this morning, because I came in a little early,
I stopped at White Wall and some people that were
leaving EDC were in front of me to check out,
and all I saw was booty and.
Speaker 4 (07:21):
They walking through the neighborhood. I mean they walking through
the neighborhood and I found that fascinating. And then Saturday
went to the celebration of life of our good friend
Paul was on who we do Coop Cuban under run
for Unfortunately he passed, and I went to that. And
then Saturday Sunday morning, got up and went to the
most amazing sing a long brunch that I've ever thank
(07:42):
y'all and turned me on the day drinking. I was
telling him bride this morning. I had never been a
fan about it. Yeah, y'all talk about it. Went in,
had some drinks about four point thirty, got home, watching TV,
got some dinner, chilled.
Speaker 1 (07:55):
Out with the bag.
Speaker 6 (07:56):
You can literally have two different lives one day, yes, yeah,
be a party animal and then a couch potato.
Speaker 1 (08:01):
It was.
Speaker 4 (08:02):
It was a good time. It was a really really
good time. Radio weekend, ma'am.
Speaker 6 (08:06):
I was good. On Friday, we did decorate for Christmas. Decorated, yeah,
while listening to Magic seven and as they kicked off
the Christmas music, so we were a job they did.
And then Saturday morning we woke up and went to
my friend's farm just so we could play with the
cows and the goats and all that. And then my
son had a baseball game, and then of course yesterday
(08:28):
the singalong brunch, which everybody I just like, I am
blown away from people that showed up and it was
just incredible.
Speaker 1 (08:34):
Showed it was so fun.
Speaker 4 (08:36):
I can imagine when you got home you just collapsed
because you were on ten five straight hours.
Speaker 6 (08:43):
I just needed it to be successful and it was
extremely Yeah. So I mean so many people are like,
can you please do it again? I missed out, so
we're gonna do it again.
Speaker 1 (08:52):
Here's my thing.
Speaker 4 (08:52):
They asked me like, hey, this is race things. Yeah,
don't ask me, ask her because I'm here to support
I am.
Speaker 1 (09:00):
And I thank you guys so much for being there.
It was it was fun. It was cool.
Speaker 4 (09:07):
Friday.
Speaker 1 (09:07):
I was busy with my radio station down the hall
Magic when I was seven seven because we did flip
the Christmas switch. I did sound kind of good at
hearing some Christmas music. It's a dude. SeaWorld puts on
the Great Event. WESH is a partner with it, and
so it's on TV as well, and they stream it
and then they have the giant switch and mister and
Missus Clalls show up. Oh yeah, and Missus Claws flips
the switch every year the lights come on over at
(09:29):
Sea World and the music switches, and now we're in
full on Christmas mode.
Speaker 4 (09:32):
So I did that. So Friday was a really long day.
Speaker 1 (09:35):
So I didn't do anything Friday night, and then Saturday
did nothing, watch football literally all day.
Speaker 10 (09:40):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (09:41):
I told Brian, I said, dude, you go all week man,
you need some time for you.
Speaker 1 (09:45):
That was Saturday. I said, do nothing, Bro. I went
and checked on my boat. But that was because I
wanted to make me sad because I didn't take it out.
I should have because now it's gonna be cold. But
I just went and did that, cleaned it up a
little bit, and went home and did I had to
sign up for free trial to something because YouTube tv
is still fighting with Disney. So yeah, so I signed
up for a free trial and I already canceled it.
(10:08):
I'm not trying to get caught paying one hundred bucks
a month. Do you know how many people have done that? Yes?
Speaker 4 (10:12):
So I did that so I can watched my football. See,
they want the five or six hundred that forget to cancel. Yeah,
that's what they want. They'll get it too, and not me.
Speaker 1 (10:19):
I canceled it Saturday Sunday morning I woke up so
I wouldn't forget because it's a hundred dollars, because it's
a whole new service, and I don't need the service.
Speaker 4 (10:27):
I just need YouTube and Disney watch my games.
Speaker 1 (10:29):
So yes, so I did that, and then yesterday to
sing along Brunch, I told her, I apologize, you put
a mic in my hand.
Speaker 4 (10:34):
I ain't gonna stop listen.
Speaker 6 (10:36):
I told Johnny. I was like, I think, John, I
think Brian thought that we were on the cruise for
a minute.
Speaker 4 (10:39):
But if you don't know mine. Now, if Brian is
out and it had a beverage, it too. If there's
a mic that's just floating now, he won't go to
the DJ booth and take it, but if there's a
mic just roaming around, he'll get it. I told him,
he don't give me this.
Speaker 6 (10:53):
No, and I'm glad that's what I wanted. I wanted that.
Speaker 4 (10:56):
But I did pass it around to a bunch of people.
They were killing it.
Speaker 1 (11:00):
Oh they were killed Yeah. I mean I found me
some new party host friends. I don't know what raised
for his name, but she sang a Fantasiou song. She
was fantasia Yeah that's MP. And I didn't know that
many people knew that song. I mean they know it
from the gut.
Speaker 6 (11:17):
I thought she was just gonna sit and sing it.
She got up and walked around.
Speaker 4 (11:20):
I was take a looking at me around.
Speaker 1 (11:24):
The going on.
Speaker 4 (11:25):
Yeah, it was a great time and it was fun. Yeah,
when when Ray will do it again. And that's something
that we're doing on the show, is that we do
things collectively. We always support each other. But I'm like, okay, everybody,
let's design something that's kind of an individual for you.
And Ray was first. Brian's up next, and he's behind
the scenes playing some stuff too. So once we get
that all worked out and put it out there, then
(11:46):
that's the next thing that will do.
Speaker 1 (11:48):
And it's a lot of fun. It was a great time,
a lot of stress. Sorry if you don't like my singing,
because there's a lot of it. There were so many videos.
I'm like, you know, he's gonna be all over the place.
I can't wait to see all of them.
Speaker 4 (12:00):
There's a good time. Make sure you look at our
socials and you can see and next time you can
plan accordingly. Okay, A lot of people yesterday didn't get
out a lot and a lot of them after talking
to them say you know what, I needed this. We're
gonna find out what's the thing that happened with you?
Did you say you know what? I'm glad this happened.
I needed this. We'll talk about that next on Johnny's
House is where we are at seventy. Then the temperature's
gonna drop to around fifty eight by this afternoon. Sunny.
(12:23):
There was a little bit of rain this morning, but
it has stopped Sunday today at the high right now
and then tonight it's gonna be clear, low around thirty seven,
but a wind chill of twenty nine and gusty winds
this time tomorrow it's gonna be cold outside. Yep. But today,
get prepared. The woman you're gonna feel today is right
now and it's gonna drop to around fifty eight by
this afternoon. If you mis raise sing along brunch, it
(12:47):
was one to be remembered. It was a good time
and people asking, all, we're gonna do it again, and
that's one hundred percent great. Yeah, And we were walking
bright and out with their support and JJ Rice was
there too.
Speaker 1 (12:57):
Yeah, boy that JJ Rice loved it. When they love
him the Rice, they do like JJ Rice.
Speaker 4 (13:03):
He's a nice guy. He's a really nice guy. And
where are you going around? You were talking to people
and you you were talking to a group of people.
What they say?
Speaker 6 (13:09):
Yeah? So I had a woman come up to me
and she was like, I really needed this, and so
she was like, I haven't had like a day out
or a girl's day and forever. And then I actually
just got a text message a couple of minutes ago
from my friend and she was like I needed that.
So it just made me feel so happy because I
just wanted to make sure everybody had a good time.
And they came out and you know, they got what
(13:31):
they deserved. No, Yeah, And so it felt good to
hear from people that they like needed that.
Speaker 4 (13:35):
When was the last time you had one of those
what you said to yourself, Man, I really need once
it's over, you like you know what I needed this,
go in with one mindset and you come out with
another one. Huh.
Speaker 6 (13:45):
I think that. When we traveled to Minnesota, I was like, man,
I really needed that, especially with like my girlfriend, and
we went to a show where nobody knew who we were,
went to town where nobody knew who we were, and we
ate and we napped and it was just like anything
we wanted to do. It was like I needed out.
Speaker 4 (14:03):
It was a sense of freedom. You love your family,
you love your kids. You know they're happy where they are,
and that's one less thing on your back and just
enjoy yourself.
Speaker 1 (14:10):
Yes. Absolutely.
Speaker 4 (14:11):
A couple of weeks ago. Yeah, a couple of weeks ago,
I was I went to see my girl ONNCK NOONA
and I was just kind of stressed out just a little,
and she said, well, let's go. Let's go grab a
drink and went over to Chroma and set at the bar,
and I was like, you ever been those one of
the things that you have somebody you like, say hey,
let's do it.
Speaker 1 (14:26):
I don't want to do that. Yeah, I don't want
to do that.
Speaker 4 (14:28):
And I don't want to go. There's gonna be people,
it's gonna be pack as. And we got there and
that just opened and sat around the bar, found two chairs,
had some drinks and laughed and talked and everybody was
really nice. And I'm like I left it going this
is really cool. And there was a guy. I was
about to leave and there was a guy and this
girl looking for a place, and I stopped and saying, hey,
I'm about to leave. You can have these seats. You's
like really, yeah, So I paid the tab and I said, hey,
(14:49):
enjoy your evening. Come to find out, he was a listener.
He said, man, I've been listening since my mom used
to have a great part of my growing up. But
I knew who you were, but I didn't want to
say hello, because you know, you're out with your girl
and you just enjoy yourself. And I was like, no, man,
And he's like, I know how it is when you
walk around the bar and you're trying to find a
place and you're looking all awkward, and I'm like, you know,
height you can have right here. And I left it going.
(15:09):
You know what I needed? That changed everything? Brown was yours.
Speaker 1 (15:12):
It was actually when we went on our cruise for Halloween,
because we usually set up everything for Halloween and we
go through all the trouble and everyone comes to our house.
So we didn't have to do that, which was nice.
We didn't spend that money. We had a credit, so
the cruise was only seventeen dollars. That's all we paid
to go on the cruise, and then we ended up
sleeping around tell me about that, and we didn't even
(15:32):
care because we just needed a break.
Speaker 4 (15:35):
It was nice.
Speaker 1 (15:36):
No dog to take out every twenty seconds. You want
to eat, don't have a twenty year old grown ass
kid roommate at the hot We ate when we wanted
to do.
Speaker 4 (15:44):
We drank what we wanted to, We slept when we wanted.
You say, the cruise was almost a little bit over half,
so when you wanted to get something from the body
right there?
Speaker 1 (15:50):
Oh yeah, everyone their own personal bar tender basically because
it was a Halloween cruise and nobody brought their kids
because I think their kids would have loved it, but
they probably just didn't realize how awesome it was.
Speaker 4 (15:59):
So yeah, we had a great time see it, but
we needed that. We needed a break. You were up
and saying, hey, you want the same shirt? Yeah, I'm
like that man. So we want you to share with us.
When did you have a moment when something happened and
you say, you know what, I needed that and it
changes your attitude, it changes how you feel. Tell us
about that moment if you had that four oh seven
now one nine one o six seven eight seven seven
(16:21):
nine one nine one o six seven. If you can't
get through you wanted to comment. You can always text
the XL mobile is four one o six seven, live
stream and social media. Drop that comment. But we want
to hear from you. I know it's early. When you
hear from you, When did you have one of those
moments or you did one of those things? You say,
you know what I really needed that. We want to
hear your story on Johnny's house. He ate by this afternoon,
so it's gonna be warming when you leave and colder
when you get back. Otherwise it's gonna be sunny and
(16:43):
gusty winds today and then tonight the temperature is going
to drop with a wind chill of twenty nine degrees
in central Florida. All right, that's what's going down right now.
Speaker 1 (16:52):
All right.
Speaker 4 (16:52):
We had a raise sing along brunch yesterday which went
extremely well. Talk to a group of people, say you
know what I needed that tuning to get out of
your normal, normal day and just enjoy something different, change
your mind and your attitudes. We want to find out
when has this ever happened to you? When you left
the place you say, you know what I really needed that?
Four oh seven now one nine one o six seven
(17:13):
eight seven seven now one nine one o six seven
because Semi Chris, what's going on? I mean, Sewan Sean,
what's going on?
Speaker 1 (17:19):
Man?
Speaker 11 (17:21):
It's all right, good morning guys.
Speaker 4 (17:22):
How you doing this?
Speaker 11 (17:23):
Biggest shout out to Ray yesterday that was amazing. We
we as a group of friends, we go to all
the events when we absolutely love it. It's like our
little time to get together and catch up. So I
thank yeah, yeah, y'all drink my biggest yeah, and drink yes.
Speaker 4 (17:40):
Y'all drank all the champagne yesterday, y'all drank it all,
drank all of them.
Speaker 11 (17:44):
Well, they were hanging up bottles.
Speaker 12 (17:46):
So we had to my biggest My biggest thing is
like in twenty three, I went on the cruise with
you guys for the first time, and I needed it
because I had to get a whole new group of
like my friends.
Speaker 11 (17:56):
The friends that I have now are all because of
this radio state.
Speaker 1 (18:01):
Isn't that crazy? So here's a funny thing.
Speaker 4 (18:04):
Here's a funny thing, Sean, is that y'all come to
all our events. We came over and say hello, do
you guys y'all still talk to each other? Were like, hey,
y'all hey, But anyway, what happened was I'm like, okay,
I won't.
Speaker 11 (18:15):
And the crazy and the crazy thing is that it's
like we became so close and.
Speaker 12 (18:20):
We look forward for these.
Speaker 11 (18:21):
Events and then we were just planning a friends giving
thing because we were all doing this with Ray yesterday.
Speaker 1 (18:26):
So yeah, I mean, like you.
Speaker 11 (18:27):
Guys, you guys reached so many people and we like,
I'm trying not to get emotional, but I love into
the events, Like every time I get to talk to
you a little bit more, I get to talk to
Brian a little bit more. Like I met Jana yesterday
for the first time. Amazing, and and and Jeremy Rice.
I swear he feels the show, which is wrangle and
stop it all.
Speaker 4 (18:47):
Over the place. Amazing, the smilest somewhere right now. You
guys get his head too big. He's he's a good dude.
Speaker 1 (18:54):
He works hard.
Speaker 11 (18:54):
Appreciate it. We love it. And I think a lot
of us all have kids and family and we have
busy schedules. Yeah, you guys put the events on. These
really bring us together and we get to take up
a moment to cherish our friendships.
Speaker 4 (19:06):
You know, what's cool for us is to look over
in the crowd in no familiar faces. Yeah, you know,
it makes us at ease knowing that, oh we know that.
Oh that's that's that's what's out, you know that kind
of thing. So yeah, no.
Speaker 11 (19:17):
No, we a lot of fun, you say, And I'm
glad we got to see everybody before the holidays.
Speaker 13 (19:21):
You know.
Speaker 4 (19:21):
I always say this, man, if you gotta stop doing it,
you gotta stop coming. We stopped doing it, so yeah,
keep on.
Speaker 11 (19:26):
Home coming, but we'll show up. We'll make a party
just for you guys.
Speaker 6 (19:29):
We appreciate it.
Speaker 4 (19:30):
Hey, looking forward to the next one. Sean, thank you man,
good seeing you.
Speaker 1 (19:34):
Take care.
Speaker 4 (19:34):
Ye all right, it's ray what they say.
Speaker 6 (19:36):
Let's see here. Spent the weekend recently recently with her
oldest daughter. This is from care, she said, went to
the retirement Home for Horses and Alachua and they made
some wreaths and it was just incredible, a chill weekend.
Speaker 4 (19:49):
Okay, and bron So they needed this. YEP, Excel Mobile
power by Attorney Dan Newln Interact.
Speaker 1 (19:54):
Need to check.
Speaker 4 (19:54):
It's a no brainer. Call Attorney Dan Newlan.
Speaker 1 (19:56):
Someone said their best friend took them to New York
for their thirty seventh birthday. Mom of five, Okay, it
was a dream vacation and they really needed it. Seeing
the Brooklyn Bridge at sunrise.
Speaker 4 (20:05):
Wow, sometimes you just need to get out of your
norm Yep. You know that can change things a lot
for you. All Right, Moving on the celebrity news.
Speaker 6 (20:12):
Kim Kardashian revealed what she got on the bar exam
cool and some Grammy nominees on the way on.
Speaker 3 (20:17):
Johnny Now The Johnny's House Entertainment News.
Speaker 6 (20:21):
That's rae all right, So the Grammy nominees were announced
on Friday after we got off the show. But for
Album of the Year, we have Bad Bunny, Justin Bieber,
Sabrina Carpenter, Clips, Push A, t In Nallice, Lady Gaga,
Kendrick Lamar, Leon Thomas Tyler, the Creator. Okay, for Record
(20:42):
of the Year DTMF, which is Bad Bunny, Manchild, Sabrina Carpenter, Anxiety,
Do Chi, Wildflower, Billie Eilish, Abricadabra, Lady Gaga, Luther, Kendrick Lamar,
and Sizza The Subway chapelerone and apt which is Roseann
Brunomar's all.
Speaker 1 (20:59):
It was a good I know. That's why I'm like, oh,
these are going to be really good. Yeah.
Speaker 6 (21:03):
So for best New Artists, which I love to mention
all the time, Addison Ray, Alex Warren, Katsi, Leon Thomas,
Lola Young, the Mariah's Olivia Dean in Somber. So that's
a pretty big category this year as well. Sure, but
of course, yeah, as soon as we get closer to it,
we will definitely.
Speaker 1 (21:22):
Do our kind of We're never right.
Speaker 6 (21:25):
We're never right because we always vote on who we
want to win and not like you know what we think.
So Kim Kardashian revealed her bar exam. She said, I
am not a lawyer yet. Yeah, she revealed in an
Instagram story post after getting the results of her bar exam.
After sharing that she failed the test, she said, there's
(21:46):
no shortcuts, no giving up, and that is you know,
falling short isn't failure, that it's just fuel. So she's
been trying to become a lawyer since twenty nineteen. Obviously
she is still a massive brand herself that she tries
to keep sure she's going. So the fact that she
still continuously is pushing to be a lawyer, she said,
(22:07):
the grueling two day California bar test has a sixty
three eight point six percent pass right, so around sixty
thousand people take it each year.
Speaker 1 (22:16):
They say it's one of the hardest classes. Yeah, the
California bar.
Speaker 6 (22:19):
Yeah, but obviously what she's trying to do is walk
in her father foots father's jets. Robert Kardashian was one
of the biggest lawyers, you know, so.
Speaker 4 (22:29):
He made him famous.
Speaker 1 (22:30):
Yep, she was about thirty five percent of people failed.
So she's not like it's not like it like a
big deal.
Speaker 4 (22:35):
But she took she said, you know what, I need
to study, cause she could easily came out, I said,
you know what, just Kanye thing, have my min all
over the places, focus how the Kanye was calling me
and the kids and the Kanye.
Speaker 6 (22:45):
She could have easily said that, but she did blame
her JEJVT no no, no, no no. She blamed that
for other tests that she failed as the chat GBT,
but she did blame Kanye for her brain in yours.
Speaker 1 (22:57):
So that was developing, which I mean, yeah.
Speaker 4 (22:59):
I saw that.
Speaker 1 (23:00):
Uh yeah, So, like I.
Speaker 6 (23:01):
Said, she's not a lawyer yet, but she's going to
continue and continue to push for that.
Speaker 1 (23:06):
Yeah, I agree.
Speaker 6 (23:07):
Jelly Roll actually had to end his tour in Australia
and New Zealand short, one show short, so he was
scheduled to perform and on his final night he had
to cancel because he was sick. So obviously it breaks
his heart. He said, I've probably missed three shows in
the last decade, and unfortunately he had to cancel his last.
Speaker 4 (23:27):
Show yet sick of being thrown out. That little bit.
Speaker 6 (23:31):
That video was actually funny. I saw it, but he said,
you know, I've done everything I can. I just can't
shake it. It breaks my heart. I've probably missed three
shows in the last decade. I prided myself on showing
up no matter what. I just couldn't do it this time.
So please forgive me.
Speaker 4 (23:44):
If you're a true artist, if you gotta feel bad
knowing that people took their heart own money to come
out to see you, go out to a venue and
unfortunately you're not able to perform.
Speaker 1 (23:52):
Yeah, no, unless you do that Elton John, Oh my god.
It seems like for him though, like because we did
meet him, it would hit him extra Hart really really
does cherish the fact that he gets to do this.
Yeah for sure.
Speaker 4 (24:06):
Yeah, so hopefully'll go back.
Speaker 6 (24:07):
It looks like Pete Davidson's kind of like throwing it
out there. Getting back to SNL. It's been more than
three years since he's yeah yeah.
Speaker 1 (24:15):
Yeahked his return to the to the news desk before
the weekend update. I love it.
Speaker 4 (24:20):
He made fun of himself a lot.
Speaker 6 (24:21):
Yeah, yeah, so, but he said when he came back
for his visit, his career now now obviously is film
and television. But for the Weekly Pressure Cooker on SNL,
he said, listen, he would return. Uh, if the boss,
Lauren Michaels needed him, he said, I owe that guy
my life. Yeah, he loves jump started everything. He said
in a recent interview, I would do anything for Lauren.
(24:43):
So he knows that. And Pete Davidson shared that, like, listen,
if he needs me, I'm there.
Speaker 4 (24:48):
Oh yeah, I mean I've seen him in a lot
of TV commercials. Yeah, he's doing a lot, doing a lot.
Speaker 6 (24:52):
That's what I'm saying. Television and film is like where
he's at right now.
Speaker 1 (24:55):
Making that money. All I would come back where I
was gonna update.
Speaker 4 (24:57):
What update? Does a must trending next? On Johnny start
out sunny, but the temperature things don't get kind of
crazy right now, it's seventy and it's going to start
getting a little cooler and a little cooler, and it's
going to drop the fifty eight by this afternoon. Then
tonight the low's around thirty seven with a windshield of
twenty nine. But today it's going to be sunny and
breezy and getting up to sixty two once the temperature
(25:18):
started dropping.
Speaker 1 (25:19):
All right, Brian, long weekend. What's trending, Well, the government's
still shut down, but I heard it working on.
Speaker 4 (25:24):
Well, they are working on They've been working on it
for thirty days.
Speaker 7 (25:26):
Now.
Speaker 1 (25:26):
Yeah, I heard they agreed on something. Well they did,
so that's what's trending. So the Senate voted to move
forward on a House pass bill to fund the government
last night. So now finally they do have the sixty
votes that they needed, so eight Democrats joined the Republicans.
Now they're going to advance the measures failed fourteen times
at this point, but it's part of the deal. Democrats
are going to get the vote about health insurance tax
credits that they've been wanting to extend, so they promised
(25:49):
to vote on that once they get back to work. Basically,
so the Senate Republican leaders are expected to change the
bill add a couple of things.
Speaker 4 (25:56):
They're going to fund the government a little bit longer.
Speaker 1 (25:58):
Then it's going to get signed, and then it's gonna
go back through the House to approve it again, and
then it's gonna go to the President to be signed.
So even if everything moves super smooth, then there's no problems,
it's gonna.
Speaker 4 (26:08):
Take a little bit. So it is still shut down.
Speaker 1 (26:10):
But basically the deal is at place to open it
and so maybe by the end of the week everything should.
Speaker 4 (26:16):
Be because this travel thing is getting out of hand,
ready to go, it's really getting out of hand.
Speaker 1 (26:20):
But everything right now is still shut down. So even
though they do have a plan in place, but it
looks like we're moving in the right direction finally. So
there's reports that the Jacksonville Jaguars are going to play
in Orlando for the twenty twenty seven NFL season. It's
temporary because the Jags EverBank Stadium is gonna get like
a two billion dollar renovation.
Speaker 4 (26:37):
That's gonna buy a stadium for two billion, not no more.
Speaker 1 (26:41):
So yeah, okay, so they're gonna get a new renovation
that's going to be completed in August of twenty twenty eight.
In the meantime, they need someplace to play, so they've
been kicking around a bunch of ideas.
Speaker 4 (26:50):
Orlando has always been in the mix.
Speaker 1 (26:53):
Is basically official, but not official because the NFL has
to vote to approve it, but they don't. Sy Yeah,
there's no reason why they own wouldn't vote to approve it.
So it looks like the official announcement will come eventually,
but right now it's pretty much set in stone that
the Jags are gonna play twenty twenty seven in Orlando.
Speaker 4 (27:09):
And before they get here, Camp and World's doing a
four hundred million dollars renovation.
Speaker 1 (27:14):
Which I look it looks pretty, but what they really
need to do is put a cover on it. And
I don't mean a dome, but like they did down
in South Florida with some canopies.
Speaker 4 (27:22):
It would be nice. And the thing is open is
the field right? Yeah, but that's just my two cents.
Speaker 1 (27:26):
Anyway, the jag is gonna play here, so basically everyone's
thinking it's a way to show the NFL that we
can support a team and eventually maybe get Orlando a
team of their own.
Speaker 4 (27:35):
So it'll be Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville if it happens.
Speaker 1 (27:40):
Right now, it's going to be Tampa, Jacksonville in Orlando, yes, yeah,
all the Bucks probably were like, nuh exactly. You know
how people drive up here for our game, right, we
don't want none of that. But we'll see what happens.
I'm excited because I do love football, so it'll be
cool to see them them play at least for a
season in Orlando. And the Orlando Pride one step closer
to repeating as the NWL champions. They are the fourth seed.
(28:02):
They protected their home field advantage and beat the fifth
seed Seattle Rain FC to nothing on Friday night in
the quarterfinals. So now the Pride are gonna move to
the semi finals versus Gotham FC. That's gonna be Sunday,
November sixteenth, three pm, Downtown and on ABC. Well it's
gonna be back again. Yeah downtown.
Speaker 13 (28:20):
Yep.
Speaker 4 (28:20):
Let me tell you. If you drove through downtown Orlando
on Friday night, traffic was insane. Yeah, you had to Pride,
you had the magic and also DC, hey, DC was
whoa Well, good for them.
Speaker 1 (28:31):
My uber driver told me that she was stuck in
EDC traffic for four hours. Oh no, yeah, she said
she did.
Speaker 4 (28:38):
One ride and she said, I I'm done and left
like I ain't making no money, right, I'm like, listen, y'all,
get out here. I know it looks rough, but ain't
gonna bother. You're going straight. That's gonna get you the
way you need to go.
Speaker 1 (28:50):
All right.
Speaker 4 (28:50):
It is Monday, y'all, and it's time to get hype.
And the way we do that is find out what
is your hype song. That's a song that we play.
They get you to get you going, get everybody in
a good mood today and today. If we wanted you
for calling in ice feature in Rudolf the Red Nose
rain dere two million pounds of colorful ice sculptures, thrilling
slides all thing in the beloved holiday classic November fourteenth
(29:13):
through January seventh at Gaylord Palms, Orlando. Get two tickets,
buy two tickets, get two tickets free on weekdays with
cod x L one O six seven, We're gonna give
you some ice tickets. All you gotta do is tell
the song that get you up and get you going,
and hopefully we have not played before, okay, but it's
a real hype song. Four oh seven NA one nine
one O six seven eight seven seven nine one nine
(29:34):
one O six seven. If you're dragging and you need
to hear it, we're gonna get everybody hyped. Next when
we get back on Johnny's house has a temper of
start to drop. Yet Ray, we started at seven in.
Speaker 1 (29:43):
Fifty nine, good blower dropped like ten.
Speaker 4 (29:46):
Yeah, goodness, Wow, they weren't joking fifty nine looking up
for a hoh today of sixty two sunny and gusty winds,
where tonight is gonna be a windshield of twenty nine
and clear? All right, Brian was one of them days man.
Today is Sesame Street Day. Sesame Street Day. Yeah, okay, okay?
(30:09):
And what is Sesame Street Day.
Speaker 1 (30:11):
I don't know why they picked November tenth, but it
is officially on national day calendars Sesame Street Day. They
say it's the most widely viewed kids show in the world,
so they used today to celebrate Sesame Street Day.
Speaker 4 (30:24):
Y'all know. I would like to talk about my film career,
you know, because I did have a little bit part
in Sesame Street the Arbor Day edition, Yes, where I
had the line of our each go away, And that's
because we were painting trees and he came to bother
us and we asked him to go away. Now, I
didn't have that line by myself. I did it with
the rest of them, the crew, the crew, and I'll
(30:48):
never forget that. He said something about happy and sappy,
so he came out, so each came out the tree
and says, trees are sappy. That's what makes me happy.
And then we collectively, as the kids said, I had
to wave my hand like this go away. Gotcha? Wow,
like that, that's good active it was awesome.
Speaker 6 (31:08):
You still have that got it on.
Speaker 4 (31:10):
VHS tape And when we were talking about this, I
will try to make a point to find it because
I know where they all are. Now then I'm gonna
have to find someone to get it off VHS tape
to see it. But that was my line. The hand
went like this, go away. And then there was a
I had a close up scene where I'm painting a tree,
and they said, all right, little man, look up at
(31:31):
the tree.
Speaker 1 (31:31):
And then I looked up and that was it.
Speaker 13 (31:34):
Wow.
Speaker 6 (31:36):
And I can only imagine how dramatic you were with
your parts.
Speaker 4 (31:40):
Not Ray only did it one take. I ain't need
to do it three like the other kids need two
or three takes. I only needed one it is.
Speaker 1 (31:54):
You thought it was a tree in front of me.
I really thought there was a tree up there. What
a star?
Speaker 6 (31:59):
I don't a wire here?
Speaker 1 (32:02):
Nothing?
Speaker 4 (32:04):
You have nothing?
Speaker 3 (32:06):
Yeah, I don't know. I don't think it's.
Speaker 4 (32:07):
Been on any show. You've never been on TV show before.
Speaker 6 (32:09):
I don't think.
Speaker 4 (32:10):
Now I looked it up and find out these are
that Now if you're from central Florida, these are some
shows that were filmed right here. The water Boy, okay,
the Florida Project. Don't remember that.
Speaker 6 (32:21):
Oh yeah, that's the one where the kid lives in
a hotel and it's yeah.
Speaker 1 (32:24):
Yeah that Ernest Saves Christmas. I think a lot of
Arnest movies were filmed around.
Speaker 4 (32:30):
Jaws three D, Sharknato three House on Hunted Hill. A
portion of My Girl, Oh yeah, Passing Your fifty seven
was at the Sanford Airport, Problem Child two, Parenthood and
Never Back Down, and TV shows The Golden Girls, Deal
(32:50):
and No Deal. The Game relocated to Orlando for Peter
taping at.
Speaker 1 (32:54):
The Full Sale, Right, yeah.
Speaker 4 (32:56):
I think so Becoming a God in Central Florida. Don't
remember Kristen Dark Dunks, huh, Fresh off the Boat, Nickelodeon,
Guts Yeah, Family Got Guts SeaQuest Sea Quest. Yes, I
think Haul Cogan filmed the show here too.
Speaker 1 (33:12):
For a while. Yeah, those are the few that I
have doubled. Air was filmed here, was well, I was.
I was in a pilot on Discovery Discovery Kids, and
I played man in Elevator.
Speaker 4 (33:26):
Did you have any lines?
Speaker 1 (33:27):
Yes, I have one line.
Speaker 4 (33:29):
Quiet on the set and nice bike and wow.
Speaker 6 (33:38):
Again movie stars I'm working with.
Speaker 1 (33:40):
So the guy, the star of the pilots, it never
got picked up.
Speaker 4 (33:45):
The star of the pilot was.
Speaker 1 (33:48):
We were filmed it in the Paramount Downtown and so
he was getting into the elevator with one of those
little mini motorcycles that he was running away from somebody
who was chasing him on. So he scooped it up
and put it under his arm and got in the elevator.
And I was a resident in the building and I
had groceries and we were going down, and so I
just he was standing there with a motorcycle. I was
standing there with my groceries, and we just looked at
(34:09):
each other and I said, nice bike. Why the elevator
door opens and he jumps off it and screw scoops.
Speaker 6 (34:16):
Way did you guys get paid for your incredible roles
I got.
Speaker 4 (34:20):
They told me we were, but I know I told my
mom that they said it was gonna get us a check,
but all we got was uh McDonald's and it was
just a regular burger. What do you know, cheese on it?
You know it was burgering a little small fries.
Speaker 1 (34:32):
Yeah, maybe your mom just took the check and didn't
tell you.
Speaker 6 (34:36):
I'm I mean, drove you here.
Speaker 1 (34:40):
That's what a lot of you know, parents of star
kids do, I hear to take their money. Yeah. No,
I didn't get paid because it was it was a pilot,
so it didn't get picked up. I did get some
craft services. I got to eat some delicious food, but
that was it.
Speaker 4 (34:53):
Years years ago. Uh, they were filming a movie called
The Maulers, and they asked Doc and I Doc and
Eye to be radio d j's in the mall. Oh
they had a radio station in the mall and they
filmed and everything never got picked up.
Speaker 1 (35:07):
I was on a show.
Speaker 6 (35:08):
I was on a show, remember the Desperate house or Wives. Yeah, yeah,
she came in and we were all in that show.
Speaker 1 (35:16):
I don't know if you noticed, but we didn't put
that on our Crisit Housewives of something New Yorker when
she was performer over here. Yeah, we were on that show.
Speaker 4 (35:25):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, well that's Desperate Housewives. She was desperate
to be performer. Yes, all right. Some more movies that
were filmed here, Monsters with Charlie's Ron, Uh, Paper Town okay,
The Punisher okay, Tomorrowland From Earth to the Moon. Uh,
(35:48):
The Matinee Psycho, what's IV four four Psycho four w
w E program of course, Coach Coach Yeah, the Orlando
Breaker fran here's one they said, amazing race. Yeah, I
mean they must have come through yeah maybe. Yeah, they
all know Mickey mouse Club.
Speaker 1 (36:09):
They were filming a movie when I was in high
school in Stamford with oh gosh, well Dennis Quaid I
think was in it. It was called Wilder Napalm. They
filmed that in the Stamford Plaza parking lot. Really. My
friend works security, so he got us on set. We
just got to hang out, I think.
Speaker 4 (36:27):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (36:27):
I watched them film a couple of scenes. Jae, the
movie never blew up. I gotta get on a show.
Speaker 4 (36:33):
There's a couple of movies filmed out at the at
the Cape, A couple of space movies out there because
I remember Greg Warmouth was in it. Yeah, as a
all right, we want to find out what TV movie
or show that you've been on. Okay, as you see Brian,
both Brian and I had well I didn't have a
singular line. I had a group line. Brian did have
(36:55):
a single line. And Ray was in the background. I
think he was cheering on the calls. I was credited
as a man in Elevator.
Speaker 1 (37:02):
Yeah, I didn't get any credit for that.
Speaker 4 (37:04):
So I want to find out from you what TV
show or movie that you've been on. Okay, it didn't
have to be a major part, but it is your
claim to fame. We're gonna let you go here. And
if you had some lines, we want you to recite
some of those lines. And we did it. You can
do it too. Four oh seven now one nine one
o six seven eight seven seven nine one nine one
o six seven ex el mobile four one o six
seven live stream, social media. Want to hear it you
(37:27):
had a TV or movie role of any part. We
want to hear about it and tell us all about
your is it fifteen minutes of fame? If you had
any four oh seven now one nine one o six
seven eight seven seven now one nine one o six
seven calls up. We want to hear it from you
on Johnny Sith Crazy. Then tonight clear with the windshield
of twenty nine miles twenty five mile dours wins. So
(37:47):
it's gonna be cool tonight.
Speaker 1 (37:49):
All right.
Speaker 4 (37:50):
It is National Sesame Street Day and I was on
Sesame Street back in the day for about taking. My
total era TV time was about forty eight seconds. Forty
eight seconds to change my life. I knew what I
want doing life after that, Yes, paint trees what I
wanted to do. So I want to find out have
you ever been on a TV or a movie show?
From Tavarismla Good morning, Hi, good morning, good morning, and
(38:13):
you've been on TV movies?
Speaker 14 (38:16):
I actually I went to school back in Cleveland, Ohio.
I went to Remington College and they reached out to
me after I graduated for a commercial and technically I
wasn't ready for the same that was coming after my
five minutes of fame, and it was super exciting. I
would go places and people would know who I was.
Speaker 4 (38:36):
So, yeah, now did you have a line?
Speaker 14 (38:40):
Oh well, it was kind of more like like an interview.
I was just like given that, you know, information on
you know, what the school was like and what the classes,
the class sizes were like and things like that. But
it took hours, hours to film this commercial just to
be on TV for like forty eight seconds.
Speaker 4 (38:57):
Now, Now, was it one of those technical schools that
ran on during trashy daytime TV back in.
Speaker 13 (39:02):
The day.
Speaker 4 (39:06):
On the counts doing nothing? And if I saw that
guy on the street, I'm like, hey, you're just sitting
at home, guy, Yes, you're doing nothing. Okay, that is awesome.
That's awesome. All right, thank you for sharing that.
Speaker 6 (39:23):
I still think the Educational Connection one was so good.
The rap song you remember Education Connection whatever?
Speaker 4 (39:29):
It was from Orlando Tammy.
Speaker 11 (39:32):
Good morning, good morning.
Speaker 1 (39:35):
How are you now? You said your brother was in
a movie.
Speaker 15 (39:39):
Yeah, we actually went to doctor Shops and they actually
promoted it a lot in the drama department. But we
were both extras and he was in water Boy. Actually
it was filmed here and he got to actually meet
Adam Sandler.
Speaker 4 (39:52):
Everybody, everybody who was acting was in water Board. Yeah, everybody, yeah,
or if you played.
Speaker 11 (40:00):
Yeah, it was.
Speaker 15 (40:01):
It was not a very well known show, but it
was nineteen ninety eight. It was called from the Earth
in the Moon with Tom Hank.
Speaker 1 (40:07):
Yeah.
Speaker 15 (40:07):
Yeah, was on HBO and I was an extra over
and over again, many days showing up. We were all
promised that we were going to meet Tom Hank and
the one day they didn't call me to come in
the show for my possible row loll, he comes and
I didn't get to meet him.
Speaker 4 (40:24):
Oh so so for you going back, they said, hey,
you'll meet Tom Hanks and you just kept going back.
Speaker 15 (40:31):
Yeah, well no, we were. We kept getting called back
as extras. But the day I wasn't called was the
day he showed up on the show.
Speaker 4 (40:37):
Okay, but it was there back then. How much was
an extra being paid?
Speaker 6 (40:41):
How would I say?
Speaker 15 (40:42):
It was like twelve thirteen dollars. I mean we're talking
like nineteen ninety eight.
Speaker 4 (40:47):
Yeah, that's good. That was a lot of money. Yeah,
that was back then, a lot of money. All right,
you hold on a second. David Saint Cloud, he said
the specialist he was on that I x Elmo will
Power by turning Daniel an interact. Need to check.
Speaker 1 (40:59):
It's a no brainer. Call turney Dan Newlan. There was
a lot of people on Legends of the Hidden Temple.
That was a game show right, yeah, yeah, and then
someone said they were an intern on Extreme Makeover Home
edition in two thousand and four. So they're on a
few episodes carrying stuff into the houses that there, Yeah,
a couple houses, that's right.
Speaker 4 (41:16):
So this is uh. They said their parents didn't even
recognize those are my kids. Okay, all right, we got
a lot of famous people in this towns Diddy.
Speaker 6 (41:26):
Is getting in trouble behind bars.
Speaker 4 (41:28):
You got to hit us from man, it's on the
waal Johnny's House.
Speaker 3 (41:31):
Now the Johnny's House. Entertainment News, that's.
Speaker 6 (41:34):
Raight entertainment news is brought toy by fair Ones Credit Union.
Speaker 1 (41:37):
So Diddy.
Speaker 6 (41:40):
Diddy is behind bars, as we all know. And he
was transferred to Fort Dix because I love to say
it so aggressively for dis Yeah. So anyways, he was
transferred there because of the drug and alcohol program that
they have there and that could shorten his sentience, sentence
and all that stuff. Well, after being there for just
a couple of weeks, he allegedly was caught drinking drinking
(42:04):
some homemade alcohol apparently created from sugar phant and apples,
and you know, they mix it all up and make.
Speaker 1 (42:10):
Some alcohol toilet wine.
Speaker 6 (42:12):
Yea, yep. So that basically, officials are considered moving him
to another unit after the incident, ultimately decided against it.
So right now, that's kind of like where they are
right now. A prison spokesperson claimed to have no info
about the incident, while Diddy's representative came out and said
that they are focused on adjusting and working on him
(42:35):
and doing better each day. So, as with any high
profile individual in a new environment, there may be many
rumors and exaggerated stories throughout his time there. So as
of right now, his reps are saying it could be true,
it could be untrue. The people working at the jail
they're not really saying anything.
Speaker 4 (42:53):
Yeah, but maybe maybe he don't know better. He ain't
never been in jail before.
Speaker 1 (42:57):
Oh dear God, is the thing.
Speaker 4 (42:59):
The first thing they and you best when they got
him and found out, they asked him, where'd you get
it from? And that's what he has to be quiet
and then they have to threaten him. But we're gonna
move you to such and such kind of thing. The
first thing he's gonna ask you, Okay, we know you've been.
Speaker 6 (43:12):
Drinking when you did get it, and he's gonna get
murdered behind him, so he can't say it out.
Speaker 4 (43:17):
Yeah, he can't say so.
Speaker 6 (43:18):
I mean, he's serving a fifty month sentence as of
right now. He is required to attend a substance abuse
and mental health program and like he's undergoing a spiritual reset,
he said. He told the judge he was sober for
the first time in twenty five years, but yet he
is still trying to drink some alcohol behind bars.
Speaker 4 (43:35):
He said, I'm sobd y'all have a drink this this
jail looker, you don't get drunk. Don't get drunk on that.
Speaker 6 (43:41):
Well, according to them, you do.
Speaker 1 (43:44):
So.
Speaker 6 (43:44):
I don't know as of right now. It's kind of speculation,
but allegedly he has been caught.
Speaker 4 (43:49):
I'll tell y'all put me in the whole because I
ain't telling y'all I'm none. Yeah, because if I tell
y'all something, I'm gonna die. Man, They're gonna beat me
up in like soap and the sock. Go ahead and
put me where're gonna put me because I'm not saying
a word.
Speaker 1 (44:00):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (44:00):
Now there's another story that is developing. This is with
Jeremy Renner. Developing story right here in iHeart. There's a
Chinese filmmaker that accused Jeremy Renner of sending quote a
string of unwanted, unsolicited pornographic images of himself.
Speaker 4 (44:21):
Well, that's that's receipts.
Speaker 3 (44:23):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (44:24):
She also claims that when she confronted him about it,
he threatened to call Ice on her. Yes, she is
a Chinese filmmaker, so I guess they work together on
a documentary called Chronicles of Disney and it's an animated film.
But Jeremy Renner's attorney is called the allegations false, outrageous
and highly obviously defamation right there.
Speaker 1 (44:47):
Hell yeah, yeah, that's gonna that's weird because it doesn't
seem like him. No, but what do we know exactly?
I mean, look at Bill Cosby.
Speaker 6 (44:58):
But he also claims that she she's retaliating against him
because he rejected her romantic advances.
Speaker 1 (45:05):
So that's his story and the cause, like, well listen, she.
Speaker 6 (45:08):
Sent you exactly, So that's ver seats right there if
she has them. So the attorney does admit though, that
Jeremy Runner and this Chinese filmmaker had a brief consensual
encounter July.
Speaker 4 (45:20):
Okay, they did, but it was sensual. Yeah, so that'd
be tough. Well, his thing. If it was consensual, then
he could have said that I sent those because we
were in a consensual relationship.
Speaker 1 (45:31):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (45:32):
So now but she's saying the unwanted, unsolicited pornographic pictures
of him is like where it's at. And then he's
throwned to call ice and so now they're just going
back and forth. But it's developing right now.
Speaker 4 (45:42):
Obviously the payoff wasn't well, wasn't good enough because we
shouldn't be talking about it. That kind of stuff happens
all the time. Somebody say here's a check, it goes
away right somewhere, and the money either got too high
or too low because we all we here talking about.
Speaker 6 (45:54):
It, or he truly knows that he did not send
those pictures, and.
Speaker 4 (45:57):
At that point he's fighting for yeah, okay whatever, it is,
all right, weird but true. Those gonna get down to that,
And it's gonna be sunny today and gusty winds will
pick up later on, and then tonight clear winds around
twenty five miles an hour and a wind chill of
twenty nine. That will be happening later on tonight. But
what's happening now. Weird but true, what's that.
Speaker 1 (46:16):
I mentioned this off the air of John earlier. There's
a hotel in North Dakota. They're being investigated right now
because there's a video that's gone viral of an employee
washing bed sheets in the hot tub.
Speaker 4 (46:26):
No, and I tell you, Ran, I understand why because
it has so much bleach. Because they clean the water
the chlorine and you dump it in there. It takes
the stains out. You pick up up your washing. It
ain't nobody up been down.
Speaker 1 (46:39):
Another employee said that they actually do that, Yeah, put
up in there to remove the stains.
Speaker 4 (46:44):
Yes, absolutely there washing them.
Speaker 1 (46:46):
I have a problem with it because that means you're
basically putting stains whatever they may be, in the hot
tub or I'm supposed to go soak.
Speaker 6 (46:54):
What I mean, do the chemicals kill that?
Speaker 4 (46:56):
I think they do. That doesn't make it okay, No,
it's not, it's not. I mean when Brian told me,
I'm like, I'm not surprised.
Speaker 1 (47:03):
I'm not either, but they got it on like hidden video,
and so now the Department of Help is investigating. I mean,
we have a lot of hotels here. I've never seen
it done, so I don't think it's standards are they doing.
Speaker 6 (47:13):
It like in the middle of the night, overnight when
people aren't watching.
Speaker 4 (47:16):
I mean it looked like it was in the middle
of the day.
Speaker 1 (47:18):
And my man had my man had a cart full
of sheets and he was just throwing him in waiting to.
Speaker 4 (47:21):
Put that put that little frame around it so you
can't get you know, jauza clothes. I guess pull him out.
I guarantee you. When they busted and they said, what
you can't do it? I was told the true I
what what someone told him to do it? I look,
I just woke up this water to stop.
Speaker 1 (47:38):
That was a freaking mask.
Speaker 4 (47:39):
Someone told him to do it.
Speaker 1 (47:41):
I bring this up because I am obsessed with gold mining.
There's a guy in France who was digging a hole
for his swimming pool and he found eight hundred thousand
dollars worth of gold. Oh my goodness, he's found five
gold bars, many coins, just buried in his backyard.
Speaker 4 (47:56):
So he found buried treasure.
Speaker 1 (47:57):
Yes, okay, so they actually them keep it.
Speaker 4 (48:01):
No insurance company claimed it.
Speaker 1 (48:02):
Yeah, they said the gold had been melted down fifteen
to twenty twenty years ago, was obtained illegally by the
previous owner of the property and they buried it there,
so the man is allowed to actually keep it, Okay,
So I mean obviously don't go digging up your backyard
thinking you're gonna find it, because it's.
Speaker 4 (48:17):
Like one of Listen, there's a generation out there that
didn't trust banks. Yeah, and they put money in Mason
jars and buried them in the backyard.
Speaker 1 (48:24):
There's drug dealers like famous ones, the cocaine cowboys, guys.
They have buried millions millions of dollars in cash because
you just can't take them million dollars to the bank.
It doesn't work that way. Right now, you gotta they
got to you gotta find out where it came from.
So I would be so excited if I found gold. Well,
you know, I read another story by Brian that gold
rush thing. The new gold rush is a thing. Yeah,
it's having golds through the roof. Oh yeah.
Speaker 4 (48:45):
People are going to Alaska to mine gold.
Speaker 1 (48:48):
And I've talked about this before, the search for a bigfoot,
It's been going on for a long time. But now
there has been a quote credible sighting oh wow in
central Pennsylvania. Researchers with the big Foot Field Research Organization.
They've written a report about this encounter that was on
I eighty. The witness says he saw a dark figure
up here in the center of the highway ahead of
(49:08):
his vehicle in front of him. The driver described the
creature as having human like head and shoulders, standing over
the vehicle in front of him, So he's pretty big.
Two others reported seeing something that day too, and their
descriptions matched. One of them noted, I just wanted to
add that I know what A saw, but I don't
know what I saw. So I saw it, but I
don't know what it was. They said, I'm an avid
(49:31):
hunter with fifty plus years in the woods and this
was not a bear.
Speaker 4 (49:34):
What was the name of the organization, the Bigfoot Field
Research Organization. Let me tell you, I'm bringing down what
happened here. The research field organization. They get funding and
after a while people fund him say, he, ay man,
y'all got to find something.
Speaker 1 (49:49):
Well they did, I know, and they did. This guy
so what it looked like? Bigfoots Hey, fifty plus years
in the woods, and he says, I know what A saw,
but I don't know what. Right The big Foot organization said,
good enough us, we got one.
Speaker 4 (50:04):
Keep that funding coming in. We're gonna donate to the
Big Foot Old Research Organization. What is this favorite quoting? Again,
I don't know what to saw, but I don't know
what to saw. Continue to fund, marinate on that one,
continue continue the funding. All right, we come back. We're
gonna talk about this. The survey says twenty one percent
of us have planned the trip just for food. You
(50:25):
travel somewhere because, oh man, the food here is amazing.
Have you done this? We're gonna talk about that if
you want to get ahead and calls now four O
seven now one nine one O six seven eight seven
seven nine one nine one O six seven ever planned
the trip just because of the food? We want to
talk to you, of calls. We wanna talk about it
first on Johnny South.
Speaker 1 (50:42):
Fifty eight.
Speaker 4 (50:44):
Sixty two is our high. Started off the morning at
seventy and the tempers are gonna drop. Its gonna be
a wind chill in effect tonight twenty nine degrees, but
a lot of sunshines rain this morning if the sun
is gone. Sixty two is a high. Fifty eight right now?
Speaker 13 (50:57):
All right?
Speaker 4 (50:57):
They say a lot of people travel because of the food.
What is that about that? Brow?
Speaker 1 (51:01):
Yeah, twenty one percent of people make travel plans based
on wanting to go eat something somewhere. Okay, okay, have
you ever done it? We well know, we're we're planning
on it when we go to Europe. Okay, yeah, we
like we want to specifically go to Italy because we
want to eat there. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (51:16):
I did it. I was going to a bachelor party
in New Orleans and I'd never been, and I wrote
down a whole list of things that we had to do.
We had to go to ethol Fay House and I
had to have some what do you call those things?
And the crawl fist ethel Fay, I have all of
that Cafe Dumont and that was totally disappointed. Well, you
(51:38):
had to go to the right one. There's multiple. I
went on. It looked like it was a waffle house
that was open after the storm and everybody was gone.
It was plates all over the place and I walked
in and they looked at me like, you know, I'm
all excited.
Speaker 1 (51:52):
So this is it?
Speaker 4 (51:54):
Line over there? Yeah, quite unimpressive.
Speaker 1 (51:57):
We did New Orleans for food actually, oh yeah, and
it was because of place that we saw on I
think it was man versus food actually, the Acme Oyster company, Yes,
and we waited in line, just like like on TV,
you gotta get They don't do reservations. They tell you
what time it's gonna open, and you just get in line.
One thing that I had that if you're from that area,
you're like, oh, you didn't have the right one that
(52:18):
I was that I heard about and I wanted to
get in it was a shrimp pole boy.
Speaker 4 (52:22):
Yeah, and it was it.
Speaker 6 (52:24):
Was, Oh, I had a really good one, and yeah.
Speaker 4 (52:27):
It was just okay. Yeah, But I guess I'd hyped
it in my mind about oh, you gotta get the
shrimp pole boy, and I was like, this is some
shrimp and lettuce and some of that special sauce. Maybe
I had a bad one. Yeah, maybe you have a
travel hold just.
Speaker 6 (52:40):
For food, not necessarily just for food, but I just think, yeah,
whenever we get there or before we get there, we
researched like a ton of different places on Instagram, like
where to find.
Speaker 1 (52:50):
The best of this or the best of that.
Speaker 6 (52:52):
Yes, So like when we were in Minnesota a couple
of weekends ago, the driver, the lift driver, he was
talking us to us about Henhouse and it like was
so famous for all the stuff. So we were like, Okay,
we have to make it a point to go there.
So we always make it a point to try something
that is like famous in that city.
Speaker 4 (53:10):
I remember the first time I went to Atlanta, everybody said,
you gotta go to the Varsity. Oh yeah, the Varsity.
Oh what is the ight man, You gotta go to
the Varsity. The hot dogs there, Yeah, and the Varsity
is this greasy ye greasy hamburger, hot dog, french fried,
so much grease that if you move your hand across
the air you get grease on it. And it's one
(53:30):
of the places. Don't be scared when you get to
the rest. Yeah, you might be ready to order because
there what else?
Speaker 1 (53:38):
What else? What else?
Speaker 4 (53:42):
I don't know, I don't know. Had a list of places.
Oh yeah, we went to the Vortex.
Speaker 1 (53:48):
We went to Atlanta for the vortext because they saw
that on Man Versus Food too.
Speaker 4 (53:51):
That place got some great burgers.
Speaker 1 (53:53):
The top spots, they say to people travel to in
the United States to eat.
Speaker 4 (53:58):
Let's see on the list of Alaska for king crab.
Speaker 1 (54:00):
Oh, I can imagine.
Speaker 4 (54:03):
I think if you have king crabs in Alaska, anything else,
any king crabs anywhere else will be second. I would
never want to do that.
Speaker 1 (54:10):
Same thing when you go to Europe, when you go
to Italy, the costa, they it's it's let's see Memphis
for barbecue and Central Texas for barbecue because it's two
different styles.
Speaker 4 (54:22):
Obviously, Chicago the deep dish pizza. Not impressed with that
really too much for me. I love del pull it
away and you know it's a mess. You're going to
have some some rubber gloves on and it's like a cake.
Speaker 1 (54:38):
Yeah. Yeah. Kansas City, Missouri for barbecue, and then Philly
for cheese steaks, which that's on my list. I didn't
go to Philly for the cheese steaks, but we did
go to Pats and Gino's because across the street from
each other. We did one one day and one the
other the next day.
Speaker 4 (54:55):
Now I love a good cheese steak, I mean I
like public cheese steak, so I can't imagine going to
get there. Now that's one too.
Speaker 1 (55:02):
You better know what you want and you better know
how to order it, because if you don't, they let
you just get out of line, like you you got
to order it right, dang, now I want it.
Speaker 4 (55:09):
And then obviously New York City.
Speaker 1 (55:11):
For pizza, no, if Carolina barbecuing on it. No, North
Carolina Buffalo wings aren't on there.
Speaker 4 (55:15):
Nope, Nope, Boston for lobster rolls, that's on here. Yeah.
I always loved telling my story when I went to
Buffalo and they told me that was I went to
the restaurant that created the Buffalo wing. Yeah, I forgot
the name of it. And I sat down and I said, oh,
this is really cool. And I said, yeah, give me,
give me twelve buffalo rings and so and so, and
they said, you're not from around here, so well, how
(55:38):
you know, because around here we just call them wings, right, Yeah,
that's the only place.
Speaker 1 (55:42):
You can just say yeah because this Alaska king craft,
Like you don't say Alaska because you went Alaska.
Speaker 4 (55:50):
I just know I decided Buffalo was the seasoning. I
didn't know. Yeah, I didn't know that they actually started
in Buffalo. I didn't know that either, So when I
went there, I was like, yeah, me to my Buffalo wings.
Speaker 1 (56:01):
I don't know.
Speaker 6 (56:01):
We tried to go where josh Allen loves eat wings,
and the line is just like constantly just because that's
his favorite wing spot.
Speaker 4 (56:07):
Y'all get down like that?
Speaker 6 (56:08):
Oh yeah, yeah, Josh all.
Speaker 4 (56:13):
Said it's good, it's good, and everybody stood in line
to get those wings because he said they're good. He
must own like a little piece of he had that's
not into it. Yeah, yeah, listen, we come back. I
gonna tell you this morning my credit card was declined.
He breezy, gusty winds at the time. Tonight is going
to be clear with the lower round thirty seven gusty
wins and a wind chill in Central Florida of twenty
(56:35):
nine degrees. That's how it's going to go down tonight.
I you know, we talk. It's funny thing, is we
we talked about this last week. How Ryan and Race
said they never people don't carry cash anymore.
Speaker 1 (56:46):
Yep.
Speaker 4 (56:46):
And I even mentioned because it's old and crunch it
makes you cringch and and and I made a point.
I'm like, you know what, I carry cash just in
case my car doesn't work. Even though I know I
got money in there, I carry it so I could.
This morning, I'm driving and I got two marks on
my gas. What I'm thinking normally, that means I can
get to work and then once I leave here, just
(57:08):
go over the seven eleven and get it well as
soon as I got out of the neighborhood, it went
to one and then as soon as I got I four,
it went to low fuel. And I'm like, all right,
so I don't know how to gauge.
Speaker 13 (57:20):
Mind.
Speaker 4 (57:20):
I used to have an old car that you can
gauge exactly how much gas you had in the car,
then you can run it. But this one I didn't.
So I said, okay, let me get off on the
Lee Road exit and I went to the wah wah.
Speaker 1 (57:30):
Okay, I go out there.
Speaker 4 (57:31):
There's a couple of police officers have some coffee, and
I'm getting the gas and punching the told and it says, okay,
punch it in again. The climb, Okay, punch it in again.
At the same time it said the climb, say do
it again. So I went in. So I said, you know,
me just go inside because obviously sometimes gas pumps outside
(57:52):
ain't working, and so I can go inside. And the
cop was really nice. I said, yeah, give me fifty
dollars on pump three. It's like fifty dollars. I said, well,
when I fill up a car, fill it all the
way up. Yeah, you know, I don't. He said, we
are trying to go to Atlanta. I said no, no, man,
run I said, noah, I'm just trying to go to work.
Speaker 6 (58:09):
You go, do you know that many people fill all
the way up.
Speaker 4 (58:11):
I don't know. I always in this economy.
Speaker 6 (58:14):
No, that's true.
Speaker 4 (58:15):
And he goes, soh ain't going to Jacksonville. I said, nah, man,
I'm going to work. I work right on the corner.
And he goes fifty dollars. I said, well, no, when
I filled it up, I fill it up. Yeah, and
you're rich. So I put the card in and he goes, oh, man,
not thinking how much you want fifty dollars on pump six.
All right, decline, He goes, man, you know it's something
probably wrong. Just run it through again. I said, all right, hey, man,
(58:38):
it ain't working. I said, you know what, I'll tell
you what. That's why I got cash. I said, here,
I got twenty five dollars. Give me twenty five on
pump to He was really nice about man. Sometimes all
you gotta do is call your bank and they'll get
it worked outide. And then I thought about it. I said,
you know what probably happened is that because I don't
normally get gas at this time, it got flagged by
the bank, and I'm sure there's a message in my
(58:58):
phone to tell me if I accepted it, right, yeah,
And that's what happened. Yeah, and I would and he
goes yeah yeah, And I knew he wasn't trying to
think I was. I was trying to do a fraud
because they were police officers right there. If I'm going
to try to rip off a gas station, I'm gonna
drive around till there's not two police officers sitting right there.
(59:18):
You know, it says he your your debit card inding
and such and such was used. If you authorize this,
yes or no. This was in the car the whole time,
so I couldn't say yes, oh yeah, you know. So
then I got in the car said yes, and then
everything because my thing is the first thing I did
was I went into my bank and said, man, somebody
done cleaned cleaned out my account. But that wasn't the
case in point. And that's why, even though it's cringe,
(59:41):
I carry and I feel a loss right now because
I only got one dollar. Oh no, no, let me
tell you, man, why come for you don't give all
your money away? I had twenty six dollars. I gave
twenty five get you exactly.
Speaker 1 (59:55):
No, it's just case.
Speaker 6 (59:56):
If you wanted to buy a dollar in here, that's
what it is.
Speaker 4 (59:58):
Literally in case, just a little.
Speaker 1 (01:00:00):
Bit going on. That's the only reason, the only thing
that's good for a dollar, not a dollar exactly.
Speaker 4 (01:00:05):
I should have gave him the whole twenty six dollars.
So I want to find out when's the last time
you got declined and where were you. I'm sure that
never happened to you, right, because you're rich.
Speaker 6 (01:00:13):
No, it's it has happened, but it's because my chip
was like working, and you just kept saying decline, declined, decline,
And I was like, okay.
Speaker 4 (01:00:21):
Right, stop running again.
Speaker 6 (01:00:23):
Well the same like I tried three times and then
immediately I was like, oh my gosh, I have no money,
Like I have no money. And it was my checking card.
So I was sad, that's my that's my money, that's
not borrowed money. And so but like that is why
I do carry two other cards with me.
Speaker 1 (01:00:38):
Yeah I had, I got two more cards.
Speaker 4 (01:00:40):
Yeah you know. But but here's the thing, man, if
you ever come from humble beginnings, when that happened, you
flashed back, right, Yeah, I know I have money, Yeah,
and you.
Speaker 6 (01:00:50):
Have to like make an announcement to everybody, especially at
the grocery store, don't I swear I have money hold on.
Speaker 1 (01:00:55):
Gott to explain to everybody about every time we leave
the country. Yeah, I always had to come back and iay, look,
I know it's because I was out of the country
and they stopped my car just in case.
Speaker 4 (01:01:06):
I got to make sure everybody knows. Yes, dude, I
called before I leave a long vacation. I call my
credit card company. I say, hey, this is where I'm going.
This is where I'm gonna be. And they say, if
you got any problem, call this number. And I keep
that number. Yeah, and I've never had to use it.
I'm not going everything. But but no, it does happen.
Speaker 13 (01:01:24):
Man.
Speaker 4 (01:01:24):
I was just sitting there thinking, Man, I don't know
what went through my head.

Speaker 13 (01:05:08):

Speaker 16 (01:07:29):
I pulled out the ATM right now, Like, here's one
twenty brother. I appreciate you, bro, But that girl was
not nice whatsoever. She she said it at the top
of her lungs, declined.
Speaker 4 (01:07:42):
The dude I worked with this morning was really cool. Man,
say hey, man, just reach out to the bank. I'm

Speaker 6 (01:08:13):

Speaker 4 (01:08:20):
Wow. All right, Well man, I got the person that
got turned down at the Lewis store. Gonna hook it
with a pair of tickets to see Uh kay Trenada Trinada.
There you go, justice toward the Benchmark International Arena. Ray,
what was going on?
Speaker 6 (01:08:32):
We're gonna talk about the rock and Roll Hall of
Fame induction that happened.
Speaker 3 (01:08:36):
Now the Johnny's House Entertainment News with three.
Speaker 6 (01:08:40):
All right, so the rock and Roll Hall of Fame
induction happened over the weekend. Did you guys see any
of it?
Speaker 4 (01:08:45):
I saw outcasts, I saw yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:08:48):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (01:08:48):
So if you missed it, bad company, the White Stripes Outcast,
Cyndi Laufers, Sound Garden, they were all officially inducted into
the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and some of
the highlights. Sodie Opper was joined with Avril Lavigne, Salt
and Pepper, Sultan.
Speaker 1 (01:09:04):
Pepa Real Real.
Speaker 6 (01:09:07):
White Salt Pepper, but Chaffel Roane was the one that
inducted her, which is really cool to watch. Speaking of
Salt and Peppa, they actually went to the Rock and
Roll Hall of Fame for Musical Influence and they brought
up their lawsuit against Universal Music and their speech, which
was pretty.
Speaker 1 (01:09:22):
Cool to see.
Speaker 6 (01:09:23):
Okay, yes, if you can go back and see that
also there for musical influence. I don't know what the
difference is.
Speaker 13 (01:09:29):
Yea yeah.
Speaker 6 (01:09:33):
Soundgarden was inducted by Jim Carrey, who was friends with
the late Chris Cornell, and the rest of the band
performed with Brandy Carlisle, Taylor Momson. So there's a lot
of people that were there and showed up. Jack White
accepted the honor for the White Stripes. Uh they were
I'm trying to think who else.
Speaker 4 (01:09:53):
I want to I wonder if you you can pick
the person that and you know that you say I
want you to. I think you can. Yeah, yeah, I
think you get to pick yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:10:00):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (01:10:00):
So I mean Andre three thousand big Boy obviously both
showed up for Outpasses induction, but Andre did not perform.
Big Boy was joined by Doja Cat Janellemane title the Creator.
But yeah, Andre three thousand was.
Speaker 4 (01:10:14):
Like he was emotional on stage.
Speaker 6 (01:10:16):
That's so crazy, but like it just shows you, right
because he's done, he dropped that other.
Speaker 4 (01:10:21):
Album, doesn't feel it anymore.
Speaker 6 (01:10:23):
Yeah, it was crazy because this is a once in
a lifetime theme.
Speaker 4 (01:10:27):
It's like, yo, we we did this and closed the book, right,
And I was saying we hopefully they got together and
they saw each other's like, man, yeah I missed this right,
don't miss it.
Speaker 6 (01:10:38):
Crazy, But like the fact that he was up there
and he was just like very emotional. But then it's
just like all right, cool thnksky.
Speaker 4 (01:10:44):
This year that the Florida Radio Hall of Fame, they
had people introducing people that got in that one guy
brought warm buffet.
Speaker 1 (01:10:54):
Damn dropped the mic.
Speaker 4 (01:10:56):
Yeah yeah, anything that's huge, I.
Speaker 6 (01:11:00):
Know, it's wild. Chris Jenner brought in her seventieth seventieth
birthday this weekend party Yeah, so Jeff Bezos' mansion that's
where it was. Hell, it was so loud though. The
police actually got involved multiple times. But Jeff Bezos is
the one that hosted it for Chris Jenner and yes
star studded seventieth birthday bash.
Speaker 4 (01:11:23):
You could have French rides at their party. Yah, exactly
called the police on Jeff Bezos, right, I mean people
who weren't invited just because.
Speaker 6 (01:11:35):
Exactly, but his one hundred and sixty five million dollar
Beverly Hills estate is where it was one hundred and
sixty five million for a house. Yeah, Allegedly the music
was way too loud. There was disturbances that echoed throughout
the surrounding hills.
Speaker 4 (01:11:50):
What do you do if you're a police officer and
he comes to the door.
Speaker 6 (01:11:56):
Yeah, that's like me calling on EBC over the weekend.
I'm going to call the police because EEDC is too
loud in my neighborhood.
Speaker 4 (01:12:02):
I'm right, this is Chris Jenner. I'm sorry, like I
had to come, I had.
Speaker 5 (01:12:07):
But.
Speaker 1 (01:12:09):
Yes, I'm true.
Speaker 6 (01:12:12):
Snoop Dog, Oprah Winfrey, Adele Tyler, Perry, Mariah Carey, Bruno
Mars performed. Yeah, so Bruno, you can't even go see
Berna Mary Good but she I cannot her plastic surgeon.
My dear god, she looks like.
Speaker 1 (01:12:30):
She looks just like her.
Speaker 6 (01:12:31):
Yeah, it's wild.
Speaker 4 (01:12:33):
And I forget that they're plastic.
Speaker 1 (01:12:34):
So I thought to myself, Wow, Kim's gonna wick that
when she gets older, and I'm like, no, wait, she's
making herself look like Kim.
Speaker 4 (01:12:40):
Kim didn't look like that. I forget they're they're fake.
Speaker 6 (01:12:45):
Yeah, she looks incredible. So if you want to see
some of those pictures, I know they're on our website
X I want to six seven dot com. But yeah,
Bruno Mars performed, and I guess everybody was so wild
that they had to call the cops.
Speaker 1 (01:12:55):
I'd be mad too.
Speaker 4 (01:12:56):
If I'm sitting home in my fifty million dollar man
right and I'm listening to Bruno Mars, I'm like, enough
of this.
Speaker 1 (01:13:01):
I can't sleep, right, I can't sleep.
Speaker 4 (01:13:03):
I'll put it into their fun pretty damn quick. Can
you imagine you're still that person that paid fifty million
dollars and you call the police and you see the
police come up. All they about to shut it down now,
so police leave? He do shut down?
Speaker 6 (01:13:15):
The police stay actually hang out.
Speaker 4 (01:13:17):
Standing at the end of my long ass driveway looking
at you.
Speaker 1 (01:13:19):
With my arms full.
Speaker 4 (01:13:21):
All you had to do was invite me man all right.
Second time today was trending in the seventy. It's dropping
since then. It's fifty six looking for only sixty two
is a high when it comes back up sunny and breezy,
gusty winds and clear tonight low of thirty seven, but
the wind, child, because it's gonna be twenty five miles
on Wednesday night, will make it feel like it's twenty nine.
With all that being said, Brian, what's trending?
Speaker 1 (01:13:41):
Well, if you started your Christmas decorations this weekend, But Dad,
you're not alone. The most famous Christmas tree in the world,
the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree, made its way to Rockefeller
Center this weekend. So it was one hundred and fifty
mile trip from outside of Albany to midtown Manhattan where
they put it up. It's a seventy five foot Norway spruce,
so they did it on flatbed truck over the weekend.
(01:14:02):
Now it's surrounded by scaffolding because they're going to wrap
it fifty thousand lights and then finish it off with
a one ton crystal Star and then they're going to
be official tree lighting on December third on NBC and Peacock.
Speaker 4 (01:14:15):
They show the whole thing, what he picked it out,
when he cut it down, when he put it on
the truck and had escort to take the truck.
Speaker 1 (01:14:20):
But you know it's crazy, the whole deal. Yeah, so
December third, you can watch them light it up on NBC.
Speaker 4 (01:14:26):
I'll tell my mom said, you know, mom, on the
new tradition now is people are putting up their Christmas trees.
Speaker 1 (01:14:30):
Now.
Speaker 4 (01:14:30):
Yeah, oh, we can't do with that, baby. Now, I
gotta be out to thanks Get. It's gonna be too
late then.
Speaker 1 (01:14:35):
Nah. No, it is tradition, tradition.
Speaker 4 (01:14:38):
I like you, Mama s thinking of that tradition.
Speaker 1 (01:14:40):
If you walk around Target and you think people are
smiling at you kind of like crazy people, it's because
they've been told they have to. So Target is mandating
employees smile more on the job.
Speaker 4 (01:14:50):
That's awesome.
Speaker 1 (01:14:50):
So there's a company directive that says workers have to
smile and make eye contact with any customer within ten
feet of them. I like it. They also have to
ask if they need help or make small talk. If
you're within four feet. That sucks. So they're aimed aiming
the new rules and improving the customer experience because the
sales of the client a little bit. They're going to
remodel and upgrade some stores and so they said they're
(01:15:12):
not alone though. Walmart and Disney have had smile rules
in place for years. So now Walmart, Walmart, and Disney,
they said, I know I can say one of them definitely, Yeah,
Disney for sure. Yeah, you get some magic the second
they see you. You get magic at Disney. What you're saying
some of them ain't smiling over over the Walmart.
Speaker 4 (01:15:31):
I'm not saying which one, but when I try to
go to self checkout, they looking at me like I'm
trying to slide a bag in. Maybe you ain't within
ten feet yet.
Speaker 1 (01:15:38):
Maybe that's what it is. You got to get within
ten feet and then you get in the smile. I
feel guilty.
Speaker 6 (01:15:44):
I'm gonna go to Walmart, say and get real closer
on the scene.
Speaker 4 (01:15:47):
Hey smile at me. Where's my smile guarantee?
Speaker 13 (01:15:51):
Right?
Speaker 1 (01:15:52):
So, if they're smiling at you at Target, it's because
they're trying to improve their customer service and the Magamillia's
jackpot is now nine hundred million dollars. Nobody won, so
the next drawing is gonna be tomorrow Night's November eleventh. Uh,
the cash option four hundred and fifteen point three million,
so you're gonna win nine hundred but if you do
the cash option, you only get four and fifteen and
then they're gonna tax that as well.
Speaker 4 (01:16:13):
Uh, these are the five dollar tickets. I saw a
meme with this guy and he was like the guy
who won the two billions billion, Yeah, and all he
got was six forty nine six and then and they're like,
what is it. I'm like, that's it. After you paid
your taxes, all your bills everything. Yeah, you have six
hundred and forty nine billion dollars million.
Speaker 1 (01:16:30):
Dollars you cut it and have automatically if you take
the cash option, because the nine hundred million is assuming
the annuity over twenty five years, so you're already cutting
it in half and then you're gonna get tax. But
I mean, four hundred fifteen million, I mean that's fine
that they give you. Okay, your odds of winning one
and two hundred and ninety million, four hundred and seventy
two thousand three hundred and thirty.
Speaker 4 (01:16:49):
Six numbers you can't even conceive. So yeah, and whin's
the next one? Tomorrow night? Tomorronight tomorrow night.
Speaker 1 (01:16:54):
Five dollar tickets though, these are the five dollar tickets,
power balls and two dollar tickets.
Speaker 4 (01:16:57):
See, that's why I mess up.
Speaker 13 (01:16:58):
I can't.
Speaker 1 (01:16:58):
I can only get five dollars and.
Speaker 4 (01:17:00):
The power board leaves up to four hundred or five
hundred million.
Speaker 1 (01:17:03):
I played that one. I can't do that. I can't
want that money. I can't do it. I can't do
the fo all. That's too much.
Speaker 4 (01:17:08):
Yes, when you come back, we're gonna talk about the
brunch yesterday and some amazing people that were there, and
if you didn't hear about it, we'll talk about it again,
and I'll talk about some ladies that I met there.
We'll do the next time. Johnny, everybody for coming out.
We try to make a point to It was raise event,
and Brian and I showed up just to show support
and make sure we got around to meet a lot
of people that were there. But just in Johnny's house
(01:17:30):
fashion y'all drink up all.
Speaker 1 (01:17:31):
The champagne a couple of times. Drink it all up
all of them.
Speaker 6 (01:17:36):
Yes, No, but I appreciate it. To break it to
the good stuff. I know, that's what I wanted.
Speaker 4 (01:17:42):
I know, drink it all. It's like, wait a minute,
what's happening here. I'm like, y'all didn't know. Look, these
are the same people that drunk up all the butt
light on a cruise ship. Yeah, so you don't think
they can knock down some mimosas. But ray, what is
your overall observation of everything?
Speaker 6 (01:17:55):
I loved it. I mean everybody seemed to have a
good time. In the beginning, I was so nervous, like
why aren't they singing? Why aren't they singing? You know,
but obviously you need that like liquid courage sometimes. But
it was just so cool because there were so many
different groups of people that showed up together.
Speaker 4 (01:18:10):
Now was this your Is it happened the way you
envisioned it?
Speaker 1 (01:18:13):
It is? Okay, yes it was.
Speaker 9 (01:18:14):
It was.
Speaker 6 (01:18:15):
It was everything and then some you know, there's going
to be different changes in the future and things to like,
you know, progress.
Speaker 4 (01:18:24):
You find out what worked and what didn't work, what
changes and everything. That's that's how you do it.
Speaker 6 (01:18:28):
But overall, I was very impressed with our listeners and
everybody that showed up.
Speaker 4 (01:18:32):
I was walking around and I met a table of
young ladies and they were telling me that we're They say,
we're all friends and we're coworkers. I'm like, oh, you
guys all work together and they said yeah. I said,
that is so cool that on a Sunday, when y'all
could be hanging out with your family, that y'all came
out to something like this. And they said, oh, yeah,
we're all good friends. And they said, I've been We've
been friends seventeen years. We've been around fifteen years. I said, oh,
(01:18:54):
that's awesome. That is so cool that you got friends
from work and you love your job? Is there?
Speaker 1 (01:18:59):
Hold on? Know say something?
Speaker 4 (01:19:01):
I loving our job? Said well, I said, I just
envisioned this like like our morning show. I mean, you know,
Brian and I and Ray were friends and we came
out here to support her. But we love what we do.
I just assume. They said please. I said, so give
me the why do y'all stay? Oh, we love each other.
We work because we like working with each other. And
(01:19:26):
they said, if one of us left, we probably all leave.
And y'all been there, you know, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen plus years.
I didn't ask what they did. I didn't know, and
I was like, wow, that is so cool, and it
made me think, who else does that? You know that
you got a job. It's like, it's not it can't
be a bad job. It's not one that you hate.
But it's not like for us, I love what we
(01:19:46):
do in these four hours. Now, after those four hours,
no reality comes in and you said this, and you
did that, and you didn't do this and all that
kind of thing. But they didn't say they hated their job.
They just say we're not there for the job, We're
there for each other. Yeah, And I'm trying to think,
do I ever have a job like that? When I
was young, I had a job that was fun, but
(01:20:06):
I ain't make any money. And I know I was
I was just a young kid and just messing around,
and I thought I couldn't wait to get to work
because I used to laugh a lot. But I know
I couldn't have been there for twenty something years, right,
not at that position. You know, I was sad when
I left, because when you first get a job, you know,
they know the young person and sometime they let you
slide and you have a little bit but the older
(01:20:27):
you get, the less the fun is and it's more work.
It's still like what we do is fun, but it's
worked though. Yeah, you know what I'm saying, right, So
I can only think of that you ever had a
job that you were just like, you know, the people
here are just cool.
Speaker 1 (01:20:38):
I think our retail jobs and think it's probably like
this in restaurants too. If your crew went to another
retail store, you'd go with them, yes, because you don't.
You're not really tied to the job itself. It's just
the industry. So I've never worked in the food industry,
but I would imagine if I had server friends and
we're all like, hey, we work at let's say Chili, yeah,
and we're all going to move over, and let's say
Fridays cool, let's all going yes, Yeah, I was with
(01:21:00):
Circuit City and best Buy. Yeah. A lot of my
Best Buy friends worked at Circuit City. Yeah, and we
just all kind of moved over. So see, now that
you explain it that way, I get it. It wasn't
necessarily a job, but you know you went to work.
Speaker 6 (01:21:13):
Yeah, yes, and it would make your hours go by quicker.
Speaker 1 (01:21:16):
People.
Speaker 6 (01:21:17):
The same thing with the restaurant industry that there's a
plaza Colonial Grandad Heathrow, like you guys know the plaza.
There's been multiple different restaurants that rotating about I first
met you and go ahead, probably because I hated the job,
but I liked the people, right yeah, So but like
we would probably we would all rotate. There was probably
(01:21:38):
a group of like ten to twelve of us that
every time a restaurant would flip, we would like rotate
with each other. So like in that plaza, we worked
at like four or five all together.
Speaker 4 (01:21:50):
Like let's say to Brian was management and Brian was
a man. They opened up a new so and so
over there, I'm gonna go over there. Yeah, we all
go hey, man, you go there. Yeah, yeah, it's all
go together.
Speaker 13 (01:22:00):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (01:22:01):
One of the guys, Domb that you guys have met,
we've followed him to different restaurants or we followed like
yeah each other.
Speaker 4 (01:22:07):
Now now it makes sense, yeah, because you're not really
tied to the place. Yes, but it's cool that you
know you're like and you're like, man, I'm so tired.
Speaker 6 (01:22:15):
Man, Yeah I can get it, or you're gonna tell me.
I'm gonna get a dollar more over there too, my
friends are going all right.
Speaker 1 (01:22:20):
But that but now though this in this instance, it's
a long time because that's a career. At that point,
they're doing well.
Speaker 4 (01:22:27):
You know, Like, I don't know that you.
Speaker 1 (01:22:29):
That I would tie a career type job to the people,
but maybe I would.
Speaker 6 (01:22:32):
I mean, maybe the money is good and the people
are good, but they do sucks.
Speaker 4 (01:22:36):
Yeah, But what they made a point to say was
that we're not there because we love the job. Yeah yeah, yeah,
But I can imagine if you had a rough night
and you're like, man, who's working O'Brien working to night?
Speaker 6 (01:22:49):
I bet you it's people in medical too. I bet
you they some of the things that they have to
deal with, but they love.
Speaker 4 (01:22:55):
Their cowork Then if someone changed office, they would go
to I want to find out if this is you
you have. I have some co workers that you're very
very good friends with, and one of the main reasons
you work where you work, or you're still there, is
because of them. You like the job. It's okay, but
the bottom line is you work with some really really
cool people that makes you enjoy what you do, even
(01:23:15):
though you don't love what you do. That made any
sense four oh seven nine nine one O six seven

Speaker 1 (01:23:56):
So you've been in a situation like that, Yeah, So
me and my coworkers.
Speaker 12 (01:24:00):
Are pretty closed. So we talk all day on Microsoft teams,
and it's kind of like our little virtual break ron
cracking a joker, sending a random meme just to keep
everyone laughing, and we just got this great vibe where,
even if we're all working from different spots. It still
feels like we're in the same room.
Speaker 1 (01:24:17):
Wow.
Speaker 4 (01:24:18):
So, I mean, how did this friend? How many people
are in the in the group? First of all?
Speaker 12 (01:24:22):

Speaker 4 (01:24:23):
Oh and y'all just joking and do you do your jobs?
But you really interact and joking each other throughout the day.
Speaker 12 (01:24:29):
Yes, well we're not busy. Yes we do that, and
we celebrate each other each other's little wins and checking
when someone's having a rough day, just to keep it
fun and a science. Working with people who actually make
you want to log in every morning.
Speaker 4 (01:24:39):
That is pretty cool. You're in a very unique situation. Yes,
you really are. Wow. All right, well thank you for
sharing that. Mark, Thank you, all right, take care all right,

Speaker 1 (01:24:54):
Reggie, good morning, good morning, Good morning.
Speaker 4 (01:24:56):
All right, Reggie. So you're working in one of those
situations where you're a good friend with the coworkers, but
it's not necessarily about the job.
Speaker 9 (01:25:03):
Absolutely not. I mean it wasn't at the time I
started working for this company. And can I say the
name of the company.
Speaker 4 (01:25:09):
No, No, you better not, because I don't know what
you're about to say.
Speaker 9 (01:25:12):
It won't be bad.
Speaker 13 (01:25:13):
It won't be bad.
Speaker 4 (01:25:14):
Okay.
Speaker 9 (01:25:14):
Anyway, when I first got there, it was like they
had their own little clique, and then all of a
sudden I came in.
Speaker 12 (01:25:19):
They treated me like family.
Speaker 9 (01:25:20):
I mean I was in one of the young lady's weddings.
Speaker 1 (01:25:23):
Wow.
Speaker 9 (01:25:24):
I So it was just we we meet up. We
split up from the company, of course, ones in Jacksonville.
She just had a baby. We the ones in Gangzelle.
I'm in Claremont. We meet up probably once.
Speaker 12 (01:25:37):
Or twice a year in Ganzel.
Speaker 9 (01:25:38):
And hang out with our families, dreams.
Speaker 4 (01:25:40):
What was it was? It was it somebody that spearheaded
all of this? How did how did you guys get
all this unity?
Speaker 9 (01:25:47):
We just you know, we were just bonding really well together.
We had to work together, kind of do a lot
of things in the store together in that setting, and
just became like family. One was considered my work wife. Yeah,
I mean we you know, we talked about that before,
but it was just it's just an awesome, like, you know,
a group of people just getting together and having fun
and kind of enjoyed working together.
Speaker 4 (01:26:07):
Well, how long you guys work together like that?
Speaker 12 (01:26:09):
I was there for thirteen years.
Speaker 9 (01:26:11):
And some of the ladies before me were there for
like thirty years.
Speaker 12 (01:26:15):
Young late I was at her wedding.
Speaker 9 (01:26:16):
She was there for like eighteen years.
Speaker 1 (01:26:17):
Well, yes, I have to grow that environment. Yeah, you know,
you have to grow that It grows and.
Speaker 9 (01:26:22):
Again they become like family. One well, are actually one
of our store managers that we started with. It had
passed away and we all, you know, came to her
funeral and her daughter supported her family, her grandson. He
still talk with them.
Speaker 1 (01:26:33):
So it's just a wow.
Speaker 4 (01:26:36):
Really, yeah, it sounds like you were in a very
unique situation. Man, I hope you understand how rare that is.
Oh yeah, I was blessed, truly blessed on that one. Yeah, right,
you hold on a second. Be what they saying over there?
Speaker 1 (01:26:48):
I asked the mob with power by Attorney Daniel and
interact need to check it's an a bringer called attorney
Daniel and someone said they've been at their job for
seven years. They do not find the day to day
details fulfilling at all. But I like the way they
said that they can't imagine leaving the coworkers. There are
some of their best friends. They've become family. The balls
is amazing, so even though they don't love the job. Yeah, yeah,
they love everybody else.
Speaker 4 (01:27:09):
But I think it just has to someone has to
be that person to say, hey man, this is how
we are come and join us for this at and
the other. Well, we're getting together with so and so's house.
Because if you don't do that, then you just do
your job and go home. All right, Reggie, we're gonna
hook you up. Disney's Typle in the Good Water Park
