Speaker 2 (00:20):
Now The Johnny's House Entertainment News, that's Ray.
Speaker 3 (00:24):
Did you guys watch Game seven of the World Series?
Speaker 4 (00:27):
It is so good?
Speaker 5 (00:28):
It highlights and it was like down to like an inch.
Speaker 4 (00:31):
It is so good.
Speaker 3 (00:33):
So, but what they're saying right now is that the
television broadcast for the Game seven with the Blue Jays
and Los Angeles Dodgler Dodgers did pretty well for ratings.
So it's the highest ratings for the World Series in
eight years. Yeah yeah, but the game average nearly twenty
five and a half million viewers over it's eleven innings.
(00:56):
So if you didn't see it in extra innings, the
Dodgers defeat the Toronto Blue I was, yes, I wanted
them to win so bad.
Speaker 5 (01:04):
Is it Drake's fault? Oh?
Speaker 4 (01:06):
My God.
Speaker 3 (01:07):
But yeah, so what they're saying is that when it peaked,
thirty one million viewers were watching at some point, and
that was between eleven thirty and eleven forty five.
Speaker 5 (01:14):
Thing with baseball, you just never know. Every swing can
be differently.
Speaker 3 (01:18):
Well, they are winning the majority of the game, Jays
and then yeah, John Stewart has renewed his deal to
executive produce and sometimes hosts The Daily Show on Comedy Central.
Speaker 4 (01:29):
Okay, so this is happening thirty, twenty twenty six.
Speaker 3 (01:31):
So if you're a big fan of John Stewart, he
hasn't renewed, and he said that he's going to work
on staying with the show, which he originally hosted from
nineteen ninety eight to twenty fifteen before returning last year
on a part time basis.
Speaker 5 (01:45):
So he's still still going to be part time. Is
gonna be still hard.
Speaker 3 (01:48):
So I mean, he's going to be, like I said,
producing and sometimes hosting.
Speaker 5 (01:52):
But it looks like he's having fun though.
Speaker 3 (01:53):
Yeah, And I feel like that's probably the best way
to do it once you start like kind of I
don't want to slowing down.
Speaker 1 (01:58):
But I just don't think it's good with out him though, yeah,
that's yeah. Like I know, Trevor Noah had it for
a long time. It just wasn't remotely as funny as
it was with Josh Shortan. I just love his delivery.
How long was he gone before he came back?
Speaker 3 (02:09):
So, I mean I would say a little bit longer
than that because he was there until twenty fifteen and
then he just came back.
Speaker 5 (02:17):
To even go. Yeah, it looks like he's having fun.
Speaker 4 (02:20):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (02:21):
So people are a little upset with Ryan Seacrest and
Wheel of Fortune. I don't know if you saw this,
but there is a petition going around because they're saying
Wheel of Fortune isn't as family friendly as it used
to be.
Speaker 4 (02:33):
Some of the questions, well.
Speaker 5 (02:36):
He doesn't write the question.
Speaker 3 (02:38):
I know the show, I know, And so what they're
saying is that like so much for Ryan Seacrest being
a safe choice. And I'm like, brilliant. But there is
a I don't want to say really who started the petition,
but there is a division of the American Family Association
that launch a petition urging that producers return the show
to have family friendly uh one chestion. So I guess
(02:59):
there's a new category where it started using the phrase
what the fun is? So it's insinuating profanity, and this
is the puzzle category what the fun? And so with
this whole petition that has launched is asking the producers
to clean things up a little bit.
Speaker 1 (03:16):
See they said, we don't want your zany radio on
our Wheel of Fortune.
Speaker 4 (03:20):
I'm like, this is crazy.
Speaker 1 (03:20):
That's a bit you can do on your little Ryan
Seacrest radio show. What they're saying is they didn't have
a category of what the fun.
Speaker 5 (03:26):
To ry.
Speaker 1 (03:29):
Little zany radio antics with them. You can take them
back to the radio man, but I'll talk to them
after the show.
Speaker 5 (03:35):
Today we passed each other.
Speaker 3 (03:38):
What the fun aims as a mature modern audience with
insinuated profanity, making it no longer suitable for family viewing,
coming up with.
Speaker 5 (03:46):
Some fifteen Johnny's House. What the fun?
Speaker 4 (03:50):
But I'm like, come on, bit a new bit.
Speaker 5 (03:53):
What the fun? Now? We haven't created yet, but I'm
figure something to figure it out. What the fun? Everybody,
We're not We're not just trying to make you think anything,
but we're just gonna have fun on radio.
Speaker 4 (04:04):
Yes, wold so.
Speaker 3 (04:05):
But the Wheel of Fortune producers are the Wheel producers
do not care about what children.
Speaker 4 (04:09):
Here is what they're saying.
Speaker 3 (04:10):
Everyone knows kids repeat things what they hear are insinuating
profanity in any show is extremely disrespectful to families.
Speaker 5 (04:17):
If I was a wheel to Ford the producers, I'd
say shut it off.
Speaker 4 (04:20):
I feel like you guys have made it. We're good.
We've got a petition going around talking about us. We're good.
Speaker 1 (04:26):
Our next category is shut the fun up. I'd like
to buy a vount. Oh they lose. At that point,
it's over. It's over. It's one hundred percent over at
that point.
Speaker 5 (04:37):
Six four. What were y'all? What do y'all do yesterday? Well,
we got updates on the way next on Johnny's house.
I just hung out with the kid, did and do anything. Saturday,
went over to hung out in Lake Nona, and I
went over to Chroma. Really nice people there, got a
lot of love over there, a lot of people. And
you have to go somewhere and you see someone you're
just nice to them, and you you know, just walk away.
And then you get go to your social media and
(04:59):
someone say, hey, you said hello to me, but I
was too hell, I was too shy to saying back.
That happened a lot there. Then went over to the
airhouse over there and watched the game.
Speaker 6 (05:10):
Uh.
Speaker 5 (05:11):
Sunday hung out with the kid again, and then yesterday
we didn't work, so I went over to Low's and
I had to put a patch in my greenhouse, got
some soil and start playing something. Just did with some
things around the house that need to be done, but
I'm too tired to do them. Yeah, during the week,
but yesterday I was able to knock and knocked some
things out. I was like, okay, okay, so this is
(05:33):
what you do when you're not tired all the time.
It was a very protective ray about you, ma'am.
Speaker 3 (05:38):
It was good Friday. Obviously we did some trigger treating.
We went around for like almost two hours. Oh yeah, yeah,
so it was a good time. And then Saturday morning
we had an early flight to Minnesota.
Speaker 5 (05:51):
I don't want to say the airline, but I don't
ever want to hear you talk about my yellow airline again. Yeah,
you got to say the airline.
Speaker 3 (05:58):
We flew to Southwest on the way there, and the
flight attendants were were listeners, so it was the funniest thing. Yeah,
so it was. It was a really good flight. There
were great flight attendants, but yeah, in Minnesota. We did everything.
We went to a an NHL game, we went to
a concert, we went to all of America, we watched
(06:19):
the Land game. We did actually we did really. Yeah,
we did get some sleep in, but it was so
much fun. And I don't know if I'll ever go
back to Minnesota, but I'm so glad I experienced it.
Speaker 5 (06:31):
Really.
Speaker 3 (06:31):
Yes, I'm just saying, like the people over there and
like the city, it's just like you're in a different world.
Speaker 5 (06:38):
Yeah, I've never been Chicago is the furthest up ben
I haven't. Yeah, Michigan, like up there, that's the most
I've ever been.
Speaker 3 (06:48):
It was insane, Like I'm still blown away by that city.
Speaker 5 (06:51):
Wow. And Southwest isn't a discount airline. No, it's a
funny thing. You're talking about how the flight dependance on
Southwest is really nice. Yes, magic, what are you doing
save a couple of dollars?
Speaker 4 (07:05):
Yeah, you gotta.
Speaker 3 (07:07):
I mean nowadays with flying you have to try to
save money. Yeah, if you want direct flights, you gotta
like go around.
Speaker 5 (07:16):
There's very few directions.
Speaker 1 (07:17):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (07:17):
Yeah, Yeah, it's insane, so you.
Speaker 5 (07:19):
Don't have any problem flying in flying really about it
yesterday because they were showing. They just kept showing these
pictures of was it Houston. Yeah, it was three hours
just to get in the airport.
Speaker 4 (07:30):
Yeah, I'm telling you. It was great.
Speaker 3 (07:32):
So, I mean in Orlando, we did have to turn
back around after we were taxing, but that's because a
light came on on the plane.
Speaker 4 (07:37):
But that had nothing to do with anything else.
Speaker 5 (07:41):
Okay, grind It was cool. So we left.
Speaker 1 (07:44):
I left as soon as shows over on Friday and
went down to Palm Beach and got on a Margarita
villets See Halloween theme crewis it was.
Speaker 5 (07:51):
It was fun.
Speaker 1 (07:51):
It was a good time. Everything was all decorated out.
They had you know, theme drinks and everything. And I
was telling Johnny, I think because a lot of people
didn't realize I'll bring my kids on the cruise because
it wasn't very expensive. The ship was like fairly like light,
so we had like free reign. It was what you want.
Speaker 5 (08:09):
It was. It was, I mean, literally it was. It
was so awesome and so it was so funny.
Speaker 1 (08:13):
We were getting on about to take our little pictures
to get on the boat and a listener said, Brad,
I booked this because I heard you talking about.
Speaker 4 (08:19):
It, and I'm like, good.
Speaker 5 (08:21):
I hope you have a great time, and we ran
into him a few times. I have a good time.
I'm hanging out with you.
Speaker 3 (08:26):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (08:26):
Yeah, there was nothing going on.
Speaker 1 (08:28):
I mean they had they did have all the bands
were themed out, which was cool. They had shows that
were themed out. They had the Conscious Costume contest for
the kids that were there, which was really cool.
Speaker 5 (08:38):
It was a good time. So you can just go
to y'all hit me out, yeah, instead of having a fight. Yeah. No,
you had you own personal concierge. It was nice.
Speaker 1 (08:45):
Wow, and you got We had two stops with the freeport.
I saw the remodeled and that's all. Yeah, because I
hadn't been there to Nassau since they remodeled that, so
I saw the port there.
Speaker 5 (08:54):
It was pretty cool. That might scare me, Yeah, it was.
It was fun.
Speaker 1 (08:57):
And then we got back Monday morning and I actually
did some work from the car on my phone with
the hot spot to get some stuff done, and then
I just kind of chilled yesterday.
Speaker 5 (09:07):
It was nice. Man. We don't get a break very often,
so no, no, not at all, man. That was it
was just weird yesterday. I told a kid on Sunday night. Listen,
I'm not working, but that doesn't mean wake me up
when you leave. Yeah, just keep it down, And they did.
I didn't even hear them. I didn't hear him leaving
like it was nice. Don't walk in my room and
say hey dad. Yeah, no, no, none of that. Let
me sleep, Yeah, because I'm gonna take full advantage of
(09:28):
that one little day. We got to energize from that.
We come back. Ray was telling us about how friendly
the people are in the Midwest. We want to find
out from you. Where do you think the friendliest people are.
We'll talk about it next done Johnny's House seventy eight
fifty seven. Right now. They just came back from what
do you go, Minneapolis? Ye, Minneapolis, and came back saying,
y'all don't understand how nice the people are up there.
(09:49):
How nice were give me some example.
Speaker 3 (09:51):
Okay, so from the minute we got off the plane,
like everybody was just so nice in the airport or whatever.
Speaker 4 (09:56):
So we oh, they're just friendly here.
Speaker 3 (09:58):
Then our uber driver gave us like a personal tour,
like a straight up personal tour. What places to eat?
He gave us a list of places that.
Speaker 4 (10:06):
We need to check out.
Speaker 3 (10:07):
Nope, nope, nothing, and so that we were like, oh wow,
that was kind of like over the time.
Speaker 5 (10:15):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (10:15):
So, I mean like he suggested all these different places
to eat and drink and like check out while we're here.
And then we went to an NHL game and the
people are sitting next to us, they were so friendly.
They were telling us about like this game that they
were playing that was like a betting game when when
the clock stops on a certain number, then you like
owe somebody a dollar and like yeah, so but it
(10:38):
was just like everywhere we went. Then after that, after
the NHL game, we went to a restaurant and sat
at the bar and had some drinks and dinner, and
we started talking to the people next to us.
Speaker 4 (10:47):
They ended up.
Speaker 3 (10:47):
Paying for our whole dinner, paying for all of our drinks,
and then told us where to go afterwards if we
wanted to keep the night going.
Speaker 4 (10:55):
So it was like everywhere we went.
Speaker 3 (10:56):
And then like the next day we went and went
to Mala America and to you, I swear and I
was like, okay, like obviously this is like a touristy place.
Speaker 5 (11:10):
I've never seen you by nice in them all.
Speaker 3 (11:12):
Yeah, I will say though, all of America is like,
it's the most insane thing I've ever experienced. It is massive,
it is so big and overwhelming, but it was fun.
Speaker 4 (11:24):
But yeah, everywhere we went.
Speaker 3 (11:25):
And then after that the concert, there is a person
there that was like, oh, you guys trying to get
closer to the stage, like he's hype started walking us
closer to the stage so we could get closer, and yeah,
it was insane.
Speaker 5 (11:37):
I looked it up and they say, Minnesota has this
thing called Minnesota Nice. Yes, yep, where they make a point,
did just everybody be nice?
Speaker 3 (11:45):
The people next to us like they had totally different
political views, but they honestly, it was the most intriguing
conversation that we had. And he was just like, you
know what, I respect your opinions, and I'm like, this
is this is a dream, right this I.
Speaker 4 (12:00):
Respect your And I was so breston the country just
thought like that were so.
Speaker 5 (12:05):
You know, some type of weird bubble, That's what I'm saying.
Speaker 4 (12:08):
But the weird bubble was all of Minnesota.
Speaker 5 (12:12):
Now I'm gonna have to go on the record and
say I think the friendly people are from the great
state of North Carolina. Of course you did, of course,
in North Carolina, people sitting on street corners and wait,
I never understood that. I don't get it. But they
smile and wait, they even look at you. Hey, yeah,
how you doing. But I've noticed and I it might
be the same problem with heaven down here. There's been
(12:35):
an influx of people leaving the North not trying to
go all the way to Florida, and they stopped in Charlotte.
My sister's real she told me this, Yes, and that's
where those some of them attitudes come from, because it
wasn't like that. Everybody was like, hey, everybody, can I
help you? Brother? Can I help you? Friend? Everything was cool.
Now you walk by, I go back to North Carolina
and I become my North Carolina solf. How you doing?
(12:58):
Oh damn? Where you come from?
Speaker 1 (13:00):
Yeah, that's what I blame Florida being bad on is
everybody else. I'm from here and we were good until
y'all got here. Y'all over poisoning the water and hole.
Speaker 3 (13:10):
Yeah, it's crazy because when we were sat with like
the people on the way there, the people on the
plane were so nice, and then as soon as we
were like okay, we're sitting down boaiding to board to
come back to Orlando. People were so freaking nasty, so nasty,
the people.
Speaker 4 (13:24):
The girl, the woman next.
Speaker 3 (13:25):
To us, had the audacity to ask if she could
put her purse underneath my foot area, even though we
all paid more money for the bigger feet, you know,
like to have more space. And I'm like, I'm sorry.
I was like, we paid more to sit here, and
she goes, yes, so did I. But I have an
extra bag? Can I put it underneath where your feet go?
And I was like, I'm what, Like, I was so confused.
Speaker 1 (13:47):
I'm like, well, she said, if you were nice, you
just said yes, yes, We're definitely not from Minnesota.
Speaker 4 (13:51):
We all paid extra for this.
Speaker 5 (13:54):
You can't be from Minnesota.
Speaker 3 (13:55):
Would have said, yes, that's why you got to actually
check a bag.
Speaker 5 (13:58):
Ray came out, Yeah, now was she from Minnesota?
Speaker 4 (14:02):
Was she she was from Florida?
Speaker 5 (14:03):
Oh? Okay, she was from Florida because I thought she
was like, look from Minnesota.
Speaker 3 (14:07):
We yeah, right, because the people from Minnesota would actually
check their bag and follow the directions and actually.
Speaker 4 (14:13):
Do the right thing.
Speaker 5 (14:14):
Man, someone sounds not nice right now, I know, man,
see what all of that niceness and it was all
it was all stored in like.
Speaker 3 (14:24):
The bitterness that we have here in Florida. And the
reason why we're all bitter to each other is because
everybody's just nasty. Yeah, you kind of gotta be nasty
because people are nasty to you.
Speaker 5 (14:34):
I just hated when I smile and say hello to
someone and they just looked right at me. Yeah, and
I told them off. There. I won't say what was
I said, good morning, Yeah, because I'm happy I am
getting some stuff done. My man look right at me
and walk back by. I just want to grab him.
But did you not hear me?
Speaker 2 (14:49):
Yeah?
Speaker 7 (14:49):
What?
Speaker 5 (14:50):
Then I'd have been arrested because the video would have
showed me I just kept walking. But then that makes
me not ever want to say right exactly.
Speaker 4 (14:56):
That's what I'm saying. It's the bitterness from other people.
Speaker 5 (14:58):
So we want to find out what do you think
is the friendliest place?
Speaker 1 (15:02):
Brian said, Florida for y'all. Yeah, well, I mean you're
not gonna like it. South Carolina's friendlier than North Carolina. Sorry,
And then Texas is better than both of them. Brought
that we were freeing. Look, I swear I thought we
were broke. I love Charlotte. I love the area. We've
been there a bunch of times. When I first went
over to South Carolina or up whatever it is, I
are down, I guess it's down.
Speaker 5 (15:23):
I was like wow, like I was really really shocked.
Speaker 1 (15:27):
Wow.
Speaker 5 (15:29):
But Tennessee and Texas are better than both, So wow,
South Carolina, you got understand the other the North Carolina
South colin I know, I know, and if I was
from North Carolina probably wouldn't have been as nice to me.
But I mean, wow, that hurt.
Speaker 3 (15:44):
I'll just say, you've never experienced anything until you've been
in the mid Midwest.
Speaker 4 (15:48):
There's something wrong with those people. They're so nice.
Speaker 5 (15:50):
Why in Chicago, I ain't nice up there?
Speaker 1 (15:52):
No, Minnesota is ranked one of the friendliest cities in
a bunch of different studies.
Speaker 5 (15:56):
So I mean, wow, South Carolina, Brook.
Speaker 1 (15:59):
They it's a very close margin, but they were nicer.
Wow in my experience.
Speaker 5 (16:05):
Four oh seven now one nine one o six seven
eight seven seven now one nine one on six seven
XL mobile four one o six seven last street social media.
Where's the nicest place you've ever been? And you think
the people are just the friendliest? Four oh seven now

(16:27):
It is someth We want to talk to you on
Johnny's plot. So we want to find out from you
we're the friendless people. Lyle from Cassimei. He's calling from CASSIMMI, Hey, Lyle,
Hey Johnny? Are you great? I am great? How are you, Sarah? Hi,
I'm good. I'm good.
Speaker 8 (16:40):
I'm just getting off of work.
Speaker 5 (16:41):
Okay. What's the friendliest place? Well, I'm from the carry again. Okay,
So I'm from Trinidad and Tobago, so I have to
see that TRENDD and Tobago to me is a friendly
of space. And why y'all, why y'all so friendly? Because
you got rude tourists there all the time. Why y'all
so friendly?
Speaker 7 (16:59):
Well, we have a lot of we we we we
friend Now.
Speaker 8 (17:01):
You see how you said that, you said good morning
from North Carolina and you said good morning, and people
just look at you like and you want to go, Yeah,
that is something that we grew up doing and it's
still there. You still you know, you pass you see somebody,
you're going to bus a bus with the people. You
don't know anybody, but you said good morning, just been polite.
Speaker 5 (17:20):
Yes, most most Caribean islands are the same way.
Speaker 8 (17:23):
You know, I've been to Barbados, that's say. My wife
is some Grenada and it's a normal thing. You know,
you go in the islands and it's a normal thing.
You get up, you pass someone on the road, you
see good morning. It's nothing to say good morning, believing
good night. It's a it's a natural thing with it
within the islands.
Speaker 5 (17:43):
Yeah, it's a natural.
Speaker 8 (17:45):
It's a naturals with the friendliness. Now in every in
every island, in every country, you would have the odd ones,
but the the good outweighed outweighed the Okay.
Speaker 5 (17:57):
All right, well low Low, you have a wonderful day
and tell your wife we said hello. How about that? Definitely? Man?
Speaker 8 (18:04):
Will do you know I hung with you guys a
couple of years ago when we went I went on
the trip to Fultain Blue with the IHAT studio.
Speaker 5 (18:14):
Yeahd time, good time. I was.
Speaker 8 (18:18):
I was there with you guys. My wife and I
won that trip to come down to Fultain Blue. So
it was it was lovely.
Speaker 5 (18:23):
That was awesome. Well, thank you Lyle. Yeah, take take
care Richard from Orlando. What's going on? Richard? Are you
doing good? What a friendly people?
Speaker 7 (18:33):
So my wife and I went to h Dublin, Ireland
last year for the Florida State Georgia Tech game. And
after the game, we're just leaving the stadium and met
four local guys and you know, made friends with them
and we just they took us to their favorite pub
and you know, I go to give my give my
(18:54):
credit card to the bartender, like no, no, no, you guys
are not paying for a drink the entire night. And
he just hung out with him for a few hours.
And wow, the nicest people you could imagine.
Speaker 5 (19:05):
Yeah, all right.
Speaker 3 (19:06):
Raight what they're saying over there, as somebody said, between
Ohio specifically Columbus and Augusta, Georgia, Tennessee. They said that
friendly people there north of Georgia like Helen area.
Speaker 4 (19:20):
Okay, Helen's nice.
Speaker 1 (19:22):
They have Georgia x ELM power by Attorney Dan Newlan
inter rect need to check. It's a no brainer. Call
Attorney Dan Newland, Colorado made the list. There's a few
people say in Ireland.
Speaker 5 (19:32):
Okay, okay, all right. And the lady that called and
hung up about South Carolina. I know why you hung.
Speaker 2 (19:36):
Up now the Johnny's House Entertainment News. That's three, all right.
Speaker 3 (19:44):
So it looks like Diddy has gotten a little legal boost.
Speaker 4 (19:48):
So a judge just.
Speaker 3 (19:50):
Granted his defense team's requests to fast track his appeal.
Oh okay, so oral arguments for April is what they're saying.
So Diddy was convicted obviously of the two counts under
the man Act of transportating into individuals across state lines
for prostitution, and so they were talking about his release
as early as May eighth, at twenty twenty eight, after
(20:14):
serving that fifty month sentence. But it could be sooner
than that since now that they're saying that the Federal
Appeer Appeals judge has granted them April for those arguments,
can you.
Speaker 5 (20:25):
Do it like next week? Yeah? What you still got to.
Speaker 1 (20:28):
Fall in line with other people that are that are waiting.
I think April's pretty impressive. It is.
Speaker 5 (20:33):
It is about next week again, you aught know how
I appreciate that wall. It looks like he's settling in
fine with the photos of him get a job everything. Yeah,
it's laundry, laundry, yeah, Laudia guys.
Speaker 3 (20:43):
From what they're saying, there's release photos of Diddy in prison.
Speaker 4 (20:46):
He was in the yard with some of the boys, you.
Speaker 3 (20:49):
Know, as he serves a sentence over and for dicks,
and they posted on Instagram, and so did fifty Cents.
Speaker 4 (20:55):
Fifty Cent was saying how happy he looked, and just.
Speaker 5 (20:59):
He's rounded biled him. Yes, that's what he's saying.
Speaker 3 (21:03):
And he later poked fun of him having a new
job in prison, obviously doing laundry, like you guys said,
but he requested to be in that low security facility
to address his drug use. And so obviously he's trying
to push up that release date sooner and sooner, especially
with this appeal and doing his job.
Speaker 5 (21:22):
Here's a funny thing is that that picture grew over
the weekend. Yeah, first it was a grainy picture taken
between some blind yep. Then it's the whole photo of
him on the yard, and then I saw a HOURU
and I knew that right right.
Speaker 4 (21:34):
Of course, with Ai, you have no idea what to believe.
Speaker 1 (21:36):
They say he didn't get no candy for Halloween, but
he can use some of his little commissary money and
get a snicker bar for a dollar fifty dollar. They said,
there you go. I'm sure he got some money on
the books. Oh, of course he got money on the book.
Speaker 4 (21:47):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (21:49):
So Jessin Bieber said that he's really not interested in
touring anytime soon. You know, he drops those two albums,
Swag and Swag two this year. He told fans during
his Twitch stream, which he's been going live on Twitch
like every single day, and he told his fans that
he's going to be doing it a lot more, which
is really cool. But he said, I think I've just
been just because he's not touring. You know, he doesn't
(22:11):
think that he's going to be touring any point in
his life anytime soon, because it seems like super daunting
to even though think about it.
Speaker 5 (22:19):
I thought he was headlining one of those big festivals.
Speaker 4 (22:21):
Yeah, but he's talking.
Speaker 5 (22:22):
About like a tour one off, so you can do
all that practicing just to do one I mean, it
probably isn't a whole lot of practicing. Yeah, backup, single
dance the band, and I.
Speaker 1 (22:32):
Don't think you're going to get like a fool like
like you would on tour from a festival. Like I've
seen Morgan Wall at festivals and I've seen more Morgan
Wallen on his tour.
Speaker 5 (22:39):
It's different.
Speaker 4 (22:40):
The production is day.
Speaker 5 (22:43):
It's not like what you used to see.
Speaker 3 (22:45):
Yeah, he said, I always start out really loving it
and then it always gets to a point where I'm
just like super burned out.
Speaker 4 (22:50):
And you know, so at the point in.
Speaker 3 (22:52):
His life, yeah, he's like, I really want to do
like spot dates, like those pop up things here and there,
and just maybe pick a city and do a couple
of shows. But he added that, you know, he doesn't
want to commit to a tour because it usually you know.
Speaker 4 (23:06):
Now it runs out for him.
Speaker 5 (23:07):
He canceled a few, so what about them? People are
still holding on to them tickets, But that make goods.
Speaker 4 (23:13):
No, that was canceled. It wasn't like.
Speaker 3 (23:17):
And I think that like obviously if you're a you know,
a big Justin Bieber fan, like you understand because it
was mental health.
Speaker 4 (23:24):
Sure, oh yeah, obviously had to pay Scooter Braun.
Speaker 5 (23:26):
And you know it's funny is when you're telling those
stories about like every other day was something that was
happening to him on tour. Yeah, day he was late
one day, he didn't do this and we're saying, you
know what, he's hating this tour, and then finally he said, I'm.
Speaker 4 (23:37):
He couldn't do it anymore.
Speaker 5 (23:38):
I got it.
Speaker 3 (23:39):
Some of those pop up dates. He's definitely going to
be doing a lot of.
Speaker 5 (23:41):
All right, Brown's gonna tell who's trending next one day,
getting they say up to about seventy eight. It is
fifty seven right now. All right, what's going on? Well,
this news just popped up this morning.
Speaker 1 (23:51):
Dick Cheney, who was a vice president for eight years,
some said the most influential vice president in history, passed
away at eighty four. So the statement released by his
family saying his wife of sixty one years, his daughters
Liz and Mary, other family members were there as he passed.
He died due to complications of pneumonia and cardiac and
vascular disease at eighty four.
Speaker 5 (24:11):
So that news is going around today.
Speaker 1 (24:13):
Orange County Mayor Jerry Dimmings is now a candidate for
Florida governor.
Speaker 5 (24:16):
Well he filled out the paper.
Speaker 1 (24:17):
Yeah, he filed October thirty first, according to the Department
of State's candidate listing list. And there's a big announcement rally.
It's supposed to take place this week. I think it
already took place I saw video, but maybe that wasn't
the full on rally. So the Department the Florida Department
of State's website shows that thirty people are now formally
filed to.
Speaker 5 (24:35):
Run for government. Yeah, thirty and twenty twenty six. Well,
what's going to happen. There's a lot of money gonna
run out. Yea money run out yeaut that's how that works.
Speaker 1 (24:42):
Ron DeSantis, who was elected originally in twenty eighteen, is
done because his TERMLIF.
Speaker 5 (24:48):
Yeah, yeah, I saw it.
Speaker 1 (24:48):
So he's officially done this year or twenty twenty six,
but he'll go into twenty twenty.
Speaker 5 (24:52):
Seven while they wait on whoever gets elected. They were
talking about his wife running it. Yeah, I don't know.
There's a list of thirty right now. It's pretty long.
Speaker 1 (25:00):
There are elections going around Cintra, Florida today, Yes, to
determine some of the city races, some amendments. Their federal
elections won't happen again for a while, but there are
some going on today. You can vote in person starting
at seven am this morning and going through seven pm.
Speaker 5 (25:12):
So crazy things people like I don't give dam out that.
Let's talk about New York.
Speaker 1 (25:15):
Yeah, yeah, those are the ones that are getting talked
about the most. Ours are like some city council seats
in like random spots.
Speaker 5 (25:21):
I mean, but I mean important if you live there. Yeah,
so sure if you know this one I'm looking at,
I ain't going to say which you want it is,
but I'm looking at this one race locally, I can't
vote because that's not my district. Yeah, but I'm curious
how it's gonna turn out. I'm watching it.
Speaker 1 (25:33):
We're not so curious actually turn out. And the government
still shut down. It's about to become the longest in
the United States history. The record will likely be surpassed
because the Center's gonna take a fourteen vote today, they say,
but there's no one changing sides, So barring something crazy
happening between now and then, the shutdown will probably continue.
(25:55):
And just because I don't want it to be all
negative stuff, mister pib.
Speaker 5 (25:58):
Is coming back after twenty four years.
Speaker 4 (26:00):
It's a drink, right, Yes, it's like doctor Popper right.
Speaker 1 (26:03):
Yeah, yeah, well yeah, without a defends a. They changed
it to mister PIB Extra. I guess for the longest
time it was pib extra. They took off the mister
and they made it Pib extra, but now they're bringing
it back, going old school after twenty four years, mister
Pib with a bold kick of cherry.
Speaker 5 (26:18):
So what I mean, I forgot what it tastes like.
It tastes like Doctor Patty, just like Doctor Millis.
Speaker 1 (26:22):
It's Doctor Pepper that I didn't go to college, mister Pib,
Mister Pip. Yeah, they're gonna have mister Pib and mister
Pip zero. They're available now in random states, but Florida
is one of them.
Speaker 5 (26:30):
So if you were an old school mister fan, go
get it. I'll find it because I don't think I've
ever had one.
Speaker 3 (26:35):
Yeah, well I think that, like you know how this
pepsy coke? Yeah, isn't mister Pib a pepsi product and
then coke? And then Doctor Popper is a coke product,
So it was going up against doctor So that's basically
what so.
Speaker 5 (26:46):
Yeah, so Dr.
Speaker 1 (26:47):
Pepper a lot of times is canned and bottled in
coke facilities. That's why it's always lumped with Yeah, but
it's not necessarily a product of that, so it is
it is one of those competing Yeah.
Speaker 5 (26:58):
Yeah, they do, just like they did write and Sierra
Miss Dr Pepper was first, and they came in and said,
we want to I don't know the timeline as to
who was first. I just know mister Pip is coming back. Actually,
Coca Cola is one.
Speaker 1 (27:11):
That's mister Pip because this has right here, Coca Cola
is reviving mister Pipper. So don Pepsi would be your
Dr Pepper. Yeah, yeah, that's true because in Texas, PepsiCo
is big and they're Dr Pepper in Texas is huge.
Speaker 5 (27:21):
So okay, I just want to know who was first.
I don't know who's on first. Yeah, it's like Polo
Association and Polo. You would think Polo was first and
Association's knockoff. It ain't.
Speaker 1 (27:31):
Oh wow, I had to look that up. All right,
I'm looking up for you right now so you can know.
Dr Pepper came first in eighteen eighty five. Eighteen eighty five,
Mister Pepper ain't roll up till nineteen seventy two.
Speaker 5 (27:43):
Whooa seventy two yeap, whoa wow. It took him a
long time to master that. That formula, isn't it. Wow?
All right, it's tied to play smarter then your hood.
That's when you call us up and say listen, this
is the city I want to represent, and you ask
some you answer some very simple questions. You want today
ice feeding Rudolph the Ritino's Reindeer, two million pounds of
(28:03):
colorful ice sculptures, thrilling slides all theme on this beloved
holiday classic. It's November fourteenth through January seventh at Gaylord Palms,
or Land. No, okay, but you got to answer. So when
you get the questions today, we uped it to high
school this week. You want to give us a sample question, sir?
Trying to educate you guys. Sure, guys, gotta buzz in
with your little city, though, don't show out the answer.
(28:24):
What is the perimeter of a square with side length six?
When to mere ninety degrees? Absolutely not? Thank you in correct, sir,
Thank you give me my prize. I award you no points,
and may God have mercy on yourself. Ninety degrees? Give
me the problem. No, you gotta guess.
Speaker 4 (28:47):
I don't.
Speaker 5 (28:48):
What's the answer. Twenty four?
Speaker 1 (28:50):
It's a square, so there's four sides, sides of six,
they gotta be equal.
Speaker 5 (28:54):
Twenty four. Noamn, that's close to ninety all right, listen,
you want to be both numbers the number numbers four
O seven now one nine one O six seven eight
seven seven nine one nine one O six seven represent
your city. You win ice tickets right here on Johnny's house.
Now it's time to find the smart People's called smarter
than your hood. That's why you have individually called up
(29:16):
and said, I'm the smartest person in my city. I'm
gonna answer all these questions and defeat anybody else that
is playing. And if you are the smartest city today,
You're gonna gonna hook you up with ice featuring Rudolph
the Red Nosed Rain. There two million pounds of colorful
ice sculptures thrilling the slides, all themed in the beloved
holiday classic November fourteen through the seventh at Gaylord Palm, Orlando.
But the first thing we must do is meet our
(29:38):
amazing contestants who say they are smart enough to represent
their city. Representing the city of Davenport. Joscelyn, Good morning, morning,
and Joscelyn, have you ever played the game before?
Speaker 4 (29:49):
Yes?
Speaker 5 (29:50):
And how'd you do?
Speaker 9 (29:52):
I think I've won more than I lost, but I
lost last time.
Speaker 5 (29:55):
Wow? And how long have you lived in the beautiful
city of Davenport? About seven months, and how many vacation
homes are on your street?
Speaker 4 (30:04):
A lot lot?
Speaker 5 (30:05):
Yeah, I'll never forget. We did a spring break any
rene of the house in that neighborhoods we did. It
was fun, all right, Brian. If you can connect that
to line three saying oh not today representing the city
of Castleberry, Macy, good morning, good morning, and Macy have
you ever played the game before? I have not? And
how long have you lived in Castlebury? My whole life,
(30:27):
your whole life, and how long how long has that
whole life been?
Speaker 10 (30:31):
Fifteen years?
Speaker 5 (30:32):
Oh, fifty years old? Why? Because you should have learned
these like this week. Wow, Macy's like, hey, it's time
for fifteen year olds. The tide of being laid back
talking about six. It's time for us to call and
show that we are smart. So you're ready. This is
the way it works. It is going to ask you
a question. If you know the answer, you yell out
your city, and then you've given that opportunity to answer it.
(30:54):
You get it right, you get a point, you get
it wrong, we take away point. And if you yell
out the city, I mean yell out said before you
y'all out the city, we take away a point. But
the last question needed for the tie or for the win.
So I need to find out what you sound like.
So on the count of three, shout out your cities.
One two three. Okay, let's try it again.
Speaker 4 (31:15):
One two three.
Speaker 5 (31:18):
Okay, y'all got to listen closely on this one. All right,
Here is the first question. What is the center of
an atom? Called? That would be Joscelyn, the nucleus. The
nucleus is correct, you get the point, Brian ground, all right?
How many degrees are in a triangle? That would be Macy? Yes,
(31:45):
going up one four point? All right. The next question,
what country did the US buy Alaska from? Hello? What
what country did you have by Alaska from? All right?
That would be Macy. I need answer Russia. Russia is correct,
(32:11):
you get the point. Racyems to think you cheated Macy.
But that ain't even me. I don't think so. I
think she was just going through. Could be well, country,
couldn't be all all right, Here it is the last question. Joscelyn.
If you get it right, it is a tie. You
get it wrong, you got smoked by fifteen year old Macy.
(32:32):
You get it right, you win the game. You get
it wrong. We go to the wheel. Are you ladies ready? Yeah, okay,
they both said at the same time.
Speaker 4 (32:42):
Okay, miss Ray.
Speaker 3 (32:43):
All right, what natural phenomenon is measured by the Richter.
Speaker 11 (32:47):
Scale, Jocelyn for the tie, Yeah wow, it is a
time we must break out of the wheel now, taking
it out of hand and putting it in the hands
of the wheel, and the wheel will decide who gets
the ice ticket.
Speaker 5 (33:06):
You both played extremely well today, very competitive. And once
we're ready, the wheel will be spend.
Speaker 1 (33:13):
And I want to make sure it's fairly distributed, all right,
And all right, here we go, all right, spinning the wheel.
Spin one is Johnson, two is Macy.
Speaker 5 (33:30):
Line one. Joscelyn, congratulations day you are the winner. Ice
featured Rudolf the Randaus Reindeer happening at the Gaylord Palms
Novement from fourteenth through the seventh. Macy, don't be afraid
to call again. You did a great job. Okay, thank you, no,
thank you. Hold on and we'll get some information from
you when we come back. We're talking about your friends
(33:50):
on Johnny fifty drop fifty three, looking for a hotday
of seventy eight and sunny Sunday. Sunday Sunday, it goes
down Ray tell about about it. Can stop making plans
and join us if they haven't already.
Speaker 4 (34:02):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (34:02):
So, if you haven't gotten your tickets to the sing
along Brunch, I'm gonna tell you right now at the
eleven o'clock hours basically sold out, so that's not gonna happen,
but it's from eleven to four, and you can reserve
your table or seats.
Speaker 4 (34:14):
It's unlimited mimosas.
Speaker 3 (34:16):
If you opt for that ticket, but the ticket includes
the entree.
Speaker 4 (34:20):
It is at Allure Downtown. There's gonna be a lot
of fun.
Speaker 3 (34:23):
I'm meeting with the DJ this week just to talk about, yeah,
the playlist from the early two thousands that we're gonna have. So,
I mean a lot of people are like, Okay, well
I don't want to do karaoke, but it's.
Speaker 5 (34:34):
No you're sitting at your table. Yeah yeah, yeah, Yeah,
it's just kind of like a big it's just a
sing along. Everbody just together. You're looking over and they're singing,
you singing, you know the words.
Speaker 4 (34:43):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (34:43):
So, and I had some people ask if the football
games will be played. Yes, they will be played as well.
So if you want to get your tickets XL one
to sixty seven dot com.
Speaker 5 (34:51):
All right, all right this Sunday, we'll all be there supporting,
all right. Mean what they say about friends, Man.
Speaker 1 (34:56):
We've talked about this before, but there's a new survey
that came out and they said, according to this new survey,
that the average American maintains right now currently just three
point six close friendship. So obviously they round that up
to four. Yeah, because you can't have a point six
of a friend. And they say that number shrinks nearly
one friend per year the older you get, so one
drops off every year, so soon you'll have none, wow,
(35:18):
unless you replace them with somebody else.
Speaker 5 (35:20):
Because they didn't look into that. Yeah, I can see
how that can happen. I mean, I have a lot
of friends, but for me, the last couple of years,
I've just been focused in raising the kid and I
hadn't been hanging out as much. And what happens is
you don't call, or they call you and you keep canceling,
or they call you and you're busy. After while you
stop calling, right you know, So I can see it
(35:41):
takes work to maintain a real friendship. I'm not talking
about you got to work on your friendship. It's just
that you have to actually schedule time. It takes availability
more than anything else. Yeah, yeah, it takes. And sometimes
you know, your life changes or their life changes, and
they are free more than you are, and you're free
and they aren't. And next thing you know, you you
(36:02):
see each other every two to three months, but you're
still friends, but you don't hang out as much.
Speaker 1 (36:06):
Yeah, what would you say? Yeah, I mean I think
that's about right. Three point six, so I guess four
four it's probably high for me. I don't know if
I have that many, but like, yeah, it's what you said. Like,
my friends start their life journey veers off from mine.
And it's not that we don't have you know, that
friendship still, but we have less and less in common
every yeah, every step further we take in opposite directions,
I guess. And unless the life event changes something that
(36:28):
brings them back around, you probably won't.
Speaker 5 (36:29):
Really some times you don't like them anymore. Yeap, just
doesn't happen. I have a female best friend. We text
each other every week and let's get together next weekend.
I any happened is eight months? Yeah, but every other weekend. Hey,
we need to get together then on you I hit
you on next week. It don't happen, But I understand
if I needed anything, that person would be there in
a heartbeat. Ray, what are you thinking?
Speaker 4 (36:49):
Yeah, I can agree with that.
Speaker 3 (36:51):
I would think that I have a little bit more
than four we're yeah, but I could see them falling
off almost like every year.
Speaker 5 (36:59):
Really, and what do you think the cause of it?
Speaker 3 (37:01):
Probably just like your lifeline, you're you know, the whole
thing doesn't line up. And like you said, like I
have younger kids, and if they don't have younger kids
and they're out and about doing whatever, you know, obviously
it's totally different lives that we're living. Yeah, but yeah,
I try to stay connected, like through messaging and stuff
as much as I possibly can.
Speaker 5 (37:20):
But yeah, and that's that's the thing. You text, Hey,
let's get together soon. You're like absolutely, And when you
say absolutely, your intentions are yeah. But just sometimes it
just don't. It don't work out that way, So I
want to find out from you. They say it on average,
the average American maintains three point sixlers round four friendship
and that shrinks every year. Do you believe this? And
(37:41):
how often are your friends falling off four oh seven
now one nine one O six seven eight seven seven
now one nine one O six seven XL Mobile four
one oh six seven last Street and social media. Want
to hear from you. We're talking about your friendship. Is
it true? Or you're like, nah, listen, I have a
I hang out my friends every week. We do everything together.
Were just fan. I like to hear that because I
(38:01):
want to find out how you get to do that?
Is it true? Three point six friends close friends, and
the number shrinks every single year four O seven now
one nine one O six seven eight seven seven now
one nine one O six seven. I want to hear
about your friends some college right now, This is Johnny's house,
seventy eight yars are high and a lot of sunshine today.
Going to a survey, the average of American maintains three
point six close friendships and that number shrinks every year
(38:25):
by losing a friend. Do you agree or disagree? Casts
from the Barry, good morning?
Speaker 9 (38:32):
All right?
Speaker 5 (38:33):
You agree and disagree with that?
Speaker 12 (38:35):
I definitely agree one?
Speaker 5 (38:37):
Okay? Why is that?
Speaker 12 (38:39):
Because I had a good group of friends in high
school and after high school I.
Speaker 10 (38:47):
Lost all of them. I have no friends. My one
friend is my girlfriend.
Speaker 12 (38:52):
And that's it, Like my significant other is my only friend.
Speaker 5 (38:56):
So, so how old are you?
Speaker 6 (38:58):
I'm twenty four?
Speaker 5 (38:59):
So after high high school today, all drop off of
Like I said, one at a time.
Speaker 12 (39:03):
It's kind of like one at a time, like year
after year, like after maybe like three years, I had.
Speaker 7 (39:08):
Lost all of them.
Speaker 5 (39:10):
You never thought about just texting and said, hey, what's up,
it's been a minute. We should hang I do.
Speaker 12 (39:15):
I do definitely think about that all the time. But
we just have such different lives now, and like it's
been so long and it's just hard to like try
to get back on track from where you were, you know.
Speaker 5 (39:29):
Man, So you said, I'm just gonna keep my girl.
I don't need nobody else exactly.
Speaker 10 (39:33):
That's all I need.
Speaker 12 (39:34):
And also I want to say I'm a first time callery.
Speaker 5 (39:38):
You know, we love the first time calling.
Speaker 7 (39:40):
Yay.
Speaker 5 (39:42):
Yeah, Well, we appreciate your listening and we appreciate you participating.
Speaker 6 (39:46):
Okay, Yes, I love listening to y'all. Y'all have a
good one.
Speaker 5 (39:49):
Thank you, See bye bye boy. They fell off and
I got a good woman. I don't give a damn
bout one of them. Olivia from doctor Philip, Good morning,
Good morning, all right, three point four for three point
six friends they fall out after a year, do you
What do you think about that?
Speaker 10 (40:05):
I kind of disagree, okay, And I understand that to
a certain extent. You know, a lot of people have
busy lives and it's difficult to keep up with everyone.
But I have a little friend group and we meet
together once a month for what we call tea time.
It's just three hours in like ten to one the
first Wednesday of every month, where we just update each
(40:25):
other on our lives.
Speaker 5 (40:26):
And how many friends in this group? About four? About
for you? Okay? Okay? And how old are you guys?
Speaker 10 (40:34):
About twenty four?
Speaker 5 (40:35):
Twenty four? Okay? Okay. Now, you guys probably going through
pretty much the same things in life, you know, married
or in a relationship, kids, You guys around the same place.
Speaker 10 (40:46):
One of our friends just got engaged.
Speaker 5 (40:48):
Really yea be about to lose her? Yeah, you're right?
Speaker 4 (40:53):
Or rug a little bit?
Speaker 5 (40:55):
Yeah right her off. Well, I'm glad it works out
for you know, I'm just messing around, okay, yeah for sure, okay,
all right, next thing, I know she didn't call the boss,
all right? From when the springs uh Leyla, good.
Speaker 13 (41:07):
Morning, Hi, good morning.
Speaker 5 (41:09):
All right, So do you agree and disagree?
Speaker 14 (41:12):
I agree?
Speaker 5 (41:13):
Okay? And how old are you?
Speaker 4 (41:16):
I am ten, ten years old.
Speaker 5 (41:18):
And you start off with a whole bunch of friends,
and the older you get, you lose those friends.
Speaker 10 (41:23):
Correct.
Speaker 3 (41:23):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (41:23):
So when you're like seven, you had like thirty forty friends, right,
they just fall off. Yeah, and now that you're teen,
you got with like like twelve to thirteen.
Speaker 10 (41:32):
Uh yeah, like four to five.
Speaker 5 (41:34):
Yeah. They end up in different classes and stuff like that.
Speaker 4 (41:37):
You're gonna go through a whole cycle of friends.
Speaker 5 (41:39):
Yeah, what do you think?
Speaker 13 (41:42):
Go ahead, I want to mention.
Speaker 10 (41:43):
I'm a first time caller.
Speaker 5 (41:46):
Now, now we want to hear about your friends. Why
are you losing these friends?
Speaker 6 (41:52):
Because like, people move on, Like I haven't seen a
lot of like my really really close friends in a
long time.
Speaker 5 (41:58):
Want you drive over sea.
Speaker 3 (42:01):
Because some of them.
Speaker 6 (42:03):
Live like she can't drive by the way, I can't drive.
Speaker 1 (42:07):
Yeah, of course, so that options out. You can take
an uber though, you can get if you really wanted
to see him. Do you follow them on social media?
You're allowed to have it.
Speaker 13 (42:19):
I don't have social media.
Speaker 5 (42:20):
Good Goods are doing great, they're great smart all right? Well,
like Ray said, you're gonna go through a dozen friends
before you find your best friends. Yep, all right, well,
thank you for calling.
Speaker 14 (42:31):
Okay, thank you for answering.
Speaker 5 (42:34):
Of course, that's what we do. You have a beautiful day,
Thank you too, all right, Right, what they say?
Speaker 3 (42:40):
Somebody said, I have four close friends from high school
and four in a more recent circle. But they lose
about one to two friends every election, so that's when
they fall off.
Speaker 1 (42:53):
At least they're honest with It's weird that you would
be close friends and then that would cause you to
lose them get close to begin with.
Speaker 5 (43:01):
You're talking about like fly by night friends. These are
your friend friends. You just don't talk about it, all right?
Be what they say?
Speaker 1 (43:06):
XL Mobile Power by Attorney Dan Newlan interrect need to check.
It's a no brainer. Call Attorney Dan Newlan. Someone that
is thirty eight has one close friend. They live in Tampa,
but they talk on the phone daily, okay, and try
to see each other. And then someone said, I know
it's nerdy, but we have a group of eleven that
is our fantasy football league.
Speaker 5 (43:21):
We've been doing it for over twenty years. Yeah. We
meet in a random city every year for the draft. Yeah,
so yeah, they're they look forward to that. Yeah, I
know people to do that. All right, moving on celebrity news.
Speaker 3 (43:31):
Did you see Justin Baldoni The little update on his.
Speaker 5 (43:34):
Boss was yeah, I ope, they don't know why on
Johnny's House.
Speaker 2 (43:38):
Now the Johnny's House Entertainment News.
Speaker 3 (43:41):
With three Entertainment News is sponsor by fair Ones Credit Union.
So Justin Baldoni's legal team had until October thirty first,
which was Friday, to file an amended complaint, but chose
not to do so. So Blake Live's look, this is
the four hundred dollars million lawsuit against Blay Lively. Uh,
(44:01):
it basically formally ended on Friday, but right now it's
that case is officially closed, but Blake Lively's motion to
seek attorney fees has been granted and the financial financial
showdown is what they're saying, is still like in works
because they don't know the amount yet that is to
be determined.
Speaker 5 (44:21):
So the actual case the wrongdoing is over. Yes, now
she's doing him for I got all these legal fees
because it is, and they're trying to decide how much.
Speaker 3 (44:31):
Yes, almost, Blake Lively's lawsuit against Jess and Baldoni remains
active even after she chose to withdraw her emotional distress complaints.
So yeah, so he had until Friday, and I guess
they chose not to wow, And so, I mean, we
said that this was probably going to end before the trial,
but it just seems like it's been going on forever.
Speaker 4 (44:52):
After one thing after another.
Speaker 5 (44:53):
Leg are going to be expension.
Speaker 3 (44:55):
Yeah, So I don't know exactly how much it's going
to be, but as soon as you find out that number,
he's gonna have to pay it.
Speaker 5 (45:01):
And then it's always Yeah, it's all of them.
Speaker 3 (45:04):
Jonathan Bailey has been named People magazine Sexiest Man Alive.
Speaker 4 (45:08):
If you want to look him.
Speaker 5 (45:09):
Up, I'm gonna do that. I don't know who that is.
Speaker 3 (45:12):
So Jimmy Fallon announced People Magazine's Sexiest Man Alive last night,
and it's Jonathan Bailey from Bridgerton. So he's Lord Anthony Bridgerton.
He's also in Wicked. He's also in Jurassic World's Rebirth,
so he's in a lot of things. Yeah, but he
said it's a huge honor. Obviously, I'm incredibly flattered and
(45:34):
a completely you know, it's been a secret, I guess
for him. For a while, but he was very excited
to actually put it out there.
Speaker 5 (45:41):
What is it when you're the sexiest man alive? You
got to take a picture with your shirt off holding
holding a.
Speaker 1 (45:45):
Dog because I mean it's sexy, it's cute, or covers
all of it.
Speaker 5 (45:49):
Or you got a shirt on and they got to
submerge you in water so you come out of water
and the shirt is clinging to your body.
Speaker 1 (45:55):
They always walk around with just jeans on and no shirt.
The sexiest man alive.
Speaker 4 (45:59):
I'm pretty sure he's saying, go to.
Speaker 3 (46:02):
And I think he's gay, by the way, but apparently
I don't know if he's the first openly gay sexiest
man alive.
Speaker 4 (46:09):
But that's what some reports are saying. But that is him.
Speaker 3 (46:13):
Hugh Jackman's ex wife is shopping around her tell All
and I'm like, here we go, another tell All book.
But she reportedly is shopping a memoir focused on reinvention
and the details of her divorce from Hugh Jackman.
Speaker 5 (46:28):
That's the woman did not get what she felt that
she deserved in the divorce settlement.
Speaker 4 (46:32):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (46:32):
She was apparently seen a meeting with a major New
York publisher and his source said that you know there
she's kind of reclaiming her voice after years of being
defined by her marriage to Hugh Jackman. Say yeah, So
she finalized her divorce with him in May and called
it a profound wound that she was living with that
(46:53):
by Hugh Jackman has since gone public with Sutton Foster
and is extremely happy.
Speaker 5 (46:58):
Oh, they says, this is what that Hill has no
theory like a woman scorn. She said, I got a
book to tall.
Speaker 3 (47:04):
Yeah, so she said, it cuts deep in the traumatic
journey of betrayal is what she's going to be put
in this memoir.
Speaker 5 (47:10):
Does anybody care about the and it work in? Is
a Hugh Jackman?
Speaker 4 (47:14):
I don't think so. I mean I really don't.
Speaker 3 (47:16):
And I mean the whole thing with like Britney Spears
and her ex, you know, Kevin Federland and that memoir.
Like obviously there was a lot of things that we
hadn't heard from Britney Spears or like about her, and
so we really wanted to.
Speaker 4 (47:26):
Know about that.
Speaker 5 (47:27):
The only way that book's going to be successful is
you got to rope some controversy around another celebrity who's
bigger than Hugh Jackman. That's something happened, Yeah, that's the
only way. Other than that, I'm like, I don't.
Speaker 3 (47:38):
Think a lot of people are going to care so
much about it. But she said it's very traumatic, So
we'll see. Speaking of Britney Spears and that memoir, she
has active deactivated her Instagram account on November two, is
what she uh is when it kind of like.
Speaker 4 (47:53):
Fully was taken down.
Speaker 3 (47:54):
But there was a number of worrying posts and a
public dispute over her ex husband Kevin Betterline's memoir, so
her Instagram account was not available to view and messages
and all that stuff.
Speaker 4 (48:09):
Everything had been removed from social media.
Speaker 5 (48:11):
Should he knew that that was gonna happen.
Speaker 3 (48:13):
Yeah, I mean there was like a recent video of
Britney Spears with like bruises on her arms and bandages
wrapped around her, and she was talking about how her
ring her wings were stripped from her. So but then
she obviously just took everything down.
Speaker 5 (48:28):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (48:29):
I don't know how well that book is going to do.
Speaker 3 (48:30):
But I mean I saw a lot of people talking
about it over the weekend sas it's mean.
Speaker 8 (48:36):
Real.
Speaker 3 (48:36):
Yeah, I mean there's a private there's a lot of
private things that I was reading that were in there.
I mean, obviously I mentioned some of them where she
like cheated on him with a female, how she would
walk around with like a knife, and there's just a
lot of things. And it's unfortunate because those kids are
older now and they're able to read those things.
Speaker 5 (48:55):
I bet they saw it first. Oh yeah, it was
a hey, I'm gonna read this with this something he
hit it, y'all uncomfortable or you didn't think really happened.
Let that in know I would help, So you did that,
then it through, Send it through? All right, we'd come back.
Brian has some weird stories, but they're funny. And after this,
NBA on NBC is back tonight at eight o'clock, and
(49:17):
I have a question. You get it right, two one
hundred and fifty dollars we're going to hook you up with.
But first we have weird but true what's up b.
Speaker 1 (49:25):
Well, we talked a lot about this Louver Road the
hest and so they did a deep dive into the
security measures afterwards to find out, okay, how could this
have happened. Well, it turns out they didn't find too
strong a security. So they actually went all the way
back to twenty fourteen where they first started working on
security for the lou and they showed that access to
(49:46):
the Louver Museum's video surveillance server, all you had to
do was type in the password Love. That was the password.
They've never changed it the first time they installed the
security system, and they said that they gave them this
warning ten years ago when they did this. Look, you
guys got to change a password. We have to change
ours every three months around change and then you have
(50:08):
to do double auterication just getting your own email. So
all they had to type in was Louve into the
network and they could see everything that was underneath the
security umbrella for the Louver.
Speaker 5 (50:18):
Do you think they were so arrogant to the point
it's like nobody's going to try to rob the Lover? Yeah, yeah,
that's what they said.
Speaker 1 (50:24):
They said it was it was actually just the underestimation
of the risk of theft over the course of years
that made it so easy for them to go in
and do it. Yeah yah, seriously, like who's going to
rob them? But I also wouldn't think that they would
leave the password Love. So are they trying to out
smart you by being simple? Because who's going to think
that they couldn't have left it one five right, Yeah,
password is passwords. There's some other art making news. Southern
(50:48):
b is going to auction off a solid gold toilet
sculpture called America by an Italian artist on November eighteenth
in New York City. So the starting bids ten million dollars.
That's the current value for two hundred and twenty three
pounds of eighteen carrot solid gold. So it's a fully
working toilet sculpture. It has two versions that were created
back in twenty sixteen.
Speaker 14 (51:08):
Now.
Speaker 1 (51:08):
The other version was displayed at the Guggenheim Museum in
New York and people lined up to see that. But
in twenty nineteen one was stolen, never recovered. They melt
that's what they said. I'm pretty sure it got melted
down because it's obviously worth so much money. So this
is the guy who created the duct tape on the
banana on the wall.
Speaker 5 (51:25):
That's the hardist that did this.
Speaker 1 (51:27):
He sold that for six point two million. So this
one's up for auction now. So it's gonna be on
display at Southerby's. But you're not gonna be able to
use it, obviously. But the toilet of solid gold is
extremely heavy. Yeah, so it took a two hundred and
twenty three.
Speaker 5 (51:39):
Pounds you had to work out for that one. Yeah, right,
You're not just coming off the street and grabbing that thing. Now, Wow,

No?
Speaker 9 (54:14):
No, no, no no?
Speaker 5 (54:16):
What did go?
Speaker 9 (54:17):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (54:18):
What was the last conversation.
Speaker 13 (54:21):
Let's see, So we talked about all the Halloween stuff,
about Johnny not giving out candy.
Speaker 4 (54:31):
Remember you listen, I took out.
Speaker 5 (54:34):
I took a photo outside my house at prime, took
a treat. Time was not a kid to be fine.
You told him all about to come. You spend days
on this radio saying the true hume to my house.
Speaker 8 (54:45):
True.
Speaker 5 (54:45):
But the neighbors are writing right across the street from you,
who had Halloween decorations upody at their house either. They're
probably mad at you because you ruin their halloween. So
I messed the whole Johnny.
Speaker 13 (54:54):
You do live in a castle, so You're driveway.
Speaker 1 (55:00):
Neighborhood has a gate in around Wow.
Speaker 5 (55:04):
Wow, And I liked you too when you called all right,

Speaker 13 (55:18):
Okay, thanks so much, you guys, have a great day.
Speaker 5 (55:20):
Thanks you too. Stop talking about us, stop talking about me,
talk about Raymon Bryan, thank.
Speaker 13 (55:26):
You, ma'am.
Speaker 5 (55:27):
Okay, now they're gonna talk about how mean you are. Really.
I mean, here's a funny thing. Ray said to herself.
She wasn't giving out candid.
Speaker 3 (55:33):
It's because I got children to walk around. What's your excuse?
Speaker 5 (55:36):
There was no one sick bird that do a sick bird.
I would agree with a sick burn. I don't mind
a sick burn that was not a sick burn. Nobody
was there. Ray would have been wasting candy. I'm trying
to find a photo now you advertised, I want you,
I want you to see this is I.
Speaker 4 (55:58):
Think even snow body gone?
Speaker 1 (56:01):
Does that look deserted to your Well, that's a long
way to walk up for some candy, though, jeez, had
the pack of lunch.
Speaker 5 (56:07):
Get up your driveway.
Speaker 3 (56:08):
That's not the point. The point is there's no kids
running guys. You got like the snacks, the fun size candy.
Speaker 1 (56:13):
I feel like on the way to your house, like
mount efforts. There's people that just you know, I don't
know why I'm talking right now. I'm not gonna winness one,
not even no more body.
Speaker 4 (56:21):
Those are Halloween decorations. Those are real kids that trying
to walk up the driveway.
Speaker 5 (56:25):
Ray spit it out, spit it out, world that body,
spit it.
Speaker 4 (56:32):
Out card trying to get up.
Speaker 5 (56:36):
I know you and where you were going was good?
I know I was. Did I not give up time?
Speaker 1 (56:43):
You just tripped over one of the bodies to get
there Johnny.
Speaker 5 (56:46):
Driveway on myself? All right, listen on a serious note,
the government shutdown has occurred, and I want to know,
now is it affecting you or how has it affected you? Because,
like I said, it gives us a direction on what
we need to go if we need to help. Four
oh seven not one nine one O six seven eight
seven seven Now one nine one o six seven the
(57:06):
government shutdown? How's it affecting you? Hit us up on
Johnny's house by the government shutdown, so we can figure
out what we need to do if we need to
put something together to help people in our community. From
Casemi Brenda. Good morning, Hi, good morning, good morning. And
how are you affected by the shutdown?
Speaker 15 (57:21):
So I am a single mom of three in nursing
school and I actually do depend on the food stamps
and this month I did not receive any.
Speaker 5 (57:30):
Oh wow, how are you guys? How are you guys
doing food?
Speaker 15 (57:34):
So I do get WICK monthly, So I have been
depending on WIG, but it's not it's not much. And
I actually started doing ubers to have some funds coming
in when I'm off of school, so that way I
can provide like milk, eggs, cereal and stuff like that
for my kids.
Speaker 5 (57:52):
Wow. And what's the difference between WICK and Snap?
Speaker 15 (57:57):
So Wick is for like kids under the age of five.
You get it and they provide like milk, vegetable, cereal.
And then SNAP is when they give you like money
on a card. Yeah, you can get groceries and you
can get any type of groceries with that card.
Speaker 5 (58:19):
Okay, okay, Well I'll tell you what you you hold
on a second and I'll get some I'll get your
your information and I'll see if we can send you
some money through our BABYDJ program, Oh beautiful, thank you
so much, don't go anywhere. Well, well, we'll see what
we can get done for you. Okay, okay, thank you.
We're gonna be checking in periodically and finding out exactly. Uh,
you know, if it's getting to the point where people
(58:39):
aren't eating, then we got to do something. We got
to get together on that. All right, we come back.
It is Common Sense.
Speaker 1 (58:44):
Day and Will tour and he did it to encourage
people to apply common sense to your daily decisions. And
they chose today because it coincides with Will Rogers's birthday.
And he famously said, common sense, ain't that common.
Speaker 5 (58:57):
Yeah, I don't think it exists anymore. No, common sense
was just it just it's when you did something and
everyone of the okay, common sense would just tell you
you can't the things you should know without anyone having
to tell you. TikTok. It just popped in my head.
TikTok erased common sense because after that you started chasing
likes and stuff like that, which means you're jumping on
(59:19):
milk crates, you're eating top pods, all the things that
makes it go viral. You have to go against common sense.
That's what makes things go viral. So I think that
that has something to do with it, because there's certain
things that happen now. I just shake my head.
Speaker 3 (59:34):
I just even like common sense, like you should probably
wash your hands after you go to the bathroom.
Speaker 4 (59:41):
Where is that?
Speaker 5 (59:42):
Oh that's been gone. Let me tell you. We've been
in this building for how many years? Look those things
in there unless it's one of us. Bone dry. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (59:50):
They say you should actually start learning common sense around
age seven. That's when you enter the age of reason
where you can actually reason things and you see things
you should know without anyone having to tell you, like
you don't kick dogs, like you know, that's common sense,
Like no one has to tell you that.
Speaker 5 (01:00:07):
Yeah, but anytime, anytime. That's the craziness right now, And
those are the things that go viral. Is the so
the farther you go from common sense makes people watch
those things because.
Speaker 1 (01:00:18):
Because we always like a train wreck. Everyone loves a
train wreck. So you're not watching it because of anything
other than to watch this idiot.
Speaker 5 (01:00:25):
Okay. Now, my favorite of all time is the milk
Creek challenge. Common sense tells you after three or four stacks,
you can't do it.
Speaker 13 (01:00:34):
Well.
Speaker 1 (01:00:34):
The funny part to me was there was old ass
people trying it, like you got trouble navigating the actual stairs, yes,
but you think you can run up stacked crates.
Speaker 5 (01:00:43):
There's no common sense there, none, zero. And I'm sitting
there going because I I've tripped. Oh, if you worked
in a kitchen before, you've tripped over a crate and
they don't be in so if you fall on your legs,
so I can imagine how it feels when you fall
on your ribs, and I think that's funny, but common
sense and say, don't do anything stupid like that, all right,
So what we want to do is come up with
(01:01:04):
a list of things that are just common sense. But
people are doing it anyway. Like for me, it's common
sense just to be polite. It's common sense for me
that if I'm walking out of the door, like I'm
walking out of the door, and as a person maybe
ten feet away, I'm gonna hold that door because what
happens is by the time they get to the door,
it's gonna slim in their face, right, And I don't
(01:01:24):
want to do that. To me, it's common sense us
to do that. And I'll say, have a nice day.
And the most times and say, well, I thank you.
That's surprised by it, and say thank you to me.
That's just common sense to be nice to people. It's
common sense that ain't that ain't common sense? No more?
Right you see somebody.
Speaker 1 (01:01:38):
Well to Like I mean, in everyday life, it's common
sense to me that at a grocery store you don't
leave your cart where you're at and then walk, you know,
fifteen feet down the aisle to get something to bring
back to your cart because now I can't get to
what I need is behind your cart and push your
cart with you. Common sense says you don't block the
aisle with your cart and walk away from it.
Speaker 5 (01:01:53):
I see, I should have to tell you that I
could see.
Speaker 1 (01:01:55):
Much like when we get to the front and you
just see that sign that says ten if you got
eleven in since says you don't belong here.
Speaker 5 (01:02:01):
I think in that one there's some leeway. Well, you're
not using common sense.
Speaker 1 (01:02:06):
Because if it's bogos got to be scanned, it counts.
Speaker 5 (01:02:11):
It's got to be scared.
Speaker 4 (01:02:12):
Basically attached to each other.
Speaker 5 (01:02:14):
Get what scam? Both they scam? Both they do. It's
an item, is it or not? Is it not? You.
I'm saying this now. When I yesterday they had the
they had this thing that was on sale like two
ninety nine. I told the lady that I had four
of them. She scanned the thing once and did it
three times, so scanning wise, it was only one time.
She put four in there, though I don't know if
(01:02:36):
I heard all that. If it's an item, it counts here. See,
that's common sense. I shouldn't tell you.
Speaker 3 (01:02:42):
But also I think putting your grocery cart back should
be common sense.
Speaker 4 (01:02:46):
That should be common They got a car career right
there for exactly.
Speaker 5 (01:02:49):
But if it has a nice little hooked that you
get hooking.
Speaker 4 (01:02:51):
All like like a ledge.
Speaker 1 (01:02:55):
You should have your grocery privileges should be provoked.
Speaker 5 (01:02:58):
Absolutely shouldn't be allowed to go to the words. To me,
I'm like, right, you know what, that dude's gonna come
out here. I help somebody keep a job because somebody,
somebody got to come get it from the car contry.
Speaker 1 (01:03:10):
Not only do I take my car back, if I
see somebody that also was unloading at the same time
and they're done, I say, hey, let me let me
grab that for you.
Speaker 2 (01:03:16):
Yeah, and I take theirs back.
Speaker 5 (01:03:18):
I've done that. No, you haven't before. I have done
it before I go to store. I go to the
store every time I said I got fourteen items, I'm
getting in there. These are case by case situations, not
all the time. Sometimes you use common sense. I think
it's common sense. For me, I'm gonna hurt. I got
to go. All right, listen, last chance for you to
(01:03:41):
win EDC Orlando tickets. All you have to do is
add on to the list that you think are just
common sense things that they don't do today. Four oh
seven nine nine one on six seven eight seven seven
nine one nine one on six seven XL Mobile four
one o six seven Live Street social media, get involved
to EDC is happening this week, and these are your
(01:04:01):
last chance to win tickets. All you have to do
is add some common sense things that you see right
now that people aren't doing that they should start doing
more regularly. Four O seven now one nine one o
six seven eight seven seven now one nine one on
six seven. Let's get to the common sense day. Want
to find out what make a list of some things
that you think are just common just damn common sense,
and we're gonna hook somebody up. Last chance to win EDC, Orlando,
(01:04:23):
twenty twenty five. That is happening this weekend. From Deltona Dllan, Good.
Speaker 14 (01:04:26):
Morning, good morning, everybody.
Speaker 5 (01:04:29):
Good morning to you. Common sense, What do you got.
Speaker 14 (01:04:33):
I think it should be common sense to keep up
with your hygiene, like I don't want to be I
don't want to have to smell the words coming off
of you, or at least wear deodorant.
Speaker 5 (01:04:43):
Just wear deodorant, common sense says, put some deodorant on
in the morning, common sense, and brush your teeth and
brush your damn tek there.
Speaker 14 (01:04:50):
I feel like there are way too many people who
do not do that and then go out into public, in.
Speaker 5 (01:04:55):
The public with stinky armpits and bad bro all right,
you hold on on the second there. From Orlando. Samantha Samantha,
good morning, good morning, Good morning guys. Common sense, Dave,
what you got?
Speaker 4 (01:05:08):
All right?
Speaker 13 (01:05:09):
First, common sense. If you're in a grocery store and.
Speaker 5 (01:05:12):
You see Samantha, you cut out on us. Hello, hello,
all right, we'll even get out of the dead zone
and come back to you here in a second. From
Lake Mary Alex, good morning, good morning. All right, tell
us on something that's just common sense.
Speaker 6 (01:05:31):
When you're deboarding the plane row by row, You're not
stand up and rush into the line and cut everyone off.
Speaker 5 (01:05:39):
Absolutely, I've seen fights break out over that stuff.
Speaker 4 (01:05:42):
Come on by row. It's that simple.
Speaker 5 (01:05:46):
I love the person who's yelling, O don't know where
y'all up? You ain't going nowhere? And I just sit
there like, no, no. Somebody say you're going row thirty four?
Why are you stay? And then the guy looks back
to see who I'm like, look.
Speaker 1 (01:06:02):
Yeah, you can couple that with when we're boarding the
plane and if they ain't call your zone, do not
stand up there by the entrance because it ain't your
time yet you're blocking my zone.
Speaker 5 (01:06:12):
It makes the flight attendant is so angry. Yes, they go,
you know you got zone six? They on zone two.
Now I'm sitting there. I have to ask each person, Hey,
are you in zone two? Okay? Cool? Are you in
zone two? Because I'm in zone two?
Speaker 2 (01:06:31):
Yes?
Speaker 5 (01:06:32):
Or you do people to just just walk by, I
am in zone two, move byle Let's see if she uh, Samantha,
you there? All right, let's try it again. What is
common sense?
Speaker 13 (01:06:42):
Okay?
Speaker 15 (01:06:43):
So I would say change it common senses. If you're
at a stop light, my mute I'm sorry.
Speaker 13 (01:06:50):
Common sense, if you're to stop light, just pay attention.
Speaker 6 (01:06:53):
So that you can go. It shouldn't be my job
to tell you to.
Speaker 10 (01:06:55):
Go pay attention.
Speaker 5 (01:06:57):
Got you.
Speaker 1 (01:06:57):
That's more of a traffic law. Are you sitting there
and not paying a light? You overhear on your phone
playing games? Yeah, I had to do it. I had
to do it a gentle too. The other day, like
a little curtezy b It was like a quicker, that's it,
I mean, and my truck is startling.
Speaker 5 (01:07:12):
It's like, I don't want to do that.
Speaker 4 (01:07:15):
Okay. But on the reverse end, if it's like just
turn green, give.
Speaker 5 (01:07:19):
Me a second, give me, but I don't have to
like punch it. Just not a Nascar. If you do that,
you can guarantee the person in front of you who's
gonna roll slow, guarantee right what they say over.
Speaker 3 (01:07:31):
There, let's see here to say thank you or excuse me. Obviously,
this one's not really common sense to me. Your power
steering fluid is mostly transmission fluid, not power steering fluid.
Speaker 5 (01:07:41):
That's common sense, right. It's if you're working automotive, like, okay,
learn something new.
Speaker 3 (01:07:47):
But yeah, a lot of the grocery card stuff putting
it back common sense and somebody says hello, maybe say
hello back?
Speaker 5 (01:07:55):
Yeah, why is that so hard?
Speaker 4 (01:07:57):
I don't know.
Speaker 5 (01:07:58):
I think people think if you say hello back to
going to try to sell you something. So I don't know.
Speaker 1 (01:08:01):
I have no idea, Brian, I let's see XL mobile
powered by Attorney Dan Newlyn Interact.
Speaker 5 (01:08:06):
Need to check. It's a no brainer. Call Attorney Dan Newlan.
Someone said it's common sense.
Speaker 1 (01:08:10):
I can't get off the elevator if you're standing in
front of the elevator or trying to get on it.
So wait until I get off and then you get on. Yeah,
I mean right smack in the middle, and you have
to wait. Cruise elevators are the worst because nobody wants
to wait for the next one. I'm like, dude, let
me just get off real quick.
Speaker 5 (01:08:27):
Oh yeah, hold on, we'll go. We'll go blow going
right here? Roight. Since said we shouldn't excel xcel good morning?
Was this?
Speaker 2 (01:08:35):
Good morning?
Speaker 10 (01:08:35):
Missus?
Speaker 6 (01:08:36):
Valerie?
Speaker 5 (01:08:37):
Hey Valerie? Hi?
Speaker 6 (01:08:40):
So it's isn't it common sense? If you're going into
a public bathroom for the person before you to get
rid of and throw away your.
Speaker 10 (01:08:48):
Toilet sea cover.
Speaker 6 (01:08:49):
I've gone into way too many bathrooms, seeing the toilet
sea cover still on there, listening something.
Speaker 5 (01:08:56):
With it, tay you something around here. That's the least
of the words. They haven't been from. And I ain't
getting into it because people have to eat. But that's
the least.
Speaker 3 (01:09:05):
I think that people just automatically assume that it's going
to get flushed in, and if it doesn't, then you
don't like.
Speaker 6 (01:09:10):
You don't know it's gone in. It's strippy.
Speaker 9 (01:09:13):
It's what.
Speaker 5 (01:09:16):
We want to get into it. Well, I want to
get into it, but it's a whole lot worse around here.
I gotta don't sit down rule in the public. I'd
be spending that way. All Right, here we go. It's
gonna be alrighty Dylan, congratulations, Oh my gosh, the wheel
(01:09:39):
stopped on you. I'm so excited.
Speaker 14 (01:09:43):
It's going to be so happy here. Maybe a couple
of months ago, so we haven't been able to do
much together.
Speaker 5 (01:09:50):
Well you're doing Meet us under the Florida Sunshine. Three
days filled with art, music, and an overload of excitement.
November seventh, eighth, and ninth. Pass is still available at
Orlando Dot Electric, Daisy, Carnival, Delane. I'm gonna have a
good time, Thank you so much. All right, you hold
on one second, right, what's going on?
Speaker 3 (01:10:06):
Did you see these fake Drake streams?
Speaker 9 (01:10:09):
No?
Speaker 4 (01:10:09):
Yeah, so speculation on the way John's House now the.
Speaker 2 (01:10:13):
Johnny's House entertainment news.
Speaker 4 (01:10:16):
That's raight, all right, So follow along here.
Speaker 3 (01:10:19):
There is a new lawsuit that is filed in the
federal court in California by rapper RBX. If you don't
know who that is, that is Snoop Dogg's cousin.
Speaker 5 (01:10:28):
Okay.
Speaker 3 (01:10:29):
He is claiming that Spotify is all too happy to
turn a blind eye when it comes to massive streaming fraud. Okay,
So there's a new class action lawsuit against Spotify accusing
the company of allowing massive amounts of streaming fraud on
its platform, with one being Drake in particular, alleging that
(01:10:52):
he is benefiting.
Speaker 4 (01:10:53):
From billions of artificial streams.
Speaker 3 (01:10:56):
So Drake, who isn't named as a defendant in this,
like plane or whatever, but he is the only artist
that they're saying. But RBX, whose real name is Eric,
says that there is between January twenty twenty two and
September twenty twenty five, a substantial percentage of Drake's like
thirty seven billion streams on Spotify is that timeframe were
(01:11:17):
inauthentic and appeared to be a work of sprawling network
of bought accounts.
Speaker 5 (01:11:22):
Oh so why is he interested?
Speaker 1 (01:11:24):
I don't know, It's not is Kendrick's cousin or something.
I mean, really Snoop and Kendrick are from the same area.
Speaker 3 (01:11:31):
Maybe that's what I was trying to look into too,
because I'm like, why does he care so much that
he's like calling this out, especially with Drake. Drake is
is not the only artist, like I'm saying, but he's
saying that that is like a massive one that they're
saying that Spotify has basically put out there.
Speaker 5 (01:11:48):
So what he wants them to do is have a
Spotify verify that everything is legit.
Speaker 4 (01:11:52):
Yes, so basically to satisfy.
Speaker 5 (01:11:55):
Is he mad because he didn't get those streams?
Speaker 4 (01:11:57):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (01:11:57):
I don't know because nobody knows who he is, so
there was no way that he was going to get
thirty seven billion streams to speakin with. But there's like
a class action lawsuit now, yes, So I think that's
why he's speaking the loudest because he could be a
part of this class action lawsuit and because he's's cousin.
(01:12:18):
But yeah, so what they're saying is that Spotify is
denying benefiting from artificial streaming. They sup posted a statement
saying that they heavily invest in systems to detect and
penalize fake plays. So the lawsuit is seeking like unspecified
damages estimating like that there's a loss to the right
holders in the hundreds of millions.
Speaker 5 (01:12:38):
But I mean they don't benefit because they have to
pay out so right, I would think if they would,
they wouldn't want to get rid of those shits. They
would they would they would say they're not legit because
then they don't have to pay.
Speaker 3 (01:12:49):
Yeah. I don't know, but there is that class action laws.
I guess they say anybody invinter Yeah, nowadays.
Speaker 5 (01:12:54):
So they was in hangle. Why would we do that?
Speaker 6 (01:12:56):
Right?
Speaker 1 (01:12:57):
Common sense which we've just talked about since would pay
less money. Yeah, yeah, no, I agree, it would be
a direction.
Speaker 5 (01:13:03):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:13:03):
Kim Kardashian, did you see this? She got her results
back from her bar exam this.
Speaker 2 (01:13:08):
Week and if she.
Speaker 3 (01:13:10):
Doesn't pass, she is saying she's getting them back this week.
She says she doesn't pass, she blames chat GPT that yeah,
I'm like, Okay, so now you're confessing that she used
it for legal advice. So Kim admitted that she used
chatgipt to help her study. Okay, but it's not a
(01:13:32):
ringing endorsement, is what she's saying. But she said, I
use it for legal advice. So when I need to
know the answer to a question, I'll take a picture
and snap it and put it into chat GPT.
Speaker 4 (01:13:43):
Technically, is it cheating?
Speaker 3 (01:13:46):
Not really, but it's also available to everybody else. So
she's claiming it's wrong, but she's still trying to learn
from it. I think she's because I think people are
waiting for her to get her results.
Speaker 4 (01:14:00):
She passed the bar, would ask her, yes, yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:14:02):
So she said it has made me fail tests at times,
But I don't know. I mean, I feel like opening
AI or chatchipute is the easiest go to. You know,
you just have to do your research and make sure
that you're you googled back in the day. Yeah, the
same thing. You just do need like race at fact
check it.
Speaker 5 (01:14:21):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:14:21):
So the good news is that Kim she can retake
the California Bar as many times as she wants.
Speaker 4 (01:14:26):
You know, she did pass the baby bar. Uh, So
we're just waiting.
Speaker 5 (01:14:31):
I wouldn't tell anybody anything. I'll tell him once I passed.
I ain't gonna say I got to test on Friday.
I'll let you know on Monday, because you know what's
gonna happen if you don't pass it. They're going to
destroy her game.
Speaker 3 (01:14:40):
I know it, says the official California bar is two days,
consisting of five one hour essay questions, ninety minutes of
performance test, two hundred multiple choice questions.
Speaker 4 (01:14:49):
So obviously it's a hard test to pass.
Speaker 5 (01:14:51):
But after here's one thing two hundred multiple choice I'm
sure sometimes you know what that was, A that was
over here? Let me pick this one right, two.
Speaker 4 (01:14:59):
Hundred the scandron task, and I'd be like, there's too
many yes, and I'm like this can't be right.
Speaker 5 (01:15:07):
Maybe people aren't myself out of it. Maybe they really
did go through each and every one of them in Mark.
That's yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:15:13):
So who knows if she passed or not. But she
said if she fails, she's blaming chi GPT.
Speaker 5 (01:15:17):
Okay, we heard that alright, Well, second time today, we'll
tell you what's trending on Johnny trendon brogh.
Speaker 1 (01:15:23):
Well, what Thanksgiving is right around the corner now that
we're kind of full speed ahead of that. Amazon is
rolling out a five person Thanksgiving meal for just twenty
five bucks.
Speaker 5 (01:15:31):
What you get?
Speaker 1 (01:15:32):
So it's gonna be available to order Wednesday, the twelfth
of November through Thanksgiving Day. It comes with an eight
pound of frozen butterball turkey. Crescent Rolls has a bunch
of pre made sides like stuffing, mashed potatoes, green bean,
cast roll, cranberry relish includes a choice of a holiday pie, pecan, pumpkin.
Speaker 5 (01:15:50):
Or sweet potato. We'll take that, per and so you
got got how much all that for twenty five bucks?
Speaker 1 (01:15:55):
They say it's it's supposed to feed five people bus right, Yeah,
so they're gonna get you all that between one and
it Basically it's like a list of shopping list that's
put together. Yeah, they're gonna have already pre done and
then it delivers it to you for twenty five bus
twenty five bucks.
Speaker 5 (01:16:08):
Yeah, that's pretty good. That is real good.
Speaker 1 (01:16:10):
Walmart doesn't want to be outdone. They've also announced they're
doing their forty dollars that feeds ten. So they're doing
their forty dollars. They got twenty items on theirs, including
some fresh produce like potatoes, cranberries, baby carrots, pre pre
made items like pie crust and boxed macaroni and cheese,
plus a thirteen and a half pounds butterball turkey.
Speaker 5 (01:16:29):
Because you're just feeding ten people with that one. So
Walmart's like, we're gonna give you stuff. He's making your damnself. Yes, right,
you're going to make it. You gotta make it.
Speaker 1 (01:16:38):
Yeah, but if you have a bigger family, yeah, feeds
well Amazon's does you know, five, But you could also
double it up and get two of the Amazon packages.
Now you're not gonna get different stuff, but whatever.
Speaker 5 (01:16:48):
Nice.
Speaker 1 (01:16:49):
So you have some ways to save some money. Yeah,
I mean Amazon's run by a gozillionaire. You might as
well break you off a little bit. Gonna take you
is the time to put it together? Right, that's amazing. Yeah,
that's not bad at all. For the first time in
five years, Coke is dropping a holiday flavor, The Coca
Cola Holiday Creamy Vanilla. Is the flavor a festive twist
(01:17:09):
on a classic taste. They say, creamy Vanilla. It's gonna
be available in regular and zero sugar. You can do
it in the twelve pack or twenty ounce bottles. What
it tastes like with MacCarty, probably pretty good. Actually, I
drink cover.
Speaker 4 (01:17:21):
So is it like vanilla coke?
Speaker 5 (01:17:23):
It's creamy vanilla Holiday creamy vanilla.
Speaker 4 (01:17:27):
Okay, gotcha right.
Speaker 5 (01:17:29):
That's valid.
Speaker 1 (01:17:30):
Question one is on Dingden Duna.
Speaker 3 (01:17:37):
I try it.
Speaker 1 (01:17:38):
So it's part of their refresher holiday campaign. So you
can only get the two liter bottles at Walmart. So
if you want two liter bottles, you gotta go to
Walmart and then pick up that turkey special. They can
do that. That's part of your turkey special, that's right.
And then tonight you Orlando Magic are in Atlanta to
play the Hawks. It's the second time this season that
the teams have played each other. The Hawks beat US
one eleven to one oh seven October twenty fourth TRAE
(01:18:00):
ball out that night.
Speaker 5 (01:18:00):
Yeah, tip off is APM. The cool thing is it
is on the NBA on NBC yesterday. We can watch
it tonight. Everybody's watching your Orlando matt And if we win,
we even though we had a little rough stretch, we
will move into type for first place in our division.
So that's not too bad. That's what we want. We
knew it's gonna take a little minute to get it together, right, right,
we come back. I'm gonna tell you how you can win.
In the next week or so. It's gonna be it's
gonna it's gonna be cool, then it's gonna get hot,
(01:18:22):
and then it's gonna get real cold. I'm talking about
some forties. Yeah, it's a little Sunday to day with
the high seventy eight. It's still sixty one, ma'am. It
is sixty one right now. And where you have a
question that you wanted to ask people? And what was
that question?
Speaker 2 (01:18:35):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (01:18:35):
Where are you at with your holiday shopping?
Speaker 3 (01:18:38):
I saw people posting over the weekend about like doing
their holiday shopping or starting early because obviously things are
more expensive expensive. Yeah, and so you got to start
earlier because you know, dropping that lump some amount of
money just some people can't do that.
Speaker 5 (01:18:51):
This, So let's start with you.
Speaker 3 (01:18:52):
Where you I think that the majority of my Christmas
stuff is done, is done, done? Yeah, done.
Speaker 5 (01:19:01):
I haven't even put it together some type of list. Yeah,
but I'm the world's biggest procrastinator, so I'm not honest.
I do have an idea in my head on what
to get. It's just gotta get me. I gotta get
motivated to do it, and I should do it before
baby DJ kicks in because that's gonna take a great deal.
Speaker 3 (01:19:17):
Yeah, and that's what I was looking out, Like if
you look at the calendar this year, thinks it is
so late and by the time Thanksgiving comes around, Christmas
is gonna come like that so quick.
Speaker 5 (01:19:26):
So I haven't even I haven't even put together a list.
And I'm gonna get my mom what she always likes,
is there cash, cash money, baby, cash money. Remember you
didn't get cash everything everything, okay at that radio station.
Speaker 4 (01:19:45):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:19:46):
Well, like for the kids, I'm not really doing a
lot of toys, Like I'm not doing toys for them
like they toys.
Speaker 4 (01:19:52):
Well, I mean like they're gonna get toys, but not
like they Oh you're not gonna get books.
Speaker 3 (01:19:57):
No, okay, so they're seven. But it's like I feel
like they like to do a lot of outdoorsy stuff.
So I'll get them some stuff. But they have been
asking to go to New York, Like they have been
asking to go to New York to see their family.
Speaker 4 (01:20:14):
They want to see their great grandpa again.
Speaker 1 (01:20:15):
They want to see it Okay, and so like I
was thinking the city, we want to go to the city.
I forgot you got family? What you're talking about?
Speaker 5 (01:20:23):
Boy, I want to go to the city. We see
it on TV. Yeah, like michaelay Culk just put us
in a hotel and leaves.
Speaker 4 (01:20:28):
Yeah. So I'm like, that's going to be like a
big guest yeah for them going to make a big
deal of that.
Speaker 5 (01:20:34):
Yeah for sure. Okay, yeah uh be. You know, as
bad as it sounds, I don't think I have to
shop for anything. Really, No.
Speaker 1 (01:20:42):
My son is twenty now, yeah, so I'm sure I
was giving some money here, but appreciate that he's turning
twenty one in February. So we're planning like a trip
for his twenty first birthday that I'm gonna mostly fund
because it's his birthday. So like I and my wife
and I don't do presents. Yeah, So I honestly don't
think I have to buy anything. How do you feel glorious?
(01:21:05):
There are people that have told me that I'm I'm
like anti Christmas because we're not putting up a tree
that stuff. But what am I gonna put a tree
up for this? There's nothing going under it, like we're
just not doing it. I don't have a big family,
so we're not doing a family Christmas. It's never really
been a big, big, big thing for you though. No,
you know, Christmas for us was every it was everything.
So I don't think i'd to buy anything. I got
