many people in the chat here and many people watching
and listening to this program love Mike and his products

(02:51):
and have had great, great experiences my pillow dot com,
slash just in mystore dot com slash just all right,
First and foremost, a little programming note. I got family
in town tomorrow, so tomorrow I am off. I am
taking a little bit of time to spend time with family,

(03:13):
and of course you know that's so important, and I
haven't really taken a lot off this summer, so it's
probably a good time, a good day to do that
there will be no stream, there will be no radio show,
there will be no podcast. So I apologize in advance.
Whatever will we do? What will you do? I don't know,

(03:33):
but I needed to like make sure that you knew
and keep you up to date on that. Otherwise you
would be left wandering around like a chicken with your
head caught off, thinking to yourself, what are we? What
do we do now? The doctor Biden's you remember this guy, right,
he was the former He was a white House doctor

(03:54):
for Biden. He has pled the fifth if you saw
the story. But he's out there completing the fifth and
they're doing this big investigation into what happened. And of course,
look it's the auto pen stuff. Was Biden incapacitated? Should

(04:15):
he with somebody else running the show? Did somebody lie
to or tell you to lie? Doctor? Tell you to
lie to us about all of this? Doctor Kevin O'Connor
repeatedly invoking his Fifth Amendment rights and consistently refusing to

(04:36):
answer questions when after if he was instructed to lie
about President Biden's health or whether he believed Biden was
unfit for off. Now, why wouldn't if the case? If
it's the case that you just you know, look, hey,
the guy was fine. It's not wrong with the guy.
You know. I understand that you're hearing and seeing now

(04:57):
is one thing. But I'm telling you he was fine
when I saw him. If that's the case, why wouldn't
you just say that? Why is it? Well, I've got
to plead the fifth Something is off now. I know
it's de beleeving. The fifth shouldn't be held against you,
and it shouldn't be used as a way to show guilt.
But I don't know about you. It just to me,
it shows me that there is that there is guilt there.

(05:20):
He cited both doctor patient privilege and advice from his
legal counsel, noting a pending the OJ investigation, as the
reasons for silence. Well, I hope they investigate him. Oh,
I hope they probe him. Deeply. Republicans, led by James
Comer in the in the House there asserting this non

(05:41):
response signals as a broader cover up, saying it's now
clear there was a conspiracy. I would agree. Democrats argue
that as a refusal was legal, ethical, and properly protected
under confidentiality norms. I disagree because he's already done the reports.
There is already data, There is already information. Forget confidentiality

(06:06):
and all of this other patient stuff hip and all
that he was the doctor in charge of doing the
physicals on the president of the United States, and those
reports were released, and if those reports were released, you
could at least comment on the reports that you did.
You're telling us now you can't talk about the reports
that you did. That's belooney. Nobody buys that. Bottom line here,

(06:32):
his invocation of the fifth has set off alarm bells,
and they ought to for folks like me and you,
who see it as proof he can seal wrongdoing. Now
Democrats view it as a legal safeguard for sensitive medical information,
which again I told you is belooney. The unfolding investigation
could have some serious repercussions, and I think they ought

(06:55):
to future transparency standards regarding presidential HEALTHWOD, which is what
Democrats are pushing for right now. They want you to
know every mole and luck and cranny on President Trump's
body oversight on how and when medical information may be
legitimately withheld in the validity of executive decisions. This is

(07:16):
probably the biggest part. The validity of executive decisions made
during Biden's final term, if a cover up is proven, now,
I look, I'm not going to hold my breath on
any of this, but I am glad they're talking about it.
I am glad that the investigation is being done by

(07:36):
the DOJ. I'm glad that the folks in Congress called
him up. And I'm glad the world got to see
what kind of a sham all of this is. Speaking
of sham, he was thrown in jail for making memes.
Do you remember this guy, Douglas Mackie is his name,
Douglas Mackie. He was a meme maker, and he made
the meme that said, basically, in twenty sixteen, Hillary voters

(08:00):
could vote via text. It was a joke. The whole
thing was a joke. Now, I don't know, Let's see,
maybe we can find a copy of the Douglas mecky.
I mean, let's see if we can find it. Hm,

(08:25):
oh yeah, here it is. It's so funny, it's so funny.
It's obviously a joke. Ricky Vaughan was his name is
the Ricky Vaughan. And this is this is so clear,
but this is this is what ended up getting shared online.

(08:49):
And this is what they threw him in prison for. Folks,
forget the time that he actually had to spend locked up, right,
But but they came after him and all the money
that he had to spend and defend himself, they came
after him for this. It says, avoid the line, vote
from home, text Hillary to five nine nine two five,

(09:12):
vote for Hillary and be a part of history. Now
you know you can't do this. And look, I don't
imagine any right minded person actually thinks that they can
vote from home or via a text message. But do
you remember this guy in the story, What a horrible story,
What a sad situation? Again, the Second Circuit Court as

(09:37):
a court of appeals overturning the twenty twenty three federal
conviction of social media influencer Douglas Mackie, sentenced to seven
months in president and find over a million dollars for
tweeting memes that jokes Hillary Clinton supporters could vote via text.
It's a violator. It's a blatant violation of his freedom

(10:00):
of speech. And some of this, thank god now, is
finally starting to correct itself. But it is as unfortunately
and as wacky as it is. You know the damage
has already been done here. The Second Circuit Court rule

(10:21):
that there was insufficient evidence of a conspiracy to suppress
votes despite misleading post reaching some five thousand people. Okay,
so he posted something online that reached five thousand people,
and they threw him in jail for seven months and
find him a million dollars. Meanwhile, the Department of Justice itself,

(10:45):
the New York Post had the story. The rest of
the Twitter and the rest of these other organizations colluded
with each other, along many others. We know the Russia
Russia Rusia hoax yesterday that we talked about the investigation
into Brennan, but we know the laptop story was fake
and they all knew it was fake, and they had
the fifty people that were out there saying it was fake,

(11:06):
and they were trying to shift its way the election.
So this guy does seven months in jail, gets fined
the million dollars, and these people are walking free again.
I won't hold my breath for justice here, but it
is it is a story that at least is with

(11:28):
a bit of a good ending. Is that he is well,
he's off the hook in the appeal. Another piece of
good news anyway, the US inflation rate seems to be cooling,
dropping to one point six y' six percent private data
from I think it's trueflation showing inflation maybe cooling faster

(11:52):
than expected. Folks calling on Jerome Powell FED chair to
start dropping the interest It's always too late, That's what
Trump always is, Always too late, this guy. The true
Inflation Index reporting US inflation dropping to one point sixty
six percent, dipping below the fed's two percent target. However,

(12:12):
the official government consumer price index sits higher around two
point four percent year over year. Markets now watching closely
for the signs of FED could lower interest rates as
early as this fall. This is just an anti piece
of anecdotal information. But I saw the other day something

(12:34):
about had to be Amazon. You know, Amazon's got Prime
days and apparently you can save a bunch of money.
But also there's been some questions about whether or not
they like raise prices like a day or two before
and then that show them lowered, so it looked like
a bigger discount than what it actually is. There's some

(12:55):
of that going on out there and the questions about it.
But there's stories out right now that the prime day
sales are down. Amazon Prime day sales plunge forty one
percent in first day of the four day event. This
is from Bloomberg. And I don't I can't tell you

(13:16):
why necessarily that that's happening, But I can just tell you,
like I just a sentiment. We don't need anything, and
I don't need any deals right now, and we don't
have like a bunch of extra money just burning a
hole in our pockets. So I don't know what to
tell you. Like, everything that we need we have and

(13:36):
we bought over the last five years. I think a
lot of people are like that. Everything they need or
want they probably got over the last four or five years.
It might wou'd be nice to have something or something
here or there, But I don't think you're going to
give me a big enough deal now when now, when
I do see deals, I do like to take advantage
of them. But and I'm not saying I don't shop Amazon.

(13:58):
I do, but I at the same time, I'm you know, boso,
I mean, Bezos just got married over there in where's
that Italy or Europe someplace, And you think people were
protesting the way It could be that maybe it people
don't want to support them. They're protesting the one. Yeah,
I don't know, it's it's it's a very real possibility.

(14:22):
But I think it also goes to show you sort
of the economics of you know, where people are out
right now. Another piece of good news, thirty one workers
trapped have been rescued. This is a crazy story. Three
hundred feet underground. Thirty one California workers rescued. And like

(14:43):
I said, I just can't imagine working at a tunnel
underneath the ground. This is wild. Are there's still some
trapped in there? Is that what I read? Oh? My goodness,
some of them still trapped, maybe fifteen or so. I

(15:03):
just can't imagine. I don't think I want to be
working underground doing that thing anyway. But they're working at
a tunnel, large industrial tunnel under construction there in Wilmington,
Los Angeles, partially collapsing Wednesday evening when a section of
the tunnel lining gave way, trapping an estimated fifteen to
thirty one workers four hundred feet underground, roughly five to

(15:24):
six miles in from the only access point. Over one
hundred LA Fire Department personnel, including specialized urban search and
rescue teams, responded swiftly trapped group managed to climb over
twelve to fifteen feet pile of debris, walking toward the

(15:44):
tunnel boring machine and were shuttled back to the entrance
via tunnel vehicles. Workers are extracted in cages hoisted by
a crane. All thirty one emerged without major injuries. Twenty
seven were medically evaluated on site. That is a miracle, folks.
All trapped workers emerged safely from the near disaster four

(16:05):
hundred feet below. They say, rapid skilled response, over one
hundred emergency personnel executing a well coordinated rescue in confined conditions.
It's just incredible. God bless them. Thankfully they are there

(16:26):
back home and they are safe. Well, it told you
about the investigation, right Call me in Brennan. What does
Trump think of the two funny story? Because he told
us coming up, I want you to be able to
hear what he actually had a say. I think this
was in that cabin eating the other day. Take a
listen back after this.

Speaker 2 (16:45):
I'm doctor Kirk Elliott, founder of Kirk Elliott Precious Metals.
After being in the industry for more than a decade,
I knew there was a better way. It's an exciting
time to invest in gold and silver with the most
significant bull market I've ever seen. But please don't overpay
for your stuff. At k EPM, we focus on low
cost bullion only and we don't charge a commission when

(17:07):
you sell. We would love to connect with you, so
call our office at seven two oh six oh five
thirty nine hundred or.

Speaker 1 (17:14):
Go to GOLDI justin dot com today. All right, so
here he is talking about it. This is the cabinet
many of the other day. They asked him about this,
this investigation about ready to take place with the with
the DOJ crooking as you know what. That's what President
Trump said when asked about Comy and Brennan.

Speaker 3 (17:36):
Hey, President Trump, James Comy and John Brennan now under
criminal investigation related to the Trump Rush of probe. Do
you want to see these two guys behind bars?

Speaker 4 (17:47):
Well?

Speaker 5 (17:47):
I know nothing about it other than what I read today,
but I will tell you I think they're very dishonest people.
I think they're crooked as hell, and maybe they have
to pay price for that. I believe they are truly
bad people and dishonest people. So whatever happens happens.

Speaker 3 (18:07):
Hey, President Trump, James Coomy and John Brennan.

Speaker 1 (18:10):
Whatever happens happens, Well, no love lost there. Now they're
firing back at him, by the way, they are now
out talking about him. Brennan out there says the whole
thing's made up. Well, you ought to know a thing
or two about making things up. I mean, the guy's
got a little bit of experience there. Remember he was,

(18:30):
he was ahead of the CIA there for Obama. Take
a listen to what he says.

Speaker 6 (18:35):
As you point out marcol Rubio, who you know, he's
a different person now. Quite frankly, I think when he
was in the Intelligence Committee, I think he really tried
to carry out national's purty responsibilities in a very appropriate
manner and tried to not just you know, bring politics
into it. So again I think that SECI report, the
Mull investigation, the Doorham investigation and review all of this,

(18:57):
I think again validates what happened in terms of Russian interference.
The conclusions of that assessment that Russia tried to interfere
to enhance Donald Trump's prospects in that election, to damna
Hillary Clinton, and to undermine the integrity of our election process,
those have really stood up and have been validated.

Speaker 1 (19:16):
And none they have, and in fact they've been unraveled
to a point which it's truly interesting. To Russia never,
they never. This whole idea that they wanted Trump to
win and didn't want Hillary to win is just crazy. Now,
there may have been more of an action against Russia sooner,

(19:41):
but it's just it's Trump the Russia Colusia hoax thing.
I think you're going to see this play out as Putin.
By the way, Trump there's no love laws with Putin.
I don't know if you see he's not happy with
Putin lately. These guys are going to end up losing
a lot more because Trump is the president. Brennan doesn't,

(20:05):
I guess doesn't believe that I'm telling Trump at one
point during the interview on ms DNC thirteen to quote
en quote, get over.

Speaker 4 (20:17):
It didn't mean that this happened. Now, well, it.

Speaker 6 (20:22):
Means from my perspective that the women and men of
the CIA deserve stronger, better apolitical, nonpartisan leadership.

Speaker 4 (20:31):
Such a challenging time of our.

Speaker 6 (20:33):
National security globally, with everything that's going on, and it's
clear that mister Ratcliffe decided that he was going to
initiate this, I think again to try to satisfy the
interest the urge of Donald Trump, who continues to claim
that the assessment of Russian interference in the twenty sixteen.

Speaker 4 (20:50):
Election was a hoax. It was not.

Speaker 6 (20:54):
It clearly was not. Russia interfered. They tried to help
Donald Trump, They tried to heard Hillary Clinton to you know,
undermine the democratic foundations of our country in terms of
our election integrity.

Speaker 4 (21:06):
This has been validated over and over again. Move on,
get over it.

Speaker 6 (21:10):
But clearly, Donald Trump, you believes that this is something
that I think continues to need to be looked at
and criticized.

Speaker 4 (21:19):
But again, I stand behind the assessment.

Speaker 6 (21:22):
I think the assessment has stood the test of time, and.

Speaker 4 (21:26):
Again I point to those reviews.

Speaker 6 (21:27):
That we've done in a political and non partisan fashion.

Speaker 1 (21:31):
Should you just move on and get over it? Like
Brennan says, we just move on, just move on, get
over it. I don't think so. Trump's not ready to
move on, not anytime soon. And I just don't think
that's going to be happening. And I don't think that
you're going to see that happening anytime soon. Well, there's

(21:55):
some out there on the campaign trail speaking of blowing
hot air here. He is bringing back the old Trump
wants to bring us back line that they've all used.
None of it works ever, back to.

Speaker 5 (22:09):
Get a president space or at least former president that
was running again, who wanted to put American reverse, wanted
to bring us back to a pre nineteen sixties world.

Speaker 1 (22:17):
Give me a break.

Speaker 7 (22:20):
I'm voting rights, civil rights, on GBTQ, rights, on women's rights,
not just access.

Speaker 4 (22:25):
To ports of an ass soll.

Speaker 1 (22:26):
He's in South Carolina. That's why, because he's already ramping
up as the presidential candidate there. He's in South Carolina
on the history. That's why he's talking about race. That's
too contraceptive cares that's it. That's why. I just know
he's out there stumping in North Carolina, trying to get
ready for twenty twenty eight. Who knows how effective that's

(22:48):
going to be. Joe Scarborough already trashing him on Morning.

Speaker 8 (22:55):
Joe for It, and California Governor Gavin Newston this busy
meeting with voters in South Carolina.

Speaker 4 (23:02):
That's interesting. Democrat has been white.

Speaker 8 (23:04):
Actually, he's the great opposite side of the country. The
Democrat has been traveling throughout the state, which is expected
to play a pivotal role in the primary race for
the presidency. Congressman Jim Clyburn, who helped resurrect President Biden's
White House campaign in twenty twenty, introduced Newsom at an
event last night, adding quote, I feel good about his chances.

Speaker 9 (23:27):
And he of course talking about he feels good about
his chances cleaning up the quality.

Speaker 1 (23:31):
Of life issues back there's that born.

Speaker 4 (23:34):
Yeah, I mean that.

Speaker 9 (23:35):
I gotta say, Jonathanmeir if Gavin Newsom, I mean he
goes to South Carolina, they're talking about his presidential race. Well,
let the early morning talk about twenty twenty, what year
eight begin. I mean, that's a guy.

Speaker 2 (23:55):
Who, if he runs, he's.

Speaker 9 (23:58):
Got a what to defend in California if you look
at quality of life issues there, Man, that's gonna.

Speaker 4 (24:07):
He's a good fighter. He's a really good fighter on TV.
He's a really good debater.

Speaker 9 (24:12):
But he's got a really big pile of problems back
in California.

Speaker 5 (24:17):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (24:17):
Can you imagine the twenty twenty eight rolls around and
Newsom's the nominee and they they have to pull this
clip out. Yeah, there's Joe Scarborough, trash and gruesome. Gavin
Newsom again, the Democrats didn't matter. They don't They don't
have a way of capably like critically thinking of their own.
They just sort of go with whatever the wind blows.

(24:38):
Here's Cliburn asked about Mom Donnie in New York City,
the Marxist mayor.

Speaker 2 (24:45):
At this point, do you support Mom Donnie's candidacy as
the Democratic nominee for mayor of New York?

Speaker 7 (24:52):
Absolutely? I do I support Democratic nominees.

Speaker 1 (24:56):
He likes the comedy uh Islamic extremist mayor in New
York City. Cliburn's all in.

Speaker 7 (25:05):
The fact of the matter is my relationship with CMO
goes back to when he was Secretary of of Hood
and the South Carolina got one of those in powerment zones.

Speaker 1 (25:27):
It is about it. I can take care of that.
I don't know what the thank's going on there. Speaking
of which, Jasmine Crockett is another member of the squad
here as found their way onto a podcast and you
talk about experience, conspiracy theories and the tinfoil at she's
got it on. It's a little too tight. She may
want to loosen it up here. She believes something wild

(25:50):
about that assassination attempt on President Trump and Butler, Pennsylvania.
Take a listen to that.

Speaker 10 (25:54):
Enviolence doesn't come from Democrats. Just to be clear, I mean,
obviously anyone can be a criminal, but it is Maga.
It's specifically magaffection. Like I don't think traditional Republicans are
getting engaged in all of this. But like even when
we look at and they don't talk about the assassination
attempts anymore that took place with Donald Trump, but these

(26:18):
these were Trump supporters right as well as this most
recent situation. They tried to flip it and say, oh,
the leftists or I'm like, this doesn't make sense, right,
But it's only like MAGA that does this. Violence doesn't
come from Democrat Maga.

Speaker 1 (26:34):
That's Maga apparently, who is responsible for the assassination attempt
there on on President Trump. That's that's that's Maga. That switch.
Don't believe your line, eyes, don't believe your line. I
hate one other, big, big story, a cool story, a big,
big flag. The second one place there at the White

(26:56):
House just the other day, and it is glory. Look
at them. You got one on top of the White
House and you got two right out there on both sides.
Absolutely beautiful. Let it wave let freedom ring. It's gorgeous.

Speaker 10 (27:17):
I do.

Speaker 1 (27:18):
I don't. People just said can't handle it. I guess
it's the flag. Maybe they think it's it's too big,
but I love it, not about one hundred foot high,
each of them. I can't get it off of it.
That's all the time today, folks. On the after show,
the show, after the show, no after show, the radio

(27:39):
show tomorrow, no podcast, no nothing. I'm off to spend
some time with the family. And I appreciate it. Thank
you for your patience, and now you can consider yourself
in four. Appreciate you as always making a great one.
