(00:51):
that you're gonna want to hear.

Speaker 3 (00:53):

It's a story that that's shaken folks.

Speaker 1 (01:00):

We are talking about what matters most in West Michigan
and beyond. This is the big Three.

No, yeah, the stories, no matter most.

Speaker 2 (01:14):
You'll be talking about these around the water, cool, the
dinner table, no matter where you are.

Home Mortgage told you for a while, Dave got Away

Speaker 3 (01:31):
Dave and the team can take care of you.

Speaker 2 (01:32):
They're faster, they're better than the big banks, and they've
helped us and we save thousands every time we've worked
with Dave and the crew at Heartland Home Mortgage, and
so many people who listen to this program have too.

Speaker 3 (01:47):
That's why they're so incredible.

Speaker 2 (01:49):
They can't help you out, they'll point you in the
right direction. Dave Gataway and the team at Heartland Home
Mortgage HHM linding dot com number one.

Speaker 3 (01:58):
That's the way to go. Fifteen of the Schumer shutdown.

Speaker 2 (02:01):
Fifteen days in, Schumer still won't blank federal workers, furloughed,
parks blows, agency is running on fumes, and Schumer's still
playing chicken with the nation and your future. It isn't
a shutdown, it's a shakedown.

Speaker 3 (02:15):
Folks, and you're paying the price.

Speaker 2 (02:17):
Meanwhile, President Trump figured out ways to get some folks
paid in the military and of course the Coastguard.

Speaker 3 (02:23):
We told you yesterday.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
Details continue to come out as we watch the latest developments.
But what I'm hearing, they're not going to budge and
talk to this no king s fiasco over the weekend,
So wait for that. President Trump posthumously awarding the Presidential
Medal of Freedom to.

Speaker 3 (02:39):
Charlie Kirk this weekend.

Speaker 2 (02:43):
Honorer were yesterday rather honoring the Turning Point USA founder
and Martyred Man of Faith yesterday at the White House
during a solemn ceremony, Trump calling Kirk a fearless fighter
for faith, freedom and the next generation. It is an

(03:04):
incredible watch. In fact, I don't know if you saw
his wife, the widow, Erica Kirk speak. It was another
very compelling moment. I've got clips I'm going to play
for you this morning, So get ready.

Speaker 3 (03:20):
For those on the way.

Speaker 2 (03:22):
Stambine parents, teachers, and concerns pushing back sounding the alarm
at a pack board meeting in the Michigan Board of
Education yesterday in Lansing, The Midwesterner reporting, and they ought
to I don't know if you've seen what's inside of

(03:43):
these new sex.

Speaker 3 (03:45):
Ed We talked a little bit about it yesterday guidelines.

Speaker 2 (03:48):
It was a packed house, thirty three speakers opposing the measure,
citing first amendment concerns parental rights and the politicization of education.
Critics slamming the propose woke, anti religious, and a workaround,
They say, the sneak ideology into schools after similar legislation
failed at Lancing and they can't go through it. So

(04:10):
you know what they did, They decided, well, we're just
gonna sneak this.

Speaker 3 (04:13):
On through.

Speaker 2 (04:16):
In the Board of Education. Now the fight heats up
after that fiery public hearing. What happens next, in fact,
what happened there? We're going to get some of those
details from Eileen McNeil, who's on the line with us
right now. Eileen, thank you so much for being here
with us in the shin of light. Were you actually
there yesterday for this?

Speaker 4 (04:36):
Yes, I was so you.

Speaker 3 (04:38):
Were one of the folks who spoke out.

Speaker 4 (04:41):
Yeah, we had, you know, great showing of parents. I
mean probably sixty people, seventy people in the room. Wow,
I leave forty forty two parents and others spoke such
as myself and Katie Bussard from Salton, Mike Global, and
Moms for Liberty. I mean, I'm very proud of all

(05:03):
the groups really giving a shout out to get the
parents to this meeting. It was very important.

Speaker 2 (05:11):
So what were some of the biggest concerns of the
people that decided, Look, this is this goes too far?

Speaker 4 (05:18):
Right, Well, they're very concerned that they're changing the health standards.
And Michigan has right now standards in place, even set
by the legislature for sex education, and that's under state law.
And parents have the right to opt out of sex education.

(05:39):
And they also require an advisory board for each school
district that is made up of clergy, parents and the community,
so each school district locally can decide, Okay, is this
the curriculum we want? Is this how we want to
teach it. There's a lot of input, and then even
if they decide on something and appearance says that I

(06:01):
don't want my kid to go to the sex head
class in the public school, they have their absolute right
top mount and then separate from that. And this is
very important. We all know with health class it's required
for graduation. And what these updated health standards do is
weave in a lot of other elements of what they

(06:26):
call health education regarding sexual orientation and gender identity topics
that many many parents, and they all spoke out yesterday,
do not want being taught to their children and in
health class, and there is no opt out of health class.

(06:46):
It's required for graduation. So that was the biggest issue,
and I personally take affront at the you know, doctor
pamel Uphew and the head of the chair calling those
of us who are asking parents to weigh in read everything,
look at what they're doing, and calling it misinformation because

(07:10):
it's not. It's a fifty one page document draft Updated
Health Standards, and within those fifty one pages, if you
can bear to look at them, the topics of gender
identity and sexual orientation from sixth grade on and in
fact some things that could even go younger. But the

(07:32):
but you know, discussing it at length, it starts in
sixth grade, are in their documents, and they're they're somehow
not making the distinction that if those are topics under
you know, what I would say is sex education, then
they need to be in a sex education class that
can be opted out of. But these are called updated

(07:56):
Health Standards or health class. And this is a big
distinction because they're accusing us of misinformation, saying we're not
getting rid of the sex education classes. Well, yeah, parents
are welcome. We have advisory boards. And absolutely we want transparency,
but you see the deception here. We're not they're not

(08:19):
getting rid of the sex and classes, but they're teaching
sex and topics that they want to add an update
to the health standard to the health classes, you know island.

Speaker 2 (08:32):
As I hear the story, I think to myself and
then part of this, I think is context is key.
The fact they try to get this through in Lancing
with a vote in the guess in the House at
the time Democrat controlled house, and it was so radical
it couldn't even pass through there. At the time, the
Democrats controlled the House the Senate, and the so radical

(08:53):
couldn't get through there. They decided they had to sneak
it through. And now they act like this is just
you know, this up of the sea.

Speaker 3 (09:00):
Here, but.

Speaker 4 (09:03):
And that we're crazy and what's your problem? And you're
spreading misinformation and that is insulting every single person who
has read this document. And I don't know, maybe all
the board members haven't. It's in the pages, they're all
over the place. It's woven in the different sections.

Speaker 2 (09:22):
Yeah, so what happens next, dear, This is still part
of the public comment portion of this whole thing, and
boy did they get an ear full yesterday.

Speaker 4 (09:33):
Yeah, and they actually even had thirty people online, which
thank you everyone. Some people held online for four hours
before they got a chance to finally speak. That's because
the board finally they allowed all of the people in
the in the room to speak who had showed up.
Some had driven several hours showed up to speak. One

(09:55):
couple came with a two month old baby in their arms.
I mean, it was a easing justin I'm very proud
of our parents in the state and waking up. But
those online, they adjourned, they discussed whether they would lengthen
the time. They lengthened the time, then they went back
to their agenda, leaving the people on hold, and then
they finally got back to the people on hold, on

(10:16):
tell on line, on the phone line and let them speak.
But by that time, you know, half of them had
dropped off because they were online probably for hours. But regardless,
I think the voice was heard of the parents. And
next steps is I believe there are some legal issues.
I think they're reviewing it legally because, as you said,

(10:37):
justin the state is very clear, like this is really
if any changes should be made in curriculum. It should
be done by the legislators if it's done at all,
especially something this drastic, and I think they're looking at
their their legal issues they might face. There is another meeting.

(10:58):
There was not a vote yesterday. There may be a
vote in November Thursday, November thirteenth, and or their next
meeting in December. And it's always the second Tuesday, I
mean except for November, but it's usually the second Tuesday
of the month. And we'll keep people posted all the
different you know, different groups that have really helped to

(11:22):
spread the word. And Tom and McMillan and Nicki Snyder
who've been awesome on the board, and they'll keep us posted.
You know, is this going to be on the agenda
and we will be watching.

Speaker 2 (11:36):
Eileen McNeil and the Folks Citizens for Traditional Values Ctvmichigan
dot org. You can find out more, Isleen, what's the
best way if they want to stay in touch with
you on this topic for them to do that?

Speaker 4 (11:49):
Yeah, well, you know directly, you can shoot me an
email Eileen at CTV Michigan dot org. I see lots
of emails. Our website is CTV Michigan dot org and
sign up to subscribe because we'll do alerts.

Speaker 2 (12:08):
Yeah, that's one thing.

Speaker 3 (12:10):
We're not gonna let this and go.

Speaker 2 (12:11):
And of course, folks and more and more people are
waking up to what's happening, particularly in the schools in
this new proposal, really cutting parents out of the loop
altogether on it. I know this is not gonna be popular,
so we're gonna make sure that people continue to hear
about it. You speak up, and they'll sure they'll be
legal challenges even if they do vote this.

Speaker 3 (12:29):
Trew.

Speaker 2 (12:29):
They've got an uphill battle on this thing, and we're
not gonna stop. We'll continue to fight. And thank you
for all that you do, Eileen, thank you so much.

Speaker 4 (12:35):
Well, thank you so much, justin for just calling attention
to it and appreciate it.

Speaker 3 (12:40):
Always a pleasure. Thank you.

Speaker 2 (12:42):
The train off thrails with those folks, and we'll make
sure we get.

Speaker 3 (12:49):
Things back on track again. The fights just teaming up.

Speaker 2 (12:52):
They had that fiery public comment yesterday the State Board
of Education under the pressure. Now the proposal gonna make
that sex ad manage he starting at third grade. I
don't know about you, but third graders, as far as
I'm concerned, the only thing they need to know is
that boys and girls opposite. Uh, they each have cooties.

(13:14):
That's what that's about. All you need to cover as
far as I'm concerned, and don't even think about trying
to take the parents out.

Speaker 3 (13:24):
Back with more.

Speaker 2 (13:25):
Pastor Lorenzo Sewel, the Millimeter Miracle Pastor, he spoke at
Trump's inauguration. He'll join us coming up at ninth thirty.

a Rose Garden ceremony at the White House on what
would have been Charlie's thirty second birthday.

Speaker 6 (14:36):
October fourteenth is Charlie's birthday and he should have been
turning thirty two years.

Speaker 2 (15:50):
You're gonna love it just like I do. And thank
those folks for their support. They are fantastic, all right.
So we've got some of the some of the video
from yesterday. Another great moment.

Speaker 3 (16:02):
Just blown away.

Speaker 2 (16:04):
In fact, I promised I wouldn't do this yesterday during
the after show we talked a little bit about playing.

Speaker 3 (16:12):
Playing video clips from the view. But I've got to
Cheryl Hines, RFK Junior's wife was on the View yesterday,
so I.

Speaker 2 (16:21):
Got a slide one or two in just because she
she did such a good job at handling the objection,
so to speak, as she was just fantastic. So some
of that coming up here in just a little bit.
I promised I wouldn't. In fact, one of them said
they made promises, I didn't.

Speaker 3 (16:40):
He one of them.

Speaker 2 (16:41):
Said, hey, if if Trump gets his piece steal done,
I'll wear a Maga hat. And I look at this clip.
I don't know she put it on yesterday. I haven't
seen it yet, but according to the clip, that didn't happen.
But we'll check in coming up in just a moment.
What did happen yesterday? And that solemn ceremony at the
White House, Erica Kirk, the widow of Charlie Kirk, receiving

(17:05):
posthumously that Medal of Freedom, President Trump delivering a tour
telling this story of praying for his enemies.

Speaker 3 (17:11):
Charlie.

Speaker 2 (17:14):
Honored yesterday, and just a tremendous, like I said, a tremendous,
tremendous ceremony, and lots of folks there you would know
and recognize, I sell Glen Back, post a picture of him,
Bill O'Reilly, Tucker Carlson, and hang on, let me let
me restart that one. I don't know why President Trump

(17:35):
jumped in on us, but it was just just an
amazing moment where people came together and he even said,
I got a picture with a couple of legends and
me I thought that was funny. More from the ceremony yesterday,
of course, Pastor Lorenzo sul the man who coined the
term millimeter miracle. President Trump, he's the one that gave

(17:55):
the invocation at the inauguration.

Speaker 3 (17:57):
He joins us.

Speaker 2 (17:58):
Coming up after this, don't call anyway, it's West Michigan Live.
We are back right after this. There's Radio Whato thirteen
hundred and one oh six nine a m.

Speaker 6 (18:07):
But missed an opportunity to remind us of the Judeo
Christian principles of our nation's founding, or to share his
deep Christian faith. In his final moments, Charley testified to
the greatness of America and did the glory of our Savior, with.

Speaker 7 (18:22):
Whom he now rests in heaven. And he is going
to make heaven. I said, I'm not sure I can
make it, but he's going to make it. He's there,
he's looking down on us right now. It's so incredible.
Look at this, how this turned out. This was supposed
to be so dark and cloudy. Not dark and cloudy,
is it?

Speaker 3 (18:41):
I look at that?

Speaker 6 (18:42):
How beautiful that.

Speaker 3 (18:43):
Is President Trump here.

Speaker 2 (18:45):
He is President Trump speaking yesterday at that ceremony, honoring
passionately awarding the presidential medical freedom to Charlie Kirk, his
widow Erica, and just a monumental day.

Speaker 3 (18:59):
We've seen a lot of those lately.

Speaker 2 (19:00):
In fact, we were just remarking about this off the
air during the Behind the Ses live stream as we're
on Facebook, Twitter, Act, Rumble, get our locals, YouTube, all
those different places we can stream this live as we
to the show every day. Pastor Lorenzo's tools with us
right now from one to eighty Church. And he's the
guy that coined the term middlemeta miracle. I've seen him
speak about it, talk about it. It is fantastic. I

(19:22):
absolutely love it. And the way you tell that story
is it's not just me, lots of other people. In fact,
I think the President himself also agrees because you spoke
at the inauguration as well.

Speaker 3 (19:34):
So Pastor, welcome in, by the way.

Speaker 1 (19:39):
Justin thank you so much.

Speaker 8 (19:40):
I'm a holy ghost, happy to be here with you
and with all your listeners. I am so grateful for
what God is doing in our country for such a
time as this.

Speaker 2 (19:48):
You know, it really is incredible, Like I just said
off the air. I mean, this guy came, he went
to ISRAELI did this piece. Still he's traveling abroad getting
all these things done, dotting the eyes, crossing the t
signing all the paper. Where he flies back, he meets
with the President of Argentina, and then he does this
ceremony for Charlie Kirk and his will. It's just incredible

(20:08):
to see the energy on this guy. I know you've
seen that up close and personal.

Speaker 8 (20:15):
The standard that our president is setting is for every politician,
for every preacher and poster, for every leader in America.
We have a very short time, as we've learned from
my good friend Charlie Kirk. And even as his CEO said,
of turning Port, they said, it's not how long the
book is, right, Charlie Kirk would say these words.

Speaker 3 (20:34):
It's about what happens in the book.

Speaker 8 (20:36):
And so it is. God is writing a chapter in America.
And my prayer is that we would maintain the Maga momentum,
that all of us would take time to begin to
understand that God is truly making our country great again.

Speaker 3 (20:51):
Amen, I love to see that. I'm going to ask
you about this.

Speaker 2 (20:55):
One of the things we just saw the other day
President Trump was speaking on a I guess it was
Air Force one, and the question was whether or not
he was gonna be going to heaven, and I don't.

Speaker 3 (21:05):
I think it was Peter Doocey who asked the question.

Speaker 2 (21:08):
There's been a lot of talk about this, and so
in fact, you know what, let me just let it.
Let's you can let you hear it from his mouth here,
and I want you to sort of translator tell us
what you think is happening there.

Speaker 9 (21:19):
I'm being a little cute. I don't think there's anything
going to get me in heaven. Okay, I really tell
I think I think I'm not maybe heaven bound. I'm
maybe in heaven right now as we fly at Air
Force one. I'm not sure I've better to be able
to make heaven. But I've made life a lot better
for a lot of people. And you know, as an example,
had had the election of twenty twenty not been rigged,

(21:42):
you would have millions of people living just in Russia,
Ukraine love. That would have never happened. And it didn't
happen for four years. And I knew Putin very well.
It was the apple of his eye and all the
things I've said.

Speaker 2 (21:55):
So you've hearnded sort of this this, and to me,
there's I don't want to tell you what I think
is happening. I want to really ask you, but it's
I just thought it was kind of interesting, a lot
of back and forth on this, and I thought, at
least in myself, well at least there's a conversation about this.

Speaker 3 (22:09):
But what do you think you speak? President Trump.

Speaker 8 (22:14):
Yeah, the last time that Charlie Kirk and I were
with the President to lay hands on him in Georgia,
he asked me this question. He literally said, I hope
this gets me to heaven. What does this mean? Biblically?

Speaker 3 (22:24):
It means that God.

Speaker 8 (22:25):
Has drawn him, the Holy Spirit has drawing him. In
terms of politically, he was right. The election was stolen.
I have three court cases that were submitting of people
in my church. Case number one three one zero five
Melissa Loves she was voted for. Case number one three
zero eight eight Foudell Gibson, he had his vote switch
from in person to absentee. In case number one three

(22:46):
zero eight three, Linda had her she had her vote.

Speaker 4 (22:51):
Switch as well.

Speaker 8 (22:51):
So President Trump was right the election was stolen. He
came to my church. We have a living as Fai
David Ramon Jackson. We are in the Court of last Resort.
We are in the Supreme Court right now, praying and
believing that our case is going to be heard. Why
because we want the President to know it was Jesus Christ,
the Lord of All, the Savior of all, the King

(23:12):
of Kings, that gave us our church the living affidavits
to prove that he was right, so that he can
submit his heart to Jesus, because he's the only one
that can save our constitutional republic.

Speaker 2 (23:24):
You know, I think it's a really interesting way to
look at it. Pastor Lorenzo Seul's with us right now
one eighty Church dot CC, and of course pastor from
Detroit who will be joining us. There's an event coming
out we want to tell you about so you can
be there. It's three different counties coming together, Alligan Berry
and I own you county and they're all getting together

(23:45):
on the thirty first for a masquerade ball Lincoln Day dinner.
I've never seen anything like this before. I'll be seeing
the event. Congressman Molinar will be there and Pastor Seul
will be there as well. Speaking folks said you did
not want to miss this event. It's an event that
I think a lot of folks are going to really enjoy.
I just posted it on a line of details about
how to get the tickets. But Pastor, you know, to

(24:07):
that point about President Trump and what he said there,
it's interesting that he's considering it, and I think, essentially
I hear the translation is like, you know, no, none
of my works are gonna get me into heaven. And
that to me sounds about right. It sounds like he
kind of understands that part.

Speaker 3 (24:23):
Absolutely. I mean, can you imagine this.

Speaker 8 (24:27):
We are living in the Golden Age of America. We
are living in a time that the leader of the
free world is talking about eternity. I just wrap our
minds around this. It's amazing. And I've seen him do
it a private with me. I've seen him talk obviously
in public. And I believe every Christian needs to be

(24:48):
praying and seeking God, and I know many have been
praying and seeking God that he gets baptized.

Speaker 3 (24:53):
I'm believe it.

Speaker 8 (24:53):
I'm going to baptize the President in the name of
the Father, the Son, in the Holy Spirit. I really
do believe I am going to be baptizing him. Once
he he confesses with his mouth, because I do believe
he believes in his heart that Jesus is the only
way to come to salvation.

Speaker 2 (25:07):
Amen, Pastor Sul. You everything we've seen in the last
few days, and you just talked about some of this
historic moments with what's taking place with Israel and whatnot.
This is a president who's after peace, trying to get
these deals done.

Speaker 3 (25:23):
You know, what do you make of all this as
you watch it? As a pastor?

Speaker 8 (25:29):
I believe this is the reason why God has blessed America.
If somebody says, okay, Pastor lo rozzou Sul, give me
the theological understanding of why God has blessed America.

Speaker 3 (25:39):
America is a very young country.

Speaker 8 (25:40):
We know we're coming up on our two hundred and
fifty years. The reason I believe God is blessed America
because America is the remnant to keep Israel safe. I
believe that Israel is the place, that small piece of
real estate that pata dirt, is a place that shows
the world that Jesus Christ is Lord. And I believe
that it's us, Americans we are called to witness to

(26:02):
the Jews so that they can know that Christ is
King and it's happened practically, it's happening through politics, and
I am so holy ghost happy to be a part
of it. We're taking pastors but to Israel the first
week of December. My wife and I, we were there
the last week of July. We were praying against this
Jihadish spirit. There is a spirit that's trying to decimate

(26:23):
our country. There's a anti Semitism that's being made manifest
in people like Zoran mom Donnie, people like Rashida Talib
and others. They are manifesting a spirit of anti Semitism.
So we're pushing against that because we know that God
gave the Jews the covenants, the commandments in the Christ
and we believe that God is going to use gentiles

(26:44):
but to bring our Jewish brothers and sisters to the
fullness of God by accepting Jesus as their Lord and savior.

Speaker 2 (26:50):
Pastor Lorenzo so will be with us on the thirty first,
speaking at that big event's going to happen. If by
the way, if you want tickets to find out more
about it, we'll put all of this up online in
the show notes today. But it's gonna happen October thirty first.
It's a masquerade ball with Alligan, Berry and Ionia Counties
and the Congressman Bin Klein will be there, Congressman John Mullinar,

(27:14):
Pastor Lorenzo Sool, and of course I'll be there as
the master of ceremonies. I think it's going to be
a great time to meet some of the candidates that
are running for governor, Secretary of State, attorney General, et cetera.

Speaker 3 (27:24):
It's gonna happen in Shelbyville.

Speaker 2 (27:25):
Bay Point Woods is where this is going to take place,
and I think, like I said, this is going to
be a fantastic time to come out and hear more
about some of the great things that are happening and
really encouraged by these things. And Pastor you just mentioned
some of those things. To be encouraged by one of
the things I always like to say when I'm on
the air every day, no matter what the news, no

(27:46):
matter what the headlines that say, look, the good news
is that God is still on the throne. I think
we're seeing that play out in many different ways, as
you just pointed out. And so folks have lots of
things to be very excited about here.

Speaker 8 (28:01):
I mean, we ought to be thankful. God has blessed America,
our whole testimony in America as a testimony about Jesus's love.
I mean, can you imagine our forefathers, all the wars
that we've went through in terms of the Revolutionary War,
the Civil War, and the World War one, World War two.
God has sovereignly put his hand on this country. We

(28:21):
are God's own country. We are one nation under God.
I believe every American should wake up and begin to
praise God for his goodness, his mercy, and his grace.
And in three weeks we have an election here in Detroit,
and there are many other municipal lesson elections.

Speaker 1 (28:37):
If you want to.

Speaker 8 (28:38):
Show God how much you love your country, you have
an opportunity to vote.

Speaker 4 (28:41):
Now.

Speaker 8 (28:42):
In about three hundred and eighty sumid days, we have
the midterms happening, and in one thousand and one hundred
and approximately twenty days, we will be picking a new president.
If we want to show God how much we love
this country and how grateful we are for this country,
we not only need to pray with our mouth, but
we need to pray with our legs by going into
the ballot box and voting our values so that we

(29:05):
can keep this country great.

Speaker 2 (29:07):
Pastor Lorenzo, So, I guess I'd like to ask you
a couple more questions, but we're out of time here today.
I'm just thinking maybe these are stories we'll have to
hear when you speak coming up at the event on
October thirty first. But what that was like, giving the
invocation and praying at the inauguration. That must have been
absolutely incredible.

Speaker 8 (29:30):
I mean nothing like it. I've never prayed in a
rotunda before.

Speaker 3 (29:33):
I never even looked up in the rotunda.

Speaker 8 (29:34):
It was almost as if I was joining with the
prayers of the patriarchs and the matriarch. So we'll talk
about it when I see you coming up prayer shortly.
But man, I got to tell you to be able
to seek the face of God up under the auspices
of the speech and the prayer of doctor Martin Luther King,
and to see the assassination of Charlie Kirk, knowing that

(29:56):
God is going to take with the devilment for evil,
He's going to work it out for good. And I'm
believing that right now that God is raising up Joseph's
and Daniels, He's raising up those who are neemyahs and esthers.
I believe God is raising up people that have political prowess,
that understand that the Church is the only hope of America,

(30:16):
and America is the only hope for the world. And
if we do our part as believers, God will do
his part for his glory, for his honor, and for
his praise.

Speaker 2 (30:27):
Yes, todaymen, boy, I tell you I'm ready to go
back to church again with you on October thirty first
at the event, Pastor, thank you so much for taking
the time to be here with us as always, and
of course looking forward to hearing and seeing you again.

Speaker 8 (30:45):
Thank you so much, Jess, look forward to seeing you soon.

Speaker 3 (30:47):
You got it.

Speaker 2 (30:47):

com that Masquerade Ball, Lincoln Day Dinner, Alligan, Ionia and
Barry Counties. Yeah what still yet to get to it,
and we'll try to break it down for you.

Speaker 3 (31:24):
By the way, did you see the markets this morning?

Speaker 2 (31:27):
Lots of green headline on CNBC right now Dowgate's two
hundred points is strong earnings over shadow China trade fight
and Folks, no matter what you are trying to do,
whether you want to retire today, tomorrow, twenty years down
a row, we don't. We don't need to get nauseous

rid of its hydrogen fuel division, canceling a fifty five
million dollar plant here in Michigan. General Motors laying off workers,
but it's unclear how many.

highest civilian honor, the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

Speaker 5 (33:10):

Midwesterner at the Midwesterner dot News.

Speaker 3 (33:35):
I'll tell you Saturday was a whirlwind. It really was.

Speaker 2 (33:39):
So it took the kids trunk or treating and I
ran out to the Good Feet Store to say hi
to the folks there. They're doing a really great work.
I'll tell you about that here in a second for
the month of October. Our good friend Ali Mac from
our sister station B ninety three out there with them
and it was incredible. Then I had it up north
to a well pick something up from a from a

(34:01):
grocery store.

Speaker 3 (34:02):
They ended up north to a.

Speaker 2 (34:04):
Big event that I had in Micnsta County, which was fantastic.
Got to meet all the folks again, folks in Micosta
County and some of the folks running for governor and
Secretary of State and Attorney General.

Speaker 3 (34:18):
Another fantastic.

Speaker 2 (34:19):
But I was on my feet all day and I
got to tell you, I don't think I would have
been able to do that without the help with a
good feed store.

Speaker 3 (34:28):
I mean, it's no doubt, folks.

Speaker 2 (34:30):
It makes it easier whether I'm chasing after the kids
and having fun with the family, or whether I'm trying
to walk through trying to get this country back on
track and whatever it is that we're doing for work,
it's it's always something, never a dull moment. And that's
why I need to help in the folks at the
Good Feed Store and you may you may find them
beneficial as well too. Look, they got personalized arts supports.

(34:55):
I've been talking about this for a while now, and
I'm telling you now is the time to stop up
and make sure that you've got yourself ready no matter
what comes in the days. They had an altar the
month of October. As I mentioned, they're doing this really
cool thing. They're taking portions of the proceeds and everything
that they sell, plus one hundred percent from every pink

(35:15):
Os first sock that they sell. These are the art
support socks that they sell as well, Planto fasciatis and whatnot.

Speaker 3 (35:21):
They're fantastic and you love the color pink. You want one?

Speaker 2 (35:25):
Maybe help support the folks they're at the It's a
Breast Thing organization. That organization donating proceeds and portions of
all of that helping support local breast cancer patients here
in Grand Rapids. Again, Good Feed store, stop Bend, say hi,
tell them thank you for the support keeping me on
my feet, not only that but keeping us on the air.

Speaker 3 (35:47):
We appreciate them.

Speaker 2 (35:48):
Twenty eighth Street in course in the Grand Rapids here
out across from Costco there in front, and of course
on in Portage on Westnage in front of holes as
they can always.

Speaker 3 (36:03):
Always help us get to where we need to go.
All right.

Speaker 2 (36:06):
I promised just a little bit, just a taste, maybe
more in the after show, but yeah, just a little bit,
just a little bit, because it was so good. Cheryl
Hines on the View yesterday. Cheryl Hines on the View.
Yes to Cheryl Hines is the wife of RFK Junior.
She's an actress to herself. And the only reason I'm

(36:29):
playing this not because I love the View, because I
absolutely don't.

Speaker 3 (36:32):
I think about as much of them as you do,
I'm sure.

Speaker 2 (36:35):
But I did tune into well to the clips, not
to the show live on television to see if Lady
was wearing the Maga hats she promised you would if
President Trump got the deal, don't she renegged down the
deal hasn't seen that yet, but they had Cheryl Hines
on and I thought she handled these ladies.

Speaker 4 (36:50):
We spread a lot of misinformation, a lot of chaos.

Speaker 9 (36:53):
Lot.

Speaker 2 (36:54):
This is sonny, by the way, your husband spread a
lot of misinformation to a confusion.

Speaker 4 (36:59):
And I think it's it's it's.

Speaker 5 (37:01):
Just a very dangerous thing. I say it with the utmost.

Speaker 3 (37:05):
Some of it's good and some of it's not.

Speaker 4 (37:08):
It is it.

Speaker 10 (37:08):
Listen, we all have different views.

Speaker 3 (37:10):
Yes, And when you.

Speaker 10 (37:12):
Say you know, misinformation disinformation. We could go back to
COVID when connected circumcisions. May may I finish when people
faucci people were saying, when you get the vaccine, you
cannot transmit COVID, it will stop. That was disinformation, misformation.

Speaker 4 (37:34):
Still learning about it was a novel virus.

Speaker 2 (37:36):
No, that was misinformation. By the way, there's so much
more I got unpacked, even in this clip. The after
show is coming up next. The fastest hour radio flying
by each.

Speaker 3 (37:48):
And every day. This is.

Speaker 2 (37:50):
This is kind of how it works. But we are
so grateful for the time that we have with you.
Pick up the show live or archive in the after
show too, the iHeartRadio up or wherever you download your
podcast justin barclay dot com or links in the stack
to all the things that we've talked about in the
show as well.

Speaker 3 (38:07):
Always always a pleasure.

Speaker 2 (38:09):
Appreciate you more than I could ever say, more than
you could ever know. Thank you so much, folks. The
Glenn Back program is next for back tomorrow with you
right here in the meantime.

Speaker 3 (38:19):
Make it a great one. God bless our father, Ron Adams.

Speaker 2 (38:23):
I will be that name, that kingdom come, that will
be done on our fasdays and happen.

Speaker 3 (38:28):
Give us us say our daily red.

Speaker 2 (38:29):
