ever felt on the radio. I was on the air
on September eleventh, two thousand and one, and even though

and the subsequent anniversaries since, but this one feels it's

Because of what happened yesterday twenty four years ago. We

everything changed and in an instant, and I think if
you're honest with yourself, you can probably take yourself back
to that moment where you you realize it everything has changed.
I've been through enough of these now that in the

in the moment as it's happening, I I I recognize
it instantly, just as I did yesterday. Today's gonna be
a little different than it than it normally than it
normally is, but only I would do a big three.

We talk about the biggest stories of the day, but
really there is there's one story today. There are multiple
that weave into it, but it's our story. And as
you know, if you've been paying attention to not living

under a rock through the last days or so, here
nearly twenty four hours yesterday, Charlie Kirk, a father, a husband,
a man of faith, a political leader. I guess in

this country there's really no way to describe who Charlie
was as succinctly as we'd like to. He was a
man who had accomplished quite a bit at the very
young age of thirty one, and yesterday he was cut
down a sniper's bullet. It appears now we don't know

much about what happened yesterday because we still don't know
who's responsible for killing Charlie Kirk. And the networks are
wal to wall September eleventh as we speak, because there
are moments happening right now all across the country and

remembrances Ground Zero, the Pentagon, even in our own backyard
just steps from where I am right now. But there
will be more as the day and days go on.
About Charlie and what happened yesterday, because, as I said,

it was I think a day that changes all. In

But any of those titles or any of those hats
which just would not do him justice may have a

of thirty one, he'd accomplished so much and I think
he had such a bright future ahead of him. Even
Rush Limbaugh had remarked years ago he thought Charlie could
go on to become president. And I'm telling you that
i'd heard a lot of that. I think it's very

likely that he could have gone on to become president.
I don't know whether he would have chosen that path
or not. I will tell you this, lots of people
knew who Charlie Clirk. Kirk was. Not just you, not
just me. Those of us that listened to talk radio
or of a certain age, chances are your kids, are

your grandkids were probably even more familiar with him. And
that that is what made him such a formidable force.
Charlie Kirk, maybe single handedly, along with the Lord himself,

Charlie Kirk may be single handily for responsible for getting
President Trump back into the Oval office. With the push,
particularly among the youth vote. He was on college campuses
and folks, he was doing something that was more dangerous,
particularly in this era than ever before. We're just having

honest conversations, debates, talking about things you're not supposed to
talk about. That now I do that behind the safety
of a microphone and a little closed off room. He
did it and paid the ultimate price for it yesterday
on a campus in front of thousands, and unfortunately in

a situation where ultimately he was left unprotected and gone
down for it. I got the news yesterday. It hit
my phone and I immediately began to put out the
message somebody had sent to me, Charlie Kirk has been

shot on a college campus in Utah. Please stop everything
you're doing right now and pray for him. And so
I did. I was outside with my girls and they
were playing Believe It or Not, listening to worship music
and dancing, and the next message I got from that

individual was the video, which by now I don't ever
want to see again. Social media has a strange way
of throwing things back in your face, a lot of
things that you don't want to see over and over
and over again. I saw the initial video and I

same as I'd seen the video of President Trump being
shot July thirteenth of last year, and it shook me
to the core. It was the moment that somebody below
had posted the zoom den version that I had a
reaction that was undeniable. Even my four year old, the

oldest daughter, asked me what daddy, what's wrong what I
saw in that moment. I wouldn't want anyone to see
what I saw in that moment. I wouldn't want to
even have to try to explain to my children. And

I couldn't. Oh, I didn't, How do you? I said, sorry, honey,
nothing's wrong. It's okay, it's okay. So immediately when I'm
inside and I told my wife, who was taking a nap,
I said, look, I'm going to need some help. I'm

so sorry to wake you up. But I told her
that our country has forever changed, because I believe I
know in fact, in that moment it did. I can't
say for sure how it has, although I will tell

you this, the fact that it has is undeniable. Where
we go from here is the next question, in fact,

that's up to us. Same question was posed on that
chain of text messages that I was receiving yesterday, Where
do we go from here? And I don't know about you,
but the only place that I can imagine, folks, the

only place that I can bear is to my knees.
And as a nation, I would ask that you do
the same thing, because yesterday, as we asked for prayers
for Charlie Kirky. I asked at the same time for
prayers for our nation because I know what this means.

I've seen it before, and it's been a really, really
tough week to watch all these things. We just watched
a woman be killed in a cold blow I murder
on our screens earlier this week, and just days later

we see the death, the killing, the assassination of Charlie
kirk And there's so many things that I can say
about this, and there's so many things that I'd like
to say about it, but I'd also like to give
you the opportunity to speak out as well. So I'm
gonna do just that here in a moment as I
open the phone lines. But I want you to know

that we have a choice as a nation at this moment,
and that choice matters because whoever is responsible for this,
and in fact, we're getting some more information right now.
I'm going to bring this up here in just a moment.
The FBI and folks are now starting to brief us
on what exactly happened, who the man is responsible for this.

We have some new details. We're going to release those
here in just a moment. Well, whoever it is, whatever
they're in. We know what their intention is. It is
to affect each and every one of us in the
way that we're being affected today. But our reaction, our response,
is key. Just as we watched a little over a

hero go as President Trump, multiple attempts were made, but
particularly in Butler, Pennsylvania, and as we as a nation
hit our knees. I believe the power of prayer, not
only in that moment, as our good friend, Pastor Lorenzo

a president dodging that bullet, in our country as well,
and in this point, and in this horrific moment, we're
not only a treasure taken from our nation, this young

At this moment, what remains is how we respond. Do
we hit our knees like the Bible says, do we
turn from our wicked ways? Do we seek the Lord?

a man of faith, a political leader. I guess in

young age of thirty one, and yesterday he was cut
down a sniper's bullet. It appears now we don't know

who's responsible for killing Charlie Kirk. And the networks are

are moments happening right now all across the country and

will be more as the day and days go on.

of thirty one, he'd accomplished so much and I think
he had such a bright future ahead of him. Even
Rush Limbaugh had remarked years ago he thought Charlie could
go on to become president. And I'm telling you that
i'd heard a lot of that. I think it's very

likely that he could have gone on to become president.
I don't know whether he would have chosen that path
or not. I will tell you this, lots of people
knew who Charlie Clirk. Kirk was. Not just you, not
just me. Those of us that listened to talk radio
or of a certain age, chances are your kids, are

your grandkids were probably even more familiar with him. And
that that is what made him such a formidable force.
Charlie Kirk, maybe single handedly, along with the Lord himself,

Charlie Kirk may be single handily for responsible for getting
President Trump back into the Oval office. With the push,
particularly among the youth vote. He was on college campuses
and folks, he was doing something that was more dangerous,
particularly in this era than ever before. We're just having

honest conversations, debates, talking about things you're not supposed to
talk about. That now I do that behind the safety
of a microphone and a little closed off room. He
did it and paid the ultimate price for it yesterday
on a campus in front of thousands, and unfortunately in

a situation where ultimately he was left unprotected and gone
down for it. I got the news yesterday. It hit
my phone and I immediately began to put out the
message somebody had sent to me, Charlie Kirk has been

shot on a college campus in Utah. Please stop everything
you're doing right now and pray for him. And so
I did. I was outside with my girls and they
were playing Believe It or Not, listening to worship music
and dancing, and the next message I got from that

individual was the video, which by now I don't ever
want to see again. Social media has a strange way
of throwing things back in your face, a lot of
things that you don't want to see over and over
and over again. I saw the initial video and I

same as I'd seen the video of President Trump being
shot July thirteenth of last year, and it shook me
to the core. It was the moment that somebody below
had posted the zoom den version that I had a
reaction that was undeniable. Even my four year old, the

oldest daughter, asked me what daddy, what's wrong what I
saw in that moment. I wouldn't want anyone to see
what I saw in that moment. I wouldn't want to
even have to try to explain to my children. And

I couldn't. Oh, I didn't, How do you? I said, sorry, honey,
nothing's wrong. It's okay, it's okay. So immediately when I'm
inside and I told my wife, who was taking a nap,
I said, look, I'm going to need some help. I'm

so sorry to wake you up. But I told her
that our country has forever changed, because I believe I
know in fact, in that moment it did. I can't
say for sure how it has, although I will tell

you this, the fact that it has is undeniable. Where
we go from here is the next question, in fact,

that's up to us. Same question was posed on that
chain of text messages that I was receiving yesterday, Where
do we go from here? And I don't know about you,
but the only place that I can imagine, folks, the

only place that I can bear is to my knees.
And as a nation, I would ask that you do
the same thing, because yesterday, as we asked for prayers
for Charlie Kirky. I asked at the same time for
prayers for our nation because I know what this means.

tough week to watch all these things. We just watched
a woman be killed in a cold blow I murder
on our screens earlier this week, and just days later

we see the death, the killing, the assassination of Charlie

to say about it, but I'd also like to give
you the opportunity to speak out as well. So I'm
gonna do just that here in a moment as I

that we have a choice as a nation at this moment,
and that choice matters because whoever is responsible for this,
and in fact, we're getting some more information right now.

on what exactly happened, who the man is responsible for this.

here in just a moment. Well, whoever it is, whatever
they're in. We know what their intention is. It is
to affect each and every one of us in the
way that we're being affected today. But our reaction, our response,

particularly in Butler, Pennsylvania, and as we as a nation
hit our knees. I believe the power of prayer, not
