Are, and the stories that matter most fire up one
day when in a bayard.
Speaker 4 (00:48):
We'll get to that too as we round out the
first one hundred days in a Trump administration. And the
President had a dimician at standbys.
Speaker 1 (00:55):
Weather and traffic. I won his stories of the day
talking about what matters most in West Michigan and beyond.
Speaker 2 (01:03):
This is the Big three.
Speaker 1 (01:07):
Now see speak three.
Speaker 2 (01:09):
The stories a matter most.
Speaker 4 (01:10):
You be talking about these around a watercol They dinner
table no matter where you are, Big Three Powered buying
good friends, Heartland Home Mortgage, Dave Getaway and a Cruise.
Speaker 2 (01:18):
Daddy about to help you.
Speaker 4 (01:19):
You know, they saved us thousands every time we've worked
with them.
Speaker 2 (01:24):
I gotta tell you.
Speaker 4 (01:26):
By refin home equity line of credit week We've we've
done them all.
Speaker 2 (01:33):
And it I gotta tell you every single time we
did it.
Speaker 4 (01:36):
And I'm wanted to save tons of money, which you
also let's save tons of time because they're faster, they're
better than the big banks, and they just treat you right.
Heartland Home Mortgage, HHM Lending the count reach out and
think of for sponsoring the Big Three.
Speaker 2 (01:52):
They as the stories that matter most.
Speaker 4 (01:59):
Putin. Just announce the unilateral three day cease fire in
the war against Ukraine starting May eighth, in honor of
the eightieth anniversary of Victory Day in Europe that defeated
the Nazi Germans Russia previously rejecting a US proposed thirty
days is fire to which Ukraine had agreed. The details
stood continue to develop, so we'll give you the latest
(02:23):
on that coming up here in just a little bit.
Speaker 2 (02:28):
The officer.
Speaker 4 (02:29):
Sure trial continues, actually kicks off today after Drury.
Speaker 2 (02:34):
Picked last week.
Speaker 4 (02:35):
You're going to see lots back and forth on this,
and I'll discuss it today.
Speaker 2 (02:39):
But I got to.
Speaker 4 (02:41):
Warn you there are folks that are powers, that are
people that want to really ramp you up over this thing,
and maybe on both sides of it. So I just
I want to warn against any of the mayhem or
the chaos that's being pushed out there.
Speaker 2 (02:58):
I don't talk about that here in a little bit stamp.
Speaker 4 (03:01):
What do you call two corrupt judges behind jabars a
good start Trump administration with an illegal alien crackdown. They
have kicked into high gear over the weekend, hundreds of arrests.
On Friday, the FBI arrested Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Duggan.
Speaker 2 (03:21):
I think this happened after we were off the air.
Speaker 4 (03:23):
They've charged her with allegedly helping an illegal immigrant, and
what she did behind the scenes is just criminal. It's crazy.
She's not happy about it, as you can imagine. Prosecution
of Wisconsin judge underscores Trump administration's aggressive approach to immigration.
If not it's law and order. By the way, that
(03:44):
headline from CNN. Can you imagine it's law and order.
Judge breaks the law. Judge ought to go to jail,
judge ought to judge, ought to know better than anybody else.
But the Democrat judges are running wild. They're showing you
exactly who they are in this case. Not about lawn
or It's always been about ideology with them.
Speaker 2 (04:06):
And the curtain.
Speaker 4 (04:07):
The curtain now has been it's been completely pulled back.
Speaker 2 (04:10):
It has been remouse.
Speaker 4 (04:12):
You're seeing it, by the way, over the weekend four
day period.
Speaker 2 (04:17):
It's it's big news.
Speaker 4 (04:20):
Ice and Florida law enforcement agencies detaining nearly eight hundred
people in the country illegally, more than one hundred arrested
in Colorado Springs after are right there in an underground nightclub.
Speaker 2 (04:33):
And then this morning, this morning.
Speaker 4 (04:36):
At the White House where I was last week, right
right there on the lawn as you're walking in the
press area there, which makes it even it makes it
even better.
Speaker 2 (04:45):
It's just glorious. They've got pictures.
Speaker 4 (04:49):
There's like over one hundred there and they're already having
meltdown CNN, the rest of them already having meltdowns, one
hundred different signs, pictures of it's criminals, rapists, thugs, murderers,
you name it. Lined up there on the lawn of
the White House.
Speaker 5 (05:06):
Has put up about one hundred posters of what they
say are unauthorized immigrants who have been arrested for violent crimes.
Speaker 2 (05:13):
You could see them there.
Speaker 5 (05:14):
They put them up on the driveway of the White House.
If you look here, that's the West Wing just at
the forefront the Executive.
Speaker 2 (05:21):
Mansion itself to the left yep.
Speaker 5 (05:23):
But what's particularly noteworthy about this location is it is
right directly behind the positions where TV correspondents do their
hits from the White House lawnch So there, I.
Speaker 2 (05:33):
Was just there.
Speaker 4 (05:35):
There's these green and I just take I wonder if
I get a picture I can share with you. I
don't know if I took.
Speaker 2 (05:40):
One, but there's these green little tents.
Speaker 4 (05:43):
I took one and we got one of me in
front of the tent and then you know, with the
White House behind me, and then the West Wing is
down the drive there, but it is it's like a
walkway or a driveway essentially that these tents line. And
on the other side of the tents. Now are these
pictures of people and they're not happy. They're not happy
(06:06):
because all these people come out to do their live
shots and you're gonna see like they got the first
guy sexual assault is arrest, it's sexual assault of a child,
sexual battery on a child. The next one sexual assault,
the next one, murderer, the next one, and on and
on and on. It goes down the drive down. They're
not happy about this. MSD and C not'm happy because
(06:26):
they've been keeping this quiet the whole time. They have
never covered any of one of these stories. That's the
sad part about this.
Speaker 2 (06:33):
And they like to you.
Speaker 4 (06:34):
They like to you all the time. They're always like
to you. In fact that you see this is the dumbest.
But it's the latest where they caught over the weekend
lying about what the President was wearing at the Pope's
funeral and that whole story.
Speaker 2 (06:47):
Did you see that.
Speaker 4 (06:49):
Well, I'll get into that in just a second, but
it just proves the point, like they continue to lie.
They can't lie. If their lips are moving, they're lying.
It's the whole thing.
Speaker 2 (06:59):
There's just no way to get around it.
Speaker 5 (07:02):
For no matter what network you're on, that includes MSNBC.
Speaker 2 (07:07):
If you're doing a hit.
Speaker 5 (07:07):
From the White House right now, those pictures.
Speaker 2 (07:10):
Will be behind you.
Speaker 4 (07:11):
The White House doing.
Speaker 5 (07:12):
A briefing in about a half hour about what they're
doing here.
Speaker 2 (07:15):
Oh that's beautiful house. That's brilliant, morning, Joe. They're just upset.
Speaker 4 (07:20):
There is a briefing happening right now live as we speak.
Let's catch some of it, Carolyn Levitt ten to do.
Speaker 6 (07:26):
Secretary Higseth has completely wiped out DEI from the Pentagon
as well, and so he's going to remain focused on
standing up for our war fighters, on implementing President Trump's
Peace through Strength foreign policy agenda abroad, and the President
supports him in his role.
Speaker 4 (07:42):
Yes, she's taking questions right now. We could take some
more of this.
Speaker 2 (07:46):
I just.
Speaker 4 (07:48):
I just don't know how much of it you want
to watch through wading through some of the weirder, more
wild questions. Tom Hollman was up there too. I think
they're actually, yeah, they've got him.
Speaker 2 (08:01):
He's up.
Speaker 4 (08:01):
Tom is always good worth taking Tom. Let's check out what's.
Speaker 2 (08:05):
Work going to.
Speaker 7 (08:07):
He has and another reason for work site last administration
stop work sites where the where's the number one place winding?
We find victims of trafficking, victims of forced labor, trafficking
and work sites. So not only are we going to
enforce law work sites, we're going to say victims of trafficking.
That's another reason we've increased work ste enforcement.
Speaker 6 (08:31):
Go ahead, Brian Short, We'll take one more question.
Speaker 7 (08:33):
This is for mister Holman.
Speaker 8 (08:35):
We all walk by these heinous yard signs that are
allowing what is some of the feedback that your ICE
agents are getting in the field from the community as
they remove these individuals from their families, their neighborhood, their schools,
or all the places in their community. What's been the
reaction that your ICE agents have gotten from the people
(08:57):
who live amongst these individuals.
Speaker 2 (08:59):
Thank you.
Speaker 7 (09:01):
The morale of ICE and borbatrols at all time high
because they're getting to upholl the oath they took and
they're enforcing the law Borbital and the Biden administration. I
met with hundreds of them. They felt like uber drivers
and tourist agents. These men and women joined the ranks
of ICE and Borbito to enforce law, meet the community safer,
and protect national security. I hear it all the time.
(09:24):
There's a lot of people in this country don't like me.
I don't care.
Speaker 2 (09:28):
But when I walked to the airport.
Speaker 7 (09:29):
I have many people walking up to me and thank
me for what I'm doing, and I'm not taking credit
for anything. The success of the Border and Immigration enforcement
is President Trump and the men and women wearing that uniform.
God blessings you, every one of them. But I take
a pleasure in seeing it because in forty years of
doing this, yeah, people always want to say, why are
(09:50):
you so emotional? And when he testified, why are you
so emotional?
Speaker 2 (09:52):
On network?
Speaker 7 (09:53):
Because they wore my shoes for forty years, they don't
understand why emotional. I've talked to the little girls as
young as nine years old. They're breating multiple times by
the cartel members. And when you get to your knees
and you talk that little girl and everything innocent and
pure has.
Speaker 2 (10:05):
Been ripped from her.
Speaker 7 (10:07):
When you listen to the lake and rioty seventeen men's
that young lady fight for her life. Don't just think, okay,
a young woman died. Think of how she died, the
terror that she went through. And these children are sexy assaulted.
I still imback attract the tailer in nineteen dead people
at my feet that baked to death. Illegal I migration
(10:28):
is not a Victimus crime, and so every sick person
we take off the streets, especially child rapist, it makes
us country much safer. Every illien we arrest public safety threat,
one at a time makes us country safer. But I
got one thing I need to say real quick before
I leave to take my nose from me, I'm going
to read it. I don't want a misinterpretation when I'm
(10:50):
reading you. The registration requirements on her eight years she
thirteen oh two. If you're illegal and the United States's
messages for you, you cannot hide from ICE. We're actively
looking for you. Federal law requires every alien United States
who has been president in the United States more than
thirty days needs your register. For those fourteen years or older,
(11:12):
you need to be fingerprinted with a Partment Homeland Security.
Federal law requires every alien the United States to tell
DHS in writing if you have a change in address
within ten days of change in the address, failing to
register with DHS and fairey to tell DHS about your
new address. Our criminal offenses and they're will be treated
as such starting today. Make no mistake. If you're in
(11:36):
the country legally and you fail to do what the
law requires, we will prosecute you. You will go to jail,
then we'll deport you. Second af penalties for ferry to
depart eight Usc. Twelve fifty three. If you're alien inside
the United States has a final order, this messages for you.
If you have a final order. The Trump administration is
(11:57):
committed to enforcing our immigration laws issues for those aliens
who have received final orders of deportation. There are currently
around one point four million illegal aliments who have been
order to remove but remain here in violation of the law.
We will aggressively prosecute, consistent with long standing law, those
(12:17):
aliens for failing or refusing to depart, or who takes
other related actions aimed at hindering their removal. You cannot
open the door, you cannot answer the questions, You cannot
open your car door. You can consider it to evade
law enforcement. If you fail to leave the United States,
not to receive and remove order, We can and will
(12:38):
issue monetary finds up to nine hundred and ninety eight
dollars a day. Evading your arrest knowing you have a
final order or removal. It's a criminal offense. We will prosecute,
then we'll deport you. Get your affairs in the order.
If you're in a country illegally, work with ice, go
(13:00):
to CBP one all on, Matt and be on your own,
because we have to find you the fortune, prosecute you.
You have a bar place on rid you and you
won't come back this country. Wow, you won't be able
to come back on a visitor's visa tours visa you
have ussaisant child can't petition for you if you're in
this country, where you get your affairs in order and
work with us and get yourself removed in this country.
(13:22):
That's what all requires. I'm not going to force that law.
Speaker 3 (13:26):
So much. Tom.
Speaker 6 (13:27):
You can get back to it now. Look, he's already leaving.
He's got a lot to do.
Speaker 4 (13:31):
I wrap it up as we speak, and that press conference, Tom, anyway, listen,
we'll bring you more if there's any highlights out of
this today. We got more to talk about the trial
for officer Christopher Sure today. Praying for our entire city
and yeah, everyone involved in this making no mistake. This
was a horrible situation and it was avoidable. But unfortunately
(13:56):
the news media and some of the rest of the
folks now are trying to spark again division in our
in our area and in our city, and gosh, I
just it disgusts me quite frankly. I'll walk through it
coming out. We'll get into your calls too. You can
join the program at any time. Six one, six, seven, seven,
(14:17):
four twenty four. We're back after that. A trial for
officers sure today happening as we speak, just blocks away
from where we are. When it was a press conference
this morning and on March last night, posing sides, uh
(14:38):
and the interesting how it all kind of plays out.
Speaker 2 (14:41):
I want to tell you.
Speaker 4 (14:41):
I'm just there's some things about all of this I
want to warn you about. I'm gonna do that coming
up and just a little bit after the bottle of
the arm. But first jump on the phone, Mike and Wyoming,
Good morning, Mike, you're in West Michigan line morning.
Speaker 3 (14:54):
Justin I hear that. Oh joshin bench it was up
to no good again here in his last think we're
watching this stuff or I you know they you gotta laugh.
She could run it for cover.
Speaker 9 (15:07):
She I think she better be run it for cover.
Speaker 3 (15:10):
They finally put this thing out for good and that yeah, you.
Speaker 2 (15:14):
Know what I say. It's interesting.
Speaker 4 (15:16):
You're absolutely right there now announced I think what the
night might be near eighty. Oversight Chared der Boyer says
illegal voters in twenty twenty four Midwesterner has this, Uh,
it's near eighty. They've only announced what I think the
first it was one. It was a guy from China, China,
but then they said it might be okay, maybe maybe
(15:38):
there was sixteen China. Now the oversight saying you're eighty,
you're right, I think they got up.
Speaker 2 (15:44):
This is something they got to keep an eye on.
Speaker 4 (15:45):
Keep digging because we're just beginning to start in President
Trump with a big statement out last night on Act Blue.
Speaker 2 (15:53):
I don't know if you've.
Speaker 4 (15:53):
Been paying attention to that, but that's a Democrat fundraising arm.
Speaker 9 (15:58):
Well, yeah, coming here tomorrow and I'm sure he's gonna
say something about that for sure.
Speaker 4 (16:03):
Keeping an eye on it. Thank you, my friend, Mike.
We'll bring it all to you right here. Stick with us.
Speaker 1 (16:08):
Next, focused on what matters to you. It's West Michigan
Live with Justin Barklay on News Radio one thirteen hundred
and one oh six nine a half as and on
demand anytime on the iHeartRadio app.
Speaker 4 (16:35):
Back cat it and Yeah, that's going on today. In fact,
they are underway right now, opening statements in the officer
trial officer shirt trial Prosecutor Christopher Becker. And the latest here,
which is kind of interesting to see, uh, is there's
a thirty minute delay.
Speaker 2 (16:53):
By the way, on the video coming out of the courtroom.
You're here from doctor Stephen Cole. He's our medical disumner.
Speaker 7 (16:57):
He's gonna say he can determine app You're gonna hear
from doctor Stephen Cole.
Speaker 2 (17:01):
He's our medical examiner.
Speaker 7 (17:02):
He's gonna say he can determine that because when its
bullet is fire, I've gone this flier, the bullet comes.
Speaker 2 (17:08):
Out, it comes out that puff of smoke, puff of smoke. Continue,
he's a gunshot resident now and far away. You're not
gonna get gunshot residue on anything. Whether it's a close
shot within a few feet, you're gonna be able to.
Speaker 4 (17:19):
Tell unless unless that gun, that barrel of the gun
was a con attack or near contact. We're gonna bring
you the highlights from this. Obviously this is gonna be streaming.
They're gonna they're gonna stream this, but again with a
thirty minute.
Speaker 2 (17:35):
Delay.
Speaker 4 (17:35):
The judges requested not exactly sure why some of this
doesn't make a lot of sense. I'll just tell you
what I believe. I don't think he should have ever
been charged. I think he is trying to defend himself.
Every day when a police officer leaves them home, he
doesn't know whether he's gonna come back home or not,
kisses the family goodbye, and the lot between you know,
(17:56):
then and him coming home. There's a lot up for
grabs the out there that's very uncertain. But he does
it anyway. It does it to make sure that he
protects his city, county, community, whatever it might be. And
I think the cases like this, you see them hijacked
in a lot of ways by people who have other agendas,
and unfortunately, we're seeing some of that play out now.
(18:17):
I just want to warn you because I've seen news
reported on this. Last week I told you about this.
We saw one headline posted from the television station that
we pull news from here. They said there was an
all white jury seated, and then the same TV station
(18:40):
came out with a full article about who was in
the Jerry wasn't It was all the different identities of
the different people, Hispanic, this, that and the other thing,
And quite frankly, stuff like that is designed to get clicks.
It's designed to rile people up, and I would just
I would warn, I would caution against that. No matter
what side of this thing you're on, whether you think
(19:00):
it was wrong, right or whatever, you've you've got to
make sure that you're not allowing them to pull you
and play you. So that's why when I called by
the Way last week, I called for prayers not only
for the officer, but again I called for prayers for
the family of Patrick Ley. I called for prayers for
(19:21):
the city as we go through this. I think we're
in a different place than we were when this all happened.
I think more people see through what the media manipulation is.
Speaker 2 (19:30):
But at the end of the day, these are.
Speaker 4 (19:32):
Things that are very seriously subjects, and I see those
forces that are at play right now that want to
pull us apart. There are forces here that they want,
they want certain certain things done, And I got to
tell you, I am.
Speaker 2 (19:50):
I'm just I'm cautioning you to just not not.
Speaker 4 (19:53):
It doesn't matter which side, like I say, you're in,
don't fall into it, because they are trying more than
ever right now to get us fired up. And I
just I'm not gonna be a part of it. I'm
gonna tell you that, I'll give you as much of
the answers and the in the I think the truth, logic,
common sense about all of this. But at the same time,
(20:15):
I am I'm not gonna sugarcoat it. But I'm also
not gonna I'm I'm I'm not gonna I'm not going
to to to uh, you know, just sensationalize it either,
because that's just wrong.
Speaker 2 (20:32):
So just be be on the lookout, be aware.
Speaker 4 (20:35):
I know we got some of the smartest folks listeners
this program anyway, so I know you understand.
Speaker 2 (20:39):
I just want to make sure it's clear. Hey, welcome
to the program.
Speaker 4 (20:43):
Johnny Brand right now, who is working with a group
called Voice of the Badge started this group, by the way,
just kind of a coincidence that he's on with us today.
There's something else that Johnny wanted to talk about. But Johnny,
we appreciate you taking the time to be on here
with us today and thank you.
Speaker 9 (21:01):
As far as at the trial, I just hope there's
no violence, a piece of what we all need on
both sides, and that's all I have to say about that.
As far as what we have going on as Daryl
Black was a Long Beach, California police officer and he
was ambushed and killed. His sister is Karen Black, who
(21:23):
I've gotten to know. She was a member of the
Voice for the Badge on the board. She also was
on the Cops. His cansor concerns the police survivors, So
the survivors of police officers are getting killed, they help
them and go through all the trauma they have to
go through, which never ends, but just try to make him.
But Karen's a very special person. And we're having an
(21:44):
event Brands and Granville Wednesday night that will be April thirtieth,
that's his end of the watch day for Daryl. We're
going to have a lot of people there were Dyroll.
We're going to have some people speak that we're friends
of his childhood.
Speaker 1 (22:00):
Uh.
Speaker 9 (22:00):
We're gonna have a fundraiser for for Daryl that will
Karen will give out as two police causes. I'm sure
concerns the police survivors will be one thin boo line.
She'll she'll utilize those funds for police related causes. We're
excited to honor Darrell.
Speaker 3 (22:17):
He was.
Speaker 9 (22:18):
If anybody does their history on him and looks him
up Daryl Black. He was quite a police officer. I
mean he was he was just everything I've read about
him and talking to Karen and it's still affects Karen
to this day. I mean, this was gosh, you play
can remember the year, but it's been a long time.
And April thirtieth was his underwatch day when he was murdered,
(22:40):
and that's what he was. So I'm not going to
mince any words. And he's a fallen hero and we're
going to honor him Wednesday night at Brandon Brandville.
Speaker 4 (22:50):
You know, Johnny, one of the things about uh that
I think the other side of the story that doesn't
get told a lot in the media, and voys for
the Badges been very good about this, but you know
this is this is the story of the families that
are left behind, that that that have to deal with
even ones are their loved ones going to the heat
(23:12):
of it every day, just not knowing what's you know,
what the outcome is going to be.
Speaker 9 (23:17):
Oh my goodness. I think about job often. I know
a lot of officers and again it's the old ninety
nine nine percent. Officers are warned to duty, they honor
the badge and there's a lot of great police officers
out there. Extra down sure, brave bravery name has to
go next to a police officer. We're gonna honor Darryl
(23:40):
Black and just so happens is and to watch the
day of April thirtieth, and it's going to be a
nice event a Brands Granville. We're going to donate proceeds
from the twenty percent of the proceeds from the sales.
We're just excited for Karen, we really are. I think
it'll be great for Karen to have that outpoor and
do that support and so we're looking forward to on
(24:01):
a bureau Black.
Speaker 4 (24:03):
Johnny got to ask you obviously in the scenario out here,
you know, one of the things that makes voice for
the bad shits of Unique organization is you all really
are looking to bridge the gap and help continue the
community relations between police and folks in the community. It's
such an important thing that needs to happen. People need
(24:25):
to know police are there to help them and of
course if you can do that, you can get those
relationships established between the police and the community, then we
have better outcomes that.
Speaker 9 (24:35):
Seem like right, and yeah, we do work on that
at work with Elijah libbittt tyrol and buying them people
in inner city that we want to improve relations between
the police because I can understand that there's some situations
that to happen that that people become suspect, Like Jesus,
(24:56):
can I go out tonight, They're going to arrest me.
I mean, it's not that way, but we've got to
break break bridge the gap is there can be unity.
I do think Grand Rapids needs more police officers that
will give them a time to be an inner city,
walking to be getting to know people, getting to know
the kids, letting them know they're human, they're human beings,
(25:16):
and their help. I just think that's so important and
that's what works for the badges working towards We support
our police and we also uh work to improve relations
within the cities and we've made some headway and we'll
continue on with that because that's it's it's I mean
the third ward and Grand Rapids needs funding. That's that's
(25:36):
the inner city basically that area. The city needs to
give them funding. They have needs, they need resource to
accomplishment and I've pressed the city on that many times.
I think that's needed there and that's where money should
be put and it's pretty simple a city when you
look at the other wards, which other words have issues too,
But as far as the needs, it's majority bonds that
(26:00):
they need in the third ward. So police unity with
the inner cities is what we're all about. That's what
we're about. So I'm sorry.
Speaker 4 (26:12):
And where can folks find out more about the event
and Voice for the Badge if they want to become
maybe come out and become supporters here.
Speaker 9 (26:20):
Yeah, they could actually go on our Facebook page that's
got the information on their Voice for the Badge, or
I guess I don't know any other way, but I'm
telling you now, I'm not really sure. But we do
have fires up at Granville promoting it with word of
(26:42):
mouth and brought some of the citizens Granville know that
he grew up in Grandville. So there's one gentleman will
be there named Glenn. He grew up with a family
nose tier knew mom and dad new Daryl. So he's
going to be there. And I've spoken to him and
he's speaks so highly of Darryl in the whole family.
But Daryl is a hero. He's a fallen hero. Daryl
(27:05):
Black And to watch April thirty. He's a hero, a
fallen hero that went out and protected lives. He was
on drugs and warped games and that's what it was
all about. That's and he was basically just shot twice
right to the window and killed. His partner was shot too.
He survived. So it's just like you said, you never
(27:26):
know when you walked out the door that day, what
could happen in that depression, And unfortunately for Daryl, the
worst happened. But God bless him and we're honored to
honor him absolutely.
Speaker 4 (27:39):

were ambushed by a gang member with ar fifteen Two

driving an unmarked vehicle approximately eleven pm, where they were
struck by gunfire in that ambush style attack in the
nineteen hundred block of North Lime Avenue.
Speaker 2 (28:32):

Speaker 4 (28:33):

Here are your headlines from The Midwesterner this Monday, April
twenty eight. I'm Robin Poffman. It's a Midwesterner dot news
original story. More and more evidence illegal aliens have been
voting here in Michigan House Oversight Committee Chair jduboy Or
telling reporters, remember it was one, and then it was fifteen,
and then it was sixteen. I'm telling you right now
(31:40):
it's near eighty.
Speaker 10 (31:42):
Why is that an issue? And why am I bringing
that up on this topic? That demonstrates a systematic problem
at the election level that things are not being done appropriately.
But yet when Representative Smitt and myself, say, provide us
the information so we can determine if those things are
being done appropriate.
Speaker 2 (32:00):
We are a security threat.
Speaker 11 (32:02):
In other news, President Trump said to visit Michigan to
hold a rally and celebrate his first one hundred days
back in office. His last visit here to our state
was the night before election day, when he held a
big rally in Grand Rapids. For these stories and more,
visit the Midwesterner at the Midwesterner dot news.
Speaker 2 (32:22):
The facts are not disputed.
Speaker 12 (32:24):
The district judge, Judge Aube even said in his decision,
his terrible decision, but he admitted he conceded the fact
that there is no disputation of facts here. A jury
is supposed to be the finder of fact, not the
decider of law. That's supposed to be the judge's job.
(32:45):
The Michigan Supreme Court has failed. Officer Shirre, the Michigan
Court of Appeals filled officer shirt and this judge filled
officer shirt, and every police officer in Michigan will pay.
Speaker 4 (32:55):
The price for this dis is standwish your audio from
the stand, wish sure rally this morning. Calder Plosa right
across from the courthouse. We're representative Jim Desana actually introduced
to Bill that he believes would change some of the
things in the way things are playing out right now,
(33:17):
particularly with civil trials and whatnot.
Speaker 2 (33:19):
We'll try and reach out and see if we can
have him on.
Speaker 4 (33:23):
By the way, Susanne asked in a question, who picked
the jury, Well, both the defense and the prosecution have
to agree to the jury. They go through jury selection.
They did that last week and they wrap that up,
I believe about Wednesday last week. Now opening statements are
taking place. Now we're going to bring you some of
the latest in the opening statements coming up as the
(33:47):
as the trial goes on. But I believe prosecuting Attorney
Chris Becker is on the is right now on the floor.
So we've got the latest in that stay where there's
it's a big story and it's one that we're praying
for peace throughout, not only for those families obviously Sure's
Familyleoya's family, but all the families involved her, the folks
(34:11):
that police that are on the on the road today.
Speaker 2 (34:15):
Keeping us protected.
Speaker 4 (34:16):
It is uh, it's it's it's a tough one and
I and I imagine as you see people trying to
kind of pull us back and forth on this one.
It's going to be even more interesting. Let's go back
on the phone right now. I believe it's done in Wyoming, Don,
good morning.
Speaker 2 (34:31):

you talk about Easter and the white hose here and
how much how refreshally it was seeing a normal Easters.
Hers was Robert Paula White. We're having Robert Juffers from
(34:54):
First Baptist Church in Dallas, compared to last year with
a bunch of Democrat men crossed and dressed up like
woman and dance around on whales launch hitting and waving tambourines,
and you know this is disgrace. But before I get dealing,
must I just got news x TV on in the background.
They just showed the picture of Bernie Sanders logy and
(35:15):
it hit me that crazy Bernie. You know, doesn't he
look and sound just like a character on the Muppet
Joe and says to be sure he I mean, that's
the first thing that hits me when I watch this guy. Now,
Elon Mustin goes he uncovered all this fraud. You know,
so security or a million people collecting, So security is
(35:37):
should we get in now somebody is getting those chucks
just and somebody is having them deposited or checking out
or you know, are they tracy those in there? Many
arrest Maybe they should make an example of these people,
you know. And I haven't heard anything. I just hear
about the fraud. But I want to see a barrest.
You know, see some people who on the way to
handcuffs Joe. But that's not just said I and.
Speaker 2 (36:03):
Don thank you for the call. Depend on it. There
we go.

Easter at the White House, actually at the White House
last week when I was at the White House. We
talked about it on I think it was Thursday's show,

Speaker 2 (36:27):
I think so?
Speaker 4 (36:28):
Great commentary from Harrison Field from the White House about
the difference this year. By the way, if you missed
any of our broadcasts from the White House, including our conversation.
We got or excuse me, the Department of Homeland Security
Secretary Christineum on her purse as well.
Speaker 2 (36:44):
They've found the guy, they've arrested him.
Speaker 4 (36:45):
They believe there's one more, by the way, both in
the country illegally.
Speaker 2 (36:50):
Imagine that.
Speaker 4 (36:52):
Make sure you check out the archive. Fastest hour program.
It's done today. We are back with more. We got
