(00:00):
It's going to be a heck ofa riot. It's like drinking from a
fire hose. Never a dull moment. But yes, you'll hear the stories
you won't hear anywhere else, andwe'll appreciate you being here with us form
today. I'm justin Barclay thee aftershow time for the show. After the
(00:20):
show, folks, we've got bigbreaking news, big big, big,
big, big, big, big, big breaking news. Never a dull
moment. Fact, you just camein literally seconds before we popped on to
tell you about this needs a breakingnews from the Wood Radio News Group.
(00:41):
The breaking news is Judge Cannon,Judge Isley Cannon down in Miami that the
Documents case classified documents cass gets Trumphas dismissed the case. Let's go to
Fox News to see if we canhear more about what happened. Uh in
this situation. We have that herehang out, We're gonna have to pull
it up, give me two seconds. Well, make sure that you hear
(01:03):
this because it is big breaking news. It's the first plus I got video
that I got to share with youtoday. That's incredible prophecy that predicted just
three months ago. What would happen. And it's not that Trump was going
to be assassinated. That's not whatI mean. I think a lot of
people have said there may be anattempt in fact for you know, who
(01:23):
was Alex Jones. A number ofpeople come out or about disappointments issue.
Judge Cannon issues this on the dayof the beginning of the RNC. So
right now Donald Trump still has onepending case against him in federal court.
(01:48):
That's here in Washington, d c. That's his alleged attempts to try to
overturn the twenty twenty election. Specialcounsel Jack Smith received a blow to that
case just a couple of weeks agowith the Supreme Court. That seems to
be somewhat delayed right now. Butthis is big news, no question that
this case is completely dismissed. Bill. What's interesting is that, David,
(02:13):
you said, that's a ninety threepage ruling. I'm kind of curious as
to why it would take so manypages, because if based on what you're
saying is she's not ruling on themerits of the case, she's ruling that
the special Council should never have beenappointed. And then I wonder about the
reverbation. How that will will verberatethroughout the Department of Justice, because does
that mean that other situations like thiswould also be dismissed. It's a great
(02:37):
question, and we're waiting to getsome clarity from DJ. I'm just reading
here on page two of ninety three, it says the Appointments Clause sets as
a default rule that all officers ofthe United States, whether inferior or principle,
must be appointed by the President andconfirmed by the Senate. Jack Smith
was not confirmed by the Senate.I assume Dana and Bill will hear an
argument from DJ that passed Special counselsJohn Durham, Robert Muller, just to
(03:00):
name a few in recent memory. Also, we're not confirmed in that way,
and we're appointed and we're allowed tocontinue their work. So people,
we're going to hear from THEOJNA.But a major, major coup and major
win for former President Trump, whocomes off this last weekend. David,
keep reading. Okay, we'll giveyou a moment to do that. Trade
gout us with us here. Youhave a legal background trade. You were
(03:23):
down there on Lower Manhattan when thefelony counts were announced thirty four of them
in Lower Manhattan. Your reaction initiallyto what we're hearing now out of Florida,
Well, I'm lucky. I spentthree years kind of guessing at what
opinion said without reading them, Sothis is not at all new for me.
We're talking about a DOJ regulation,You're not talking about a statue.
(03:44):
So special Council is a regulation promulgatedby the Department of Justice. I would
argue the difference is John Durham hadbeen sent it confirmed as a US attorney.
Other Special councils had been sent itconfirmed. Jack Smith was never sent
it confirmed. I think we borrowedhim from the International Criminal Court, right,
That's where he was. So ifyou combine this skepticism about a regulation
(04:10):
being able to confer prosecutorial power withoutsending confirmation with Clarence Thomas's dissent in the
immunity case, I think you getthis opinion. But Judge Cannon is not
the only one who kind of wonders, how can someone who's never been vetted
by the Senate, never been confirmed, and is actually not a DOJ employee
have the power to indict anyone, much less a political figure, but literally
(04:34):
anyone. Trey do you read anythinginto the timing of her decision and announcement
coming forty one hours after the assassinationattempt on President Trump. I don't having
written ninety three opinions when ninety threepage opinions when I work for a federal
judge who was weeks in the works, I think, actually, in a
weird way, that timing is unfortunatebecause it will be overshadowed. I'm really
(04:58):
curious her analysis, but I amnot surprised that someone said, I mean,
it'd be like me saying, Okay, Dana, I want you to
go be special counsel when prosecute.I mean, you haven't been sent it
confirmed, has there been a backgroundchecked one? Heck, I'm not even
a lawyer, but but you knowwhat, you don't actually have to be
a lawyer. That's right, that'sright. A couple other things here.
We should point out the Biden documentcase was not pursued, and to a
(05:25):
lot of people observing this, theythought, this is apples to apples in
many ways, and if you decideone direction on one case, why not
keep the same direction with regard toanother that has now apparently happened. Another
thing that I want to point outin Michael Goodwin's piece in the New York
Post. So he was on boardthe Trump plane with Byron York from the
(05:46):
Washington Examiner, and Goodwin writes theline the following way. We also said
that we quote, we hear thatBiden will order the Department of Justice drop
is tough prosecutions of Trump. Sofar, there's no public sign that that's
what Goodwin writes, but that wehear is from Donald Trump. Can you
think that he may have had aheads up about this? I don't know
(06:11):
about that. I have long maintainedthat if you really want to unify the
country, pardon Donald Trump and pardonHunter Biden and just just start all over
again. I mean, no fatheris going to watch his son or daughter
go to prison. Pardon your politicalrival. You want to talk about unifying
the country. He mentioned the wordunity more in his inre youal address than
any president except one. You're ahistorian, you know that. Sorry,
(06:34):
the inauguration address of Joe Biden,he talked about unity. So, if
you really are interested in actually doingmore than talking about it, what would
be more unifying than actually pardoning yourpolitical rival and say, you know what,
we'll fight it out in November, but we're not going to fight it
out in the court. I mean, he's all right, that's enough.
I think we got we got allwe need. Well four I go any
(06:58):
further? Can you hear me?Can you hear me? All right?
I just need to make sure becausesometimes the audio coming in and out of
this stuff is can be weird, and I before we get all into it,
I want to make sure. Also, let me do this, Melissa,
whatever you're on this morning, putit down. I don't know what
you're smoking, but I have neversaid anything even kind towards Alissa Slockin.
(07:25):
I don't know what that is ifI'm if I'm reading this right, I've
never said anything even positive, evenhalf positive about Alyssa Slockin. I give
the Republicans generally, or the folkson the right, I would give Slockin,
(07:45):
if she wanted to come on theair, a chance to defend herself
and signing in DA's against a Chinesecompany like Goshen. I mean, by
the way, you want to talkabout where I'm at on these folks,
I am very much against Alissa Slacken. I am very much against the NDA's
(08:07):
I'm very much against Goshen And you'veonly had to listen to this program,
Mike, and I know you,Melissa, You've been around forever, so
I don't I don't know where that'scoming from, but I'll just tell you,
you know, listen for just fiveminutes to know that that's where I
stand on all of that. Anyway, I would invite her on, and
to invite with Maron, I wouldinvite Biden on. They won't come on,
(08:28):
though. Paul Hudson has been oncompletely different race. But I think
she was talking about Senate. I'vehad I've had all this in the candidates
on. I've had Doc Sherry on. I've had Mike Rogers on. I've
had Sandy Penciler on. I've evenhad Justin Amasha on. I've had before
(08:54):
he dropped out, Peter Meyer,Peter Meyer. Come on, guys.
I'll give these people a chance tocome on if they want to tell you
know, have these conversations, andI just generally let them go where they
need to go. I'll ask somequestions here and there. I'm not I'm
not into asking gotcha questions or anythinglike that. I think you're smart enough
(09:16):
to decide and figure all that out. So that's that's where that is.
What did you But seriously, whatgave you the thought the idea that I
liked? Alyssa slocking it at all? Who is your favorite guest? Trump's
been my favorite guest, probably thebest of all the of all time.
And why because you ask him aquestion, he just runs, he just
(09:37):
goes with it. We've talked tohim five, four or five times now,
probably my favorite. I thank you, Kathy. I try to be
fair, but I don't know.I mean, I don't know, all
right. I just wanted to makesure that was clear. And Melissa,
(10:00):
I'm I'm like, genuinely, uh, where did where did you get?
Now? It's not Barbara Barbara.Actually I like Barbara though she is a
good one. I'd love for Barbaracall. But I like it when when
we get to talk to people whoare of different opinions, but they generally
won't come on with us. That'sthat's the problem. They don't They none
(10:24):
of it stands up, you knowto they well, they don't like uh,
they don't like to have any scrutinyor criticism, critical thinking even all
right, this guy says, andby the way, I'm gonna I'm gonna
play for you some crazy stuff.I mean, we admit that it's crazy
(10:46):
stuff in this video. The fullvideo is gonna be over on YouTube,
okay, but that's where you canfind if you want to go watch him.
And I'll tell you where you canfind all of it. But this
is prophecy. This guy on Twitterx says, Look, I don't much
(11:07):
believe in prophecy, but this predictionis just too spot on to be dismissed.
Listen to what this guy said threemonths ago and compare it to what
happened this weekend. So, uh, this is a guy named I want
to say, Brandon, Hey,let me let me, let me,
let me find out for sure.I'll give you his name for sure,
and I only get this Brandon Biggs. He is giving a message on Steve
(11:43):
chick Alant's podcast, Steve Cickolanti BrandonBiggs. I don't know who either one
of these individuals are, but thisis posted back in March. In fact,
here it is. This is whathe said he saw in a dream
(12:05):
or a vision because the Lord toldme. He said, I am not
done with America. He said, there's going to be a new wave of
patriotism coming out. And that's wheneverI saw Trump, and I saw I
saw a red wave coming out ofMichigan. And then I saw Oklahoma,
and there was embers of people andthey were all on the way. That's
(12:26):
important. Red wave out of Michigan. Folks. These they had torches all
throughout Oklahoma and they were raising upthese torches that looked like fire, and
they were bringing forth a new patriotismupon the nation. And it was coming.
It was being birthed, and itjust kept spreading like fire all throughout
America, all throughout. And Isaw Trump rising up. And then I
(12:46):
saw attempt on his life that thisbullet flew by his ear and it came
so close to his head that itbusted his drum, ear drum, and
I saw he was He fell tohis knees during this timeframe, and he
started worshiping the Lord. He gotradically born again during this timeframe. I'm
talking. People say he's saved now, but he becomes really on fire for
(13:11):
Jesus for what I saw coming. And then I saw, Let me because
there's more to this, let mejust break down what we've heard so far,
because it's important Okay, So numberone, everybody has said that this
is possibly going to happen. Peoplehave said assassination attempts, et cetera.
So I don't that's yeah, thoughthose are much longer. It's a YouTube,
(13:33):
it's an interview. It's an interviewon YouTube. I'll put a link.
Obviously, we get the full linkfor you in the in the comments
today as well. So he sayshe's going to be uh, this assassination
attempt. The bullet's gonna fly byhis ear, and he said, rupture
(13:54):
his ear. Drump. Now,for me, that may have been his
interpretation of what he thought was cominghe would see or what would have happened
that it ruptured his Here, gentleman, his ear is bleeding. So he
says his ear bleeding, and hesays he drops to the ground and worship
prayer. And we actually we seethat. What's wild about that is that
(14:20):
this photo comes out which almost appearsto show President Trump praying while he's on
the ground. We know the miraculousnature of what just took place. On
top of it all, we seethat there's got to be at least to
(14:41):
me, it feels like there's nothave to be some sort of divine or
that's just a really it's a luck. You talk about luck. The guy
has some real luck, doesn't he. They call him the teflon Don for
a reason anyway, But isn't thatsomething He just turned his head and I
was looking at this, folks.I'm just going to tell you the way
(15:03):
the whole thing was set up again. Ah, I think I lost the
picture of it, but just theway the whole thing was set up,
the the shot, the killbox, this is it. Let me show you
(15:26):
the way this is set up.It's like, there's no way the guy
could miss because this is the Trumpstage right here, and this is the
building where the shooter was located.Trump is facing out this way. Media
(15:48):
stuff is over here, you know. The bleachers are behind him, right
right back here, and this iswhere Trump was. So the shot would
have hit him in the side ofthe head, but it just so happened
to turn his head just ever sobriefly, and instead of hitting him right
(16:18):
in the side of the head,it hit the ear. This is a
miracle itself. He's even said it. There's no way I should be alive
today, he said, there's noway. So you you pile all of
this one on top of the other. And in fact, let me let
me get that too so you canyou can read it on get his statement
(16:41):
here, because that that adds thena top of all of this. Here,
let me find here's the statement.Oh yeah, I've got something else
I got to show you to,which is incredible. Thank you to everyone
(17:03):
for your thoughts and prayers yesterday. As it was God alone who prevented the
unthinkable from happening, we will fearnot, but instead remain resilient in our
faith and define in the face ofwickedness. Our love goes out to the
other victims and their families. Wepray for the recovery of those who were
wounded, and hold in our heartsthe memory of the citizen who was so
(17:23):
horribly killed. In this moment,it is more important than ever that we
stand united and show our true characteras Americans, remaining strong and determined and
not allowing evil to win. Itruly love our country, and I love
you all and look forward to speakingto our great nation this week from Wisconsin.
So he even says, He evensays, God alone is why I
(17:55):
am still standing today. So Igo back on a place more of this
on these these they had torches allthroughout Oklahoma, and they were raising up
these torches that looked like fire, and they were bringing forth a new patriotism
upon the nation. And it wascoming, it was being birthed, and
it just kept spreading like fire allthroughout America, all throughout. And I
(18:17):
saw Trump rising up. And thenI saw attempt on his life that this
bullet flew by his ear and itcame so close to his head that it
busted his drum, ear drum,And I saw he was He fell to
his knees during this time frame, and he started worshiping the Lord. He
got radically born again during this timeframe. I'm talking. People say he's saved
(18:41):
now, but he becomes really onfire for Jesus for what I saw coming.
And then I saw people interceding whenhe and I see him. I
saw him winning the presidency through greatuh, the Lord show me it would
go clear into the summer. Greatpersecution would come on him. Yeah.
Now I want to pause it becausethere's more here. But you've got the
(19:04):
ear, you get the ready, which is the blood in the ear.
That's a whole other thing that Idon't know how you that's just a real
quote. I don't know the chancesare about nailing that assassination. Timpt one
thing. The blood in the earis another thing. But then the fact
he said he dropped down to theground and was praying. And this,
(19:26):
this is exciting. The fact theysaid he would be on fire for Jesus,
that's a whole. That's a hole. Can you imagine you have it?
An actual leader would be outspoken withbold and would be and would be
truly changed in a number of differentways. Would be the parent to people
who are looking at him. Justthink that would be that would be very
(19:48):
very interesting. But wait, there'smore. So here's the thing. I
don't know. I'm just telling youwhat's in this. I'm not you know,
condoning, signing off on or whateverelse. But this is the stuff
that was coming after all of thatwas just discussed through the judges and through
the through the law, and allthese people try to him and all this
stuff, but there would be astop to it, and their things would
(20:10):
start to break free come toward thefall. And then I saw him winning
the election through the patriots coming outand voting, and then and then and
then there will be a great Economycrash. I saw they had a great
economy plan a crash. Okay, this is important. I don't know,
oh accurate. I don't know whatto tell you about this, but this
(20:33):
is part of this guy's message.Worse than the Great Depression. And the
Lord warned me about this, itwould be a great dark time. But
I saw paddles coming upon America's soil, like a shocking of the soil.
And I saw Donald Trump praying inthe office of the of the Oval Office,
and he was weeping before the Lordwith his hands on his head like
(20:55):
this, but he was weeping. And there was ministers and people. I
don't know if they're our congress peopleor whatever. They I just saw them
pacing him back and forth inside ofthe White House. I'm sorry the what
is the White House? But it'sthe o of Office and they were in.
There's more two of this, andI'll see if I can play the
(21:18):
full video at some point, butI had to share that I don't have
time to play all of it today, but I think maybe we can play
more on the days ahead. Butthere's something else that happened Saturday that that
I think goes along with everything else. Did you need to see or you
(21:38):
need to hear? Okay, thisis this is important. This happened just
before the rally on Saturday, andthis is this is what people posted about
it as as it happened. Thiswas before anything even took place. The
(21:59):
flag got tangled today at the Trumprally before Trump came on stage. Looks
like an angel. I'll just tellyou that is pretty incredible. And the
way it's kind of just floating upthere, that would be one thing,
But then you hear what actually happened, and there's more of this video that's
(22:22):
even more impressive. But it's beingheld. There's two frames side like a
cross from each other, that havethese pulleys and wire on it that hold
the flag up. It's supposed tojust lay flat, but it got tangled
in the wind. That's what happensat the end in that light. Now,
(22:52):
I don't know if this is photoshoppedor if there's something else, but
look at the light that comes inat the That is incredible. And again
I'm not you believe what you wantin all of this stuff, so I'm
just showing you it's undeniable. Trumpshouldn't be here right now that it was
such a close call. There isno doubt in my mind that it was
(23:18):
supposed to be then, But whatthe enemy meant for evil? I am
going to continue to call on folksto pray not only for President Trump for
this nation, as I believe againwe're hanging by a thread. I think
(23:41):
the intention was to get rid ofhim. But if you go beyond what
may have meant to happen, youknow it's to me the will. Let
(24:03):
me just put it this way.The way this could have gone, in
the dramatic and of course tragic naturethat it could have taken, is this,
(24:26):
he could have possibly been killed inthat moment in front of that crowd
of people in Butler, Pennsylvania. If that moment, it would have sent
this nation into turmoil and chaos thatwe haven't seen in a long time.
At that point, there's no doubtin my mind that that moment. Let's
(24:56):
just say this, because they neverlet a good crisis go to waste.
Folks on the left and more importantly, the people that want to destroy the
country, and they would have usedthat moment just seize to start really cracking
(25:27):
down on I think because I thinkit could have been possible that there would
have been or we could have beenpushed into some sort of conflict, the
civil war type conflict, and thenstart cracking down on people that are dissenting,
or folks on the right, orwhatever whatever it might be. So
(25:53):
it wasn't just Trump who dodged abullet on Saturday, folks, it was
the tree itself. It's so doubtto me that what we watched was divine
intervention, and it has happened inthis nation's history over and over and over
again. So if you're looking forthe sign for a little hope, little
(26:23):
optimism, know that maybe dark daysahead. In fact, the headlines may
be dark indeed. But the goodnews is is that no matter what we
go through, no matter what weface, no matter how bad it may
(26:45):
seem, God is still on thethrone. And that's something that I will
cling to and I will never letgo of. And particularly in these moments,
a great reminder Pray for our name, Pray for our president, pray
for each other. The RNC isthis week are going to be hearing more.
(27:14):
I just heard that the roll callof States is going to get moved
up today. There's gonna be alot that comes out of it. In
fact, Trump is rewriting his speech. I think it'll be a very unifying,
uplifting speech. It may be oneof the best you've ever heard him
give. And this moment he willtake to pivot to the presidential look,
will be less about the campaign andmore about looking presidential. He will in
(27:37):
fact be, I think, lookto as many as the actual president in
this moment. A lot of peopletalking right now about those that want to
take over for Biden, to thepeople that thought they were maybe going to
get in, and that they mayjust let Biden ride this out because they
(27:59):
know there's no way that they canwin this at this point in time,
as popular as this president is goingto be. There's just no way.
I'm talking about Trump. So theydon't want to waste their shot. Whittmer
knew some Michelle Obama, they don'twant to waste their shot in a situation
like this. I know it's varyingthis in different degrees of thought on this,
(28:21):
but that's one of the things I'mhearing, and I think there's something
to that. I think you're morelikely to see them try to dismantle and
take everything down like they did thefirst time around. That's why the vice
presidential pick will be very important. We'll see who that is, I'm assuming
in the days ahead. We originallyheard we were going to heart at the
(28:44):
convention, so I think that wecould get an answer this week. Lot's
happening, But Lot, I'm back, and I'm glad to be back with
you. I am so thrilled tobe able to be here with you.
Every day, I enjoy my rest, but I miss you. I'm glad
I'm here with him. God blessback tomorrow with more. Make it a
great day.
