(03:45):
Lensky suit. We don't have that. And uh and quite frankly,
I don't know if we have the at the inventory
to make that one work. But yeah, you just you
just know, you just never know. All right, let's get
into it. Lots of stories yet that we haven't had
a chance to cover, lots of talk still from yesterday,
(04:08):
some big moments that took place. You're gonna want to
hear about all of that. And yeah, I mean, even
some really good news. As I mentioned earlier, we've got
these big headlines. Is it a coincidence DC crime stats
are falling off a cliff just days after President Trump
a week later had moved to get in and restore
(04:30):
law and order in Washington, d C. The rates of
crime are dropping in big ways. Speaking of crime weights,
in Michigan, two big cities make the top ten worse
for violence violent crimes here in the United States, Detroit,
which you could you know, you would say, okay, that's
that's obvious. But it was number seven, number two?
Speaker 2 (04:55):
Was it two three? That was it?
Speaker 1 (05:00):
In the top three? SAG at all SAG nasty, making
the top three for violent crimes in the United States.
What a wild story. Trump making peace there at the
White House yesterday. We're going to follow that, continue to
follow that story. And then there's this. There's a story
you're not gonna hear. Bill Barr testifies, former Attorney general.
(05:24):
Not a big Trump fan.
Speaker 2 (05:25):
By the way, This guy.
Speaker 1 (05:28):
Testifies yesterday that he didn't see anything that would implicate
Trump in the Epstein case. That's according to Comer, who
was the one who asked him to come testify. They're
trying to get some transparency, particularly about Jeffrey Epstein and
whether or not he uh well, how he died in prison.
Speaker 2 (05:54):
Some might say if yeah, I get it.
Speaker 1 (05:58):
I'm just saying, there's a lot of questions, a lot
of questions about all of this. I understand. But Comer's
saying Epstein barsaid that there was no there was no
issue with Trump.
Speaker 3 (06:10):
We're having really good conversations. You have to understand how
many you can imagine how many documents there are. I
think that we're going to have the I think we'll
receive the documents very soon.
Speaker 1 (06:22):
They're they're compiling everything together. I think we're.
Speaker 3 (06:25):
Working together in a good faith effort, and everything's coming along.
I expect to receive the documents very very soon.
Speaker 1 (06:34):
We're having so there you have it. I look again,
this is jo I'm going to tell you guys, it's
a distraction. It is a story that ought to be
put out there to silence some of these weirdos because
this is the only thing they got right now. I
don't if you're watching, but Gavin Newsom is running this
type of thing right now. They're running Epstein's stuff. And
by the way, the worst, the worst of the worst
(06:54):
on this list of names that we've seen have been Democrats.
I'm not saying looks aren't in vault. I think.
Speaker 2 (07:03):
What was that?
Speaker 1 (07:05):
George Carly's just it's big club and you ain't in it. Well,
this is a good club not to be in. But
it is. It's a it's they're they're they're all in
some ways, and and it's it crosses party lines. We know,
it's just like deep stack crosses party lines. There's something
(07:26):
far worse going on here than than the politic usual
politics of you know, parties and whatnot. So anyway, that's
just something to keep in mind. But at the same time,
big story probably not as big as ending the war
with Ukraine and Russia. Thousands of people dying. Uh was
(07:49):
it every week? I think Trump just gave us the
stats on that earlier. It's it's horrific to think about.
And uh, this this type of thing again, is is
being used right now by Newsom and some of these
They're not saying it's not important. Please don't hear what
I'm not saying. I'm not saying that it's not important.
I'm just saying right now it's being used by these
batt we've seen, like they're all Democrats in the left
(08:12):
are all giddy. They've got the tingles now over somebody
who's running Gavin Newsom's.
Speaker 2 (08:20):
Twitter account.
Speaker 1 (08:23):
And somebody out to tell him what he's doing is
actually ruining his chances to win because Gavin Newsom isn't
running against Donald Trump. Donald Trump won't be on the
ballot in twenty twenty eight.
Speaker 3 (08:36):
Now.
Speaker 1 (08:37):
They apparently somebody told him this was a good strategy.
Maybe it fires up Democrats right now. And while I
say fires up democrats, it's probably the worst of the worst,
like the most left of the left and these people.
He's never going to be left en up for them anyway,
(08:57):
and when you move into the general, he can't a
peer left. He's got to appear common. Since he went
on all these podcasts, you know, Hannity and Sean Ryan,
I'm trying to think of some of the other like
mainstream I called a mainstream, but like big conservative ish podcasts.
(09:18):
And I think he's still doing that. I think he's tried.
He's got a podcast for himself.
Speaker 2 (09:23):
He's got out.
Speaker 1 (09:23):
Now. The other move that's really gonna hurt him is
that he's out there pushing back against Texas doing the redistricting, saying, well,
I'm going to redistrict California if it weren't jurymandered already enough.
Have you seen California? And how nuts? So it is
(09:45):
out there. So then the other thing he did this
weekend is he had a rally and now they did
a count on this, folks, I'm not making it up.
I think it was like one hundred people maybe tops
at his rally. And I'll tell tell you why they
did it. They didn't care how many people were actually there.
They did it so that they could have.
Speaker 2 (10:08):
Video. It's all about making this campaign video that just
was released, Wake Up America. It's all about Trump.
Speaker 4 (10:15):
Wake up to what Donald Trump is doing.
Speaker 1 (10:20):
Here. He is when it's stopping wars, bringing peace, stopping
crime in DC. We just gave you the stats. By
the way, this is not none of this that he's
saying is popular with average Americans. It's all playing to
the very extremest part of the Democrat Party left and the.
Speaker 4 (10:37):
Left once again trying to rig the system.
Speaker 1 (10:40):
He doesn't believe in the rules.
Speaker 4 (10:43):
We can't stand back and watch this democracy disappear district
by district.
Speaker 1 (10:48):
We have got to meet fire with fire.
Speaker 2 (10:51):
The rally, the commercial just as phony as him.
Speaker 1 (10:57):
They made it appear like it was a Trump sized
Trump hYP rally couldn't even pull one hundred people in
his homestate at California.
Speaker 2 (11:05):
And maybe that's why, because they know him there.
Speaker 4 (11:08):
We're asking the voters for their consent to do mid
term redistricting to level the playing field all across the
United States on November fourd you have the power to
stand up to Trump.
Speaker 1 (11:21):
Godald Trump, you have pope to the bear. And they
think like Trump is a guy that's acted on his own,
like he just sees the presidency. Forget the fact that,
like you know, more than half the voters voted for him,
he won the popular vote. They just they can't stand this.
(11:41):
We were foxed back.
Speaker 2 (11:44):
This is a serious moment.
Speaker 1 (11:46):
Wake up. The Election Rigging Response Act. That's what they're
calling it in Florida, by the way, election rigging. So
it's rigging when Trump does it. When they do it,
it's it's that rigging whatsoever. It's just democracy. It's defending
democracy when they do it. Okay, So here's the other thing.
(12:12):
He's got some kid working, millennial type who doesn't have
the kind of I understand. This type of stuff is
great online. It's good to get people talking and go
viral online, but this is not what wins the presidency
trying to bring the attitude of Trump to the social media.
(12:32):
So here's Gavin Newsom responding to Greg Abbott, Texas governor.
The Derelgg government Democrats spent two weeks of shirking the
responsibility of wasting taxpayer money running from a fight. Gavin
says translations, I failed and got played. Now the Democrats
are back and Texas is still pushing this. So that's
just not right at all. But think about that approach.
(12:57):
Think about the way this person is writing this account.
It's designed to get Democrats, so I probably designed to
get some money in his coffers so that people that
Democrats leftist, craziest, the kookiest of the kooks right now,
who are out there feeling like they're helpless. They're helpless
and there's nowhere left to go. It's because America is healing, uh,
(13:17):
and they're seeing it. I mean, these are people that
think women should have to be confronted by men in
locker rooms and restrooms and in sports. That's the that's
those are the people you're talking about. It's a very
very small minority, but vocal, deranged and mentally ill minority
(13:39):
of folks won't be taking advice on disenfranchising voters from you.
Thanks see, like none of this even makes sense, but
you could tell this you see, this is all twitter
verse sort of styled writing. And by the way, all
(14:04):
of this will not win him the presidency. All of
this is just nearly just only designed to get people
talking online. Problem is it's the wrong people, and the
(14:26):
stantas he's taking is they're gonna they're gonna ruin his Now,
there's a there is a there's a pathway. I'm gonna
tell you what the pathway is, and it's Gavin newis him.
I don't really think he's got a shot with all
the baggage he's got from the fires and everything else.
The illegal immigrants, the one we had yesterday, the story
about that guy who killed three people in Florida in
(14:48):
a mini van, a family traveling down the highway, an
illegal immigrant given a driver's license because California is a
sanctuary state. That blood is on Gavin New. I don't
really think he has a shot. But somebody that appears
(15:10):
like him, who appears to be more moderate, to be
more common sense or reasonable, the adults in the room
kind of person could could possibly could possibly pull people
back together. But it really is going to be tougher
(15:33):
because the folks, the wackiest of the wacky on the
left are pulling that party apart, and they're not going
to have Trump to run against. In twenty twenty eight,
the amount of rage, the amount of people that they
were able to motivate to cannother that, you can see
that that's the strategy. Now you can see that they're
trying to implement that now that the race is about Trump,
(15:57):
but it's not, it will not be I'm just telling you,
whoever is look at them in that here's this right,
here is it. I'm going to show you. It's like
inception with the idiocracy that's happening inside this post. Whoever's
(16:22):
advising him, whoever is doing, whoever he's hired, is going
to cost him. But maybe he knows that. Maybe he knows,
and this is all about raising money his last hitch effort.
I don't know, so Trump voted wrote this weekend over
(16:45):
on truth Bella, and I don't still don't know what
that was about. I don't know if it was a mistake.
I don't know if it's like an easter egg. There's
some of that kind of stuff that does happen. Honestly,
don't care because he's too busy running world right now.
So then Governor knew some press office, which is another
(17:08):
account we ought to watch too. Donald to all caps
tiny hands has written his autobiography this morning. Unfortunately, low IQ,
he spelled it wrong. Beta. Soon you will be a
fired Beta because of my perfect, beautiful maps. Thank you
for your attention to this matter, GCN. They're trying to
(17:32):
troll him and mock him, and then this gunther guy
says this is the dumbest post.
Speaker 2 (17:40):
On X Today, and it really was. It was dumb.
Speaker 1 (17:43):
See you can't. It's not just about the style and
what he says. It is the the swagger. It is
the authority, the coholness, the wavos, ranchiros, the chutzpah to
back it up up and Musselm doesn't have that. This
person writes back Baylor, because it's not Gavin Newso work.
(18:06):
In this account, he is single handedly like ending his
career right now. I know he thinks maybe it's the
other way around, but there is no one. There's no
one think about this. There's no one that appears reasonable.
Democrats right now are defending shirking their responsibilities, running from
(18:29):
a fight in Texas. They are defending murder and crime
in DC, and the residents clearly don't want any of this.
They're just political pond They've been in political ponds of
the people on the left of Democrats, and they are
defending keeping a war going. They don't want peace because
(18:51):
they don't want Donald Trump to get a win. Trump
just wants peace. When you lay it all out and
you look at it, I think the American people are
they're they're able to see all of this you can
see the tide turning, and it's so bad. I don't
(19:12):
know if you saw this yesterday, but they've got a
new they're changing the name of SDNC thirteen. It's called
ms now or snow, which I might say for snowflakes.
I don't know exactly what this is supposed to because
they're busy trying to snow everybody. I don't know. I
did see somebody, because they're like, they're getting trolled for
it online right now. Yeah, that's good. Ms NBC gets
(19:36):
mercilessly mocked over new ms NOW name. Most surely no
one watching. That's hilarious. People writing about this on Twitter,
exit the New York Post, of course, writing about that
nothing's going to save these people. You can't rebrand, you
have to shut it off. There's nobody w watching. The
(20:00):
people that are watching are out of their minds. But
this is incredible. It's another example because they're not going
to tell you this. It's like Newsom's not going to
tell you. What you're seeing is what you're really watching
(20:23):
is the desperation playing out right in front of our eyes.
Because they know they're losing, and they're losing at such
a level, such an epic level that there is.
Speaker 2 (20:36):
Uh, it's just really never been, never been anything like it.
Speaker 1 (20:41):
President Trump made the rounds on Fox News this morning
in a conversation with the host of the morning show
Fox and Friends. When talking about what's happening with Ukraine
and Russia, one of the questions was, you know, talking
about how you might help Ukraine and what might be done.
Yesterday they made the point when asked questions by the press,
(21:04):
what are you doing to aid them? They said, no, no,
We're not sending the money anymore. We're allowing them to
buy our weapons and that's it. So the question was,
what about troops boots on the ground in Ukraine listen
to Israel.
Speaker 5 (21:17):
What kind of assurances do you feel like you have
that going forward? And you know, past this Trump administration,
it won't be American boots on the ground defending that border.
Speaker 1 (21:30):
Well, do you have my assurance?
Speaker 6 (21:31):
And I'm president and I'm just trying to stop people.
Speaker 3 (21:35):
From being killed, Charlie.
Speaker 6 (21:36):
Look, they're losing from five to seven thousand people a week.
Speaker 5 (21:41):
What kind of assurances do you feel like?
Speaker 1 (21:43):
No boots on the ground not going to happen. There
were lots of other things that were said in this
interview that will pass through and find the best of
the best. I just just I know that it's probably
takes some time they get some of that out there.
While Gavin Newsom and his social media team is you know,
(22:07):
out there trying to find out ways to troll Trump online.
Speaker 2 (22:14):
Trump is busy running the country making peace.
Speaker 1 (22:19):
The full twenty five minute video will put up in
the stack today. Lots of good clips that are going
to be coming that out of that as as well,
So just.
Speaker 2 (22:30):
Just keep that in mind.
Speaker 1 (22:33):
Okay, Hey, they've this is a new addition, by the way,
to the team. They just added somebody to the Department
of Justice, somebody who I think you may know, you
may even really like. They share that story with you
coming up in this moment. Thanks to the folks at

the big box store Mike has them. They'll deliver them
(23:36):

a mattress, but I want to make my bed feel
like new with a brand new mattress topper. He talked
about that at great length during the conversation we had
with him the other day. If you haven't already heard
the podcast, go back and listen. It was fantastic. The
my Pillow Rev seventy Energy drinks save up to thirty
(23:58):

he is in a fight of his life right now
with all this lawfare and lawsuits everything that he's going through.
And at the same time, you'll help support this program
(24:20):
as well. Now, I saw Jason say that the coffee
wasn't It was good. It was better than Folders, but
not as good as his black rifle that he normally gets.
But and the name of that coffee that he said
was like, that was an insane name. And I thought
to myself, well, that's a name like that, it better
be good. I can't image, I can't amage what is
(24:45):
the difference on price?
Speaker 2 (24:46):
Though?
Speaker 1 (24:47):
I saw something the other day that blew me over.
The guy said the prices on coffee are going to
go through the roof free shipping. After I just bought
coffee from them. Jason said, I know, I tell you
this happens to me all the time, but you got
to just say, hey, at least I got a good deal,
and I'm supporting these guys. I gotta love them. That
(25:08):
happened to me a couple months back. I bought all
kinds of brand new pillows and stuff, and then they
dropped their prices massive, and I was like, oh, man,
but you know this. They do these sales because they're
trying to trying to fight what they're they're up against,
particularly when it comes to the law fair they've got
(25:30):
going on. Yeah, so I don't mind, And I know
I kind of funny at the same time, I know,
I know that, Hey, they're going to take care.
Speaker 2 (25:40):
Of us in the long run, Mike and the team.
Speaker 1 (25:43):
Hey, Missouri attorney general is going to serve as a
code deputy of the FBI director. So the code deputy
director at the FBI, Missouri Attorney General is a good guy.
He taken over since the former attorney general I think
was it Schmid went to go. He ran for Senate
(26:03):
and he won. This guy's buttoned up. He's on top
of it. Two Andrew Bailey joining the Justice Department as
the Code Deputy Director of the FBI, announced Monday. Bailey
set to share duties as Deputy FBI Director with Dan Bongino,
a staunch Trump ally whose future in the role came
in the question amid clashes the Hill Rights over the
case of disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein. So I don't know
(26:26):
that means that Dan is going to get a hand
or if Dan eventually will be phased out. I don't know,
but I will say it's kind of interesting to watch
this guy's buttoned up. I think it'll be a good addition.
Coffee prices has doubled. Joe An said, well, you can
say fifty percent right now in your coffee. What was
(26:47):
the reason for law fair against Mike, Well, it was
everything that President Trump mentioned yesterday, in fact, the talking
about the machines and that we need to go to
pay paper ballots and all the rest of it. I
we barely got into it yesterday, but he did make
(27:11):
that point yesterday before we got out of here. He
made the point that he was going to fight for
election integrity, and essentially it was on saying that we've
got to get back to paper ballots. And so somebody
even asked him about it at the press conference yesterday,
(27:33):
which I thought was kind of interesting. Oh, the mail
in voting. That's that's that was the big quieter here.
It is Trump talking about the mail in voting because
he did get asked about it during the post.
Speaker 6 (27:44):
So between paper ballots, very very important, paper ballots. And
I think maybe even more important the mail in voting.
Speaker 1 (27:52):
We're going to end mail in voting. It's a fraud
if you have mail in vote.
Speaker 6 (27:57):
Even Jimmy Carter with this commission, they set it up.
He said, the one thing about mail in voting, you
will never have an honors election if you have mail
in it. And it's time that the Republicans get tough
and stop it because the Democrats want it. It's the
only way they can get elected because with men and
women's sports, and with transgender for everybody, and open borders
(28:18):
and all of the horrible things, and now a new
thing is they love crime. They're fighting me on the
fact that I've made Washington, DC safe.
Speaker 1 (28:28):
We're not going to get mugged, beaten up or killed like.
Speaker 6 (28:31):
All the people you've been watching get so badly hurt.
Speaker 1 (28:34):
I'm glad.
Speaker 6 (28:35):
I hate to take your time with this, but I'm
glad you asked me that question.
Speaker 7 (28:39):
Sir.
Speaker 6 (28:39):
We're going to stop mail in ballots because it's corrupt.
Speaker 1 (28:43):
So between papes, So what what did what ind Uh?
What did Mike say is essentially that Abe, It was
a little bit more about the electronic voting machines as well,
but that's who sued him. And by the same way, newsbacks.
Speaker 2 (29:00):
With one of those companies. Just the other day.
Speaker 1 (29:02):
We had a conversation about that. In the podcast, Mike
talks about it at length, but Trump sort of vindicating
Mike in some ways. Yeah, there are issues. We're going
to get this settled. And I would I would look,
I would look for that. And he's been all over
that's right, Terry, Mike supposed to truth five years. That's
why they've been trying to come after him this whole time. So,
(29:26):
uh yeah, coffee has by the way, this is the
I think. Don't let him tell you it's it's the terriff.
It's it's because of the weather in some of these
areas that they grow the coffee beans. The way I
saw this described the other day, there's some issues with weather.
By the way, fifty percent off again, fifty percent off
(29:49):
my coffee right now. So and they by the huge
bags of coffee. I don't know what you drink. I
don't know if you're a coffee snob or not. I
don't know how you uh, how you roll, but I
do like it best coffee I've ever had, though, well,
the that there's a couple of different brands that I
(30:11):
really like. I've never tried the Black Rifle. I'm gonna
have to try that one of these days too. But
there's there's a there's a place called Jamming being here
in town. They they've been a sponsor before infecting. They
make some fantastic coffee, maybe some of the best I've
ever had. Jessica is back. She's back. Everybody who SE's back?
(30:36):
Did Randy and get that figure out for you? Jessica
and marry you guys both here, you're both back on Facebook.
That's fantastic, Randy, you might get like the Hero of
the Day award. In fact, uh, if it's if it's
all fixed, you guys, let me know. If it's all fixed,
(30:57):
we'll do something special here, all right, anything else? And
I gotta make sure because I had some I got
some good news. Oh, the measles outbreak is over at
least in Texas, they say, So that's kind of just
going to sort of go away. Remember they were hyping
that to be the next big thing, kind of like
we told you yesterday, the zombie squirrels. They're always looking
for something. Hamas has accepted a ceasefire proposal. Everything is
(31:22):
bigger in Texas, even migrant detention centers. The largest federal
migrant detention center in American history has opened its doors.
Speaker 2 (31:34):
No, it's it's not Alligator Alcatraz.
Speaker 8 (31:37):
The largest federal migrant detention center in American history has
opened its doors. It is the latest effort to keep
up with the Trump Administration's mass deportation agenda. The migrant
Processing Facility in Fortliss, Texas, near the US Mexico border,
officially opening today. A News Nation correspondent jorgeban Tura is
live in Texas for Hey, who is expected in how
(31:59):
many are expected to pack this mega facility?
Speaker 1 (32:02):
Lots of lawbreakers when in tas to the trouble, administration
continues to expand their mass deportition operation.
Speaker 7 (32:09):
And now we are learning that four Plist is set
to open today as the ICE Attention Facility, with up
to one thousand beds already ready to go. Now, what
I says is this is part of a billion dollar
project that will now reshiep how migrants are detained and
ultimately deported. That ICE facility opening today is part of
a one point two billion dollar Defense Apartment contract. This
(32:32):
massive new detention complex will begin with five thousand beds
up to twenty twenty seven.
Speaker 2 (32:37):
Yeah, no, no, I don't know.
Speaker 1 (32:39):
I still like Alligator Alcatraz personally, you know, it's just
probably it's got to be my favorite. Alligator Alcatraz gotta
be my fair Look at all the different designs and
colors on the hoodies right now at Alligator Alcatraz. We've
got them at justin barklay dot com slash door. Favorite
might be the pink. I don't know that i'd wear it,
(33:00):
but it might be my favorite because you see here
it's sort of a disarming, sort of disarming. Have you
guys read this, by the way, have you read like
any of the descriptions? And Alligator Alcatraz puts the gator
on guard duty? Meet the only guard at Alcatraz who
(33:22):
never blinks, he clocks in, chomps crime, and writes tickets
for week outfits.
Speaker 2 (33:26):
Why you like it?
Speaker 1 (33:28):
Instant conversation starter, an occasional deterret looks tough, feels soft,
works on date night, tailgates and court appearances for seagulls.
I don't understand that part. I thought it was kind
of funny, great for dad jokes with teeth, zoo trips,
prison tours Florida, people who say I run a tight
ship and mean it. Grab the alligator Alcatraz, put a
(33:52):
guard on your wardrobe. Chomp chomp. Yeah, we got to
tease too, and you know what, we may add some
long sleeve shirts as well. My favorites got to be
the orange though, because it kind of looks like it
kind of looks like a prison guard outfit, you know
(34:14):
what I mean, It kind of sort of looks. It
looks to me like it's it's it's kind of like, well,
that's a that's a prison guard outfit right there. Hey,
big news again. I told you this earlier, and this
is this is a this is tied in with Michigan,
but the full story for the entire country. By the way,
(34:34):
massive massive money back in your pocket.
Speaker 9 (34:38):
The average American is looking at a financial boost now
that President Trump's One.
Speaker 1 (34:42):
Big, Beautiful Bill is law.
Speaker 9 (34:44):
The Tax Foundation reports Americans will get an estimated average
of three thousand, seven hundred and fifty two dollars in
tax cuts in twenty twenty six due to reduced federal
taxes next year. The bill locked in President Trump's tax
cuts plus added several deductions and tax credit average.
Speaker 1 (35:01):
That's what we're seeing here in Michigan. In fact, they've
got the numbers out tax Foundation. New Tax Foundation analysis
says President Trump's One Big, Beautiful Bill delivers an average
of three thousand dollars in tax cut for Michigan filers.
So that's that is fantastic and massive good news. We
love we love that. I mean, you can't man it.
(35:24):
Little money back in your pocket, will take it. It's ours.
In the first place, there's a new there's a candidate.
We haven't talked to him yet, Mike Cox, I see
that for candidate for governor here in Michigan has a
plan wants to get rid of income tax in Michigan.
(35:46):
Kind of like that idea, and we have to get
a hold of him. Hey, Randy, if you're around, I
want to I want to do something for you because
you took such great care of the ladies today over
a YouTube jail. Not that there's anything wrong with you,
