Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's West Michigan Live with Justin Barklay on Wood Radio.
Speaker 2 (00:06):
Welcome in, folks, we are all in full feed ahead.
I told you yesterday it was a hoax. I told
you if you were listening to this program yesterday you
heard it first. They broke it down and why, and
now it's been confirmed and latest mainstream media vague news
and of course they're falling on their faces. They know
(00:30):
what they're doing. Don't get me wrong. They wanted this.
But again I made the point yesterday they hate Trump
so much they can't help themselves. We'll break it down.
Give me the latest this morning, after the Big Brief,
forget the.
Speaker 1 (00:42):
Pennasal news, weather and traffic, his stories of the day,
we were talking about what matters most in West Michigan
and beyond. This is the Big Three.
Speaker 2 (00:55):
Now see Speak three, the stories about it most to
be talking about these round of watercolor. They don't table
no matter where you are. Big Three, powered by our
good friends at Heartland Home Mortgage. They've got away on
the team standing by, ready to help you with whatever
it is that you need to accomplish by refye home
equity line of credit, whatever it might be, even reverse
(01:16):
to mortgage. See, they got custom solutions for every individual,
every need because everyone's different and so are they. They're faster,
they're better than the big banks. Reach out and find
out how they say US thousands each and every time,
and they could do the same for you at HHM
lending dot com Number one. Well, I told you yesterday
it was a hulk. So we get into the full
(01:37):
details on this. We just had a briefing at the
Pentagon yesterday. The President spoke at NATO, but Pete hag Seth,
Secretary of the Sense, making it clear everything you heard
on the news about this mission and Iran taking out
the nuclear sites just wasn't.
Speaker 3 (01:56):
Real because you, and I mean specifically you, the press,
specifically you the press corps, because you cheer.
Speaker 4 (02:07):
Against Trump so hard. It's like in your DNA and
in your blood to cheer against Trump because you want
him not to be successful so bad.
Speaker 3 (02:17):
You have to cheer against the efficacy of these strikes.
You have to hope maybe they weren't effective. Maybe the
way the Trump administration's representative isn't true.
Speaker 1 (02:26):
So let's take half truths.
Speaker 3 (02:29):
Spun information, leaked information, and then spin it, spin it
in every way.
Speaker 4 (02:35):
We can to try to cause doubt, yeah, and manipulate
the mind, the public mind over whether or not are
brave pilots were successful.
Speaker 2 (02:45):
He's right, and unfortunately it really is insult to the
brave men and women that serve this country. He had
a fiery condemination yesterday from NATA. I want to get
to that too, and forty five minutes this press conference,
so we'll digandle all of them coming.
Speaker 1 (03:00):
Uh number two.
Speaker 2 (03:01):
But again, if you were listening here yesterday, you heard
it first. There are fireworks in Lancing yesterday, not just NATO,
not just at de Pentagon. This morning Uncle Ted Ted
Neugent testifying in front of the DNR and the NRC
committees there the oversight Republicans in the house inviting him
to talk about what is happening. And the story is big,
(03:24):
Uncle Ted said, the Michigan DNR and the NRC putting
a strangle hold on conservation by punishing law abiding hunters.
Here he is in full Uncle Ted fashion.
Speaker 5 (03:37):
That's insanity and the people who enforce it and create
these policies would qualify as insane. And they've ran people
out of this state. An eighteen year old boy who
got into bow hunting because.
Speaker 2 (03:52):
Of my TV show.
Speaker 5 (03:53):
Got a ticket because his bull case wasn't zipped up.
And there's a law on Michigan. The wildlife policy has
to be based on science. What's the science of a
bull case?
Speaker 2 (04:04):
I love that every single minute of it. Uncle ted
and by the way, I got more. We'll get to
that coming up in just moments. But maybe you're one
of them folks in Michigan living like they're amish. Why
energy prices are just so thang high? And by the way,
it doesn't just impact you and me, It certainly does,
(04:27):
but it impacts industry here as well, and whether or
not these big companies want to move in here, create jobs,
et cetera. It's a story the Midwestern has Michiganders, by
the way, but the Drudge report them in a nationwide
with US. Miss Gander's literally shutting off Christmas lights, hang
(04:47):
drying laundry, basically living amish, yet their monthly power bills
still top two hundred dollars as monopoly utilities Consumers Energy
and DTE chase nine figure rad hikes, the story says.
Critics say Whitmer appointed regulators keep greenlighting the hikes. Debate
roll the governor's net zero climate agenda. So it's all
(05:07):
the wind, solar and unicorn fart nonsense that we've been
telling you about ringing the alarm on forever. It's the
problem with what we're seeing here in Michigan costing people
an arm and a leg, governor's net zero climate agenda,
the green pipe dream, even Michigan, and during some of
(05:29):
the worst, by the way worst outage records in the country.
That's adding insult to energy. So you paying an arm
and a leg for everything, and the power's not even
on when you need it on the most. Why because
it's gone off instead of putting the money that they're
spending investments into the infrastructure. The grid may be bearing
power lines and things of that nature. They go down
in ice storms as the folks up north of out
(05:50):
how that's all handed handled it and worked out for
him in this last winter, or we have a big
storm here in the trees fall of course they got
old trees are not cutting down there. Did trees fallen
on the lines and bring it down and you're down
for a while. It just adds insult to interesting. Not
only paying an arm and a leg and through the
roof for all this that doesn't work. It doesn't you're
(06:12):
talking wind solar, you know, because it's a pipe dream
solar for a state that barely gets a few months
of sunshine during the entire year. It's crazy. The answer
to all of that, if you really want to go
win solar in unicorn farts, is to do like tax
spriaks and let put people put solar on their own
homes if they wanted to. But you go buying like
(06:33):
farmland and putting windmills on. By the way, what do
you think how much oil do you think it takes
to oil up and work a windmill? And so all
of this nonsense. Again, people paying more than ever through
the roof, their bills, their rates, all of it because
again they've been investing in the wrong things. So why
(06:53):
do they do that. Well, it's easier to take a
little bit off the top here and there, to take
a little bit off the top from my campaign, take
a little bit off the top for your campaign, and
I can do these no big contracts and yeah, yeah,
that money has a way of flying around, and it's
your money, by the way, taxpayer dollars. You're getting hit
on both ends. A little more fired up than usual
this morning. There's a reason for it. Great article on
(07:20):
the Midwestern I talk a little bit more about that tomorrow.
Kyle Olsen will join us right here. We'll get into
the meat and potatoes of it. But I argue on it.
I think it's proof there customers are paying more and
getting less truth, logic and common sense. Even though it's
rare these days, it lives here and it is dead ahead.
Speaker 1 (07:43):
Call Justin now at six one six seven seven four
twenty four twenty four at six one six seven seven
four twenty four to twenty four, West Michigan Live with
Justin Barclay on News Radio Wood thirteen hundred and one
oho six nine a f m.
Speaker 2 (07:57):
Hey, let's get more from Hegseth this morning than the
Pentagon where he just gave it to the media. They
deserved it. By the way, that NATO, what I saw
yesterday and I spoke at NATA was some of the
best of the best. The President didn't even have to
go after him, Hegseeth. Did anythink he made a great point.
Not only do you put these people's lives in danger,
but again you question their honor. The brave men and
women who are serving this nation. When you go after
(08:19):
these missions and you spread lies and you spend leaked
information and half truth things that aren't real. Now we
know more about the report to seeing and of the
rest of them. An even this radio station was running
at nauseum yesterday, all the half truths. There's a report
out there. Well it wasn't a real and full report
it was it was what they call a restrike report,
(08:41):
and there was just half of the information out there.
And he's clarified by by the way, now there's numbers
of security and intelligence of folks that have come out
and confirmed that they did massive damage. In fact, they've
set these people back for years. Who knows what's going
to happen to the rainy of new program. I will
tell you this, it was I didn't need and I
(09:05):
made the point yesterday and if you were here you
heard this. I didn't need intelligence reports. I just needed
common sense intelligence to tell you that it was a success.
We got these two countries around in Israel on sitting
at the table together and a peace agreement sort of
a ceasefire that you know that we now know that
(09:27):
is held. That they didn't want that to hold in
the first place either. They hate America. They hate you
on more than anything. They hate Donald Trump. That's the
point Secretary for Defence was making this morning at that
conference that just wrapped up moments ago at the Pentagon.
Speaker 3 (09:40):
How many stories have been written about how hard it
is this I don't know fly a plane for thirty
six hours?
Speaker 2 (09:47):
Has MSNBC done that story? As Fox?
Speaker 3 (09:50):
Have we done the story how hard that is? Have
we done it two or three times so that America
people understand? How about how difficult it is to shoot
a drone from an F fifteen or sixteen or F
twenty two or F thirty five, or what it's like
to man a Patriot battery, or how hard it is
to refuel mid air? Giving the American people an understanding
of how complex and sophisticated this mission really was. There
(10:11):
are so many aspects of what our brave men and
women did that because of the hatred of this press,
corps are undermined because your people are trying to leak
and spin that it wasn't successful. It's irresponsible, and folks
in this room are privy to that information because of
the proximity here in the Pentagon. It's an important responsibility
(10:33):
and time and time again, classified information is leaked or
pedled for political purposes to try to make the president
look bad. And what's really happening is you're undermining the
success of incredible B two pilots and incredible F thirty
five pilots, and incredible refuelers and incredible air defenders who
accomplish their mission set back a nuclear program in ways
(10:55):
that other presidents would have dreamed.
Speaker 2 (10:57):
How about we celebrate that it was one of the
most important and maybe the most impactful, one of the
most successful missions, they say, in the history of this country,
top five. And that's coming from people who are not
in the administration, but folks who just know, and they
they're telling you, I'm what went into making this happen.
(11:18):
They made a movie about this, folks. It was called
Top Gun Maverick. It was such an impossible mission they
actually made a movie about it. That movie is essentially
about this mission. And instead of celebrating it and win
and by the way, the massive military victory and the
victory it is for the world, blessed be the peacemakers,
(11:39):
I can tell you that much right now. Instead of
celebrating it, the mainstream media was, of course trying to tear.
That's nothing new we know, but again this time it
really impacts those in the field. And I gotta tell
you American people are done with this. I've got the
proof of that. You want to know. I got polling
that's just came out and you're gonna I'm telling you,
you're gonna love where the truth, logic and common says is.
(12:02):
As far as the American people where they stand on
this issue. Got to get to that. God bless them,
God bless America. By the way, we got more coming

This tackling the hot button issues with style. It's West
Michigan Live with Justin Barkling on News Radio one thirteen
hundred and one oh six nine a FM.
Speaker 6 (13:12):
Here are your headlines from the Midwesterner this Thursday, June
twenty sixth I'm Robin Poffman. It's a Midwesterner. Dot News
original story. Governor Whitmer giving eight million dollars to car
company Waimo for a plant here in Michigan, but then
it moved to Mesa, Arizona. It is owned by Google
parent company Alphabet. The deal was supposed to create up
to four hundred jobs here in Michigan that never materialized.
(13:36):
In appt leadership at the United Autoworkers' Union reportedly costing
members eighty million dollars in lost investment revenues. Data reviewed
by Reuters shows UAW leaders liquidated three hundred and forty
million in investment funds back in twenty twenty three to
pay striking workers, but then they failed to reinvest those
funds for more than a year after the strike ended
(13:59):
the penna on we'll hold a briefing today outlining the
damage the US attack on Iran's nuclear facilities had. South
Carolina Senator Republican Lindsey Graham wing in. He says, the
Israeli military thinks it was a successful strike.
Speaker 7 (14:13):
They assessed this to be highly successful.
Speaker 8 (14:16):
I think it is too.
Speaker 7 (14:17):
They believe they.
Speaker 5 (14:17):
Degraded the program multiple years.
Speaker 2 (14:20):
I agree with that.
Speaker 6 (14:21):
For these stories and more, visit the Midwesterner at the
Midwesterner dot new.
Speaker 2 (14:26):
I tried zytech and that didn't do it. Pseudo fat
is not touching it. The good stuff. I'm in trouble.
Hang out, folks back after it. You can join the
program at any time. At sixty one, six, seven, seventy four,
twenty four to twenty four. James Dixon joins US down
I seventy five. Michigan's and Joe are going to have
(14:46):
that conversation at nine thirty five to they talk about
all things Michigan. Uncle ted yesterday. It's got some news
stories as well about Michigan that we're talking about. The
the prices and energy through the roof right. Gretchen Wentmer
gave eight million dollars to way Mo for that's the
automatic driving car company that Google loans, right uh, and
(15:07):
they took the money and ran down the Arizona It's
it's just insanity. What's happening at the state level. More
on that. Nothing new though coming up in just a moment.
I appreciate I'm getting all kinds of great and helpful
advice on what to take. I think that Clarton might
be my it's allergies. I've got the allergies. That's what.
I don't know what it is, some pollen or something.
(15:30):
I don't know what what's floating around right now, but
it's hit me hard. So thank you so much for
the for the advice on the behind the scenes livestream
chat this morning, let's hit the phones, as I said,
and let's see it is ron in Grand Rapids. Good morning, ron.
Speaker 7 (15:45):
Hey, good morning Justin. I want to do what you
know and hearing Grand Rapids we pay more for using
less of the city utility. Oh yeah. People save a
little bit of money and fixed income by water use,
and believe it or not, they more than double the
(16:07):
increase to make up for it. And here's the kicker.
The city saves fort over what they have to used
to have to pay for piping from Grand Haven since
they went solar assisted over there. This is incredible. A
water is a vital resource. And if you'd say a
little bit the edges by cutting back because they're going
(16:27):
to double the rate increase. This is crazy. This is
what we're dealing with, Win City Commission.
Speaker 2 (16:33):
Yeah, you're not lying, and Ron, it is that you know,
I'm hooked up even though I'm in the county, I'm
hooked up to the city water and I pay those
same rates too. And it is it does. It seems
like it's gotten worse and worse through the years.
Speaker 7 (16:46):
I've heard thought of a proposal to cap base rate
increases for people to qualify on an income basis, and
I have yet to hear any feedback from the Commission,
and this needs to be pressed to them. Frankly, we've
had plenty of money going elsewhere. They got to kick
a little back the counties in Michigan, the seniors outnumber
(17:09):
all the school age kids. I mean, this is crazy.
We do a little bit of help.
Speaker 2 (17:13):
I appreciate the cal thanks so much. We're going to
continue the conversation tomorrow. Of course, get in on it
with us. Good friend from the Midwestern and Midwestern Dot News,
Kyle Olsen, will join us talking about that and waiting
on whatever you'd like to talk about. Well, hit Trump Moore.
By the way, from the NATO press conference yesterday. That
was one for the ages. We aired that during the
after show. You can catch that online the iHeartRadio appor

Man oh man, whether you want to get out and
get after it with your kids or grandkids. I got
(17:56):
fourgn too. They're running around playing the catching fish and
turtles at the cottage the other day. That's a new thing.
I got to catch fish, gotta catch the turtles. They
love it. Uh and so said they go, we gotta
get out. We gotta get that last turtle. There was
a little baby turtle that want again. You know, get
out on the dock and you just take that net
and hang it down there. My point is is they
(18:17):
running around. This is what summer is all about. Summer
in Michigan. And don't spend your time. Uh you know,
helld up, you got foot paying, you got back pain. Look,
I get it. I've had it all, legg all those issues.
That's the Good Feed Store maybe be able to help
you out with They've helped me. I walked right in.
They were able to get me set up, and I
(18:38):
could tell for the minute I slipped my good Feet
arch supports on that I felt it all just go away.
You feel more balanced, you're more stable, your body just
functions better, and I can finally enjoy all of those
activities without paying for it later. If you're like me,

(18:58):
or in Portage on Westinge right in Funnicals. Come in
and experience a good feed feeling for yourself. The Good
Feed Store live life to the fullest. Well, listen what
I why I was so worked up and kind of
still am today. More than anything else is there's just
a I got this bone inside of me right, It's
just part of my course. I love truth. I hate
(19:19):
the fact, especially when I see it, knowing how the
sausage is made, being a part of it on the inside,
for so many years. Uh, the fake news, and I
just can't stand to see it, and especially in a point. Look,
it's one thing you hate Donald Trump, it's a whole
nother thing. Uh when I think we've got actual people
and lives on the line, and you hate Donald Trump. Now,
(19:42):
they're brave military women, the brave men and women who
went and of course took out these these no clear
facilities in Iran, and the courage that it took to
go on this mission, flying thirty six hours in those
B two bombers, and the bombs that were specific developed
for this mission, and all of the things that went
(20:03):
into it. They've been training ten years to get this
thing done. They finally do it because they finally got
some money with the way of us run sharrows to
get it done. And this is how the media treats it.
There's something about it that utterly discussed me. In fact,
that's part of what I wanted to have a conversation
(20:25):
about today with our good friend James Dixon down I
seventy five might call him a media specialist. He too
has been on the inside and seeing how the sausage
is made, and he quite frankly and often speaks out
about those things. James, welcome in. I appreciate you being
here with us today.
Speaker 8 (20:39):
Hey, good morning, Justin.
Speaker 7 (20:41):
Good to hear your.
Speaker 2 (20:41):
Voice down I seventy five over on X and you'll
find him in the Michigan Enjoying podcast. Here's what just
took place this morning, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth not
showing any favorites, in fact going right after Fox News
owned who he said got it wrong this weekend. And
we'll talk about out why this matters and how it
(21:02):
was so obvious to me that what we were watching
unrolled yesterday was a hoax. And they fall for them
every time, these news operations, and I shouldn't even call
them news, but these operation propaganda organizations, they are enemies.
Trump has made this point. If they're doing it on purpose,
(21:22):
I mean, that's pretty bad. But if they're doing it
and they don't get it right, and they don't know
and they're not smart enough to figure out that they're
doing the work of the enemy, I don't know, maybe
that's even worse. Here's what happened this morning. Hilien rich uranium.
Speaker 9 (21:34):
Do you have certainty that all the highly enrich uranium
was inside the Four Dome Mountain or some of it,
because there were satellite photos that showed more than a
dozen trucks there two days in advance. Are you certain
none of that highly enriched uranium was moved.
Speaker 2 (21:49):
Of course, we're watching every single aspect.
Speaker 10 (21:51):
But Jennifer, you've been about the worst there, the one
who misrepresents the most intentionally.
Speaker 3 (21:58):
I know what the President says.
Speaker 9 (22:01):
I'm familiar the ventilations chefs on Saturday night.
Speaker 2 (22:05):
She is not happy about this.
Speaker 9 (22:07):
And in fact, I was the first to describe the
B two bombers, the refueling, the entire mission with great accuracy.
So I take issue with that.
Speaker 10 (22:16):
I appreciate you acknowledge that this is the first, the
most successful mission based on operational security that this department
has done since you be here, and I appreciate that.
Speaker 1 (22:27):
Absolutely, we're looking.
Speaker 2 (22:28):
At all aspects. He calls her out and say, Jennifer,
you've been about the worst on this entire ordeal and
about misrepresenting what the President has said. And by the way,
that's what all of this boils down to, misrepresenting intelligence reports,
misrepresenting the facts, not giving them all in their entirety
(22:49):
and the context of what we're looking at it all
boils down to spend and fake news, and they hate
the president so much that they're willing to put the
lives of our brave men and women and they're fighting
for this country and and others at risk. They just
don't care. They hate him that much.
Speaker 8 (23:08):
You know, justin what I find incredible about this is
that they're bad at propaganda too. We knew they were
bad at news. And the distinction I would make is
that news tells you things you don't know. Propaganda tells
you what to think about things, so you might agree
with it or disagree with it. But propaganda exists to
change your mind. And that's what they were trying to
(23:31):
do and what they try to do by releasing these
half reports and oh this intelligence report says this. There
was no reason to believe what they were saying, that
these strikes were not effective. It was way too early
to have known something like that, which means they weren't
reporting the truth. They were telling you what they wanted
(23:51):
you to think.
Speaker 2 (23:54):
Do you think we ever see an end to this?
I mean, this administration has been pretty crafty about how
they have handled some of these things. In fact, yesterday
when they were at NATO. I thought Trump had one
of the most measured responses to everything, and he was
(24:15):
sort of in a different He had a bit of
a different and very presidential globe, but he had he
was in a different sort of leadership role on the
world stage. You know, I'm not saying that he didn't
and wasn't straightforward about certain things, but to this particular subject,
he said, you know, to have a Secretary of Defense Pete,
Hegseth come up and speak about it, and heg Seth
(24:39):
read them the Riot Act again. You got more of
that today in the press conference there at the briefing
at the Pentagon. But it is to me it was
very obvious what we were watching play out yesterday. I
made the point on this. I don't think it could
be any more clear. But do you think I mean,
(25:04):
the American people seem like they're waking up to and
then let me let me just give I'll throw this
out there and then you can you can comment. But James,
they've got new pulling out, so you know, look, we
know a bit of how people think about this is
a nineteen point margin. Stunning new poll finds a huge
nineteen point margin Americans approve of President Trump's bombing and
(25:24):
abliterating Around's nuclear facilities fifty eight to thirty nine percent
on the ceasefire. Trump has an approval rating of plus
forty six points. It's sixty six to twenty percent on
the ceasefire. So people like this this strength right, this
this piece through strength idea, and they like the fact
(25:46):
that President Trump is the leader despite again what the
fake news tries to pull off on a daily.
Speaker 8 (25:53):
Basis, and think about what the media is trying to
do here. So by saying that Iran program was not obliterated,
but they're admitting is that Iran has a nuclear program
that would need to be obliterator, which to the Iranian argument,
(26:13):
their argument is, we don't have it. It's just for
peaceful if they're mostly peaceful nukes. So these mostly peaceful nukes,
we obliterate them. And then you do you tell me
that the Iranian nuclear program hasn't been sent back? What
Iranian nuclear program? So they're not even smart enough to
be internally consistent. They're supposed to be saying that Iran
(26:36):
doesn't have these and it's Iraq is out in search
of ghosts and weapons of mass destructure that don't exist.
He's not supposed to say that he didn't get all
of them. If anything in their argument is one that
would lead to more strikes, it doesn't invalidate the struct
that did happen.
Speaker 2 (26:58):
Yeah, and it's really interesting point James Dixon with us
right now now now seventy five overrun X and also
at the Michigan Enjoyer podcast. Well, you know, the interesting
thing to me is they Trump has a single handed
lead that gotten them to admit this. As as you
mentioned previously, he really hadn't you know, they they hadn't
(27:20):
had any actual admission that this thing was. It's just
well they wanted for their their nuclear you know, energy
is what this is all about. And so now we've
got them doing a complete money But are the people.
Are the people catching onto this as I guess what
I'm what I'm really asking and I'm and I'm concerned,
and I don't know. It's a different area, but you know,
(27:41):
New York City, just you get through the primary, this
extremist Muslim communist who could end the being the mayor
of New York City.
Speaker 8 (27:54):
You know, I think this is one of those things
for weak man heart make hard times and someone made
this great point on Twitter that socialism is like pulpyol.
At this point, it's been so long since people had
a real brush with it if they don't think it's
a real threat anymore. So, I think New York City
is going to end up being our guinea pig. And
(28:16):
you know, I've never been a fan of New York.
But even if you do have offendedy for it, I
think this is one of those cases where people need
to go through hard times to realize we voted ourselves
into this problem and now we have to save ourselves. Yeah,
no one has a right to an eternally stable and
(28:38):
rich New York City. It could all go away.
Speaker 2 (28:44):
I will say, and I fully believe this. We are
officially in the find out era, and we're going to
find out and real quick. And unfortunately, the people that
are gonna be hurt the most by this are probably
some of the people that voted for this guy that
can afford it. They'll leave, They'll just leave, and they
won't come back. Hey, yesterday, let's talk Lansing. Uncle Ted
(29:07):
was there talking about hunting and why he lit up
the DNR.
Speaker 5 (29:12):
That's insanity and the people who enforce it and create.
These policies would qualify as insane, and they've ran people
out of this state. An eighteen year old boy who
got into bow hunting because of my TV show got
a ticket because his bow case wasn't zipped up. There's
a law in Michigan that wildlife policy has to be
(29:34):
based on science. What's the science of a bowl case?
That's immoral. The DNR and the NRC have chased families
out of the sport over absolutely insane, anti nature, anti
science regulations.
Speaker 2 (29:54):
You know, it's not just a DNR, It's not just
these these organizations. I mean, it's every bit of government
what he's talking about. When you have progressives, when you
have these crazies at the helm, this is exactly what
you do. You chase people away, chasing business out of
the state. It's an example. This is an umbrella for everything.
Speaker 8 (30:16):
Really, they view us as a problem to be solved
or a deep pocket to reach into for tax revenues.
It would never occur to them to serve us. They
disdain us too much. We're talking about both parties now,
and so I think you know, this next election cycle,
we need to talk about the August primary and the
(30:39):
November election because yes, I'd like to think that, you know,
Republicans are closer to the answer, but it's clear to
me that which Republicans we send is just as important.
Speaker 2 (30:52):
Well, let's tell you that I really believe this twenty
twenty sixth election, and I've said I'll say it again.
It's just like I thought that twenty four election was
going to have a massive impact on the nation. I
do believe the twenty sixth election will have the very
similar impact on the state.
Speaker 7 (31:11):
It is.
Speaker 2 (31:12):
This is do or die. This we're at a crossroads here,
whether we take this state back or not, whether we
have a thriving Michigan, a place where business can be
confident to come in, a place where people can feel
like they've actually got the freedom and liberty to create
whatever life that it is that they want to create,
or or a place that continually drives people away. That's
(31:34):
it's all on the line here in twenty six here
in Michigan.
Speaker 8 (31:37):
In twenty twenty seven, we will be a different state.
We will either be a state that's in hospice and
then it's last year's and it's last days, yeah, or
it's going to be a new era. It's going to
be mourning in Michigan again. And so you know, we
kind of need to talk over this next year and a.
Speaker 7 (31:53):
Half about both.
Speaker 8 (31:55):
We need to talk about the carrot and the stick.
We need to show people the ledge. This is what's
possible if you stay on the current course and think
that things are fine. But this is what's possible if
you choose to save your state. You can't do it
for Donald Trump this time, only for yourself and your family.
Speaker 2 (32:12):
James Dixon down I seventy five over on X and
as always, Michigan Enjoying podcast. Appreciate you taking the time.
What are y'all working on? Anything, Biggie want to promote
before we let you go.
Speaker 8 (32:24):
Good stuff we're gonna be talking about. Don't just say no.
It's the approach to ranked choice voting and anything else.
Oh yeah, if you don't support it, just say no.
Speaker 2 (32:33):
Just staying up. Speaking of which ranked choice voting you
talk about a nightmare? Hey, thank you brother, I appreciate
you as always, my friend.
Speaker 7 (32:40):
Thank you.

original story. More bad economic news today for Governor Whitmer.
Here in Michigan. At least seven hundred employees at seven
companies losing their jobs this month. This, unfortunately contributes to
Michigan's already high at employment rate, which is one of
(33:28):
the highest in the country. The numbers are in and
marijuana sales here in Michigan slipping for a fourth month
in a row compared to last year. This as Governor
Whitmer pushes higher taxes on wholesale marijuana. Whitmer pushing for
four hundred and seventy million in new taxes that some
economic analysts believe will kill the industry. Here and leaders
(33:49):
at the Pentagon will hold a news briefing today outlining
the specific damage the US attack on Iran's nuclear facilities had.
President Trump appears fed up with fake news CNN reporting
that little damage was done. For these stories and more,
visit The Midwesterner at The Midwesterner.

here with us tomorrow, so we'll have that conversation fired
up and ready to go. Ted Nugent and in his

yesterday and lancing and so much more in Witmer's Michigan.
But we finally got it. In fact, they shared it
this morning. There's video of what these bunker busters do

is a doozy. Well, we'll talk about that, am Moore
