DOJ indictment, the impanelment of well, the dis he's still
yet to come. The e peneum of the grand jury,
which is the biggest piece the Grand conspiracy they're working

(01:08):
on why. I believe it's a find out era and
what you can expect to see coming up next. By
the way, Uh, it's it's like I said, this is
not a small story. This is this is decent. It's decent,
and I gotta say it is. It may be the biggest,

(01:31):
the biggest story in the history of the country. The
way this thing is is actually planning out showing what
they did and how they did it. Folks, it was
a coup. It was it was a It was a coup.
There's no way around it. And they've come for everyone
they've tried to silence. As a matter of fact, we
had a great conversation about this. I don't know if

(01:53):
you've got a chance to watch, folks and locals got
a chance to VIP's got a chance to ask questions
yesterday of Michael Lindell my dot com slash justin mystore
dot com slash justin Mike. Mike had some great commentary
on this and what they tried to do to him
was absolutely incredible. They've tried to do it to everybody.

(02:17):
I mean, we were nearly canceled at one point. Mike
still having to deal with it. Of course, talked about
that in the fight. What it means Mike is thrilled
to continue fighting. He's a happy warrior. He really is
fighting right along. You want to find out all the deals.
By the way, Mike did some free shipping for us yesterday.
That was so cool. So if you want to check

(02:38):
that out, promo code justin justin Mike Pillow dot com,
slash justin mystore dot com, slash justin. They've got the
Mike Coffee for fifty percent off right now. It is
Mattress a month, which is pretty incredible. He went into
the not just only the mattresses, but the mattress pads.
He talked about some of the things that they've done
to make them the best of the best. Week we

(03:00):
talked about the We had a moment talking about the towels,
which I absolutely love. They actually work and I had
no reason why I didn't know this, but he said,
there's actually a reason why. And it's something that when
they started making these towels overseas for the longest time,
that they started doing to the towels that made them
not actually dry you off anymore. It's it's incredible, the

(03:21):
attention to detail everything that he puts into it. Obviously,
you help support Mike in his fight. You help support
this show too when you go to my pillow dot
com slash Justin, ormistore dot com slash Justin and at
the same time you got great deals on amazing products.
And I just don't think there's a better relationship than

(03:41):
the folks there at at My Pillow in Mike Lindell.
That podcast will be out for everyone this weekend, but
you can listen to it watch it now. We've spent
a good four to me, it's very generous with this
time close to an hour with Michael Lindell yesterday. It
is one worth taking a lookout to find out, Eric continues.

(04:02):
The Department of Justice in paneling a grand jury. They
think maybe in Florida, they're coming after these folks involved
with Obama Gay.

Speaker 2 (04:08):
Fox News reviewed the one page order just hours ago,
signed by the Attorney General. A source familiar with the
probe confirms.

Speaker 3 (04:15):
This as well.

Speaker 2 (04:16):
While a DOJ spokesperson declined to comment on this report
of an investigation, Fox Is told Attorney General Bondi is
taking the referrals from Director of National Intelligence Tulsey Gabbard
quote very seriously. The spokesperson says that Bondi believes there
is quote clear cause for deep concern end quote, and

(04:36):
a need for the next steps. Now, this move will
comes just a couple of weeks after the Director of
National Intelligence you see her right there, Tulsey Gabbert, sent
a criminal referral to the Justice Department regarding what she
says proves there was a conspiracy to undermine Trump's candidacy
and later his first term in office. Now, to be clear, today,
there are no charges that have been filed, no indictments.

(04:59):
This is incredibly early in the process. What we have
here is taking evidence. The Justice Department believes it has
to a grand jury to secure an eventual indictment or indictments.
We don't know exactly where the grand jury will meet.
We don't know who will go before the grand jury.
And that's by design because grand juries determine if there's

(05:20):
enough evidence to indict, and grand juries are secretive in
the American legal system, so it's normal not to know
all of the answers. Again, the DOJ declining on any
comment regarding this investigation. But well, big news. This was
signed by the Attorney General, Pambondi today. To take this
evidence of an alleged conspiracy to a grand jury with

(05:40):
a hope to get an indictment or multiple indictments, well, that.

Speaker 1 (05:46):
Bad news for the folks at Obama Gate, bad news
for those folks who were in on the coup. John
Solomon actually talking about this last night, which I thought
was kind of interesting, and what like behind the scenes
is what it really means and what is happening folks
to find out? Era is here, John Solomon reporting his
sources are telling him that the grand jury for the

(06:07):
grand conspiracy will likely take place in the Florida, and
there's reason for that. We'll break it down.

Speaker 4 (06:16):
This is a major development. We told you last week
that Pam Bondi, the Attorney General, had given permission for
a strike force to begin. That's a very specific tool
the Justice Department uses on major conspiracies, and we told
you then we would know it was getting serious when
the grand jury jumped into action. We now know that
a grand jury will be in paneled most likely. My

(06:37):
sources are telling me it could be in Florida, where
the rate of President Trump's mar A Lago home help.
And so that is the very latest. You can check
it out at justin News. We're going to have a
whole lot more in that over the course of the
next years.

Speaker 1 (06:50):
Now, why is this important that it happens in Florida? Well,
first of all, then never get a grand jury to
indict these folks in DC. That's the swamp half the
folks are in all. Why are they going to be
able to go to Florida. Well, they rted mar Alango,
so now they've got standing there. That's how I understand it.
And I'm not illegal. You know, I'm not an attorney lawyer.

(07:11):
I'm not illegal legal, but I'll tell you that's how
I understand it. And the find out there in full
effect right now. Why is it so important that they
could do it in Florida. Well, I'll tell you it's
pretty simple. If they do this in Florida, then they
got a whole realm of spectrum of folks from Florida.

(07:33):
You know how red that state is that will actually
take a look at this evidence and go, well, yeah,
let's indict Obama people in other places. DC would never
do that. Let's invite indict Rennan, call me Clapper, and
once the indictments come through, they hold that case in Florida.
They try it in Florida. Oh my goodness, folks, the

(07:58):
find out era is it just it is just so incredible.
I cannot wait. I am so thrilled to see this.
I don't know about you. Look, I don't know. I'm
not gonna It's not like get the popcorn that type

(08:18):
of thing. But at the same time, I am thrilled
that this is happening. Major major, major, major, major, major developments.
That's all I can tell you. Oh and speaking of
major developments, let's break this down. RFK is out there

(08:45):
right now. RFK is out there making some big, big announcements,
and I've got a couple of them. So let's get
to it first. Why he is in the fight and
who holds him accountable to continue? I thought this moment
was really funny. Yesterday I had to share.

Speaker 2 (08:59):
It with you that administration passed or are you working
on that?

Speaker 5 (09:05):
You have a full support from the president. He wants
to start, he wants he promised to make America healthy again.
He's going to do that.

Speaker 4 (09:13):
He called me.

Speaker 5 (09:15):
He calls me three or four times a week and says,
where are you?

Speaker 4 (09:18):
Why are people healthier?

Speaker 6 (09:20):
Yet?

Speaker 1 (09:21):
If the president calls him three or four times a
week and says, where are you? Why aren't are people healthier? Yet?
He's giving me under pressure, keeping me under pressure. So
big announcements coming out. Even yesterday the Department of the
AG and RFK Secretary Rollins there as well a Secretary

(09:43):
Brook Rowlins making a big announcement affecting SNAP and this
is something that will make people healthier, like immediately.

Speaker 3 (09:51):
Since my confirmation, our Department has encouraged states to think
differently and creatively about how to solve the many health
issues facing Americans. One way is by not allowing taxpayer
funded benefits to be used to purchase unhealthy items like soda, candy,
and other junk food. The number one purchase by SNAP

(10:11):
recipients is sugary drinks. SNAP is a supplemental nutrition program
meant to provide health food benefits to low income families
to supplement their grocery budget so they can afford the
nutritious food essential to health and well being. That is
the stated purpose of the SNAP program. The law states it,

(10:32):
and President Trump's USDA plans to deliver on it alongside
our partners at HHS.

Speaker 1 (10:38):
It is it's just unthinkable, Yes, just asked Are they
drilling outside your window again? Today?

Speaker 4 (10:44):
They are.

Speaker 1 (10:44):
I actually had to go physically out on the fire escape.
Yet you might still be able to see them. Let's
see if I can. Yeah, you can kind of see
the scaffolding out there. They're really they're they're on it.
They're on the it's just like a a lift that
they're on hanging out there. Can you hear it? Now?

(11:05):
Let me let me just crank it up for everybody
so everybody can hear it. They're drilling and sawing, and
they're into bricks and there's some metal that they're doing.
It's just I had to physically go out on the
fire escape yesterday, like right before noon as I'll get
ready and talk to Mike Lindell and just just beg

(11:27):
the guys, hey, can you could you plead? We got
a very important interview right on the other side of
that window happening in five minutes. Can you please take
a lunch break? And the guy just looked at me.
He was just so He's just like I'm sorry, but
also like I don't want to have to be up here.
I mean, they can't hear any of They got like
earplugs in their ears. These like industrial masks on not

(11:49):
to deal with the Canadian wildfire smoke, and you can
actually see I can see sparks flying outside that window
like they're drilling or or sawing on something. So yes,
and we're dealing with it as quick as I can,
as much as I can to get. But they start
at ten, because the radio program stops at ten. I

(12:15):
wish they could get them to push it back a
little further. But this is as good as it gets,
trying to tell them you're trying to run show. I know,
by the way, if I went down the hall, even
on the other side of the building, like Friday had
to record something afterwards, and I went onto the other
other side of the building to try and record, I
could still hear it. And I thought to myself, Wow,
that's something that if you can still hear it on

(12:37):
the other side. And this is an old stone building,
so it's it's it's really something. I'm get a little
bit off track here, I have to ask. And this
is a good because now that we're already off track,
let me Gary said that there was a distraction. Gary,

(13:00):
I don't know if you just bumped out and bomped out.
I don't think he's answered anybody yet, but he said distraction.
I hope, Oh okay, they have nothing but deflecting for Epstein.
All right, this is I did this yesterday and I
thought about it afterwards. Please hear my heart here. I

(13:24):
felt like I felt so bad. I still kind of
do about how harsh I was a little bit yesterday
on the air with Mike from Wyoming, and I want
to make sure that I do the same thing here
gently with Gary. There is nothing bigger than Obama Gate.

(13:45):
There is nothing bigger than the coup to take over
the United States, what Epstein was doing, honey potting, blackmail,
elites involved in whatever they were involved in. Let's say
it's the worst of the world. That's important, but it
is not bigger than trying to overthrow the will of

(14:06):
the people and the only country that's standing in the
way for the rest of the world going to hell
in a hand basket. There's nothing bigger than this. There
is no more bigger issue. It impacts everything. It impacts
the election integrity. Now, the election integrity allows us to

(14:27):
continue and by the way, Mike talked about that yesterday,
that's the biggest issue that needs to get fixed. All
these things that Trump is doing. It you got to
fix the election integrity in order for those things to hold.
We've got to have accountability to make sure that people
once the elections actually do take place. And even if
one was too big to rigging that we got one

(14:49):
slid one through twice with Trump. I believe, by the
grace of God, there is nothing bigger than now holding
these people accountable for the coup and bringing them to justice.
There's nothing bigger than this story. There is nothing bigger.
The Epstein story is big. Now here's the problem. And

(15:12):
this is why I'm a little I'm a little leery.
There are some voices out there that I'm watching right
now that it kind of makes me feel a little uneasy.
And and I just I have to wonder who's being authentic,
who's a plan, and who isn't. And I'm sure people
say the same thing about me, but there are people
questioning things in a way that I don't necessarily think

(15:33):
is genuine. And I'm singing the number of people that
are online. And the problem is you get into this hole,
this Epstein hole, which you have to understand. Folks were
at war, We're or we have been at war. I
tried to tell you about this in China for years now.
We have been at war with China for years. There's

(15:53):
no declaration of war. It's a cold war, but we
don't talk about it. It's not discussed. We are at
war with China now. Democrats and previous administrations want to
think like we're in bed with China. We are not
in bed with now. They wanted to be in bed
with China. But the American people in our economies in

(16:14):
some ways are tied. But they shouldn't be because China
is our enemy. They are at war with us. The
things that they are doing is absolutely are acts of war. China, China, China, China, China.
We are also at war with the deep state. We
are in war with the globalists of people that want

(16:36):
to take America over. But just as make America great again,
it doesn't just mean we want to be prosperous and
healthy and all those all those things too. It doesn't
just mean that. It also means we want to take
back control our sovereignty. They've sold us out, sold us
down the road, down the river, and part of that

(16:58):
is giving us in our country away to these other
foreign influences. So to Gary's question, is it a distraction? Again?
I'm trying to be as as gentle as I can here, folks,
because I just want you to hear my heart. I
don't want I don't and I'm not picking on it,
but I just want to see. Because I see this
stuff happening online. I got to make sure that I'm

(17:20):
on the right side of history here and I set
the record straight. And what do I mean by this.
I'll give you a great example. We're being told right
now that everything is a distraction except for Epstein. What
if Epstein is the distraction. I don't mean that that
what happened isn't important. I don't mean that we don't

(17:40):
need to get down to the bottom of it. I
don't mean that we don't need to hold those folks accountable.
Justice doesn't need to happen there. That couldn't be further
from the truth of what I actually want to see happen.
I believe that all those people ought to fry for
whatever happened. However, it's being used as a distraction, pull

(18:00):
you away and buy the nose from the other issues.
But what about the kids? But what about things?

Speaker 3 (18:06):
Of course?

Speaker 1 (18:06):
The kids? Matter of course, the kids matter, But what
is happening and what has happened with Epstein. If they
don't fix this coup issue, the same people, the same
people that are involved with as Epstein thing are going
to not just survive, but thrive because you think the
same people are involved in this coup that were involved

(18:27):
with Epstein. If we don't handle this, everything else you
could just forget about because they'll do it again. What's
to stop them? I mean, really think about this. People
interfere in elections, whether it be in a massive scale

(18:48):
in a way that they did here and spying on
the president and spying on him as a candidate, and
they get away with it over and over and over again. This,
this is, this is this, it's does it's that's a precedent.
You're right. They know that they can just get away.

(19:08):
They'll continue to do it. They have no they have
no problem. So, uh, we've got to make sure that
they don't just clip slap on the hands it. This
becomes one of the scenarios, one of the situations where
they they they desperately they know they can't pull this
stuff and if they do, they will go to jail.
They'll fry for it. They won't try it, but right

(19:32):
now they're in it over and over and over again.
And why mostly because they know it's a risk reward.
The reward is so high, and the risk isn't that
isn't that big. So this cool thing is massive, folks.
I cannot I cannot overstate it. I think it's impossible
to overstate how important it is. So that to be said,

(19:55):
uh uh, Gary, I disagree, and I hope I understand
uh this correctly. And I don't mean again, I don't
mean to throw anybody under the bus. I just want
you to understand the Epstein thing. While it might be
real and our the importance to us and our convictions

(20:16):
and ore and the price, I just don't think it's
the most important thing. We've got to have accountability first.
The only thing you could do to make America great again. Really,
that's it. We've got to get back on track, quick break.
I got more on this, and I also want to

(20:37):
talk about some of the other big say said. RFK
has got more announcements that are mas massive, major uh
for making America healthy again.

Speaker 7 (20:48):
I'm doctor Kirk Elliott, founder of Kirk Elliott Precious Metals.
After being in the industry for more than a decade.
I knew there was a better way. It's an exciting
time to invest in gold and silver with the most
significant bull mark I've ever seen. But please don't overpay
for your stuff. At k EPM, we focus on low
cost bullion only and we don't charge a commission when

(21:09):
you sell. We would love to connect with you, so
call our office at seven two oh six oh five
thirty nine hundred.

Speaker 1 (21:16):
Or go to goldwood justin dot com today. All right,
here's RFK Junior RFK Junior talking about more big moves
they made for making America healthy again.

Speaker 5 (21:29):
We are also I'm also working with Secretary Rollins on
the dietary guidelines, which should come out next month. The
dietary work.

Speaker 1 (21:39):
Just so you know, this is where the food pyramid
came from. Folks. They're going to get rid of all
that junk.

Speaker 5 (21:44):
God, I think it's the end of September, three months
ahead of schedule. And the dietary guidelines that we inherited
from the Biden administration were four hundred and fifty three
pages long. They were driven by the same commercial impulses
that put food loops to the top of the food pyramid.
And they were incomprehensible. And we are going to release

(22:07):
dietary guidelines that are file four or five or six
pages long, that are understandable, that are simple and will
allow people to make good choices about their food. They
will drive changes in the school lunch program, in prison lunches,
and military food, and they will begin to change America
almost immediately.

Speaker 1 (22:28):
We are also think about that immediately making America healthy again.
These these little tweaks, these little changes, they will immediately
impact schools, prisons, et cetera. But these are things and
also those snap benefits. Think about it. These are things
that will have a massive impact. And like like immediately,

(22:50):
I cannot wait to see more of this happen and
come into play. It's going to be it's going to
be crucial. It's going to be critical, and I think
it's going to have Like I said, it's going to
have a lasting effect. RFK Junior making that big announcement yesterday,
In fact, he went on and sold it. Had to

(23:11):
go out and talk to folks like news Max, and
this weird thing came up. I don't there's a reason
I have never I've never been an organ donor. And
maybe when I was young, I checked a box or
something like that, but I stopped doing it, and as
a reason, I started thinking about as I saw the
way things work. I don't know about you, but I
saw the way things kind of work with bureaucracy and

(23:35):
everything else in the government. I thought to myself, I
don't know. I'm not telling you what to do, but
I just thought to myself, I don't know. There's too
much money in this. I don't think I'm gonna do this.
Name well, listen to what they uncovered organ's harvested from
patients that are still moving. I heard that from a
congressional hearing last week. What can you tell us?

Speaker 8 (23:52):
Yeah, I mean, it's a horror story. And part of
it is because of the sure of the of the
agency that was regulating o r R had. The board
that was actually regulating Oregon harvesting was overlapping with the
contractor that was actually harvesting the organs, and uh, it

(24:17):
was done state by state. Some of the states were
just truly it was a nightmare, and it was signing
to read these stories. At one instance, where a family
was waiting at the hospital for the body of their
deceased relative, the relative was brought to one of these

(24:37):
private organ harvesting centers, awoke while they were harvesting her organs,
and then was brought back to the hospital and the
fent where she died eventually. But the family, you know,
brought litigation, and that's the only reason that we learned
of this story. We did a We've done a complete

(24:59):
invent destigation of that company. We've taken the contract away
from that company, and we're reorganizing it so that we
will be regulating it and running it directly in AGHS
And this will never happen again.

Speaker 1 (25:13):
I mean, you talk about a horror story, and this
is the thing that was the top of my mind.
I go, I'm never doing this, And now we're finding
out that this is what actually happens, and it happens
on a routine basis. Problem. Uh same with planned parenthood.
I mean, think about all of that tissue and all
of the things, and how how how valuable it is.

(25:35):
This is why, uh, you just when the money is involved,
you just you can't. You got to be very careful
along those lines. You can't. It's you can't mess around. Hey,
By the way, speaking of making America healthy and maybe
more affordable again, President Trump. I think this was this
morning talking about pharmaceutical tariffs on the way.

Speaker 6 (25:57):
Look, I did something with Switzerlandia. I spoke to their
prime minister, the woman who was nice, but she didn't
want to listen, and they paid essentially no tariffs. And
I said, we have a forty one billion dollar deficit
with you, madam.

Speaker 3 (26:12):
I didn't know her.

Speaker 6 (26:13):
I said, we have a forty one billion dollar deficit,
and you want to you want to pay one percent tariffs.
You wanted one percent. I said, you're not going to
pay one percent. We lose because I view deficit as loss.
You know, you have some people, by the way, I
think nceuticals are.

Speaker 1 (26:27):
A big issue with Switzerland.

Speaker 6 (26:29):
Well I'll go, I'll go with the pharmaceuticals. They make
a fortune with pharmaceuticals, and they make our pharmaceuticals in
China and Ireland and everything else. And within the next
week or so, we're going to be announcing tariffs on
specifically this is a you know, this is a separate class,
and the fifteen percent tariffs on sort of everything. These
are excluded classes. I call them. I like to call

(26:51):
them excluded, like steel, aluminum, et cetera.

Speaker 1 (26:54):
We're going to.

Speaker 6 (26:55):
Be announcing on semiconductors and chips, which is a separate
category because we want them made in the United States.
And by the way, they're being made in the United States.
You know, we have the biggest in the world.

Speaker 1 (27:07):
Well, you gotta see this, hang, I gotta stop him
for this. You gotta see what's actually happening. I don't
know if you can see that. Can you see the flames?
Only smokes? They're like sparks flying right outside the way.
I smelling stuff burning. I'm like, what is that? All right, guys,

(27:29):
I think like I were actually smelling stuff burning in
the studio. I'm probably gonna have to wrap this up soon.
Pharmaceutical terrafts. All right? One other thing? Is there anything else?
I think there's something else I gotta get because I
gotta get out of this. God only knows what they
got me inhaling in here. Oh my goodness, what in

(27:52):
the world. I just and I can't imagine this is
a good thing right outside my studio. All right, we'll
lease it on this because this is hilarious. We'll lose
leave it on this. This is yesterday in Texas where
all the Shenanigans were going down at the Capitol. MSDNC
thirteen was there, live and well, speaking of Shenanigans. This

(28:16):
is what ensued when Alex Steyne interrupted their brothers.

Speaker 8 (28:19):
Have you been able to keep tabs on what's happening there?

Speaker 1 (28:21):
Can you bring us an update? We just watched the
speaker gabble out with a whole lot of anger. Kelly,
here's the state of play.

Speaker 6 (28:29):
Here's okay.

Speaker 1 (28:37):
Sometimes this happens, and we understand that that can happen.
And while we love free speech, we're going to keep
control here. So these are the people that cut you
up off all the time. They love free speech. My
foot welcome to introduce yourself.

Speaker 4 (28:50):
Go ahead.

Speaker 9 (28:51):
My name is Alex Stein. I'm considered one of the
sexiest men in conservative politics. And one thing I want
to say, a lot of people are going to hear
my testimony. You're going to say you're anti LGBTQ. I
want to say that's impossible because I'm a Dallas Cowboys fan,
so obviously I have a lot of gay pride. But
you know a lot of conservatives like yourself. If you
want to outlaw transgenders and women's sports, I disagree. I
like transgenders and women's sports because you can gamble on

(29:13):
them and win money. You know, I want so much
money on Leah Thomas's propeller. Behind that pool. I almost
turned draft draft kings, excuse me to draft queens. And
you know, I actually like transgenders in the military too,
because first of all, transgenders are some of the meanest
people on planet Earth, so they make a good soldier,
don't you think. And then you know, second of all,
transgenders love to do mass shootings, so you know that's

(29:33):
perfect for a military veteran.

Speaker 1 (29:35):
