Speaker 1 (00:01):
Buy from Higher Top Monroe Center in downtown Grand Rapids.
We're talking about what matters most to you when West Michigan.
Joining the conversation now at six one six seven seven
four twenty four twenty four. At six one six seven
seven four twenty four twenty four, it's West Michigan Live
with Justin Barklay on Wood Radio Radio.

Speaker 2 (00:21):
At wildfire Smoke? Is that I am? They're just talking
abrud about that. I don't remember any Canadian wildfire smoke
when I was a kid. I remember, you know, acid
rain and stuff like that, you know, but I'd never
remember it being this band. What the heck is going
on in Canadian and the fifty first day I get
that under the control. I think probably most likely it's

(00:45):
the leftist for Shields that'll clean up the dead forests
and they send the same problems out of California. Yeah,
gotta deal with it. Maybe some more terrorists of the Retrick.

Speaker 1 (01:00):
News, Weather and Traffic to get stories of the day.
We're talking about what matters most in West Michigan and beyond.
This is the Big three now to speak.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
Three got a Big three powered by good friends at
Heartlandholm Mortgage, Dave Galloway and the team standing by to
help you. Whether it's a my refly home equity lot
of credit we sow the Fed did not lower interest
rates yesterday. We'll have that story coming out here in
a little bit, but we'll say they didn't do it yet.
There are details that could lead us to believe that

(01:34):
we're just maybe a month or so away from that.
Well fill you in either way, Good time to get
in touch with Dave Galloway and Heartland Home Mortgage. Do
your research, find out how they can help you with
HHM lending dot com Number one. Just say rates start
to come down, you're gonna be you want to be
ready to refinance. I would think a lot of folks

(01:55):
out there in that boat.

Speaker 3 (01:57):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (01:57):
Well, they got a deal. Big news yesterday the South Korea,
just one day before the deadline August first, the US
striking a last minute deal with South Korea, and Trump excited,
I know, the President of South Korea explaining he's excited

(02:18):
about it as well. They locked in a fifteen percent
tariff instead of the initially threatened twenty five percent in
exchange for that massive three hundred and fifty billion dollars
again in more investments coming into the US and one
hundred billion in energy purchases. India, despite being a bricks member,

(02:39):
remains in limbo. Trade talks continue, no formal agreement emerging
yet Trump's sharply criticizing the bricks nations as folks coming
after the dollar. Again, that's Brazil, Russia, India, China number two.
We just told you about this. No ray kut yet,
Fenn shared. Jerome Powell facing tough questions yesterday after announcing

(03:02):
those rates will stay unchanged despite the fact GDP growth
and mounting pressure from the resident We had three percent
in GDP. Reporters pressing Palin wine cuts aren't coming, with
one highlighting the high low, how high interest rates are
hammering home buyers, and of course pal insisting the FED

(03:25):
holding fern to prevent a resurgence of inflation, even as
Trump ramping up criticism and calls there for his immediate
immediate resignation. By the way, did you see auto production
through the roof as well? Trump very happy to hear
about the numbers coming out yesterday and some of the

(03:47):
other details, but auto production also coming through the roof.
That's part of the tarif sto.

Speaker 4 (03:51):
We have reduced a federal workforce by seventy thousand jobs.
So these are private jobs that are coming back.

Speaker 1 (03:58):
To our country.

Speaker 2 (03:59):
Federal job are being cut.

Speaker 4 (04:01):
Critics said that our tariffs would hurt the economy, but
the data shows the exact opposite, and the exact opposite
is happening. The US Treasury has taken in one hundred
and fifty billion dollars from tariffs, and we'll be adding
about two hundred billion dollars next month. Four totals that

(04:22):
nobody's ever seen before.

Speaker 2 (04:24):
It's incredible the amount of work and of course what's
been done behind the scenes. I'm bringing speaking behind the scenes,
behind closed doors, in secret rooms. Did you know the
cash buteality? The FBI have discovered burn bags evidence from
the Russia collusion hoax meant to be destroyed in burn bags.

(04:47):
In fact, he and I Tulsa Gabbert told Glenn Back
yesterday and exclusive interview handed Congress shocking new evidence showing
Obama era officials tried to destroy documents buying them to
the Russia Russia Russia Russia hoax and man, oh man,
is it damning again? These people ought to fry for

(05:11):
this sort of thing. This the little ones lecturing us
on democracy and being a threat and all that other garbage.
Gabbard said classified burnbags used to Detroit destroy sensitive materials
contained partially intact files, suggesting intelligence was manipulated to frame
Donald Trump. In twenty sixteen. She claimed the documents showed
a coordinated effort involving top Obama intelligence chiefs, including John Brenner,

(05:38):
James Clapper, and Moore, accusing them of treason as conduct.
Gabbard confirming she's working with the DOJ investigators, vowing more
declassifications are coming. Obama's office dismissing the allegations as a
politically motivated stunt. And I would just submit to you that, folks,

(05:59):
this is it. This is what we all voted for.
You are in the find out era, and we're about
to find out. And so are they.

Speaker 1 (06:13):
Called Justin Now at six one six seven seven four
twenty four twenty four at six one, six seven seven
four twenty four to twenty four, West Michigan Live with
Justin Barclay on news Radio Wood thirteen hundred and one
oh six nine f M.

Speaker 2 (06:28):
We Uh, it's interesting times, I'll tell you that much,
for sure. It really is interesting times. We got news.
Kamala's not gonna run. We got a Pelosi Act making
its way through the Senate, and this would be I
don't know how popular it might have been. Josh Holly,
Senator saying the same one that wanted to introduce term
limits yesterday told you about, says, well, we think we

(06:50):
need to make it illegal for Congress to trade individual stocks.
Named the Pelosi Act because that's how she got rich, right,
That's what they Yeah, and and more after more after more,
there's big news. Yesterday they had health announcements, uh, doctor
Oz at the White House with one of those big
announcements trade as well, and they talked about these things.

(07:16):
President Trump very happy to hear and see the latest developments.

Speaker 4 (07:20):
For decades, America's healthcare networks have been overdue for a
high tech upgrade, and that's what we're doing. The existing
systems are often slow, costly, and incompatible with one another.
But with today's announcement, we take a major step to
bring healthcare into the digital age, something that is absolutely

(07:41):
vital and got to do it, moving from clipboards and
fax machines into a new era of convenience, profitability, and
speed and frankly, better health for people for decades of America.

Speaker 2 (07:55):
They are surprised. Schumer kind of calls it a surprise mirage.
The GDP numbers that come out yesterday see itn and
Fox handling it a little bit different, at least in
their coverage. I don't know if you've seen this is
how they handled it. By by the way, we've essially.

(08:17):
I love bringing the receipts. That's why I love being
able to do this behind the scenes livestream folks being
able to watch on Facebook x YouTube, Rumble locals. They'll
be able to see all of this as we play
it on the air. You can hear it too. But
these are the two video clips stacked on top of
each other. First, we'll start with Fox GDP.

Speaker 5 (08:34):
This is the first read of the second quarter, coming
in at three percent.

Speaker 6 (08:39):
That is better than expected.

Speaker 7 (08:40):
We have an economy growing at when you say three percent,
we have inflation at two percent.

Speaker 2 (08:45):
This is Fox Still, that's the best of both worlds. Yes,
here come CNN.

Speaker 5 (08:50):
It did rebound to an annualized rate of three percent
during the second quarter. Even though headline GDP rebound, this economy.

Speaker 6 (09:01):
Has actually started to lose some momentum.

Speaker 2 (09:08):
Make that makes sense. Make it makes explain that how
are we till all the numbers are up? Everything's looking
good again. This is the same crew of the Russia
Russia Russia hoax crew. I told you the latest Epstein
stuff as they're trying to pile on Trump, and last
week we rolled out. Happened so quickly. I don't even

(09:30):
remember what the heck it was, but it happens all
the time. They run these things. Somebody will remind me
in the chat. I know that they run these things
constantly lying to you, constantly lying to you. Hey, Chuck says,
By the way, jeep in Toledo, working six days a week,
nine hour shifts to the comment about the auto industry

(09:55):
and how things are back on track. You know they
this is interesting. I saw something pop up in my
memories yesterday, or maybe it was this morning, but it's
worth a mention. Do you remember when the Democrats and
the media, but I repeat myself, they changed the definition

(10:17):
of the word recession. This was only like a year
or two back, because they're trying to cover for Biden.
Do you remember this. They changed the definition of the
world because we were in a recession, and they changed
the definition of it because they again everyone Wikipedia, in
all these different places. Everyone they were in it together.

(10:39):
They were in Kohouts and they go, no, we're not
in a recession. Everything's fine, nothing to see here. Of course,
of course we were inflation. In fact, we had the
chart the other day that showed how they tried to
scam and show I showed this behind the scenes. They
tried to show that inflation was up it was all

(10:59):
Trump's fault, and in fact the inflation was all from
Biden and Trump's. Inflation has cooled and in fact it's
sort of leveled off, which is all of that good news.
But they're at it again. You won't believe the latest
from Schumer. And I gotta get you some of these
clips from yesterday. We're gonna pass those off to you today.

(11:21):
Coming up, our good friend James Dixon joined us at
about nine thirty five, speaking of being out of touch
with reality. You know, they they have the feds, Trump's
administration RFK and the rest of them. They have been
going hard on some particular subjects. In fact, new federal

(11:44):
guidance rolls back the JAB, the COVID nineteen JAB recommendations
for pregnant individuals and healthy infants, but not here in
the state of Michigan. No, they say, hold my needle,
and what are they going to do? Double down? Despite
what the Feds have said. We'll get into that again.

(12:05):
This is part of the antiquated backwoods way of thinking
in the state of Michigan. Well, I don't mean backwards,
is what I mean. Backwards way of thinking is what
I mean?

Speaker 4 (12:18):
What is that?

Speaker 2 (12:19):
What do you mean by backwards? Well, just taking money
and running. They're going to go with whatever the lobbyists
say and whatever they want pushed. It's a political, unfortunately
very political way of thinking. Plus James Dixon joins us
coming up, but a little bit when we talk about
same sort of era, it really is. Unfortunately, I feel

(12:39):
like we're inside of Arona Report from back in the day.
But it's Democrats who were so in favor of masks
back just a few years ago, now so upset here
in Michigan that certain ice agents and federal play where them.

(13:03):
They don't like that. Oh, didn't have a problem with
Antifa and Black Lives Matter wearing those masks to burn
down cities. But when they when they see law enforcement
coming after the criminal aliens, all bets are off.

Speaker 1 (13:16):
Wherever you are. Stream us on your smart Folks West
Michigan Live with Justin Barklay on News Radio Wood thirteen

Speaker 8 (13:26):
Here are your headlines from the Midwesterner this Thursday, July thirty. First,
I'm Robin Poffman. We begin with a Midwesterner Dot News
original story. The Health Department here in Michigan ignoring new
federal guidance and is still recommending the coronavirus vaccine for
pregnant women and infants, claiming it's good science. This comes
as study show the vacs can cause Bell's palsy, facial paralysis, rashes,

(13:51):
brain damage, geelane bar syndrome, and other neurological, autoimmune and
cardiovascular issues. Michigan House Speaker Matt Hall declares an effort
by Democrats to unmasked ICE agents dead on arrival. The
Justice Needs No Mask bill mirrors federal legislation from Michigan
Senator Democrat Alissa Slotkin. Hall says the Michigan bill will

(14:13):
never become law here as the Michigan House will never
pass this attack on law enforcement. Hall goes on to
say that people want these dangerous criminal illegals off our streets,
and we're doing everything we can to partner with the
Trump administration and put an end to illegal immigration. And
President Trump announcing a trade deal with South Korea, he says.

(14:34):
Treasury Secretary Scott Besson is in trade talks now with
China that are being held in Sweden.

Speaker 4 (14:39):
Scott Besson's been working. Just got back from a little
excursion and a meeting with China in Europe and that
went well.

Speaker 8 (14:50):
For these stories and more, visit the Midwesterner at the
Midwesterner dot news.

Speaker 2 (14:55):
Hey, it's got to see Ferny over on Facebook too. Wow, Fernie,
thank you so much for stopping it to say hi.
Why we love you and we've been praying for you
and thinking about you. Karen Melissa over on Facebook as well.
Your ears must have been itching, Ferdie, because some folks
we were talking about you yesterday, I wondering how you

(15:16):
were doing, and again continuing prayers for you. Back at
it and coming up a little bit after a nine
thirty this morning, we get to our headlines and of
course the updates, which James Dixon joins us at nine
thirty five. You're gonna want to be here with us,
for the latest as we break down the insanity occurring
in the state of Michigan. When boy, that could take

(15:36):
a whole day, but we'll give it a segment, not
even a whole show, We'll give it a segment. Speaking
of insanity. Here he is yesterday, Schumer railing against all
the good news at the economy of the GDP.

Speaker 7 (15:48):
So this morning we got more worrying news showing how
Donald Trump's administration raising costs and sewing chaos in the economy.

Speaker 2 (15:59):
These people America, there's really no other way to describe it.
I thinks are moving in such a great direction, and
they can't stand it. They desperately don't want him to
get a win.

Speaker 7 (16:09):
The New York Times headline put it succinctly. US economy
slowed in the first half of twenty twenty five as
tariffs scrambled data.

Speaker 2 (16:20):
That's not true.

Speaker 7 (16:22):
And while the Trump administration will try to wave rosy
headlines about the Q two number, today's GDP number is
in fact a mirage because some ominous numbers lurk under
the hood.

Speaker 2 (16:36):
It's a barage. In other words, don't believe what's your eye.
Don't believe your lying eyes. Don't believe what they're about.
If they've been doing this for the last five years now,
you don't have to go a much further back than
the craziness the insanity of all the last several years,
and of course during twenty twenty. Hey, you could be sick.

(16:58):
One of the symptoms is not having any symptoms. We're
watching We're watching a show right now. I don't watch
a lot of TV, but my wife and I were
just looking for something just to watch and just sort
of like unplugged the last couple of weeks, and I
found this thing called Your Honor, and it's a it's

(17:21):
a series, two different two different seasons, and Brian Kranston,
a guy from Breaking Bad, is the lead. He plays
a judge. I'm not gonna give away the plot of it,
but what is funny is it's kind of set around
the pandemic era and that the jury is starting to
fill out and they just starting to get in the pandemic.
I look at my wife and go, oh no, here
we go, Here we go. But it's funny because last

(17:44):
night we get to this, we get to this this
scene where there's a juror who's clearly a liberal, and
they make no bones about this.

Speaker 3 (17:56):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (17:56):
And she even has an NPR total with her in
the scene, and of course she does because she's one
of the first, and nobody else in the courtroom starting
to do this yet. But she's one of the first
wearing wearing a mask. And I just had to laugh.
I thought to Myselfie's people just absolutely disconnected from reality.

(18:21):
That's Schumer.

Speaker 7 (18:22):
Business investment plunged in the second quarter by three point
one percent, as.

Speaker 2 (18:29):
We're hearing all the billions and trillions rolling in from
the foreign investor. Give me a break, none of this,
Oh that's rich, just hogwash, by the way, we'll break
it down, get to the truth of what's going on
in the state of Michigan. Speaking of masks, they wanted
you to wear them, even your kids, like two year
olds right in daycare. But now they're saying that ice

(18:53):
agents shouldn't. Democrats in Michigan don't make any sense at
all unless you know what they're real point is, we'll
dig in through that, get through it. With James Dixon
coming up next, don't go anywhere. Yeah, back at it,
and it is. It's hilarious. We just watch a clip

(19:15):
behind the scenes, maybe a lot of time to play
this little later on. But Scott Jennings on CNN with
a table full of liberals surround again and the and
the meltdown again. It's just hilarious. They want they want
Trump to fail and they want things to be bad.
But you know what fact I know I just played

(19:35):
this in the behind the scenes life. Let me play
a little bit for the radio folks. Am I listen
to this?

Speaker 5 (19:38):
Well, I would just like to go But I'd like
to build a Dolorean and go back to April when
everybody here was predicting likely to cause a recession.

Speaker 8 (19:47):
Investment stops and a recession happens. They're not talking about
a US recession.

Speaker 6 (19:51):
They're talking about a global recession lead eventually there being
a reception. So you called the recession you called on
you took your shoe off on Joe Top again, you
took your shoe off, you brought.

Speaker 2 (20:14):
You took your shoe off, and you said.

Speaker 1 (20:15):
There was gonna be a recession.

Speaker 6 (20:19):
To give a fine budget Scott Scott's two. What were they?

Speaker 2 (20:24):
This is the thing they said, this guy is falling.
You remember it. This guy's gonna fall. Chicken Little He's
called them out on it. And it's hilarious because I
said this before the break and I I they just
they want they want us to fail. Now, if you
understand it, they want Trump. They desperately want it all
costs you. If you understand that, you could I think

(20:46):
you can understand democrats or motivations and what they're doing
a little bit better on a daily basis. James Dixon
joined us now the Enjoyer podcast over down I seventy
five on X Always. The pleasure of having these conversations James,
you know it is. It is interesting because I think
that puts into perspective some of the stories we're gonna
talk about today. But they want they want something completely

(21:10):
different democrats and media. But I repeat myself, they want
something completely different than what you and I'm the average
American one.

Speaker 3 (21:17):
You know, justin it's so good to hear your boys,
thank you for having me. I think people need to
see this. Democrats at every level have embraced this idea
of the growth. They don't want us to be successful.
This is why they import the third world. This is
why they abort American babies, this is why they're trying
to trans kids and confuse people. None of this leads

(21:41):
to growth. None of this leads to propagation of the species.
None of this leads to happiness. It's all roads that
lead to death. What kind of people talk about abortion constantly? Meanwhile,
say we need to grow America and the only way
we can do it is by bringing in most troubled
people from the most troubled places on earth. These are

(22:05):
not normal people, These are not normal instincts, and these
are not partners in the future. Like like when I
we all we're kind of stuck in a time where
we think of the Democrats as like the Bill Clintons,
normal acting Democrats. That was a blip in history. Mostly
it's been exactly this. They're so extreme that they're willing

(22:25):
to even lose for it.

Speaker 2 (22:28):
It really is interesting to me, completely disconnected from reality,
and I don't think well. In fact, one of the
stories that that proves it, maybe even the most, is
this wild story about Ice. You know, I'm old enough
to remember and maybe you are too. Just a few
years back when the Democrats, you know, Coffee, Betsy, Coffee,

(22:53):
a kaffee, whatever, you say, your name up in Traverse City,
some of these craziest not only did they want you
and me and everyone else wearing masks. But they even
wanted your two year olds to wear masks. But now
when law enforcement need them, they got a problem with it.
Not only did they have you and everyone else in

(23:15):
your TREA, but they didn't have a problem with BLM
or Antifa wore the mask to burn down our cities.
I saw this happening in Grand Rapids. Why would they
be wearing masks? Now, it wasn't to protect themselves on
a daylight today when we have Canadian wildfire smoke coming
over it actually is impacting air quality. No, it was
because they wanted to protect the identity of these people

(23:36):
so that the thugs could get away with what they
wanted them to get away with. But when it comes
to law abiding no, in fact, law enforcement wearing masks
to protect their families and their identities so they can
carry out the task of defending the American people. That's
where they draw the line. And that's why, again I
think you could make the point, they hate they hate America.

Speaker 3 (24:00):
They hate America, they hate Americans, they hate us. So
nineteen twenty three, right, this is a century ago. Michigan
actually creates an anti mask law and the fear back
then was the Klukus plan that these people from the
southeast Southern Democrats by the way, would come to Michigan

(24:20):
and they'd bring their practices, they would divide us. And
the Klan was a vigilante. They were an outlaw organization, okay.
And so this was trying to curtail an illegal movement
from gaining headway in Michigan. And so when you think
about what we saw in twenty twenty, all the Antifa
and those guys in masks, that all of that was

(24:42):
illegal under Michigan law. And so every protester you saw
with the mask covering their face that was illegal, especially
the ones who were committing illegal acts. I mean, so
that's just and that's the roots of it, right, And
so for current day reps like Betsy Koch you to
say Ice needs to be treated the same way, you're

(25:04):
saying that Ice is equivalent to the Klan. And of
those reps at the press conference actually did say that,
you know.

Speaker 1 (25:11):
Hang out.

Speaker 2 (25:12):
I've actually got the clip here. It's in Anna Hoffman
shoes on please over on accesarytweeted she describes it as
just a quarter of the girl Boss Caucus, which I've
found to be great, has made the Great Lakes State
not so great, She says, here's the notorious Red Bensi
Coffee in Travers City introducing legislation to ban law enforcement

(25:37):
from wearing masks. I can't even think of it.

Speaker 5 (25:43):
The way it is written is applying to all levels
of law enforcement.

Speaker 6 (25:47):
They're operating in the state of Michigan, the sovereigns state
of Michigan.

Speaker 3 (25:52):
And the bottom line is that the people of Michigan.

Speaker 6 (25:54):
We do not want or need secret police masked on
unidentified people snatching.

Speaker 2 (25:59):
Our Speaking of secret police, these are the same people
that spent that sent their own secret to police to
arrest people like oh in the middle of the night,
in the middle of the night or early in the
morning on her way to open up her restaurant. You
probably remember the story about that. I mean, this is

(26:24):
over and over and over again. The desperation is just
it's it's sad.

Speaker 6 (26:31):
You know.

Speaker 3 (26:31):
And so what they're saying justin they're not saying that
bad cops are like the clan or bad cops are
like the Nazis. They're saying cops are the clans. They're
saying cops are the Nazis, and to make that equation
between a law that's meant to stop I legal activity
from propagating and one that affects people who operate under

(26:53):
color of law. And you talk about public safety, could
you imagine anything less safe or local law enforcement to
be trying to arrest or ticket federal law enforcement while
they're doing police business.

Speaker 2 (27:08):
It's incredible.

Speaker 3 (27:10):
You're literally walking our officers into federal liability that could
affect their lives forever, all because some lady doesn't like
what she's seeing on TV. And by the way, you
ever watched a swat team operate, They wear masks. Yes,
there's undercover officers. There's a long tradition of cops not
showing their faces in every moment of what they do.

(27:32):
So the whole narrative is fake. But what we need
to take away is this is a dangerous group of Democrats.
If they think that cops are Nazis, what do they
think you.

Speaker 2 (27:41):
Are speaking of? Dangerous? It's not just that despite new
federal guidelines rolling back some of the JAB COVID JAB
recommendations for pregnant individuals and healthy infants. To get this
story today too, the Michigan Department of Health and Human
services continue to endorse that JAB for everyone at age

(28:04):
six months and older, including those who are pregnant. The
stance comes James. There's multiple studies raise concerns linking those
shots to rare but serious side effects, including Bell's pose,
uh Elaine Beret syndrome, facial paralysis, rashes, brain nerve damage,
as well as autoimmune and probably the biggest is the

(28:25):
cardiovascular impacts.

Speaker 3 (28:29):
The JAB is either safe nor effective. And when you
look at the media clips, they've always presented it as
both right, so any normal drug and asempet right. They
tell you, okay, you want this drug it's popular, or
the helping lose weight, but then they'll say, here's thirty
seconds of side effects. Think about all those health department

(28:49):
commercials that we're encouraging that did you ever hear one
single drawback, one possible drawback? How could that be?

Speaker 2 (28:58):
Never?

Speaker 3 (28:58):
And so now are me and our government are both
united and what they say is no longer true because
the media will print that story, and they'll print that
recommendation as if it's legitimate, even as they're staring in
the face numbers that they only twelve percent of Michigan
is getting the Jeb anymore. People simply aren't buying it,

(29:19):
but they'll say it anyway.

Speaker 2 (29:24):
Again. These people you've just made the case are dangerous
and unfortunately completely disconnected in hate America. James. I hate
to think about it, and you know, quite frankly, I
know we have to face this stuff, but it's not
my favorite thing to do. Do you have any good

(29:47):
news for us before I let you go? I feel
like you've probably got something good you can tell us about.
By the way we are winning, folks, I think more
and more people are waking up, So maybe that's a
good piece of it.

Speaker 4 (30:00):
You know.

Speaker 3 (30:00):
The best news is that we've talked about Mike Duggan
and that the Tigers game, Republican might pull him over.
I think that the prevalence of Republican support for Duggan
could actually lead Democrats who are curious to get the
dick and to go away from him, which breaks from
Republican favor. So they say politics makes for strange bedfellows.

(30:23):
Justin I'm here for it.

Speaker 2 (30:24):
Yeah, it's going to be an interesting ride on the
way the next couple of years, and we're going to
be here for it as well. Always a pleasure with
a good friend James Dixon down I seventy five over
on X and the Enjoyer Podcast. Always a pleasure, my friend.
Thank you for taking the time to be here with us.

Speaker 3 (30:40):
Thank you justin hey, I.

Speaker 2 (30:42):

Speaker 8 (32:22):
Here are your headlines from the Midwesterner this Thursday, July thirty. First,
I'm Robin Hoffman. It's a Midwesterner dot News original story.
Democrats here in Michigan are trying to pass a law
to unmasked ICE agents. This comes despite an eight hundred
percent increase in attax on agents since President Trump and
borders our Tom Homan have been removing illegal aliens from

(32:44):
our country for the past six months, Michigan House Speaker
Matt Hall addressing the Justice Needs No Mask bill, Hall says,
democrats here in Michigan will do everything they can to
get in the way of local police and ice because
they've always cared more about criminals than victims, he says,
but that ends here. This ridiculous bill is dead on arrival.

(33:06):
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is ignoring
common sense and good science with continued pressure on pregnant
women and infants to get the coronavirus vaccine. Back in May,
US Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Junior and others in
our government no longer recommending the shot for healthy children
and healthy pregnant women, as there are thousands and thousands

(33:28):
of reports of vax injuries, including autoimmune and heart issues.
To the White House now, where President Trump telling reporters
his tariff policies generating tons of income for the United States.

Speaker 4 (33:41):
The US Treasury is taken in one hundred and fifty
billion dollars from tariffs, and we'll be adding about two
hundred billion dollars next month, for totals that nobody's ever
seen before.

Speaker 8 (33:53):

the Midwesterner dot.

Speaker 2 (33:57):
New social is it downright hilarious, but not in the
way that they wanted to be. Alissa Slotkin on Stephen
Colbert the newly canceled Stephen Colbert Show last.

Speaker 5 (34:11):
Night a seamstress and it was a really very cool
job of spiratuorally minded people out there like to think
that some of the trouble the United States has is
because of the what they call the deep state, right, okay,
And as a former spy.

Speaker 1 (34:24):
Is there is there a deep state?

Speaker 2 (34:28):
What do they mean by deep state?

Speaker 4 (34:29):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (34:29):
I just I wish people could understand that a lot
of the guys that I served with, guy Zangals at
the CIA or at the Pentagon where I served. First
of all, a lot of them are former military, so
you know, if you if you can't be like pro
military and then anti intelligence community in deep state. But
a lot of the guys are also like wearing mom
jeans and white sneakers on the weekends, like these are

(34:51):
good corn fed people who just want to help their
country in ballpark for it well, eating their hot dogs
or doing whatever, and they're this idea that there's some
network of people that are running the world. It's just
it doesn't really match reality. And these people in the
dead and night are doing things to protect this country.

Speaker 2 (35:10):
By the way, that is comedy. There is no deep state.
She is a part of it. Same day we get
the fact that the FBI came out with the burn
bags to caught with the burn bags in secret rooms
hiding the evidence that the Russia Russia collusion hoax was
just at a hoax. All right, I promised you good news.

(35:30):
I promised you some goodness. This is just some of it.
In fact, I'll have more in the after show that's
coming up after the program. Every day we do the
after show. You can listen live, or you can Facebook, Twitter,
x Rumble, get her locals, YouTube all that stuff, or
you can listen to the iHeartRadio app, which you can
download the podcasts anywhere you get your podcasts where we go.

(35:51):
But she's announced it. She is not going to run, folks,
good news, Kamala Harris is not going to run. I
don't even think president's even in the in the sphere
realm of possibility for her at this boy. She's not
going to run for California governor. She's made her first

(36:13):
announcement major anyway about her political future. And if she's
not even got to support to be able to run
for I think the Democrats are down with her now.
That may could be good news for all of us,
but it may be bad news in the scheme of things,
because I love when they run people like Kirk just
completely out of touch. But it seems like they may

(36:35):
have learned their lesson. That's all it is. By the way,
we got more coming out in the after show, this show,
after the show, Don't Go Anywhere, Going Back program coming
up next. Wishing you the best. Get up to date
with all those stories and more on our stack at
