to be a fun Wednesday, folks, because we're going to
talk about something that I've been keeping a secret for
a while now. You probably heard me talk about it.
Can't here and there, maybe even spill some of the
beans on this, but I really haven't come like full out.

And the secret that I've been keeping from you for
a while now, well I'm excited to tell you today.
So I have been quietly behind the scenes losing it,
and that you probably think that I've lost it a
long time ago, but I'm quietly behind the scenes been
losing it. And I'm I'm up to forty pounds now

that I have dropped and so much more.

I've got amazing energy that I can't even explain to you,
which is awesome. As a father or two young girls,
you can really kind of imagine how great things are
right now and how amazing they beget is a little
under two months now, so it hasn't been a lot
of time. It's been very just transformational, life changing, and

I wanted to take you behind the curtain and show
you what I've been doing. I was turned on to
this by a good friend who you may even know,
Truck or Randy, who is a radio guy and a
big patriot in the state of Michigan. And I want
to introduce you to Missy, who has been really guiding
me through this whole thing. Missy, and I'm really excited

to kind of pull the curtain back and show people
the process why you're so special, what it is that
you do, and why you've made such a difference in
my life. And obviously ran the Steve Kruber and all
these different folks that people probably would recognize them.

Well, Hi, justin thanks for having me. It's it's been
forty days already.

Speaker 2 (02:11):
No, I forty pounds, but forty pounds, Okay, forty pounds,
but I guess we are in now, we're met about
forty days. I mean that actually might be like forty
pounds in forty days, that's how crazy it is.

Speaker 1 (02:24):
So we started on March. I want to say it
was the twelfth.

Speaker 2 (02:28):
It was right after I got back to the State
of the Union and I was traveling, and I wanted
to do this. You and I talk, We sat down
and we got through all this, and I go, well,
I'm going to travel, but I'm gonna get serious. And
we come back and and I'm glad we did that,
because when I came back, I was ready. You know,
you travel, you do all the crazy stuff, you eat
nuts and all that.

Speaker 1 (02:46):
And then I came back.

Speaker 2 (02:47):
But you know, I found out this has been so
simple that I probably could have done it traveling too.
I've traveled since then, and it's it's been amazing. This
has got to be the easiest way that I have
ever you know, I've lost in found hundreds of pounds
through the years, but this is the easiest way. And
truck your Randy calls at the couch potato diet. It's

not really a diet, but it really is. It's amazing.
We have been, I guess, since since March twelve, so
whatever that makes it. Today is May first, and we're
recording this.

Yeah, okay, there you go. Well, now, well, welcome to
the club. Welcome to learning how to burn fat fast,
stored fat that is, and you know good. I just
kind of seen your intro, like, oh my gosh, yeah.

Yeah, it's a little it's a little start. I might
have to make a new one. We're starting to get
to that point. At least we're getting close.

Yeah no, so so so yeah. So what we are
we are a customized weight loss program, in which most
people have never heard the term customized weight loss program.

obviously have the radio station going right now or the TV.
There are frequencies in the room and there's an antenna
somewhere that's picking up in its broadcastingess Our bodies have
the same ability. Our bodies are amazing. So we look

going on in your body, what's out of balance? What

a vegetable glaze on that brocket.

So what the vegetable glaze? So I give them the.

Specifics of what I wanted to do and how I
wanted it prepared, just steamed, and maybe I put a
little salt and pepper on it. That's all I need.
I like it like that. So anyway, she goes, well,
let me let me check on me. Right about so
the manager came back. She didn't come in.

The manager came back.

With his phone, and on the phone he had this
picture he had taken of the package that this glaze
came in.

And it was like a list, this all like a.

Huge paragraph of all this stuff that was in this glaze.
And I thought to myself, I go, I'm not no thinking,
I'm not a stair away. They didn't have it without
this stuff on there. It was all pre made. And
I thought to myself, even broccoli, they are sneaking stuff
even into our broccoli that is making us feel like garb.

You know, look and gain all this way, become inflamed,
and ultimately, you know, this is the thing that I
keep coming back to is I can't be who I
was created to be. I can't do I'll go and
complete the mission, my tax, the thing that I got
to get done today and in my life, and raise
my girl. All of these things, and how many other

folks are in this fight right now to save this country,
and you just won't have the energy.

Motivation out and do it and fight to fight because

this frustrates me. When you shared that broccoli thing with me,
I was just like God, and I told, I've told

I've been talking to them, and because and that's one

is that we help educate them all the time. And
people start I think one of the biggest takeaways when
you talk to people when they're done with the program
and I say, I'm like, you know what, what's one

And I kid you not. They always say, I had
no idea how much sugar was in our food, because

I was like, oh boy, here we go. I'm going
to eat it and I'm just going to be miserable.
I wasn't miserable at all.

I made the name is it?

No? I said, Sue, tell me about those noodles you
made last night. She goes and gets the bag and
it's from Italy and I'm like, okay. Italy doesn't allow
crapping their food either, yeah, anything on Australia's shelves, there
is nothing if it's coming from our States of America,
our corn flakes over there are they don't have crap
in it over there.

Speaker 2 (23:44):
I've heard so many stories of people that have gone,
will go on the vacation or go to travel and
go to Europe.

Speaker 1 (23:50):
Yeah, and they don't gain any way.

Speaker 2 (23:53):
They eat crazy, they don't gain any weight, and when
they come back, it just they all of a sudden
they start to feel how bad they feel when they
come back because they and they go. They don't realize it,
but they've completely been eating differently because the all of
these different countries in Europe they don't allow the stuff. Yeah,
all of the stuff in our food.

Speaker 3 (24:13):
No, they don't allow GMOs. And their berries and all
their fruit taste so good and you're like, oh my gosh,
this has to be organic. Well that's the only thing
they have. I mean, we have to go to the
store and go like, oh, do can I afford having
an organic apple or an apple that's been sprayed with
a bunch of crap? You know. And the reason why

(24:34):
you don't miss some of those things is because when
we specifically start purging the body of those chemicals that
have been built up. People don't understand. Those chemicals go
up to the neurotransmitters in the brain and it keeps going, Hey,
we want cookies, Hey we want McDonald's. Government has allowed
chemical has allowed things chemicals inside of food that goes

(24:57):
up and keeps whispering telling you to crave it. We
pull the voices of that out of your body. Guess
who is not craving that junk anymore? Guess who starts
creating healthy things? And they're like, what do you do
to me? I don't even know who I am anymore?
I'm like, who this is? Who you're supposed to be
when we remove all the crap from what's.

Speaker 2 (25:16):
Been in your body, It's wild and it's crazy how
it doesn't take a long time for you to start
feeling the difference and for you to start feeling better.
Within a week. I think I felt like a different person.
So it's incredible and I would again encourage you if
you look. You may not have, you know, like I've
lost forty, but I mean I.

Who knows how much I go, you know, But what
my point is is it might just be five ten
You know my wife as we speak, I probably shouldn't
say I got to be it's perfect by the way.
So but she says, you know, I want to do
this and that, and I said, okay, honey, I said,

I'll tell you why, because I don't think it's it's

for the cosmetic. But I think she's gonna feel better,
oh mys, not just emotionally about it, but I think
she's going to as a mama too, who's constantly and
she's gotta have energy through the ring. It's gonna be
able to do all the things that you know that
she wants to do to keep up with everything. And
I think it's it's going to be fantastic for so
you have a few pounds, but you also may want

(26:21):
to feel like you know you used to feel ten
twenty years ago, whatever that is.

Yeah, let me tell you. I had someone kind of
get upset with me the other day because she's like,
I can't stop waking up at five o'clock in the morning.
I don't want to get at five o'clock in the morning, Like, well, what's.

Mean that's the other thing? My sleep right now?

Speaker 2 (26:43):
I my head hits the pillow, and you know, I
get up early, and the amount I felt bad, I
felt horrible. I'd gained a bunch of weight because I
started this new morning show, the morning routine, and I felt, Wow,
that's just the drag of getting up early and all this.
But Missie, I'm telling you, like now that i've I've
even dropped even more. Like I don't snore like I
used to. Don't mean I probably still a little bit,

but not like I used to. And on top of
my head hits a pillow, I'm out, which I never
really had a problem with that. But I do not
wake up. I don't wake up until it's time to
get up. And when I do, I feel great, Right, Nancy,
I used to have in the middle of the day,
it used to hit me. It would just all of
a sudden, I'm getting tired. And then at the end

(27:26):
of the evening, like when we're going to put the
kids to bed, I would just feel it. And sometimes
I kind of goes off during bedtime. Right, none of
that anymore, and I at night, when it's time to
go to bed, you have to force me to go
to bed because I still got all this energy.

Speaker 3 (27:42):
We're waking everything up again. It's a city, there's a
city on the inside, and we look at twenty eight
hundred working parts of that to find out what's what
needs a tune up, what needs a tune up. And
you know, like for people that are so stressed out,
what we have been seeing a lot lately as we
work with clients is a lot of people they have

(28:04):
burned through all their cortisol. Yeah, their corresol is in
the tank. And if you want to look to see
what cortisol does for you and what it does for
your body, just go do a little Google search. It's
in charge of so many things in your body. Metabolism
being one, immune system, cardiovascular system, healing and repairing in
your body. So cortisol is low and that if that's

(28:25):
low in a person that shows up on your report,
the scan that we do on you, then you know
better we're going that's going to get addressed inside your body.
And so if cortisol has been out of balance and
you tune it in like a radio stess, you tune
that in with a science all of a sudden, who
feels like a million bucks and then maybe it was there.

(28:45):
Thibry Gland that's been hindering them or whatever. But the
Dodger's like, but your labs look great. Labs don't tell
the whole story. Yeah, so you have to get to
the root of it.

Speaker 2 (28:57):
Well again, I'm going to just encourage you if you
if you're feeling a little off, don't think things don't feel,
you know, like they used to, and you know that
there's something use it. Just just give them a call
or go online and find out. Because you may just
be a little a few pounds here and there and
that you want to drop, or it may be like
me and you got hey, you got a little bit
of a way is to go. That's okay too, because

nice juicy steak and there's I don't ever feel like
I'm on a diet with this. But now, thank you
so much for giving me a new life, really, because
it really is. I have energy. I'm playing with the
kids on the floor. We're rolling around doing all kinds

of stuff that I just by the time it was
time to put them to bed at night, I mean
I just was zapped.

I was not anymore.
