Speaker 1 (00:00):
From higher top Monroe Center in downtown Grand Rapids. We're
talking about what matters most to you. When West Michigan
joined the conversation. Now at six one six seven seven
four twenty four twenty four. At six one six seven
seven four twenty four twenty four, it's West Michigan Live
with Justin Barklay on Wood Radio Radio.
Speaker 2 (00:23):
Jaruffs Taruffs so fifty first state. It quite a bill.
They're gonna have to pay the price. It sounds like
deadlines also pushed back, and the tariffs may be pushing
the markets. We're gonna give you the updates on on
the latest, but some really good news as well and
(00:44):
some just more Let's put it this way, bombshell history
making news coming out over the last day or so.
And my question again is it is it time for arrests? You,
weather and traffic. I'm a his stories of the day.
Speaker 1 (01:03):
We are talking about what matters most in West Michigan
and beyond. This is the Big three now see speak three.
Speaker 2 (01:13):
Yeah, the stories at matter most. You gotta be talking
about these around the water, cool, the dinner table, no
matter where you are. Howard buying good friends at Heartland
Holme Mortgage. They've got away in the team, ready, willing, able, faster,
and quicker than the big banks. He locks, I want
of you want to buy a REFI, they can take
(01:33):
care of you no matter what it is that you
want to do. HHM lending dot Com is the way
to reach out and see if they can help you
save thousands like they have for us. It's been incredible
working with David the team. Time for the tariff up day.
Canada will pay the price. President Trump saying that he's
zeroing in on the fifty first state imports from twenty
(01:57):
five to thirty five percent. He's raised it, hiked them
up a couple of reasons for this. He says they're
not pulling their weight as they ought to. When it
comes to curbing the fitanel coming into the country, that's
a big deal. Also some other issues. When it comes
to farmers, we got audio will play you know some
(02:18):
you know that it's it's it's nutty. Two hundred is
what they charge us to import some of our farm
with its milk or eggs or whatever. I mean, that's incredible.
So thirty five percent a lot about a light light
hit for them. Other countries getting an extra week in
(02:39):
grace periods. As we saw some of these big deals
coming together this last week. They get another week here
for some of those folks before rates take effect up
to forty one percent in some cases. Maha, It's time
to make America great again and healthy again. President Trump
signing that executive order you today, expanding the President's Council
(03:02):
on Sports, Fitness and Nutrition, bringing back the classic Presidential
Fitness Test in public schools, revamping the program retired back
in twenty thirteen, will reintroduce mile runs, push ups, and
sit us as part of the national effort to fight
childhood obesity. And I think we might bring it back.
Adam and the producer's booth, we might do a couple
(03:23):
of those tests here when you're ready. He's shaking his
head vigorously at me right now. Don't think we were
just in here talking about not to give too much
away what happens behind the scenes. We were just in
here talking about hot dogs a moment ago, and his
love for the meat. I just I don't think, yeah,
(03:44):
neither one of it's probably in the condition it would take.
I couldn't do the pull ups when I was a kid,
so I'm it's not happening. You could find the rope,
they wouldn't let you climb the rope. Now that would
be that'd be like a oh yeah, safety here. There'd
be in lawsuits. Hey, here's the smoking gun, folks. Apparently
(04:05):
new report showing in those documents that are revealed Hillary
Clinton knew it all. Not only did she knew, did
she know? Rather she approved, she approved of it all
that smear campaign Russia, Russia, Russia. My question is, and
it goes back to this again, the more we find
out and listen, I'm all for it. We need to
(04:26):
have full transparency, but we've got to have along with
it accountability. My question is how long and when can
we start seeing some arrests. That's my question. I know
I'm not the only one, by the way, in that
case is as well as others that want to see
(04:46):
that happen. The report now including key intelligence memo indicator
by the way, they found it in a back room.
This is part of that burn bag stuff hiding at
the FP. I'm going to get into more of that
coming up in the program. And you can join us
at any time, free for all. Friday. Want to hear
from you, maybe a jump on the line and sound
(05:06):
off about any of these stories that we just mentioned. Well,
you think you could do in the presidential tester? Maybe
you've got something else a burning on your mind. You
got to get it off your chest. We'll get to
you after this call.
Speaker 1 (05:18):
Justin Now at six one six seven seven four, twenty

nine A f m our.
Speaker 2 (05:32):
Good friend Kyle Olsen joining us on the program. Now, Kyle,
how do you think you do on that presidential fitness test?
Are you you? Could you climb the rope like Adam Center?
Speaker 3 (05:43):
Probably not like they used to that like you used to.
Speaker 2 (05:46):
No, you got some You got some boys that could
do that. Though your sons they could, they could probably
they'd probably do pretty well with that, wouldn't they.
Speaker 3 (05:53):
Oh? Oh yeah, I yes, It's very sad because I
would take my son, he's on the varsity golf team
and we go out. Last year, I beat him. This
year he's like a machine and he just blows me away.
Speaker 2 (06:08):
How old is see? Now?
Speaker 3 (06:09):
He's see you know?
Speaker 2 (06:12):
And you just don't have it like you used to
and they're just coming into their prime. So's that's a
tough moment as a dad. I'm sure, Oh my goodness, Well,
I can imagine lots to talk about, and we're going
to get into all of these things. This one of
the terriffs at the top of the list, you know,
for for what's happening today deadline Day. We also have
Witmer out there, and it's kind of interesting because she's
(06:34):
sort of talking out of both sides of her mouth.
She's launching an investigation into this terraff and the impact
here in Michigan. I've yet to see a single thing
that I that I've paid for that I've seen a
noticeable difference. And I'm not saying there isn't an impact.
I'm just telling you, like, I haven't seen anything, like
you know, the cost of eggs has even come down,
(06:54):
and we've seen other things, but I just haven't seen
anything that is a noticeable difference that make me say, Okay,
I guess I'm paying more for this or that, and
these tarifs are really getting me. Although what I have
seen is lots of fear mongering and scare tactics from
the mainstream media and potentially even like local media as
(07:17):
well recently on this. So it just makes me wonder
what really is going on behind this, in the political
motivation behind it.
Speaker 3 (07:25):
Well, that's I think that's exactly what's going on. It's
this fear mongering. And what we're seeing is a number
of stories that they use the word could or may
and so they're speculating, And there's I don't I didn't
think we were supposed to see a lot of speculation
in the media. We were supposed to see facts and
(07:46):
unbiased reporting. But yet we're seeing from a lot of
TV stations, newspapers, et cetera. They're speculating about what this
may mean. And it's funny because you know greta whitmer
she is, she has been out attacking the tariffs, and
yet clearly the tariffs are driving jobs and businesses and
(08:08):
companies back home.
Speaker 2 (08:09):
See that's just what I mean. I mean the impact
of tariffs. I don't think you have to look much
further than the new jobs created as these plants firing
back up and and and it's going to be a
boon to the auto industry. I've already seen and heard
a lot of that right well, and.
Speaker 3 (08:25):
So just to sort of expose her hypocrisy, you know,
she has been, as you and I have talked about,
she has been sort of the ev Queen of Michigan,
and she has gambled the auto industry and are to
a large extent, our state's future on EV's and and
so clearly people consumers are not buying evs. So then
(08:49):
you had GM announced that they are expanding operations in Michigan,
but it's for gas powered trucks and in diesel trucks.
And she comes out and you know, basically claims credit
for that, but it was because of the Trump tariffs.
And here she is, you know, six months ago she
(09:10):
was talking all about evs and now she's celebrating that
gas power trucks are going to be expanding. You can't
make it up.
Speaker 2 (09:19):
Yeah, this this whole thing again. It just reeks of
some sort of political back and forth, a fight, and
it's anything and everything that can do to try and
bring President Trump down. I listened, by the way, I
think a lot of people are catching on to it.
Here's another lawsuit out today. We're learning about Jocelyn Benson
(09:41):
at the center of this newest lawsuit. A driver testing
company in Michigan, Johnny's Road Testing, owned and by retired
Detroit firefighter Jonathan grem filing its second lawsuit against the
Secretary of State. And there's some racial accusations involved in this.
Speaker 3 (10:00):
Yeah, her her office is so so what a lot
of people may not understand or know is that the
driver's training process, the program, the testing, and everything is
regulated by the Secretary of State's office. And I've heard
from other companies how difficult it is to work with
her office. And she, I mean, she has the ability
(10:23):
to just shut these companies down if that's what she
chooses to do. And so this company in particular, they're
accusing her her staff of racism and racial bias and
all of that sort of thing, and and they need
to get to the bottom of what exactly is going on.
But you're right, this is another lawsuit against her company,
(10:46):
against her department. We've seen a lot of election related
lawsuits and and voting, you know, ballot lawsuits, et cetera.
And now it's it's affecting the driver side of the department.
Speaker 2 (11:01):
Isn't that something I had to run in this week
with the Secretary of State. I saw that let mean
agent see you know what, Actually it kind of picked
up Stein got made the rounds. You know, it's kind
of interesting to me is there's a lot of contention
there at how the Secretary of State. Now I'm just
thinking about the driver's license tags portion. Well, I had
(11:23):
a birthday. So what happened was we got pulled over
a Sunday night coming back from the cottage. My birthday
was on the seventeenth, and so we got pulled over. Hey,
did you know your tax are expired? Why is it?
I thought I had to the end of the month.
Now they're expired on your birthday. I was very nice,
very nice sheriff deputy talked and said, yeah, get everything,
take care. So then the very next day, I think
(11:45):
it was, I said, go out and gonna go to
where I normally do. Get this tick and I go
to Sparta. Now I can tell you this now because
the secret's out of the bag. But I used to
drive to Sparta. I don't mind the drive, just a
little bit off the beaten path. You used to be
able to walk right in, get anything done you needed
to done with within with minutes. That was it. Now
since they've introduced this whole appointment thing. And this is
(12:07):
since COVID. I think it's completely botched everything up. People
tell me think, oh, it's so much nicer you make
an appointment. I've seen people, you know, criticizing what I
was saying on this this this thing I put out
the other day, this video, talking about how hard it was. Well,
I see, don't you have a machine I can just
do these tags on Because the lady in the office said, sorry,
(12:28):
you're gonna have to make an appointment. Do you have
an appointment? I said, no, I don't have appointment. I'm
just here to pay a couple of bucks and get Well,
it was a lot more than a couple of bucks
for two plates, and you know, I'm thinking it's like
like five hundred dollars, which I'm thinking that's that's something
else in itself, which I think is is really tough
for people to swallow when they go in. And then
(12:49):
they didn't have a machine. So she said, if you
want to, you can wait, but we're full today. There's
just you know, she's essentially telling me you're probably better
off going someplace else, going down to the Meyer or
wherever it is. That so they've got these machines. It's
like an ATM or a vending machine kind of thing.
They got them in Myers and on some of these
other places, but they didn't have one in the Secretary
of State office, which blew my mind. Then you use
(13:11):
the machine, which I will say it was fast, and
it moved very quickly. I don't know if it was
as fast as a human would have been, but the
machine moved very quickly. But I had to pay an
extra four or five bucks for each plate because it
was using a credit card or a debit card or
whatever it was. And so I just, in a moment
(13:33):
of frustration, said, you know, that's Jocelyn Benson's secretary of State.
She can't even run this thing, and now she wants
to be governor. By the way, I don't anybody who
loves the Secretary of State or going or to the
DMV in any state, no matter where it is. The
government doesn't do just doesn't do things well or efficiently.
But my point was, Kyle, that's the way she's going
(13:55):
to run everything if she becomes.
Speaker 3 (13:57):
Governor, right, And so their minds this whole reservation. You know,
strategy makes sense because oh, you're able to control the
flow of people and all of that. But a lot
of people, as you said, they're not aware. They're not
aware of the documents that they need to bring, they're
not aware that they need to make a reservation, and
(14:19):
it's just not the whole process is not very customer friendly.
Speaker 2 (14:23):
And that told me you should just go online. Just
go online. It's so much easier to do. I said, well,
they're going to give me my tags online. I mean,
how does that work? Now? They got a man to you.
Then there's a deles a lot of people that yeah,
and I want I want it now. So if we
had a solution that if I could walk in and
get it now. By the way, I eventually went down
(14:44):
to the playing field Secretary of State and everybody told me,
everybody had said all this, this disappointment thing works so
much better. I got video inside that Secretary of State
and it was a madhouse. It was a madhouse. It's incredible.
Speaker 3 (15:01):
Yeah, it's something I think the next Secretary State needs
to look at. You know, there's been a lot of
focus on elections, which obviously has been very important, absolutely,
but streamlining and making it easier and more efficient and
increasing duties that that potentially dealerships can do. There's just
(15:23):
a lot of things I think that can be done,
but somebody's got to focus on that.
Speaker 2 (15:28):
We're going to have a conversation podcast this weekend with
Pat called back a little bit later on today at
election Integrity Updates, so we're going to dive into that,
I think even even further. But it's is it is
something else that I think a lot of people are
paying attention to, and yeah, it should be top of
(15:48):
mind for folks, all right quickly and a little bit
of fun. I don't know if you saw this, it
was interesting to see because especially when you're behind the scenes.
There's how she was skipping work to go on the
failing canceled Coal Bear program, Senator Alissa Slotkin taking time
away from doing her duty there at the Senate to
to go talk with with Colbert whose show just got cancer.
(16:11):
A lot of people, a sort of conspiratorially minded people
out there like to think that some of the trouble
the United States has is because of the what they
call the deep state. Okay, and as a former spy,
is there.
Speaker 4 (16:25):
Is there a deep state? What do they mean by
deep state?
Speaker 5 (16:27):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (16:28):
I just I wish people could understand that a lot
of the guys that I serve with, guys aanyials at
the CIA or at the Pentagon where I served, first
of all, a lot of them are former military.
Speaker 2 (16:38):
So she's so condescending in this In this answer, by
the way, said there's no deep state, no deep state.
The same week we get these smoking gun documents coming
out that they basically planned a coup against President Trump,
but we've got the proof of it. How crazy is this.
Speaker 3 (16:53):
Right? And so she's it seems like she's just doing
any media that she possibly can. She went on another
program earlier this week where she sort of faced this
buzzsaw of people who were very pro Gaza pro Hamas
in my opinion, and she was sort of but she
wouldn't answer the questions. She was sort of waffling around
(17:14):
and wouldn't directly answer the questions. So then the Democrats,
you know, arrange this vote in the Senate and they
they because they want to block defensive arms to Israel,
believe it or not, and she skips the vote to
go talk about hot dogs on Colbert, which you know,
(17:35):
we could probably talk another time about Colbert, but everybody
is outraged that he is that his show has been canceled.
But he's so partisan and and yes, you can make
fun of politics, but he has really sort of a
nasty edge to him. And when he's got Alyssa Slock
and then he has Kamala Harris last night, which was
(17:55):
totally bizarre, that's that's when you lose the audience. And
you know, Jay Leno made a really good observation that
why would you Why would you be so partisan and
effectively eliminate half of the potential audience.
Speaker 2 (18:09):
Why would you do that?
Speaker 3 (18:10):
That's what they've done.
Speaker 2 (18:11):
Kyle Olson, do you think she's going to try and
run for president? There's been some rumors about that Alyssa Slockin.
Speaker 3 (18:17):
My guess is she's probably well, it could be, but
my guess is she's probably angling for vice president. But
who knows. We'll see.
Speaker 2 (18:25):
Kyle Olson. Always a pleasure in the midwesternor the Midwestern News.

Speaker 3 (18:44):
Thank you too.
Speaker 2 (18:45):
Mac In moments, yeah, I give you a chance to
jump in jump in the fray as well. With your
conversations coming up after this. By the way, we're going
to get down to what was in those documents with Hillary.
Don't go on informatively engage it.
Speaker 1 (19:02):
It's West Michigan Live with Justin Barklay on News Radio

Speaker 2 (19:08):
A f m.
Speaker 6 (19:08):
Here are your headlines from the Midwesterner this Friday, August First,
I'm Robin Poffman. It's a Midwesterner dot News original story.
Apparently the math not adding up for Democrat Governor Whitmer,
President Trump taking in trillions of dollars from tariffs. Yet Whitmer,
posting to her ex page at a time when families
and businesses need more economic clarity, Republicans in Washington are
(19:32):
creating widespread uncertainty with tariffs. Today, I am taking action.
Whitmer goes on to say, I'm signing an executive directive
to investigate and report the impact of tariffs on Michigan's economy.
At the White House, President Trump signing an executive order
to expand the President's Council on Sports, Fitness and Nutrition.
(19:53):
The order also brings back the Presidential Fitness Test in public.
Speaker 7 (19:57):
Schools directs the Council to develop strategies to approve America's
physical fitness and renew the American spirit and excellence, competitiveness,
and sportsmanship. To that end, I'm pleased to announce that
we're officially restoring the Presidential Fitness Test.
Speaker 6 (20:12):
For these stories and more, visit The Midwesterner at the
Midwesterner dot new I.
Speaker 2 (20:17):
Break it down a smoking gun documents discovered in that
background with the FBI, Hillary Clinton proves that not only
did she know about, but she approved the Russia Russia
Russia hoax. All of that and and what it means
all coming up. In fact, the biggest question you're gonna
see the actual in any real accountability on this time
(20:40):
for some handcuff somebody you think, and that's quite another Listen,
I understand lots of people asking that question, Will it
actually happen? Is well, that's that's that's yet to be seen.
We're gonna break it all down coming off after this,
don't go anywhere. Market's kind of like a rollercoaster. In
the last couple of days. But folks not worried, particularly
(21:04):
the ones that have been paying attention and long enough.
They know folks using callon wealth Mike Lester and the
team working with them, by the way, they know what's
in store. They know what what to do, no matter
what happens in the coming days. They're not afraid. They
don't feel nauseous like they're on that rollercoaster ride about
(21:27):
ready to lose their lunch. No uh, and you can't
see you can feel that piece. And of course sleep
well at night just like they do. Call Mike Lester
and the team today to find out how they can
help you. They take a really it's a holistic approach,
unlike anybody else, to making sure that whether you want
(21:47):
to retire today ten twenty years down the road, that
you can get where you need to go, go to
guarding your nest egg dot com, or pick up the
phone and call them today six one six sixty six
one one thousand at six one six sixty six one
one thousand. Whether you want to retire like I said
today tomorrow ten twenty years down the road, they can
help you get on track it where you want to
go and when you want to be there. Guarding your
(22:08):
nest egg dot com. All right, we've got the documents,
we've got the smoking gun, We've got all of it,
and it continues to come out, folks. In fact, we're
now starting to see some of the behind the scenes
on the proof that Hillary Clinton not only just knew,
(22:29):
but also she approved of the idea to use this
Russia Russia Russia collusion hoax, etc. To go after Donald Trump.
Not only just Tanee Kaphim in the campaign, but also
Obama and the rest of the team wanted to use
it in a coup, essentially an attempted coup. A little
(22:52):
bit further down the line. Oh wait, and there's even
more explosive information that's come out about this, and I
want to get to some of that as well. But
here's what we know, here's what we're finding out. And
of course yesterday we told you, but I think in fact, yes,
(23:15):
here's the smoking gutting. But yesterday we told you about
the burn bags in the FBI, they had all of
this evidence trying to get rid of it all in
burn bags, and they were going to try any secret
room they were going to try to make sure that
nobody ever saw this. And it didn't see the light
of this. So let me just read. This is from
(23:35):
Leonard Bernardo July twenty seven, twenty sixteen. High HRC approved
Julia's idea. That would be HRC Hillary Rodham Clinton approved
Julia's idea about Trump and Russian packers hampering US elections.
That should distract people from her own missing email. Now
(23:56):
you gotta go back if you really want to unders
then this whole situation, the scenario got Cole back to
the time where that Russia that or the missing emails
and the remember that took a hammer to a wall
and bleach and all that other stuff we kept hearing about. Right,
(24:16):
And she had her private server in her own home
essentially what she was doing, and she was able to
then have conversations and do things sort of off the
chain of government scrutiny. And at the same time, if
she wanted to, she could be she could be selling secrets.
And I'm not saying she did that, but that's also
a possibility. By the way, they don't. That's why they
(24:37):
don't want you to have your own private server and
everything else. There's this transparency that has to take place.
We have to see what your communications were and what happened.
So again they've approved this idea of Trump Russian hackers
hampering US elections that should distract people from her own
(24:58):
missing email. Well, it says, her own missing email. So
the whole thing, the whole thing was a distraction. The
whole thing was meant to pull your eyes off of
what she was doing. And he goes on to say,
especially if the affair goes the Olympic level, the point
is making the Russian play a US domestic issue, say
(25:24):
something like a critical infrastructure threat, for the election to
feel menace. Since both Ponis and Vpotas have acknowledged the fact,
I see Intelligence Committee when speed up searching for evidence
that is regrettably still unavailable. However, there seems to be
signs Grew that's a Russian CIA FBI penetration. They appear
(25:50):
hardly skilled, incompetent, bumbling idiots as somebody called them. In
absence of direct evidence, CrowdStrike and threatnect will supply the
media and Grew will hopefully carry on to give more facts.
Now that's on the twenty seventh. On the twenty fifth,
the media analysis on the DNC hacking appear solid. This
(26:11):
is an important story because it would be the first
time that we know of that a state deliberately uses
infiltration and publication of data to interfere in US elections.
Julie says it'll be a long term affair to demonize
Putin and Trump. Later, the FBI will put more oil
into the fire. These are directly from by the way,
(26:34):
these are emails directly from I believe the Durham annex.
So the report that you remember that Durham did in
a This is all the stuff you and I we've
never seen before. Now do you think any of that
might have been interested? It might have been important. Here's
why I make the case it is. The report includes
(26:56):
a key intelligence memo and as you just heard, indicates
Hillary Clinton apparently not only knew about, but approved that
plan hatched via campaign advisor Julianne Smith. That's Julia that
you're hearing about in the In the emails to link
Donald Trump to Russia, seeking to smear him amid a
(27:21):
brewing email scandal, intelligence purportedly detailed that the FBI would
amplify the narrative put more oil into the fire. That's
a direct quote from what I just read you, and
even mentioned coordination via firms like CrowdStrike and Open Society Foundations.
Well that's George Soros. The dot's connecting for you now. However,
(27:47):
the FBI and CIA were unable to verify the authenticity
of the underlying emails and ultimately found no concrete evidence
that the plan was executed. Independent findings include MULER and
Senate Intel investigations confirm Russias that documented interference in twenty sixteen.
So there you have it, the NX explosive and proof
(28:13):
in fact. My question really at this point is as
we continue to find out that they were trying to
get rid of this, they didn't want you to ever
see it. They didn't want this to see the light
of day. My question is when will we see arrests.
Telsea Gabbard was on with Glenny yesterday talking about the
deep state, the one that Alissa Slotkins says doesn't exist.
How many people are you surrounded by that are still
(28:35):
part of that old system.
Speaker 8 (28:40):
It's a good question. As we are finding these documents,
going through them, declassifying and releasing them, we are learning
more about who is actually directly involved and implicated in this.
We're learning more about who may have been in the
room and who was loudly protesting against it, recognizing how
wrong it was us. We have whistleblowers coming forward with
(29:03):
their own documentation of their protests and their unwillingness to
go along with this. So yes, there are people who
are still working within the intelligence community who had a
hand in this. As we are identifying them, it will
give us the opportunity to make sure that they and
others like them, who again are are so willing to
(29:27):
weaponize intelligence to subvert the will of the American people,
can no longer work in the intelligence community.
Speaker 2 (29:34):
Yeah, you gotta, you've got to smoke them out, You've
got to completely get them at But this is again
the deep state that Elissa Slopkinson's doesn't exist. It's such
an unfortunate conversation that she had just the same week
that all of this is coming out on the Colbert
Show that nobody else watches anyway, and just all of
(29:55):
it very I find it very, very interesting. And wait,
there's more. There's more from her, in fact, other emails
that prove how just off the rail she is, how
bad and how absolutely just destructive she would have been
as a commander, and she'd never never and glad faithfully
(30:18):
that never will happen, but that just never should have happened.
All of that, we've got it coming up in just moments,
So stick with us. Don't go anywhere, truth, logic and
common sense. Where we stand for it all and more
on the way, folks right here West Michigan live. And
(30:43):
by the way, speaking of which, it's easier to not
just stand, but to walker, hob skip, jump, get whatever
we want to get done these days. The most important thing. See,
that's why we need you at your best. And if
you like me, if you've had footpain, for you had
back pain, if you've had any of these issues that
have caused me a problem throughout your day, you know
(31:04):
it's just a just simple things like spending time with
your kids, being able to chase them around Like me.
I got a little girl four and two years old,
and can you imagine I keep me on my toes.
That's why I need every bit of my foot and
I gotta have both of them in working order, legs back,
et cetera. Whether you're chasing your kids or your grandkids,
or you're chasing a good time, it doesn't matter what
(31:25):
you're up to this summer. Make sure that you can
do it at your best with help from the folks
at the Good Feed Store. You know, ever since I
walked right in, I felt immediate relief. It was just
like that they fit me with one of their personalized
arts supports. And I tell you it's been a game
changer since my pain. Absolutely feel more balanced, more stable,
(31:47):
My body just functions better. And I want you to
feel the same thing. So you got to go and
see for yourself if the Good Feed Store can help
you like they've helped me. On twenty A Street right
in front of Costco, or in Portage on Westnage in
front of Cool to stop in and see if you
can experience that good feed feeling for yourself at the
Good Feed Store.
Speaker 6 (32:06):
Here are your headlines from The Midwesterner this Friday, August. First,
I'm Robin Hoffman. It's a Midwesterner News original story. A
new lawsuit here in Michigan filed against Secretary of State
Jocelyn Benson. The suit involves the company Johnny's Road Testing,
which is owned by retired Detroit firefighter Jonathan Grimm. This
is the second lawsuit the company has filed against Benson
(32:28):
and others in her department, alleging racist motivations behind the
Secretary of State targeting the company for enforcement actions. In
other news, Governor Whitmer says she's signing an executive order
to investigate the impact President Trump's tariffs are having on
Michigan's economy. Whitmer taking to her ex page bashing Republicans, saying,
(32:49):
at a time when families and businesses need more economic clarity,
Republicans in Washington are creating widespread uncertainty with tariffs. Today,
I am taking action and in his promise to make
America healthy again, President Trump at the White House signing
an executive order to expand the President's Council on Sports,
Fitness and Nutrition. It brings back the Presidential Fitness Test
(33:12):
in public schools, which was canceled by former President Obama.
Speaker 7 (33:17):
From the late nineteen fifties until the twenty thirteen, graduate
scholars all across our country competed against each other in
the Presidential Fitness Test, and it was a big deal.
This was a wonderful tradition and we're bringing it back.
Speaker 6 (33:31):

Midwesterner Dot.
Speaker 2 (33:35):
News Squeeze a phone call in here too if I can,
but we've got good news when it comes to the
jobs report. It was not as expected as as they
were hoping for. But what we're learning is we dig
into the numbers is pretty amazing native born workers. That's
(33:55):
Americans gaining hundreds of thousands of jobs while foreign born
workers are down wopping one and a half million since April.
Natives up three hundred and eighty three thousand for July.
So those folks here illegally are being removed from the
rules because they're either being removed or they are self removing.
So that's some goodness and probably headline you won't hear
(34:18):
on the nightly news. I'll do you that much, Tommy
and Jennison up next, tom I get a couple of
quick moments. Is squeeze you and want to make sure
we get a phone call on this Russia Russia Russia stuff.
Good morning, welcome in. You're live on West Michigan line.
Speaker 5 (34:31):
Yes, sir, just real quick here. I'm guessing what you
were just talking about email was not reported by James
Gimo or anybody else on your news team.
Speaker 3 (34:40):
There.
Speaker 2 (34:42):
Man, Wait a minute, I think actually they did spend
some time on this, and I'm sure James will spend
some time on this today too.
Speaker 5 (34:49):
Well, I'm glad to hear that because the networks obviously
are not covering it. Just other thing real quick here,
I'm tired of hearing Republicans and and including Clay and
Buck saying that that Obama is protected under the community
thing when clearly this is not the presidential duty.
Speaker 2 (35:12):
Yeah, i'd say, also no immunity for treason. That's pretty clear.
Speaker 5 (35:18):
To me, right so, But but it's it's almost they're
they're they're making this look like it's not a story
or not an issue that it can be pursued. And
it's ridiculous because this man was turning the intelligence community
against President Trump and that is not obviously an official
duty of the president. This is just these Republicans need
(35:41):
to stop this. What needs to happen is this needs
to be fully investigated and it needs to be prosecuted
if possible, and let the chips ball where they may.
But to already be saying, well, this isn't something to
work even being pursued. It's just insane.
Speaker 2 (35:56):
Tom. If we can't, if we can't address this, I
think we we we've lost it all. I agree with you,
and we've we've got to write this ship. Thank you
so much for your call. Hang on, I got a
copy of my book. If Tom doesn't have one, you
don't want to give him one very very good points
and it ought to be made. By the way, on
the screen right now is the highlighted one of the
(36:17):
emails that came out from Hillary. Can't we just drone
this guy? Clinton Ley openly inquired is talking about I
think this was Julian Massage. That's who she another proof
of why it's probably a good idea that we we
did not we did not see her as president. Have
(36:37):
you seen this video out of Saudi a radio. This
is incredible. A ride snaps in half, sending people to
the ground. Thankfully, I think nobody is seriously hurt or
killed in this. It is a wild video. By the way,
we did you obviously listen to the radio. You can't
(37:00):
see it, but you can if you get our stack,
and it will be up in the stack justin Berkley
dot tow where we post all the stories that we're
talking about on a daily basis, every single day so
you can stay up to date with it all. It's
the fastest hour and radio and it's flown by yet again,
here we go this weekend. Look for an election integrity
update from Pat Colbeck. We'll tape that podcast a little
(37:22):
bit later on this morning and release it for everyone
coming up tomorrow morning. So stick with us. Some big
moves happening in those election integrity fields. We'll get to
it all, folks. I appreciate you, thank you for your
patience and boy oh boy, back half for it after
a long, beautiful week and it looks like enjoy it.
(37:43):
Make it a great one. I got less up. I'll
be that name that kingdom come. That will be done
on us our daily read, because our trust passes against
the letters your forever you know,
