Speaker 1 (00:00):
Ready to strap in. It's going to be a heck
of a riote. It's like drinking from a fire hose.

just for you. That's right. Lots to discuss that. That
story out of Dearborn really fascinating. Lots of folks paying
attention to that. That's the police officer, the chief. They're
saying they are increasing their Muslim office officer count member.

(00:48):
Now on the servers, you may say that, you said, well,
that's what's a what's a big what's a big deal
with that? What's the problem I've got? Well, I got
some thoughts on this, and and it really it's it's yes,
it is a bit of its religious, but more of
it's tied into the cultural issue. The things that are happening.
I think mind of scenes that we really ought to

(01:08):
sound the alarm on. I'll get into that coming up
here in just a little bit as a will so
stand by. First, let me think our sponsors of folks

keep yourself and your family safe. Natural disasters are man made.
This all kinds of different things that we face on
a daily basis. Oh yeah, and that whole that old
digital ID thing comes into play with that as well. Anyway,
more of those conversations on the way momentarily, Let's start
with this first.

Speaker 2 (03:37):
When I joined the department, Dearborn's Arab American population was
nearly fifty percent. Yet les yet less than three percent
of our police now depart.

Speaker 3 (03:45):
That reflects and.

Speaker 2 (03:46):
Embraces the community it serves, with forty five percent of
our Arab Our officers being Arab American. Hamda la, hamda la.
I'm proud to serve as your chief of police when.

Speaker 1 (03:55):
I joined out. Why is this important? I'm going to
break down for you something that I heard described the
other day. Well, I think it's kind of interesting to
look at anyway, And like I said, I don't this
is some of this can be described as a religious
or faith issue, but I think more than anything, what

(04:18):
we're really looking at is I think it's a more
of a cultural thing. But well, I'll tell you why.
It's it's something that folks are concerned about, why they
have they have a right they out to be, you know,
and it's this chari law you know, they are taking

(04:39):
over in places like Europe, the UK, et cetera. They're
taking over. I mean, it's it's a whole new world
over there, and that's not great. Why one of the
things that you're watching happening. I just heard this described
the other day, and I thought it was just wild.

(05:00):
Shari law is already in place, even if you're not
seeing on the books in some places. This is how
it's being enforced. So somebody will come over and he
will move in and eventually bring others over. It starts
in a neighborhood, and he will then have five, six,

(05:27):
seven wives whoever, it doesn't matter. I just tell you
this is what they're doing. Those wives submitting to him
and shurial law will then go to the state or
they'll then get by the way. This is why Democrats
think that these folks are going to continue to vote

(05:48):
for them, because they've got them sort of locked in
this way. Or they get they go to the federal government,
they're going to get all of the benefits because they'll
go say, there's not a fun around you know, there's
not one in the house at least, and that's why
they qualify for all the free food and everything else.

(06:10):
And they'll go have three or four kids, whatever it
might be. So you got a guy, seven wives, three
four kids each, and you and I are paying for it. Now,
this is I heard this described the other day. I
thought to myself, Holy cow, what in the world. And

(06:32):
that's that's something that's been going on for This is
nothing new. Is something that's been going on for all
on us. Now, here's the other piece of this that
I've I've heard explained is that if you are in
a neighborhood, by the way, they will push you out
of your neighborhood. And if you are in a neighborhood

(06:53):
or this type of thing is happening and you're the
last holdout, Jimmy, that's where you grew up. Sometimes things
just happen violence.

Speaker 4 (07:09):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (07:09):
By the way, what what I'm explaining to you here?
Who could handle seven whys? Well, you know I hear
about that quite a bit myself, and I've often wondered
I got my hands full of one, and I'm sure
she feels the same way. But you know what's interesting
is that these this is what these guys set up, right,

(07:32):
and the government takes care of it and their kids
they don't have to. And Mary, you know, that's an
interesting process because this is the other piece of it,
Mary says, all while we kill our babies, I I
I just just think about that. And then and then
the gin what is it? Millennials? Whatever the young ones

(07:53):
are now, they're not they're not having kids either. I
mean even us we only have two. Sometimes I think,
oh gosh, we had to pick up the pace here.
But some sort of violence happens on those streets, and
then those people are pretty much forced to move away,

(08:15):
and they do. And it's really sad because if the
violence happens on the street, they can't get any witnesses,
anybody to report against the other individual because it's somebody
of their form, their own faith. So it's just that
you can't do it, can't rat out those people. Isn't

(08:39):
that something? So it is something that I guess you know,
that's kind of wietly happening behind the scenes, quietly happening
behind the scenes, until all of a sudden it just
sneaks up on you and then bam, it's here, and
it is here folks, that whether or not most people

(08:59):
are aware of it is. It's really interesting. That's a
whole other piece speaking of something that's just seemingly come
sort of out of the blue. Here is Senator Fetterman
making more sense. It was on Sunday with Maria and
I got to tell you, I watch what this guy says,
and I think to myself, gosh, you know, he's completely

(09:23):
opposite from others in his party. And I don't know
if it's calculated. I don't know if it's strategic. I
don't know. It's because of the stroke that he suffered
a while back. But the guy's making sense. I gotta
give him credit for that all the way.

Speaker 5 (09:35):
But I mean, on the left, you've got such extremes,
would you consider switching parties?

Speaker 1 (09:43):
No?

Speaker 3 (09:43):
No, I'm not going to switch, you know, But I'm
just going to be an independent voice in the Democratic Party.
I'm not going to be afraid if people, I mean,
and if there are groups attacking a Democrat, you know,
the last one in Pennsylvania, then that to me, that's
part of the problem, you know, in our party. And
if you want a Democrat that's going to call people

(10:05):
Nazis or fascists or all these kinds of thing, well,
I'm not going to be that guy. You know, independent
thinking and views wherever that I happen to believe the
truth regardless if it's the Republican or the Democratic voice,
you know, and I think is the truth in this now,
in this truth right now, it's firmly on Israel through this,
and it's also it's always wrong to shut our government down.

(10:28):
And that's where my voice is. And if that puts
me as an outlier, and now that's where I am.

Speaker 1 (10:34):
What do you think happens to Ninyaw if he doesn't
submit to Trump and his plan. By the way, if
you want a full video on this, and I think
it's worth going back to watch because he again I
can't tell you exactly what I think has happened. Is
it's strategy that he's employing, or is there all the
way and something more to what what he's digging into.

(10:58):
I think it's just fashion. If you want a Democrat
that's gonna call people Nazis or fascist all these things,
I'm not going to be that guy Fetterman kind of
making the point. And by the way, you know what
he posted over the way is another There's another thing
that he posted over the weekend that also I saw it.
It's really interesting.

Speaker 6 (11:20):
He posted a a study and I want to say, uh, yeah.

Speaker 1 (11:39):
You know, I'm I think I'm gonna have to find
it on this account. Yeah, here it is unchecked. Unchecked
extreme rhetoric like labels as Hitler or fascist, will foment
more extreme outcomes. Political violence is always wrong, no exceptions.

(12:04):
By the way, this is what I've been calling for
Democrats to come out and say and do. He's the
only one I've seen that's had the guts to do it.
Political violence is always wrong, no exceptions. We must all
turn the temperature down. That he posts with the headline
from the Axio story study left wing terrorism climbs to

(12:25):
thirty year high. Where are the other Democrats? Where are
the people that say they're sensible? Where are the folks
that I say they're reasonable? I will tell you that
I believe if you do not get out and they don't,
they don't make this case, if they don't shout this

(12:46):
from the rooftops. I almost I almost kind of consider
this condoning it because you're just not speaking out, which
is sort of your your fence, sitting playing the both
sides deal, and that that's allowing for this. By the way,
that's the only way evil thrives when good men do nothing.
That's the whole fought and the idea is it's right

(13:09):
on the money. What happened. They've been pulled far left

(13:33):
by some of the most extremeist radical groups, a lot
of them has social media has to do it. But
there is that plot, that sort of communist Marxist islamisis.
There's this. Glen's talked about this before. It's all these
groups coming together as allies with the one goal of
tearing the country down. That's what they want to do

(13:56):
more than anything, they want to tear the whole thing. Doubt.
Get ready, folks, I'm telling you, and you watch these stories,
you see what's happening. It makes a lot of sense.
Start putting the pieces together. But I'm also here to

(14:19):
tell you it's not all doom and gloom. The good
news is God is still on the throne and you're
not alone. You're not on an island out there by yourself.
Even think guy in Portland felt like he was, And
can you see when the cavalry came in to rescue
you know that must have felt amazing. But I see

(14:45):
a groundswell something happening right now, and numbers and in
ways that I've never seen before. It's happening with people
of faith. Churches are packed out, Baptisms are happening, people
are getting saved, they're recommitting all those things, and thank God,

(15:06):
thank God, because if it doesn't happen, if this isn't
the turning point, that it becomes the tipping point and
things escalate into an all out clash and violence and
all the rest of it. I can't even imagine where

(15:26):
things go from here. But God, I really do feel
good about our prospects. But we have to walk it through.
And if we don't, we need to understand everything that's
on the line in twenty twenty six and beyond. By
the way, here's Swallowell, the guy that should have been

(15:47):
He should be in the clink right now for his
treasonous relationship with the Chinese spy from China, China. He
should be here. He is centrally vowing promising to go
out after anyone who supported Trump when they regained power
in twenty twenty six in Congress.

Speaker 7 (16:05):
Well, first, we are making it clear that we're going
into the majority a year from now. We have every
intention to do that, and so we will bring oversight, accountability.
We will subpoena the Department of Justice, but also private
actors who have done these drug deals with the administration's
college campuses, entertainment companies, law firms, and so accountability is

(16:28):
coming and so one it's all coming out too. I
hope that deters people from doing more of these deals,
these one offs with the president. One other point though,
on COMI Kate, this happened when Donald Trump was president.
So if you're trying to tell me this is not
politically motivated, the statement that they're referring to where he
allegedly lied, donald Trump was president, So why didn't you

(16:51):
indict him? Then? Well for.

Speaker 1 (16:55):
So there you have it. Just so you know, we
understand what the stake, Sara and you, we have an opportunity.
We've seen the Groundswellow support just explode like we've never
seen before. Things are moving in our direction, but we've
got to understand that we've got to finish the job here.
Folks who are it It does not get pretty. I mean,

(17:17):
they're already engaged in violence as we speak. Folks on
the left and left, just already engaged by they've been
given the green light to do this, by the way
they have and you haven't seen the really the declarations
like I played for you earlier from Fetterman. You haven't
really seen the declarations coming for people to say, look,

(17:38):
we got to cool this thing down. It's gone too hot.
There are some really wild people out there, extremely and
and uh, let's put it this way, some mentally unstable
people that are losing control. I heard just somebody was
talking about shut down earlier. We have some news about
that shutdown. Looks like if they shut things down, they've

(17:59):
gather in for rut awakening. Here's Caroline Lovett earlier this morning,
believe talking about President Trump and what will happen if
things get shut down. The Democrats will loan it.

Speaker 8 (18:09):
The leverage is in the President's hands because the overwhelming
majority of the American public wants to keep the government open.

Speaker 4 (18:15):
I mean it's not even close.

Speaker 8 (18:16):
Democrats and Republicans independents across the country want the government
funded because they want our military and our troops to
be paid. They want TSA agents and border patrol to
be paid. They want food assistance programs for women in
children and impoverished communities to continue going out the door.
All of that will come to an end if Democrats
vote against this clean cr that Republicans are proposing. And

(18:36):
might I just add Chuck Schumer and Hikeem Jeffries are
on the record multiple times in their past political lives
stating that they too believe a government shutdown is bad.
In fact, I quote Chuck Schumer just last year in
twenty twenty four, said a shutdown would mean chaos, in
pain and needless heartache for the American people. Well, we
hope that Chuck Schumer and the Democrats won't cause chaos,
in pain and heartache. We want our country to continue

(18:58):
to be funded. We want our government to be open
so we can continue doing the business of the American people.

Speaker 1 (19:04):
Interesting clips floating around right now, Chuck Schumer talking about
those same tactics he's accused of using. Right now. This
was back. Oh gosh, I guess this was back. Did
I lose my place here? I think it may have
lost it. Oh shoot, it was a good one. Do

(19:26):
I'll see if I can find it. But it's Schumer
out there talking right now. Uh oh, I actually this
was a three years back back when I with more
than a few years back. This is back when Trump
was You know, theyre all sitting down on that cach
You remember that whole that whole scene where they're sitting
down on the couch and Trump's kind of reading them
the Riot Act and Schumer's making his case. Let me

(19:51):
see if I can find this this clip again. If
I can't, it was this is this? Is it?

Speaker 9 (19:56):
This?

Speaker 1 (19:56):
I believe this was the This was the meeting, and
then the story here is that why this ties in?
They're gonna I think they're meeting today at the White
House together. Anyway, this was the meeting from from back
back then. I think Nancy was there too. Nancy Pelosi

(20:19):
was there too. Anyway, that that whole era and some
of the some of the sound bites and the clips
are now coming back biting him in the You know what,
if I can find the clips, I'll play him. I
literally just lost it and I don't know what happened.

(20:40):
If I can find it, I'll get it out for
you and I'll break it back down. But the shutdown,
by the way, don't threaten me with a good time.
Everybody's talking about all the pain that's going to come
from the shutdown. I'm I'm I'm actually for it. I
think we ought to shut down. President Trump's already so
have said, like if we do shut down, look we're

(21:02):
gonna start cutting, We're gonna start acting, we're gonna start
firing people. Now, that's the last thing they want. But
don't threaten me with a good time. Like I said, Look,
I mean, we can get by without a lot of
this stuff.

Speaker 9 (21:14):
There.

Speaker 1 (21:15):
You know, there's there's quite a few things that I
think that could get shot. People will we'll we'll find out. Well,
they've they've already fooled around. Now it's time to find out.
Eric Adams dropping out of that New York City race.
Trump expected to attend the big meeting this week with

(21:36):
Pete Hegseth. By the way, uh, the thing about the
New York City race is kind of interesting. They believe
that Mom Donnie can be beat if Cuomo and Mom
Donnie are the only two in the race together. I
think that's an interesting concept. I just I just you know,

(21:58):
for some of you folks and and you know who
I'm talking about that are in New York City, we
got people listening to this program that are there, you know,
that live there, and they have to deal with all this.
I hate to think about it, but on one hand,
I think to myself, well, good, let them vote in
some commies and see how that whole experiment goes. I

(22:21):
can't imagine it going any worse. But then I think
about Bonnie, who's right in the middle of it, and
God forbid, I don't. I wouldn't on my worst enemy,
and certainly not Bonnie. But can you imagine can you
imagine what a glaring example of how failed that whole
thing would work? Well, it wouldn't work. That'd be the problem.

(22:44):
Trump says he's going to attend access gathering of the general.
Now why are they bringing the generals together? That's a
whole nother thing. That's a whole nother scenario all together. Yeah,
it wasn't Cuomo. Me too, it he was. But you
know that's what Democrats do, is they use these certain
things when they're when they're convenient for themselves. You know, I,

(23:09):
to me two things. Was one thing with Cuomo, but
the other thing was the nursing home deaths. That's the
to me, that's the bigger issue.

Speaker 4 (23:17):
You know.

Speaker 1 (23:23):
I I I hate to see I just hate to
see it, to see that guy back in power. But
the money thing, can you imagine a full on coming?
You never go full coming. It's like to Ben Steeller,

(23:45):
never go full Commy. But it's true. So what's happening
with this meeting at with the general Some say they
may be preparing for war. Some say no, no, no,
they may officially be making some cuts and reorganization. That's
part of what this is. I don't think it's a
war thing, because I might maybe posturing more than anything.

(24:07):
But I think if we really were preparing to go
for some sort of war, we were going to war,
I don't think we would be this loud about it.
I think these types of meetings would probably happen behind
the scenes. Now that's just, you know, part of my
thought process on it. I don't know exactly where it goes,

(24:28):
but it does make me think about making sure you
know that we are we're prepared no matter what. Again,
over on CNN this weekend, and can you imagine, they
talked a lot about Komi, They talked a lot about
oh and wondering where was that whole you know, it

(24:50):
just curious, where did that whole idea that no one
is above the law go? I guess right out the window?
Here they are. Scott Jennings take them all to task,
and this is another great opportunity to show the country
exactly how these folks feel on the left and on
CNN me mecapping his own prosecutors here.

Speaker 10 (25:09):
Well, look, that's the thing. There's a system, and the
system includes grand juries and juries of ordinary Americans who
get in a room and make decisions. He can't order
people to be indicted, and he can't order people to
be convicted. He can express his opinion. In the case
of Komy, grand jurors and a very liberal jurisdiction got
together and decided that the evidence did warrant charges.

Speaker 1 (25:27):
That's the interesting thing about it all. I told you
last week. I wasn't I wasn't extreme. I was cautiously optimistic.
I didn't know exactly where this was going to go.
But I think it's interesting to point out that, yeah,
this is this is wild. They actually did charge him.
So if they were able to charge him, what do
you think, m dam couldn't they can I get a conviction.

Speaker 10 (25:49):
Camy, We'll go to trial and then a jury of
his peers will decide whether he is guilty or not.
The president can't do anything about that. He can make
commentary on it. I'm not sure if it's wise or
not wise to do that, if it will matter at all.
But ultimately, I'll just say what Jim Comey said when
Donald Trump was indicted.

Speaker 1 (26:04):
It's a good day for the rule of law.

Speaker 10 (26:06):
Because we have a system, and the system is in place,
and the system is working as it was designed, with average,
ordinary Americans making decisions about how our laws will be enforced.

Speaker 11 (26:15):
But you said that he can't actually order the indictment
of someone.

Speaker 1 (26:19):
I think he just proved that he could.

Speaker 11 (26:21):
I think what he did the series of events that
took place here.

Speaker 1 (26:24):
Yeah, it's interesting. These people completely forget maur Lago raid
and all the rest of it. Come on, guys, actually
be clear about what happened.

Speaker 4 (26:31):
Right.

Speaker 11 (26:32):
He tried to pressure Eric Sebert at the Eastern District
of Virginia to pursue this prosecution.

Speaker 1 (26:37):
He did not.

Speaker 11 (26:38):
The US prosecutors there said they did not see enough evidence,
so he forces him out. He publicly declares to Pam
BONDI you need to target these political enemies, specifically labeling
James Cony, and then right after that installs Lindsay Halligan,
a former insurance lawyer with no prosecutorial experience, to go
in there, and then within days Comy's indicted. Even after

(27:01):
Rank and file prosecutors. They gave her a declination memo
that said, this is why we don't think there's enough evidence.
So I don't think this is just the process playing out.
I think this is Donald Trump explicitly abusing its power
and directing the prosecution of a political moundument.

Speaker 10 (27:15):
You said, we have to be very clear about what happened,
and then you left out the most critical part, where
a prosecutor has to go into a grand jury, present
the evidence and make the case why charges are warranted,
and the grand jury has to agree with that. In
this case, they did. Now I don't know if he'll
be convicted or not, but you can't leave out and
deny that there's a critical step where average, ordinary Americans

(27:35):
get put in a room and they ultimately have to decide.

Speaker 1 (27:38):
Doesn't that in a place like Virginia. Come on, man,
give me a break. That's why I said this in
every hand. There was a woman who tried. She drove
from New York City to Washington, d C. The whole
time her plot. Her plan was to kill the president,
and they weren't able to get her indicted in a
grand jury. Make that make sense? Somehow? Make that makes sense?

(28:00):
You can't. But they were able to get this guy indeted.
They were able to get it done with COMMI it
tells you there must be something really big inside all
the evidence they have that you're probably not hearing about.
We haven't heard of that yet.

Speaker 4 (28:15):
And put somebody who I mean is just simply an
ept and unqualified to actually have that job.

Speaker 10 (28:20):
She was ept and qualified enough to get a grand
jury to look at the evidence and return to charges
against him. Are you saying that this process, which is
used all over the country every single day to bring
crimes all over the code is somehow broken. These are
ordinary citizens in a liberal jurisdiction who looked at evidence
from a prosecutor and said, yeah, it looks like there's

(28:40):
something here. Is that not what happened?

Speaker 4 (28:42):
Yeah.

Speaker 8 (28:42):
Watching somebody like Speaker Johnson normalize that, it just it
sends us down an incredibly dangerous.

Speaker 10 (28:47):
Cat I'm stunned to hear you say we're now worried
about normalizing this kind of thing.

Speaker 3 (28:53):
We had a turn about to do right now, let's
hear it.

Speaker 10 (28:56):
I'm about to tell you what happened in the state
of New York when the Democratic Attorney General ran an
entire political campaign promising promising not to uphold justice.

Speaker 1 (29:06):
They act like we don't have memories, he don't have
brains and can't remember any of this.

Speaker 10 (29:10):
But to prosecute one person, Donald Trump, And I didn't
hear a lot of weeping and gnashing of teeth among
Democrats about normalizing the weaponization of justice.

Speaker 4 (29:19):
What we're talking about is the abuse of the system.

Speaker 10 (29:21):
People abuse beyond the idea of prosecuting people. When when
Democrats were going after Trump, were you worried about abuse?

Speaker 7 (29:28):
Because because I firmly believe that Donald Trump broke the
law and he was indicted, do you think the thirty
four charges.

Speaker 1 (29:33):
That it doesn't firmly believe? Call me that see Trump
Trump deserved and I don't care how they got it.
That's what he's saying it all the time for a
good charge. Let men actually go back to Joe Biden.
These people don't make any sense, and that's they're they're
weak and frail, and their arguments so are they don't.
It's it's obvious Jill Clinton indicted his own son.

Speaker 10 (29:51):
Did he deserve to be indicted? No, he didn't, Yes,
but he indicted his own you're saying that you're what
you're saying.

Speaker 4 (29:57):
You're saying a white house was.

Speaker 1 (30:04):
Wow. Yeah, he got right caught right out there, red
handed folks, caught right out there and red handed. Hey,
coming up this week, we're gonna have a great podcast
for you. A good friend, Missy from My Pure Health Solution.
She walks through the whole uh announcer that came from

(30:27):
Trump in RFK, and of course the Make America Healthy
Again Revolution, the Maha Revolution, and the latest on autism.
She has a son who had it. I say, had
it when he was younger. I don't know what you
will qualified as now, but he's seen just an unbelievable
transformation take place in his life. And this was years ago.

(30:51):
He's since gone on to become like the prom King
and then he lives in Australia. Now he's got He's
just a genius apparently according to her, and the things
that he's been able to accomplish. He's married. I think
he might even have a I can't remember what she said,
but it's incredible. The therapies and the things that she said

(31:12):
that the light to sort of shine on the whole
thing missing and the team want to help you get
healthy too. Look for that podcast on the way, I'm
starting my next phase of the transformation with my pure
health solutions. If you've done this in the past, or
you thinking about maybe making a bit of a switch,
you know, before the holidays, so you can drop some weight.
Now that the kids are back in school, it's a

(31:33):
great time to do this. I want to drop a
few pounds before we get I actually have a grand
goal that I'll get into more on the days ahead,
but I want to drop a few pounds before the
holidays get here, right before it all kind of starts
to break loose. And maybe maybe you'd like to join me.
Find out how you can't do so many people have

(31:55):
dropped so much weight. In fact, I dropped forty pounds
in forty days in my first phase. Look at that.
The transformation is undeniable, and I'm ready to jump into
my next phase here. It's I just you cannot you
cannot explain how good you feel, what kind of a

(32:16):
difference it makes. It's not just your you know your health,
it's the energy that you have, it's the focus, it's
the clarity. And for folks who listen to this programmer,
she's got a special treat just for you join me
and so many others, the countless folks who have jumped
in and decided to join that fight making America healthy again.

(32:36):
It really starts with you and me. Go to healthwithjsin
dot com to find out how you can take advantage
of it as well. That's health with justin dot Com.
Do it today, all right, I've got to tell you
about the latest story. And this is something that I
think is quietly happening. If people always sy is this

(32:59):
a distraction? Is that a distraction? Well? What are we
being distracted from? Might be the actual question? Right, This
is something that is concerning to me. Digital ID. They're
pushing this in Europe and they've all but almost got
it done and they want to do it. They say

(33:19):
they want to do it here. Why is it freaking
people out? And why is it something that we ought
to keep our all right, is to make sure we're
loud and clear about digital ID. Nigel Farage in the
UK speaking out against it.

Speaker 12 (33:39):
So the Prime Minister says, we must have digital ID.
That's the way we'll stop illegal immigration. We'll think about it.
Germany has ID car.

Speaker 1 (33:47):
They're make anything so bad that they have a solution
ready to go for you digital IDs, strict ID and checks.

Speaker 12 (33:58):
It's made no difference at all in Germany, and nor
will it here. All that digital ID will be is
a means of controlling the population, of telling us what
we can and can't do, of finding the innocent. And
didn't we see it all when we had the pandemic,
when you had to have vaccine ID to travel to

(34:18):
do various things. Did that stop the COVID pandemic spread spreading?

Speaker 1 (34:22):
Did it?

Speaker 4 (34:23):
Hell?

Speaker 12 (34:23):
All it did was put cost and inconvenience on everybody else.
I also worry about massive data banks being helped with
the government, being hacked by foreign governments, by private companies,
by criminals. I do not see a single benefit to
the government having digital ID other than them controlling what

(34:44):
we do, what we spend, and where we go. And
we in reform are wholly opposed to it in every
single way.

Speaker 1 (34:53):
What does it look like the digital ID? While you
don't have to look much for it's already actually happening
in places like China. China, they've got it, They've had
it for years. And by I tell you, if you
make a mistake, you jaywalker or whatever, it could cost
you your job. It could be serious business.

Speaker 9 (35:13):
A good school brings benefits, but people with low schools
lose rights. The cinema names and shames people considered untrustworthy,
plastering their details, even their addresses, across big screens.

Speaker 1 (35:26):
It's a matter of principle. Those people have to be condemned.

Speaker 9 (35:31):
Those people aren't honest, so they have to pay the price.

Speaker 1 (35:34):
It's only right to pay your debts. You have to
blacklist those that don't.

Speaker 9 (35:38):
Also, the Supreme Court has created a blacklist for so
called bad citizens, those whose ratings have dropped to zero
on it are companies, but also twenty three million people
to date. Among them is this journalist you who he
got a little too close to uncovering corruption among high
profile party members, have to be ensued for defamation by

(36:01):
the subject of a story he'd written.

Speaker 1 (36:03):
He was blacklisted.

Speaker 9 (36:05):
He only realized when he tried to buy a train
ticket and was told he was banned from traveling.

Speaker 13 (36:11):
That tells me, I'm still on the blacklist.

Speaker 1 (36:13):
And on the blacklist, yeah, you can't buy yoursell looks
like looks like you're digitalized. It looks like you're in
a It's a digital prison, is what it is. You're
free to walk around, but you just can't do anything
because he's.

Speaker 9 (36:26):
Been branded untrustworthy by the state.

Speaker 13 (36:30):
Once you're blacklisted, you can no longer get a bank loan,
start a business, buy an apartment to take or even
send your children to a private school.

Speaker 1 (36:39):
If you post something wrong and the Internet goes against
what they want you to post on on social media,
you share the truth. You're out praying in public. You
know other Russian people who do that in the UK
right now used to be for a job.

Speaker 9 (36:52):
You who is among a tiny minority of people who
have dared to criticize the system, which some are calling
a digital dictator.

Speaker 13 (37:02):
I worry because I think many people like me will
be deprived of individual freedom.

Speaker 1 (37:08):
Well, the Swiss have just voted. By the way, this
is not like pie in the sky, This is not
like fantasyland. The Swiss have just voted. They narrowly approved
the plan to introduce electronic ID cards, with about fifty
one percent voting in the favor of the federal government's
proposal in the national referendum. The new EID system will

(37:28):
be government issued stored digitally, allowing citizens to securely access
online services like tax filings, banking, and healthcare. Supporters say
it will modernize digital infrastructure. Critics worn of surveillance and
data privacy risks. Oh, amongst other things, the fact that
they'll have complete and total control over you. Maybe maybe

(37:50):
we should mention that while we're at it. Huh. Here
is a cure Starmer Prime Minister in the UK talking
about it.

Speaker 3 (37:57):
Wait.

Speaker 14 (37:58):
Today, I am announcing this scupment will make a new
free of charge digital ID mandatory for the right to
work by the end of this parliament.

Speaker 1 (38:09):
Let me spell that out.

Speaker 14 (38:11):
You will not be able to work in the United
Kingdom if you do not have digital ID. It's as
simple as that. May Today, I am announcing this stupent
can't work, can't buy or sell?

Speaker 1 (38:25):
Think about that. Holy smokes, Well, it looks like it
may be coming. Michael Schellenberger. It's kind of like a
left well say, let's call him liberal, you know, but
he's he's been one of these guys that's been really

(38:47):
outstanding talking about you know, COVID and some of the
other the big issue censorship, et cetera. Here he is
with a post On X the other day. The man
behind the digital ID. She's Larry Ellison, owner of Oracle, CBS, CNN,
and soon TikTok. He wants data centralization in total surveillance.

(39:07):
Citizens will be on their best behavior because we're constantly
watching and recording everything that's going on. He says, Well,
I don't know, I know, Larry seems to be at
least the TikTok guys, the CBS folks guidance, whatever the
new company is, they seem to be more on the

(39:30):
conservative side. This is from about a year ago back
in Austin, Texas, a talk that they gave on AI
powered surveillance.

Speaker 4 (39:37):
In the future, your body cams will be transmitting that
the police will be on their best behavior because we're
constantly watching and recording everything that's going on. Citizens will
be on their best behavior because we're constantly recording and
reporting everything that's going on.

Speaker 5 (39:55):
When you come to government and what government's doing, they're
obviously there are ark of a intelligence tools and some
of them, I know the Oracle have developed around financial
management for government. But also tell us a bit about what,
because you're right at the forefront of this revolution, what
it means for what government should do in terms of
its digital infrastructure, you know, digitalized data centers and so on.

Speaker 4 (40:20):
How do you take advantage of these incredible AIAI models.
And the first thing a country needs to do is
to unify all of their data so it can be
consumed and used by the AI model. You have to
take all of your healthcare data, your diagnostic data, your

(40:42):
electronic health records, your genomic data.

Speaker 1 (40:45):
And you're in the Middle East.

Speaker 4 (40:47):
In the UA, for example, they're incredibly rich in data.
They have a lot of populate population data. The NHS
in the UK has an incredible amount of population data,
but it's amited, it's not easily accessible by these AI models.
We have to take all of this data we have
in our country and move it into a single, if

(41:10):
you will, unified data platform, so we provide context when
we want to ask a question. We've provided that AI
model with all the data they need to understand our country.

Speaker 1 (41:23):
And we're giving it to them. We're giving it more
and more every day we give more data. Just think
about it. Everything. Every time you use an app, every
time you use I mean, it's it's wild. It's not
something we've done a deep dive on recently, but I
would like to go a little bit further with you,
just so you could know, you know, where where else
is as this think about it? Where else is this past? Already?

(41:46):
In Europe? I think it's a no brainer. They've got
a massive illegal immigrant issue there and this seems to
be the solution that they can provide. Now, it's not
going to fix it. It's not going to fix it,
it's not going to make it go away. It won't
really do any of the things that they say that.
What it will do is it'll put everybody in a
digital prison. So if you speak out on the issue itself,

(42:09):
like the like the illegal immigrants coming in and of
course you know the other issues that are that are
causing problems there, you'll you'll be dinged, Your score will
be her. It has a capability to be a very
very big problem, very big problem. But that being said,

(42:33):
it's I'm just shining a lot of the light just
beginning to countries already using this system. By the way,
there's a few of them, not all via public referendum,
like Switzerland in Estonia has a fully integrated ei D
system which uses it for voting. There's a thing about that,
and how could they make the right come along with this?

(42:54):
We'll get rid of the illegal immigrants also voting. Make
sure that you're voting and you you're you're the one
who's getting the vote, and it's nobody else, and that
you know, that's completely think about that. They would they
would love to have that. Then taxes, it'd be simple
to get your taxes done, you would They could just
send you a bill or or delete, you know, pull

(43:17):
money out of your account whatever mind you want have
to do anything. There's no worrying about taxes anymore. Lots
of European Union nations already issue these ei D the
electronic identity smart cards. They have NFC contactless chips inside.
Under the EU and ei d a's framework, electronic ID

(43:39):
cards are widespread. Iceland also runs a digital ID system
citizens using mobile based ei D systems for government and
private services. So we ought to take a deeper dive
into this and find a guest I think really that
can nail this down for us. Would it be something
if we did that? Would that would be something that

(44:00):
you'd like to know more about. Maybe we can plan
a deeper dive in a podcast in the new future.
Thank you so much to everyone who shared this today.
We appreciate you helping us get the word out. You
know it was coming one of the most radical, extreme folks,
by the way, running for Senate as a Democrat. He
has also run for governor before. Abdul alsai Ad is

(44:24):
saying that we need gun control after that church attack.
By the way, the guy rammed the truck and the
end of the church caught the church on fire. There
are improvised explosives I think that may have been detected,
I don't know used in this situation or other places
at back at his home. What do we do about
those things? Thank you so much for being with us.

Speaker 15 (44:43):
Let's talk about the tragedy coming out of your state yesterday.

Speaker 1 (44:48):
It's one more place where a house of worship is attacked.

Speaker 15 (44:51):
We've of course seen it with synagogues across the country.

Speaker 1 (44:53):
We've seen in.

Speaker 15 (44:54):
Vandalism and shootings at mosques across the country, including a
member killed a new last year. We've seen it in
Christian houses of worship.

Speaker 1 (45:04):
We saw it yesterday at a Mormon church.

Speaker 15 (45:09):
Talk about that, your concerns and what in the world
can we do to stem this tide of gun violence.

Speaker 16 (45:18):
Well, first of all, my heart goes out to the
families affected in the Mormon community. In Grand Blank and
across the country. I was in Grand Blank just three
days ago, and this is a peaceable community. To see
it torn apart like that is awful. I'm also a
physician and epidemiologist, and I know that when you have
the scourge of a thing that harms.

Speaker 1 (45:37):
People, you have a responsibility to start asking how do
you actually solve that?

Speaker 16 (45:40):
And you look at all of the string of violence
that we've seen, they tend to have something in common.
And I think we have responsibility as a country to
stand together, to stand up for our children, for our elders,
for folks just going to church on a Sunday, to
say that enough is enough. We need to have a
conversation about gun violence.

Speaker 4 (45:57):
Right.

Speaker 16 (45:57):
The Second Amendment doesn't mean any gun for anyone, anywhere, anytime.
It means that we understand that there was a space
for this, but not this, not that people walk into
their church on a Sunday and get gun down.

Speaker 1 (46:09):
And so we need to have that conversation. We need
to have it urgently.

Speaker 16 (46:12):
I'm hoping to sit down with folks everyone, including gun owners,
to folks who are victims of gun violence, to ask.

Speaker 1 (46:16):
Where is the way forward? Because this here ain't it. Yeah,
I'm calling right along with Abdul for reasonable common sense
truck control. If we can get that done, we'll get
the gun control done after the truck. We gotta get
the truck control done first. I think they could do
more damage to trucks. You get the truck control done,

(46:38):
and then we'll move on to the gun control. What
about the Knights, the guy at the walmart. I mean,
we're talking about mental health issues on top of it.
But you know, and I mentioned this earlier, it's a
spiritual thing we're facing. Folks. First, your moment is in
before we leave.

Speaker 14 (46:56):
Look at this.

Speaker 1 (46:58):
Oh boy, that Shito the river and those are federal
agents ICE, et cetera patrolling on the river in those boats.
Look at that probably right next to Trump Tower. What
a gorgeous site to be seen. Huh whoa. We've seen
the videos today of both Portland and Chicago where residents

(47:22):
are welcoming and the president and schederal forces coming in.
Yet another big example, and this is what I voted for.
Smile on my face. They're getting done. They're cleaning things up.
God bless them. We need more of that. It's not
a day too soon, folks. Hey, don't forget. The store

Cardiac Cowboys

Cardiac Cowboys

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
