Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's West Michigan Live with Justin Barklay on Wood Radio.

Speaker 2 (00:09):
Welcome in. It is another gorgeous day with some lingering
smoke from the Canadian wildfires up north. By the way,
there's a lot of back and forth on this. I
want to give you the truth about these fires, the smoke,
and really the solution, because you know, I've seen some

(00:33):
people say, well, there's there's just nothing you can do
about it. Well, that's not entirely true, and I want
to make sure that you know that I give you
a little update on this coming up.

Speaker 1 (00:45):
News, weather and traffic, his stories of the day. We
are talking about what matters most in West Michigan and
beyond these is the Big Three.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
Now see you make three power by Hard Little Home
mortgage by the way, big details coming up today. Subpoenas
are flying out of the house. New details the Jeffrey
Epstein case coming out, some about Epstein himself that may
or may not be shocking to those listening. Maybe not

(01:18):
even the U, but folks finding out some of these
details may be shocked into Clintons, Oh, the Clintons with
a price to pay. It's all coming out, powered by
our good friends at heartland home mortgage, whether you want
to buy, refine home equity, line of credit, they can
help you get there. And of course they've helped us

(01:39):
save thousands every time we've dealt with They've got away
in the team over and above every time we deal
with it. They're faster, they're quicker, they're better than the
big banks, and like I said, we've saved thousands each time.
Lots of people listening to this program out as well.
Number one jhmlinding dot com, the Way to Go Bill

(02:02):
and the Hillary just got slapped with subpoenas as well
as others for testimony regarding Jeffrey Epstein. A sweeping over
the House Republican let Oversight Committee issuing the subpoenas to
the former president Secretary of State as well demanding testimony
connection with Epstein in his sex trafficking investigation. Depositions set

(02:24):
for October. Hillary on the ninth, Bill on the fourteenth. Oh,
it's gonna get interesting. The find out era is here.
Lots of people like to say, especially the angry birds,
the black black pillars, nothing's happening. Well, this is something,
and it's quite something because these folks they come in

(02:45):
whatever they reveal or don't. Remember, they're under oath and
they're gonna have to make sure that they testify as such.
And if they slip up, boy, they could be charged
with lying under oaths. And the current Remember the process
is the crime. Remember that with Trump and everything they
did to him, it won't just be Hillary and Bill.
It'll also be the FBI directors, former Comy and Moeller,

(03:10):
as well as many others will talk about that coming up.
Abbott has asked the Texas Supreme Court, the governor there,
to go out and remove State House Democrat Caucus chair
from his office. He remember they said they'd like to
arrest these Democrats who fled from the state. They'd like

(03:31):
to get them arrested. If you don't get back here
in time, we're going to arrest you because they were
failing to give the Republicans the caucus there in the
House well Democrat Rep. Jan Wu he is the chair
of the state House Democratic Caucus, eating more than fifty
fellow Democrats out of state to hold a gop back

(03:52):
congressional redistricting plan. That's what they want to do is
is redistrict of state. By the way, don't complain if
you're on the left. If they do this all the time.
Democrats have done it in blue states for years, and
they'll continue doing It'm probably going to do it again
this year. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and Senator John
Cornyn backing the move, Paxton filing a supporting letter, Cornyn

(04:14):
asking the FBI to assist in locating these absent lawmakers,
hinting at bribery allegations. These folks could end up in
jail if they took money to get out of state.
Democrats now safe, or so they think. In Illinois, defending
their actions, the Department the Homeland Security and the Secretary,

(04:38):
Christy Knaum says that they're going to open up a
new detention facility for Indiana. Heard of Alligator Alcatraz, Meet
the speedway Slammer. It'll be Indiana's version of Alligator Alcatraz.
And just look at it, and it looks it's perfect.

(05:01):
It's perfect. Looking at the size of this thing and
where it will be inside the State of Indian Animal
details to come in the days ahead. We'll we'll keep
you up to date. Of course, it's enough for folks
on the left to lose their ever loving minds or
what was left of them all on the way. We'll
have more details. Standbyne Yes, I'll give you a chance

(05:29):
to join in the conversation with the chaos. Let's try
and make some sense of the noise.

Speaker 1 (05:33):

Barclay on News Radio Wood thirteen hundred and one oh

Speaker 2 (05:47):
Speedway Slammer. We had the Alligator Alcatraz and thatway of
the speedway slammer. I love it. These guys, Well, that's
the thing. Trump's the marketing genius, say the administration right
along with them. And why do you support you think, Well,
that's not important all of this. No, I will tell
you why you got to sell these ideas to the

(06:07):
American people. It's it's important. This type of stuff. Got
to have clear communication and concise about what is going on.
And uh and there you have it there, speedway slammer.
Uh coming soon the speedway Slammer in Indiana announcing a
new partnership with the State of the neda's expand attention

(06:29):
bed space by a thousand beds thanks to Governor Braun
for his partnership, they need one hundred thousand. That's what
Tom Hollman has said. UH also go on to say, look,
you can avoid arrest in self deport. Now, that's another
big piece of why they go out talking about Alligator Alcatraz,
Alcatraz itself and then the speedway slammer. The reason why
they're doing this is they want people to They want

(06:51):
to urge them, nudge them into self deporting. You know,
you can avoid all this and maybe even come back
legally if you self the port. Now, by the way,
where do they want to do this? Grisome Air Force Base.
It's not far from here. It's seventy miles north of Indianapolis.

(07:12):
And my folks live down in southern Indiana and I
drive through this right past it. It's it's it's a
nice little drive. I think that's Highway thirty one if
I if I'm correct, and you'll you'll notice it when
you go through, because there's planes and shoppers and they
have them on the side of the road almost like

(07:33):
I don't want to say monuments, but they're really cool.
They're on the side of the road. There's even some
like gun turret areas. It's kind of a it's kind
of a neat place. It's a neat it's a neat
place to drive past. That's where the speedway slammer is
gonna be. I found that to be very very interesting.
I just kind of floored by that latest in now,

(07:54):
by the way they want to do this kind of
thing all across the country. I think you'll see more
and more of these popping up as time goes on.
So just just keep an eye on that as as
as time continues. All right, I want to if we
can talk about the smoke from the Canadian wildfires, the

(08:19):
smoke that you see outside your window again today, the
smoke that is causing the Mighty Mac that be covered up.
It's just, uh, it's pathetic. And actually I'll be I'll
be clear with you. What is happening right now is
it's it's just so unfortunate. But the other piece of

(08:42):
this is it's it's it's unnecessary. And I'll just say
it as clearly as I can here. This doesn't have
to be the way. It isn't a lot of people
that are settling saying well, this is just nature. This
is how it works. There is nothing to see here,
and of course this is all. This is fine, this
is fine, this is just it, and we're just gonna

(09:03):
have to do it. The same kind of garbage attitude
that led us to accept some of these well, let
me put it this way, some people to accept some
of these things. And the way the government has gotten
away with certain things, no, no, no. Returning America in
the greatness means again, we've got to return ourselves to

(09:24):
a way of exceptionalism. We've got to return ourselves to
a way of Hey, when there's a problem, we buckle
up and we bear down and we fix it. We
provide solutions. So something that seems like, well, that's just
an act of God and there's nothing we can do
to fix the Canadian wilfare. It couldn't be further from

(09:46):
the truth. And I've actually got I've got a plan
for you on this. I've got five steps that we
can take to crack down. And by the way, it's
not just on this coming out of Canada, but it's
what might actually end up coming up to bite us,
to haunt us here in the next year or so

(10:06):
here in Michigan. If we're not careful the hazy skies again.
My four year old has even noticed it. She's she's come.
Why does the sky look like that? This morning I thought,
for a walking in I smelled the smoke of it.
Sometimes it's campfire, sometimes it's a little chemical smell. Bad

(10:28):
air quality for a lot of folks. I don't think
we have an alert today, but we have had the
last several days. The haze in the sky, the burning
in your throat, that's not Michigan, that's smoke blowing down
from Canada. I've heard all kinds of suggestions. Maybe you
ought to turn those those windmills around and blow that

(10:48):
smoke back. It's not gonna that's not gonna do it.
The wind will be shifting in the days I had
and maybe give us some relief from this. But it
should so something that we should never even have to
deal with. Every time we've seen it happen over the
last two years, you gotta wonder it's the same, by
the way, the same talking points we hear from the left.

(11:09):
When you hear anything like this, it could be tornadoes,
it could be hurricanes, it could be flooding. It could
be climate change. They say climate change. That's what's to blame. Now,
this is this is just humans not doing the job
that they ought to be doing, and a lot of

(11:29):
the reason is because of climate change. Now, these fires
start mostly from lightning. Now that part is natural. There's
some of this that is these areas where they have
a lot of this down tender. It's wood, it's it's

(11:50):
trees that are deaf for whatever reason. You know, it's
ice storms like we had up in northern Michigan, by
the way, that's the silent piece of this that needs
to be addressed. It could be wind storms, it could
be tony whatever knocking things down, and of course just
the natural piece of time that sort of rolls on

(12:15):
and takes its toll. Left unattended by the way lightning strikes,
inevitably it will in those dry stretches and it sparks
these fires. They explode because the forests there and in

(12:37):
places like California where the lefties have gotten completely tree
huggers clinging to the trees even after run they're on
the ground. These tree huggers will not clean up the
forest there. They're overloaded. All of that wood on the
floor is fuel. So the years of leave it alone,

(13:01):
all of those policies have led us to where we
are now. It's the truth. They've left dead trees and
dry underbrush on the ground. It's all piling up. And
in fact, many of these fires are burning in places
austraarlier to get to remote areas where crews can't really
get in and get to them quickly. So you really

(13:22):
got a recipe for some mega fires and that's what's
choking us right now, hundreds of miles away. Biggest fires
right now in Canada there's three, the Saskatchewan Shoefire, Ontario's
Red Leg twelve, and dozens of other controlled fires scattered
across Manitoba in the Northwest territories. They aren't campfires going wrong.

(13:46):
These are massive blazes burning in places where the government
and the leftist policies all but guarantee they'll burn out
of control. So all of that being said, you said, like,
what you know, here's the problem. I don't know. She
just started me talking. I wanted to jump in that
AI is out of control. So here's the problem. How

(14:08):
did we get here? Man made? Yes, while this much
of it is natural disaster, it's acts of God. It's
exacerbated by man. When the trees fall, we don't deal
with it in places like California, up north in Canada
and now up north in Michigan. Do you think we've

(14:28):
got a disaster on our hands waiting to happen if
we don't take action, how do you stop it from
happening year after year? Which is really the issue here,
not with lectures, but with action. And I've got five
easy steps here, folks. I know these are things that

(14:49):
can easily be put in Blake. Now. I know some
of it might take some heavy lifting, but I don't
know about you, but I'm gonna get it done. Kind
of guy. I've seen what we can do when Americans
pulled Again, when folks here in Michigan who put the
world on wheels, stand up and say we're gonna fight
back and we're gonna take action, we get things done.

(15:09):
So I've got the five steps. I'll roll them out
for you coming up after this I'm doing. But I'm
just tired of acting like we're hopeless, we're helpless. There's
nothing that can be done. That's just not the truth
that's alive from the pit of hell, and it is
echoed every day with a megaphone from folks on the left.

Speaker 3 (15:37):
Here are your headlines from the Midwesterner this Wednesday, August sixth.
I'm Robin Poffman. It's a Midwesterner News original story.

Speaker 4 (15:45):
I mean, we got federal help before we got state help.
You'd think the more local and the more close to
the impact, you'd see help coming from them, and we
haven't seen that help from the state.

Speaker 3 (15:56):
You're listening to Michigan Republican Representative Parker fairburned discussing the
one hundred million dollars in storm made that is sitting
idle in the Michigan Senate. This comes ninety days after
House Republicans approved the disaster relief for residents devastated by
the ice storms back in March, Fairburn telling WWTV, but it'd.

Speaker 4 (16:16):
Be a reimbursement program, so it'd be something people that
they had to spend tens of thousands of dollars to
get trees removed from their home. They could see some
of that money coming back to them.

Speaker 3 (16:26):
Reporters stunned when they look up and see President Trump
during the roof of the White House, secret Service agents
behind him as he eyes the property ahead of a big,
beautiful ballroom about to be built. In other news, the
President's signing an executive order to create a task force
to prepare for the twenty twenty eighth Summer Olympics in
Los Angeles, taking power away from far left Governor Gavin Newsom.

Speaker 2 (16:48):
In July twenty twenty eight.

Speaker 1 (16:50):
Will show the world what America does best, and that's
when we're winning like we have never won before.

Speaker 2 (16:55):
You see that all the time. A year ago, we
were not a country that was doing well. And now
with the hottest country anywhere in the world.

Speaker 3 (17:02):
For these stories and more, visit the Midwesterner at the Midwesterner.

Speaker 2 (17:06):
Dot new You know, when the storms roll in and
we're going to be dealing with possible wildfires here in
Michigan that could take out homes and of course absolutely
devastate some picturesque areas up north, that's a problem. How
do you deal with it the same way you always have,
the same way you do. I just saw a comment
about friends in Arizona had issues dealing with the wildfires

(17:30):
out there, and they said. What they did is it
when they had issues the people that cleared their areas,
they were left untouched. Wildfires came by took everyone else out.
That's one of the things you got to do, whether
it's at your home or the state comes in and
takes part. First of all, you manage it. Manage to fuel.
It's number one. Clear out all the deadwood and the

(17:51):
thin trees, all of that fuel the tender for the fire.
Right clear it all out. In critical areas, you use
what they call a prescribed burn. You do this in
controlled conditions. That way you can help reduce that tender,
get it all down before it ignites on its own.

(18:13):
That's not it, though. Part of it is you got
to catch these fires early. You got to invest in
some of the early detection. Maybe it's satellites, it's drawns,
maybe there's ground sensors. There's all types of different ways
this can be done in different ways they've been dealing
with it. By the way, this is not like this
is something new. It's just that it's gotten so out
of control because they've allowed it recently. Get rapid response

(18:38):
crews in the air within minutes, not ours, folks. Shit
got to get on it before it gets out of control.
And by the way, I've got three more pieces of
this puzzle I want to lay on you coming up.
But again, don't tell me that this can't be done.
It's critical. It's just they don't want to do it.

(19:00):
When they want things done, boy, they jump into action.
Not they They have no problem Dana Naessel and the
Democrats and Lancing have no problem suing everybody going after you,
me and everyone else for climate change and pushing carbon
into the air. But it's just like when they jump
on their yachts or on their jets. They can fly
around nobody talking about the ketchup King John Kerry when

(19:23):
he wants to fly in his private jet. But you,
me and everybody else, well, you want to have a
guest stove in your house, That had's a bridge too far.

Speaker 1 (19:37):
It's West Michigan Live with Justin Barklay on News Radio
would thirteen hundred and one six nine after at.

Speaker 2 (19:49):
All, Right, I've got to plan for you. Lots of
folks reaching out today too, over on the checked, Facebook, Twitter,
ex We'll get our locals YouTube and on acts today too.
Donnie Detroit saying there's money to be made by Democrats.
That's why they're not talking out about the Canadian wildfire

(20:10):
smoke and taking action. Democrats shut down coal plants and
salt Chinese made solar panel farms. Did anyone think it
was about saving the environment. It's exactly right. Well, that's
what I mean, Dan and NASA will sue. They set
down a coal plant for the power that we need.
And in the hot days we've had this this this summer,

(20:32):
we know we need that that energy more than ever.
And as they start to put these data centers in
AI online, they they they're gonna need more and more
of it. So win solar and unicorn farts ain't gonna
get us there. I hate to tell you, but it's
not gonna do the trick that this is even before
people start plugging in their teslas. Let's remember that's what

(20:55):
they want us all to do. Just the gardener over
on xcess. It's being blamed on climate change versus poor
forest management. California participates in the same scam. They see
it as a win win. They get to predict fires
and make all kinds of my I see also California
Forestry Report twenty seventeen. So I've I've got a list

(21:20):
here and look, I'm nobody, but this is common sense
to me. Five different steps we can take to make
sure this doesn't happen year after year after year. California,
Canada and coming soon to a Michigan near you. Up north,
they've got this to deal with because of the ice
storm from last year. Can you imagine what's coming our
way if we don't take care of these things. Manage

(21:44):
the fuel at Number one. Manage the fuel so you've
got to clear the dead wood, thin out those areas
that have all of that stuff that's stacked up that's down,
particularly near towns and critical areas. Catch fires early. This
is number two. We're talking about early detection satellites, drones,

(22:05):
ground sensors, and maybe even use a idahelm. Get this done.
Once you do, you can have rapid response crews in
the area within minutes, not hours, and we can take
action when it needs to happen. Number three, Stop human
cause sparks. So some of this is enforcing burn bands

(22:28):
during high risk fire seasons. I don't think that's as
big of an issue in Canada. We have seen that,
we've seen some firebugs and some fires in California have
been started that way. And there's also a question about this,
and I'm not too bout you too far down the
rabbit hole on this, but there was talk at one

(22:48):
point about China Sinagan drones or balloons to start and
ignite fires in some of these areas and what that
would do to cause chaos. I don't know whether I
put that high on top of the list, but it
is a potential. It's a possibility. It is something always
they're always looking to cause chaos. Here, shut down spark

(23:13):
producing work like rail grinding when conditions are extreme. Another
piece here. And then number four expand the firefighting capacity.
So look, we got all these people sitting around, and
you know, some of these people, by the way, just
got cha. I don't know that these people to do
the work, but there's people sitting around getting jacks for
what we could use their help. Let's put into work.

(23:37):
Canada relies on rinting water bombers from other countries. They
could build a national fleet and actually use it pre
position equipment and crews where the fires actually start. And
then finally number five something called the Great Legs Fire Compact,
and it allows states and provinces to share resources, keep

(23:59):
its wrong use it more. These are a few of
the solutions, but they require us to be proactive, and
so much of politics nowadays is reactive. And by the time,
the smoke is in the air and it's covering our cities,
and they have this psiconic picture online that we just

(24:22):
took a look at behind the scenes during the live stream,
while the commercials in the news are plat but this
is the Statue of Liberty. They're talking about the lays
they've had in flights in Boston. I don't know why
they showed the picture of the statute, the Statute of
Liberty with that big sun and the smoke in the background,
and how bad some of those pictures. Even out of

(24:43):
New York City. It's all up and down the East Coast.
People are saying they've had issues in New Jersey. They
still have problems there, So I mean, this is not
just Michigan. By the way, Nita reporting seat South the flint.
The smoke is affecting eyes, getting old, she says. But

(25:03):
it's just like anything else, you gotta be proactive. You
can't just be reactive all the time. And in this case,
you know, once the thing's going, it's harder to deal with.
But folks, do you see a pattern emerging here? This
is the third year. Are we just going to say
this is the new normal? I refuse to do that.

(25:23):
Some of these sucks, some of these politicians are pushing
that on us. I just I'm not gonna do that.
I won't go there. Yeah. And then there's all the
stuff out in California where they actually wanted some of
those neighborhoods to burn. That's a whole nother Yes, that's
a great point, a whole nother, a whole other issue

(25:46):
where they actually wanted some of those neighborhoods to burn
so that they could get in and they could repurpose them,
boot people out. I mean, insurance costs out in California
are absolutely sky high. They're ridiculous. Some of these places
can't even get it insurance. So Sherry said number four

(26:09):
elect American loving candidates. Well, yeah, but they can't do
that in Canada. But you're right, we can do it here.
I'd say it this way. You got to make sure
that the people in charge that we do send to Lansing,
that we do send to Washington, DC, and the folks
there in Canada need to do the same thing they've
got to elect. Folks are going to use common sense

(26:31):
and not all of this liberal logic, which is really
the absence of it all all together. Anyway, I wanted
to talk about it's the truth about these wildfires. You're
not hearing it anywhere else, And folks, I just I'm
tired of acting like this. This is something that is

(26:53):
is something that just can't we can't do anything about that.
It's unstoppable. I just refuse to believe that. Hey, we
got some other stories we gotta make sure we get
to cover today. Yes, I got an after show. The
fastest hour in radio is flying by. But we've heard,
in fact yesterday that the Clintons were gonna be suboena

(27:13):
to testify. We've heard that they've got that grand jury
going on, by the way, that this is the Epstein case,
and the grand jury is about the grand conspiracy. They've
got this and they're going to be deciding who and
who cannot be indicted. We think that's happening in Florida.
Don't know for a fact. But here's another one. Here's
another big story. Shifty Shift pencil neck himself, Adam Shift,

(27:37):
the senator from you know where California under federal criminal
investigation for alleged mortgage fraud violations. Under federal investigation, this
guy can be going to jail. Investigation follows criminal referral

(27:58):
alleging senator false bank documents for faederal loan terms. Oh my,
that isn't that similar, if not the same thing they
said Trump did. How many felonies do you think he
is going to get stacked one on top of the other. Well,

(28:23):
that'll be interesting, folks. Again, I've told you this is
a special moment in time we're in and I understand
a lot of times people get frustrated they don't see
things moving fast enough I get it, or how they
perceive as fast as it should move. I'm just gonna

(28:44):
tell you you need to hold on, strap in, buckle up,
because we have officially entered the find out era and
there's some bumpy skies ahead. Yep, back with more. In fact,

(29:07):
another big announcement for somebody filling their hat in the
ring for the race for governor here at Michigan. We'll
fill you in after this informative engage.

Speaker 1 (29:17):
It's West Michigan Live with Justin Barklay on News Radio
Wood thirteen hundred and one oh six nine a FM.

Speaker 3 (29:23):
Here are your headlines from the Midwesterner this Wednesday, August sixth.
I'm Robin Poffman. It's a Midwesterner dot news original story.

Speaker 4 (29:31):
Hopefully, after some of the stories are are heard, we'll
move it quickly through the Senate and get it to
the Governor's desk as soon as possible.

Speaker 3 (29:40):
That is Michigan Representative Republican Parker Fairburn trying to be
optimistic about storm aid for folks here in Michigan who
suffered huge losses during the severe ice storm back in
March of this year. One hundred million dollars in a
storm aid bill sitting idle in the Michigan Senate. This
comes ninety days after House Republicans approved the disaster relief

(30:01):
Fairburn telling WWTV.

Speaker 4 (30:03):
I mean we got federal help before we got state help.
You'd think the more local and the more close to
the impact, you'd see help coming from them, and we
haven't seen that help from the state.

Speaker 3 (30:14):
President Trump stuns reporters covering the White House as they
look up from their live shots and spot the President
on the roof, touring the area with Secret Service agents
in tow. Trump is looking ahead toward renovations and building
a ballroom for state dinners, and the President also looking
ahead to the twenty twenty eighth Summer Olympics in Los Angeles,

(30:34):
signing an executive order to create a task force to
prepare for the games, taking oversight away from far left
Governor Gavin Newsom.

Speaker 2 (30:42):
As for the games, the United States will not let
men steal trophies from women at the twenty twenty eight Olympics,
So we appreciate the fairness.

Speaker 2 (30:59):
Big news announcement coming out of the White House more investments,
something to keep an eye on when it comes to
the stock market, but also just the economy in general.
Apple investing one hundred billion dollars more, bringing their total
investment I think up to what six hundred billion dollars.

(31:21):
The White House making that announcement. We're kind of all
over the board this morning as far as the market's
not a lot of change. The S and P's up
a little bit. Some of the corporate earning stuff is
coming in. We'll keep you up to date on that.

Call six one six sixty six one one thousand, and
that's six one six sixty six one one thousand or

(32:48):
go online to guarding your nest egg dot com. But
do it today before it's too late, folks. Yeah, Like
I said, good news, there more investment pouring in. We've
got all kinds of story I think recently that give
us some really I think, some encouragement for what's ahead.
I got it, I got the This is something that

(33:09):
I think is kind of interesting too. I thought she'd
probably at least tell you about Rasmussen report Trump pull
out there proving everybody wrong? Yeah, which I can you imagine?
Can you imagine you're telling me that the polls have
been wrong before? I just scratching my head over this

(33:31):
turns out Trump's numbers are just about where they've always been.
And this is this is something that I I I
it's to me, it's just common sense. You look at
this and you think, yeah, I I I don't think. Uh,
I don't think there's much changed at all. I think
the people that are are that like Trump are locked in.
I think the ones that that don't like him, you know,

(33:52):
you're talking about the the people with extreme cases of
TDS Trump arrangement said, well, they probably they probably will
never like him. All right, A big announcement for in
the race for governor here in Michigan. In fact, after
we got off the air yesterday, we talked to Carlo
Wagner from ax My Tax and that initiative to get
rid of property taxes here in Michigan. Yesterday was a

(34:13):
was election day, primary day, and there are a lot
of these little millages and things nick nacky things like
all over the state. But this essentially ends up in
you paying more tax money, a lot of people not
paying attention, and then you end up paying even more
and some folks could lose her. She was talking about
that yesterday and I got off the air and that

(34:33):
just I'm just minutes off there. I got off the air,
I got a text message from her telling me that
she had just got back from lancing and had decided
to file her paperwork to run for governor. Now I
haven't talked to her yet, but I will invite her
on probably if not this week next and she can
tell us the reason why. From what I understand a

(34:55):
little bit that I do know her decision running for governor,
I is not so much around the fact that she
wants to run for governor to be gone. I know
I'm not put to put words in her mouth. But
what I what I what I'm taking from it is
that she believes in her cause so much to get
rid of the property taxes that she believes running for
governor will help shine a bigger spotlight on that cause

(35:18):
and help get them across the across the finish line,
as it were, for for forgetting the Remember you got
to get all these petitions signed, and it takes a
little you know, it takes time to do that takes people,
and uh, and she believes this will help that cause along.
It's it's again, I want to put words in her mouth,
but that's that's that's the way I understand so far.

(35:40):
But we have her on in the days ahead to
get the latest on this and and let her let
her tell you herself tell more big news. In fact,
the latest in the Jeffrey Epstein's saga continues. We've got
the latest subpoenas going out for those high profile individuals
including the Clinton, former FBI directors, and the Attorney's General

(36:07):
and more. Plus was he an FBI informant? That story
that's making the rounds right now. We'll give you the
details coming up. Run a report. It's circulating in China
right now, China more secure tactics or is there something
brewing that we need to know about. I'll fill you
in on the after show, downloaded on the iHeartRadio app.
