Speaker 1 (00:01):

(00:50):
Love to hear from you in an email Justin to
Justin Barklay dot com. Always love hearing from you, getting
your messages and hearing what you are seeing. In fact,
one of those stories we shared today, Dana emailed me
earlier and said, you got it. I don't know if
you've seen this, have you? You've got to share the
great story? Uh, a little piece of somebody I'd written

(01:13):
earlier in the show. So thank you for that, Dane.
I appreciate you taking the time to be here with
us tonight. Hilton Hotels under fire for this report from
Nick Sorder not Nick Shirley, Nick Sorterer, but he's on
the ground in Minneapolis as well. Nick with this as
he walks into one of the Hilton hotels tries to
get a room.

Speaker 2 (01:35):
Yeah, okay, like how many can we get?

Speaker 3 (01:37):
Like ten?

Speaker 4 (01:40):
It would be.

Speaker 5 (01:45):
Did you already make no?

Speaker 2 (01:50):
It would just it would be Uh, Nick, I'll just
put it into my personal person. I don't know if
you can use a government rate or not, but.

Speaker 5 (02:02):
It depends because there's a lot of stuff going on
right now.

Speaker 1 (02:05):
Uh is it?

Speaker 5 (02:07):
What agency is up.

Speaker 2 (02:09):
For us in the gould be a department Homework security?

Speaker 5 (02:14):
So we're not accepting people from immigration agents DHS into
a property. It's just a management ownership.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
Okay, I thought that changed today.

Speaker 1 (02:29):
Get this little comedy behind the desk? Uh, I shouldn't
say that. I don't know, I don't know. We don't
know who this kid is. But maybe he's just following orders.
I don't know. Uh, but can you imagine that anywhere
that we said we can't. We're not allowing law enforcement
to stay here at our hotel.

Speaker 5 (02:48):
I just talked to him, to my the owner of
the building, and he didn't say there hasn't any changes.

Speaker 1 (02:56):
So okay, okay did This is where you got to
make the distinction because I'm already saying the comments and
I get it, like, you know, butt light up, let's
go get them, you know all of that, and yeah,
I mean I understand, I understand your frustrations. But here's
the thing. You gotta make a distinction.

Speaker 4 (03:15):
This is.

Speaker 1 (03:18):
What if it's at Hampton in or something. So so
while this may fly under the flag of like.

Speaker 6 (03:24):
The the the what's the best word I'm looking for
here the franchise of like the Hilton properties, right, it's
it's it's.

Speaker 1 (03:40):
Not it's not a Hilton property. I mean it is,
but Hilton doesn't. They don't own this. There's a there's
like an and it's like an outside guy. He's the
franchise e that all. And by the way, uh, this
is fascinating. I don't know if you know much about
like who owns hotels in America, but a lot of

(04:04):
them are like Indian and I don't know. Obviously this case,
I don't know exactly who we're talking about, but they're different.
Either they're different companies or different people that own these
business It's like a McDonald's corporate. McDonald's doesn't own most
of the McDonald's you see that are out there now.

(04:27):
They're certainly going to take a brunt of the complaints
and whatnot, but they're owners, local owners. Jimson, maybe it's
Somalion owners.

Speaker 7 (04:36):
You know.

Speaker 1 (04:37):
That's a good question. I don't know. That's a very
good it's very good question. So but the point here
is that you can't bud light Hilton as a whole
because Hilton as a whole isn't responsible for the policy
at least as far as we know. Maybe that comes

(04:57):
out at some point and they were, but it doesn't.
It doesn't appear as though that's that's the case. I
don't know. Hilton though, with a statement on this on
this video, uh, they say they're right on their the

(05:18):
act statement from a from Hilton on a recent video
as vague as they can put it, an independent hotel owner.
See there you go, that's the time about independent hotel owner.
It assured us that they had fixed this problem and
published a message confirming this. A recent video clearly raises
concerns that they are not meeting our standards and values.

(05:40):
As such, we're taking immediate action to remove this hotel
from our systems. Hilton is and always has been a
welcoming place for all. We are also engaging with all
of the franchisees to reinforce the standards we hold them
to across our system to help ensure this does not

(06:00):
happen again. So Hilton says, this is a mistake. We
you know, we don't want this to happen to anybody,
And I get you know, I don't know. It's hard
to know, like exactly what happened. And if you read
this a little closer, we're gonna remove the hotel from

(06:24):
our systems. Does that mean they're like revoking the name,
They're gonna come out and pull the sign or is
that more of we're gonna take them out of the system,
like where you go and register online, you can you
can get your you can get your hotel like when
you go into the until they fix the problem sort

(06:47):
of thing. I don't know, I don't know what the
full story is gonna end up being on that, but
I just wanted to at least let you see it
so you can you can understand and get the full scoop.
Here's a little bit. Actually, yeah, let's let's switch a
little bit more from that video that Nick did.

Speaker 5 (07:09):
Yeah, it's just policy, you know.

Speaker 2 (07:12):
Yeah, I mean, that's not your fault. Totally totally get that.
So they they actually said that was it's like, I mean, honestly,
this is the most convenient location. So they they told
you no that there's no immigration. We all immigration.

Speaker 1 (07:32):
Okay, okay, So I guess said, I, please don't tech
this the wrong way. We have too many idiots. This
is one of our biggest problems. This kid has no idea.
And I'm not calling him an idiot in a a
in a mean way. I'm just saying people have no idea.
He goes, DHS isn't all eyes. Nick makes the point,

(07:54):
and Nick's very smart, but the kid goes, yeah, like
he has any idea what he's doing. It has no
idea what he's talking about. Most people don't. Department of
Homeland Security is a huge organization. I cerly falls only
part of that. But the kid, again, there's no idea.

Speaker 2 (08:16):
So even with the thing that they said earlier. They
mentioned that there's a statement that they put out, you know,
saying that they were that they accept everybody and call
my owner right now. But that's probably good, just trying
to get to figure out.

Speaker 1 (08:37):
Yeah, that's a good idea.

Speaker 2 (08:39):
Somebody somebody said, I didn't know it was this location, but.

Speaker 1 (08:43):
Ends up you're gonna end up on on some sort
of viral video this kid. Again, I don't blame the kid,
I don't. I mean, he doesn't seem malicious. He just
doesn't seem like he knows what he's doing.

Speaker 8 (08:58):
Oh, you're right, I'm new here.

Speaker 5 (09:02):
I don't really know what's got.

Speaker 1 (09:04):
Yeah, he seems very nervous. And then he does not
seem rude or or mean to me. I mean, I
could be wrong, but he just seems very nervous.

Speaker 8 (09:15):
Y'all.

Speaker 2 (09:16):
Yeah, let's see what's want just to be clear problems.
It's just like it's ten eleven o'clock now, so yeah, yeah,
thank you.

Speaker 1 (09:28):
Now, that's smart. He walks away and doesn't call in
front of the customer, which is interesting. What does he
saying comes back.

Speaker 5 (09:39):
Nobody's right now because of the time.

Speaker 2 (09:43):
Gotch okay, So this is this is ever peak though,
and they said EVERYEAK Hospitality has been swiftly to address
this matter as it was inconsistent with our policy of
being a welcoming place for all. They're in touch with
the impacted guests too, and sure they accommodated or discriminated
continue individuals or agencies in apology as it is impacted. Uh, yeah,

(10:03):
we are.

Speaker 1 (10:05):
Now, this is this is an issue. If this kid
lose a night, you got to be a manager or
some sort of be able to make some sort of Uh.
I think he's going to be able to make a
call somehow. If he says no to this, it's on him.

Speaker 2 (10:23):
I thought we were good to go, like I said,
not everybody with the HS immigration.

Speaker 7 (10:26):
That's just right.

Speaker 1 (10:27):
Yeah, I get that.

Speaker 2 (10:30):
It's also a fraud investigation.

Speaker 9 (10:31):
I guess I'll just say, yeah, okay, no, no promen Okay,
that no, no problem, right, all.

Speaker 1 (10:43):
Right, that's enough. The kid's had he's had his fifteen
minutes of fame. He's had enough. Poor kid. Uh really,
I mean, honestly, what what do you what do you
what do you say to that? Right? What do you
saying to that? What can you say? President is addressing
Republicans House GOP members at a retreat right now talking

(11:05):
a little bit about the midterms. In this conversation, we
have the right policy.

Speaker 7 (11:11):
They don't. They have horrible policy. They do stick together.

Speaker 3 (11:14):
They're violent, they're vicious, you know, they're vicious people, and
they stick together like glue. They don't have a couple
of the people that we have a couple of people,
not too many, really very few. And that's why I
want to just say that before we go any further,
I want to express our tremendous sorrow at the loss

(11:34):
of a great member, great, great, great member, Congressman Doug LaMalfa,
who passed away yesterday, as you probably have heard, and
he was the leader of the Western Caucus, a fierce
champion on California water issues.

Speaker 7 (11:51):
He was great on water.

Speaker 3 (11:52):
He wanted to release the water, hit scream out, and
a true defender of American children. He was a defender
of everybody. And our hearts go out to his wife,
Jill and his entire family. You know, he voted with
me one hundred percent of the time. And by the way,
he wasn't at three o'clock.

Speaker 7 (12:09):
In the morning. Person, do you know what I mean?
Whether speaker girls sir, could you call up? Could you call?

Speaker 3 (12:15):
I said, what time is it, speaker, sirs, three in
the morning, Could you make a couple of calls?

Speaker 7 (12:20):
How many?

Speaker 3 (12:21):
Nine? So I'd start calling. I'd start calling three in
the morning. I said, like, I shouldn't use any names.

Speaker 7 (12:31):
I'm just going to create problems. But I Jim, and
I'm not.

Speaker 3 (12:36):
Talking about Jim. Jordan had never had a call three
in the morning for him, But I said, Jim, how
you doing? He just called to say hello, you know
three okay, sir, sir, you haven't spoken to me in
three years and snow three in the morning, so I
know what you want.

Speaker 7 (12:51):
You want my vote?

Speaker 3 (12:53):
And usually they almost always they'd give it, but they
wanted to be called. And with Doug, I've had a call.
He was with us right from the beginning. I love
those guys, I must say, I probably love them the best.
You know, the guys that I don't have to call.
They know we're doing the right thing.

Speaker 7 (13:10):
I have a couple that are going to be with
us all the way.

Speaker 3 (13:12):
But they just want the call. They want love, they
need love. They're more insecure than most of you. It's
true now, most of you are secure people. They're all laughing.

Speaker 1 (13:24):
It's the most interesting conversation.

Speaker 3 (13:28):
Say, look, I could have Trump call me all the time.
I just have to break his ass a little bit
and he'll be calling, calling, calling, But I appreciate those
We actually had a little party.

Speaker 7 (13:37):
We opened up a beautiful section of the White House
in the Rose.

Speaker 3 (13:40):
Garden that we had a party for all of those
people that I never speak to and vote for me.
And you know, I spoke to Doug, but I didn't
speak to him about I mean, I've had a problem,
and I was really I was really saddened by his
passing and was thinking about not even doing the speech
in his honor. But then I decided that I have

(14:02):
to do it in his honor. I'll do it in
his honor because he would have wanted it that way.

Speaker 7 (14:07):
He would have wanted it that way. He would have
do that speech. Are you are you kidding me? Do
the speech, big guy.

Speaker 1 (14:15):
He's talking about Congressman douglam Alfa from California, who they
just announced maybe about ten fifteen, twenty minutes ago or so,
has died at sixty five, part of GOP leadership. The
death further narrows the GOP majority in the House, though

(14:35):
his district is considered reliably Republican according to the Isabel.

Speaker 7 (14:40):
But he was a fantastic person. Man. That was a
quick one. I don't know. I don't know quite yet
what happened, but boy, it's a tarp one. He was
just with us. He was our friend, all of us,
every one of us.

Speaker 3 (14:53):
And I also want to send our best wishes to
Congress and Jim Baird and his wife who were recovering
from a car accident. They're going to be okay, but
they had a pretty bad accident and we're praying that
they get out of that hospital very quickly. He's going
to be fine, she's gonna be fine, but it was
a bad accident. And I want to thank the man
who has been central to so many of our triumphs.

Speaker 7 (15:18):
He really has been.

Speaker 3 (15:19):
He's the guy that would call me to make those
calls all the time. He's always working, and he's a
nice person. You know, he's a very nice he's a
high quality person. But I wouldn't tell he's a very
tough cookie.

Speaker 7 (15:30):
I've seen both sets. Not often do I have to
see the other side, because he's just by nature, he's
a very fine religious like that he's a religious person.
I like that.

Speaker 3 (15:42):
I like religious people. It usually means they're more honest.
Sometimes it doesn't happen that way. I've had some real
religious ones that did numbers on me and I said,
I'm gonna get them someday.

Speaker 7 (15:55):
They got me by surprise.

Speaker 3 (15:57):
But it's usually good, okay, Right, And his name is
Mike Johnson.

Speaker 7 (16:03):
Speaker, Mike Johnson. He has my complete and total endorsement.

Speaker 1 (16:19):
Sand enough speaking, all right, if anything big comes out
of this, we will, we'll bring it to you. I
just did not a lot of time left, and I
got to make sure that we we make it through
certain things. Obviously, there's a few more stories that are
pretty big that we want to make sure that we
get through today and give you details on it. There's
the President speaking in front of the GOP retreat that

(16:44):
they do. There's a little bit of a talk about
what's happening at obviously the midterm strategies and things like
that that they'll discuss as well. Oh, here's a big
one today. Look at this. This is a raid that
just took place. Apparently in Minnesota. They got a murderer.

(17:15):
Check it out. Heavily armed ice Asians conducting a raid
in Minneapolis, picking up an Ecuadorian man wanted for murder.
This is incredible, incredible foot.

Speaker 8 (17:39):
And do you know why we're here today? You will
be held accountable for your crimes.

Speaker 1 (17:47):
There there's Secretary Gnome right there in the middle of it,
only smokes. Goin.

Speaker 8 (18:02):
Okay, We'll take you any books.

Speaker 4 (18:07):
Okay, okay, I'll supposed.

Speaker 1 (18:22):
Legend murderer off the streets there in UH in Minneapolis,
violent imported voters are going home, Tim Walls, This is
this is why Tim's really this is the real reason
he decided not to run. Maybe he can't win. Maybe
he can't win with all of these violent imported folks

(18:47):
out out the door. You know, maybe that's maybe that's
the case. Maybe he's decided, I I don't know that
I can get this done. Now, I'm I'm to go.

Speaker 7 (19:02):
You know, one of.

Speaker 1 (19:02):

only gonna play part of this because it's happening live,
so you can click over and check it out when
we're done here, which is gonna be momentarily. But Nick
Sureley on the Glen Back program right now.

Speaker 8 (20:21):
Well that's not true. And now you're here during winter
break and they're bringing in children.

Speaker 7 (20:29):
This is so good, it's so funny.

Speaker 8 (20:33):
Their things make absolutely no sense. And then well, obviously
people are gonna start bringing in children. And either way,
whether it's these places are a licensed for ninety to
forty children, and for instance, one of the daycare is
called ABC, the license for forty children. They receive more
than a million dollars. If the news goes there, they
tell them they're going and there's twelve kids in there.

(20:55):
Well it's licensed for forty. There's twelve kids. So either
way that places are seeing upwards of ninety ninety thousand
dollars per a kid. Meanwhile, parents are spending thirty to
seventy thousand dollars a year on dcare. That's not right,
that's still fraud.

Speaker 10 (21:10):
Are you surprised? Are you surprised it all at the
reaction of the average American? I did a monologue on
what was it is today? Only Tuesday yesterday, I did
a monologue on this, and I tried to explain, this
is your money, this is your You work three months
every year to pay your taxes, and you're struggling every day,

(21:34):
and you want to help kids that don't have food,
et cetera. And they are taking this and enriching themselves
or sending it over to a foreign country. And I
don't understand why every American, every American.

Speaker 1 (21:45):
Isn't like that's got to stop. That's just wrong.

Speaker 10 (21:47):
I don't care who's involved, left, right, middle, I don't care.

Speaker 1 (21:51):
So they got to go to jail. You surprised.

Speaker 8 (21:57):
I mean the average American, they're very supportive of what's
going on. It's the crazy leftists. They are freaking out
because they're fraud being exposed and they're making his race issue.

Speaker 1 (22:05):
Nick Shirley fantastic over on the Glenn Back Program as
we speak right now, Capitol police officer Michael Bird, remember
the guy who shot Ashley Babbitt unarmed on January sixth.
In fact, what was that five years ago? Today? Unbelievable.

(22:25):
This is interesting. Limbs at TikTok saying on x they
reportedly Bird has a taxpayer funded daycare in his home,
run by his wife. It's like the somologs, because of
course he does. The grift is everywhere Byrd's family daycare

(22:49):
in Brandywine, Maryland. Holy smokes. That that is mind boggling.
It just goes to show. Now, I don't know, maybe
there are kids there, maybe there aren't. I saw a
guy explain this. The video was absolutely incredible. In fact,

(23:12):
maybe I can share it with you because to me,
it shows the craziness of all of this, of how
these daycare I'm using air quotes again, these daycare scenarios
are supposed to work. This guy nails it in such
a way that when you hear this, you're gonna flip

(23:36):
out to see how pervasive, how bad it is. And essentially, folks,
the worst part of this is, yeah, you and I,
by the way, as we're being taxed to death. Glenn
was just explaining, we're being taxed to death to pay
for all of this. And you and I if you
have kids, and you, by the way, this is one
of the reasons why my wife doesn't work. You know,

(23:58):
we just checked the notes, We looked at everything, and
we thought, well, you're gonna be You're gonna be working
just to send your kids to daycare. Why do that?
That doesn't make any sense. Lots of folks are doing
just that then essentially off to school, and you know,
you know how bad this is. All right, So anyway,
I'm gonna try. I'm gonna tempt right now to play

(24:19):
this video for you or this guy explains just how
bad it is. And if you're a numbers person, try
to check out the math behind this and how it works.
Let me reload it for you so that you can
hear this. Hang, how do I let's click this thing up?
How do we? There?

Speaker 11 (24:41):
We go Mollie in Washington State and have four children?
All right, four children? Your Somali's sister lives right next
door to you with her four children.

Speaker 8 (24:51):
You got this.

Speaker 11 (24:52):
You tell Washington State you're an in home child care provider.
Your sister tells Washington State she is also an in
home childcare provide. Right, so both sisters, Both you and
your sister now apply for state paid childcare because you
are both working. Now get ready for this, folks.

Speaker 1 (25:08):
Because I live right next to each other too.

Speaker 11 (25:10):
If you want to do this, Washington State, okay, you
and your sister are approved for state childcare. Your qualifying
job is being a childcare provider to your sister's children.
Your sister's qualifying job is being the daycare provider for
your children.

Speaker 1 (25:28):
See how this adds up. So I've got a job.
I need help with childcare. My job, I'm a childcare
provider for my sister's children. What's her job? Well, she's
a childcare provider for my children, and we're both we're
both bringing in the buddy the dope.

Speaker 11 (25:47):
Washington State pays in home childcare providers between twenty four
and thirty three dollars per hour per child. What so,
how's the math work out in this, folks, Four times
twenty four times eight equals seven hundred and sixty eight
dollars per day. Now you work five days a week
taking care of your sister's kids, Well, she works taking
care of your kids. Seven sixty eight times five equals

(26:08):
three thousand, eight hundred and forty dollars per week coming in.
You're making that cut of ging. Now there is by
stage standards.

Speaker 1 (26:13):
For three thousand dollars per week. What did he say?
Let me roll that back, what was it to? How
much share of your kids?

Speaker 11 (26:20):
Seven sixty eight times five equals three thousand, eight hundred
and forty dollars per week coming.

Speaker 1 (26:24):
It's like four grand awake, folks, making that cut of
jing four grand a week just to do what you
would do normally, which is take care of your kids. Well,
this is your sisters kids technically, but you know, hey,
if you guys live right next to each other, you
could run back and forth, who's gonna who's gonna show
up to check the paperwork?

Speaker 11 (26:43):
Now there is by stage standards, four point two weeks
per month, so that equals sixteen one hundred and twenty
eight dollars per month paid to watch your sisters kids.
Buy the taxpayers at Washington Stadium before.

Speaker 1 (26:54):
You screamed, you sixteen thousand dollars a month this.

Speaker 11 (26:59):
Racket receive state paid childcare because you would be over income.

Speaker 1 (27:03):
Folks, It gets better.

Speaker 11 (27:05):
You are now a private business. You deduct your home cost,
food for children, your car payments, insurance and more, and
now you are suddenly still eligible for state paid childcare.

Speaker 1 (27:14):
That can't make it makes sense.

Speaker 11 (27:17):
That's right, and that's what's going on in Washington and state.

Speaker 1 (27:20):
That is corruption at its finest.

Speaker 7 (27:21):
Folk.

Speaker 1 (27:23):
It absolutely is the worst of the worst. And the
way they've set this all up, make no mistake, they've
done it all. They've done it all on purpose, absolute
absolute in sanity. All right, what anyway? You just I

(27:52):
just I try to not to fire you up too
much before we go, but I have to share this
stuff with you.

Speaker 3 (27:58):
I do.

Speaker 1 (28:00):
Speaking of which, it.

Speaker 2 (28:01):
Is the new year.

Speaker 1 (28:01):
We're talking resolutions, let's talk about actually making America healthy again.
Our good friend Maha MISSI will be here tomorrow. We're
gonna talk about the good news. Fact it's good news
that I'm getting ready to share with you. I don't
know if you've seen it, but it's sort of a
runner report. Today in our latest Fantastic News, it came
out the CDC has decided to overhaul childhood vaccines the schedule.

(28:31):
This is the thing that got me going, by the way,
when I first started looking at all of this. I've
told this story before and I'll tell it tomorrow. And
we talked to her about ten thirty. But RFK Junior
overhauling the full schedule, bringing the schedule down from I
think it's like seventy some odd vaccines that they've got

(28:52):
recommended to seventy two that's it, to just eleven or so,
I think is what the they ended up. Essentially, we're
on the European schedule. In America, they got seventy two
injections that they are they're pushing on kids. They recommend
the CDC recommends. If you understand how the whole grift

(29:14):
and how the whole thing works, just like what we
just played for you that video, then you'll get this.
These they're sort of revolving door between the agencies and
the big pharma companies allow this to happen, and this
is this is why we find ourselves in the situation
that we do. So now they're pushing us back down

(29:35):
to eleven, just eleven, and they're not saying that kids
can't get them. If parents decide, along with conversations and
doctors and whatnot, whatnot, that they want their kids to
have all of them, they will be able to get

(29:56):
whatever it is that they want. Again, imagine this. This
is just incredible to think about, isn't it. Meanwhile, the
states now thirty states, the CDs saying is saying are
in top tier worst tier for flood designation right now.
The fluid trying to push that out for everybody. Okay, last,
but certainly not least. As I mentioned, that was good news.

(30:20):
I tell you, I guess I probably should mention making
America healthy again starts with you, starts with me, one
person at a time. Maha, MISSI will be here tomorrow
and we'll talk more about that. But she's been helping
me along the way, getting better, getting healthier, and that's
just me, it's so many other people healthadjusted dot com.
You're going to see all the before and after pictures.

(30:41):
You're going to see all of the great progress that
I've made, but so many other people as well. Because
it's so important in order to be who you're called
to be and never to step into what it is
that you were called to do. We've got to make
sure that we can we can walk that walk right
and get to where we need to go for our flies,
for the future of this nation and more. By the way,

(31:02):

that a clip of the view that I really wanted
to see, one that you might actually enjoy, One where
annon of ours is actually making sense on the view.

(31:48):
Listen to what she has to say about President Trump
and the Maduro Raan.

Speaker 12 (31:52):
Your question, who voted for this?

Speaker 13 (31:54):
The people in South Florida, the Venezuelan community, the Cuban
American community, the Nakara when American community.

Speaker 12 (32:00):
He voted for this?

Speaker 13 (32:01):
And for us this is a very very happy day
when we see a dictator who has been part of
oppressing and abusing the Venezuelan people for twenty.

Speaker 1 (32:11):
Five years, when we will be asked who voted for this?

Speaker 13 (32:14):
Telling you you see him in handcuffs and held to
some sort of accountability.

Speaker 12 (32:19):
It brought me into two tears. It brought me great joy.
And you know, I live in South Florida, but there's
these Are you okay with the way that it was done?
But you can I think both things can be true.

Speaker 13 (32:29):
I think you can criticize and ask questions and have
concerns about the way it was done and what this
means in the future. And I think you can still
celebrate that this murderous, corrupt, satistic son of.

Speaker 12 (32:42):
A bitch is out of Venezuela.

Speaker 13 (32:44):
He has you know, I think there's eight million Venezuelan
exiles all over the world. People have fled from this
man's tyrannical rule.

Speaker 1 (32:54):
