Speaker 1 (00:00):
Get ready to strap in. It's going to be a
heck of a riot. It's like drinking from a fire hose.
Never a dull moment, but yes, you'll hear the stories.
You won't here anywhere else, and we appreciate you being
here with us for today. I'm Justin Barclay. Yeah, welcome

many people each and every day. That's a great way
to sip people. I was asking, how can I support you?
What can I do to keep this show on the air. Well,
it's such as simple as that share this show, help
(00:42):
get the word out. What are the other things you
can do? Support are great sponsors of people that power
witness the partners to keep us rolling. Folks at my
Pillow Mike lindellmipillow dot com, slash justin mystore dot com
slash Justin I got the children's five pack of the
Bible Story pillows. They're so cool and as you can see,
(01:04):
there's several There's Daniel mllions Dan, there's this story of
Jesus' birth, you got the Noah's Ark, you got Jonna
being slaught up by the well, and I don't remember
what this other one was. What that's just all it's
just probably the Garden of Eden right there. It's what
it looks like. We got all these. By the way,
we'd gonna let or kids pick which one they want.
They love these stories anyway, But can you imagine being
(01:27):
able to give that to your kid or your grandkid
or somebody you love and care but you have five
of them for twenty nine ninety eight. It's incredible promo
code justin, whether it's those great gifts or maybe it's
something for yourself. Socks on sale, you know, mattress toppers,
mattresses themselves on sale, the coffee, fifty percent off everything,
(01:47):
my pillow, mystore dot com, slash justin. Go check it out,
help support Mike in the program today. They help keep
us on the air, which is much much appreciated. All right,
big story right now. In fact, this is the thing
that I knew about, I guess for the last week
or so. They had mentioned that this was coming, and uh,
(02:10):
and I asked him should we should? We should? We should?
We blow the whistle on this. Should we blow the
alert coming to Michigan Tuesday? Democrat Party is planning more
vaccine legislation courtesy of the Michigan House Democrats and they've
got this. So, by the way, Michigan House Democrats, how
(02:31):
are they and why are they working together with this
with the Board of Education. Shouldn't it be I mean,
shouldn't it be like an independent situation? And unfortunately that's
just not the case. Michigan House Democrats rights join us
as we introduce an Empowering Parents, Protecting Communities package to
keep Michigan families and communities healthy. Oh boy, urgent action alert.
(02:57):
Michigan State Board of Education is added again. Vaccine are
on the agenda for today's meeting, and most likely they're
looking to address what was discussed last week with MSU
and the Department of Health and Human Services at last
week's webinar. Dems are looking to introduce a package of
five bills to restrict restrict medical and vaccine freedom. It's
(03:18):
time to get loud. We need all hands on deck
in today's meeting at nine to forty and in public
comments at one pm. So they've got by the way,
this is streaming. I believe it's streaming on YouTube. I
think that's the link that Teresa just puts. If you
want to check that out, you can hang on. Let
(03:40):
me let me see. Probably not much. There's usually not much. Yeah,
it looks like it's live now. There's not much to
share on this. It looks pretty well. I don't even
know if the meeting's gotten started yet. It looks like
they're just sitting around chatting. And you know, we got
two I think it's two Republicans that are on this
bord that are that are good folks, that are doing
(04:07):
their best to make sure that stories like this, particularly
moves like this are not made without aren't made period
and without people getting involved. Parents ought to be able
to have a say, so that that is. That's that's just,
that's just it's just how it has to be. But
(04:32):
this is another one of these. And again you realize
their window, they know their window is getting shorter. They're
running out of time. Tony twenty six is right around
the corner here, they go. Let's listen to what they say.
Speaker 2 (04:47):
We have two board members en route, but we're going
to get started. We've been in communication with them. I
probably I want to welcome everyone to today's meeting for
the Michigan State Board of Education. It's an honor for
me to be here to chair my first meeting of
state Superintendent of Public Instruction, and I want to thank
the board for its confidence and welcome those joining in
(05:09):
person and via YouTube online. So the time is now
ten five and a corner of the Board is president.
The State Board of meeting scheduled for December thirteenth, is
called to order. The first order of visions that we
have is approval of the agenda.
Speaker 1 (05:29):
OUP we get a little.
Speaker 2 (05:33):
Is there any board members that would like to add
or delete anything from today's agenda.
Speaker 3 (05:42):
That we accept the agenda as is.
Speaker 2 (05:45):
Doctor p second, Doctor Pritchett, thank you.
Speaker 3 (05:49):
Is there any discussion, Yeah, I'll be voting.
Speaker 4 (05:53):
No.
Speaker 3 (05:53):
I think we should be having on the agenda at
least discussion the compensatory services litigation regarding during COVID and
special education students and how that litigation is going on
at the US Department of Education's Office of Civil Rights,
(06:14):
and so yeah, I think that that should be on here.
Thank you.
Speaker 5 (06:18):
The bullet start centat or bullet not disagreeing, but if
a board member wants to have something on the agenda,
they should put in to have something on the agenda
instead of waiting until the meeting to say they're not
going to vote for the agenda.
Speaker 3 (06:38):
Mean, yeah, I mean I've said this numerous times. It's
not a surprise. I've said it at least six of
the last twelve meetings. So it's ridiculous.
Speaker 5 (06:49):
But we'd like to give our new step superintendent a
chance to to acclimate himself to our career. Right, thank you.
Speaker 2 (07:01):
Any other discussion, So.
Speaker 1 (07:03):
They're already arguing. By the way, McMillan, I think he's
been on the program. He's a good guy.
Speaker 5 (07:11):
McMillan.
Speaker 6 (07:12):
Pritchet, Yes, Pew yes, probingson Snyder and Tilly. Motion passes,
So the first item on the Yeah.
Speaker 5 (07:26):
That's okay. I'm excited.
Speaker 1 (07:27):
We're all good.
Speaker 5 (07:28):
Yeah, we're excited. I'm excited too.
Speaker 2 (07:29):
We're already especially all meet here.
Speaker 1 (07:32):
Thank you. Nicki's another with Nickie Snyder.
Speaker 2 (07:36):
Executi will introduce the members of state Board of Education.
Speaker 1 (07:39):
All right, I'm just gonna folks, I'm gonna just I'm
gonna pause this. Maybe we'll come back if there's anything interesting.
But you're just watching the wheels of government, all that
stuff that's not really meant for a stream, it's not
really meant for a podcast after show, et cetera. We're
more thumbnail of what what like, you know, actually happened
(08:00):
in that type of thing, because we only have, you know,
twenty thirty minutes to get down the brass tax. Let's
get down the business. In fact, one of the biggest
stories right now is President Trump says he's going to
go out he's not campaign apparently, Susy Wilde's chief of
staff says he's going to get in it on twenty
twenty six, like his name was on the ballot and
this is big.
Speaker 4 (08:19):
He's gonna have a fun next year. But we're gonna
put him on the campaign trail too. Typically just a
little bit of campaign speak if I may. Yeah, Typically
you in the midterms, it's not about who's sitting at
the White House. It's you localize the election, you and
you keep the federal officials out of it. We're actually
going to turn that on its head good and put
(08:41):
him on the ballot because so many of those low
propensity voters are Trump voters. Yes they are, and we
saw a wee could go Tuesday. What happens when he's
not on the ballot and not active. So I haven't
quite broken it to him yet, but he's going to
campaign like it's twenty twenty four again for all these
people that he helps. He doesn't help everybody, but for
(09:02):
those he does, he's a difference maker, and he's certainly
is a turnout machine. So the midterms will be very
important to us. He'll work very hard to keep the
keep the material.
Speaker 6 (09:13):
We can't afford to have installed. And one of the
things I keep telling people, and Okay, I'm going to
talk politics, I gotta talk this. I am so frustrated
with all of the people that gave abundantly to organizations
like ours and others over the last four years to
make sure that we want and our objective was threefold.
We didn't just want the presidency, we wanted the House,
(09:34):
we wanted the Senate, and we were very strategic on
where we went, how we focused to get those moms out.
And now it's like they're all sitting on their laurels
and going, oh, we're good. I'm like I did to
realize how good we aren't. And this would swipe of
a pen and one election can change everything.
Speaker 4 (09:49):
And the majorities in both House. Yes, this is a
good Senate year for Republicans. Every two years is what
it is for House members. So there's candidate recruitment. The
President started raising money for the mid terms the day
after the election, and he's sitting on a huge war
chest to help these people. And he'll use it, and
he'll use himself, and he'll use his money that he's raised,
(10:13):
probably his money too, and nobody can outwork him. So
there's every reason to be confident, but we have to
actually get it done.
Speaker 1 (10:24):
There you have it, that is right out of the
chief of Staff. There Susy Wilds the mouth that she says,
they're already making those plans and I know the President's
going to back that. That will be interesting to see
how that transforms, what that does in places all across
the country. What does that look like? Do these people
(10:44):
have a chance? Will they? And I will tell you
like in places like Michigan, it's going to be so
critical that we get out, that we get involved, that
we get to work, because this is going to be
a year that could make or break our state, make
our break our stays. He's a breaking news. Are Michigan. Oh,
(11:06):
by the way, there's a federal judge allowing DOJ to
unseal Gallame Maxwell records in the sex trafficking case. We
just got this just the News has the latest story
here on this. And of course it's not a surprise.
Everything kind of planned out the way we thought it might.
(11:27):
And uh, and you're hearing this, you're hearing this first.
Obviously the President kind of coming out after calling it
a hoax. Well, the way the Democrats were laying all
of this out was the hoax. The way the Democrats
were trying to present this like Trump's in the he's
in the records. He's the guy, he's the problem, He's
(11:48):
why he won't release this. The way this all worked
out really interesting. Now we got Democrats demanding the release.
Now they've gone quiet though ever since they passed it
to release the the records. Now we have judges coming
out on ceiling records. What is the next will what
(12:09):
will we hear next? That's the question. Federal judge on
Tuesday allowing the Justice Department to publicly released records from
Glaine Maxwell's trial her sex trafficking trial in case Maxwell
and the associated of late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein
reading this from Just the News, by the way, serving
a twenty year prison sentence. Paul Judge Paul A. Ingelmeyer
(12:29):
ruled after the DOJ asked in November to one so
grand jury transcripts and exhibits from Maxwell and Epstein's cases,
in addition to investigative materials. According to the Associated Press,
the decision means the records could be made public within
ten days. They're already some of them have already been out,
(12:50):
some of them are already starting. The new ones are
starting to come out, and as we get those, we'll
make sure you get see and hear about that as well.
But that is the latest. That's the latest on that piece.
Lots of questions in the chat this morning about whether
(13:11):
they like or trust Susie Wilds, which is a whole
nother question. You know, I can't tell you. I don't
have any interaction with her, but you better, oh geez,
you better hope he's a real deal, because she's she's
got a lot of sway and making things happen there
(13:33):
as the president not only tries to turn things around
here but also through twenty twenty six. So yeah, I don't.
I can't tell you. Pal faces pressure to cut rates.
I think we get that is that decision tomorrow. Interest
rates will have conversations about that in the coming days.
(13:53):
I had as well what that could mean making things
cheaper obviously here in America, for you, for me, for
everyone else. Oh yeah, And I was looking for Maria
Bartiromo earlier. Let me see if I can find that clip.
This was from from the from from from the Fox
Morning Show this morning, and she made a good she
(14:15):
made a really good point about the economy, and let's
see if I can find it. She did talk a
little bit about inflation. There's she said, overall, it looks
like food prices are down, but there are things that
are up. And so you've got this liberal, kind of
lefty Aaron Rupert who posts stuff like this, I showing Fox.
(14:39):
I'll look at this. Yeah, a ground beef is up.
Coffee is up. By the way, these are for reasons
that have nothing to do with inflation. They're separate completely.
Coffee especially, is is weather related. They might say, well
that's climate change. Uh no, it's not the case. But
(15:02):
she she went in on this this morning and and shared,
like a lot of people I don't know about you. Again,
We're gonna you kind of walk through this. A lot
of the food prices I think are really unchanged, and
I think one of the things that we've gotten away
from because I really haven't. I will tell you, I
like beef. Don't get me wrong. I do like the beef.
And we're paying a little bit more, but we're okay
(15:23):
with that. One of the things that I'll tell you,
which I think is just kind of wild to watch,
but it's it's it's true. People have forgotten where this
came from. People have forgotten where all of this came from.
Which is and the truth is biden Why do we
(15:48):
stop calling it biden flation? Biden Flation? Bring that back?
People gotta bring that back. I told you earlier. There
was a video that's floating around out there. You gotta
see this. President Trump caught on a hot mic, and
(16:10):
by the way, this is all the truth, calling out
Republicans for allowing Democrats to run the clock down on
his administration. I can't appoint anybody. Everybody have a pointed
So what he's saying, and this is the Elena Hobbs
story we had earlier, is that in the Senate in
the Senate they have it's it's been impossible to get
some of his appointees passed because of these these dumb
(16:34):
I think it's called blue note, blue chip whatever, these
rules that they've got on how they go about things.
And you know, look, it's time. Maybe it's time bringing filibuster.
Speaker 6 (16:49):
You know, I can't, I can't appoint everybody I'm avoided
to see him has expired.
Speaker 5 (16:56):
And then.
Speaker 1 (17:06):
Imagine that. Imagine that. And by the way, I don't
know about you, but this is behind the scenes in
the west wing there and then the outside of the oval, etcetera.
It looks like maybe this is outside the area where
they do the cabinet meeting. But look at all the
gold touches on everything. I didn't there's a lot more
gold there than what we realized before. I look all
over the door here.
Speaker 7 (17:32):
You know, I can't.
Speaker 1 (17:37):
Everybody I'm avoided to expired. And it's even gold around
this door in the way out. That's that's It's just
really interesting and a little back back, you know, sort
of backstade behind the scenes. Touch He's right, though, this
is a problem. Time to end the filibuster, push these
(17:58):
people through. This is this is incredible. They always talking
about the threat to democracy and all that. The rest
of the other thing, this is it threat to democracy.
That's that's the problem. You can't you can't get anything done. See,
(18:19):
you can't. I can't appoint people that I'm in default.
And then he's right, He's absolutely right. Although this has
been a nightmare. And uh in then, like I said,
they're trying to step by step stop him from doing it.
It's just it's just a whole nother it's a whole
other coup. It's a whole other coup in itself. All right,
(18:44):
what else do we have?
Speaker 8 (18:54):
Uh?
Speaker 1 (18:56):
You know, why don't I show you this? Because this
is great? This is by the way, I don't know
if you've seen that they took down they took down
the picture. You know Richard Levine. Do you know who
Richard Levine is? Well, if I tell you Admiral Levi,
if I told you Richard Levine, if I if I,
(19:17):
if I showed you the picture said the name, you
probably don't. You probably don't who's that? If I showed
you the picture, you know exactly what I'm talking about.
This is Richard Levine. Now, uh, you you may recognize
(19:42):
Richard Levine from having holding a high post in Biden's
Department of Health and Human Services. When they when they
do the side by side comparisons, because they're always training,
they're always coming after RFK, They're always coming after RFK.
(20:02):
Junior Dan, He's well, this guy's a coop. He's a quack.
Speaker 7 (20:07):
You know.
Speaker 1 (20:10):
They never talk about Richard Levine. All right, look at
Richard Levine. Now what did they go by? Did he
go by Rachel? What was he going by? I don't remember.
Was it Rachel? They have now since changed Look at
(20:34):
the look at the plaque down at the ball. They've
changed this. They've taken it and they've changed the name
back to Richard. In the in the photo, I think
I think trying to go I think it was trying
to go by Rachel. Let me let me, let me
(20:54):
just type this in Rachel Levine. Yeah, yeah, yeah, Rachel Levin. Yeah.
Because I always said, oh yeah, this is the this
is right, Here is the picture of health. This is
who you should listen to and look up to. Secretary Levine.
Doctor Rachel Levine was the Secretary of Health for the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The account is retired. This this is
(21:17):
who okay, okay, and also worked in the Biden administration
General Millie's girlfriend. Great, all right, so this is who
is overseeing right now all of that, the health of
human Services. This is RFK Jr. Walking up at an airport.
(21:39):
They got a pull up bar. He goes, hey, can
you can you do this? Look at here?
Speaker 9 (21:44):
He goes one, two, three, four, ah, six seven, hey, nine,
ten eleven.
Speaker 1 (22:00):
I'm getting tired watching the guy. Oh my gosh, look
at him. Go wow, his shirt came untucked. This guy,
don't stop. That's who you want as a Department of
Health and Humors. What is a guy like seventy almost
(22:28):
now Duffy's gonna get.
Speaker 9 (22:29):
Up there and do it?
Speaker 4 (22:32):
What it was like?
Speaker 1 (22:35):
What they do? Get his two pull ups right? Incredible?
Who do you think? Who do you think? Who do
you think? By the way, it is those those the
most about that, the guy who just bodied like twenty
pull ups or Rachel Levin could barely pull himself up
(22:57):
off the buffet table, the buffet line. Probably I zempa
here in this picture, don't know for for sure. I
just I just think I just think it's incredible, and
what a what a just a perfect picture of what
is going on here or missing right in our in
(23:24):
our country right now, as far as truth, logic and
common sense. Well, I told you Jasmine Crockett is running
for senate, and we played you some of the announcements
she made. But then she actually came out and gave
a speech which might even be the better, the better
part of the announcement. We saw the commercial they ran
(23:45):
had President Trump basically just ridiculing her. I don't know
why she would pay for people to see that, but
she loves it. And I guess somebody thought it's a
great strategy and it'll work. But here she is telling
her telling her folks, to anybody that'll leave y'all ain't ready,
y'all ain't tried it the JC way, she says, mm hmm,
(24:18):
ain't no way. Let me tell you though. Oh, I
don't know if there's a rap concert or if this
was announced it to run for senate, I don't know. Huh.
Now she's even got a name, Crockett's crew got a name.
(24:46):
He's got the Crocketts crew. Folks.
Speaker 8 (24:49):
Yeah, oh, oh, okay, all right, we gonna get this
thing done. Now, come on, come on, oh, this is
(25:15):
this is just this is just incredible, folks. I can't
I'm I please Runnen. Just when you thought Democrats couldn't
get any clownish, anymore clownish?
Speaker 1 (25:33):
There, there we have it. Adam Schiff out there saying
he's kind of upset, not not about the current attorney
general in the way things are moving, but he's actually
more upset that the previous Attorney general Garland, was it
more partisan? Can you imagine? This is the same guy
that signed off on federal FBI agents raiding President Trump's
(25:57):
home in mar A Lago, the same guy he said up,
he said, Garland wasn't it wasn't partisan enough.
Speaker 10 (26:05):
Why did Mary Garland move so slowly? What about his
character or tactics as strategy let him to behave that way?
Speaker 1 (26:13):
Unbelievable.
Speaker 11 (26:14):
The Justice Department in the first Trump was abused and
made partisan, and he wished to restore the department's reputation
for independence. Now what they did in the first Trump
just department is peanuts compared to today. But nevertheless, Merrick
Garland wanted to restore the reputation of the department for
(26:37):
strict nonpartisanship, and that made him very reluctant to pursue
an investigation of the president too reluctant. Ultimately, that gave
the Supreme Court at the time it needed to drag
things out further and make the case against Trump go
away completely when it could have been brought to fruition
and we might be in a very different place today.
Speaker 1 (26:58):
Higher ups, Why did Mary.
Speaker 10 (27:00):
Garland moves so slowly? What about his characters?
Speaker 1 (27:03):
What a question? Why did he move so slowly? The
New Yorker? You mean, brick. These people are absolutely out
of touch, the silliest attitude. This just looking down their noses.
Everyone who doesn't think or talk or act like they
(27:26):
do it is. It's just wild to see. No wonder
Americans are done, No wonder why they are watching these stories,
story after story, and they're onto it. In fact, Carolyn Levitt,
White House Press Secretary, on Fox and Friends this morning
calling them out.
Speaker 12 (27:45):
Well, the Democrats are the greatest con artists in American politics.
They are pretending to champion the issue of affordability when
they themselves created the worst inflation crisis in a generation.
Speaker 1 (27:58):
This is what I'm talking about, This whole idea, Why
do we stop using the term Biden?
Speaker 12 (28:02):
Inflation can't create a problem and then turn around and
say I'm the best person to fix it. No, that's
why President Trump was reelected to fix it, and that's
exactly what he's doing. So, as President Trump has been
screaming from the rooftops, Republicans need to remain tough and smart,
and they need to be more vocal about touting the
accomplishments of this administration. Again, inflation has slowed because of
(28:25):
President Trump's economic policies. We see wages for the first
time in five years, are increasing by about one thousand
dollars per the average American worker. We know wages we're
declining under this president. And as you mentioned Ainsley, next spring,
these tax rebates, that's real money back into the pockets
of the American people, for workers who work over time,
(28:46):
for those who collect tips, for those who are on
Social Security. They are going to see that money back
in their pocketbooks. In every single Democrat on Capitol Hill
voted against these historic tax cuts, So you can't say
are for the working men and women when you vote
to raise their taxes. The Republicans and President Trump have
a proven economic formula, an agenda that's working. It's focused
(29:10):
on bigger paychecks in lower prices, and that's what President
Trump will talk about.
Speaker 1 (29:16):
That's part of the strategy I told you about earlier,
is raising the wages, and that way the wages will
continue to beat Biden inflation and will work our way
out of some of this. Now here is the report.
Again we told you the day, and by the way,
prices have gone even lower.
Speaker 7 (29:35):
Dollars a gallon in June of twenty twenty two. That,
of course in the Biden administration. Dollars a gallon in
June of twenty twenty two. That of course in the
Biden administration. Two ninety five. Now investors all waiting.
Speaker 1 (29:47):
That's that's that's the news again. Average price of gas
just dropped again to two ninety five. Now I'm not
sure where to go in Michigan because again, don't forget,
we're gonna we're gonna get that fifty cent gas to
going into effect at January. So you seem like a
twenty percent or twenty cent rather twenty cent bump at
(30:08):
the beginning of the year. But just remember that's not
because of Trump. That's because Whitmer signed that into play.
So that's that's part of what we're seeing playing out here. Folks.
Good news though, because things aren't moving in the right direction.
All right, I'll try and scare up that clip. I
was looking for the Marie clip today. I'll try and
see if I could scare it up and bring it tomorrow.
(30:31):
If I can, I'll get it for you. In the meantime,
boy oh boy, so much going on. It's hard to
stay on top of it. Tomorrow you get a bonus.
We'll talk to Moha missy and here's what's on the
uh on the roll. Scientists are supercharging cells to fight
effects of aging. You know, it is all in the cells.
(30:54):
In fact, she talks a lot about that. We're gonna
see if we can get some breakthroughs. You've probably seen
some of these people that look like they're really young,
you know, even some of these Hollywood types, like what
