Emery Songer hosts Keeping Pace powered by the IMT Des Moines Marathon and is joined by Leslie Berkes from Trees Forever to talk about the replanting of the trees lost during the derecho in 2020 and the process of planting the trees during the marathon. IMT Des Moines Marathon Race Director Chris Burch hops on the show to give an update on the need for volunteers and what runners can expect from race day.
