Speaker 1 (00:00):
Sarah Leise I was getting hit up a lot yesterday
in my personal life and I have to checked my
Twitter and well anyways, so so you know with our
our life as far as the media, a lot of
changes happening. You know, ESPN is buying the NFL network.
Speaker 2 (00:18):
I saw that last night, Yes, big.
Speaker 1 (00:21):
And it makes sense because they made all those you know,
they're making all those cuts and all that stuff. I mean,
why not and yeah and a and they just fired
ut Shannon Sharp guy. You know, well he had some
stuff going on, but they used that as a reason
to get you know, to cut that salary.
Speaker 2 (00:36):
They're like, you're making too much money. Anyways, get out of.
Speaker 1 (00:38):
Here, get out of here. We're getting ready to buy
the NFL network.
Speaker 2 (00:41):
Gottio is that OnlyFans model? Like what twenty million bucks?
Speaker 1 (00:45):
Well whatever it is. Oh and and then now they're
talking like is it serious? Satellite radio has always had problems,
and you know the world is changing as far as media,
because you know they're over there, they're like, well we
have They always boasted that we had commercial free music
(01:06):
and you're like, okay, well I have that on my
thing already. Why would I want to do that? You know,
and then then there's radio and they're like, well we
got this, and then everybody's got something, you know, and
you know, for years, I you know, it's been friendly
with the Howard Stern Show, and they were on regular
(01:27):
radio when I was a kid. And then then I
worked on a radio station that had the Howard Stern Show.
And then you know, for a couple of months, I
worked on that show for a while.
Speaker 2 (01:36):
And then and then we got some news last night.
Speaker 1 (01:40):
Yeah, and then and then I saw, well there's just
rumblings of this. You know, a year ago, his agent,
Don Buckwald passed away. That was on July twenty second,
And right when that happened, that was the guy that
made all this happen for him as far as making all,
you know, making him a superstar. And I thought, right then,
when that happened, I'm like, well that that's probably the
(02:02):
end of this. And that was a year ago in July.
And then now his contract's coming up, were his five
hundred million dollar deal. You know, they're saying, well that's
that might be the end of it. Because satellite's going
through some problems where they're they've been cutting people left
and right, which I mean that that's happening everywhere and
(02:23):
they're like, well maybe this is going to end here
of course, I mean, why why would you keep working?
Speaker 3 (02:33):
I mean, if you're Howard Stern, it's like do you
even need them? That's right, just branched off and do
your own thing.
Speaker 1 (02:40):
Well not even I mean, they have a there's a
deal in place where like the they pay him to
replay his old shows, So just stay home.
Speaker 2 (02:49):
So just I mean, well he's already home anyways.
Speaker 1 (02:52):
Right, Well, yeah, he's off on the in the summertime
and then he only works Monday through Wednesday.
Speaker 2 (02:57):
Good for him. Yeah, I saw the news last night and.
Speaker 1 (03:01):
Well it's not even it's not even uh.
Speaker 2 (03:04):
It just started circulating.
Speaker 1 (03:05):
Yeah, yeah that that his.
Speaker 2 (03:07):
Announced that series XM has canceled.
Speaker 1 (03:11):
See that's not right.
Speaker 2 (03:12):
That was the rumblings.
Speaker 1 (03:14):
Yeah, his deal is coming up in the fall and
it may expire like they may not, like you know,
because why is that? See what is going on today?
Everything's just starting and this just me.
Speaker 3 (03:27):
That's why you don't believe everything that you see online.
Speaker 1 (03:32):
Uh so so because of all the changes that they're making.
Everybody's just looking at it like saying, well, his deal's
coming out, so he may not stay well, I mean,
they they're they're going to negotiate. But my guess is
he'll say, I'm not taking what these guys want to
pay me, so I'm just going to go home and
stay home. But they have a deal where they have
(03:55):
a taste of his uh, his libraries, so they may
just run his old shows and he can stay home
and collect money.
Speaker 2 (04:03):
That's what I would do, I mean, why not?
Speaker 1 (04:05):
Why not?
Speaker 2 (04:06):
Do you think he's ready to hang it up? Anyways?
Speaker 1 (04:08):
I don't know me to talk about that stuff with him,
I don't you know, But what do.
Speaker 3 (04:12):
You think, I mean, as somebody that actually knows him,
I don't know. I mean, do you have an opinion
on it? If you think that he would be ready
to do that?
Speaker 2 (04:22):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (04:22):
I can't even do things right my way? Well how
would I for me?
Speaker 2 (04:28):
This is from his perspective.
Speaker 3 (04:32):
Is it something that you think that he would just say, Hey,
you know what, let's just call it quits. I'm ready
to retire. Let's just be done with it. That he's
just done talking on a mic.
Speaker 1 (04:42):
Every you know, yeah, I would have bailed a long
long time ago, because everybody, I mean because everybody's so afraid.
Everybody's scared of everything, and you know, and plus I mean,
like I said, his agent passed away and that was
his gatekeeper.
Speaker 2 (04:59):
Yeah you know what I mean.
Speaker 1 (05:00):
So and you know, and I know what that's like.
I had an agent and I remember getting the call.
It was a couple of years ago, and it was
really sad. It's a secretary called and I didn't even
know he was sick. He called and she called and goes, hey,
it's a you know so and so and just want
to let you know that Bob passed away this afternoon.
And uh, he wanted me to call you and let
you know that he was very happy to be working
(05:22):
with you. And I was like, I was just like wait,
wait wait comple.
Speaker 2 (05:26):
Yeah, yeah, I didn't even know he was going through anything.
Speaker 4 (05:29):
No.
Speaker 1 (05:31):
Uh and I you know, I love his brother Ross,
who took it over. But I was like what what what?
And all we would do is we talk five minutes
of business and then the rest was about girls, as
it is.
Speaker 3 (05:45):
Like that all the time with you with everybody. This
girl's rins repeat.
Speaker 1 (05:51):
And he had a younger wife and he would always
talk about his wife going and going to the gym,
and he had she had a work you know, a trainer,
the trainer. Yeah, and and she would come home and
be like, he is so nice and he'd.
Speaker 2 (06:05):
Be like and he would said to Tom Brady, yeah.
Speaker 1 (06:08):
And he'd be like, well, you know, he wants to
get with you. No, no, no, he's so nice. And
he would say to me, like, you know, she doesn't
get it. He think she thinks that he's nice because
you know, he's just a nice guy. He wants to
get with him. Oh yeah, they don't get it. They
think that they just want they're just nice guys, are
just nice. They want to can't be justice, No they're not.
They want to bang. And then he would just go
(06:30):
he had the funniest laugh. And that's what we would
talk about.
Speaker 2 (06:34):
Whatever did they end up up or No, I.
Speaker 1 (06:36):
Don't know what they may now because he's no longer
here and she's got all that dough living in in
in Beverly.
Speaker 2 (06:43):
Hills, singing ready to mingle.
Speaker 1 (06:45):
Anyway, So my agent, yeah, he was I don't even
think it was seventy yet.
Speaker 2 (06:52):
Wow, just a young pup.
Speaker 1 (06:54):
Yeah. Anyway, so, uh, I don't know what's going to
happen with that but I mean, look, I know him
up and say if he needs any cash, I'll phoney
up a little bit time or yeah, because he was
only making a hundred grand or a hundred million dollars
a year, four or five years of a couple hundred
a couple of times five five hundred million dollar deal.
Speaker 2 (07:16):
I would be all right with that. I would be
so dangerous with that money. Oh my god, I would
be walking around with you. That's why God he said
you're not capable, Like, I can't do.
Speaker 4 (07:26):
That for you.
Speaker 5 (07:26):
If I was making that kind of my half that money,
pigeons would be landing on my middle fingers so much
because they'd be to be up in the air so much,
walking around middle fingers in the air.
Speaker 2 (07:38):
I can't even imagine what a life there.
Speaker 1 (07:43):
Yeah, let's do it.
Speaker 5 (07:48):
Go.
Speaker 2 (07:49):
You're spicy this morning.
Speaker 1 (07:50):
Well, because I'm doing seven hundred different things at one time.
Speaker 2 (07:55):
You just don't get enough appreciation around here.
Speaker 1 (07:59):
That doesn't happen. If I said, hey, I would like
some appreciation, they would just keep walking and say you're
getting a check.
Speaker 2 (08:05):
That's cute. Yeah, that's cute. Here's some appreciation. There's the door.
Speaker 3 (08:11):
Exactly Aside from that there's this new ice cream flavor
just making onlines.
Speaker 2 (08:18):
Have you seen this good?
Speaker 1 (08:21):
I haven't had time to do any of.
Speaker 2 (08:22):
That because you've been doing seven hundred things.
Speaker 1 (08:24):
Yes.
Speaker 3 (08:26):
Well, it's created by Freda, which I had no idea
what this is, so I had to look it up.
I guess it's a site that sells all things baby
items and they teamed up with this ice cream brand,
Oddfellows for breast milk flavored ice cream.
Speaker 1 (08:42):
God, anybody who is buying that needs to be brought
up on charges, just like Mom used to make right
if you're If anybody's purchasing that, they need to go
through their browser history.
Speaker 2 (08:55):
This is what they say. They say.
Speaker 3 (08:56):
The ice cream has been released nationwide. You can purchase
it online. It doesn't actually contain breast milk, but it
does mimic it. They say it's sweet, slightly salty, boo
smooth taste.
Speaker 2 (09:12):
With hints of honey, and it's thirteen bucks a pint. See.
Have you ever had breast milk?
Speaker 1 (09:18):
No, but I have.
Speaker 2 (09:22):
Some dudes and some ladies that have actually dried it.
Speaker 1 (09:25):
Yeah. But if I brought it in and put it
in a grater's cup and I said, here, try it.
You'd be like, honest is great, and you would go
on your Instagram and be like.
Speaker 2 (09:32):
You Graters, I love it, it's so great. And then I
would say Graders is great. I could do anything.
Speaker 1 (09:38):
And if it had a Grater's label on it, you
be like, it's so awesome, it's great, it's perfect. And
then I would say, but it's not. It's that place
that did the breast milk. You'd be like, I don't care.
Speaker 3 (09:48):
If it's free Craters, youdf all great companies. I don't
think I'm eating breast smels. I am curious the fact
that it doesn't contain breast milk. I think I would
actually try this stuff. Okay, is it worth thirteen bucks
just for a little experiment. I don't know, but I
(10:11):
guess the idea all came from Courtney Kardashian, because of
course it does. She went on her social media pages
and she was talking about her own breast milk. She
says she has a glass of it when she's feeling sick.
It's kind of like a remedy and it makes her
feel better. She gets her own breast milk and a
cup and guzzles.
Speaker 1 (10:32):
You should sell uh uh tell graders. Sarah Lee's feet
flavor like.
Speaker 3 (10:39):
Zero dollars and fails zero. I loves too much to
do that to them. My okay, but I am curious
if anyone would actually try that.
Speaker 6 (10:58):
Lick start.
Speaker 2 (11:01):
With a slight flavor of TUTSI you bross milk flavored
ice cream, and again, I think I would try it.
I'm curious. I'm very curious.
Speaker 1 (11:13):
We have a fun little situation going here, Sarah. If
you could look, the computer crashed.
Speaker 2 (11:18):
All of our screens are shutting up, I know, and
going down.
Speaker 1 (11:21):
I'm very excited because the worst iHeartRadio nightmare is going
to be happening here is uh is. I don't know
if we're gonna be able. We're gonna be staying on
the air. They're gonna be like.
Speaker 2 (11:32):
No problems.
Speaker 3 (11:34):
Yeah, my internet's not working today either. Oh yeah, yeah,
I've had all kind of technical problems this morning since
I got in about five.
Speaker 1 (11:41):
They're saying, let me see here, I'll try to log
in so we could hit the next song.
Speaker 2 (11:46):
Yeah, I've been using the internet from my phone.
Speaker 1 (11:49):
This is awesome. It's gonna be uh.
Speaker 2 (11:52):
Yeah, it's it's been a morning so far. Yeah, I
can't hump day.
Speaker 1 (11:56):
I can't even get to what they call the control room.
This is gonna be great. They're gonna be like, wait,
he's gonna stay on the air.
Speaker 2 (12:05):
We got to just keep going. Yeah, we'll have segan
here in a little bit.
Speaker 3 (12:09):
Yeah, but I'm not prepared to do that, I know,
because every screen in here just went black.
Speaker 1 (12:15):
Uh yeah, this is great. Okay, So this is perfect
because I'm ready just to walk out and go home
and love it be dead air, Like that's not what
you guys pay me to do.
Speaker 2 (12:24):
See again, you're doing seven hundred things I know time around.
Speaker 1 (12:27):
Here, and I'm not prepared to do that.
Speaker 3 (12:29):
And I don't know if our engineer is here yet.
Probably he's got a long day ahead of him. The
Bengals are traveling, and he travels with the team so
we can get their games.
Speaker 1 (12:38):
There's Tom Brandman. We'll just have him coming.
Speaker 7 (12:40):
Tom.
Speaker 1 (12:41):
You know we've been here.
Speaker 2 (12:42):
Grab a microphone. We've been meaning to talk to you
on air.
Speaker 1 (12:45):
We're not doing Good morning. You have people that work
on your show and stuff we don't, and right now
everything crash so I can't go into commercials or anything.
Speaker 2 (12:54):
Yes, So we just got to keep going.
Speaker 7 (12:55):
Is you're kidding.
Speaker 3 (12:56):
Yeah, how is your morning going good?
Speaker 2 (13:01):
He's all smiled, all set.
Speaker 7 (13:03):
I mean, yeah, absolutely, how you guys doing well?
Speaker 3 (13:05):
You know what, We've got some technical problems, but we're
hanging up in there.
Speaker 7 (13:09):
There's one thing is for sure. The two of you
can really talk.
Speaker 1 (13:12):
Yeah, but that's their biggest nightmare.
Speaker 2 (13:15):
We're like, we want you to die, but it's not much.
Speaker 1 (13:18):
Our company hired me away from an FM talk station
and then they brought me here and they said, that's great,
shut up and play Tom.
Speaker 2 (13:25):
We've been talking out for fifteen straight minutes.
Speaker 7 (13:27):
Oh my god, I'm sorry.
Speaker 3 (13:29):
Yeah, no, it's it's great. We're having a good time.
We're glad that you came in and joined us. Seg
will be here soon to talk sports.
Speaker 7 (13:34):
Well, there you go, and there's a lot going on
in sports.
Speaker 2 (13:37):
Now.
Speaker 7 (13:37):
There's a last walk and roll to and you play.
You can't play a song.
Speaker 1 (13:40):
No, I don't even know how to get to it
now because this thing is just completely dead.
Speaker 2 (13:43):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (13:43):
We were talking about how Dave the engineer, he'll be
with the Bengals traveling today, so he might not be
in today.
Speaker 7 (13:49):
You know what's amazing is how clean the studio is.
Speaker 2 (13:55):
Joking you'll got to be joking.
Speaker 3 (13:58):
I love how Tom Brenneman has really slid into this role.
Speaker 1 (14:02):
I know, you know when Tom Brendan first got here,
he was like mister positive.
Speaker 2 (14:05):
He was very buttoned up.
Speaker 1 (14:07):
Yeah, and then he started to, uh, like cause.
Speaker 2 (14:10):
He really get acclimated around here.
Speaker 1 (14:12):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (14:12):
When did he start. It's been about April, April. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (14:16):
And then he was always mister positive, mister positive. And
I was like, I was telling, oh, this is the
honeymoon period. Honeymoon period. And then the other day he
just started slamming the studios and I'm like, here comes.
Speaker 3 (14:27):
And he gets on in his morning show and the
first thing he starts talking about is, you know what,
I have to fix the equipment every morning.
Speaker 2 (14:34):
It's always a mess when I get in.
Speaker 1 (14:37):
And then then one day I heard all this dead
air and I and then I started goofing on and
trashing the guy that they hired, that they that just
doesn't show up and just doesn't care. And I'm all like, dude,
they just leave you hanging. I go to people listening,
don't they don't sit there and go, oh, that's the
engineer guy that's screwing it up. The board op and stuff.
They go, that's tough. He sucks. Yeah, and he's like
(14:59):
this is and I'm like, here comes this is great. Yeah,
and uh now it's like the studios are trash and
all that stuff, and it's so great hearing it.
Speaker 2 (15:10):
Gets welcome to it.
Speaker 1 (15:12):
And then just yesterday we're started talking about the studios
and he's like, what is this, man?
Speaker 2 (15:17):
I mean, just just have some respect.
Speaker 1 (15:20):
And then I was telling him about how John John
will blow his nose on the wall.
Speaker 2 (15:24):
You know, I don't think that lived on our studio
wall for at least a year.
Speaker 1 (15:29):
Yeah, and I don't think he uses the bathrooms. He
just uses the corner and then wipes it on the wall.
He's like a five year old.
Speaker 2 (15:36):
You guys said, just walking that's me. I did that
hit the music, let you go.
Speaker 1 (15:43):
I don't even know if we could play commercials.
Speaker 8 (15:45):
I think we can the computers knowing you to this
is un commercials.
Speaker 1 (15:51):
Forget it. It's not my fault.
Speaker 2 (15:52):
Here ATOD taste ice, scream and then listen this is there.
Speaker 8 (15:59):

Speaker 9 (20:46):

minutes ago.
Speaker 1 (21:13):
Yeah, he's got other people that work on his show.
So his station's on the air. Our station isn't a time,
but we can't play any commercials or anything. So right
now everybody's quivering, especially during the time when we need
all the all the commercials that we can.
Speaker 2 (21:27):
Yeah, we've got this a big fireworks show coming up
here in just a few weeks.
Speaker 3 (21:33):
The Western and Southern WEBN firework show.
Speaker 1 (21:37):
I'm going to try to, I guess, reboot this computer
one more time because I don't want them to say
that I did not try.
Speaker 2 (21:47):
Because I can confirm that Christopher trying.
Speaker 1 (21:50):
It does not matter. They will use this as an excuse.
Speaker 2 (21:53):
Try to get a hold of the engineer to.
Speaker 1 (21:54):
Save money, to get rid of me. Let me restart
the compute so we can if you want to call

The perfect time, Yeah, join us to.
Speaker 1 (22:06):
Come on the radio station on webn and talk about
whatever you want to talk.
Speaker 3 (22:09):
You like to add a third you know what happened
last night for a third time, a dildo was thrown
on the court for the w NBA game.
Speaker 1 (22:18):
Well tell Willie Cunningham to quit running onto the court
of the of.
Speaker 3 (22:21):
All these and it was the same color, it's the
same I don't understand it. It's the neon green dildo
for a third time was thrown onto the court. This
time it actually hit one of the players. And this
came after so she Cunningham had just went on to
Twitter and said you could hurt one of us.
Speaker 2 (22:43):
Well, she's and I think she's playing it.
Speaker 1 (22:45):
Sho course, playing does anybody down.
Speaker 2 (22:47):
They're all laughing about this. It is funny.
Speaker 1 (22:49):
Does anybody like write a note on it or anything.
Speaker 8 (22:52):
It's just the dildo like a message of the court,
like a message in a bottle.
Speaker 3 (22:56):
And then get this, a fourth Neon green dildo was
in the stands and one of the security guards knocked
it out of the way, so we almost got a
fourth onto the courts. This is like new terrorism, green
dildos taking over the world.
Speaker 1 (23:12):
Tyler is on the air perfect now. They're definitely sending
in the troops to make sure that this station could
get the commercials in Metallica.
Speaker 2 (23:20):
Tyler, what's going on this morning? You were close? Christopher?
Speaker 1 (23:28):
Yes, Tyler.
Speaker 2 (23:32):
House, Yeah, I better be good. What did I do? Hey,
that's what's making the headlines?
Speaker 1 (23:43):
Tyler, Oh, well hold on, we got sorry to break
this up, but Tyler, yeah, we have we got it working.
Speaker 2 (23:52):
Good job, Christopher, I.
Speaker 1 (23:53):
Did do it. I think Dave got it. Dave the
engineer got it going all right?
Speaker 2 (23:56):
God love them, Thank you, Tyler.
Speaker 1 (23:58):
We got to go.
Speaker 3 (24:00):
By Sarah and Maryland. Yes, there's this lady making the
headlines there. Her name is Jenice louis One.
Speaker 2 (24:12):
I like that Janice or Jennie Janice. Okay, she said
a guy that she's known for years ozer some money.
Uh huh.
Speaker 3 (24:24):
I guess they got into some argument, some verbal argument
at his house.
Speaker 2 (24:29):
So she leaves and allegedly came back hello, uh huh
do you know about this one? All right?
Speaker 3 (24:36):
Well, I guess she came back a few minutes later
with a big bottle of gasoline. Man then set the
front door on fire and took off on her bicycle.
Speaker 2 (24:51):
We have the Little Wizard of oz music.
Speaker 1 (24:53):
No, but get you and your dog too.
Speaker 2 (24:55):
That's scary, very yeah. So I guess the guy was fine.
Speaker 3 (25:01):
But now she's been charged with first and second degree arson,
first degree malicious burning, and destruction of property. How much
money do you think that this guy owed Janis for.
Speaker 2 (25:14):
Her to do all this?
Speaker 1 (25:18):
I don't know, man, because.
Speaker 2 (25:20):
That's a lot to come back with the gasoline the fire.
Speaker 1 (25:23):
Well depends. What did he say?
Speaker 2 (25:28):
What all did this guy do? Yeah, because it was
I need.
Speaker 3 (25:31):
More details about the arguments, the whole thing.
Speaker 2 (25:35):
What their relationship is like, did he did he like?
Speaker 1 (25:38):
What words did he use? I need to read the.
Speaker 2 (25:41):
Transcript Janice luis Oni And.
Speaker 1 (25:45):
What does she look like? Is there a picture.
Speaker 2 (25:46):
Yeah, all right, let me see you guess how much
you think.
Speaker 1 (25:49):
Well, no, I think the argument is what escalated it.
Let me see the picture.
Speaker 2 (25:56):
Okay, so I'm going to show you. This is the Janice.
Speaker 1 (26:01):
Oh my god. Okay, so yeah, okay, all right. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (26:11):
So he was, uh, what do you think it is
under a thousand? More than a thousand?
Speaker 1 (26:17):
Oh, it's under a thousand. It's under a thousand.
Speaker 2 (26:22):
Try seven bucks. Oh my god.
Speaker 1 (26:24):
Yeah. So he insulted her. Absolutely, he insulted her.
Speaker 3 (26:29):
And I want to see that doorbell ring footage.
Speaker 1 (26:33):
He does not have one.
Speaker 2 (26:37):
And you think a neighbor going by has some sort
of video. Either way, I need the audio of this argument.
Speaker 1 (26:42):
It was.
Speaker 2 (26:43):
It was a to know if this was fair.
Speaker 1 (26:45):
It was an apartment building and he was outside smoking
a cigarette and she came storming up and he just
kind of was standing there with a bunch of his buddies,
and she was yelling in his face, snapping her fingers,
and he was like, bitch, get out of here. And
then and then she was yelling and yelling and he
pushed her and called he pushed and pulled.
Speaker 3 (27:07):
This was not in Cincinnati, by the way, They said,
this is Maryland.
Speaker 1 (27:10):
You know what they say, snatched the wig or something
and said something and saw things.
Speaker 2 (27:14):
She's definitely wearing a wig.
Speaker 1 (27:15):
Yeah, and then she just stormed.
Speaker 2 (27:17):
Off and he came back on the bicycle said some other.
Speaker 1 (27:21):
Colorful things and then yeah, and then and then and
then ish started.
Speaker 2 (27:26):
Some ish definitely went down. There are a lot of
things that you and I don't agree on. I agree with.
Speaker 3 (27:31):
That's exactly how things were played out on the porch.
Speaker 1 (27:34):
And it's not like and he was just standing there
and not faced because he had nothing like a car
or nothing for her to smash. That's why she showed
up with gasolene to.
Speaker 7 (27:43):
Pour on him.
Speaker 2 (27:44):
Huh Okay, there you go.
Speaker 8 (27:46):
I the reason why you just dug up all the
dirt because I could read people I know just by
one mugshot pick.
Speaker 2 (27:54):
Yes, it's called profiling. That's why we need. We all
do it. We all do it. So there you go.
Speaker 3 (28:01):
He owes Jennis seven bucks and doesn't have his front
door anymore because she tried to blow it all up.
Speaker 1 (28:06):
Yes, thank you, Sarah, we figured it out.
Speaker 10 (28:10):
It's time for can I sue with Stuart W. Penrose
from the Manilo Law Group. Call now with your legal
questions five one three, seven, four nine one two seven

Speaker 1 (28:26):
That's right?
Speaker 2 (28:28):
Oh yeah, our guy is here.
Speaker 1 (28:29):
The handsome Stuart W. Penrose is here. Uh huh, I'm
actually uh we'll talk about it a little later, but
I am breaking my rule of not hanging out with Stuart,
and on Thursday, I will be well, when is it
next Thursday?
Speaker 6 (28:42):
I think hanging out with anybody?
Speaker 2 (28:45):
Yeah, this is true. You must really like Stuart.
Speaker 6 (28:48):
Exclusive type of thing here.
Speaker 2 (28:49):
No kind of is it just the two of you
or the other.
Speaker 1 (28:54):
I was going to go going, We're going to wrestling together,
all elite wrestling. But uh I I but next Thursday,
next Thursday.
Speaker 3 (29:02):
Because I love that Christopher is finally leaving his house
and doing something with a dude.
Speaker 6 (29:08):
Are you gonna like pack him a lunchbox or something
like that to bring little gold sticker.
Speaker 3 (29:11):
On his because he's so specific on what he is
and I'm going down to wait this is I'm out?
Speaker 1 (29:18):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (29:19):
Are you gonna have the mayor walk with? You can
make a video together.
Speaker 1 (29:22):
He's our security right well, because you know he shakes
hands with you know people, and he shows up. They're
not violent.
Speaker 2 (29:28):
He said he was greeting with the tourists.
Speaker 1 (29:31):
Uh. But yeah, we're going to all elite wrestling together.
And uh also our buddy Joey is going My buddy
Joey nice.
Speaker 2 (29:38):
Yeah, I love this.
Speaker 1 (29:40):
Mike is on the phone. He's got a question for
Stuart W. Penrose. He's from the Manila Law Group. He's
a real life attorney. Go ahead, Mike, Hey.
Speaker 11 (29:50):
Stuart, I am pinning a divorce. I suppose we're just
separated and separated for three months. We were going to
do a disillusion but we can't agree on who gets
the house now. Now, my wife has been a stay
at home mom for probably the last twelve years. I've
(30:10):
been the only one solely working. The house is in
my name solely. She wants the house because we are
in a good school district and good school district, and
you know, it's a nice house for the kids. Don't
want to uproot them. I totally agree with that. But
(30:31):
there's no way that she will be able to afford
this house, even with alimony and child support and all that,
because she doesn't make enough currently at her job that
she just got what is what grounds do I have
on that which she still get that being at Ohio
(30:51):
is a mother state.
Speaker 6 (30:52):
Yeah, you need a good divorce attorney. It's very simple.
You need to get a good divorce attorney. This is
not a DIY project. You need to go over everything
with this divorce attorney. Have them break it down for
you and go along with their advice. And if you've
got a good and if you've got a good relationship
with your wife, work together to try to, you know,
come to an agreement that works for the whole family,
(31:13):
because you want your kids to be in a good
spot and you want them to succeed, but you can't.
I mean, you're going to pay for your own place
as well too, and obviously pitch in for what's going
on with your with your wife and kids. So you
guys don't need to work together, but get a good
divorce attorney. Don't don't skimp on that. Get a good
divorce attorney.
Speaker 1 (31:30):
And I know what's gonna happen. You're gonna get a
divorce attorney or tell her, and she's gonna be like
I thought, we weren't getting attorneys involved and and and
she's gonna hit the roof right.
Speaker 11 (31:40):
More likely. Yeah, that's been my problem. I've been I've
been trying to find a divorce attorney, but retain her
fees and everything, and I make too much to qualify
for assistance.
Speaker 1 (31:50):
Well, but here's the thing. I mean, you just tell
her go.
Speaker 6 (31:52):
Look, I mean, you won't spend a little more now
to hopefully save a lot more later. This is not
the area to skim. Yeah, this is not buying the
generic uh medicine, the generic medicine at the grocery store
right well, making.
Speaker 3 (32:04):
Sure the kid has the best life possible as well
to looking out for their future.
Speaker 1 (32:07):
Well, and also you've got to have a real talk
with her and say, look, man, uh, you won't you
won't sacrifice a little bit on this whole house deal.
I mean it's a it's a give and take.
Speaker 2 (32:20):
Chris, you understand all this.
Speaker 1 (32:22):
I do want to quite frankly.
Speaker 6 (32:23):
I mean, if somebody is getting divorced, I don't know
anybody's individual circumstances, they're they're doing it for a reason. Yeah,
are you really going to be all that worried about
appearances at that point? By hired an attorney, an attorney
is going to know how divorce works, how proceedings work,
and you know how to get things drawn up in
the in the most equitable and fair way. Yeah, it's
(32:44):
not divorce attorneys no know that inside and out. It's
not about screwing over your spouse.
Speaker 11 (32:52):
Yeah, that's that's what the blame keeps getting put on
is as she's looking out for the kids and I'm
being selfish.
Speaker 6 (32:57):
That's that's that's just that's just her emotions. You can
you can't let yourself worry about that you're divorcing her, right, So.
Speaker 1 (33:03):
Yeah, yeah, it's yeah, it's a it's a tough situation.
I can tell you that I'm you know, even though
I spent years trashing it and stuff, marriage and all that,
I came out on this. I'm one of the luckiest
mother efforts on the planet.
Speaker 2 (33:21):
You absolutely are.
Speaker 3 (33:23):
I've I mean, your ex wife works here and you guys,
I feel like you look happier than ever and she
takes care of you.
Speaker 2 (33:30):
Still.
Speaker 1 (33:30):
Everybody, everybody that I tell in my personal life that
you know, we go through that we got divorced and stuff,
they go, oh man, And then I tell them what's
going on with it.
Speaker 3 (33:40):
They all look at me like, really, I feel like,
you guys did everything the right way.
Speaker 2 (33:45):
And then they really did.
Speaker 1 (33:46):
They go, oh, man, I wish we my my situation.
Everybody says that, Yeah, you guys kept.
Speaker 2 (33:54):
The kids first and you did it all the right way.
Speaker 1 (33:57):
Yeah. My youngest just texted me earlier. She's like, Uh,
can you take me to open house today. I'm like yep.
Like it's just me with the kids all the time,
hanging out with them and stuff. It's like the best.
Speaker 2 (34:08):
What matters is that they're doing well.
Speaker 1 (34:10):
Yeah, it's awesome. I'm pretty fortunate. I hope. I wish
everybody could go through, Uh do it the way we
did it, man, it is it's the absolute best.
Speaker 2 (34:19):
It's because you got your family.
Speaker 6 (34:21):
Yeah, I mean it well, it didn't hurt.
Speaker 1 (34:24):
Yeah, I know, I know. It's we did it the
right way. I wish everybody could do it the way
we did it. Man, it's so awesome. I hate hearing
the stories with the kids and all that stuff.
Speaker 2 (34:32):
Yeah, that's tough with that guy.
Speaker 6 (34:33):
You should go into divorce law, Chris.
Speaker 1 (34:35):
Maybe. I mean, I don't know. We're lucky. So Kenny's
got a legal question for the handsome, the intelligent Stuart W.
Pen Rousse.
Speaker 6 (34:44):
You get more compliments here from Chris than I get
like from home.
Speaker 1 (34:47):
Yeah, that's right. Well, that's why I'm here to build
you up so you could go home and be teared down.
Speaker 6 (34:52):
I'm giving you a hug the se second we go
off or tore down.
Speaker 2 (34:54):
Right, you guys are going to leave you alone?
Speaker 1 (34:56):
Yes, go ahead, Kenny. What's up?
Speaker 2 (35:02):
Hey?
Speaker 12 (35:03):
About six months ago, I was in a car accident
that was not mine fault. I had no gap. I
had a little back problems for a while, but that went.
Speaker 6 (35:15):
Away that I U huh, did you treat for your
back injury?
Speaker 2 (35:22):
No?
Speaker 12 (35:24):
I don't like that. I don't like doctors.
Speaker 1 (35:26):
Doesn't matter the doctor would have would an injury claim?
Speaker 6 (35:29):
Doesn't like you?
Speaker 1 (35:29):
Yeah, right, go ahead. You don't like money?
Speaker 12 (35:34):
Yeah, well the problem. The problem is I had no
gap insurance. The car is totaled one I'm I'm also
lucky to be alive. I almost hit a brick wall,
a street sign, a utility pole, and a fire hydrant.
Oh but I did take out the guide wire for
the utility pole. That that's a different question. My question
(35:58):
is what my insurance paid for some of the what
I still owed on the car. Do I need a
lawyer to get his insurance to finish paying it off?
Or do I need a lawyer to pay it.
Speaker 6 (36:15):
They're not responsible for a gap. I mean, what for
the listeners out there. What he's talking about in terms
of gap is if you're in an auto accident and
somebody hits you, you know, what their insurance company owes
you is what quote unquote the value of your vehicle
at the time it was hit. Sometimes, if you have
a note in the car, you could you could owe
more on the vehicle, then the vehicle is technically worth,
(36:37):
which leaves a gap. There. There is gap insurance that
exists for that reason to cover that gap. They're not
responsible for the gap. They're only responsible for the you know,
the value of the vehicle at the time they hit it.
So if you've been paid out and and they met
their burden by paying the value of their vehicle, I'm sorry,
but they're not responsible for your gap unless you have
(36:58):
gap insurance.
Speaker 12 (37:00):
His insurance is not responsible.
Speaker 6 (37:02):
No, his insurance is responsible for the value of the
vehicle at the time it was hit. If your insurance
did the claim and paid you, well, their other insurance
is gonna they're gonna subrogate against his insurance behind the scenes,
and his insurance is going to take care of your
insurance behind the scenes. But that's got nothing to do
with you. No, they're not responsible for the gap. They're
only responsible for the value of the vehicle at the
(37:22):
time of the accident.
Speaker 7 (37:24):
But your back's hurt now, not more than my back
is hurting.
Speaker 12 (37:35):
Sorry man, Yeah, yeah, because my job's in jeopardy because
I have I'm using one car for three jobs.
Speaker 6 (37:42):
Yeah that's so you can't drive more than one car
at a time.
Speaker 12 (37:46):
Well it's my wife's car.
Speaker 1 (37:48):
Yeah, yeah, understand. God Yeah, well sorry, you're going through
all this stuff, man, I know tough.
Speaker 6 (37:57):
Yeah, it's a caution. Make sure that you adequately protect
yourself if you have If you have a note, get
gap insurance. Always get uninsured under insured motorists coverage. If
you're feeling pain, go get checked out. You know that'll
get taken care of an acclaim. You know, make sure
that you're okay. You just got to protect yourself in
certain ways.
Speaker 1 (38:17):
That all listen from the day you're born. Just remember
everybody is an a hole till they prove you wrong.
So protect your number of.
Speaker 6 (38:25):
People out there that dry without insurance is astronomically high.
Speaker 2 (38:28):
Yeah, you're gonna get ft over the older I get,
the more I realize.
Speaker 6 (38:32):
Or we see people that get in horrible traumatic car
accidents with lifelong injuries and all there is a statement,
WUM policy or something like that to cover them because
they didn't get that uninsured under insured motors covers themselves,
or they have very low limits. You want to get
high limits. You want to protect yourself, yes, and you
want to protect others. You know, if if you cause
an act, If I cause an accident and drastically hurt somebody,
(38:54):
I'm well covered. You know, I want that person to
be covered. But most people out there don't do that,
so you just always everyone is always got to take
that out there into their own hands.
Speaker 2 (39:03):
Life sucks.
Speaker 12 (39:05):
Yeah. The funny thing is is after everybody was leaving
the uh, the guy had his wife in the car
and she got the driver's seat and made him sit
in the passenger. He was like, I'm driving, now, what's.
Speaker 1 (39:18):
So funny about that? I don't see anything funny about that.
Speaker 12 (39:20):
I thought it was kind of funny. I mean she's like, well,
you call the wrecks and now I'm driving.
Speaker 2 (39:26):
Yeah, all right, man, thanks good luck to you.
Speaker 1 (39:29):
All right, that's Kenny. Everybody, uh he's got to pay
the gap. Yeah, you learn something every time about these
Uh you know, every time I leave here, I'm thinking,
what more do I have to add to my insurance
after one of these calls?
Speaker 6 (39:46):
Happy to look at your DEX pages?
Speaker 1 (39:48):
What is that another thing?
Speaker 6 (39:49):
Your declarations page shows the different coverages you have.
Speaker 1 (39:52):
Well, now, because you know, I'm my divorce thing, I'm
coming off of like I got, Yeah, i gotta get
my own insurance, So I'm gonna have to have you
look on all that stuff and make sure I'm taking care.
Speaker 2 (40:03):
Of It's a good thing. You've got a really great attorney, Christopher.
Speaker 1 (40:07):
Hey Caler, you're on the air. Hello.
Speaker 4 (40:10):
Hi, my name is Caleb. I was just wanted to
talk to the lawyers.
Speaker 1 (40:14):
Yeah, he's right here, go ahead, Caleb. All right.
Speaker 4 (40:17):
So we have an easement on our property. We have
a forty acre property and there's a road that goes
along our property, and there's two houses that use the easement.
I don't know if it's an unrestricted or if it's
a restricted easement. However, there is like a problem with
(40:39):
the road and it is getting ready to like fall
down into the creek that goes along the road, and.
Speaker 12 (40:43):
These people won't have access to their house.
Speaker 4 (40:48):
I don't know like they if it's an unrestricted easement.
I hear that they can go through our property and
go on the other side, like all the way through
our property to get to their house. They can make
another easement, But however that would make that would make
them like drive all of all the way through our property.
So I didn't know what we could do about it.
Speaker 6 (41:07):
Listen, really interesting. I have not heard that one before,
but that's very interesting.
Speaker 1 (41:10):
Well, listen, if you don't want the property anymore, I'm
looking for property that is big like that that nobody
can be around me, and I will live in a
tiny home in the middle of that large property and
be away from everybody. So if this is.
Speaker 4 (41:28):
I want to if you could take care of the animals,
You're good to go.
Speaker 2 (41:31):
Animals are there?
Speaker 1 (41:32):
Yes?
Speaker 4 (41:33):
Tell me, well, we don't have goats. We just have
chickens right now.
Speaker 1 (41:37):
But that's fine. I could do. I won't do them,
but I will feed them. Uh well maybe depends chickens.
I want, yes, And to answer your question, sture is
I don't need a lot of home. I need a
lot of land away from people. And if anybody comes
on the property or close to it, I will throw
stuff at them, shoot at them. Maybe, yeah, I want
(42:01):
to be away from people. Yeah, so can I have
the land and then this won't be our problem.
Speaker 2 (42:07):
Chickens and go.
Speaker 4 (42:09):
You have to if the east doesn't work out, you'll
have to walk a good you know, three hundred yards
to your house.
Speaker 6 (42:14):
But how long how long is the construction to repave
this thing is supposed to last?
Speaker 4 (42:20):
I'm sorry?
Speaker 6 (42:20):
How long is the construction to repave this thing is
supposed to last?
Speaker 11 (42:24):
Oh?
Speaker 4 (42:24):
That's the problem is the people that live back there,
they don't have enough money to like rebuild. Disease men.
And so here's the other thing. Property bridge it is
it is our property. The easement is our property, and
they have to maintain it. It is on their right
to maintain it. We do not have to maintain it
because we don't use the easemnt they use it.
Speaker 6 (42:50):
We know that's not going to happen.
Speaker 4 (42:51):
I will say this too, is there's a bridge on
there that they put up and it's not a structurally
sound bridge, but they have like Amazon trucks and stuff
that go across it all the time.
Speaker 6 (42:59):
You need to make you attached to that right, who
would who would?
Speaker 1 (43:07):
I mean, like this would be a like do you
have an attorney that that deals with this?
Speaker 4 (43:13):
No, I've just kind of you know, shooting in the
dark here a little bit to get some answers and
what I should do.
Speaker 1 (43:18):
Yeah, first, an attorney should be a sort of.
Speaker 6 (43:21):
Real estate attorney. Right first, it's such a niche issue.
Speaker 2 (43:26):
It's the thing is is if.
Speaker 4 (43:27):
The easement does fall through, then, like I said, they
will have to make an If we have an unrestricted easement,
which I think what we have, they will have to
drive through our property, uh and make like another road
and that would drive them like all the way through
our properties.
Speaker 6 (43:41):
But if it's there, if it's their duty to maintain
the easement duty, God, you're two years old, fifty one?
Speaker 1 (43:56):
Well, I mean it's it's a cool problem to have
though because he has all that property.
Speaker 6 (44:00):
It's not a cool problem to have if if they've
got to build a new road and his property and
drive through it. I know, but you need to figure
out you need to talk to an attorney that can
figure out the law.
Speaker 1 (44:08):
What about what about selling them part of the property.
Speaker 4 (44:13):
Yeah, we don't want to do that. This is like
my I went, like the fifth generation of this property,
we don't want to sell.
Speaker 9 (44:17):
Any of it.
Speaker 2 (44:18):
That makes sense?
Speaker 4 (44:22):
Well, I mean i'd and I'd like to keep it
intact and not have people you know, driving through it
as well.
Speaker 6 (44:27):
Honestly, the easiest thing is to just have them, you know,
fix that little spot over there and be done with it.
Speaker 4 (44:33):
Yeah, it's going to cost a lot of money to
do that. Is the roads like really washed out, it's
along the creek. The creek you know runs. It would
cost a lot of money. And these people don't have it.
Speaker 1 (44:43):
What about go and have these.
Speaker 4 (44:46):
Nah, I would have fixed it for him.
Speaker 6 (44:48):
Well, if you're going to pay a lawyer to do
certain things, it's like, you know, pick your poison.
Speaker 1 (44:51):
Yeah right, yeah? Would you rather to speak?
Speaker 6 (44:55):
And I don't know what the legal problem would be
at this point. It's it's still a road, and you
know it's kind of anticy vatory, which I get.
Speaker 1 (45:01):
Well, if it's a if it's a road, that is, uh,
you shouldn't this be the state or the town's problem.
Speaker 4 (45:08):
It's our property, it's not really their road, but we
don't use it, so I mean, there would be no
reason for me to like put money into it.
Speaker 1 (45:17):
This is weird.
Speaker 4 (45:18):
We don't use it at all. I get along with
these people, It doesn't it doesn't impact us at all.
Speaker 6 (45:23):
You get along with these people.
Speaker 4 (45:25):
Yeah, I mean they've lived there for you know, twenty
thirty years.
Speaker 6 (45:28):
Okay, I mean, so excuse. Have an open dialogue with
them is a good start.
Speaker 1 (45:32):
Yeah. Are they white trash?
Speaker 4 (45:36):
No, I'm not gonna say that. No, No, for good people.
Speaker 6 (45:39):
Okay, Well, let's start a dialogue the road goes out.
Speaker 4 (45:43):
If the road does go out, though, I mean, they
won't be able to live there, and I would have
to tell us their property for basically nothing.
Speaker 1 (45:49):
Bingo.
Speaker 2 (45:52):
Do you know any mafia people?
Speaker 1 (45:56):
That's always the answer, right, If I can make them
go away, would you let me live back there? What
business is bus?
Speaker 3 (46:07):
All right, get your little tiny hoss over there and
make yourself right at home.
Speaker 1 (46:13):
Yeah? Well, I mean, like Stuart says, I mean, I
think I think either work, work on this road thing,
or getting to getting attorney.
Speaker 6 (46:21):
I mean, if you've got a good report, talk to
these people first before we start throwing down cash on
uh on whatever.
Speaker 2 (46:27):
All right, brother, all right, yea, all right, thank you.
Speaker 6 (46:30):
Good luck. Wait that's interesting.
Speaker 1 (46:32):
Yeah, I know every every week, we get something that
comes out of nowhere that surprises you, Hosty every and
that's what keeps.
Speaker 6 (46:37):
The show fresh. The stars over is calling in the moment.
Speaker 1 (46:40):
Yes, And who would have thought that people with those
kind of problems would be listening to this radio station?
Speaker 2 (46:44):
Right, we have some intelligent listeners.
Speaker 1 (46:47):
You never know the.
Speaker 6 (46:48):
Problems with people that.
Speaker 1 (46:50):
It's a surprise. It even surprises me it's somebody like that,
because somebody like that doesn't sound like somebody that would
call them and.
Speaker 2 (46:57):
Go looking up because he won his property. Stuart W.
Speaker 1 (47:05):

Speaker 6 (47:16):
