sometimes it feels like to me that they're like, so

changing if they went back and said, no, matter what

players to grab guys that have the ball and pull
them forward. It just seems like, and I'm you know,
I'm an offensive guy, but that doesn't seem like a

said you're not going to be able to push guys
from behind either, I'd be okay with that too. But
I think the pulling guys, yeah, number one. I think
then then you auto allowed defensive guys which they don't
to come up and like clean that up, like you

that the reason that they remove that language from two
thousand and four because that's what that's when they at
that point said it's okay to push players and it's
okay to pull players. The reason they removed it is
because it was becoming difficult for officiating to lot to
decide if a block down field was actually aiding a

player being pushed from behind, or they're actually just engaged
in the block. And so the officials thought that was
too hard, and so they said, let's just scrap it
all and you can go do this. Now they're thinking
about revisiting that back into May. I'm sure as you
as a defensive player, you probably think it's all treating anyways.

coaching standpoint. So if there is going to be a
tweak to the rule, which is going to be I
would say, look, I'm not a fan of down fifteen
yards down the field. Now you're aiding someone by pushing
them or you're pulling him. No, within a one yard
type of rule where the push really is that's okay
because now the idea is, well, guys are getting injured

been that injury, because if so, we would have seen
it on the field.
