We've got the quarterback of the Broncos bo Nicks with
us in the locker room. Boat. Dave Logan, seemed like
you guys really got on track tonight. And with the
exception of maybe the first series, you're able to run
the ball. You got really good protection through the ball
with accuracy. How did the game just overall feel to you?

Speaker 2 (00:18):
Well, I thought we had a good plan and we
ran the ball officially early. And when you can run
the ball and get you know, first down, second alt,
first down again, it opens up a lot. And we
weren't in third and longs this time. And I thought
the only stretch that was poor was.

Speaker 3 (00:31):
In the you know early, you know, the third and
early fourth quarter.

Speaker 2 (00:35):
Where we just had so many penalties and we were
just killing ourselves.

Speaker 3 (00:39):
But I thought, you know, overall, we did good job.
We ran the ball very efficiently and that's what opened
up everything else.

Speaker 1 (00:45):
Yeah, I mean again, you threw the ball with accuracy tonight.
But I want to get your your your take on
the running back situation. Dobbins goes for one on one
that breaks the string of I think thirty seven regular
season games without one hundred yard rusher, and I thought
r j. Harvey took a couple of really positive steps
just in terms of his patients and running with power.

He looked like he kind of settled in a bit tonight.

Speaker 2 (01:09):
Yeah, those guys played well off of each other and
we got a bunch of plays in so they were
able to just continue to play and get in the rhythm.

Speaker 3 (01:16):
I thought that was important.

Speaker 2 (01:17):
Is you know, like for example there at the end,
JK just kept running the ball, running the ball, run
the ball, gotten a good groove, have multiple carries.

Speaker 3 (01:25):
In a row. And RJ did a good job out
of the backfield tonight. You know he's learning.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
He's a rookie, and you know he's in a good position,
but also a tough position.

Speaker 3 (01:35):
Was so much on him, but he's handling it really well.
And proud of him. He got his first touchdown tonight.
It's always fun to see.

Speaker 1 (01:41):
Yep. I'll get you out of here with this. You know,
the last couple of weeks have been disappointing losses. You've
talked to me after the game and said, hey, we
got to get back to work, and now you get
a big win on a Monday night. But the same thing,
you got to get back to work. You got a
tough one on the road coming up Sunday against the
team that won the Super Bowl last year.

Speaker 3 (01:58):
Yeah, and they've started fast this year, so you know,
we're looking ahead. We're gonna enjoy the win. We're gonna
watch it and learn from it. It's hard to win
in the league, so you know, we've had tough weeks,
so we can enjoy this one.

Speaker 4 (02:11):
But at the same time, if we want to continue
to win and uh, you know, go after something bigger
than we got to continue to get better and we
know that, and we're gonna have a tough week, but
I think everybody's excited for the challenge.

Speaker 1 (02:22):
Yep, no doubt about it. Appreciate the time bow. We'll

We've got Marvin Mims here. Marvin over five hundred yards
of offense and for the first time in thirty seven
straight games, there's one hundred yard rusher with JK. Dobbins.
You get the touchdown, the slow start for the offense,
but then things really picked on.

Speaker 6 (02:42):
Yeah, I mean I think it was a good show
for us. You know, of course, you want to start
off high and you know that's the something we talk
about every week. But man, you talk about that last
drive and we're just milking the clock down and end
up scoring in the end.

Speaker 1 (02:51):
That's a that's a really important drive for us. You're
everybody's team for this offense.

Speaker 6 (02:54):
For that far identity. So CAUs were good, hold line,
work their tails off, pass game, run game. I mean
our hundred yard rusher.

Speaker 1 (03:00):
That's not easy.

Speaker 7 (03:00):
But uh, you know we're working out.

Speaker 6 (03:02):
We're working for each other or fighting for each other.

Speaker 1 (03:03):
I think that's really important.

Speaker 5 (03:04):
The protection was good, as you said, how about Pat Bryant.
You saw that block you got on your touchdown.

Speaker 1 (03:08):
Yeah, it's funny.

Speaker 6 (03:09):
Because that's the first thing I said when I got
to the sideline, dude screaming down hill. Pat put his
shoulder in there. And you know, when we look at
the receiver group, I mean, we all love each other,
we all want the best for each other, and we'll
do anything to see each other succeed.

Speaker 5 (03:19):
He got more congratulations than you did.

Speaker 6 (03:21):
Oh yeah, for sure.

Speaker 3 (03:21):
For sure.

Speaker 6 (03:22):
I had the easy job just run to the end zone.

Speaker 1 (03:24):
He did the hard thing.

Speaker 6 (03:25):
But you know, grateful for that and just this receiver
room we do not never been part of something like it.
We just all love each other.

Speaker 1 (03:29):
We want to see each other succeed.

Speaker 5 (03:30):
All right, last question, Marvin, did you hear all the
chairs when Alex Polchwski gets called as an eligible receiver?
What's going on with that?

Speaker 6 (03:37):
I was confused for a little bit because I just
kept hearing, like the loud cheers.

Speaker 7 (03:40):
I'm like, what are they saying?

Speaker 6 (03:41):
Before And towards the end of the game, I started
catching on with all that's three.

Speaker 5 (03:44):
That's really cool, Marvin, great gang, congratulations, go celebrate, all right,

All right, thanks Dave Coop. Well, first of all, half
a sack, which you thought should have been a full sack, right,
Benito stole one half sack.

Speaker 3 (03:59):
From believe he did that to me.

Speaker 7 (04:01):
He's supposed to be my brother, right, supposed to be
my brother, yet out there taking sacks from me. It
ain't gonna take me out of the game. He's gonna
get one, he gonna get another one, So you know,
I gotta pay him back next week.

Speaker 5 (04:10):
Hey, to talk about this defensive effort, I mean they
had the field goal on the first driving them. We
got a whole bunch of punts and one kneel down
before the half. That's quite the defensive performance.

Speaker 7 (04:18):
Yes, sir, I mean, you know, shout out to the
defense everybody. It's a it's a collective effort. It's a team,
and we really played complimentary football. Played played good, just
team football honestly. You know, uh made him one one
dimensional and stopped a run and get out to the passer,
do what we do best. So uh you know, when
we play together like that, I feel like we're hard

to beat.

Speaker 5 (04:39):
You mentioned complimentary football. You like putting licks on people.
You saw Pat Bryan's block and I think, uh somebody
else had one too.

Speaker 2 (04:46):
That.

Speaker 5 (04:46):
I mean the offense was getting out there and making
some blocks today.

Speaker 7 (04:49):
Yeah, no, shout out to the offense. They was playing.

Speaker 1 (04:51):
It was balling.

Speaker 7 (04:52):
It was really told in that rock offensive line did
their job. Bow Knicks played out standing, and uh yeah,
I feel like we just got to ride his momentum
and let it carry us and uh knock, get complacent,
go up, clean up whatever we gotta clean up, and
just keep rocking.

Speaker 5 (05:06):
About that crowd tonight Monday night, football under the lights
and they're pretty awesome.

Speaker 7 (05:09):
Huh wow, they were amazing. Yeah, best fans in the NFL.

Speaker 5 (05:12):
Did you hear the cheers with when Alec Polchowski was
announced as an ultimle receiver?

Speaker 6 (05:16):
What is that?

Speaker 1 (05:17):
Shout out?

Speaker 7 (05:18):
Power? Shout on my dog Poul for really, he was
getting hype every time we got in too. You know,
power works hard.

Speaker 5 (05:23):
Man.

Speaker 7 (05:23):
He's a good teammate, he's a great guy. Yeah. I
just feel like across the board we have great dudes everywhere,
and uh, you know, it's always next man up. Everybody
understands the standard and we hold we hold our shelves accountable,
we hold everybody accountable, and just just keep going.

Speaker 5 (05:39):
