(00:03):
to Friday.
Speaker 2 (00:03):
Friends hopefully had yesterday off. It wasn't a terrible day
here in the Pacific Northwest. I wish I could say
the same about.
Speaker 1 (00:11):
This weekend rain and cool.
Speaker 2 (00:14):
But hey, on the bright side, you're gonna save money
on your water bill because you don't need to water
the grass for your plants. Yeah, sun returns next week,
as do temperatures in the eighties. We are forty minutes
commercial free with cream. One on out two point five
k's okay, one out, two point five kzy okay.
Speaker 1 (00:29):
It's Sarah.
Speaker 2 (00:29):
Time to take a look at the news. Brought to
you by Core Contractors Remodel Restore, Remember Core Core Contractors
LC dot com. A new report is showing two cities
here in the Pacific Northwest are the trendiest destinations to
move in the US this year. It's from moving in
storage company Pods and they released their Moving Trends report
and at number fifteen Spokenne and Boise, Idaho seventh.
Speaker 1 (00:55):
I have been to Spoken.
Speaker 2 (00:57):
I'm not seeing the appeal, but apparently that is one
of the trendy.
Speaker 1 (01:00):
Places to move.
Speaker 2 (01:02):
A judge has scolded a man who wore a T
shirt took court for his felony charges that said world's
best farter play on World's Best father. Yeah, World's best
farterer and man, oh man, she destroyed this guy. He's like,
it's totally sure and I could find uh huh oh
Florida weather today. I know you don't want to hear it,
(01:23):
but June gloom, it's not going to get over sixty
and rain in store for today and tomorrow.
Speaker 1 (01:30):
If you missed actor Stephen Baldwin on the show earlier
this week, you can hear what he had to say. Next.
Speaker 2 (01:36):
He's going to be in Seattle today through the weekend.
You'll hear what's going on and why his brother Alec
Baldwin told him not to do the movie Biodome. Stephen
Baldwin joins US next.
Speaker 3 (01:46):
One two point five CAZy Okay Rock Seattle.
Speaker 2 (01:50):
Johnny is now is acting legend Steven Baldwin to talk
about this year super fun event Washington State Summer Con.
Speaker 3 (01:56):
Hi.
Speaker 1 (01:56):
Stephen, welcome, Hey.
Speaker 4 (01:58):
How are you today? Thanks for having me?
Speaker 1 (02:00):
Do I understand correctly? This is your first time?
Speaker 4 (02:02):
This will be my first time at Summer Con. Super
Fired up just because I mean, Seattle's gnarly, It's awesome.
You know, I come from skate culture and as a kid,
and you know, Washington's just big in skate culture, so
I just love it. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (02:17):
Right over by the Space Needle, there's a big park
that you could go to.
Speaker 1 (02:20):
I don't know if you you know, if you're still
doing it.
Speaker 4 (02:23):
Well, I roll around a little bit, but you know,
my crazy days, you know, I got a chill now.
Speaker 2 (02:28):
So what prompted you to make the decision to do
Summer Con. Was it that your buddy and co star
poly Shore is going to be there? Or is this
just a fun opportunity to meet fans and stuff stare.
Speaker 4 (02:38):
I don't know if you realize you're getting quite a
scooped here today. This is the first Biodome reunion, so
to speak, because it'll be the first time Pauline and
I ever sat down together for biodome purposes. Wow, professionally,
like since the movie paul and I fokk, you know,
regularly checking up on one another. He's nuts and I'm
trying not to be nuts. And you know, he committed
(03:00):
to coming up to Washington Summer Con and doing like
a joint kind of Biodome signing. We're gonna be taking pictures,
signing stuff, saying hi to people, and it's just gonna
be fun because the Biodome fans are really the coolest.
It's just a lot of fun.
Speaker 2 (03:15):
Biodome is a classic, hilarious movie. But did you have
reservations about making it?
Speaker 4 (03:20):
I called my brother Alec. I said, hey, man, look,
you know I met these guys, I met some other producers,
you know by you know, usual suspects. You know, it's
really kind of ratcheted some stuff up here for me,
some opportunities. But I got to tell you, man, I'm
a big bang I'm Paulie Sure, and you know this,
I really think together the character I could come up
with like a dumb and dumber kind of me, and
(03:40):
I think it could really be something cool and it
could work. My brother's response was exactly this. He said,
let me understand this correctly. I said, yes, he goes,
it's you and Paulie, I said, right, he goes trapped
in a biosphere. I said, yes, correct right, it's a
comedy and he goes. I think that could be perhaps
the most career ending decision you could possibly make. Wow,
(04:04):
And boy was here on. Yeah, Biodome is really kind
of one of the fullest, most unique coat classic classics.
You know, it's just lived on digitally, and we love
those fans. These comic cons are great. Washington's going to
be great. Some recon's gonna be awesome.
Speaker 2 (04:20):
Steven Bowlin, actor and now podcaster. One Bad Movie found
on the free iHeartRadio app is this talking to actors
about that they're bad movies, the movies that didn't do
well but kinda.
Speaker 4 (04:32):
Sorta It's called one Bad Movie, and it's basically me
interviewing actors and at some point in the interview, usually
towards the front end, I just simply ask, what's your
one bad movie, which should be, you know, for any actor,
something that was a bad experience, a movie that didn't
turn out the way they expected. They got food poisoning,
(04:54):
you know. Like Michael Mattson gave us a mind boggling interview.
My brother Alex told some very fun stories.
Speaker 1 (05:02):
Fun look at you, mister big movie star.
Speaker 4 (05:04):
Yeah, I'm just a podcaster. Now, I'm not trying to
be some truck, some kind of Hollywood fancy pants.

Washington State Summer Con this weekend Friday through Sunday down
