Free never sounded so good. Now it's BJ, Shane and Sarah.

Speaker 2 (00:17):
And of course I'm BJ.

Speaker 3 (00:19):
Sarah.

Speaker 4 (00:19):
That guy over there is our customer service director Waldo.
Good morning, and the producer, Extraordinary Gibbons is in the
house top of the morning to yea and uh yeah.
Well I don't know about the rest of you, but
I stayed up late just to be disappointed. So I'm
going to be in a little bit of a crabby
mood for the first couple of days.

Speaker 5 (00:36):
Well, you could have gone to bed at halftime when
it kind of looked like it that's over.

Speaker 2 (00:40):
I felt like, actually it wasn't over.

Speaker 4 (00:42):
And the way we started in the right in the
second half, I thought, okay, maybe we figured it out,
because sometimes that's what happens.

Speaker 2 (00:48):
People figured it out in the locker room.

Speaker 3 (00:49):
They didn't figure it out.

Speaker 4 (00:50):
Yeah, that's true. I mean hindsighted. Had I known, Sarah
what was going to happen, You're right, I would have
gone to bed at halftime.

Speaker 5 (00:58):
I also had one of those days where I was
pretty convinced it was like Thursday night football.

Speaker 3 (01:03):
Oh that you don't know you know what I mean though?
And then that's horrible. I was like, what last Friday.

Speaker 4 (01:08):
I'm like, whoa, Yeah, that's horrible because we do have
a Thursday night football game coming up in a couple
but that's uh oh, that's horrible to think that.

Speaker 2 (01:16):
It's not Thursday night football and here it is.

Speaker 5 (01:18):
Just tooesday talking about it yesterday too, BJA that I
was saying something about we're talking about when Seohn Ryan
was going to join the show again, and like I went,
did the Seahawks play again?

Speaker 3 (01:28):
Like there's no buys.

Speaker 5 (01:28):
We actually have buys this coming weekend, not the Seahawks,
but they started early this year.

Speaker 2 (01:32):
That's true.

Speaker 4 (01:33):
Yeah, and I don't know if that's good or bad
for a lot of teams. I remember we hadn't really
buy one time, and I thought, do I want this?
But like, you get it, you get it whether you
want it or not.

Speaker 5 (01:44):
Well, today is October, So if you guys were waiting
till October to get your pumpkin on, do it. Today's day,
And today's the day you can literally put up your decorations.

Speaker 3 (01:54):
Legally you want get a ticket?

Speaker 4 (01:55):
Yeah, yeah, literally, I legally because the Pumpkin Police are real,
COPO are real.

Speaker 3 (02:02):
Today is also Jimmy Carter's birthday.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
Wow. They put him in hospice about a year ago.

Speaker 5 (02:09):
Oh honey, like four years ago, four years ago, forever ago.

Speaker 4 (02:13):
Whoa, it's unbelod I can't believe it that he's he's here.

Speaker 2 (02:16):
He is at one hundred.

Speaker 5 (02:17):
He just turned one hundred years old today, and I
mean everybody knows Jimmy Carter's crazy old. And so he
went into hospice and his wife was like, oh, this stinks.
And then his wife gets Alzheimer's, gets sick and dies
before him. Everyone's like, what like hospice, you usually die
pretty quickly.

Speaker 2 (02:35):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (02:36):
So he's turning one hundred years old today, making him
the longest living president. He's the longest living president after
leaving office. So he left office like forty three or
forty six years ago.

Speaker 2 (02:49):
It's nuts.

Speaker 5 (02:49):
He is the first president to be born in a hospital.

Speaker 2 (02:53):
What why?

Speaker 4 (02:54):
I didn't realize that he's the first president that was
born in a hospital.

Speaker 3 (02:58):
And that's why people use to be born like at
home and stuff.

Speaker 4 (03:01):
Who like all the presidents before Jimmy Carter. They were
not born in hospitals. Yes, they were born in wagons
and traveling shows that they Okay.

Speaker 5 (03:10):
Jimmy Carter also the first Naval Academy graduate to become president.
Nice and he's the first one who went to Sub
Saharan Africa. And they say, like, he's just one of
those dudes who doesn't matter about your politics. I mean,
this is somebody who served as president of our country.
Doesn't matter, like if you like the guy or not,
if you were even born when he was president.

Speaker 2 (03:29):
You mean, it doesn't matter if I like the guy
or not.

Speaker 3 (03:31):
What do you things?

Speaker 2 (03:33):
What are you talking about? I reserve the right to
hate anybody I want for.

Speaker 3 (03:38):
I mean, more like this show, we don't we don't
talk about politics. Politics are polarizing.

Speaker 4 (03:42):
But oh well though that's all he does when the
mics are off, all he does is bother me with
his politics.

Speaker 2 (03:46):
Politics.

Speaker 5 (03:47):
Ah, but they say he is one of the presidents
who did the most after leaving office because he did
that whole habitat for humanity.

Speaker 3 (03:56):
He builds houses for people.

Speaker 2 (03:58):
All the time. I mean, that is cool.

Speaker 4 (03:59):
And it seems like everybody you know, there's the years
have gone by, I haven't heard a lot of bad
things said about Jimmy Carter.

Speaker 1 (04:04):
No.

Speaker 4 (04:05):
I remember when he got out of office and when
he was president, a lot of people said.

Speaker 2 (04:08):
Oh my god, where's president of every bubba?

Speaker 4 (04:09):
And I'm not smart enough to know if that's true.
But you know, as the years have gone by, everyone
sort of just said, yeah, he's pretty cool.

Speaker 5 (04:15):
Yeah, And that can happen because there's always something about
the president that somebody doesn't like, whether it was Reagan
or Obama or Clinton or Trump or whoever. Like, people
hate on whoever's serving.

Speaker 2 (04:29):
Yeah, I agree with that.

Speaker 6 (04:31):
Did this guy's brother have his own beer? Yeah, Billy beer, Baby,
Billy Carter was the man. That's really what we that's
what we're forgetting, and we're forgetting the president gave us
his brother Billy and Billy beer.

Speaker 3 (04:44):
That's hilarious.

Speaker 5 (04:45):
Today, being October first, it's also Zach Galifanakus's birthday.

Speaker 2 (04:49):
Ah.

Speaker 4 (04:49):
I hope he celebrates it between two ferns.

Speaker 3 (04:52):
Mark McGuire turned sixty one today.

Speaker 4 (04:55):
Oh wow, that's then he hit like that many home
runs one time and then they found out, Hey put
down the orange juice, Buddy.

Speaker 5 (05:02):
Randy Quaid turned seventy four. Julie Andrews eighty nine today.

Speaker 4 (05:06):
Julie Andrews who?

Speaker 2 (05:09):
Who? Just who? Really shocked the world.

Speaker 4 (05:12):
And I don't know if this was the first time
I've ever seen it where you had someone so pure
Mary Poppins and the whole thing, you know, sound of music,
who went topless in a movie and everyone was like,
what the blank is happening? Because she was the last
person you ever think would do that. Yeah, And I
still remember it in my brain. It was such a

(05:33):
big news. I think it was Victor Victoria okay, and
it was such big news, like what just happened? It's like,
this is the sound of music, lady?

Speaker 2 (05:42):
What is she doing? And great actor? And you know
and eighty nine nine? Whoa Well?

Speaker 3 (05:49):
Do do you have a thing for her like you do
for Dick Van Dyke?

Speaker 5 (05:53):
No?

Speaker 2 (05:53):
Actually I don't.

Speaker 5 (05:55):
She wasn't a cheery chetty bank bank she No, she wasn't.
Yeah she was, Yeah, she wasn't in chat chity Mary Poppins.
I think he was.

Speaker 2 (06:01):
Yeah he was. Yeah. I think a chimney sweeper.

Speaker 3 (06:03):
Yeah, that's right.

Speaker 2 (06:04):
I had a thing for Juliandrews.

Speaker 5 (06:06):
I just want to imagine if if Dick Van Dyke
is is Waldo's favorite actor, I thought maybe she he.

Speaker 4 (06:12):
Loves Truly Scrumptious, because Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. I don't
know who that actress is that played Truly Scrumptious, the
you know, the the female cohort with him, but that
would be the She was my crush for a while too,
but then Juliandrews came along and kicked.

Speaker 2 (06:25):
Her right out.

Speaker 3 (06:26):
Do you know who the actor was, Waldo?

Speaker 2 (06:28):
Sally Ann Howells.

Speaker 3 (06:29):
I have no idea who that is.

Speaker 4 (06:30):
Yeah, I remember the name, but she surely was no
Juliandrews and the you know, as far as fame and
celebrity goes.

Speaker 3 (06:36):
Oh, she just did to get topless. Apparently that's what
you gotta do, Sarah.

Speaker 4 (06:39):
That's why keep telling Waldough he and why do you
think he runs around the building the way he does?

Speaker 6 (06:43):
It's really every time I'm taking my shirt off, you
guys make a huge deal out of it, so I
can't go topless.

Speaker 4 (06:50):
He has gone topless, though, we're squelching his freedom as
an American.

Speaker 3 (06:53):
I'm pretty sure we posted.

Speaker 2 (06:55):
That on our so, yeah, we did. We put it
up there. Well though, it's really America that doesn't want
you to go topless.
