Time to take a look at the news this morning.
They have several news sources announcing that a suspect has
been taken into custody after Charlie Kirk's assassination. There was
supposed to be a press conference at six o'clock this morning.
It has been delayed. We are thinking it might be
at six thirty. And of course, if you want all
the latest in the news, we've got several great sources
(01:45):
on our free iHeartRadio app. Nice Weather in Seattle today
and tomorrow. Rain rolls it on Sunday. So good thing.
The Hawks are on the road. But it should be
a pretty nice weekend here in Seattle. A woman walked
out of a Target store. Sounds like this up to
a joke. She had a bag filled with sixty six
items that she didn't pay for, but she had a
good reason.
Speaker 2 (02:05):
It was raining.
Speaker 1 (02:06):
This is a forty two year old woman Ashley Drum,
who is an elementary school teacher, walked out with sixty
six items. When the cops arrived, she said, Oh, I
forgot to pay for them because it's raining. I'll go
back in and pay for them. Instead, they arrested her.
Speaker 3 (02:20):
Oh, she's a school teacher. Let her off.
Speaker 2 (02:22):
Come on, why she's stealing.
Speaker 3 (02:24):
She she's a school teacher.
Speaker 5 (02:25):
She can't afford it.
Speaker 2 (02:26):
Patchers don't make any money. Yeah, oh, Florida, Florida.

Good morning, Al, good morning. How are you always a
(03:09):
pleasure to talk with you? Every year we wonder is
Trans Siberian Orchestra coming back to town?
Speaker 2 (03:15):
And of course the answer is yes, yes, ma'am.
Speaker 1 (03:20):
So this tour is the Ghost of Christmas Eve, the
best of TSO and more. That name leads me to
believe these are all the songs we know and love.
Speaker 2 (03:28):
It won't be everything all new.
Speaker 4 (03:30):
Well, it's going to be a little bit of both.
So yeah, it's all the songs that everybody loves, but
a lot bigger and a lot louder and with a.
Speaker 3 (03:36):
Lot more pyro.
Speaker 1 (03:37):
Now through the years, and it has been a lot
of years, Al Patrelli, you have donated so much money,
more than twenty million dollars to worthy charities throughout North America.
Is this a big part of why you enjoy doing
these shows and why being a member of Trans Siberian
Orchestra is so important to you.
Speaker 4 (03:57):
Everything goes back to Paul and Neil. You know, I
met Poll in nineteen eighty five in New York City
and I would watch, you know, we'd walk around the
streets of the city to and from a studio or
a club or a pizza place, whatever, and always always
reaching in his pocket hand and somebody was fortunate on
the street a five dollar bill or ten dollar bill,
and you know, I'd ask him like, what's up. He goes, Well,
(04:17):
the money's not going to change my life, but it
may change that person's day. Maybe they got a chance
at a better.
Speaker 5 (04:21):
Tomorrow, you know.
Speaker 4 (04:22):
And he taught me that, you know, in the art
form that I occupy being an artist, being a guitar
player in a band, that's part of it. The other
part of it's just been a good human all the time. Well.
Speaker 1 (04:34):
Al Patrelli is one of TSO's guitarists and musical director,
also an original member of the group Trans Siberian Orchestra.
Climate Pledge Arena on November twenty second. Remember to get
tickets for the show now, the seven thirty show. A
portion of that will go to Rock the Harvest benefiting
Northwest Harvest.

Tickets are on sale now. My friends, As.
Speaker 1 (04:53):
Always, Al Patrelli of joy to talk with you and
we look forward to seeing you on November twenty second.
Speaker 4 (04:58):
Well, I can't rate it's always a pleasure and listen,
keep them on one thing. This year, we can actually,
you know, get together and hang out for a little
bit because there's no more COVID restriction.
Speaker 3 (05:05):
Yes exactly.
Speaker 4 (05:07):
You know we're doing the meet and greets, We're doing
the after the evening show, we're doing the autograph line.
Anybody in that building who wants to come say, oh,
it's been too long, so I really wonder I'm excited
to bring back that tradition as well.
Speaker 2 (05:18):
Awesome, Thanks again, Al, We'll see you on the twenty second.
Speaker 4 (05:20):
All right, guys, have a great rest of the day.
Speaker 3 (05:22):

get along. Wouldn't it be amazing to have a pink
Wood reunion. It's not gonna happen.
Speaker 2 (08:43):
Our question this morning, what feud intrigues you? What do
you say? Tim and Arlington?
Speaker 6 (08:48):
Sarah?
Speaker 3 (08:49):
The best feud is David Lee Roth and Sammy Hagar.
Speaker 6 (08:53):
I'd pay to see those who duke it out.
Speaker 2 (08:56):
I would too, right, big money. I think DLR has
the edge.

John Ryan joins the show to talk about the Hawks.
Speaker 2 (09:32):
That happens all right after Metallica's one.
Speaker 6 (09:34):
Point five CAZy. Okay, it's time for kicking it with
former Seahawks punter John Ryan.
Speaker 1 (09:41):
All right, here we are on Friday, Blue Friday, talking
with our friend John Ryan.
Speaker 2 (09:45):
John, are you in Germany?
Speaker 1 (09:47):
I follow you on Instagram and it looks like you
are saying a lot of stuff in German.
Speaker 7 (09:51):
I someone's translating that for me. Obviously I can barely
speak English as you can hear. But no, I'm on
my way to Germany tonight.
Speaker 5 (09:59):
Wednesday.
Speaker 7 (10:00):
At one fifty eight, the Seahawks texted me and said,
kee being Germany tomorrow at one fifty nine. I replied, yeah, obviously.
You know I got to live my whole life just
flying by the seat of my.
Speaker 5 (10:10):
Pants, and you know, I just prove it with that moment.
So yeah, I headed to Germany today and so.
Speaker 1 (10:16):
I got confused because I'm thinking, oh, yeah, because we
always play a game in Germany and a lot of
the people of Germany are Seahawks fans because we've played
games there.
Speaker 2 (10:24):
We're not playing in Germany, So what's happening?
Speaker 5 (10:27):
I think a lot of drinking, a lot of beer holes.
Speaker 7 (10:30):
I saw a soccer game tonight, the Ryan Fire, their
local professional football team.
Speaker 5 (10:36):
Tomorrow was having their year end party.
Speaker 7 (10:37):
And then Sunday We're having this amazing watch party at
a bar there with a bunch of Seahawks.
Speaker 5 (10:41):
Fans in Germany.
Speaker 1 (10:42):
Wow, it's good to be John Ryan. I wish I
could fly by the seat of my pants and join you.
Speaker 5 (10:46):
Right. Yeah, it definitely doesn't suck. Well.
Speaker 1 (10:49):
All right, so we know the Seahawks are playing Sunday
at ten hour time. They're playing a game that they've
got to win. They're playing Pittsburgh. What are your thoughts
about this this upcoming game.
Speaker 5 (11:02):
It can be a tough game, you know, Pittsburgh's a
tough place to play.
Speaker 7 (11:05):
Traveling east that early game, it's it's tough, but it's
a I don't want to say I must win this
in the year, but it would really start to go
oh and two, I thought they played. I thought they
played pretty good last week. Just you know, it all
kind of came down to one or two plays.
Speaker 5 (11:19):
That's it. That's all it was. And you know those
two plays had.
Speaker 7 (11:22):
Gone the other way, we would have won. So you know,
that's kind of what the NFL is though, you know,
it doesn't it doesn't take much.
Speaker 5 (11:27):
So I'm really hoping to come out of this one
with the win.
Speaker 2 (11:30):
Well, and what are the Vegas odds?
Speaker 5 (11:32):
Do you know? I don't know. I didn't see. I
think that Pittsburgh probably favored slightly after the win last week.
Speaker 1 (11:38):
Yeah, I think maybe I saw they were favored by two,
and I think that that's nothing.
Speaker 5 (11:42):
We got this nothing. So almost every NFL game comes
down to a one score game.
Speaker 7 (11:49):
So it'll be another tight game, I think, and hopefully
we can not do what we did in the last
last weekend in the fourth quarter.
Speaker 5 (11:54):
We can kind of come through this week. Sorry.
Speaker 2 (11:57):
Well, and seeing DK metcalf is gonna be a little weird.
Speaker 7 (12:00):
Right, Yeah, I did it is you know, I almost
forgot about it until I started reading everything this week
and all.
Speaker 5 (12:05):
Right, we're without him. Yeah, so it can be it's
weird to see him in those terrible colors.
Speaker 1 (12:10):
Yes, yes, terrible towels, terrible colors, terrible football team, all
of it's terrible. So we got to look at Sam
Darnold last week. Any thoughts about our new quarterback.
Speaker 4 (12:22):
I like him.
Speaker 7 (12:23):
I don't think he had a great performance. I think
that he will probably be the person to tell you that.
But you know, I think it's gonna take a little
bit for a theajail with guys. We didn't see a
lot of Cooper cup last last week either. I think
as they kind of spend more time together, play a
little bit more time together, that they're gonna start connecting more.
And I think san Berna was gonna.
Speaker 5 (12:41):
Have a have a good week.
Speaker 1 (12:42):
Well, everyone has been asking me on my Instagram on
Matt Sarah Kaysey, Okay, I've been inundated with phone calls.
Everybody wants to know, like thousands and thousands of people.
Speaker 2 (12:52):
Did you beat John Ryan and Fantasy football Week one?
Speaker 1 (12:58):
You know what?
Speaker 7 (12:59):
It barely can put up a fight. I'm a little embarrassed.
You always on, you always follow that meter. They're like
you have like a seventy percent chances, and I look
at it like you have a seventy percent chance to win.
Speaker 5 (13:08):
It's over. And then I put my phone down and
picked up like fifteen minutes later.
Speaker 3 (13:11):
Like you lost, Sarah, you just beat one of the
fifty greatest Seahawks of all time in fantasy. You deserve
a trophy just for that.
Speaker 2 (13:18):
Thank you. That's it. I'm over. The season's over.
Speaker 1 (13:20):
I mean, all right, John Ryan, you are predicting a
Seahawks win. Yes, yes, all right, prost you'll have to
learn that one. That's cheers German.
Speaker 5 (13:35):
Does that have something to do with ordering beer?
Speaker 2 (13:37):
It's just cheers, have fun in Germany. Go Hawks.
Speaker 5 (13:41):
I will thank you. Go Hawks.
Speaker 6 (13:43):
Kicking it with Sean Ryan on one O two point
five ky Okay.
Speaker 1 (13:50):
Get a sticker shock when it comes to that morning
cup of coffee. Turns out it is getting more expensive.
Spinal tap back in theaters. Details and Sarah's big news
of the day right after on two point five kzy okay,
two point.
Speaker 6 (14:03):
Five Okay, It's time for the big new news.
Speaker 3 (14:06):
Of the day.
Speaker 1 (14:07):
It's brought to you by Goldburg Jones Divorce for Men
one eight hundred divorce or online Goldburg Jones dot Com.
This morning, a suspect was arrested in the Charlie Kirk murder.
His name is Tyler Robinson, thought to be a twenty
two year old from Utah. Reports are saying this morning
that his father turned him in and he is now
in custody. Of course, if you want more news of
(14:30):
this nature, you can find all sorts of good stuff
on our free iHeartRadio app. Correct, consumers have been complaining
about the price of everything. We are all feeling it.
You go to the store, you go to a restaurant,
you go to a bar, everything's more expensive. And coffee
is blowing my mind how expensive coffee is. Right now,
(14:50):
a lot of us are feeling like, what's going on
with coffee? Well, yesterday new statistics were released by the
Bureau of Labor Statistics and said coffee price have risen
almost twenty one percentlykes.
Speaker 2 (15:04):
So it is not in your mind.
Speaker 1 (15:05):
If you are like me and you're going to the
coffee aisle and you're like, why is this pound of
coffee twenty bucks, it's because it's up almost twenty one percent.
Speaker 3 (15:15):
That's a dumb question. Yes, do we farm coffee? Means
here in America, Uh.
Speaker 1 (15:19):
Hawaii Okay has some, but for the most part it's
all important. So these are from the tariffs, so we
get it from Brazil and Vietnam is another big producer. Wow,
some from Africa. So basically, when you're looking at just
you're getting an average cup of coffee. Yes, friends, it
is costing more. Spinal Tap two the End continues, is
(15:42):
in theaters today. Really it's the sequel to the nineteen
eighty four This is Spinal Tap. Several cameos including Paul
McCartney and Outon John.
Speaker 3 (15:50):
It's getting really no no, please keep talking about.
Speaker 1 (15:53):
It's getting rave reviews seventy four percent. The Final Doubt
and Abbey also in theaters. That's getting eighty nine percent
from reviewers and ninety eight percent on Rotten Tomatoes from
the audience.
Speaker 3 (16:04):
I'm so excited.
Speaker 1 (16:05):
Also opening up is The Long Walk, which is a
horror movie from the Master Stephen King.
Speaker 2 (16:10):
A lot of good stuff to see in theaters this weekend.

don't know if you want to spend your final summer
weekend in the movie theater, but that's that's up to you.

Speaker 6 (16:54):
Who is this Sarah?
Speaker 2 (16:56):
Hey, it's Clarissa, and I'm.
Speaker 7 (16:58):
All about the feud between the talkings in Diesel family
not I want to be a fly on the wall
and find out what the real deal is there.
Speaker 1 (17:07):
Yeah, and I don't want to see those two get
no fight God on Instagram, Yo and Olympia, Matt Damon

Got to get two or three correct. White wedding is
a classic from Billie Idol. In addition to wearing white,
a bride is also supposed to have something borrowed and
something what color blue? You haven't been to a lot
of weddings, have you?
Speaker 2 (19:20):
No? It sounded so tentative.
Speaker 1 (19:23):
If you play tennis at Wimbledon, you are required to
wear what color white?
Speaker 2 (19:28):
You got it?
Speaker 3 (19:29):
I am smart, Aca.
Speaker 2 (19:31):
You didn't even need your last question, but here it was.

Queen Victoria of England started the trend of wearing what
color wedding dress white?

Who doesn't return the tupperware? That's rude, Manny in Milton.
Speaker 6 (20:43):

Speaker 5 (20:45):
Those containers are expensive. If someone brings you something homemade,
you got to give the container back and clean clean it.
Speaker 2 (20:52):
Oh my god, imagine returning somebody's tupperware and it's dirty.

She got pissed, but her friend said, you are being

Speaker 2 (21:44):
Chris and Kenmore, Lady, you sound petty.
Speaker 4 (21:46):
Are you really going to cost the seen it works?
Speaker 7 (21:48):
Get back at some plastic maybe next time bringing the
whole pie into paper plate.
Speaker 3 (21:52):
Over plastic note, but glass tupperware. I'm going to war.
Speaker 1 (21:56):
It is a good idea to bring in the paper
plates and stuff. But I'm still saying she's justified.
Speaker 5 (22:01):
Thereah, she's justified.
Speaker 2 (22:03):
The only time you don't turn something back is when
it's a paper plate.
Speaker 3 (22:08):
Come on, and if his parents didn't teach him right
from wrong that you need to return the plate clean,
then there's something wrong with him.
Speaker 1 (22:17):
Ashley and c Tag, What do you say, Sarah, she's
kind of both.
Speaker 2 (22:22):
Unless you ask for it back when you gave them
the pie, you gotta just suck it up and say bye.
Speaker 4 (22:27):
I mean, if you ask everyone to return the container.
Speaker 1 (22:30):
Then you know not ask for it back.
Speaker 2 (22:32):
But I think the guy who didn't.
Speaker 4 (22:33):
Return it and you asked, yeah, he's a jerk.
Speaker 2 (22:36):
I guess, don't you should know you just you have
to wash it and return it.
Speaker 3 (22:40):
I gotta agree with you, Sarah. You said he wasn't

on Instagram yet, why not? You can win fabulous prizes.
Next week it's going to be tickets to the who
really what?
Speaker 6 (23:32):
One two point five zy okay? It's time for kicking
it with former Seahawks punter John Ryan.
Speaker 1 (23:39):
All right, here we are on Friday, Blue Friday, talking
with our friend John Ryan.
Speaker 2 (23:44):
John, are you in Germany?
Speaker 1 (23:46):
I follow you on Instagram and it looks like you
are saying a lot of stuff in German.
Speaker 7 (23:50):
I someone's translating that for me. Obviously I can barely
speak English as you can hear. But no, I'm on
my way to Germany. Tonight Wednesday at one fifty eight,
the Sea Hawks texted me and said, kee be in
Germany tomorrow. At one point fifty nine, I replied, Yeah, obviously.
You know I got to live my whole life just
flying by the seat of my pants, and you know
(24:10):
I just prove it with that moment.
Speaker 5 (24:11):
So yeah, I headed to Germany today.
Speaker 1 (24:14):
And so I got confused because I'm thinking, oh, yeah,
because we always play a game in Germany and a
lot of the people of Germany are Seahawks fans because
we've played games there.
Speaker 2 (24:23):
We're not playing in Germany, So what's happening?
Speaker 5 (24:25):
Oh?
Speaker 7 (24:25):
I think a lot of drinking, a lot of beer holes.
I saw a soccer game tonight. The Ryan Fire, their
local professional football team tomorrow, was having their year end party,
and then Sunday we're having this amazing watch party at
a bar there with a bunch of Seahawks fans in Germany.
Speaker 1 (24:41):
Wow, it's good to be John Ryan. I wish I
could fly by the seat of my pants and join you.
Speaker 5 (24:44):
Right, Yeah, it definitely doesn't suck. Well.
Speaker 1 (24:47):
All right, so we know the Seahawks are playing Sunday
at ten hour time. They're playing a game that they've
got to win. They're playing Pittsburgh. What are your thoughts
about this this upcoming game.
Speaker 7 (25:01):
It's gonna be a tough game, you know, Pittsburgh's a
tough place to play. Traveling east that early game, it's
it's tough, but it's a I don't want to say
I must win this in the year, but it would
really suck to go. Oh and two, Yeah, I thought
they played I thought they played pretty good last week.
Speaker 5 (25:16):
Just you know, it all kind of came down to
one or two plays. That's it. That's all it was.
And you know those two plays have.
Speaker 7 (25:21):
Gone the other way, we would have won. So, you know,
that's kind of what the NFL is though, you know,
it doesn't it doesn't take much.
Speaker 5 (25:26):
So I really hope to come out with this one
with the win.
Speaker 2 (25:28):
Well, and what are the Vegas odds?
Speaker 6 (25:30):
Do you know?
Speaker 5 (25:32):
I don't know. I didn't see.
Speaker 7 (25:33):
I think that Pittsburgh probably favored slightly after the win
last week.
Speaker 1 (25:36):
Yeah, I think maybe I saw they were favored by two,
and I think that that's nothing.
Speaker 3 (25:41):
We got this ya, that's nothing.
Speaker 7 (25:44):
So almost every NFL game comes down to a one
score game, so it'll be another tight game, I think,
and hopefully we can not do what we did in
the last last weekend in the fourth quarter and we
can kind of come through this week.
Speaker 5 (25:55):
Sorry.
Speaker 2 (25:56):
Well, and seeing DK Metcalf is going to be a
little weird.
Speaker 4 (25:58):
Right, Yeah, it is, it is.
Speaker 7 (26:00):
You know, I almost forgot about it until I started
reading everything this week and all.
Speaker 5 (26:03):
Right, we're without him. Yeah, so it's weird to see
him in those terrible colors.
Speaker 1 (26:09):
Yes, yes, terrible towels, terrible colors, terrible football team, all
of its terrible. So we got to look at Sam
Darnold last week. Any thoughts about our new quarterback.
Speaker 2 (26:21):
I like him.
Speaker 7 (26:22):
I don't think he had a great performance. I think
that he'll probably be the first to tell you that,
but you know, I think it's gonna take a little
bit for a the Jael with guys. We didn't see
a lot of Cooper Cup last last week either. I
think as they kind of spend more time together, play
a little bit more time together, that they're gonna start
connecting with more. And I think San Bernard is gonna
have a have a good week.
Speaker 1 (26:41):
Well, everyone has been asking me on my Instagram on
Matt Sarah Kaysey, Okay, I've been inundated with phone calls.
Everybody wants to know, like thousands and thousands of people, did.
Speaker 2 (26:51):
You beat John Ryan and Fantasy Football Week one?
Speaker 1 (26:56):
You know what?
Speaker 7 (26:57):
Yeah, well, I'm barely gonna put up a fight. I'm
little bit. It's you always on y'all. You always follow
that meter. They're like you have like a seventy percent
chances and I look at it, like you have a
seventy percent chance to win.
Speaker 5 (27:07):
It's over. And then I put my phone down and
picking up like fifteen minutes later.
Speaker 3 (27:10):
Like you lost, Sarah, you just beat one of the
fifty greatest Seahawks of all time in fantasy. You deserve
a trophy just for that.
Speaker 2 (27:16):
Thank you.
Speaker 1 (27:17):
That's it.
Speaker 2 (27:17):
I'm over. The season's over.
Speaker 1 (27:19):
I mean, all right, John Ryan, you are predicting a
Seahawks win. Yes, yes, all right, prost you'll have to
learn that one. That's cheers in German.
Speaker 5 (27:33):
Does that have something to do with ordering beer?
Speaker 2 (27:36):
It's just cheers, have fun in Germany. Go Hawks.
Speaker 5 (27:40):
I will thank you. Go Hawks.
Speaker 6 (27:42):
