(01:12):
time to be thinking about how yourhouse looks. Of course, the big
holiday is coming up in about amonth, so it's probably a nice time
to be thinking about doing some exteriorremodeling. We'll talk with Josh about all
of that and so much more.A couple of things. Keep in mind

(01:34):
three thousand. That's two two onethree thousand. Before we talk about beautifying
your house and making it look fantastic, you got a couple of really cool
opportunities for folks that have maybe lookingfor a beautiful entry way and looking to
save a little bit of money.Let's talk about you got a couple of
doors. Let's talk about the backgroundon these guys. First. Well,
(01:55):
no one's perfect. No, That'show I'll start this off. So there's
the there's airs in our industry, you know, in any industry, and
homeowners or you know, listeners canbe the beneficiary of you know, you
know, whether it's our airs, manufacturer airs, or you know consumer.
(02:16):
Sometimes the consumer will order one thingand they were expecting another, and sometimes
we order something and miss miss anumber, or you know, get going
too fast. So some gets orderedincorrect and manufacturers are no different. So
the they might you know, sendsomething that that is incorrect. So in
(02:43):
this in the first one, we'regoing to talk about intry door. Yes,
and that was a manufacturer air.It was supposed to be a thirty
two inch intry door. Okay,it is actually a thirty six which is
standard, by the way, Butthis one is a It's pro Va.
(03:04):
It's a Signet pro Via, whichis their fiberglass line. It's a beautiful
door. It's actually smooth. It'sa smooth fiberglass painted and it is a
craftsman style. So if you're familiarwith a craftsman style, that's how this
one is going to look. It'sa very beautiful door. It's it comes
I think it's like a tannish color, but it can be painted any color
(03:27):
you want. You can you canpaint it any color you want. But
it is a brand new in thebox entry door. So I if somebody
is interested in that, we aregiving that a significantly discounted rate, steep
discount. Yeah. So, andwe can install it or you can install
it yourself, and you can comeinto our showroom and and and check out
(03:52):
the you know, the exact specsand style and see it in person.
And I know, I know craftsmanstyle is very very popular for y for
a lot of really good reasons. Then you mentioned so you know, we're
talking about a fantastic pro Va door. I mean, this is an awesome
one. And you said, you'vegot two different doors in stock right now
that are available for discounts. Yougot the got the thirty six inch entryway
(04:14):
door, the pro Va with thecraftsman style. What's the other door?
So the other door is a it'sa vinyl eight foot patio sliding door.
Oh so it's a white outside andwood grain inside. Look the this is
actually a homeowner mistake. Okay,so we do that. They come in,
(04:35):
They came in and designed a door. They didn't understand what outside looking
in meant, okay, which youknow it is when it is, so
they wanted this is a right handoperating door outside looking would that outside looking
at it, So they wanted itreversed than what actually they ordered, which
(05:00):
you know, mistakes happened to everybody. So we we were like, okay,
well we'll take care of it foryou and see if we can sell
it and get them the right onethey wanted. So you got a couple
of great deals. Whether it's thesliding door. It is eight foot eight
foot sliding door, right hand slide, right outside looking in, right hand
(05:21):
slide, and it is a it'sit's a beautiful, but you definitely got
to have the space for it becauseI think most people most homes have like
a six foot patio sliding door,so this is eight feet. I was
I've always had this. So I'vegotten at home, I've got my office
(05:42):
and I've got my little studio inthere for doing shows and stuff home,
and I always dreamed of getting likea sliding glass door to get in there.
We may have to talk, althoughI have a feeling it's going to
be gone by showed it, soyou and I won't get a chance to
talk about that. But again, some great deals right now. If you're
looking for that entryway door thirty sixin of course I've also got that eight
foot sliding sliding door as well onExtreme Special right now, Legacy Exteriors,
(06:05):
of course you can pick up phoneGemma call six so eight two two one
three thousand, that's two two onethree thousand. Take a look at him
as well. Love to have youstop on out and say hello and take
a look at those doors, orof course head on over online learn about
all the great things they've got atLegacy Exteriors website, Legacy Dash Exteriors dot
com. That's Legacy Dash Exteriors dotcom. And I've got to mention as
we talk about about things that youguys have at the at the at the
(06:29):
showroom obviously, for for most folks, we see the front end of the
showroom. We see that area whereyou come in and you can see you
see the big old TV. Yousee all the different samples, you see
all the different opportunities there. Ihad a chance, it's been a couple
of years now, I got toget back out. But you took me,
you and Brock took me on atour a couple of years ago of
what's behind that wall and for peoplethat and you can kind of tell from
(06:50):
the outside that. It's that it'sa big building. You don't really realize
how big that place is until youget behind that wall. And that that
goes for as we think about projects, and of course we went through a
while there where things were kind ofiffy as far as what was going to
come, what was having that inventory, having that space to put this stuff,
I've got a guess for you.Guys at Legacy six Teriors makes projects
(07:13):
just that much easier and smoother forhomeowners. Yeah. I mean, it's
given us the ability to you know, stock ahead. We got ahead of
the COVID kind of manufacturer crisis becauseof our warehouse was so big. We
stocked you know, sheets OSB,we shot you know, the state of
Wisconsin ran out of white gutter coil. Well, we had ten thousand feet
(07:36):
in our showroom or in our warehouse. Yeah, it's it's it's enables us
to have most things in stock. So some of you out there don't know,
but you know, we have youknow, around twenty active job sites
going on at one time. Okay, so so that's twenty active projects.
(07:59):
And we have a guy that hisjob is is solely to you know,
pick up materials at one job siteto drop them off of the supplier,
and vice versa. So if ajob site needs something, his job is
to so it's nice to stock almosteverything right then and there so he doesn't
(08:20):
have to bounce to all these suppliers. So if it's you know, a
tuba cock or you know, someunderlayment for a roofing, it honestly doesn't
matter what it is, more thanlikely we have it. Does it help
too? I think of just asa as a general consumer. I think
of when I go to like Sam'sor or Costco and you buy in bulk
(08:41):
and you've got a place, Ifyou've got a place to put like a
hundred rolls of toilet paper, you'regonna get a heck of a deal.
I've got a guess for for keepingcosts down for legacy exteriors. The ability
to say you mentioned buying that coil, the ability to not not just buy
it, but then have a placeto store it. That's got to help
on the big picture as well withthings they may not even think about,
(09:01):
like costs. Yeah, I thinkyou know, given our status in the
in the area, as far asyou know all of what we do and
how much we buy. I mean, we definitely have you know, buying
power to keep our prices down asyou know, comparative to most construction companies.
(09:22):
But yeah, you're right, theability to store it. So a
lot of suppliers will have specials. So whether it's you know, buy a
palletti of underlayment you get X forfree. So a lot of them have
certain specials like that. So havingthe space to be able to take advantage
(09:43):
of that, have somewhere to putit. And the key thing is indoors.
So most of our we have ayou know, a three and a
half acre site, so we havea lot of outdoor space as well to
store. You know, if you'vebeen there, we've store a ton of
sighting outdoor outdoor, but is allthe underlayment and fasteners and you know,
(10:03):
various wood products. We have tenthousand square feet of warehouse space where we
can store it indoors. It's apretty and it's a pretty neat operation too.
As we talk with Josh Gawitz, owner at Legacy Exteriors, so one
of these days, maybe do avideo on ex people would be would be
pretty amazed. And the great thingis people say, well, okay,
that's that's awesome. What does itboil down to. It boils down to
(10:24):
having products available, which expedites anyyou know, you're doing a project,
it can get done quickly because there'sno waiting on things. The costs that
we talk about about getting things andbuying larger quantities get a better deal.
That's of course passed on to thefolks. And then of course you get
all the benefits of amazing crafts, people, amazing, amazing warranties, all
(10:45):
of that stuff. So it's acomplete win win, And that's why I
think it's so neat to talk about. Kind of what you don't always see
as a customer is what's going onin the background there well, and mostly
all customers care about is I'm gettinga great product, yeah, for the
best price. Right, So allof that translates to that, yeah,
you know, with our with ourbuying power and our rebates and all of
(11:11):
that stuff translates to lower prices tohomeowners. Is this a type of year?
Time of years? Of course,we've got the holiday season officially kicking
off in a couple of days, and so I think, so, gosh,
I hope so that that turkey orders, like, wait, why is
he ordering? Turkey, I hope, but I want to ask because I
(11:31):
feel like this time of year iswhen people do start to think about home
improvement, think about their about theirhome. Of course, you got company
over, you definitely want to putyour best foot forward showed off. Do
you guys, do you get alot of folks saying, you know what
we've we've been thinking about seasonally withjust having the you know, a new
exterior, having maybe a new wayswe were talking earlier about doorway, entryway
or something to kind of kind ofreally make the house look just absolutely fantastic.
(11:54):
Yeah. I mean what drives outI think more than anything is you
know some people are prep procrastinators, and then this first snow you know they're
going to be like, oh crap, I gotta get something done. I
gotta get my rough done, right, I gotta get that sighting repaired,
or whatever case may be. Ithink that first little brief snowfall always tends
(12:16):
to speed people up to get somethingdone before winter. Do you see also
people visiting family or friends and saying, I saw this on so and So's
you know, the keeping up withthe joneses. I saw this on so
and So's house. I would loveto have that on our house. Do
you get a lot of calls likethat as well? Yeah, I think.
You know, people are searching forall kinds of stuff right now and
(12:41):
and homes are no different. Soif they see something that they like,
then they'll research it and see ifwe can make it, you know,
on their home. Yeah, andsometimes you know, it can be done,
and sometimes it can't. It's dependingon what they want and and and
what their house can you know, physically have. But the nice part about
(13:05):
working with our team is our abilityto you know, take your home,
putting put it in a three Dimage and then showing you exactly what it
would look like on your personal property. It's pretty amazing technology they've got at
Legacy X series. Today is aprime day to give them a call.
Six oh eight two two one threethousand. That's two two one three thousand.
(13:26):
Don't forget about those fantastic deals.Got the thirty six inch or of
standard size that is a craftsman styleentry door. And of course they've also
got that eight foot right handed sliderfor coming in from the outside. It's
right handed slider. Both the amazingdeals. Give them a call this morning
six away two two one three thousand. That's two two one three thousand.
Looking at the weather this week, thanksgiving a high a forty two. Partly
(13:50):
Sonny, it would be a greatday, if only the if only it
was a little warmer to spend sometime outdoors. Well, I've got to
tell you something. With some greatoptions from leg sixtiers, including sunrooms,
that might be a possibility for younext year. We'll talk about that with
Josh next. As asked the Expertswith Legacy Exteriors continues here on thirteen ten
wuib I eight thirteen ten w Ib A and ask the experts hanging out
(14:24):
with Josh Gowitz, owner at LegacyExteriors, the website Legacy Dashexteriors dot com.
That's Legacy Dashexteriors dot com. Uh, it's it's it's a very achievable
goal. But I'm pretty sure thatby nine to fifteen this morning is my
Maybe we'll do an over under nineto fifteen. Especially that thirty six inch
(14:45):
door is going to be it's gonnahave a sold sticker on it. I
say, yeah, that'll be goneone. It's the craftsman style is not
only a great design and people loveit, but we're gonna give it away
at a fi fantastic price. Yeah. So, and whether we install it
or you install it on your ownmakes no difference. It'll come with the
(15:05):
full frame comfort. You know,it's got the composite frameh So, I
mean it's it's top of the lot. I've got everything. So I would
suggest if you're in the market fora new entry door, come look at
it. Get out there right now. What's see address off the top of
your head, twenty three twenty oneMustang Way twenty three twenty one. See,
(15:28):
I can find it I Madison,Wisconsin. Yes, I know how
to drive there. I know exactlyhow to get there. But I'm like,
what is the twenty three twenty threetwenty one Mustang Way in Madison.
I definitely want to check that outthis morning. Telphone number, say hi
to Nikki six O Waight two twoone three thousand. That's two two one
three thousand. The weather is isis the weather. It's going to try
(15:50):
and give it a better descript onit, but it's the reality of living
in Wisconsin is spring and fall areare a bit unpredictable and one of the
cool things you guys have done itlegacy six yeriors forever is sun rooms and
other things, pergolas and other areas, and you've added four seasons as well.
Just something to think about for folksis what a great thing if you
(16:11):
if you have family over for theholidays, for Thanksgiving, just imagine again
I mentioned the forecast. The weather'sfine, definitely not outside dining weather.
But if you had a heated fourseason yeah, uh, it's it's absolutely
perfect weather for something like that. You said, think about it, and
in my head, it's what's tothink about? Yeah, who doesn't want
(16:33):
a beautiful room that you can bringthe outdoors in? Yes, and it's
and it's everybody wants to add onsquare footage and this is just a different
way of doing that. But whetherit's a life room, sunroom, what
have you with four seasons has quitea few options that I think would fit
one anyone's budget, but to anybody'syou know, designer, what they're trying
(16:59):
to achieve got to fit your life, the lifestyle of of what you're gonna
do. You got kiddo's over, you got something like that, right,
Hey, that's a nice tiet, nice talking professionally talking this morning, Josh
cow it's Legacy Exteriors. The websiteLegacy dash exteriors dot com. That's a
Legacy Dash exteriors dot com. Tellif a number, great morning, pick
a phone game a call six.So waight two two one three thousand.
(17:21):
That's two two one three thousand. Before we wrap up this week, I
do want to mention it's important forfolks to know Legacy Exteriors. You guys
go year round. As people sometimesthink, Okay, we're kind of getting
into these into these falling into wintermonths. You your guys are out there
out there working. They actually, from what I understand, prefer the cooler
months just because it's a little morecomfortable for them. But there is there
(17:44):
is no reason not to start thatthat conversation. Now, if that's one
of the things people are thinking about, well I'm gonna have to wait,
it's gonna have to do all thatstuff. It's a good time to get
on that schedule, isn't it.Yeah. I think it's a great time
right now to start the process. So if you're thinking, you know,
next year I want a new signingor for even that sunroom, maybe new
windows, now's the time to start, you know, planning, budgeting,
(18:08):
whatever the case may be. Becauseone, prices are going to go up
next year, yes, it isinevitable. Two there's going to be you
know into the year or winter rebates. Yes, so you can take advantage
of pricing at the end of theyear. But then you have time to
(18:30):
you know, design and go throughall those steps, and you know you
could always take advantage of our excellentfinancing options. Yeah, so we we
do, you know, all kindsof different ones. So, but the
most popular is year and a halfno interest. That's unheard of right now,
(18:51):
right with the with the interest ratesbeing what they are, we're still
offering no interest. It's just amazing. Yeah. So if you're thinking about
doing a project now, couldn't bea better time. Lock in twenty twenty
three or twenty twenty lock in twentytwenty three prices for a project fore Yeah,
new year. It's what an amazingtime again. Today is today?
Pickup phone, so many reasons tocall him at Legacy ex tiers start that
(19:11):
conversation. They'd love to talk toyou, love to come out, take
a look at your home and reallygive you give you some great ideas for
